I was moving, so I needed my car transported. I found eShip online and I went with them because they were the easiest to deal with in terms of communication and in explaining the process, because I've never shipped my car before. I didn't have any issues with understanding how it was going to work. They were also very clear about charges and what drop-off and pickup would look like upfront. The process was great, smooth and easy, from talking with eShip to talking to the driver they connected me with in picking it up. The whole thing took a week and a half and the car came sooner than expected.

I’ve shipped two cars with eShip in the past two months. They are reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them. Their customer service is top notch, they provide updates on your vehicle via text and email. They are always available to take your call.

This was my first experience with shipping a car across the US and we had a great experience with Michelle and the company Secure Asset Relocation LLC that she found for us. This process was very transparent, organized and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

I had shipped another vehicle out here in January through eShip. We liked that shipment, so we just reached out again and called them directly. Their consultant was good and informative. Having gone through it once and knowing the protocol, I was trying to plan well in advance. I had tricky days as to when they could pick up the vehicle and they managed to get me right at the perfect time slot. That's hard 'cause sometimes you have a week gap of when they can come and when they're coming. So they were very outstanding and very good. I was aware that there was this gap of time between I registered to get it and when they did the follow-up because they said they couldn't contact me until July because that was where they would set the schedule. Then they called me at that point and we got our day and everything went very smoothly.

My car was shipped from Florida to Iowa, due to COVID19 there were minor some issues with the pick up date, but Michelle was really helpful. Once it was resolved, everything went as planned. Will recommend to a friend/family member.

This is the second time I've used eShip. They were fast and responsive. They were awesome. Anna and her team were fabulous. Their quote was spot-on on that very first one I dealt with her and on the second one. The transport was from Florida to Minnesota. The driver gave me timely updates and everything went as they said it would as it did the first. The driver was awesome and the experience couldn't be better.

I put bids out to different carriers and eShip came in to be the most reasonable. The time frame was somewhat flexible. It was shipped about 1,500 miles from Denver to Atlanta. The only thing that I didn't like from the experience was that it was like playing with a used car salesman. For instance, they'd say that they got a shipper now and it would be at this price. And then I'd wait and the guy would come to the price that they really quoted me to begin with but get that extra dollar out. That's what I don't like about all the shippers, to begin with. People should do a whole lot of quotes and then stick with their figures and don't let the carriers change their minds.

Eship did a great job! The guy who brought the car to me was so nice and he offered to drive the car to me and take Uber back to his trailer. We offered him to come in and wait in the A/C for Uber and offered him water but he waited out in the heat of Florida! I am very impressed. The car was my sister's car that I was taking care of for her and she was so happy with the short amount of time that it took to get to Florida from Philadelphia and how nice the guy was, I will be recommending your company to others!! Completely satisfied!! Thank You!!

I usually put the listing on uShip and any company that I use get ahold of me there. However, every time (five times), it'd be a week, and the car still wasn't picked up. I then called eShip the first time and they got it picked up in a day. With eShip, I get my cars picked up in time. I’ve used them four times and it was all good. There was fast communication and they respond. The quotes are always right and the cars arrive fine as well.

I had to move from L.A. back to the east coast in the middle of the global pandemic because I was starting a new job. I was nervous about shipping my car because I had never done it before. Michelle made the experience SO easy!! She walked me through the procedure, answered all of my questions and was really easy to communicate with. Even with the anticipated delays due to the pandemic, they were able to get my car out of California on time. The driver even let me pack some stuff in my car. My car arrived REALLY quickly (less than 5 days after pick up) and was exactly how I left it in California (no new scratches, dents, etc.). I received email updates throughout the process and someone followed up with me as soon as my car was delivered to ask about my experience. If I ever need to ship my car again, I know exactly which company I would use. Cannot recommend eShip enough!!

I gave them a week's notice and told them I needed my son's car picked up Saturday August 1st and no later because my son was leaving Sunday August 2nd they said no problem. I was never contacted, I kept calling them to find out what the hell was going on, Michelle finally called me and stupid me gave her my credit card information, once I gave her the number she told me the driver will be there between Saturday and Sunday. I thought about it and cancelled. They will not refund me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT BE HONEST WITH YOU UPFRONT! I hired another company.

