I’m displeased with the lack of communication on your part and the price increase without letting me know that no one was accepting the load. I feel like you could have communicated better. It took a month to get the car to Tennessee.

Fo start, dealing with Mark ** was great. Answered my questions and booking was easy. The downside was the actual driver & delivery service. First, a woman called from that company to confirm the pick up time of 6PM-8PM. Once 8:45 came around and no one contacted me, I called and text both Mark ** & the woman who I spoke to hours prior. I totally understand Mr. ** was unavailable due to the time difference. However, the woman did not answer for another 15 min. She then told me she would contact the driver and let me know. About 5 min later, she text me to meet the driver at Walmart down the street in 5 min. It was now around 9PM, an hour later than the initially scheduled window.

The driver was very professional and courteous. He went into details explaining the whole process from pick up to delivery. He was very accommodating when it came down to the date for my delivery, as I was unsure of the date.

Do not believe what they telling you. They promise me so much and at the end you get nothing. They will tell you that they will beat any prices out there and will deliver your car to door to door. This is **. Do not take them. Get a different company.

eShip promply connected me with a carrier. Met all requirements I asked of them. Good contact with carrier. Let me know exactly when he would be there. Very careful with my vehicle. Completely satisfied with carrier on pick up and delivery.

I shipped my daughter's car from California to Louisiana when she left for college. I was very nervous, so investigated several companies BBB ratings before selecting eShip. It was a little on the expensive side, but worth it for the peace of mind and shipping with a trusted vendor. The representative contacted me frequently about the status of my request, scheduling pick up and delivery, and was clear about the details of payment. The car arrived when expected in the condition in which it was picked up and we couldn't be more satisfied.

Anthony worked with me the best he could. The person I was picking the truck up from was less than accommodating, with stringent and creative constraints on when the vehicle could be picked up. This included the fact that I was told the truck was in working order, and discovered at the time of pickup the truck hadn't run in 2 years. I'm sure Anthony was as frustrated as I with each new "surprise", but he got it done nonetheless. The driver he secured was professional, brought the truck to my house. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you.

Mark was able to explain how the process works and what to expect. He was thorough and fair. He also kept in contact thru the shipping event. The driver was polite and professional and showed up when he said he would.

Great experience - they did what they said they were going to do, they did it when they said they were going to do it. The price was competitive, the follow up was 5 stars. If you need to ship an automobile - use eShip. You won't be disappointed!

Efficient and good service! I needed to move my car from LA to Philly. eShip got in contact with me within a few days to finalize who would be picking up my car. They checked in with me to see if the driver had notified me of pick up time and later, if my car was dropped off. They got in touch with the driver when he hadn't reached out to me. My car was picked up 11 AM on the day I requested and dropped off at 8 PM the first day it was expected to arrive. My car was not damaged and in good condition.

I really appreciated Anna’s customer service in arranging our car transportation from Texas to California. I had to change my target pick up date several times and she was accommodating and really helpful the entire time. Our driver was courteous, on time, communicated well, and delivered the car in good shape on the desired date. Overall, I am very happy with how my car was transported!

Service on the front end was good and shipping the vehicle was very quick however when I received it on the back end and drove it, once it went over 30mph the car would shake. For the price paid, I expected my car to be delivered the same but it wasn't.

eShip was great! Don't be fooled by the lower bids from other companies. eShip knows what they are doing and explained everything to me so I could understand. I called on a Monday and my son received his car by Wednesday. The gentleman who moved the car was nice and worked with me on getting the car to him.

It was a trying experience first! But at the end it turned out to be very good. The vehicle arrived safe and sound 2 days after the initial estimate! Thank you for your help to arrange this transportation. Good job.

I had to ship a Toyota Tundra double cab truck from TX to CT. I did a lot of searching and research and found that ALL of the companies are just brokers, they do not have their own trucks to transport. So with that information, I researched how the brokers dealt with and hired drivers. ESHIP was recommended on a few sites and their price was less than other highly recommended companies (by about $300). So I decided to use them.

I bought a truck and the guy in Florida that I bought it off from recommended eShip. I had it shipped from Florida to Ohio and the driver kept me informed. eShip did a very good job overall.

The entire e-Ship process was excellent. I called them on a Saturday morning and they picked up my car the next morning. The car arrived two days later. My car has been shipped three times and this was the fastest it has arrived. I would recommend and use e-Ship again.

The service provided was prompt and efficient. The agent we dealt with listened and dealt with our needs in a professional manner. We transported two vehicles the first time and are transporting two more with this company based on the quality of the service we received.

