The agent stood out in eShip’s customer service and that things got done very fast, which I needed. I was flexible and I could have waited but they were prompt and able to tell me when they could do it, and it sounded great. I live in a gated community and when the driver made the delivery, I told him to park by the gate. And he parked by the back gate which was on the main road. But everything worked out because it happened to be the time of day that was slow. It took less than a week to ship the vehicle and I was satisfied with eShip.

Mark was honest and took the time to explain the factors that lead to the quote I could expect. I never felt rushed. The shipper that was hired was professional, on time, and delivered the car with no damage. The delivery was roughly 2000 miles.

Car was on time. Received car when expected. Car was intact. Service was reliable. I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for your reliable service. Keep up the good work. I give you four stars because there's always room for improvement. I never give five stars to anyone.

I had a great experience with the sales rep and the driver was on time. It was very seamless.

eShip is a broker like many of the ones online but there was someone who was assigned to my shipment. They knew all about it and had all the details. They've worked to verify their shipment and organized their collector promptly. The shipment got there as described and on time. So it was a good experience. It wasn't the cheapest but I was happy with the service. It was very positive so I would give them another try.

The rep I talked to gave me an overview of the company and told me what's in. She told me how the whole thing works and she was honest. I was told I wouldn't pay upfront. She said they take a hundred bucks for a deposit, but I shouldn't have to pay a lot of money. That helped. She gave me quite a bit more information than most places did about what to avoid when shipping a car. Also, I contacted them with a rough date when I needed the car picked up and she contacted me weekly through email or a text and kept me in the loop. Then, just before the guy picked up the car, she contacted me as well, which was nice. I've had several cars shipped and eShip is the best by far.

The driver didn't speak English and interactions were a little difficult. Also, I had to meet him behind a Walmart and it seemed like he was struggling with the truck. It seemed like things weren't working smoothly. But the car arrived safely and in good shape.

I was trying to go with a different company but the guy who contacted me from eShip explained the process to me a little better and showed me how they could do it better. He was very knowledgeable and convinced me to go with him. The transport took only about six hours so it wasn’t too long. The service was great and eShip stands out compared to anybody else. They know what they're doing.

The trucking company that eShip used didn't communicate at all until they were about an hour away. That was the only communication I got and they were actually 20 minutes away. So, it was very short notice. The truck came to some business further away because we couldn't fit a semi-truck down here so it would have been easier to get a two-hour heads up. But they were fast. Once they picked it up, it was here in five days all the way from California. eShip does not have tracking though. The vehicle I got was my grandfather's old classic car and the tracker would be nice to have when you're shipping something like that. eShip was between three other companies and they pulled through. It was relatively fast. I gave short notice that I needed a car picked up and a week later, it was picked up.

I ended up getting my car shipped but there was a miscommunication on whether the car was operable or not. It was not operable, so the original person that eShip sent out wasn't able to pick it up. I ended up having to pay more to get it shipped because it was misquoted and took a lot of time. It was not a great experience. I paid the fee to eShip and then, I paid the difference in cash to the contractor who they hired, which was an odd transaction type. But it worked fine. I wouldn't necessarily recommend people not go with eShip but I had to tell whoever I was talking to about whether or not the vehicle was inoperable, even though that was on the initial screening questionnaire that they quoted off of. I don't know if they don't read those or if they assume that all the vehicles are operable, unless someone says otherwise. So, people should check the details and confirm those with eShip.

Everything worked out well with eShip. It took a little while to get the booking with the driver but once he was on it, he was here quickly. The gentleman who assisted us was very professional, thorough and informative. The quote went up in price once ascertained a driver could haul it but it was within reason. From start to finish, everything took a couple of weeks and with our needs, it worked. It would have been nice though to have security knowing we're paying more sooner and got it taken care of sooner. But it worked out.

e-Ship went above and beyond to deliver our vehicle from Buffalo, NY to Florida. We received the vehicle 2 days earlier than expected. Excellent service from start to finish and will definitely use again. Already recommended to friends. 5 stars.

Everyone was very responsive. They kept me apprised as to when they would arrive to pick up the car and when they would deliver it. It was seamless and the car was delivered in time and in perfect condition. I am very impressed by their service. This is the second time that we will use them again if necessary.

My new-to-me M3 was delivered today. The shippers in this case were fantastic; expeditious; communicated and worked very well for us (buyer/seller). I am very pleased with the shipper and your company as my choice to deliver my M3. My car was shipped in the enclosed container and delivered from OH to my doorstep in SoCal in 4-days. You get what you pay for and I received 1st class service from eShip.

I was very satisfied with both eShip (Mark **) and the auto shipper he found us. All went very well. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend. They picked up the car on time and even though they had some truck difficulty, they were able to deliver the car to us as soon as they were able.

All the way from California to Florida my car was transported so quickly. I wasn’t even prepared for its arrival. I had many shipping options paid over lowest bid and it’s was definitely worth the price. Great company and service.

The transport with eShip went very well. The rep who helped set up the transport was great and the driver was nice.