Everything was smooth. EShip was in regular contact with me and was very professional yet friendly. Service and transportation door to door was top-notch. I would definitely choose them to do it again! Even the truck driver was friendly and helpful. This was my first time shipping a car and it went very well!

My experience with shipping my car from NYC to Florida was awesome (stress free). Yes, I had concerns as a 1st time shipper, but eShip was there all the time. They checked in with me daily from start to finish of the whole process. I was surprised how fast they shipped my car and in good condition, no issues. I had rented a car for a week, but returned it on day 2 because eShip was able to get me my own car within 2 days from NYC-Brooklyn to Florida-33024.

Michelle was great to work with, efficient and straight to the point. I talked to Michelle on Wednesday afternoon and had my vehicle by Sunday morning. This is the first time we have ever had a vehicle shipped and eShip made it super easy. I would definitely recommend eShip!

I recently shipped my car from Omaha Nebraska to Phoenix Arizona. After thoroughly researching several online companies, I hired eShip. And, I was not disappointed with my selection. My car was picked up on-time and it was delivered one day early. The driver who worked for the car carrier company was polite and courteous and he called me numerous times to let me know his arrival time in Phoenix. My car also arrived in excellent condition with no dents or scratches. Shipping price was fair as well. If you are looking to ship your car, I highly recommend eShip. My experience with them was extremely favorable.

Totally transparent with pricing. The quote turned out to be exactly what I was told initially. No hidden fees and they delivered my car sooner than expected. I was also able to ship a few items in my car with no trouble. Quote was a little more than other places, but they provided me with a lot of flexibility on the shipping date and I got my car shipped and delivered in a week.

I wanted to ship my Honda car east, from California to Maryland, and I looked at half a dozen companies. Mark Anthony, the person who first contacted me, was very upfront and transparent. He was honest about everything and he kept in touch with me. The service was excellent and the quote was almost right on the money as well. It was within dollars.

Everything went quick with no problems. My car arrived safely. The person I worked with on the phone was always available for any questions. The price was very reasonable. My car went from Phoenix to Wisconsin. The car was delivered right to my garage door.

Both Anne in corporate and Shawn the driver were pro-active in their communications. It was never necessary to follow-up with them. They gave us a good deal of confidence that everything would go as planned - AND IT DID! I cannot imagine a better scenario.

eShip provided very good service, good communication via email, phone and text. Very fast in scheduling transport from CA to MA for a reasonable price. Pickup and delivery of the car went smoothly and professional. The car was returned without damage.

I recently moved from Virginia to Arizona and used eShip to move my cars. I met the transport vehicle in a Wal-Mart parking lot. The driver Hamid was clear and efficient. We were given his number so that we could touch base with him along the way and ascertain the arrival date and time. The cars arrived in one week in perfect condition. We met Hamid in a mall parking lot. I would not hesitate to use them again. Satisfying experience.

Probably the best broker you can find. Rob was fast, I mean very fast and patient to answer all my questions. The price was good. The shipping was very fast and they found me a superb driver for my car in showroom condition. You can trust them.

At first I was a tad concerned because the price was so high but the service I got more than made up for it. I guess it’s true you really do get what you pay for. They told me to expect the car on Saturday but actually they delivered it three days early on Thursday. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much.

Great people to work with from booking the order and coordinating the pickup; to the actual driver that came to the house for the car. I Googled and took the reviews into account and found out that eShip had very good reviews, so I chose that. When I placed my order, I got a quick response from the consultant who was handling my case. There was some lag in the communication but I was able to contact the driver and he came on time. He picked up my car and got to work right on the spot. One thing I noticed when he was delivering my car is that both windows were down. They were in the condition when it was not folded up. They should have paid attention to that. Before delivering the car, the window should be up. If it was raining during transportation, it would have spoiled my seats.

My son recently received military orders to leave NC and head to CA. He wanted to drive one vehicle and ship the other. I did a lot of research online and it became apparent that not all shipping companies are created equally (do your research and read reviews)! eShip got good reviews and so I requested a quote from them and a couple of others. My contact person was Ashley P. and she was just amazing in guiding me through this process. She was kind and courteous, understanding my trepidation and providing reassurance along the way. She answered all of my "panic" phone calls as the pick-up day drew closer. My son made it to CA and his vehicle arrived a few days later, with easy and convenient delivery very close to his house.

