I wanted to ship my dad's truck and because of the length of the driver's tractor-trailer to haul, he wasn't able to get into the neighborhood. It was so long, so we had to drive to meet him at a parking lot, and that was a little awkward. Other than that, pickup and delivery were fine. The coordinator was good.

I looked at quite a few companies, which is what I considered to be the top 10. I found eShip online and I needed it to transport a personal vehicle from Alaska down to South Carolina. eShip was definitely a little more expensive than some of the other ones, but overall, the reviews were best for that one. There weren't any issues with remote pick-up, which was a concern for me because I wasn't there for my car to be picked up at the port in Seattle. Also, the transport was faster than expected and the interaction was good with the driver overall. My only issue with what happened was I thought the quote was going to be the final price.

Eship hired the worse transporters I ever dealt with. Did not assist with handling a damage claim. Refused to supply a copy of bill of the lading, and both he and the transporter coincidentally ended their conversations with "Have a blessed Day". That is the extent of their customer service and professional duties. You will not be able to file a proper insurance claim according to them, because they won't provide a bill of lading. How convenient.

I had a great experience using this company, they did everything they said they would, no problems. The delivery guy was so nice he drove the car right to my house. The car arrived in great condition without any new scratches.

I went to Texas and my permanent home was in Ohio. I wanted to fly and I did not want to drive. So I had my car shipped with eShip. Their website had very good information and the reviews that I looked at from people seemed reputable. So it seemed that I could trust my car with eShip. I had a very brief interaction with their rep but I got the information that I needed. The transport took three days and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle upon arrival. The driver was very nice and personable. I would have no hesitation to recommend eShip.

The person from eShip that I talked to made me feel very comfortable and confident with shipping my 2013 Ford Fusion with them. It was for a move. But the driver made me a little worried. He was professional as far as putting the vehicle on the trailer, sending me the paperwork, and doing the inspection. But just talking to him, he didn’t seem too confident. He was very vague about everything. But since this was going to go through eShip, I figured that they knew who they were hiring. My friend was getting my car and the driver didn't call him till a couple of hours before. He only gave us a two-hour window. But the condition of the car was really good when it arrived. Overall, the experience was easy. I shipped with confidence and it was good dealing with eShip as far as their customer service.

I transported my son's BMW from CO to SC. There were no issues and communication was excellent throughout. Very proficient/professional. We felt very nervous about the whole process, but the company is very well run. Pickup and delivery were on time and actually received vehicle earlier than planned. I highly recommend eShip.

We had four vehicles to move because we moved from North Carolina to Maine. It was really great dealing with the eShip reps. I just filled out a form online and I didn't realize that they were gonna send my information out to all these different brokers. I had all these brokers calling me. I even had one carrier call me. The carrier said that I would definitely not get four cars moved that far north. They said that eShip was lying to us and that I was just dreaming. They also said that there was no way that they'd be able to do it at that price. We were going to get a shocking price when they'd show up, but none of that happened. It was smooth. The lady from eShip calmed my fears. She said that they were definitely going to move our vehicles. I had also talked to so many different brokers and I got spammed by tons of them but eShip never sent me any spam at all.

eShip service turned out to be a positive experience from the first phone call with Maryann on Sunday of Thanksgiving week. The car was picked up on Monday evening in Philadelphia, and delivered to South Carolina on Wednesday, all without any issues. We much appreciate Maryann's guidance on navigating this industry as this was the first time we ever shipped a car.

My husband needed to ship the Chevy Colorado. It was for a trade-in. We went with eShip for their pricing and their customer service. The longest part of the process was getting the driver, which took five days. Once we had the driver, he came, got the vehicle and it was delivered within the next three days. Everything was super smooth and easy to understand. The driver was super professional and very knowledgeable. The vehicle was all perfect when it arrived and everything went wonderfully.

The dealership that I purchased the truck from highly recommended eShip so I decided that was who I'd use. The eShip reps have done a tremendous job. Once I called and told them what I had, they were very quick to send me an email or text messages. The whole time, they were very responsive. You couldn't ask for any better. We shipped the car from the other side of Raleigh, North Carolina down to South Georgia. So it was a pretty good trip for me. It took him mostly all day to get here. The pickup and delivery went wonderful. The driver had my phone number and he called me when he was about 30 minutes away from the destination. He gave me plenty of time to be there to meet him. He had a little issue getting here on time. But that was because he got held up and it was out of his control. But, he did a great job. He was helpful in helping me get everything unloaded and he was very courteous.