The experience with the rep from eShip was very good but the driver’s English wasn’t that great. I knew that that was the case so that was a little difficult but it all worked out. There was a bit of confusion on the delivery end because he got confused with the phone numbers as well as the timing of the delivery. He wanted to deliver it late at night and I couldn't accept the delivery during that time. But otherwise, it was fine. The only disappointment was that there was a substantial amount of grease that ended up on the car cover because the trucks have a whole lot of grease if they were to get vehicles up and down these ramps. But it was just a matter of washing the car cover and cleaning the car up.

I received my vehicle in good shape and a few minutes earlier than Silvio, the carrier, anticipated. Silvio was excellent. He called initially to discuss the trip and the destination and contacted me with his ETA when he was about an hour out. He arrived, took me around the car with his inspection sheet (no problems); and actually drove the car up my (awkward and steep) driveway for me. He was quick, and efficient, and on his way - after a long (to me) 7 hour drive. I would highly recommend him and his company. I would also recommend Eship Corp to anyone shipping a vehicle too. Your customer service is outstanding. You took my order, contacted the dealership and had everything in order, the carrier booked (and checked carriers for accidents, insurance etc, which I appreciated). It was a matter of a couple of days from order to delivery. Marvelous! Thank you. Great experience.

The communication with the person that assisted us from the beginning to the end was phenomenal. She stayed in contact. We didn't have any issues. It was seamless. We also got the price for $5 less than what she quoted.

Eship was great. I had the car out on others bids but no one wanted to pick up. Michelle quoted me a price only slightly higher than what the other 2 shipping companies quoted, then she explained how the business works, and promised me she would have a driver in 24 hours. She delivered. I would give 5 stars but tracking communication lagged a bit behind the progress once the driver was assigned.

I am so glad I used EShip to transport a car that I purchased from the seller in Virginia to my home on Long Island near NYC. The agent Dana was so nice and attentive to my needs as well as gave me her personal cell number, something you don't see in business these days though that is how I run my business. She arranged transportation quickly and kept me informed the entire process. The transport drivers were professional and on time for the pickup and came when they said they would for the delivery. In talking to Dana who got right back to me when I was looking for shipping I was impressed how professional and attentive to my needs she as as well as upfront with the price and no hidden extra costs. I would recommend eShip for any car transportation needs as I can only say good about my experience with them.

I selected another company at first and they did such a poor job that I contacted eShip as an alternative, who did everything well. This last time, I just contacted the rep directly, knowing that he worked for eShip. He set the expectations and then got it going, with the expectation that the vehicles were going to arrive at a rough certain range of days. eShip also called in advance to let us know when they were due. They were very nice people. The driver made contact with me on where to pick up the vehicles. We made alternative arrangements on where to pick them up because we need to go to a parking lot for the truck. They went ahead wrote things up and then we signed things.

Mark Anthony with eShip is the man. If you are looking to transport a vehicle then look no further. I was given the runaround by multiple dispatch companies to transport my Mercedes. Then I came across Mark Anthony with eShip. Once I contacted him I had a carrier lined up within a couple hours. From the time he took my call I had my vehicle delivered from 600 miles away in less than 24 hrs. Mark is very professional and explains how the business works without leaving you in the dark. When Mark gives you your quote that’s what it is. It doesn’t change. He is very honest and sticks to his word. Thanks again Mark Anthony! eShip is the way to go!

I recently moved and was looking to ship a car near San Francisco, CA to Houston, TX. I contacted several companies to get quotes and honestly, eShip stood out because 1) their website was clear and concise as well as listed out what was covered with the price of shipping and 2) the representative I was connected to, Scott, was super helpful at answering all of my questions. I was nervous about shipping a car and it was my first time using a service like this. He explained that the price followed a bidding process, so while the quote provided was a baseline, it may change due to gas, weather, location, driver's availability, etc. He was very transparent, not pushy, and responsive, which I appreciated. He worked on my behalf to find a bid (there was really only one) but the price was very reasonable.

eShip provided excellent customer care, answered all my many questions as a first time car shipper and the driver, Philip, was great! I was really nervous about shipping both cars cross country after reading horror stories online and scam warnings. The process was smooth, reasonably priced and driver was great to work with. (And delivery was early!)

eShip did a good job all around. My car actually made it from the Chicago area to the Seattle area a day earlier than projected and safe and sound. The communication was great and the employees helpful. Danke, Gracias et Merci.

The experience went except for the delay, then the raise in cost and delivery at 3:45am, plus confusion about payment which ended up costing another 17.50 with PayPal fee. But everyone was very polite, just a few areas that could have gone better. Thank you.

The rep educated me on how it works under the hood, as far as the process and how eShip contacts the drivers and what the expectations are. That's definitely a plus, especially if you're not seasoned from shipping vehicles previously. I did it a couple years ago, but things have changed since then. It was great to have the education piece to it. I would also get updates from one of folks about statuses and even after hours, they would answer the phone, which is awesome. Working with the driver themselves and finding a good place to drop the vehicle and leave it went all right too. Even the notifications on the delivery date that went out were right on.