After talking to another company's very unfriendly and unresponsive agent, and waiting unsuccessfully for 5 weeks to have my car moved, I contacted Ship. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional, courteous and helpful. Within 24 hours of submitting my order, my car was on the road. The customer service representative communicated with me no less than 4 times to keep me informed of status and check in with me as to any concerns. When I did have a concern, my agent answered my call at 8:00pm from home and resolved it immediately. They really are a top notch organization. Thank you!

I was moving back home from New York to Texas and there's a lot going on right now so I didn't want to drive long distance. I read several reviews online and eShip had the most consistent positive reviews with people getting their shipment on time and no last minute fees being added. That made me feel a little better. Their rep and I spoke on the phone when I first made the order and they were professional.

The driver and delivery service itself were excellent. But communication about dates, protocols and the price soured the overall experience for me. I had to hound the office rather than them communicating clearly with me. I ended up paying $300 more than quoted and had no choice three days before pick up to pay it. And there's no online tracking system as advertised.

I live in California and bought a truck online in North Carolina and needed to have it transported to me. I must’ve received 15 emails from brokers all over the country. I narrowed it down eShip based on their good reviews. And I’m sure glad that I chose them. Mark ** was in constant contact with me after I booked with him. He found a driver and my truck was delivered in PERFECT condition in 5 days even though they quoted 6-9 days. I’m so happy I chose eship. I shipped my car from Arlington, VA to Newport Beach, CA (2700 mi) with Anna of E-Ship. She provided great service, fast response times, and was accommodating through the entire process. The driver was able to bring my car from VA to CA in 3.5 days - I was impressed with how fast he was able to cross the entire country for delivery. I would definitely recommend Anna and E-Ship to any of my friends and family who were interested in shipping their car.

eShip was very expedient and very straightforward. When I called them, I spoke with a guy named Craig and he was very helpful. I had been struggling with another carrier for two weeks who kept on bouncing me around and when I called Craig, he got me all set up. He told me how much it would cost and the rate if I wanted to do it. He told me he could sign me up right then and he got me what I wanted within 10 minutes. It was great. Everything went very well and everything was quick and efficient. The delivery took five business days and there was good communication. I would recommend them.

San Diego -> Philadelphia. If you're like I was when I started looking into shipping my car, you're adrift in a bottomless ocean of competing companies with archaic websites and clunky quote systems, getting 10 calls a day from each of them while you try to remember which one's which and which price is best. It's a frustrating industry, to say the least. Anna with eShip understands that, and in the end, that's why I went with eShip. I spoke to a few competitors, and it felt like I was taking up their time if I wasn't booking right away. Anna was different, and cared about my move on a personal level.

We had a wonderful experience with eShip. The companies/drivers they deal with are very professional. Our car was transported within 24 hours in perfect condition. For first time shippers the whole process can be stressful but it all happens within last 3-5 days and eShip staff is very co-operative and thorough.

One of the best things I liked with eShip was the vehicle tracking. Then when I sent a message regarding my vehicle transportation, they responded very quickly. So those two were the plus points for eShip. I talked with four other car shipment companies and none of them worked. Working with eShip was a really good experience for me. Everyone responded quickly and nicely, and the driver was friendly. They said it would take 7 to 10 days and although he delivered on the sixth day, he messaged me. Everything was perfect. I didn't find any scratch on my car so that was really nice because I was mostly worried about that thing.

I had never worked with any auto transport broker before so I looked up through ConsumerAffairs website and various other referral sites. I must have gone to one site to enter information and it sent my request to 20 brokers. Not knowing how the whole thing worked, I went with someone who had quite high ratings. But eShip's price was also one of the lowest. That ended up being one of their lower offerings where throughout the whole process, it was like a low benchmark and I guess they would have to accept offers on that. But I also got impatient. I would have rather just had someone say, "Here's what the price is. I can pick it up on X date," and eShip actually ended up being closer to that one. I got tired of waiting around to see if my low bid would get accepted. After 72 hours, I more or less said I didn't wanna wait anymore. I would rather have my vehicle at least on a truck.

