    I wanted to ship my dad's truck and because of the length of the driver's tractor-trailer to haul, he wasn't able to get into the neighborhood. It was so long, so we had to drive to meet him at a parking lot, and that was a little awkward. Other than that, pickup and delivery were fine. The coordinator was good.

    I looked at quite a few companies, which is what I considered to be the top 10. I found eShip online and I needed it to transport a personal vehicle from Alaska down to South Carolina. eShip was definitely a little more expensive than some of the other ones, but overall, the reviews were best for that one. There weren't any issues with remote pick-up, which was a concern for me because I wasn't there for my car to be picked up at the port in Seattle. Also, the transport was faster than expected and the interaction was good with the driver overall. My only issue with what happened was I thought the quote was going to be the final price.

    They quoted me 1,350 and then the carrier wanted an extra $100 over the cost. Still, it was worth it to me to get it here safe and sound with no scratches. I was also expecting eShip to charge my card, and then pay the driver. There was a slight communication error because when he showed up, he could only accept Venmo or cash, but overall, it was an excellent experience. It was good that he reached out to me. Another thing is, Anna was the one I worked with for the most part of eShip and she was good about reaching out to me before I even had any questions and keeping me up to date. That was helpful from the start to the end.

    Eship hired the worse transporters I ever dealt with. Did not assist with handling a damage claim. Refused to supply a copy of bill of the lading, and both he and the transporter coincidentally ended their conversations with "Have a blessed Day". That is the extent of their customer service and professional duties. You will not be able to file a proper insurance claim according to them, because they won't provide a bill of lading. How convenient.

    I found eShip online with a lot of other people. One of the guys reached out to me, and I got back with him, and they gave me fair quote. Everything was great. That's the reason I went with them. Not only did they get right back to me, but they also followed up. They were there within a couple of days and had my car shipped up there in two days, and it worked out great.

    They followed up all the way up there and let me know when the car was there. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good and I was happy. The other reason I went with these guys is ‘cause they gave me a price, and that's what it was. In that business, a lot of them are brokers and a lot of the other transport companies would say, “It's gonna be this price, but we may be able to get it for this price, or it may go up depending on which hauler takes it.”

    The person from eShip that I talked to made me feel very comfortable and confident with shipping my 2013 Ford Fusion with them. It was for a move. But the driver made me a little worried. He was professional as far as putting the vehicle on the trailer, sending me the paperwork, and doing the inspection. But just talking to him, he didn’t seem too confident. He was very vague about everything. But since this was going to go through eShip, I figured that they knew who they were hiring.     We had four vehicles to move because we moved from North Carolina to Maine. It was really great dealing with the eShip reps. I just filled out a form online and I didn't realize that they were gonna send my information out to all these different brokers. I had all these brokers calling me. I even had one carrier call me. The carrier said that I would definitely not get four cars moved that far north. They said that eShip was lying to us and that I was just dreaming. They also said that there was no way that they'd be able to do it at that price. We were going to get a shocking price when they'd show up, but none of that happened. It was smooth. The lady from eShip calmed my fears. She said that they were definitely going to move our vehicles. I had also talked to so many different brokers and I got spammed by tons of them but eShip never sent me any spam at all.

    The delivery driver was great. He was even willing to go out of his way to meet us in Bangor because we didn't realize we were flying in somewhere that we couldn't even get a rental car. We were moving so far north. No, we couldn't get a rental car from Bangor to Presque Isle because they don't do one-way trips ‘cause it's a three-hour drive. And he was like, “I'll meet you in Bangor and drop off one of your cars to you so you'll have something to drive back.” And we didn't end up doing that because our Real Estate agent already agreed to pick us up. The vehicles were great when they arrived.

    The dealership that I purchased the truck from highly recommended eShip so I decided that was who I'd use. The eShip reps have done a tremendous job. Once I called and told them what I had, they were very quick to send me an email or text messages. The whole time, they were very responsive. You couldn't ask for any better. We shipped the car from the other side of Raleigh, North Carolina down to South Georgia. So it was a pretty good trip for me. It took him mostly all day to get here. The pickup and delivery went wonderful. The driver had my phone number and he called me when he was about 30 minutes away from the destination. He gave me plenty of time to be there to meet him. He had a little issue getting here on time. But that was because he got held up and it was out of his control. But, he did a great job. He was helpful in helping me get everything unloaded and he was very courteous.

