We recently had a Lexus shipped from Tennessee to Florida. We dealt with Michelle at eShip - she was very responsive and helpful. Kept us updated on status and everything went smoothly. Our first experience using a transport service and would use them again.

We were referred to eShip when we needed to ship the car for our daughter by our neighbors. She wants to have a car to go to college. We didn't want her to drive it all the way up to her city in highway roads. So we booked eShip and we appreciate the team work on that. The car was delivered in good condition. Highly recommended.

From the pick up of my Soul (Kia, not my actual soul - LOL ???), via major construction and narrow thoroughfares in Houston: Craig, Jenny, Zuly and especially Endrell were an incredible team. My vehicle arrived intact in a remote part of Long Island, NY and I should have given Endrell a warm meal and pot of coffee instead of a tip... The pre-Holiday traffic was intense, as I can well imagine and even worse closer to NYC (the temperature was wavering at 25* with accidents and stalled cars everywhere!!!) Again, my kindest regards to a wonderful team and keeping my Soul intact???

The car was delivered on time. The car was in the original same condition. There was no scratch mark and no damage. And the guys kept in touch throughout the shipping and even call me for a follow up later after the move. Everything went smoothly. Thank guys from eShip. You guys are great.

I had been working with eShip since January now. I ship cars every few month from x city to y city. These guys have never failed to do the job. They did everything in the best manner every time. I went through the website and eShip got some good reviews, so I had a Nissan Rogue shipped through them. Their reps were very helpful and they reached my expectations. I wanted my car to be shipped as soon as possible, and they met that. Once they picked my vehicle, they delivered it to the house the next day. I was impressed with their customer service, overall.

Craig said that the car would arrive between 7-10 business days, then he found a driver but it would be longer than that so I asked if he could find another driver and he did with no problem! The car even arrived before 7 days and there were no scratches or dings! 1000% recommend this service!

Called eShip to transport my car after not getting any results or guarantee from another company and they guaranteed my car would be picked up within timeframe needed. They were great and car was transported in days from San Diego to Florida. Very satisfied and will use them again if needed.

They scheduled a shipper for my car in few hours from signing the agreement and it was delivered next day. The entire crew member and the driver were very respectful in the company. This company came through within a few hours during a very busy time of the year and was able to get my daughter's car picked up from school. We had a company that was already scheduled to pick up the car and they fell through and Eship was able to come through last minute and delivered the car 2 days earlier than promised. Eship movers are the best auto company in the town. These guys did a great job. They have fair price quote and their driver was very punctual. I've shipped my car from east to west coasts and back at least 6 times; working with eShip was, without a doubt, the best experience! From the first call and discussion with Michelle **, she was thorough in asking questions to gather all essential information and following up with any/all add'l questions I had along the way. She and the billing team (Jenny) were super-prompt in providing me all the info on the driver, billing receipt, and updates on the driver. Transport of Toyota Camry from NY to Phoenix. Mark was very professional and helpful. The pickup actually occurred earlier than originally scheduled (with my approval) and the vehicle was delivered to the Glendale, AZ address eight days later. I use this transport co. every time I ship. Very satisfied so far. The communication is very important, and I have never had any issues verifying pick up or drop off of vehicles I have shipped..There has never been any damage to a vehicle which I have shipped, and the delivery time and date were always met.

I went online and found a bunch of people, but these companies were using a contact. I spoke with eShip's agent and I felt it was great to have someone that I could reach out to, hearing all the other things that go on with those kinda things. That was why I picked eShip. The woman I talked to was the deciding factor. She was really great with the whole texting and keeping in touch, which was perfect, as far as phone, trying to follow up with timing and if someone has been assigned. I got a comfort level from the beginning that she was gonna be responsive. The driver reached out and talked to me the night before. He even talked to me a couple days before. But he was there when he said he was gonna be there. I actually couldn't be there and my wife had to meet him and my said he was awesome. The drop-off was good.

You know how horrible it is to deal with Lorries. If you have ever shipped a car on a long-distance you might know it. They do communicate with you and give you information about everything. When they say something they make it happen and deliver on time. I’m really happy with their services.