Michelle, the rep at eShip, helped me figure out what to look for, how much and how long. There were a couple of scuff marks on the vehicle when it arrived but I fixed them. It’s okay.

EShip delivered! If you need a car transported, do not hesitate using this firm. I was having issues with the dealership who promised to ship my vehicle from California to Florida and after two weeks of no action, I called eShip. I had my car for a fair price in a weeks time!! Mark ** was absolutely amazing! He took personal pride in making sure I had a 5 star experience! In addition, the driver of the transport (Craig) took great care of my car and he was professional and very accommodating during delivery. Thank you Eship for such an amazing experience!

The service that eShip has provided was pretty good. I was very happy with the service. It was a normal pickup from California and it was handled very professionally. Once the driver got here to New York, he was professional and prompt. I saw him take the vehicle off of his truck and he was very careful. I saw no scratches or damage to the vehicle. I would probably use the service again if I had to ship another vehicle.

The gentleman I was dealing with was on the ball, and I felt comfortable with him. Everything was laid out beforehand and there weren't any hidden costs from eShip or from the driver when we ultimately had to settle up. The communication was good. eShip was emailing me, and then the driver or their dispatcher was communicating when they would arrive and pick up the car or drop it off.

I tried using other brokers for a shipping route that wasn't as mainstream, and was getting nowhere. Mark from eShip came to the rescue and had a shipper identified within a week and he made sure my questions were answers and needs were met. The selected shipper was great as well. All in all a positive experience.

I called, and the next day, I already had information on lead times and pricing. The rep definitely knew what she was doing. I would get a call when there was an update. During the delivery, the people called me a day or two earlier than I expected because they were already in the area. They asked me if I could take the car and they were 10 minutes away. I just waited outside and saw them come up. They unloaded it. My only complaint is that when I left Texas, my car had a front grill. When it got to my house, it didn't. They took pictures of it when it left Texas as well as when it came to my house. I'm still trying to get the pictures of when it was delivered. My rep is still trying to get ahold of them. They got my car here faster, which I enjoyed, but they were also missing an item and I haven't got it solved.

I thank Eship Transport and the employees involved for during an awesome job in transporting my car. Excellent and professional service. I will definitely use them again and refer the service when requested. Special thanks to Amber and the driver Andrei, excellent team work. I appreciate you both.

First time having a car shipped. PA to AZ. Great experience from first call to delivery. My car came 3 days early. It came on Easter so I didn’t have the funds ready but the driver, Nel, patiently waited 30 minutes for me to run to an ATM. Price was reasonable too. Not a scratch on my car. I’m retired Air Force so I’m very picky and highly recommend eShip.

I can't say enough good things about eShip and the individual who handled my case, Mark **. Mark explained the entire process and had a carrier scheduled to pick my SUV up the next day. The carrier was on time and very professional. My SUV shipped from Florida to Massachusetts on time in just 3 days. Arrived with no issues. Great experience. Anna, the coordinator I worked with, was phenomenal. She was informative and she stayed in contact with me throughout until I received the car. It was my first time shipping a car and she made me feel very comfortable. The carrier was really friendly and very courteous. I was very pleased with the whole process. Everything was handled very professionally and better than I had expected it to go.

The driver I ended up with was absolutely awesome. Even though there was a little hiccup at the end and the truck broke down, that was really no fault of his own. The only negative that I wasn't especially happy with was that I was quoted one price which played into the decision of who. But, when it came down, I was told that because I had reached out a good month and a half ahead of time to make sure I had something set up, I wouldn't get a driver assigned and such until about two weeks before my move.

The one thing that would have been nice would be a statement saying that my credit card receipt won't be received until they charge the card upon pick-up. I was a little confused by that and I got a little nervous when I gave the rep my credit card information but I didn't see a charge. But otherwise using eShip was a great experience. They did a good job explaining how the process worked and what we would do as a plan of action if the car didn't get the bid. Customer service is relatively prompt and helpful. They completed the task of bringing my car from point A to point B successfully.

eShip responded quickly and communicated well. The pick-up and delivery of my pickup truck went very smoothly. The rep was very communicative and he kept me informed.

Good experience with eShip. Received exactly what I asked for in a timely manner. A different speed driver was topnotch. Trip was from Tulsa Oklahoma to Georgia. Would recommend to anyone. Only my second experience with shipping a vehicle across country. Very competitive business with a lot of feedback and email but eShip was not high pressure and had the best rating.

The car got here without issue and the driver was very nice. He showed up on time on both ends and everything went smoothly. There was a little discrepancy on the quote because it was a little higher than I expected it to be. I didn't make an issue out of it because we had just gotten here. But I would mention it if we choose to use them again when we go back home. I would call them again for my move.

Getting a quote was easier from eShip, which was one reason I picked them. I found it appealing as well that all the people that they use and vet are fully bonded and insured. I did a reasonableness check on the price using some internet research and I know someone who recently brought in a vehicle from Arizona with similar mileage. So, the price was fair.