    There was a questionnaire online about my preferences and what I wanted for my car transport. I went to that and then ConsumerAffairs put up 10 choices that they thought might be good ones for me. I talked to the chat person on the ConsumerAffairs website and she recommended three companies out of the 10 that they gave. So I didn’t have to waste my time by going through all 10 of them. I looked through them and started with one company. They were good but they didn’t quite meet my criteria entirely.

    Then I looked at eShip and I called them. They were great. They met all my criteria. I was pleased that they took my information. I gave them all my information along with my email address. They got back to me and gave me a broad estimate. Their office is in Florida and I talked to a lady and explained to her. She told me her preferred method of communication was email, which was great. Some places would be text or phone, but I much rather have them tell me what they respond to first, and she did that. She told me the hours and when she will respond.

    We emailed back and forth, and she responded right away. I was really anxious, and I was happy to pay more. She said she found a car carrier for me. Then she said they wanted me to meet them near the I-95. I explained to her why that wouldn’t work for me. I told her that I could do what they wanted but I stated the terms in which I could do it. She said, “No, that’s awfully inconvenient. I don’t want to put you through that. Hold on a second. Let me see.” Then she found someone that could come to me so I didn’t have to drive an hour and a half. That was great. They could do it half the timeframe that I needed.

    The lady told me the terms and the payment, with paying her and then paying the car carrier people, and the payment they wanted and the timeframe. On the day that the car carrier people was supposed to come, I told the lady that it was 9:00 at night and I was worried. I called different numbers for the car carrier people but no one was answering the phone at 9:00 at night. But she answered my email at 9:00 that night, which was amazing. She gave me phone numbers for them and she told me what they told her. She also told me that she was gonna make them call me and tell me when they were gonna be there, and they did. She stuck to her word about how she said their hours are at 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night, seven days a year, except holidays. Each time I contacted her or gave her feedback, she would get back to me with something. She was great. Everything worked out fine.

    The car carrier people came and took my car. eShip said it’d take about the week to get it across the country. But they got it to me in half the time that they said, which was great. I read the terms on the contract she wrote out for me that I signed initially, and they were satisfactory. But she did better than what was even on the contract. So I couldn’t be happier. It was the best car transport experience I’ve had for less money than what I’ve paid in the past for the same origin and destination. So I’m really very happy that I looked at ConsumerAffairs and got this recommendation for me.

    I was moving my sister from Texas to Tennessee. We had to move out quick. I did not know whether or not the truck was going to run until I got there. I got there on the 25th, found out that it was running and I started calling around ‘cause I had gotten quotes prior. Marc Anthony, the owner at eShip, sent my bid on Thanksgiving Day and I had a transport in less than 24 hours. That's the reason why I cannot say enough about these people. They are outstanding. The driver, Dalton with Hiki Transport, was outstanding too.

    As far as pricing and everything else, eShip was competitive with everybody else. I wanted to go and needed immediate transport and it was only $100 more than the others. I told Marc Anthony about my situation and he immediately took it upon himself. He understood immediately. He made it personal for him too to help my sister. So I can get it perfectly. While I received our delivery here, I was not sure whether there was a payment, check or cash. But 10 minutes before, the driver told me that I needed cash or a check. I wouldn't fly out there and drive it home because it only had 27,000 miles on it. It's a 2006. I Googled best freight companies to deliver cars across the country. eShip came up. I called two places and spoke to both. eShip was the first one that I called. Those guys reacted and responded very quickly. The woman's name was Michelle that I dealt with down in Florida, and she was awesome. She shot me a quote within 15 minutes.

    The driver made a big scene when he came up and dropped off the car, because there were eight vehicles and it took up half our block. He came at 9:15 at night on a Friday. Everybody came out on their porches and was like, "What is going on with this huge truck with lights flashing?" It was really cool. It was an enclosed transport, which you pay a little extra for, but it was worth it. The driver didn't leave the State of Washington, Seattle area until Tuesday morning, and he was here Friday night. He had already made a stop in Washington, D.C. to drop off a car and then pick up another one in the area. And then he came right to my house. The guy was super nice. Also, the quote was spot-on. Everything with eShip went fabulously well. We were very pleased.

    Everything with eShip was excellent. It took one day for them to move the car from Huntsville, Alabama to Bronx, New York. It was not going to a big city. It's kind of like a great, small town. So, it was really rare. They accommodated that. It took a couple of days to get the driver and it cost a little more. I understood that because I've done that drive before. Their representative, Michelle, was great. We switched the pick up time, and she accommodated that and changed the pick up time. The car came here safe and sound.