My experience with eShip was excellent. Anna was super nice and helpful. They picked up the car in the timeframe that they had told me and had the car delivered in two days. Green Light was the company that hauled it and had great communication with us. I researched a lot of companies and they had the best reviews. They are a top notch company. I will be using them again.

It was a pleasant experience overall but the truck broke down and it delayed my shipment. Took about 2.5 weeks to get my car from NJ to CA. They mentioned it would take about 1 week. Paid about $1400 to get my SUV to CA.

First time to use eShip. I read all the reviews and all of them are positive. Comparing it with the other Broker, for a difference of $100.00 more I’ve chosen eShip. The transport company and the driver they’ve provided was professional and courteous. I told him we’ll be at our new home in Allen Texas by July 15. Upon our arrival to our new home he was at the nearby plaza waiting for us with the cars in good condition ready for pick up. Again thank you for the service!

eShip was incredible to deal with. From Anna in the office who was always available, to the driver who I never met. But my mom and brother said he was great. Door to door delivery and no surprises. I will definitely use and recommend.

From the first phone call to the day of delivery, this company was A++. Excellent customer service. Carrier driver was very polite, and kept in touch with me right up to delivery. My car was in perfect condition. Would highly recommend this company.

My son's car was picked up 4 days late. He had to fly out and a friend had to delivered his car. The pick up location was an hour and a half drive out of town. My son friend had to find his own way back. It cost me $300 more than the bid price for this great service. The car was delivered at 3:00 am in the morning. Thank you Steve. P.S. Do not use eShip. You will be sorry. The pick up location was an hour an a half drive from the city.

Highly recommend! Truck was picked up the same day I booked. The agent, Mark **, was very professional, and communication was excellent; he simply got the job done!! The driver was very professional and courteous as well. The truck arrived in perfect condition.

eShip employees were helpful but I had to call constantly to find out the status of my order. The entire process took longer than expected and was postponed 4 times due to a variety of excuses. Upon delivery, at 10pm, the driver tried to charge me $225 more than what the balance clearly indicated and an argument ensued until he contacted his supervisor and the original amount was accepted. Communication and customer service was clearly lacking..

The driver upon car pick up was polite and professional. The car left SC without a problem. Receiving the car in MA was a problem. The car arrived 3 days late with the interior covered in dirt and grease. So bad was it that a professional cleaning was required at a cost of $160.00 to myself.

Excellent service. On time. Mark great! Funny guy too. Very happy finally. Company-Roadrunner before Eship didn’t even call day before pickup. Terrible service. Eship found someone right away and kept in touch all the time. Highly recommend this company. You will be a happy traveler!

This was the worst experience ever!!! A friend used them for a previous transport from the exact location to location costing $1800.00 (1 yr prev). After many attempts to reach them with no call backs I finally reached the wife (a third party) Jessica who was very nice but her husband was not!!! I've been in sales my whole life (which is long, haha). He kept trying to tell me I had never called! That there would of been some kind of quote. Well, he was wrong. I had talked to a female and twice to a guy named Mark. He wasn't so happy that I had a name of at least one person I talked to before and pretty sure it was his wife on the other calls. I explained how a friend used them the previous year for (same SUV) for $1800 after he quoted me $2400!!

This was a great decision. I was very undecided about picking a transport company. There are so many companies and so many wild claims. I chose eShip due to straightforward, honest, answers to my questions and I am glad I did. My van came quickly with great communication. I would certainly recommend to anyone in need of auto transport.

Excellent service, car picked up on the day we requested and delivered two days later. The amount, we paid was slightly higher than the original quote, but we found the people we dealt with were very professional and pleasant and the car was well taken care of.

Craig and his team were great to work with! Craig was always available to answer questions and his wife kept me informed on the dispatch. The driver was very careful with my cars and he delivered a day early. Rates were competitive and service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Was required to pay $100 over quote at last minute, and was not given any info on delivery date/time until one hour before they showed up. Car arrived in good shape with no damage. Satisfied with delivery but could have been better if they would have stuck to the quote and communicated better on delivery.

I booked with eShip - for my cross-country move from California to Georgia, and the 3rd car I've shipped (*my other 2 were with a different company). My rep Mark ** was great. He worked hard to find a driver within my price range and made sure to get a company with a good reputation. The driver he chose was awesome! Vitale was punctual, stayed in touch to give me updates and got my car to me in great time and the same condition I gave it to him. He was a pleasure to work with, unlike some companies I've used in the past where there was little or very poor communication with the driver. Thanks for picking a great company Mark!