Everything was perfect with eShip and it was better than I thought. It was my first time and reading all the comments, everybody said that the car would be messed up and that they had issues with the drivers. I was hesitant but I had to do it. Dana, the rep, was very good and patient. She answered all my questions. I got a little bit nervous because the timeline was coming but she explained that it was going to be close because they don't schedule until close to the deadline. She said that that was how it happens. So, it was good. When we got the car, the driver was nice and the car was in perfect condition. So, if I had to do it, I'll do it again.

Everybody at eShip was nice. The initial broker I talked to was very informative and helpful. I had to switch my dates a couple times and he was able to work with me. He even incurred an extra fee for me because he couldn't find anybody at the last minute so the price went up $100. I only had to pay an additional $50 for expedited service. The team came and picked up my car and it was fine. The car arrived before my body arrived, so I have no complaints. It doesn't have any issues, dings or damages. So, I would refer eShip or use them again if needed. I didn't have a problem and I didn't have to call back nor scream about my vehicle.

I was grateful to have had a seamless experience with Eship. Anyone I came in contact with was always polite and professional. All of my concerns and fears were quickly remedied with competence and knowledgeable explanations. I highly recommend EShip to deliver on their promises of smooth and seamless sailing!

The whole process was easy. There was no run around or misdirection. Once it was set, it was pretty much set and there was minimal adjustment of timeline. I got text messages when the car was picked up and I was notified when it would be delivered. I was contacted the day prior and they gave a four-hour block. eShip is great to work with.

Thank you for the help in shipping my sons car. It wasn’t easy with him being on a military ship /base, but you handled it perfectly. We had a small window for delivery and I was worried it wouldn’t happen. But pick up and delivery went perfectly. From start to finish, great experience.

(Enclosure) Had a issue with battery being dead due to dealership leaving the back door of vehicle open, Sergei from transport company jumped started the vehicle with no issues. They said that they were going to deliver my car in five days. But they actually did that in three days. So that's one best thing. The second best thing is that the representative who followed up on my case was very good. He explained the process completely and clearly, and why the cost was high or low. I'm kind of satisfied with that explanation and proceeded with the service. He gave me a quote and he clearly told me why he gave that quote. He clearly proved me that this was the best quote that he could give me and why it was costing that much. Whereas, if I went with other companies, they didn't give me anything. They always used to hide something, which is not in the case of eShip. I'm satisfied with the service.

Vehicle was picked up early with short notice as a driver had space for 1 more vehicle. Courteous driver delivered in 1 day! Price went up due to rising gas prices but fair price compare to other carriers. Dana was great at communicating with us and trying to get us the best rate. Would definitely use them again.

Once I contacted them, everything seemed reasonable. But I'm not a huge fan of the entire system. It would be nice if there were locations where I could bring the car that were known and drop it off where it would be known. I understand that that's not how the industry is set up but it would be very helpful. There's this whole thing about door-to-door and there's appeal to that, but there's also appeal to knowing where the car is going to be in. They could also have a consolidation of the reports. But within the confines of the system, eShip did very well. Everything went well. The drivers were good. They met me at the time they specified. The communication went well.

We were down in South Carolina and we bought a car that we wanted to have shipped to New York. We didn't wanna drive it because we had another vehicle that we’re already driving, that's why we needed the transport. My niece booked the company for their parents when her parents moved from New York down to Florida. I started with that, but we were a little crunched for time. We were going back up to New York the following week and we were getting a little nervous that we weren't hearing anything from the company. I went online, googled transportation companies, and eShip was one of the ones and it looked like it had a very good rating online.

Everything went well with eShip, from the initial consultation to pick-up and delivery. The quote was also very accurate.

The service from Eship was awesome. Dana, the representative helping me worked very hard to get me the best price to move my truck cross country. Dana was very easy to talk with and kept me informed of truck drivers bidding to deliver my truck.. I highly recommend using this company to move your vehicle.

Everything was smooth with the process.. Great communication from start to finish. The Driver Brandon from carrier was excellent and right on time. The car was in perfect condition. I will probably use them each year to ship my son's car back and forth to Phoenix.

I tip my hat to Mark **. I signed on with another shipping co. 3 weeks went by and no shipping. M/A called me, text me, emailed me letting me know my truck was not moving. Fired the other co. Went with Mark. 2 days the truck was being transported. M/A is a 5 star. Great job. Very happy with eShip.

I am a travel nurse and had my car shipped to Florida from New Mexico. Carolyn was very helpful and friendly and found me the best transporter ever! I was so happy with their services. I called Carolyn when I was done with my contract and was able to get the same transporter to send my car back to New Mexico. Highly recommend!

Knowing my car would be miles away from me, Customer Service was my main priority.. I must say Dana is the best!! I called several places to get a quote and I would be placed on hold or no answer. eShip answered first try.. I had so many questions and was so nervous since it was my first time shipping a car and my car is a lifted truck so you know that is a whole new ballpark.. She was so patient.. She answered all my questions.. Answered all my calls and my truck arrived safe and sound.. The driver was extremely nice and professional.. Overall great communication.. If I ever need to do this, no doubt I will use eShip again!.