I got three or four quotes and looked up about five or six different companies before I chose eShip. They came in with one of the lower bids and they seem like a reputable business when I did my research. Their sales team was relatively transparent. Unfortunately, the price went up by a couple of hundred dollars from what we were quoted, which I was kind of expecting because of all the other quotes that I got and the location that I was moving to was kinda remote. It was expected, but unfortunate.

eShip was a reference through the moving company that I was using and initially booking it with the gal was fine. Thereafter, the communication between her and I got a little sideways, and then my payment terms changed the day before the pick up was being arranged. There was supposed to be x amount that was paid on a credit card, and the remainder was supposed to be in cash. The credit card was charged a lot less, and then it had to be more in cash. Still, the dollar amount didn't I had to pay change and it was all manageable. Apart from the terms, they were pretty on it. The shipment was quick. It was picked up on a Thursday and delivered to me Monday morning. I liked my driver too.

After using five different brokers over a seven year period, I think I may have found one I can stay with over time. This was a very different experience! Having a specific name, telephone number and email address was very different from other experiences. Every time I called or emailed, I received immediate responses. I was stunned!

I purchased a vehicle out of state and had it shipped to my home from a dealer and eShip was referred to me. While the vehicle was in motion from somewhere in Ohio to Oklahoma City on the day it was being picked up and sent to me, it would've been handy to have some sort of automatic notification of when the vehicle has been picked up, when it's in route and when the expected delivery date would have been. I got some updates, but when you're talking about a 24-hour window of everything happening, more than one update would be handy. I'm used to all delivery services that I use to have a more real-time notification process. There are more proactive notifications with most other delivery mechanisms out there, so I feel like I initiated most of my interactions. Still, it was easy.

We recently used EShip to transport a car from Arizona to New Jersey. Michelle ** was our point of contact. She was terrific and went above and beyond—always promptly answering emails and pleasant in her responses. Car was delivered on time and in same condition it was when it was picked up. Process was seamless and easy. Competitive rate too. Highly recommend.

My experience with eShip was fantastic. I used them for a car I had purchased. It was 100 miles north of me in Santa Barbara at a lady's house. I called eShip and asked them to pick the car up, and they did exactly when they said they were going to. The lady said the guy was awesome. He had to pull the car out of a big barn. I wasn't even home when they delivered it, but I told them where to put it, and they put it right in the exact perfect spot. They did a perfect job. If I’d rate it 1 to 10, it's a 10. I had also used them several years ago and there's no doubt I'll use them in the future. I have 4 old cars and a couple houses and I kind of move them back and forth.

Very happy once I was in touch with driver. David was very nice and accommodating. My only complaint was that I was told I would hear from someone either that night or next morning to let me know when to expect them to pick up my car, but didn't hear from anyone until after a few calls. It was mid afternoon before I was given a pickup time. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the contact I had, but she was more than helpful in trying to get me the information. Otherwise, I was very happy with your service and would recommend them.

I was happy with the personalized service e-ship provided, and the car arrived from Washington to Colorado in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend e-ship to others looking to transport their vehicle. They did not continually call and pressure me to sign-up with them, like other companies did.

The people who work for eShip were straightforward, honest, and communicated when they needed to. They met my expectations. They fit within the timeframe that we were looking for.

My communication after placing my order was quick and professional. Same with the dispatch personnel - excellent. They both texted and called, and quickly responded to my texts/calls/emails. The pickup of my SUV occurred within 2 days of my order and the car was delivered from Nevada to Florida in 4 days. The whole transaction took less than a week! I had a great conversation with their rep who got back to me with a ship date that same day. The service was very personal and helpful. Initially, I worked with a moving company that didn't show up. I went with eShip instead to move my vehicle 900 miles and things went fine. The vehicle had no problems when it got to me.

I figured shipping a car was probably going to be a nightmare, a rip off, and a month of worrying whether they were going to pick it up and drop it off without tragic events. I was wrong. EShip was fantastic to work with, they chose a good company to haul my car cross country, and it arrived in perfect shape, on time, no problem, no extra cost. My car was trapped in California and I couldn’t go back to get it out. So, I got eShip to ship it. Their team was pretty professional so I felt pretty comfortable with them and they got good reviews. The price to hire them before was less expensive, but it was okay given that they did a good job. The car was delivered a lot faster than the scheduled time. The car was the way it was supposed to be and I was happy about it.

I shipped a Corvette from Arkansas to Pennsylvania in a enclosed trailer. The driver was polite and professional. He loaded the car quickly and safely. The car was unloaded the same way and arrived as it left here. I am very satisfied with the whole transaction.

