This location is absolutely despicable. Where do I start? The service department is Utterly pathetic- filled with incompetent bird brains who’s practicing on vehicles and solely relying on a computer to diagnose your vehicle!! These are not experience mechanics at all!! My vehicle was at this location for a month and the day I picked it up, It broke down on the interstate while I was going 80 mph which almost caused my kids and I a horrible accident. NOT EVEN 3 HOURS after I paid them 3600.
Ashely ** has zero knowledge/training as a service writer and has the nerve to be unprofessional! I had to go up there and stand over her shoulder for her to locate my warranty in which she denied I had. She sabotaged my warranty by poorly writing up the service and leaving out needed diagnostics codes. Once my vehicle was there for the second time AND the SAME problem, I was told I need to cough up another $2000 to fix ANOTHER issue they found. What’s the purpose of customers pay for a diagnostic if the issue isn’t resolved! Those customers who left over one star are definitely receiving a kickback because this place is ridiculous!!!!
There’s no communication once you drop your vehicle off and good luck if your vehicle runs properly once you receive it back! I would not trust them with my lizard!!!! I have never received Service this low and pathetic in all my life. I should have listed to CHAT GPT instead of these losers!!!! RUNNNN FROM THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