Eship and the company they used were absolutely wonderful. They checked in with me at every step and made sure I was aware of timing of pick up and delivery. Would definitely use again. Nikki was a wonderful driver and we hope to use him again as well.

We haven't had a good experience with other shipping companies. I had a bad experience with a driver last year. My husband got to the point of arguing with the driver that he called the police. We've also had people that are two days late. One year, we waited 17 days for our car. There are some not so reliable people out there but finally we found someone that is reliable. The eShip person from Florida that dealt with us was very nice. He was constantly sending me emails confirming when he was going to pick it up. All these emails helped me feel better that it was going to come on time.

Car transport from Colorado Springs to Camas WA. They did a great job! I love that I could actually talk to a human when I called and Ann was very responsive to my every question. The car arrived on time and in wonderful condition and seemed very reasonable in price compared to other vendors. I would highly recommend this company if you need to ship a car!

My car broke down in Las Vegas on the way to California, so I had to rent a neighbor’s car. I left the vehicle in Las Vegas, and then drove back to Wyoming where I live. So, I had to have somebody to transport the car back here. I went with eShip because of the ConsumerAffairs and Google reviews that all gave them high ratings. They picked the vehicle up the same day, within about two hours of the contract being signed, and it took them one day to get it back to me. It was very cold out and everything was frozen, and the delivery driver was good. eShip was upfront about the deposit and about how much cash to have for the driver. It was an excellent service. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

This is the third time in the last 3 years that I have delivered to Stafford, NY. All three times, I've been successful. This time the delivery was completed two days ahead of schedule. Monday morning I called them to give me a quote, and on the next day, the vehicle was raised. All went very smoothly for me. I wouldn't hesitate once more to use eShip.

I have shipped a lot and I have a company that I like, but they only go out west. When I used that company coming from Michigan to Florida, I did not like them. And so, when I was moving from Florida to Michigan, I shopped around and looked at 15 transfer companies. I then called eShip and they called me back -- it was the owner of eShip that sold me on himself. The delivery was okay, but it looked like they hit my wheel. They scratched my rim, but I did not see that until after the fact. Outside that, there was nothing major. I had contact with the driver, but any time there were any issues, I was able to get ahold of the owner too.

My car has been delivered to NY from OH. I was worried at first because of a few negative reviews but the manager always was in constant contact and support. My car should have been picked up by one driver, and then he called me to say he told the truck that there was a repair problem and that he could not retrieve my car for 4 days. But the manager remedied the situation immediately and the vehicle was seized by another driver in time. I would recommend this service to anyone in general.

I was moving and needed to ship my vehicle about 750 miles. eShip was one of the first to respond. They had a quick estimate on the shipping, pick-up, and they weren’t the highest, but they weren’t the lowest. After two days, my vehicle came in good shape. The driver was really communicative when it came to the delivery and was a little flexible. He tried to deliver the night before, but I wasn’t ready for it so, he came the next morning. It was a great experience.

I was moving cross-county about 2,000 miles. I looked into five companies and I looked eShip on different reviews, ratings, and they had really good reviews with a lot of people who had used them previously. They had good reviews on their website. The transport organizer was very respectful, flexible and easy to work with. They made the transport easy because they knew what they were doing. The transporter called me a couple times, about a couple hours before he was in the area, and then about an hour before. We met at a Walmart parking lot. He dropped my car off, and he handed me the key. It was quite a distance for them to travel, so the transport took about a week.

I had a great experience using eShip to transport my Honda Accord Coupe when I moved from Connecticut to Florida. I chose eShip because they sounded more professional and it was straightforward. I had a conversation with one of the representatives and it was like, "We'll do this, we'll do that." Also, the pricing was reasonable and fair. The transport took about 2 days and the vehicle got to Florida before I did. I wasn't in the location since I was still driving down. When I finally got the vehicle, there were some minor scratches on the top that weren't there before. There were some scratches on the left side above the passenger window which I noticed after I got there. It wasn't terrible or something major as they were not deep scratches and something that can be taken care of easily if I wanted to buff the car. And finally, the final cost was exactly what was quoted.