Everything went great. Cars arrived with no damages. Arrived 2 days later than stated, but not a problem for us. The only concern was that I was listed as the main contact, my son second, and daughter-in-law third. When they contacted us, they called my daughter-in-law to state the delivery date, then on the day of delivery, they sent a text to my son. Luckily, my husband was at their house waiting for the cars to arrive and my son has a job that he was able to have access to his phone. Everything was fine, but could have been worse had they not been able to answer their phone or read their text.

I can't say enough about how professional this company is and specifically I wanted to thank Mark Anthony for guiding me through this crazy wild business. Mark was upfront with everything, no bs, no headaches, nothing hidden. He told me how it is straight up and stressed the importance of me allowing him to work for me. The market was saturated due to covid and it was extremely difficult for us to lock in a price. Nonetheless Mark stayed with me to the end with open communication. I shipped two cars from Texas to Virginia. Eship handled all the details. Communication was great through the whole process. My questions were answered immediately. The driver picked up and dropped off the vehicles right on schedule. Everyone involved was very nice. I would definitely recommend and use eship again.

The set up process for my vehicle move with eShip was good and the driver I got was very cordial. However, a week after I got the car, I noticed that the tire on the passenger side evidently hit something on the side of the trailer. That damaged the tire a bit and dented the rim. I called the dealership I bought it from and they said that if I didn't discover the issue when the moving crew brought my vehicle off the trailer, they wouldn't do anything about it. Apart from this issue, moving a vehicle through eShip went well.

Pickup was on time and drop off was 2-4 days earlier than their estimate! Driver called one day in advance to let me know. No damage to the car. Car exterior was filthy on arrival, but what can you expect after a cross-country open transport. If I ever have to ship a vehicle again I will use eShip without question.

I was looking for companies that had been in business at least for a while and had some kind of reviews. I looked online and seven companies had decent reviews, and then I decided on eShip. They at least stood out as one that had a reputation. Everything went really easily. I was a little surprised because I’ve never done that, but it was all as advertised, the car was in very good condition, and everything worked really well. Because I have never done it before, I didn’t understand what the rep emailed that had a contract. So, every time I asked a question, she had an answer, and it could be a generational thing where I’m not used to doing everything via text and on the phone. “Okay. Here’s a text. And so, well, the driver will call you,” and that was it. I’m like, “Okay.” But that was a minor thing. She said that the driver would reach out the day before and he did. And then, that he would reach out again.

I was happy with the eShip experience. After contacting the company, they were quick to respond and kept in frequent contact. The pickup date and times were honored, and so was the delivery date. The vehicle was delivered without any additional defects (dents, scratches, etc). It did have the smell of gas, because the vehicle tank was full at the time of loading. The driver told us that it should have only been 1/4 full, given that there would be sloshing of fuel due to road conditions, and the car would be on an incline on the trailer. This is a good lesson to share with future shippers.

This past week I used eShip to secure transport from California to Kansas for a 1990 Chrysler LeBaron convertible. I chose eShip because of other positive reviews and I'm glad I did. I worked with Michelle to set up a hard-enclosed transport. I didn't want to stress about hail damage, rocks or anything else since it only had 13,000 miles on it. She was super friendly and helpful and stayed in constant communication while she secured the carrier. I would imagine it's a little more time consuming for them to find a hard-enclosed transport, in a short period of time, for a decent price, but they managed to do it and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We were transferring from one office location to another from Atlanta to Boston. It was around 800 miles. I looked into six transport companies and settled with eShip. I liked dealing with their people on the phone. Most people were rude and didn't wanna answer questions, but the girls that I dealt with at eShip were just great. Also, the delivery guys brought the car where it was gonna be brought when they said it was gonna be there and they had no problems at all with the delivery.

When we were moving a little over 2,000 miles from one state to another, we used eShip for our vehicle. Price was definitely a factor in our decision, but it was also the availability of the person that was taking care of everything and making sure that I could reach out to them and that they would reach out to me. It was winter time so weather was an issue and then the size of the vehicle was an issue too because it wasn’t just a standard car. It was a crew cab four-wheel drive pickup truck with a long bed. So the size of the vehicle was a factor, which ended up taking a few spaces on the truck. It was a very big truck.