Company is great to work with. Found a carrier within 48 hrs. Carrier was from J&D Transport and was very professional. He took pictures of vehicle before and after arrival, was very courteous, and seemed to care very much about the property he was transporting. I will definitely use them again for next shipment. I would have left 5 stars but 4 due to the price Eship charges compared to other bids. I am happy to pay it though knowing my vehicle was transported with care and in a timely manner.

Our overall experience was great. Staff was great at communication. The only thing that made me wrinkle my nose some, was our price. We originally were quoted $1990 and ended up paying $2590. In fairness though, most other companies quoted me $2800+ to start for reference. But drivers weren't biting at lower prices for our pick up city. I can't fault eSHIP for that, though I was surprised it ended up being that far above their quote. But again, all interactions with staff were great. Definitely would use them again!

The whole experience of working with eShip to ship my car from the west coast to the mid-Atlantic was excellent. After sending me a quote responding to my online inquiry, the eShip agent called me and gave me a clear, full and concise explanation of how they do business, answered my questions, and supplied me with important information about transporting cars. Everything the agent told me proved true. Once the contract was arranged, the agent kept me informed by email and text message and responded promptly to my inquiries. They were able to find a carrier sooner than I anticipated. The driver turned out to be very nice, mannerly, responsive, and a person of integrity. The pickup had entailed complex arrangements at the beginning but the driver accommodated those nicely.

I was contacted by the driver 45 minutes before their delivery and I renegotiated the site. I live in a subdivision, so he couldn’t bring his truck down the street. We made arrangements to meet in a parking lot and then, it was smooth. The car was full of salt from the trip, but there are no damages. However, one of the areas where there's most criticism of eShip's service is the timing of the delivery. My delivery timing was not critical and I had a little more flexibility, but if somebody’s looking for a specific date and time, that's not what they're gonna find with the service they provide.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I recently had my lifted truck shipped from Oregon to Kansas and I had A LOT of fear when it came to shipping because I had recently gotten scammed by a moving company so needless to say I was very skeptical out the gate but they did a great job answering all my questions and making me feel at ease! And not to mention that they were highly affordable and fast! I was told it was going to take almost a week to get here and it got here early and took only 3 days from pick up which I was extremely happy about.. Long story short, THEY ARE AMAZING!!

One star because the only good thing about my e-Ship experience was Anna ** who communicated back to me almost immediately every time I called or texted. The only other good thing I can say is that the driver delivered the car in one piece. The car was was not picked up for almost 2 weeks from the date I requested. The worst part was that there was no communication from the driver or e-Ship. I was in the middle of closing on a house and moving cross country. This meant that my car was left in my neighbor's driveway after I flew out 3 days after the original pick up date request. There seemed to be an issue with drivers. Eventually, I heard it was a weather related problem, then nothing, then a promised picked up supposedly from the driver for a Friday pickup 10 days later which became Saturday and finally on a Sunday evening.

Communications were good. I was very pleased to be able to talk to the driver. But we had some issues because when I first booked it, the truck was supposed to be there on a Saturday but they didn't show. It was because the driver got stuck in a snowdrift, which is totally a legitimate thing. So we had to reschedule for another week and cost us a little more money. But all in all, I was pleased even with the hassle of that. I would do it again. The driver was great. He called me and I was able to meet him. I didn't have to wait around for hours and hours for a driver. The whole experience was good.

The rep of eShip was helpful and nice. The driver was cool too. He made sure like, “I'll take care of your car.” The vehicle was in excellent condition upon arrival as well. I was satisfied. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper.

My agent was Carolyn. She was super friendly and helpful. She was always available to reach out to even at 9PM at night and went above and beyond to make sure I had nothing to worry about. I've shipped my car with several companies before but will definitely be using eShip again.

Transportation of my car was done professionally and with care. I would have rated the experience a 5, but my car spent a week in Atlanta waiting to make it to me in Florida. Can't be too harsh, as I had the option to pay extra for an exact delivery date. Overall an easy experience and will use eShip again when needed.

It was during that snowstorm that they had really bad down here in Dallas and I had to wait a week because the rates were ungodly. Dana was patient with me and informed me of the situation. Once she got it under that, she called me back and said she got me a truck.

I was quite nervous shipping my daughter her first car and had been given the runaround by many of the other car transport agencies. Everybody at eShip was fine. A bit of difficulty with actual delivery dates in all three cases, but it was all fine. You really can't do much about mechanical breakdowns. The driver communicated mostly through texts and direct phone calls. I was thrilled. And then, the original price estimates came in exactly that.

I had an overall good experience with eShip. It was super easy and straightforward. Since getting the quotes and interacting with the person who was the broker, I was expecting more formal emails. The woman I interacted with was responsive. One time she called me and she was in the car. We’re in a virtual environment and that might be normal. She answered my question and she helped me exactly as she should. I was like, “Oh, okay. This is how it is.” That was fine but it was like, “Oh." That aside, the woman got me the code I wanted. My car made it safely to California so I'm happy. I didn't get any formal emails although I got one email asking, “Did your car make it?” On the whole, I’d recommended eShip and would use them again.