Great communication, prompt service, if I ever have to ship a car again I will only use EShip. All other providers seemed dishonest and spammed my cell phone with calls and emails! Dana from eship was amazing!

There was a questionnaire online about my preferences and what I wanted for my car transport. I went to that and then ConsumerAffairs put up 10 choices that they thought might be good ones for me. I talked to the chat person on the ConsumerAffairs website and she recommended three companies out of the 10 that they gave. So I didn’t have to waste my time by going through all 10 of them. I looked through them and started with one company. They were good but they didn’t quite meet my criteria entirely.

I was moving my sister from Texas to Tennessee. We had to move out quick. I did not know whether or not the truck was going to run until I got there. I got there on the 25th, found out that it was running and I started calling around ‘cause I had gotten quotes prior. Marc Anthony, the owner at eShip, sent my bid on Thanksgiving Day and I had a transport in less than 24 hours. That's the reason why I cannot say enough about these people. They are outstanding. The driver, Dalton with Hiki Transport, was outstanding too.

EShip's quote was the best compared to the three quotes I had. Also, the price was matching my quote. Then the production and the delivery, everything is good. They’re very cooperative and very straightforward. I just give the car and then pick up. I was moved here. So meanwhile, during the time of shipping, I'm the right person to receive it. So I can get it perfectly. While I received our delivery here, I was not sure whether there was a payment, check or cash. But 10 minutes before, the driver told me that I needed cash or a check. Then, I rushed to the ATM, picked up the cash, and then gave it to him. But that was it.

I live in Pennsylvania, and this car came. It was delivered from a Lexus dealer that I bought from online in Bellevue, Washington, which is the Tacoma-Seattle area. I wouldn't fly out there and drive it home because it only had 27,000 miles on it. It's a 2006. I Googled best freight companies to deliver cars across the country. eShip came up. I called two places and spoke to both. eShip was the first one that I called. Those guys reacted and responded very quickly. The woman's name was Michelle that I dealt with down in Florida, and she was awesome. She shot me a quote within 15 minutes.

The car was supposed to be here on a Friday. But they had car troubles and had turned around. But it was not a big deal. I should’ve come down and looked at the car before I bought it. So it's my fault and nobody else’s.

Hard side enclosed shipping was a stipulation. The vehicle was picked up, transported, and delivered without detectable damage. All schedules were met, including next day delivery which was appreciated. The transport driver, Farid **, was pleasant to deal with. The single-vehicle trailer exceeded expectations, also appreciated. The cost was in the middle of the quotations obtained. Overall, the intent was accomplished in a positive. I would recommend Eship to family, friends, and associates who intend to transport a vehicle.

eShip did a great job arranging for the shipment of my new car from St Louis to Tampa. Everything went actually better than expected as I received the car two days ahead of schedule. The driver could not have been nicer or more professional. Great job!

My sister-in-law had used eShip before and she recommended them. EShip was very highly receptive to the move. It was from Rhode Island to Florida around 1,100 miles. They were very good and everything was answered. They were there just a little bit before they said they were coming. They called me and came, picked up the car, and got it right to Florida in two days. So the move was great. Everything went well and we were pleased.

It was a crazy business moving out from Maryland then back. During my move from Maryland to Colorado, I went through several companies. Half of them could keep their word while the other half was a bait and switch at the end. When a wildfire took our ranch out, I had to move back to Maryland. I found eShip and it was absolute pure luck. The gentleman there handled things from start to finish and he kept his word.

I talked to several different places and got different quotes. The range is so crazy out there. My range of quotes was almost $1,000. I ended up with eShip. It was just more that I trusted the company. Everything went well with their rep. We kept in communication with the delivery guy. Called on a Friday. Picked up the next morning. Scheduled delivery was on Tuesday noon. Driver was not able to get to San Antonio till late that night. Told driver better to deliver car on Wednesday morning. Was not disappointed. 2 car enclosed trailer. Yep, it cost a lot, but I got what I paid for, excellent service. Emails and text messages answered very quickly. Other shippers were quoting me at least a week before they could pick it up and 5-7 days to deliver. Thanks eShip!