    Everybody was excellent. The driver called me and I called the driver and Michelle called the driver. So, I understood the logistics. Then when I called, I asked him how far he was going to be because I expected it a day after. It's kind of funny because the driver was almost apologetic. I said, “No. I just needed to know.” The best part of it was I got to pay cash. I didn't have to go to the bank and get a certified check. Because of COVID, I really wanted to decrease my exposure.

    I've never shipped a car before and even though doing it with eShip was pricey, I thought it would be more. The price I expected was in the range that I expected. I thought it was easy to negotiate, too, to put the money down, and then pay the other half when the car came up. That helped a whole lot with our budget. Also, it wasn't like half and half. It came out to be almost $1,000 but they wanted 300 upfront instead of half. It was workable. So, I knew I had three or four days to make sure that money was in the bank so the cash was available. If I plan to do it again, I have no problem calling eShip or recommending it to my friends. A lot of people think that shipping cars are for rich people. I've come to find out that regular people can ship their cars. This car still has a loan payment on it and it has over 100,000 miles. So, I'm trying to kind of preserve it as much as I can.

    Here is my experience with eSHIP transport from Sacramento, California to Miami, Florida. Before going to eSHIP, I did online search with various car transport companies. Price is different for each car transports. Anna ** from eSHIP helped me with my car transport from west coast to east coast. She got me in touch with carrier name 1 Rate LLC and their phone number. I had trouble speaking to carrier 1 Rate LLC. Driver barely understands English. My car pick location is my home address. But I already moved out to Miami and asked one of my friends to help me with car transport.

    I never know what date and time they are going to pick my car. I called couple of time and they said they will get back to me soon. The reason I what to know the date and time because I have to ask my friend to help me with my car transport. But, they called me around 10 AM telling me that driver is coming to pick up my car and he said its 18 wheeler struck. As a courtesy, I told him there were construction going on at my home street address and your 18-wheeler struck parking will be difficult. And I am coordinating with my friend and it is a working day for him and they said they are coming in 2 hours. I was telling them any parking lot like Walmart or nearby. Initially I told 12;30 noon, but due to my fiend’s work schedule he cannot accommodate that time and again I called back the carrier requesting may be after 1pm or 5pm.

    Long story short. Instead of me , carrier getting pissed of saying that if my friend don’t drop of the car at the said location by 1pm then I wont take my car. I was totally got pissed off. I was trying to help the carrier driver regarding he will have hurdle parking the vehicle at my street address. It was annoying talk to that guy. I requested my friend to drop off the car at the carrier suggested location.

    Even for receiving my car also. I have called couple of times and they didn’t give me any updates. They called me just 2 hours before. Damn, what if your stuck in office meeting or went outside. Luckily, I was at home and able to pick up my car. By end of the day, I got my car safely to Miami without any damage. Lesson learnt, never try to help. If driver coming to pick the car from your home address let him come and even there is no place for parking. It's their headache. If you trying to help, they will give you hard time. Lastly, eSHIP Anna **, gave me good price for my car transport and I am happy with her help, except carrier guy.

    I don't know anything about shipping and I got weird stories from everybody. The guy from eShip told me how it works and showed me a couple of pictures on his computer.     I had two contracts with eShip. The first one was for a closed carrier for two of my vehicles and that went smoothly and very fine. The second one was for another one of my vehicles, which was an open carrier. That had some hiccups. They had lousy communication. For the first shipment, the coordinator was excellent. For the second one, she seemed a little lost at times and I was not sure why.

    The first time, I was told that I'd be called the day before to confirm, and I would be called an hour before arrival, and everything went smoothly. The second contract, they didn't show up on the day that they thought they were gonna show up on. Then when it was time to deliver the vehicle, they didn't deliver on the day they said they would deliver. I got called at the last minute saying, "I'll be there in about 30 minutes." I said, "I'm sorry, I'm not home. I have an appointment." He said, "I can't just hold on to your car." I said, "I'm not home. You're supposed to give me some notice." I ended up canceling my appointment and running home to take the delivery. I was not happy about that.