I went through so many estimates because I had specific issues with timing, the house being closed and getting it out of the garage and not being in California the time the window is. I had to rely on other people to help me. And so, the contractor that set me up, I went with him because of his calmness and ability to work around my issues. He was an A+. I wouldn't have used eShip without him initially starting. He had a grasp of my situation and understood what I was trying to do and it was a very calming factor in the whole transition. I had a lot of things in a short period of time and he was really helpful in getting it done and working around my problems. I had some issues personally on getting the car out of the garage. The initial driver who took the job couldn't do the job, and then we had to put it back out there. It was a matter of a day lost. But the driver that made the trip was 100%. I'd give him an A+. I was thinking about what source could I go to see what was the best auto ship company that I could rely on and eShip was the second option. I felt comfortable in going with eShip after I spoke with the lady there and because their price quoted was lesser than the first option. She was not trying to make the sales pitch that we once felt compared to the first option, and it did not feel like traditional pushing sales.

I reached out to eshiptransport.com on Feb 28th 2019 after seeing the representations and promises on their website. I was contacted by their sales rep Anna ** and given a quote number **. I agreed to send them payment under the terms of our agreement that my vehicle would be picked up from Houston on 2/29/20 and delivered on 3/2/20. I relied on the false advertising used to 'bait and switch' me on their website promising "If we say that we'll get your car there by a specific date, we mean it."

Their price was reasonable and they got the car closer to where we wanted it. The transport took one week and everything went smoothly. Still, it felt a little open-ended until the car was delivered and it would be nice to see more of a tracking. If you call though, they would tell you who is in charge of it. There was one point of contact and then various other links to other drivers in smaller companies. They stayed in touch with everybody and things were handled well.

They picked the vehicle up here in Southern California on a Thursday and then they took it into Anaheim and loaded it on a big transporter. From there, they had it in Oklahoma City by Sunday. We were going to California for the winter and needed a car. We looked at about five companies and went with eShip. They were very responsive and the price, although not the best, was okay. We dealt with the salesperson then with the person who handles the payment and the confirmation and so forth. We had the car transported about 2,000 miles from Michigan to California. The delivery and pick-up were similar. We met the trucker in a big parking lot and he picked the car up. Then he met us near our destination in a big parking lot where he could drive the truck to.

But at the last minute, I decided to ship it. eShip had really good reviews online and didn’t annoy me with all the phone calls. And their person was really helpful and not edgy. Everything was really fast and efficient. I could get ahold of someone if I needed to and the process was really easy on my end. eShip was able to pick up my car three days later and get it delivered to Alabama. Although something happened with the driver’s tire, I was able to meet with him and get everything coordinated. It was super easy and quick. The payment was easy as well.

I was moving across the country and I didn’t wanna drive myself. I had eShip transport my SUV from Ohio to Southern California. I went with them based on the description of the company, their policies when I first called, and their price. The rep's knowledge and expertise were satisfactory. She liked to text me and ask for updates, which was nice. The driver was a few days ahead of schedule, which was also nice. From beginning to end, it took about five days.

I did a lot of research and checked with three companies before deciding on eShip. One company low balled the whole thing and one company was a little higher than what I actually paid through eShip. I also noticed some good reviews for Mark Anthony who is the person that explained to me how the whole process worked. The final amount I actually paid was a little higher than what Mark quoted because the actual shipper wanted $100 more because of my ship-to location. Mark said he ate $50.00 of that and I paid the other extra $50.00. That amount was still less than one of the companies I checked into. I did not know much about the actual shippers, but they picked up the car late on a Friday night and delivered clear across the country the following Monday night. Was very fast service and the car was obviously dirty from the trip, but the car was delivered with no issues. Ran it through the car wash the next morning and it looks great.

Eship handled my shipping of my father's 2006 Jaguar. Michelle, Grace and Jenny were all helpful and accessible. Vahe of Omega Carriers was the driver. He was easy to work with, fair and friendly. Car arrived fairly quickly and in good condition.

eShip was incredibly responsive to my initial request for an estimate. They were transparent as far as the pricing went and they were easy to get ahold of and discuss with follow-up 'cause I had a bunch of questions about it. So, I was satisfied with the process with them. They picked up the vehicle in Pennsylvania outside Philadelphia. My daughter is a doctor working for the Indian Health Service in Zuni, New Mexico. It's very remote. For me to do it myself, it would have taken three days to drive out there, not to mention the wear and tear on myself. It would have put all those 2,000 miles on the car too. Instead, I met the driver at the pickup point and loaded the vehicle on. Payment occurred at the end of the transport after they were satisfied, that there were no issues.