I used eShip to transport a 2013 Ford Escape from California to Nashville, Tennessee. They had the best price compared to all the other companies that were way over estimated. Everything was great with eShip but I wish there was more communication on when the car would be specifically dropped off at as well as having routine updates. I wish they could have sent something like, “We are in Texas. We are in Oklahoma.” Maybe in the future, GPS tracking could be implemented. That aside, I could call the eShip team anytime I had a question. They gave me an answer either right away or in 20 minutes. And the driver was very nice. It was a little bit hard to talk to him because he didn't speak that much English but it all worked out. When the car arrived, it was just like it was when it was picked up.

I transferred my truck from Ohio to Seattle. The negotiation went quite well with eShip. There was no hassle or any problem except for the wait. It took eShip more than a week to find a transport person to transport the car. The quote I got was reasonable but in the end, they increased it to $100. They told me that to be able to get a faster transport guy to transfer the car. The condition of the car was good when I received it. I contracted eShip to broker transport of my vehicle from Los Angeles to SC on November 6th 2020. After being double booked and dealing with 2 shippers stating that they were hired to pick up my car, my car was picked up November 6th by CA Auto Express. The car arrived in SC November 12 with heavy damage to the rear. The driver instructed me to get estimates and submit them to his dispatcher. I get the necessary information and send it off with before and after pictures to CA Auto Express and eShip.

eShip was more responsive than the others. The upfront process was better than the competitor, but it's not great. Once they picked up the vehicle, it was fine from there. They ended up dropping off a day early, and our daughter wasn't there yet so we had to scramble a little bit for that. eShip could improve on their timeliness and professionalism of response.

I was very impressed with the service received from Dana and her team. All through the process they reached out to me to make sure everything was on schedule and kept us in touch with the driver who was picking up and transporting a car across state lines. eShip was available to do the job when nobody else could. The brokers on the phone are a bunch of liars. It depends on the driver. The process of shipping the car was not good. But that's not through eShip. I highly recommend everybody to avoid Movewheels Auto Transport. The broker is Christian. I have his original email from December 31st guaranteeing me the January 3rd pick up date and the price. I ended up spending $400 more because these people never showed up. They never called. They never transported the car. They left me hanging. Then we flew out on the 5th, still without getting our car transported from Movewheels Auto Transport.

My broker was very transparent about the process. It did take over a week to connect with a driver. Once the car was picked up it was delivered in timely fashion. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition. The driver was very gracious. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I've been listening to them for years and I felt that they would at least list things on their site that would be perhaps of better quality. We looked at about three transport companies besides eShip and they were about the mid-price point at least as quoted. The rep was always available and quick to respond. In the end, he worked hard for us.

Also, I live on a weird corner off a busy street, and the other company made me walk a few blocks to go and get my car. eShip somehow got themselves on this narrow road and dropped the car out right in front of my house. For an outsider looking in, when I first was inquiring, these sites all look the same and don't make you feel like it's legit. There are so many people trying the business and I had to go to the Better Business Bureau to double check and see. I saw that this company was on there. eShip had the look of being authentic. Also, Mike is a person who's straightforward. Some companies would just let you wait and hang in there, but he let me know, “If you don't put enough money on that board, your car will sit.” He knew I was crunched for time. I didn't wanna put that responsibility on someone and people do not wanna leave their car in the hands of someone else when they're going across the world.

Also, I was on a tight schedule and the main reason I went with them was they had a two-day window. I could ship the car. The reps were good and the driver was good too. Everything went well.

The driver, Vadim, was great. He called the night before and we agreed on a meeting point (because I am living on a college campus he could not have come to me). When I arrived the car was off the truck and ready to go. He even wiped it clean telling me he had hit a bad snowstorm in Wyoming and the car had been very dirty. The process with guys was so simple. I was driving to Virginia to buy a classic truck. I was googling top rated transport companies and eShip came up on a Google search. I called a couple different ones and Michelle from eShip was phenomenal. She was responsive and got right back to me. Based on the first conversation, I decided to go with them. I told them that the truck was available on the 27th. They shopped for a driver on the 27th and found one for the 28th. His name was James and he was phenomenal. He got loaded up and he was on the road. He called me as soon as he pulled out of the place and told me what he was doing. He called me two or three times while he was on the way. He pulled over and told me where he was. He was in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and he was gonna spend the night there and he would be at my house by 1 o’clock the next afternoon. He called me in the morning then he showed up at my house at quarter to 1:00. The communication was awesome. I'd recommend eShip and I’d use them again.

As soon as I looked at a transport company, I got bombarded with emails from a lot of them. I don't think I got one from eShip but when I looked it up, they had a top rating on one of the websites I looked at and people were saying the pros and cons. I was annoyed with the rest of the companies because they wouldn't stop calling me every day and texting me even on the holidays. eShip didn't do that which I liked.