    It was little bit tough with eShip. They had a hard time finding a transport because the vehicle, a Ford Excursion, was so large. I feel like it was a little bit underquoted because it should be pretty standard knowledge that these vehicles are pretty large. While the person that was helping was very pleasant, sometimes he would tell me he was gonna call me back and he wouldn't, not that he has a lot of information because there wasn't anymore. I was also told the vehicle would ship within one or two days but it took over a week. The truck broke down causing further delays. There were some expectations that were set out that weren't realistic and the quote was $250 or $350 off. They were attempting to be very helpful but it was a little frustrating.

    eShip seemed to be the best, highest rated on the Better Business Bureau. They weren't the least expensive but it was rated as accurate so I picked them. The transport went well. Our car was delivered on time and had no damage. The only comment that I would add is the communication with the driver himself could be better. I had given all of the information previously to eShip and told them where I would meet the driver but when he called me to arrange the pick up, he didn't seem to have any of that information.

    Other than that, the quote they gave me was almost on the dime. The quote that I was originally given was $50 cheaper. The guy from eShip called me and said he has a driver who will take the quote he originally gave me but the car won't be delivered until the middle of the week and that he has a driver who wants $50 more and he would deliver on Saturday. He said he was to arrive at my home address in Oklahoma at 10 AM on today 10/22/2002 and he arrived at 10 AM on the dot. VoVo was focused on his job to unhitch our car and park it in my driveway. I paid him the balance in cash and signed for the receipt to be emailed to me. Auto Transport Driver (VoVo) was very professional and polite.

    My mother relocated from Connecticut to North Carolina and we used eShip to transport her car. The initial conversation was great. The guy said that they would give us a three-day window. What he didn't tell me was that they would not confirm until they're inside the three-day window. It was hard to get ahold of him. He would not respond to texts for hours and hours. When he finally got on the phone, he said that he was too busy and somebody would call me.

    The issue that I had was that we were selling my mother's house and we had to be out by the next day. So, here it is, three o'clock in the afternoon the day before, and I didn't know whether they were gonna pick up her car or not and we needed to leave the next day. It was quite annoying to not have a firm pick-up time scheduled in advance of that three-day window. That was my biggest frustration. I've learned a little bit about how auto transport services work. All brokers and drivers go to a public bulletin board and they pick up jobs. I then got a phone call at three o'clock in the afternoon telling me that the guy would be coming to get the car. They got the car from Connecticut to North Carolina safely.

    The transport was across the United States. I'm in Florida and the car I got was in Illinois. It was a classic car and I didn't wanna drive it back and drive it up there so I had it transported.     I bought a van out of state. I live in Central New York and the van was in the middle of the country. It had to be shipped to the West Coast to have some stuff done to it. It would've cost me equally as much if not more money between driving, lodging and gas so I had it transported. eShip was a referral from a friend that had it done so I went with them. The communication was great along the way. They've been getting back to my questions that I had. It took the slightest bit longer to pick up and get transported, but it wasn't their fault. It was driver issues. However, some of the attention to detail like inputting the pickup and transfer information could improve. I had texted the information and set it all up but when I was going through the contract to sign everything, it was incorrect.

    The other thing was I wasn't able to be there to pick it up. I didn't realize that that could have been a problem until well after the process of contract, kinda like the commitment was already there. I have communicated I would not be able to pick it up that's why I was having it shipped. Later in the process, I found that I was likely going to have to be there to sign which was never communicated with me. That did cause a little bit of mini stress.

    The payment coordination of figuring out how it would be done remotely from afar was a bit of a pain because, at first, it said that I could use Zelle to pay for it but the person called and I couldn't use Zelle because of the payment limit amount. We had to troubleshoot with the guy on the phone about how I could get money to them so that they could drop the car off. That should've been really cleaned and buttoned-up before that instead of on the spot. That was a bit frustrating and I didn't want that to happen because you're so far in the process and the van is sitting at the location and I was having problems with that. I did not like that at all. You want it to be very seamless particularly at that point in the process but that did not feel seamless when that happened.

    There was also a massive shift in price. I was quoted at 1,200 but apparently the carrier who picks up the vehicle can set a rate too. So it ended up being $2,500 which is always a sticker shock when you see it's double than what you were quoted. But the rep did mention it could happen so I was at least aware of it.