I had a positive experience with eShip although I didn't deal with them all that much. Once there was a shipper identified, I dealt directly with them. It was a simple process.

Everything with eShip was excellent. It took one day for them to move the car from Huntsville, Alabama to Bronx, New York. It was not going to a big city. It's kind of like a great, small town. So, it was really rare. They accommodated that. It took a couple of days to get the driver and it cost a little more. I understood that because I've done that drive before. Their representative, Michelle, was great. We switched the pick up time, and she accommodated that and changed the pick up time. The car came here safe and sound.

From the beginning. Dealing with Michelle **, she made me feel confident of my choice on picking Eship. She made the process simple. Always answered my calls and texts quickly! And the truck driver that delivered my car from PA to AZ was excellent. Alex kept me up to date and delivered as promised. I would highly recommend this company.

Their reps were very good and prompt with everything. The pickup was the exact time I told the driver it had to be and it was delivered promptly. Also, I like that I got the driver's number. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get ahold of him but I was able to text him throughout the trip. It was a fairly straightforward process, which is great.

Their price was only $1,300. Everything went well during pick up and delivery. eShip was really responsive when I emailed them and they checked up on me.

My situation was solving a crisis since I wrecked my car the day before a move from NJ to AZ. My service guy knew someone who used eShip. Dana was terrific explaining the process and the team making it happen made the car transport a success. Always a stressful situation, but my experience suggests and recommends using them if you need to ship your car.

I bought a ‘47 Cadillac and got it shipped to California. The sales team at eShip was very helpful and knew what they were doing. The transport took three days and the vehicle was in excellent condition upon arrival. They were kinda pricey and if I could find a little bit less expensive one, I would do that. But the service was pretty good. I was in a desperate mood and used eShip. I was glad I did.

Had my vehicle transported from NY to NC with no issues at all. Driver arrived for vehicle pickup as scheduled, was very pleasant and whole process took only about 10 minutes. Here is my experience with eSHIP transport from Sacramento, California to Miami, Florida. Before going to eSHIP, I did online search with various car transport companies. Price is different for each car transports. Anna ** from eSHIP helped me with my car transport from west coast to east coast. She got me in touch with carrier name 1 Rate LLC and their phone number. I had trouble speaking to carrier 1 Rate LLC. Driver barely understands English. My car pick location is my home address. But I already moved out to Miami and asked one of my friends to help me with car transport.

As a Army soldier it was very difficult getting my things across country but this company not only helped with the process they got me my car in a few days, was the cheapest and the driver was in constant contact with me and delivered a day ahead of schedule! Highly recommended.

The service we got from eShip to transport our pickup truck from Raleigh, NC to Winters, CA was excellent. Our contact person, Dana, was knowledgeable and straightforward. The carrier, Northwest Trucking, was equally as good; Tanya was quick to respond by text and Ivan the driver was right on time. Good job by all.

They had the better quote out of the different companies that I got quotes from. When I talked to Anthony on the phone, he made it sound like it was a very simple process. I liked him. He was really nice. I had shipped a car before, and at the end, they tried to kind of screw me over with these certain fees all of a sudden. But the eShip rep said it was gonna be a flat rate and that no one was gonna surprise me with anything at the end. So that was good.

MaryAnn, owner of Eship was wonderful to work with, made the transition easy, answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable. The information she gave me on the shipment process was accurate. Our driver, Vance Trucking LLC took very good care of our Lexus. Definitely would recommend them!

I was very pleased with the service I received from eShip. They were able to provide a carrier to transport a car across country very quickly. I had a specific date it needed to be picked up in NJ, and with my first contact with eShip only 4 days earlier, they came through. The car was picked up, driven across country and delivered to my home in WA state within 7 days. The car was in perfect shape, the driver communicated well as to time of delivery, and the eShip broker I worked with was very helpful and pleasant. This is my first time to transport car and my friend recommended the company to me. In the beginning, I was worried about my car. When I received my car, it is good in shape. The pick up and drop off drivers are nice and took good care of my car when loaded and unloaded. The sales and service team were also nice and flexible to meet my schedule. Good job.

I bought a car out-of-state and went with eShip for the transport because of their rep's explanation of the process. He did a great job. The pickup was supposed to be on a Wednesday but the driver didn't pick it up until Saturday morning. He was worried that the car was low in the front and he didn't wanna do any damage. I wasn't too upset about the delay. His English, unfortunately, was not very good and there was a little communication issue but he was fine. They delivered the car here with no problem.