Got my car transported across the country. People at eShip were nice and messaged me a few times to ask if the delivery person contacted me. I think it would help if eship tracked the delivery themselves and informed the customer. Also, the delivery guy demanded either cash or a business check. I should've been told in advance that personal check won't work. Overall, service was good. Mark sounded like a gentleman. Would use their service again.

Vehicle arrived with a shattered windshield and a large paint chip on the left headlight bezel.. Cost of windshield glass replacement And paint repairs approximately $1500.00. Was told by transport driver they were not responsible for damages and "That's the chance you take" and "The damage was from a passing semi truck". Was given no information on the semi truck company to help in repair cost persuit.

Had a 55 Bel Air shipped from NY to AZ in a closed transport. Was told 7-10 days for delivery. I got it in 3 days!! The driver has everything buttoned down very nicely and they took excellent care of my new classic.

Broker Mark ** is okay. Smooth talker. Always careful what he puts in a text/writing but will verbally give you different info. Answers questions but does not really explain how the "entire" process works. Question: does the average person regularly ship/transport a vehicle. Answer: NO. How do you know what questions to ask if you don't understand the process. Date/time commitments not met EVERY step of the process and I do mean "every". He is busy but so am I...BTW, I'm the customer! The process to set up the shipping took many, many days longer than Mark committed to. One excuse after the other on "why". Customer deserves clearer and more realistic info. In the end, it took 3 weeks to have the vehicle shipped door to door and NOT the 7 to 9 days broker gave me.

My experience with eShip has been great, when I was in need of a getting a shipping company booked in a limited of time eShip was able to help me. Daniel in Ft. Lauderdale showed great customer service and was helpful throughout the process.

The transport costs were not up front nor was there an explanation of the broker fee vs the fee to the driver. The quote was less than the final cost by $50. The driver only accepted cash, bank check, or money order; which was not explained until the moment he arrived to pick up the vehicle. Overall not a professional experience. I will not use E-ship again. Vehicle was delivered on time and without issue.

Service could not have been easier. Provided Craig dates and locations online. Discussed via phone. He found a transporter who picked up vehicle at home and dropped it off at our designated destination on-time and undamaged. Shippers were friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

Getting timely quote and answers to question were professional. For that I would’ve rated services a, “10”. The day before pick up was scheduled got a call indicating the driver pulled out. I was told there was someone who could car a for a few more hundred dollars, given it was July 4. I emphasized I selected eShip based on reviews and thought we had a contract. I was flying out 2 days after sched pick-up. Then I was reassured a driver would be found. Drivers were found that day, car was picked up and delivered by delivery date. Price ended up being lower. So again, all was good except what I saw as a possible attempt to get more money? I was confused. I would consider using them again except for that glitch prior to pick-up.

Outstanding service, Danielle made everything work out better than I hoped. She answered all my questions, and The service and customer care were first rate, and the driver who delivered the vehicle was thoughtful and a true professional. Danielle is the BEST! Without any hesitation, I would use them again, and highly recommend using eShip to transport your vehicle. The previous company I used was good, but eShip, and Danielle, made them look like amateurs.

Mark ** is top notch with my vehicle shipment along with the Driver of the transport in which his name has slipped me. We originally went with a different carrier which I felt would have been a disaster, so my inner feelings said look elsewhere. In this case Eship was the choice and for the first time the good ratings were accurate. Thank you for the stellar service.

We had a great experience. On time. Communication was great. Car got to Colorado before we did. Would highly recommend to friends. We called 2 days before we were moving and it was no problem. We were thrilled.

Prompt and courteous. Very accommodating subcontracting company too. No pressure. They came to our home on foot because I couldn't be there to meet. We were even a little late not quite at our final destination yet and the driver was super understanding and waited a bit for us to arrive. Another company was a bit cheaper but we were not kept in the loop of what was going on. The website was not accurate like eShip's. So glad we cancelled and went with eShip. Our car arrived just as we had left it with them. Only needs a car wash.

Daniel did and excellent job of communicating and locating a truck at a reasonable price. She was available to answer all my questions and was very helpful. The price was reasonable and they located A driver quickly. I would ship with eShip again.

Danielle ** helped set up transport of my car and she provided wonderful customer service! The company who transported the car was Knies and they were also amazing! Overall such a great experience, good price, and fabulous people! Definitely will use eShip again in the future! Thank you!