    I had eShip move a BMW from Grayson, which is right outside of Nashville, to Pennsylvania. Everything was good. I called a few companies and they were saying it would take a week or two weeks to ship it. Then I called eShip and it was a little bit more expensive, but I wanted the car.     I was moving from Massachusetts to Florida so I needed the car down to a different state. I looked at about five transport companies and eShip could give me an estimated timeframe right down on the spot so I chose them. The girls that I worked with were really nice and attentive but the delivery drivers were a little sketchy. It wasn’t the best feeling just giving them my car. They didn't pick up my car in front of my apartment with the tow truck and they didn't let me go with them to watch my car get loaded on the tow truck. I thought that was kind of terrible. But I had no other choice. I was moving that same day so I needed to do something. Also, the pickup and drop off times were both off and the car smelled weird when it arrived. I didn't feel too great about the process but it did the job.

    The price with eShip was competitive, which was why we chose it, and the scheduling was okay and manageable. They had somebody fulfill the shipment of the car and they called me before it was gonna be dropped off and when it was gonna be dropped off. Also, the quote was accurate. The only thing was that they couldn't get the car shipped within 45 minutes of where we live, which was a surprise to us. Not that they should have been able to get here, but we weren't notified of that until the day before it arrived. And the arrival window required some coordination. They couldn't just come and drop the car off. We had to go meet them. Coordinating and going somewhere to meet somebody was a little bit more than we had expected.

    Everything went well with the transport. We picked up the car from the driver. He couldn't go into the community because of the gate, but we met him at our local Walmart. We got the car with no scratches and everything was fine. It was quick and he was easy to deal with. He took the payment in cash and everything was good to go. The only thing was they underestimated how long it was gonna take to get here because we had planned for a 12:00 PM arrival, and it didn't come till about 10:00 PM, which was kinda tough because we had planned for that and then we had to rearrange our plans to accommodate the new time.     We have two separate vehicles shipped. One was a Jeep Cherokee and one was a Volkswagen Tiguan. We went with eShip for the price. They were professional but the communication wasn't great and we had to go through multiple drivers. It was a little bit stressful. They were supposed to show up on a Tuesday and contact me but they never did. They were supposed to show up on a Wednesday but they never did. Finally, on a Thursday, I called them back and said I had one more day. They got me a different transport company but they never showed up on time. Eventually, I had to leave my keys with the neighbor 'cause we were flying. I was told that they were gonna take pictures and text me throughout the way but that never happened. The cars did make it here which is ultimately what we were trying to do but the process of getting the driver to pick them up and knowing where they were at and when they were gonna be delivered was poor.

    I purchased a vehicle out of state which was not very far away. I could’ve flown and drove back in one day except for the COVID going on so I decided to have it shipped. It was a nightmare for me to even find a shipper. Once you register looking for a shipper, you're getting tons of phone calls and emails. It worked out that I chose those that had a decent rating. I needed to get it done so I chose eShip.

    There were some suspicions. I've read all kinds of stuff online and how they trap you. Then they surprise you with either a shipper or a subcontractor that can't do it or raises their price. It kinda happened to me that eShip booked me and took my payment then all sudden the driver became sick. They had to find me another driver. It took another 24 hours before they found another driver so that wasn't too problematic. It could have been worse. But the new driver was more money. I told the organizer my horror stories and the reason I was very on edge. Even though the price went up, they reimbursed me for the difference so they were able to continue to keep their original price which was good. I didn't have to pay additional so it all worked out. That was the end of troubles. They got here in a decent amount of time so I wasn't displeased at all.

    I went online looking for an auto transport and looked at reviews. eShip seemed to be the best so I used them. I sent out an inquiry and saw the response really quickly from Michelle. She became my contact throughout the whole process. She was available 24/7 weekends and weekdays. There were some concerns with my car, the pickup dates and schedules, and she did a fantastic job in making sure to get my car picked up.

    Since I was moving from Kansas out to Vermont in the Northeast, that route is not a very popular one. When she posted that route or the availability, we didn't get anybody to pick up on the posting. As a last resort, she was able to locate a guy who was only hauling two cars inside a van. There was a couple hundred bucks extra. Her company put up 100 and I have provided the balance. It was quite of a pleasant surprise and I was happy that my car was inside as opposed to being in an outside carrier.