Working with eShip was a more than pleasant experience. I relocate seniors (sometimes across the country) and having a service like this to rely on is invaluable. After a lot of research, there are not many reputable companies to ship a car with and it was difficult to weed out the bad ones by just looking online. I worked with a woman named Mary Ann who was very knowledgable. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she communicated with me anytime I called her. She took care of absolutely everything for me from the first time we spoke until the car was delivered.

My experience with eShip was exceptional -- especially compared to my previous experience with a different car transport company in 2019. Anna ** was easy to work with, she was professional and responsive. Grace also was terrific in her communication a couple of days before the car was picked up. Very helpful. Finally, I have to say that Chise ** (Mike) the driver was highly communicative, professional, meticulous and delivered the car on time and with absolutely no issues. Can't say enough.

E-ship was outstanding. They were very nice and informative on the phone and really seemed to know this business. Craig, the owner, obviously keeps up with all of the clients, as my rep was out sick for days and he was sure return my emails and calls. I don't know anything about shipping and I got weird stories from everybody. The guy from eShip told me how it works and showed me a couple of pictures on his computer. He said they throw it in a database and wait till they get somebody that's gonna bite. If they don't get a bite, then they got to raise the price. He was really honest about how it works and I felt like I knew what I was doing. Also, there were no issues with the delivery. The driver called and said they were going to be here and then gave me a call about four hours prior. It was flawless, which doesn't happen a lot in today's day and age.

The sales team took care of everything I needed and they listened to me. Then, when the driver delivered my car, he called me and he let me know. Everything went really well.

The sales team was very good but we couldn't get them to pick up the car prior to us leaving. We had to have them pick up the car at a friend's house. I was working with a short timeframe. I initially called on a Friday and I was hoping to get the car picked up by the next Monday which didn't happen. But none of the other people I spoke with could have done that sort of timeframe. eShip did get it picked up within a week from my initial call then it was delivered three days after. It was from Missouri to California so it was a fast delivery. The process went as good as it could be. Mark Anthony was the guy who texted and emailed me. I spoke with him on the phone, initially, and he kind of explained how the process works 'cause I've never shipped a car before. He also kept me informed so the communication was good. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for sure.

I have heard stories from friends that have had terrible experiences when shipping their cars, with shippers charging additional last-minute, unjustified fees. eShip was very professional, adhered to their initially communicated price quote, and delivered the vehicle on-time and in good shape.

I had unfortunately booked my car to be shipped with another company who strung me along and never picked up the car or delivered what was promised. At the 11th hour I needed my car shipped ASAP because I was flying to Florida the next day. After a call to Dana at eShip she assured me she could help and have my car on the road within 24 hours!!! Within the hour, after I called her she arranged shipping and put my worries at ease!!! The car was picked up in 45 minutes and was on its way. They texted/called me with on going status of pickup and delivery.

I highly recommend this company to transport your vehicle. I had one transported from RI to CA. They were very professional, helpful and their prices are good. Car arrived safely and in a timely manner. From start to finish it was not difficult because of the help from Mark Anthony. Would highly recommend this company.

I had two contracts with eShip. The first one was for a closed carrier for two of my vehicles and that went smoothly and very fine. The second one was for another one of my vehicles, which was an open carrier. That had some hiccups. They had lousy communication. For the first shipment, the coordinator was excellent. For the second one, she seemed a little lost at times and I was not sure why.

I shipped my Jeep from California to North Carolina and couldn't have been easier. Anna (who booked the shipping) and Victor (Driver), this was a great experience! It was little bit tough with eShip. They had a hard time finding a transport because the vehicle, a Ford Excursion, was so large. I feel like it was a little bit underquoted because it should be pretty standard knowledge that these vehicles are pretty large. While the person that was helping was very pleasant, sometimes he would tell me he was gonna call me back and he wouldn't, not that he has a lot of information because there wasn't anymore. I was also told the vehicle would ship within one or two days but it took over a week. The truck broke down causing further delays. There were some expectations that were set out that weren't realistic and the quote was $250 or $350 off. They were attempting to be very helpful but it was a little frustrating.