Overall experience was great. Marc went above and beyond with communication and actions. He even returned my text on Thanksgiving! Original carrier was a no-show, so Marc jumped into action and arranged for another carrier to pick-up the same day. Thanks to the eShip team...

We were relocating to New Jersey as we are gonna be home for the holidays and then we are going back, so we needed a transport service for our MDX. We looked eShip up and we had an excellent interaction with their sales team when we reached out. The transport took about 3 days and they were here, in fact, a day earlier than what I expected. Communication was great with the delivery driver and we had an excellent interaction too. The final cost was exactly what they quoted and the vehicle was the same as I gave it to them.

I had a collector car that was being finished in a garage up in Nebraska. It’s a ’74 Volkswagen. I had a buddy who shipped a car with eShip about two years ago, and so I knew that he had had that vehicle shipped, so I just called and inquired with eShip. And he had done a bunch of research before that, and so I just went with the company. The team from eShip did everything I wanted them to do, so it was good. They laid out my different options such if I wanted an enclosed shipment or open shipment. Because of the time of the year it was, I chose the open because there wasn’t really much of a threat of weather, and it was good.

I was happy with the eShip service when I used them to transport a new vehicle I purchased. It was picked up when it was supposed to and dropped off when it was supposed to. And aside from the battery being dead upon arrival ‘cause the lights were left on, everything’s good with the car so far. The transport took a couple days and the driver was very communicative. Also, my interactions with the representatives were overly-professional and good.

Eship answered any and all my questions. They quickly linked me to a carrier and continued to check in with me through the whole process. My car arrived in about 10 days in the same condition I sent it in. Would recommend Eship to family and friends any day.

Everything with eShip went very well and the car got here extremely quickly. It was a very fast turnover. I needed the transport service since I was moving back across the country and I have two cars and I could only drive one at once. I was moving back to Colorado from New York. The team at eShip was very helpful. It took a little while to find a driver but once they did, it was very fast. They worked hard to find one for us.

I had to ship an inherited vehicle, that was my cousin's, from Denver, Colorado to Gladstone, Oregon so I spoke with a couple of shipping companies. I was a little leery because I had a friend that moved from Arizona to Oregon, and she has a Beemer. And on her shipping situation, it was a full move from their apartment and her car was driven an extra 70 miles and had damage on it. I was freaking out a bit, and this car had more sentimental value and it needed some work and stuff on my end. It seems some people I called are sketchy, I couldn't really understand them -- language barrier a little bit on some cases. But the person I talked to at eShip seemed legit.

I was moving and I had eShip transport my BMW for about 850 miles. I liked eShip's availability and price. The final cost ended up being slightly higher than the quote they gave me. But, allegedly, there were some demand issue with the drivers. There were not enough vehicles going to this area. The transport was completed in a couple of days. The driver was excellent. I live in a cul-de-sac, so I had to meet him elsewhere to load the vehicle, and that was not a problem. And his truck broke down about 60 miles away from me and he had to have it fixed. It was gonna be a night delayed, but I understood. He was in communication all the time and he showed up the next morning exactly when he said he would. There was no damage to my BMW, which is job number one.

I used eShip when I was relocating a 2018 GMC pick-up and a 2014 Subaru Outback from Connecticut to Arizona. I like eShip's price. There was a little discount for two vehicles. I also like the fact that they’re a family-owned. And when I called and I spoke to them, they were very courteous and kind, and explained things very well. I felt comfortable going with them. And the final cost was exactly what they provided.

They are always on top of everything, they help you to find the best offer possible while at the same time keeping your wallet safe from people who want to make a quick buck from someone who needs to ship their car. This is my second time using them to help me find a shipping company and I would highly recommend them, they are always there to reach out to and will always have your back.

We googled transport services and got eShip. When we reached out to them, they were extremely knowledgeable and reputable. My parents shipped their Subaru from Missouri to New York, and the delivery driver delivered it to my house. We set up the tentative time the day before, and he called the morning of as I expected. The final cost was exactly the same as the quote and the vehicle was in perfect condition when it arrived. It all went seamlessly and it was perfect, it couldn’t be better.

The move was one hour away from our apartment and into our new house. It was 90 degrees that day, and given the oppressive heat and the third-floor walkup apartment, the guys kept their composure throughout the day. They were polite, careful and efficient. Highly recommended for your transportation needs.