    This was my first experience with auto transport and though I have no basis for comparison, I would venture to say that these guys were very responsive. It's not a bait-and-switch kind. They didn't kinda lowball me then turn around and give me a real high price. From the beginning until the end, the fee was pretty close. Aside from that additional $200, there were no changes at all. We’ve used them again to move my mother from Houston to here. They're gonna pick up her car tomorrow and deliver it. Once again, Michelle was very responsive.     I had a Ford Focus sent for Michigan. We used eShip. We decided to do it with COVID because we didn't wanna fly up there and drive it back. Ordinarily, we would have done that. Using eShip was an okay process. It worked, and the car was shipped, but my main complaint was I had a contract which I signed, but then the terms kept changing. They kept changing over text message, and a new updated contract wasn't sent. So, it was just a little hectic. Then you have to pay the shipper in cash. I missed that and right before they came, they texted me. I talked to them about something because we had a dispute about how much they were charging.

    Also, they said, “Oh yeah, and this has to be cash.” I said, “What? Cash. Who still uses cash?” So that was a little hectic, too. Then the date kept changing. The first shipper wasn't responding or couldn't do it. It wasn't an easy process. Originally, I looked at Roadrunner, but they had terrible reviews and that was a concern. People wouldn't show up or answer phone calls. Then I also looked at Sherpa and they had better reviews. They were the most expensive though. Even though my initial quote was $250 less with eShip, I still came in around $50 below what I was quoted by the other folks. So they're ultimately cheaper, but the price kept going up. Overall, eShip was communicative and ultimately the car got down here. So I'm happy with that.

    We moved from California to South Carolina. We had two vehicles and we didn't wanna drive two so we chose to ship one that was mine. It was about three companies that I looked into and there was one that I was waiting on. They put me on a schedule for pick up but they never called me back and gave me updates and it was getting close to the time for me to leave. Once I called the company that I was scheduled with and it was probably about the fourth time asking for updates, I didn’t like the response the guy gave me. I then called eShip.     When I called eShip, the gentleman I spoke to explained to me the problem that I was having with the other company. He was great. My car was already in the system to be transported. So instead of them calling and telling me, "Hey, we may have to adjust your bid pick up," they just kept telling me, "I'll call you back. I'll call you back." They kept giving me these excuses. He took my information, called me right back and we set the date.

    The driver drove pretty well. He gave me a time frame of four to six days. When we drove, we decided to go from Northern California to Southern California day and night.     This was my first time transporting a vehicle and it was just a pain trying to get it all figured out. I was shipping from California to Texas and during my research, I found out that everybody was a broker. I had started off with the Roadrunner and they couldn't find anybody to do it for that price. So, I canceled with them and started looking again and then found eShip. I went with them because of their response and timing. eShip was a little slow on the communication. I would send an email and it might be a day or so before it’d get answered. But it was over a weekend which might have been part of it. Other than communication, everything went great. Everything was done according to what was stated and the price was correct. The car was delivered perfectly. It was within the schedule but it was a little earlier than expected which was not what I had scheduled. Luckily, the seller was able to be there at the time that they picked it up.

    I bought a car out of state and Googled shippers. I went with eShip and the transport went well. It was from California to Colorado and it took just a weekend. When the driver got closer to the final delivery date, he called me and the delivery was good. There could be a better proof of delivery because the guy gave me a piece of paper that had, “Paid in full,” written on it but I felt there was an opportunity for the shippers to say I didn't pay him or something. It was a cash transaction so something that was more proof of payment would have been nice. Other than that, it was a pretty painless experience.

    Just close your eyes and imagine having to move unexpectedly in the middle of August and in the middle of a one-in-a-century pandemic. Well, that was me. I didn’t know where to look. I had had heard of eShip and saw general good reviews. I spoke to a few other transportation services and I can say, the feel and impression that eShip gave me were enough for me to shun anyone else.     Michelle ** was my contact at E-Ship. She was extremely professional and very helpful. I was in a remote area for my two cars to be picked up and it was difficult to get a driver to go up into my area. But Michelle kept looking and she found Go 2 Transportation. They were very accommodating and professional. David Bowers owner/operator was the most personable man you would ever want to meet. His wife Diana helped us drive our two cars and the rental car back to our condo as we had no one else to help us. She was a pleasure also.

    Delivery went very smoothly and our cars were in great condition. David was in constant contact with me to let me know what time they would arrive and exactly where they parked at our meeting place. I am very happy we went with a hard side enclosed carrier. Which was another reason Michelle ** had to work so hard to find them for us.

    eShip was the only reasonably priced service so I went through them in shipping a car from Louisiana to Tucson, Arizona. The people who I was communicating with were great. They were polite and it was easy to talk to them. The shipping time was only three days - two days of processing my information to get transferred over to the driver and one day of shipping. It was really good. I recommend it to anybody if they want their car within less than a week.