Car was picked up as scheduled, and delivered in a day and a half, the way it was picked up, no damage or issues.. Communicated with by eShip and carrier, each step. Would use again and recommend. Price was agreed up front. Everybody talked to was professional and courteous.

The facilitation of my car transport from MA to FL was very easy. eShip followed up with the journey and I received the car in perfect shape. I received the car in FL with no problems and when expected. I will use them again.

I was coming down to Florida for the season, so I needed the car shipped out. I looked at one transport company but they screwed me over. I called eShip, and I spoke to Dana and she expedited it. I had a carrier at my house within one hour, when I called. It was unbelievable. It was the greatest service and customer service I ever had. She was a lifesaver.

I was going with a different company to ship my Porsche Cayenne from California to Utah and after a week, they still had not done anything. I talked to a guy on eShip and he said he could have my car sent within the next couple of days. That's exactly what happened. eShip was right on the ball and I got the car very quickly. Also, the driver was great. I feel like he kinda made a special trip out to bring me my car because he knew how excited I was.

Received a quote for 695.00. Called multiple times for follow up on details with no answer or call back. Friday before shipment was to be scheduled on Monday received a message that the shipment would take place on Wednesday or Thursday instead of Monday and that the price would be right at 1000.00. I shared that I have a signed quote for 695.00 and nowhere in that document does it state that that price is NOT the actual price. Be aware of quotes being LOW BALLED.

Very professional! Picked up car on time and delivered a day early. Price was good. They also followed up from pick up to delivery. I shopped around and they were not the cheapest but the most honest and consistent. We have shipped with several companies in the past and I would highly recommend them!

My interactions with eShip were fine. I had a lot of questions about COD delivery. The rep told me I could have cash or certified check at the delivery and she answered a lot of questions and I probably slowed her process down a day or so because of my questions and concerns. However, it was not a pleasant experience with the courier driver.

Working with E-Ship could not have been easier. I was a bit leary since this was my first time shipping with them, or anyone else for such a matter, and was in need of shipping a vehicle over 2,000 miles. They clearly understood my needs and communicated effectively.. Pick up was as promised. Delivery was just under a week with delays caused by an ice storm. It was easy to make contact with the driver while he was on the road. This whole process to a newbie could not have been more pleasant. eShip seemed to be the best, highest rated on the Better Business Bureau. They weren't the least expensive but it was rated as accurate so I picked them. The transport went well. Our car was delivered on time and had no damage. The only comment that I would add is the communication with the driver himself could be better. I had given all of the information previously to eShip and told them where I would meet the driver but when he called me to arrange the pick up, he didn't seem to have any of that information.

Once I decided on a shipper the process was quick and easy. The vehicle was picked up in just a couple of days. The driver was very professional with his inspection and documentation of the vehicle was careful with COVID virus good practices. Vehicle was delivered a week later without incidence and in as good a shape as when it was picked up. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

My parents are moving to Alabama from Nevada and my mom has a little Mini, which is too small to transport any of their stuff. She shipped her car to me with eShip and they got the best price and the timing was perfect. It worked really well. I texted and emailed back and forth with the sales rep and the driver was in constant contact with my parents. They never felt like they were neglected. On the delivery, the driver texted me an hour or two before he got to Huntsville, then about 15 minutes before, and then when he arrived. He was right behind the Walmart that was very close to our house and by the time we drove up to get it, he had already gotten the car off the trailer. The Mini looked great and it looked like it didn't go through any rain. There were no dings and it was in the same condition it was when it left Nevada.

My husband found that eShip had a great reputation and had great reviews. I used a different shipper last year and looked to see if the other shipper could match the price but they were not even close. Also, eShip happened to have availability. They called and asked if I could be ready in a half an hour. It was great. But the delivery took a little longer than I anticipated. I was told it was gonna be between late Monday and Tuesday morning but it ended up being Wednesday morning. But I was able to manage through that. I had a friend who received my car. And the driver, Hector, was wonderful. Everyone was happy and it was a great price. I will use them again.

I was surprised. If I had to do it again, I'd call eShip again.

The rep was very responsive. I felt good. The cost ended up being a little more than the quote but it wasn't too bad. It had been out there for a little bit. They increased it then somebody picked it up. Once the driver got here, they called me, but that was it. They never told me they picked it up but eShip did. Overall, it went well.