There was great communication with the shipping company and with eShip. The only negative was that the driver would forget to give us updates so for example he would say "I will be there today or tomorrow" but we wouldn't hear anything and then have to call the company to ask, "Is he still coming today? It's 9pm and I can't be waiting around" etc. Initially the car was supposed to be delivered after a certain day but the driver called to say he would deliver 3 days earlier, before we arrived so we couldn't do that. It was easy enough to change the delivery date but then arrived 4 days after we had been in town. Overall it was good, the car arrived without issues, but I had to spend a little extra time to reach out; however, it was easy to reach the company and everything was addressed without issues.

I’m very glad I went with eShip! The process was easy and I got my car shipped from TX to CO quickly. Anna answered all my questions and was there every step of the way. Alex, the driver was very hardworking and conscientious and got my car there in 24 hours from when he picked it up! Both eShip and the carrier company were great! I’d highly recommend to friends.

I bought a car and needed it to get to a place where I could get it worked on. eShip arranged for transportation from Sacramento to San Diego and it worked out really well. They did it the next day, whereas other transport companies wanted to do it four or five weeks later. eShip's sales team kept emailing me, making sure everything was okay, and the driver communicated with me letting me know where the car was. After it was picked up where I bought it from, the car was delivered in less than a day and a half. eShip did a good job and I'm gonna use them again.

eShip is a good outfit and I used them to move my car from Florida to Connecticut. I tried to use another transport company a couple of years before but I had a bad experience. This time, I did my homework. I talked to a lot of people and read reviews and based on that, I had made up my mind to go with eShip and didn't get any other quotes. I called about a month before I wanted the car shipped. The salesman and the driver that came to pick up my items did a very good job. I was kept in the loop and well-informed. It took three days to deliver the car and I was able to make arrangements for the people up here to meet the driver and get the car off.

Mark Anthony was really terrific and was helpful and patient through all of our planning changes, and short notice timing. I also appreciate that he was available on the phone on a Sunday as well. Highly recommend Mark Anthony and eShip.

We moved and we had our Mercedes and Cadillac shipped about 1,600 miles from Colorado. We got along fine with eShip. They were able to arrange the time that we liked and the gentleman that was representing them was accommodating. The driver brought it out rather early in the morning and delivered them.

I had two vehicles shipped. eShip presented themselves as knowing what they're doing more than the others I was looking at. The woman that I first talked to answered all the questions and everything was straightforward. They communicated pretty well with the driver during the process as well. The vehicles had to be picked up at my house and taken to a yard where they had to wait for the bigger transport truck to come. So, the whole process took a week and that was fine. The vehicles were in the same condition as they left, but a little dirtier. But both delivery drivers were good.

From the very first inquiry online to the delivery of our car, eShip was great. We were transporting our car from Maine to Colorado. They arrived to pick up our car on time and made it to the Colorado before we did. I highly recommend them.

I was transporting a Jaguar S-Type from California to Wisconsin. I looked at seven different companies then I decided to go with eShip. They got back to me right away and I liked their price. My interaction with their sales team was very good and they were very knowledgeable. I had a couple of questions and they answered promptly, so it made me feel very comfortable going with them. The driver was also very good in communicating with me during the transport. I was getting texts and updates throughout the whole process. From the time my car was picked up, it took two days to have it delivered and both times, my experience with the driver was awesome. He was fun and cool. Also, the condition of the vehicle when it arrived was as expected.

My four-door Kia sedan was being transported to my son in California. I called a few transporting companies and I went with eShip because it seemed to be rated fairly high and people seemed to be satisfied. Aso, talking with them, I felt comfortable with them. They were courteous and obviously busy. They said what it was gonna be and it was according to what they told me. The person who picked up the vehicle did a good job examining it and they had no problems with us taking pictures of them doing examinations so everybody knew what was going on.

I bought a car out of town and I needed a transport for that. I had it shipped from California to Kansas City and I had a great experience with eShip. They followed through on everything they said they were gonna do and it was a very quick ship too. It wasn’t a very long process, so I was very happy with them. I looked at four other companies and eShip wasn’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. Price-wise, they were in the middle of the road and because of the reviews and the people that I talked to, they sounded very well, professional and fast. I was in contact with the rep and he was very cordial. Even after hours, on his time frame, he called me. It was very nice to know that someone was that concerned to get this deal put together for me. I was in a hurry and he got it done, so that was very good as far as sales go.

I had to ship a Volkswagen Beetle 3,000 plus miles and I went with eShip for their pricing and service. The sales team was excellent and I was impressed with their follow-through. It took five days from beginning to end which met my expectation.