Driver actually came on time and picked up the the day we asked to. Delivery was very quick from California to NY in 5 days and we asked for regular non expedited shipping. Rate was reasonable. Driver was very nice and friendly. We once used someone else and only tried to ship 500 miles in same state and they didn't come same day and send you have to pay extra for that so we couldn't wait and left without them and lost the deposit. This company was 180 degrees different. Hopefully service will stay the same and great.

They are efficient, polite and hardworking. The quote they gave me of all my service was very reasonable. I have a couple of friends who had a great experience with these guys. I would highly recommend this company for every type of move. They worked patiently to work with.

I transported an Audi A4 through eShip and the initial person I spoke with was very helpful. Their price was not the least expensive, but it was very competitive. Initially, I had a good experience working with their rep. However, the delivery itself was a challenge. We had to get two different trucks. We provided a pick up window to the first driver and when he called to say he was gonna be there, it was outside the window. He was very rude and hung up on my brother who was arranging the pick-up. He never called me to set up the pick-up.

Extremely Professional. The auto transporter service was proficient and extremely careful with our vehicle. The fact that they took pictures of the car before the move and after we received the car, proved they were concerned as we were that they delivered the car in the same conditioned they had received it! I would highly recommend this company!

I was pretty satisfied that we were able to ship our car directly under short notice. I booked my reservations on Wed and they shipped it out Monday and car arrived the following Friday. The price was competitive and reasonable. I will refer my friends if they are interested in shipping their vehicle.

Everything went fantastic with eShip. I moved from New York to Florida and I shipped a Subaru Forester. I looked at 2 different transport companies and Danielle, the girl that I spoke to first, was the one who was most pleasant and got back to me as quickly as possible. She made herself available if I needed her for anything while she was setting up the pickup in New York. She was lovely, so I decided I wanted to give her the business. Then, the guys dropped my vehicle to my address and I met them outside. I signed the paper, I paid them, they gave me my keys, and I moved it into my parking spot. It was painless as possible.

I got let down by another carrier and when I contacted eShip, they were very quick to find me a car transporter and I got my car within a few days delivered by a very friendly, courteous and dependable carrier. We had a last minute move and I Googled. eShip seemed to have good ratings and they also had tracking. They had many things better. Everybody was great. They came on the day that they said they were gonna come. The communication was okay. They were gonna deliver the vehicle a few days earlier, but we had to tell them they couldn't do that because we were moving. We had to wait for the movers to get the rest of our stuff.

Car was transported from NH to FL. It took 6 days which is about what was estimated. He changed his route to make sure he was here before 3:00 pm that day because we had to return our rental car. The driver was excellent! Danielle was great at getting back to me when I had questions.

I purchased a vehicle in Seattle and had it shipped to where I live. Initially, I looked into three shipping companies then I decided to go with eShip because of their consumer ratings and timeline. Their reps were very helpful through the process and kept me informed of what was going on. During the delivery, the driver contacted me and we met at a place where he had enough space to unload the vehicle. All in all, the transport took eight days and in the end, the final price was off by $200 from the quote I was given, but they called and notified me about it prior to shipping.

I was beyond satisfied with my experience being that it was my first time shipping my vehicle. Overall time to book, pick up, and delivery was less than 6 days! Which is a plus. Danielle was great with completing my order in such short notice.

Craig, the owner, made me feel very comfortable about my car being transported from California to Missouri. For all the concerns I had, I would call Craig with a question. He always answered the phone or responded via text message to assure me everything was okay. The driver was very professional and my car arrived in the expected time. Car shipping experience was a new one for me. I didn't realize that everything all came together at the last minute. Mark assured me that all would work out and it did. Car was picked up in the 2 day window discussed and left at destination looking like it hadn't made a long trip.

I had to have a newly purchased vehicle shipped from Maryland to Georgia within a rather tight time frame. The car dealer had a company that they typically use but after 2 days, they still had no one to take the job. (Auto shipping works kind of like eBay.) So I looked up shippers on my own and got a better idea of how the process works but couldn't find one that could pinpoint my desired shipping date.