We moved from California to Ohio. We looked at about three or four transport companies. My mother relocated from Connecticut to North Carolina and we used eShip to transport her car. The initial conversation was great. The guy said that they would give us a three-day window. What he didn't tell me was that they would not confirm until they're inside the three-day window. It was hard to get ahold of him. He would not respond to texts for hours and hours. When he finally got on the phone, he said that he was too busy and somebody would call me.

I used eShip for moving from Chicago to Phoenix. The representative was great. It took about four days from pickup to delivery. I had perfect communication with the driver. The transport was across the United States. I'm in Florida and the car I got was in Illinois. It was a classic car and I didn't wanna drive it back and drive it up there so I had it transported. I went with eShip because they had good reviews and my rep, Michelle, was good. However, the people that drove the car weren't the best. There were some delays on the way there. On the way up, their engine broke down. On the way down, they ran into bad weather. Oftentimes, I had to be the one to ask what was going on. They could've been a bit more on top of it but that was all right. They were very professional driving it. The car was fine so that's all that matters. The quote was spot on too.

I bought a van out of state. I live in Central New York and the van was in the middle of the country. It had to be shipped to the West Coast to have some stuff done to it. It would've cost me equally as much if not more money between driving, lodging and gas so I had it transported. eShip was a referral from a friend that had it done so I went with them. The communication was great along the way. They've been getting back to my questions that I had. It took the slightest bit longer to pick up and get transported, but it wasn't their fault. It was driver issues. However, some of the attention to detail like inputting the pickup and transfer information could improve. I had texted the information and set it all up but when I was going through the contract to sign everything, it was incorrect.

The representative was super comfortable. I was shipping my car from Nashville, Tennessee to Rapid City, South Dakota. It was hard to find somebody to go that route. So we took the first available. The pickup was good. They picked it up on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday.

I recently had a car transferred from Florida to Connecticut. Using eShip and I could not more satisfied. It was delivered in two days and not a scratch. I would not hesitate to use them again. Fair price and service too.

eShip had good communication and they got the job done. I used them when I brought a car from Arizona to Colorado and I went with them for the perceived value, convenience and availability. They were very attentive. They responded quickly to every question I asked and they had good follow through. They were available if I had problems and made sure I knew who to reach out to if I had any complications. I had a complicated situation ‘cause I had to fly out there. The guy wanted to do it a day early but I wasn't gonna be there. In the end, I told him, “They said it was gonna take two to three days to get the car out to Colorado. That was gonna give me enough time to get back there and receive it. If you take it now, I won't be there to receive it.” He rescheduled his trip to be able to be there when I needed him to be there. I was very happy and I gave him a very big tip.

eShip did a fine job and they did what they were supposed to do. There was a time towards the end when we're trying to set it up that I didn't hear from them for a couple of days, but then it all finally worked out once they got back to me. They let me know when they picked it up on the other end, and when it would be here. The guy was here around 20 minutes when he said he would be here. But the price ended up being a couple of hundred dollars more than I had hoped to pay. But my vehicle still got here okay and in good shape.

The trucking company driver was very nice, our truck was delivered in good condition. It was a very good experience. I will highly recommend them!

Car did not run but driver was very flexible with alternative solutions in getting both transport truck and car into position to back down into a lower garage upon delivery. I had eShip move a BMW from Grayson, which is right outside of Nashville, to Pennsylvania. Everything was good. I called a few companies and they were saying it would take a week or two weeks to ship it. Then I called eShip and it was a little bit more expensive, but I wanted the car. They got it here in a couple of days. So, it was awesome.

It's in an open container, which means on top of the truck. It's a little bit more expensive than others, but I got what I paid for.

The girls that I worked with were really nice and attentive but the delivery drivers were a little sketchy. It wasn’t the best feeling just giving them my car. They didn't pick up my car in front of my apartment with the tow truck and they didn't let me go with them to watch my car get loaded on the tow truck. I thought that was kind of terrible. But I had no other choice. I was moving that same day so I needed to do something. Also, the pickup and drop off times were both off and the car smelled weird when it arrived. I didn't feel too great about the process but it did the job.