I was shipping a vehicle from Georgia to Charlotte and went with eShip since their reviews were very good. The sales representative was very kind on the phone, and we had very good communication. During the delivery, we had days when we were in contact with the driver on the phone, so that was very helpful. Initially it was one day, but they sent out the wrong driver because it was a very large car, and it doesn't fit on the freight. So, they had to contact another driver. That took four days, but it was here right on time which I didn't expect. It was also in perfect condition. eShip is a very good company and we would repeat with them. It was a very positive experience.

We were relocating from New Jersey to Florida and we wanted to ship our two vehicles down. We checked three transport companies and the first one was associated with the moving company. They shipped vehicles as a courtesy service and hooked us up with a shipper. But they backed out. I found another one who promised me they were not a broker and that they have their own trucks. I needed things picked up on a certain day and they said it was not a problem. They assigned a shipper to us and I realized they were a broker. That one backed out too.

We were moving and the guys eShip assigned to us to move the car were top-notch, very reliable, very trustworthy, and faithful. During the pick-up and the delivery, it was pretty much the same person and he did a great job all across. The driver picked up the car and he was able to give us clear directions to figure out where it has been parked. We were able to get the car. I liked the way he kind of took on what was accountable and he helped us out. He made sure we would be reaching the place.

eShip had excellent communication with us. They answered all of my concerns to extreme satisfaction. They communicated with us before the pick up explaining how and when it will happen. They picked my car up on time and delivered when promised. My car was delivered without any damage. While dealing with the dispatcher as well as the truck driver they spoke to me with professionalism and respect. I recommend this company and will use again.

eShip was one of the first companies I found and their price was more cost-effective for me. So, I hired them to transport a Chrysler PT Cruiser from California to Kentucky. Their sales team seemed pretty knowledgeable and the driver communicated very well with me. I was also told when he was coming and when the car was delivered, which happened about a week from pickup. The car arrived in good condition, too.

Craig was the first to respond when I hit send with my request to have my 67 GTO shipped from Boca Raton to Newport Rhode Island. Response took less than 1 minute! The call was made on Wednesday, the car arrived in fantastic condition with Alex the happy Russian, delivering it right to my driveway on Sunday evening. A great no hassle experience. Definitely would use them again.

Based on a Google search, eShip was one of the top-rated companies. I had my sedan shipped through them and we were in frequent contact with their reps. There were just some issues with delays in taking out the vehicle and that cost a little bit of miscommunication. But other than that, everything else was just fine.

I was shipping my car to Florida so it would be there when I was there. And then I shipped it back home again. I had used a company last year, but when I called that number, no one answered. So, I just looked up online, and I went with eShip because of the ratings that other people gave them. Our experience with eShip was fine. They did a good job. It was perfect. They picked up on time and delivered on time as well. Everything went very well.

I was transporting my vehicle around 1,500 miles and eShip was quicker about finding a person to ship it. They were really professional, and I liked how I could just text them. The driver called me at pick up and then he called me when he was about to arrive.

First company bailed, so we called eShip due to the high ratings. Anna assured us the car hauler would be there 5p Wed. My husband called repeatedly, finally guy says 10:30 - AT NIGHT. David waited 'til 11:30p and then was told tomorrow morning. They were very aware we were driving cross country and needed to leave early. I'll spare you the gory details but as we were pulling out of the driveway at NOON I noticed my car parked on the side of the road, cars all over, the STATE TROOPERS, my neighbors - he had tried to turn it around on a residential road and tore up my neighbor's yard - he didn't get out of there 'til two pm.

This was our first experience having a car shipped and we very surprised how well it went and how easy eShip made things. We shipped a car from the Phoenix area to Kansas City. Our rep (Anna) did a great job of communicating from start to finish. Our driver (Ray from No Limit) was professional and punctual. The entire process was a great experience. If we need to ship a car again we will definitely use eShip.

I was renting a house near Orlando for 3 months and wanted my car but I didn’t want to drive. eShip was very helpful and explained everything all the way. My car was picked up early but the driver called and explained that he needed to leave earlier to meet a deadline. I met him at a location near my home and he drove me back home. My car arrived at the same time I arrived in Florida. The driver was accommodating and let me know when he was 20 minutes away.

I was originally contracted with another carrier. They had a month and a half to find a truck to transport my car from California to North Carolina. That company only started to try and find a truck to transport my car on the day it was to be picked up and they could not find one. So I called eShip and they came and got my car the very next day. It took them only 6 days to get across country. Amazing! Eship keeps you informed. They have great communication skills. Dispatch can let you know at any time where your car is with estimated time of arrival. Everyone I talked to from the time it was picked up until I took receipt of it in North Carolina was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company if you have to transport your car.