We had 2 cars to transport from CT to FL and contacted eShip after reviewing their online ratings. Our broker, Anna, was very helpful and told us what to expect. About 1 week before our scheduled pickup date she contacted us and advised that she had 2 companies ready to pick up our cars. We agreed on which one to use and agreed on the price. The carrier arrived on the date agreed and delivered the cars to FL and offloaded to us on the agreed date. eShip kept me informed of the arrival dates and kept in contact with the carrier. Both cars arrived with no damage and no complaints on our part!

I didn’t wanna drive over 800 miles so my sister had my Mercedes sent to me. She got in touch with eShip and they delivered it to my house. They were very professional and got here in a timely manner. Plus, the driver communicated cordially. I knew they couldn't get here at 9:00 PM so they gave me a window. They told me when they were within 45 minutes and when they were approaching my area. And when I received the car, it was in good condition. I was well-pleased.

No problems whatsoever. Vehicle was picked up when scheduled and dropped off right at our house as planned. Vehicle was in great condition. Yes I would recommend E-Ship as safe and reliable source. Only one thing to correct is the automated e-mail that states "we called you and were unable to reach you live." To note phones have history of recent calls and no they did not show up on my recent calls. Maybe update the automated e-mail. It's perplexing.

I got married and my wife is from New York, so she moved from New York to here. We needed to ship a car and eShip was more reliable than other companies, so we went with them.

I was concerned about having no say in the driver who transported my classic car halfway across the country but everything went smoothly. The car arrived in perfect condition. The driver was thoughtful, kind and communicative. The only reason for the 4 stars was the scheduling was chaotic and I almost booked another company last minute before they communicated they had a driver assigned and I didn’t like having so many people involved in the updates after being told one person would see the entire transaction through from beginning to end.

I purchased a vehicle and I had to transport it over 1,000 miles from Columbus, Ohio to Colorado Springs, Colorado. The rep from eShip was very helpful. Then I was told that the vehicle was picked up and I was given a time frame of when it would arrive. The driver contacted me a day prior to when he was gonna be there. Then on the day of delivery, he contacted me and then he dropped it off about 8 o’clock at night, and everything was good. The vehicle was the way it should have been and wasn't damaged when it arrived.

My son bought a classic Mustang down at Virginia, so I needed to ship it up here. eShip seemed the most transparent and straight up about cost and liabilities. I felt like I could trust them and it all worked out very well. My interaction with their sales team was good. They were responsive for the most part but there was just one miscommunication. They had set up a pickup at the seller side in Virginia and they didn't give the guy any warning at all. They just showed up at his house and that wasn't so good, but they rescheduled. The communication there was a bit bobbled, so they didn't really communicate super well. But once they did pick up the car, communication was excellent and it showed up the next day. So that went very smoothly. The time frame of the delivery was good. The quote I was given was the same number as the final cost. Overall, my eShip experience was good. They did really well.

We found out at the last minute that our moving company hadn’t arranged to transport our 2 cars from VA to CA! I called Craig in a panic. He reassured me and had the cars picked up that evening! We were scheduled to fly out the next day so I can’t imagine how we would have done this without eShip. The cars arrived safe and sound in CA and folks there communicated well about drop-off. I bought one of my mom's BMWs, and I needed to ship it from California to Oklahoma. eShip was able to get it done the same day, on the day I needed it. They were able to find someone and get stuff very fast. Everyone else was telling me, “We’ll let you know within three to five days.” The sales rep was very good. There was a hurricane in Florida on the same day that my car was gonna be delivered. He was in the middle of the hurricane, and he was still communicating. The delivery took a little longer because of stuff that was unplanned, but it was still the same day. I would definitely use eShip again. I’ve had three vehicles shipped out before with three different companies, and eShip has my best ratings. They were great.

We had a positive experience with shipping our vehicle to Florida. The driver was in constant contact giving us updates on delivery. We would recommend this company. The only issue was we had to meet the driver a couple of blocks away as he could not get into the neighborhood with his vehicle due to low hanging trees.

I used eShip to move my Subaru Impreza from Northern California to Baltimore. I researched shipping companies and went with eShip because of the feedback from customers that I found online. Their people were professional. They made the delivery across the country in about a week, which was impressive. It was perfect.