The price with eShip was competitive, which was why we chose it, and the scheduling was okay and manageable. They had somebody fulfill the shipment of the car and they called me before it was gonna be dropped off and when it was gonna be dropped off. Also, the quote was accurate. The only thing was that they couldn't get the car shipped within 45 minutes of where we live, which was a surprise to us. Not that they should have been able to get here, but we weren't notified of that until the day before it arrived. And the arrival window required some coordination. They couldn't just come and drop the car off. We had to go meet them. Coordinating and going somewhere to meet somebody was a little bit more than we had expected.

Previously, I had a moving contract with another company that was a lot less expensive. However, they weren't getting anything done. They would say one thing then do another. I stumbled upon e-Ship online and spoke to their rep outside of Tampa. I needed to move a car to my location from California. I used their transport system and they were excellent. They picked up the car and delivered it on time. The driver was very helpful and I couldn't ask for anything better. I've already recommended e-Ship a couple of times. e-Ship did an exceptional job for me. If people are gonna go cheap, they're not gonna get things done, especially with COVID and California being locked down.

Everything went well with the transport. We picked up the car from the driver. He couldn't go into the community because of the gate, but we met him at our local Walmart. We got the car with no scratches and everything was fine. It was quick and he was easy to deal with. He took the payment in cash and everything was good to go. The only thing was they underestimated how long it was gonna take to get here because we had planned for a 12:00 PM arrival, and it didn't come till about 10:00 PM, which was kinda tough because we had planned for that and then we had to rearrange our plans to accommodate the new time. Other than that, they were excellent.

We have two separate vehicles shipped. One was a Jeep Cherokee and one was a Volkswagen Tiguan. We went with eShip for the price. They were professional but the communication wasn't great and we had to go through multiple drivers. It was a little bit stressful. They were supposed to show up on a Tuesday and contact me but they never did. They were supposed to show up on a Wednesday but they never did. Finally, on a Thursday, I called them back and said I had one more day. They got me a different transport company but they never showed up on time. Eventually, I had to leave my keys with the neighbor 'cause we were flying. I was told that they were gonna take pictures and text me throughout the way but that never happened. The cars did make it here which is ultimately what we were trying to do but the process of getting the driver to pick them up and knowing where they were at and when they were gonna be delivered was poor.

eShip's delivery was on time and it worked out fine. It took a while to get a truck but after that, it took about two days. We were originally quoted about 900 and it turned out to be about 1200 once we found the shipper or the driver. It was a good experience, overall.

I thought I noticed more scratches on my car than I remember, but because I did not drop off the car in CA and inspect my car closely beforehand, I cannot say for sure if there ended up being more scratches. This was my first experience shipping a car so I had my reservations about it in general. Speaking with Mark Anthony was reassuring. He is a good salesmen for sure, and has a sense of humor, but I sensed a mixture of trust and experience from him that swayed me to choose Eship. We shipped our car from Oakland California to Boston. Eship was available for questions and looked after us from the first contact with the driver in Oakland until the drop off in Boston. The experience with EShip was excellent. The quote was in line with other companies but the service was outstanding. The staff is very accommodating when checking the status of the shipment. There was some trouble with the carrier's truck tire which caused a delay of 3 days past the estimated delivery date, but the car was delivered with no problems and in good condition. I had a couple of specialty vehicles on the East Coast that needed to be moved to a different state - bigger trucks with a camper shell and one was a KUV service van. Then, I had a specialty built. It was a stake bed truck that was taken here from San Jose, California and delivered out to Gallatin, Tennessee. I went with eShip because of the response that I got from the representative, Michelle. She was knowledgeable and she kept things rolling, which was very nice, because I had reached out to a different company and they flat out sucked. It took them three weeks to get nowhere.

I was moving my son's car to college. He's on the West Coast and we're on the East Coast. I called various places and looked at different reviews. I had gotten so many different negative reviews from other shipping companies. I happened along eShip and I checked them out. Anna helped me from the beginning and she was wonderful. Also, everybody was very receptive, as far as picking up the phone when I called. My son lives in Mission Beach in San Diego and there's no space anywhere. It's a little challenging to get a car dropped off but the driver did it. He drove my car over the median but it was fine. The car was a little dirty, but that's to be expected as it was driven across the country.

It was a nightmare for me to even find a shipper. Once you register looking for a shipper, you're getting tons of phone calls and emails. It worked out that I chose those that had a decent rating. I needed to get it done so I chose eShip.