I had my Corvette shipped from Texas to North Carolina, the process was seamless and my vehicle arrived in perfect condition and on time. I paid a deposit prior to shipment and the remainder after the vehicle was delivered. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I called eShip and talked to Craig. He informed me of when he would pick up my car in Boca and also told me when the transport company would then pick it up for the cross country travel. I was nervous about it all but he assured me that all would be well and it was. He put me at ease and it arrived in Long Beach CA on the scheduled date! He was professional and confident. I would recommend eShip to anyone! Am so glad that I used them!

eShip was prompt in getting my car shipped fast when other shipping companies took several days or weeks to get back to us about even a quote. A little more expensive than I would have liked but it got the job done - my car was shipped to the new location within a week, although it did arrive a day after the estimate they had given me. Car was dusty but in good condition when it arrived; I'm impressed that they delivered it up a windy, steep road. I'm mostly glad I didn't have to drive across the country; this service saved me a lot of time and headache during my moving process.

After having a nightmare from another shipper with people not showing up, no return calls after they got the deposit etc. I had a quick, fast and well delivered experience with eShip. I used eShip to transport a 2006 used car I purchased sight unseen (following a 3rd party mechanic inspection) and shipped from Canton, Ma to Santa Fe, NM. The pricing was very competitive with other online transport companies (less than most), and with a minimal deposit my car was scheduled to be picked up in just three days. The driver stayed in contact with me via text and phone during his transit, and arrived here in four days (on a Sunday morning) just as estimated, even a few hours earlier than anticipated!

We were provided exemplary service thru eShip. I spoke with Danielle several times. She was not only helpful she eased my mind totally. We have a 78 Cadillac Biarritz (41 yrs old) that needed shipped from Seattle WA to New Orleans. This car is the same year I graduated high school. I got it in 87. Once we realized we would not be able to drive up and get it ourselves due to weather I called eShip. From the first conversation until the day my old friend rolled off of the truck Danielle stayed in touch. She was "hands-on". For lack of a better term. She gave me a pickup date...then called three days before and asked if we would mind if "Charlie" was picked up 3 days earlier and all I could do was cry and say, "Please get him." She also made sure I had the driver's information and I was able to give the driver my daughter's info in case he had any problems in Seattle.

My son was moving from Florida to Colorado for a job. We needed his vehicle out there on time so he may use it for work. I shopped around and found eShip. I emailed a request and within a few minutes I got a response. I was able to put a credit card down and reserve the reservation. You give a window of days before you need pick up and a few days open when you need it at the drop off. It was picked up on time and delivered a few days before expected. I would recommend shipping with eShip.

I had previously had 2 bad experiences with carriers so I was worried but the service was terrific. One carrier broke down and was a week late, another carrier was offering only $400 to ship my car when they were charging me close to $1,000.

I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with the service we received. There were several problems with the truck and weather delays, but Craig kept in contact with us all the way. He told us delivery of our car would be five to seven days after pickup, but it was here within 24 hours of being picked up. We were shocked! We were very happy overall. The one problem was that the driver broke a door handle, but it's a $30 item, so not a big deal.

I buy antique cars and I bought an ’81 El Camino in Houston. The US Marshal Service suggested multiple transport service providers. The move with eShip was a very good one. It was a little pricey, but by the time I sent my trailer and a car to Houston for six hours round trip, the expense was justified. Everything was good when the car was delivered. The driver was anxious to get it off but I didn’t take any offense to it. He was just trying to get his job done and go on to the next vehicle. There was a little parking problem where I was taking it and he found a way to get around that. He got our people involved in getting it off and all worked out well. I’d use eShip again.

Anna was on board at first with shipping a truck from a government auction. We were running out of time to pick up the truck. She gushed about how they specialize in last minute shipments and such. She gave me her phone number. She quoted me a price and we agreed and she said she was setting it up. Then I never heard anything else from her. When I called her she said, "I am at lunch. I will call you back." Never did. I called her again and she was at a family function, call me back. Never did. I finally text her on a Sunday, she said she couldn't get a driver on Sunday. I told her the only reason I texted her is because they advertised 24/7 Service. I had to find someone else and they did a fantastic job. If this sounds like someone you would trust with your vehicle, by all means call them. One bad apple spoiled my bunch.