When I relocated to Minnesota from New York, I looked at about four companies. eShip's reviews and price got me to come on board with them. The rep, Craig, was helpful and answered my questions. I followed up with him with some additional questions and then we scheduled the pickup. He was in communication with the people who were gonna pick up the car because I wasn’t there and that all went well. Then the car was delivered. From beginning to end, the transport took a couple of days, which was perfect. But I wasn’t expecting to see oily grease on the entire car. It must’ve in the bottom so there was oil from the other vehicles on it. I was a little annoyed about that, but a wash took care of it. Overall, everything was really good.

I travel for work and I was in Texas, and I live in Fayetteville. I went with eShip since it is fully insured and the price is a whole lot better. I texted the rep back and forth since we were at work. I didn't get very good service working in the desert, but he catered to it and took care of it. My vehicle came the way I remember it, so it was perfect. I have a soft top black Mustang, so if there were any scuffs, I would've seen it. My parents put it on the truck for me and took pictures of it, so it came great.

I shipped a GMC terrain from California through eShip and their rep was very helpful. Their transporter and I met at a place that was convenient and close to my house. He was very friendly and the process didn't take long. When the car got to the destination in North Carolina, it was in good condition. I had a smooth experience with this company and I recommend them.

I needed to ship my 2019 Hyundai Elantra from Chesapeake, Virginia to Irving, Texas. I checked out at least four companies and I decided to go with eShip as they seemed to be honest with their pricing. I spoke to Steve, their rep, and he told me the price would not increase after. What people mostly do is they give you a quote and once they pick up the car, they give you a different price or they bump up the price. I've read many of the reviews and many people say that. But Steve promised me that would not happen. At that time, there was a carrier that was available immediately while I was out of town and my wife was at work. But Steve told me it would be $50 more and I reminded him that he promised me that there would not be a bump in price. So, he just waived that off.

We were moving from New York to Florida, and we only had the two drivers down, and we had three cars. eShip was a little pricey, but we were happy we hired them. Their sales team was very professional and they communicated with us. We were coming down on the heels of Dorian so they brought down my husband’s car a little sooner, and they just left it in front of the home that we were coming to. They got the job done.

I would not use eShip again and would not recommend anyone use them. There were many issues with my car transport that I booked via eship. The car had to go from Anchorage, AK to Georgia so I knew it would take time and be complicated. Eship assured me they could handle it and it would take 2-3 weeks. The problems were evident even before shipping. When I contracted with Eship two months in advance they told me to drop it off in with Alaska Auto Transport who would transport the car from Alaska to Washington state. A week before my drop off date I called Alaska Auto Transport to find out more details about drop off. They had no record of the car or a booking with Eship.

Service was excellent. I was a higher cost bid but the low cost bidders had such poor performance records that I decided to accept the eShip offer and everything went as clockwork. Arrived with no additional costs or delays. The driver was friendly and clearly capable. The truck was clean and well maintained.

I was moving 3,000 miles across the country and I wanted a Jeep Wrangler transported. I looked into a bunch of transport companies and ended up with eShip. They had good reviews on the internet and I liked their price. I met the person who ended up shipping out my car at a parking lot. He was a little late, but there was a lot of traffic that day so I didn't think it was his fault. He put my car on his truck and drove away. It took three or four days to have the car move from one state to another and it arrived in good condition.

The rep called and we settled on a ship “window” - 3 to 5 days - and we set it up. There were some minor glitches and I get it now, though at the time I was a bit peeved. The rep and the driver were in touch constantly and my car arrived as promised and in perfect condition. I can’t vouch for all of the drivers eShip uses, but the one I got was top notch.

I needed my just purchase BMW X6 shipped from Chicago to Long Island NY. Booked with eShip friday morning car was picked up Monday and dropped off to me Wed morning. They did excatly what they said they would and price was good and didn't change from first quote to drop off. Very happy.