I had a wonderful experience! Everyone I dealt with before the car was picked up was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They worked with me to make sure my car was picked up during my requested window. My driver was very prompt with pickup and delivery and the car arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend.

I had read a little bit about different vendors. I was looking at an antique car and for some place that was recommended. I saw a couple of websites that had mentioned eShip and one other company as well. It weighed the most heavily on that that they recommended them for covered transport and they also had good insurance. They were very good. It was easy to get ahold of them. We communicated quite a bit through text so that made it pretty convenient.

From the beginning of this transaction to the end of my delivery, Michelle And team were on their game. I truly enjoyed the constant contact via text and or emails and occasionally a call but wow, what service. The driver(s) were so very respectful and knew how to handle the classics in their possession. I went online looking for an auto transport and looked at reviews. eShip seemed to be the best so I used them. I sent out an inquiry and saw the response really quickly from Michelle. She became my contact throughout the whole process. She was available 24/7 weekends and weekdays. There were some concerns with my car, the pickup dates and schedules, and she did a fantastic job in making sure to get my car picked up.

We had purchased a vehicle in Indiana. The dealer had set up transportation to our home in N.M. We waited for 3 1/2 weeks for it to be loaded without success. I contacted Eship on a Saturday morning. Michele contacted me a couple of hours later to discuss. Probably 3 hrs later, she called to inform me she had a truck that could load Sunday morning. The dealer wasn't open then, so our vehicle was loaded Monday morning. 1250 miles and about 26 hours later, the car was delivered to our home. The price was a little high in my opinion, but the results were great!!! If it comes down to needing another transporter at some point, I would definitely use these guys again! Thanks also to Interstate Transit, the guys that did the actual hauling! Great job!!!

Dana was very helpful in securing a truck at a reasonable price on very short notice. I was able to have my car picked up to be shipped coast-to-coast within 2 days of reaching out. The driver they found was very professional and had my car at the destination in a very reasonable amount of time!

I had a Ford Focus sent for Michigan. We used eShip. We decided to do it with COVID because we didn't wanna fly up there and drive it back. Ordinarily, we would have done that. Using eShip was an okay process. It worked, and the car was shipped, but my main complaint was I had a contract which I signed, but then the terms kept changing. They kept changing over text message, and a new updated contract wasn't sent. So, it was just a little hectic. Then you have to pay the shipper in cash. I missed that and right before they came, they texted me. I talked to them about something because we had a dispute about how much they were charging.

We had a BMW X3 that we kept in Santa Fe that we needed to move to North Carolina. We used eShip and everything was fine. I've moved other cars. eShip seemed reasonable. The delivery was great. All worked good.

Pleased with the service. I would recommend this company. I had to make all the arrangements remotely. They were as helpful as they could be with me being in Durham and the car being in Houston. I will use them again if the need arises for this service.

My car was picked up and delivered as promised. We had communication with the driver throughout. Excellent experience. Will be using them again, for sure.

We needed to have the car in Denver. I kinda looked eShip up and they did have some good ratings that's why I used them. It was easy to talk to them and I called several different ones. The communication was very good and the driver was excellent. She kept in contact with me and made the difference. My son and I really like her. She was easy to work with. She was more important than eShip's middleman. They worked with me because I had specific days it had to get there or for it to be picked up. It took less than a week to get everything worked out and I was very satisfied.

I used eShip to ship a car up north. I called to set up the request to have my car shipped and they went through that process of finding a company to do that. They called me back and notified me of the date and time that the car was gonna be picked up. They also did tell me it would take a couple of days to deliver the car. Everything went well.

eShip had the best ratings and they could track where your vehicle was. The rep gave me a lot of information. She knew pretty much everything I asked her. And then, she constantly updated me with emails. The transport was from Ohio to Texas, which is 1,100 miles. The carrier driver and I met around the corner from my apartment and the car was handed off to me in perfect condition.

Mark was very personable and handled the delivery of the car very professionally. Also, I am very pleased with the transporter driver and the car was actually delivered a day earlier than expected. I will keep Mark in mind for any future transporting and highly recommend him!

Ended up driving vehicle as a driver could not be found at a reasonable rate. Scott of Eship tried his best, but the location of the vehicle was too remote to get any reasonable bids from drivers. I will definitely use Eship again and recommend them without hesitation.