And they did a very good job of making it happen for me, especially because I was shipping it on fairly short notice. I wasn’t 100% sure if I was gonna need to ship my car or not. And then I needed to and I only had maybe a week to get someone to come pick it up. They found someone for me and got it taken care of quickly. And the delivery went smoothly. The driver reached out to me and dropped my car off right at my place of work. It was actually washed when they dropped it off.

eShip provided great service and on-time delivery. Very smooth from start to finish. Cars arrived sooner than expected and in perfect shape. The driver was very nice and even helped jump the both cars. Cars are classics and arrived in great shape. I would use them again!

I contacted eShip to have my car picked up from a dealership and delivered to my house. Pickup was on time and delivery was also one day behind the estimated delivery date. Car came in great shape and the driver had a detailed report of any scratches, bumps, etc.

I found eShip through the internet and I heard they had good rating. I used their service to transport my vehicle to Florida from New York and it went fine. Their sales team was very helpful and the driver was very nice.

I had many conversations with Mark about the timing but that was mostly because my move date was changing. We did finally settle on the date and the driver showed up in the morning of the appointed day which was great. No trouble getting the car loaded and on its way. I was a bit concerned about the delivery at the final destination because a specific time couldn't be given to me. That was important because I had to drive myself from Texas to Florida. I arrived at my destination about an hour before my car arrived from the transporter so it all worked out. I just wish a more specific delivery time could be provided ahead of time.

I was moving from the east coast to the west coast and found eShip online. They had good ratings. The rep was very informative and was clear about what was gonna happen and how it was gonna happen. It went smoothly on the pick-up. The driver kept in touch with us, signed up and load the vehicle up easily. The driver that dropped it off was very good at communicating where he was and when he would be arriving. It was a little quicker than they promised and it all went very smoothly. However, neither the agent nor the transporter mentioned that they wouldn't take credit cards when the car was delivered. They both forgot to mention that the balance needed to be paid by cashier's check or cash. I feel bad for the driver who had to come back the next day after I had a chance to go to a bank and get the cashier's check for him.

I was moving out of state and eShip was the most efficient and most cost-effective among other companies. They transported my car in about 1,000 miles and said it'd take a few days but it only took about three so I was really pleased with that. I ended up meeting it there. The driver notified me when he was a few hours out and kept me updated.

The eShip reviews were really good and so I used them. The driver called me a couple of days out and gave me a heads up when he thought he would be there the earliest and latest. He called me again the day before and gave me an approximate time. Then he called me about an hour out to let me know where he was gonna park and meet. They're great overall.

eShip was good. I went with another company but they proved they weren't working with me very well. They gave me the lower price and couldn't provide the service. And then, I pulled up eShip, talked to three people, and it sounded like they were all doing the same thing to get my vehicle shipped in slightly different prices, but I knew where I'm at. It was gonna be the most aggressive individual because the shipping of the vehicle is gonna be a unique situation. eShip's salesman was the most aggressive of them and I went with him. It cost me a little bit more, but we were able to remedy the situation and get the vehicle delivered as soon as possible. The transport was from Brooklyn to California. And because it was an extra large vehicle, it couldn't be on a group shipping line. It had to be trucked in a pick-up and trailer across the country.

My parents have used eShip before when my dad worked in California. They transported his car and my mom recommended it to me. I used them to ship my car from Laurel, Maryland to Elk Grove, California. Their process is good but I like the customer service better. I really appreciated the customer service. I talked to some people through email and text message, and they were really quick to respond, which I really appreciated, especially because I didn’t know where the car was. I got my car shipped during the holidays and I understood the delay because it’s a holiday. The woman I spoke to checked the shipment for me and then she told me the date and the time it may arrive. I appreciated that she responded to me and then she looked it up. They texted me the exact time and place for the delivered. They texted me that they arrived, and then I just drove there, and they were already there. It was good.