I was moving because of a company relocation. I needed to ship my vehicle for 1,072 miles and I checked out 3 companies before I chose to go with eShip. Their ratings were one of the higher ones and everything was really easy with them. They gave me a couple of different options if I wanted a enclosed or open transport, then working with the broker was also fine. So, there was not very much administration on my side. Other than that, I was able to arrange delivery to an alternate location with the broker and that was easy as well because it happened quicker than we were expecting. Everything was fantastic and the car arrived in the same condition when it was picked up.

I made a reservation with another carrier 3 weeks in advance to move my daughters car from California to Florida. Two days before the move they still had not secured a driver! I called eShip in a panic on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with the owner. I explained my daughter had to move out on Saturday and we needed the car picked up on Friday, the next day. Was that even a possibility? He assured me he had drivers in the area and called me back in an hour. He had a driver who picked up the car that very same evening! The car was delivered in a weeks time, as promised. I was expecting to meet the driver on the main street near my home, instead he unloaded the car and drove to my door. Driver was polite and professional, car was delivered in great condition. I regret not calling eShip first!

I moved from one location to other and at the time, I felt that eShip was a little relatively better priced than other companies, so I decided to hire them. But somehow, later I realized it was not really the efficient price. Despite that, my interaction with eShip's reps was good. Once everything was done, I directly talked to the actual transporter, not eShip. I asked them if they could deliver fast and they said they could. In the end, the whole transport took one week to 10 days. But right before the delivery, the driver called me and told me that he was delivering the car in one or two hours and asked me to make the cash ready. I was so shocked why it was the cash that I had to give. I was not even aware of that and it was not explicitly mentioned somewhere. All in all, if someone asked me about eShip, I'd tell them that I had a good experience but I would ask them to explore their options.

Recently due to a cliche with my Credit Card Company, a deposit for Auto Transport was held up preventing us to go further with the shipment. Jessica worked with me through the entire process following the transaction throughout the next day to ensure we were on track and on schedule with our transport. She kept me informed of the process and managed to resolve the issue with the card company. She went beyond what would have been expected to make this work, to alleviate my concerns and to make the Auto Transport as smooth as possible. eShip answered my email and my phone call. I had them ship my car from Kentucky to Cape Cod. I really enjoyed the lady I dealt with. Her name was Anna. I felt she was really on top of things. The first time around, she was quick to answer my questions and my phone call. The second time, she was really busy and I don’t wanna fault her for that. That was just the busy time of year. The only thing I had a problem with at eShip was the automatic updates with the emails that I got that my car was picked up when my car was already delivered here. So, there was a little lag time with their automatic emails. I was in constant contact with the driver. He was nice. Everything worked out well that way with the human beings.

I was happy with the result of the car transport service. The car was going from Los Angeles, CA to Rochester, NY. He picked up my car on Sunday. Since I'm deaf, the person who delivered the car, was willing to keep me apprised by texting me. He states he will be there Saturday around noon. He actually arrived before noon on Saturday. He texted me an hour before asking for another location (since the street is narrow), suggested to him to meet at the Mall not far from where I was. He agreed. Text me again 20 minutes before the arrival time. I got there and he's already there, you can see the large car transport parking. I appreciate mostly is keeping me informed, which I felt is the most priority of all.

Initially I put the e-mail out through UShip, a transport search engine. I received multiple offers from multiple companies. EShip was one of those companies. Long story short, got a quote from them, accepted the initial quote. Informed the gentleman that I was working with that I had a serious deadline restriction that I had to meet. The whole time he assured me no problem, "We can meet the price and the deadline". Have numerous text messages and calls, all the while being told "no problem". Then the problem. I got a call from the company saying they need more money. Whilst I was upset at the request, after talking to the representative, we agreed that the price needed to be boosted by an additional $150.00. At that point I started calling around to other shippers, and shipping brokers, only to be told the same thing, "it's too short of a deadline/time schedule".

Craig ** of eShip is a man of his word! Craig was able to guarantee pick up and delivery of my vehicle in short notice where other vehicle transport companies seemed to not care, the driver he hired was on time and professional. I attribute this to Craig to provide the driver. His customer service was outstanding and was always available by phone. His excellent customer service continued after the delivery of my vehicle, I find this so rare and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He made a very stressful time for my major move from the west coast to the east coast, easier, and I wish he was also in the business of moving household goods too!