I spent about two days checking into shippers. I spent a lot of money on the vehicle. It is low mileage, and I wanted somebody who was gonna take care of the vehicle and get a good driver. I contacted eShip and they called me on the phone. Their customer service team emailed me pretty good. I texted the driver for an update as to when the vehicle would arrive so he could find it out for me if it worked. The vehicle arrived a day early than what the driver told me. I then told him where we would meet and we met at one of the local dealerships. The quote was on the high side but it was worth it. There was no vehicle damage. All in all, it was a real good experience.

I relocated from Arizona to Georgia and shipped a Chevy Trailblazer. A lot of companies were suspiciously cheap and I didn't wanna take any chances, while eShip was the most reasonably priced. Other companies were trying to say that eShip was too cheap and I wouldn't get my vehicle, and I didn't like the way they were being really unprofessional. I talked to Anna a lot and she was always available to answer questions. She would also check in with the driver for me and make sure that I knew exactly what was going on. It took about a week altogether to get the quote, pay and get the vehicle here, but it was in perfect condition when it arrived. I really appreciated the whole process. Definitely worth the money that I spent and it was not outrageously priced. I would use them again if I ever move back to Arizona.

My wife and I are extremely happy we settled eShip to move our house!! It was no easy move having 3 flights of stairs and plenty of heavy furniture and boxes to move, plus traveling 60 some miles to the new house. Updated on 05/16/2019: So after the last review I wrote about how terrible my experience with eship was--mind you this is after weeks of my own repeated attempts to reach someone who I could talk to about the issues to no avail-- all of a sudden there's a response to my review saying they've been trying to contact me and have credited me $400. Not only was there no attempt to contact me when that comment was posted, credit me $400 how? I paid this entire thing in cash. 2100 in cash for a job that arrived late and was supposed to be 1299.

We had our daughter's car transported from Austin, TX to Newport Beach, CA. From immediate quote after initial email inquiry to arranging, transporting and dropping off at a location of our choice, eShip provided excellent service. Craig went above and beyond to move dates at the last minute for me as well. I especially appreciated the text and email updates re car location and arrival time at destination. I definitely recommend eShip for your auto transport.

I am happy for eShip doing a great job and my car arrived in good condition and eShip did what they promised. The trucker was excellent. I had bad experiences with others not showing up as promised and not responding to phone inquires. eShip always answered the phone.

We're a little out of state and we had to move. We had two cars and it was a two-hour drive at 190 miles. I looked up transport companies and eShip popped up first, and they were polite. I had issues and I called on the phone, and everything was smooth. We had to make some last minute changes on dates for the movers, so things got a little hairy, but they worked with us all the way.

I was moving and eShip was consistently reviewed as the top company online. There was another company and I compared the two but I went with eShip. Mark was the broker that I worked with and he was helpful and responsive. The communication was good and fast and I never had an issue with them getting back to me. Picking up was not the best though. They told me that the truck driver would be there between 12:00 and 5:00 but he came 7:30 at night. I was waiting for him for around seven and a half hours but it wasn’t a huge deal. They were very good when I was picking up the car in California. The driver told me the time and he was spot on with it. Overall, I’m satisfied with eShip and I would recommend this company if anyone will ask me for a vendor.

I live in Northern Virginia and I purchased a brand-new car at a dealership in California outside of Oakland. I looked at a lot of different transport companies before choosing eShip. I submitted information online and from there, I was blown up with harassing telephone calls, text messages, and emails. I didn't understand the industry. I was initially recommended to do Roadrunner, but I felt like the price was a bit more than what I wanted. They are a national name brand company, but they were horrific in terms of the harassment and the customer service. I should've started with the Better Business Bureau. I got a list of names and I looked at eShip's reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. I also looked at Yelp reviews and they were all good.

I shipped a car from New Jersey to Arizona using eShip. They were more reasonably priced compared to other providers. The only frustrating part for me was the contractor did not tell me that I wasn’t allowed to use checks and there was a very specific way I was supposed to pay.

Also, the driver was amazing and went above and beyond. My keys were not only not in the truck, but the truck was also locked. He helped me find a lock place and loaded up a few more vehicles while he waited to see if I was able to get my truck rekeyed. I needed to move a car, so I went online and called a couple of different companies. eShip said I could have up to 100 pounds in the car and the guy I talked to who set up the transport for us was reasonable. I had very low expectations on how the experience with eShip was gonna go all around. I was cringing internally to think about trying to do that, but it went fabulous. It was flawless and it went very well. They took the car up in Seattle and they dropped it in Fort Collins, Colorado. It took five days. The transport cost was exactly what they said.

I needed to ship my vehicle for about 1,000 miles and I looked at about three different transport companies and eShip was the only one that answered me. Their salesman called me about three times to let me know that they got a driver and if there was anything extra. The delivery took about six days and it was quick and painless. Upon arrival, the vehicle was in the same condition as when I left it.