EShip provided great service and an outstanding customer experience. They offered a Fair price, and delivered timely follow ups and updates regarding pick up and delivery. My Audi was delivered one day earlier than expected. Would highly recommend this firm.

I had a Subaru Forester shipped from Massachusetts to Utah. I looked into a lot of transport companies and ended with eShip as they could get it done the quickest. I had an awesome sales rep. I was in a rush to get the car moved and I told her that there was stuff in the car. I had already paid somebody else to do the job but they couldn’t. The driver got sick or canceled so I had to get a refund from that company. The car was already packed and ready to go. But there were evidently different rules which I wasn’t really made aware of. When the driver showed up, I had to pay an additional $200 because there were goods in the car. I was being held hostage. It was not like I could say, "Okay, no. I’ll find somebody else.”

I had made arrangements with another transporter and they were a lot cheaper, but they were not delivering the thing that I wanted them to deliver. So, I started googling and I removed the price from my filter. Many sites said that the company that I chose, eShip, has the best service but they are not necessarily the cheapest company. But in the end, everything went excellently. They were relatively on time and they gave me a window of time that they would pick up the vehicle. They arrived towards the end of that window but it was still within that window. Any time I called, they gave me an answer and a feedback about the whereabouts of my car. And during the delivery, it was delivered right at the time that it was supposed to be delivered and it was pain-free. So, I am thankful for them for running their business the way they are running it.

EShip did a fantastic job. My cars arrived ahead of schedule actually and the attention to detail was very impressive. Special attention was paid to protecting both vehicles for damage and dirt. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them in the future.

I used eShip to transport a Nissan Rogue 2,200 miles, from Minnesota to Savannah, Georgia. Their price was really good and they were very professional. The driver and the contracted company were awesome. I trusted the driver completely with the car and he dropped it off to my son in college. I trusted that it’d be fine for my son to take that delivery and it worked out perfectly. The guy went through the car with him after it was dropped off. It was a little dirty, but it was an outside carry, so I expected that. There were no dings or scratches though. I’m sure I’ll have to bring that car back, and I’ll use eShip again.

I shipped my vehicle from California to Nashville, Tennessee. The guy that set it up and got it all going was friendly and knowledgeable. Then the delivery driver was great and I really liked him. The vehicle was in perfect condition upon arrival.

We were transporting a car from San Diego to Virginia. Mark was easy to deal with. He explained the process and took time answering all of my questions. The drivers arrived to pick up the car within the stated window of time. The men were very professional, courteous and careful. The pick up went equally as well. The only odd thing was that they had to meet the transport at night. The driver said they got delayed with the long lines at the truck weigh station and ended up rolling into the Walmart parking lot at 9pm. The drivers did keep my daughter informed of the changing times which was good. My daughter and son-in-law, however were able to inspect the car and see that there was no damage (scratches or dents) to it. The only hassle of picking up that late is that they had to drag their 6 year old out of bed to go pick up the car. I would use eShip again if I needed to transport another car.

Craig with eShip is awesome! Needless to say we were very worried about how this would all work. His initial estimate was exactly what we paid with a deposit and then Zelle for remainder upon delivery. We were in constant contact with him or his staff during the process. Our car was picked up in Delaware and delivered to LA in ONE WEEK with an initial estimate of 6-10 days. The pickup driver was very professional and apologetic for the one day delay due to a truck hydraulic issue. Other than some mild confusion with the trucking dispatch and delivery time, it all worked out and the Zelle option for payment was fantastic. Other than a little dirty on the outside the car arrived in the same shape it left in. After reading reviews for many transport companies, we found that customer experiences were either really great or really terrible. eShip GETS 5 STARS FROM US! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were a slight bit more expensive, but that was worth it to me for the knowledge of knowing because my cars are both classic vehicles and I wanted to make sure they were going to arrive safe and sound. I will state that it is VERY VERY hard to feel comfortable and trust an unknown to ship something of value on just a few conversations or words. I did have quotes that were less. BUT.. in this case the agent was diligent, understanding and from some place up north! LOL. But If you can get a hold of Mark Anthony as your agent and can understand the lets get down to business mentality you will be in good hands.

A week or two later, I contacted eShip again and told them I was ready. The price had gone up but eShip was able to work with me on the deposit. The driver they contracted was very professional and kept in touch. He went out of his way and delivered my vehicle late at night.