The transport was excellent. I was very pleased. They were very polite, very responsive, on top of everything and kept me informed as to what was going on every step of the way. My only disappointment was that because of where I was shipping from and to, they couldn't pick up at my home and deliver to my home. I was living with my daughter on a military post and they couldn't gain access. They've got all these restrictions in place because of covid so it was outside the gate for the pickup. When they dropped off, I did have to drive about an hour and a half away. But their service was great.

From start to finish, my car ship was a stress free experience. Michele from eShip was most helpful in the planning stages. She was always available to answer any questions no matter the time of day. The driver from US Road was extremely professional in the care of the vehicles on the car carrier. He continuously kept in contact throughout his trip. He was punctual at both ends. I looked at the ConsumerAffairs website and eShip got good reviews. Also, they responded and the rep was courteous. He knew what he was doing. At that time, I didn’t know that he was a broker but I’m still fine with it. The communication was very good. I talked to the driver directly myself and he is very good. They talked about how to pay cash and I said my sons don’t have lots of cash on hand but we were able to work out our payment. Based on the time the driver was supposed to deliver, he was early. He drove the car over to my daughter-in-law. She was afraid to drive the car because of the snow. He was very helpful. It worked out well with eShip and my sons are happy with them.

It was good with eShip. There was a proactive transparency to the process. I have some insight into how transportation brokers work but I can see how that would be effective for someone who doesn't, to understand that that initial price is an estimate and they work to find a carrier. Them being upfront about that in the beginning can give a little bit of comfort to someone who is shipping a car. We had a few things working against us though. The pickup was in Queens and there was a blizzard at the same time. The initial quote was around $700 and I ended up paying $975. But it's probably somewhere in the middle of that is where it realistically would have been, if it was normal. I was pressing because I was in an accident and didn't have a car so I didn’t mind bumping up multiple times to make sure we got somebody to get it.

I searched the internet for "best" auto transport companies and EShip came up with 5-6 others. Never having done this before my expectations were probably higher than reality. You place your order with a broker (and Caroline was very helpful and professional) and the broker puts your move on a board where transport companies access and bid on. Our delivery times from dispatch changed a couple times and the driver was in contact and changed the arrival times twice as well. I understand better now that they have other drops and pickups that changed the schedule from 9 in the morning till 11 at night. It was the promised day but a few hours off. I & I Transport did a professional job, Jorge showed extreme care with our vehicle and reassured us along the way, "Don't worry, I'm taking good care of your car". All in all it was a good experience and I'd trust Caroline and I & I again and I'd be more patient. Thank you again EShip and Caroline!

eShip provided perfect service for me. I selected them because it was a family owned company and they notified me by phone call as opposed to the other companies that just sent an email response. It felt more personalized and they were at a very good price. The rep was very friendly. She explained the entire process and gave me a lot of information. I felt very comfortable with the company. The vehicle of the person who was transporting the car was too long so we met five minutes from our house at the local Home Depot where it was easy for him to pull his vehicle up.

The first transporter I got led me along, took my money, and never got me the transport. I got in touch with eShip and there was a bit of salesmanship on their part. But, they did what they said they were gonna do and the timing was all perfect. I needed to get my car from the east coast out to Utah and we set that up in less than 48 hours. Once I got to the right people, it all ran very smoothly. The transport got booked on a Thursday and my vehicle got picked up by Friday afternoon at 2:30. The driver was a nice, young, Russian guy. My vehicle arrived in Utah at 10:30 in the morning on Monday. The car was delivered by the same guy. The car was dirty as this was open carry. It was to be expected as the move was in the winter. Other than that, there was no damage to the car. eShip is the broker and then they outsourced my move to the actual transport company. The company they got was a reputable one.

One of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I have ever had! Our car was picked up on Monday in Texas and supposed to be delivered on Tuesday in Arizona. It did not arrive until Sunday at 2 am - during that time, we were told repeatedly that it would be "tomorrow". The driver did not speak English and would hang up on us when we would call about status - we would then get a text saying "tomorrow". Eship was not much better in telling us what was happening - I suspect they were not getting much feedback from the driver either. I would be told by Eship that they would get back to me but didn't hear anything until I reached out numerous times. Found out the transport truck had broken down for days and hadn't gone anywhere.

Would definitely recommend eShip to anyone needing to ship a car. Our car was picked up timely in NJ and delivered to our house in CO within a couple of days. The gentlemen transporting the vehicle were very kind and took great care of our car. Working with Scott at eShip was a pleasant experience as well. Anthony from eShip was really straight to the point and we got the transport done fast. Also, Philadelphia has narrow streets and they were able to deliver it to my front door. They were able to transport it from an 18-wheeler to a smaller, two-car carrier and get it to our address. My experience with them was better than I anticipated. Anytime you deal with brokers, you never know who you can trust but this experience was good.

The person I was getting a car from uses eShip and seemed to be happy with them so I went with eShip. I liked that I knew somebody who has already used the service and the responsiveness of the person I was talking to. The delivery driver was really nice but he wasn't wearing a mask when he moved my car out of the truck. I wasn’t thrilled with that. Also, there was confusion when they called me to let me know my car was coming on the original date but the car arrived a day earlier. But it wasn't a big deal. The driver let me know he was coming.

I looked at a couple of auto transport companies when I moved and nobody was as friendly as eShip, which is the biggest reason why I chose to go with them. The guy I talked to was really nice. He explained everything to me like no one else really explained till I finally understood what was going on. He made it really simple. Also, everything went smooth with the delivery. Initially, eShip returned calls immediately, did troubleshooting, and they did not keep me hanging on. I've used a lot of shipping companies before but never did I ever had a service that I had with eShip. Everything came in right on time, they delivered on all the services, no problems, no fussing, no wondering about what happened to my stuff.

She was very nice and explained the whole process. A deposit would be made only after a transporter was found. Then the driver would be paid at delivery. Everything went exactly as she said. The cost was EXACTLY the quote they said. I would highly recommend eShip.

Omar and Jonathan arrived earlier than we expected, which was fine with me. I was well-informed of any changes in the schedule. Also, they were very helpful with my daughter who received the vehicle. They were very cordial and it went very well.

It was good with eShip at first but once the process got started, they were overwhelmed. They were very nice but it seemed like they had an issue with their phone or something, which I understand. That happens. Also, a little bit more follow-up tracking on the vehicle would be cool, to know when the car is going to come. Other than that, the car looked fine when it arrived.

eShip was super easy to work with. I was able to text, call, and email. Also, the delivery went great. The driver gave me text updates, like when they stopped and where they were. The truck we transported arrived earlier than expected so it was even better. In my head, the transport was gonna be this huge, stressful, money pit experience but everything was easy and simple.

My car broke down in Los Angeles and I had just moved to San Francisco so I needed it picked up. I had my mechanic do the research and they told me about eShip because they’ve used them. Scheduling the delivery was fast, easy, efficient, and COVID-friendly. Then, on the delivery, I got a few minutes notice that my driver was arriving, which is not nearly enough. You need at least an hour. Also, the woman who called me to tell me that my driver was going to be arriving in 15 minutes was very rude. I explained to her that I don't live 15 minutes from the delivery spot but she ordered me to arrive immediately. But other than that, eShip did an excellent job.

The delivery of the vehicle was fine. I was expecting it on a Monday and it got here Friday, which was a good thing. The guy was also very efficient, really good and fast.

The guy from eShip that I talked to explained a lot about the different costs and why some shippers were cheaper. He was answering all the questions I didn't even know I knew. He seemed very honest and sincere. eShip was more expensive than some of the others I had a quote on, but everything worked out well.

The delivery was very smooth. The guys went as near as they could to my house, picked up the car, and sent it to my destination. There was a sponsor company that provides the authenticity of a company and how long a company has been on the market. eShip did that validation and that helped me decide. Jimbo and Company picked it up on a Friday and delivered the following Monday.

I found a bunch of transport companies on Google and eShip had the best reviews so I chose them. The guy that I spoke to, Scott, gave me extreme confidence from the get-go that it was going to be as cheap as it could possibly be. Also, the shipping company did a great job with the car. The pickup was exactly on schedule and the car arrived exactly the way that it was when I bought it.

I liked what eShip had to say when I called them and I got a real person on the phone immediately, instead of a phone tree. The driver from eShip was great. They had a pretty easy job to do and they did it well. So I was happy. He showed up in less than a week. That was a pretty quick amount of time considering it went from New Jersey to San Diego and was really far. I bought the car from my brother and I described the driver and the trailer to him and he said that it was the same guy who picked the vehicle up. So the vehicle wasn't transferred to about three different trucks, which was nice. The vehicle was dirty but that was not the driver's fault. He drove across the country. The price was reasonable and the driver was friendly. He drove it right to my neighborhood and it was really easy.

eShip seemed to be a little more flexible in their pickup dates so we used them. It took longer and it was more problematic than it should have been but they said that the initial driver was having problems with his truck then claimed it would only take a day or two to fix. It turned out to take more than that. It kind of snowballed so that was a little bit of a pain in the neck.

Researching for transportation was a painful experience. After a lot of reviewing, I chose eShip. My classic car purchase transportation was handled very well and I would definitely use eShip again. Very pleased with the process. Ended up transported in a single enclosed trailer with Booted Haulin and arrived when promised.

The guy called and made plenty of arrangements prior to. He got here and dropped the vehicle. He wasn't here 20 minutes and was gone. I just wish it was less money. But everybody wants that. I was getting out of the military and I just needed to get my truck home. eShip talked back to me. They helped me out and wanted my business. The rep seemed like she knew what she was doing. She was helpful with the whole thing. She talked to me throughout the entire time even while they were transporting. So, it was nice. When the guy got here, he dropped the truck off. We helped him out a bit getting it off the trailer. Overall, I liked it. The transport was around 2,000 miles and over the weekend. Three days tops. eShip is a great service and I'd recommend it.

Fast and efficient service. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. This is the only shipping company I have found that communicates immediately and all the time. I even get the driver's direct cell number. Texts and voice mails are responded to right away.