These guys doesnt deserve 5 star rating. Instead a -5 if possible. First of all I was moving from Miami, so I requested a quote. A guy names Josh ** (sales manager) calls me and ask for all the inventory I have. After listening to all the inventory items, this guy gives me an 159 cf of space for 1200 dollars and tells me everything fits within. Since my friend was also traveling I gave them this guys number. So Josh talks to them and tells all of my friends inventory will fit in within 100cf of space. So total of 259 cf for 1600 dollars was the deal for packing, loading, unloading and unpacking. No need for us to pack or anything. Now on the day of picking the items from my home. The driver comes and tells within 159 cf he can only fit in 1 king size bed, 1 tv and 1 tv stand. For rest we have to pay extra. From my friend home they picked only tv, bicycle and 1 extra box of items (for additional price).

Chose eShip because of reviews I read online. eShip only uses transporters who are reliable. We were extremely happy with Craig's service, as well as our transporter, Paul's, service. Craig responded to my questions quickly. Paul showed up when he said he would, inspected my car with a fine-tooth comb while creating the damage report prior to loading my car onto the carrier. He picked up on Monday afternoon in CA, and I had my car on Thursday morning in TX. We'll use eShip again when we are ready to ship my husband's car. Thanks Craig and Paul!

I had a Ford pickup truck shipped through eShip from Vancouver, Washington to Virginia. My father who had used their service referred them. Throughout the move, their communication was really good and it was a quick and painless experience. The vehicle came in perfect condition.

Eship has done a fantastic job setting up this shipment. They followed through and kept in contact throughout the entire process. They also address concerns that I had with the driver who (although delivered the care without any damage) provided multiple ETA's which created much frustration.

I shipped an SUV from Michigan to Florida through eShip. Initially, we went with one of the other service providers but then they selected the day that they were supposed to pick up the car. On the other hand, eShip was efficient. They communicated well and let me know when the car would be at the delivery location. The guys who dropped off the SUV were professional and it was in the same condition as when they picked it up. I'd recommend eShip.

We used eShip to transport both our vehicles from CA to WA. They were efficient and flexible. Our cars also arrived on time and without damages. The only negative is that the driver couldn’t drop off the car to our exact location due to the size of his truck so we drove about 10mins to his meeting point.

I've used eShip before and the first time I used them, I got somebody on the phone easily. Also, it was clear what the cost was gonna be and they could work with my schedule. They're a third-party broker but it was good that someone could reach out to me and tell me what day the vehicle could be picked up and they really worked with me on that. The second time that I ued them, there was just one point of contact. We talked via phone, via email and then I would just text her information and she would get back to me very fast. The vehicle was picked up and delivered right on time. Plus, I was called ahead and told what time they were gonna be there. Everything worked out well with eShip.

My experience with eShip was really good and I would definitely recommend it to someone who would want to ship their car. I also keep moving and I’ll have to ship my car again later on so I’ll probably be using them again. Initially, I looked into two other transport companies but eShip was cheaper and they would cover rental if the car was late. Their rep was great too. We were moving and we have three vehicles. There were only two of us driving, so we needed to ship up the third vehicle. Originally, we had a different company that was supposed to transport our small truck. We were leaving the area on the 25th. Two or three weeks prior to that, my husband had already made arrangements with the company, but they could not pin down a date and we had to be out. We gave them plenty of time, but they couldn't seem to find anybody that would transport the vehicle up. So, we ended up going with eShip.

Went out of our way to drive the car from Delaware to the pick up point in Salisbury, MD (to help driver) to be shipped to San Francisco, CA, only the have the driver refuse to deliver the car to requested address in SF once he reached CA. Anna, of eShip, desperately tried to work with driver but he refused so our daughter had to drive 45 mins across SF bay to meet this awful rude driver to get her car after a 12-hour late nite hospital shift. Totally unacceptable and NOT NOT NOT what we contracted "door to door" delivery and had made it a must that it be delivered to her home near the hospital.

My move was a relatively small move since I was moving stuff to a new office across the street. However, it needed military precision to be successfully executed. The team was very skilled and effective. The team was very friendly and ensured all my office items were well secured. They crowned it by setting up our office furniture.

We were vacationing in Marco island for two months and Mark from eShip had been more than helpful. I looked at two shipping companies and one could not perform. But when I called eShip, Mark jumped on it and had it set up within 24 hours. But the car arrived gritty, filthy and the brakes are a problem. And so, I'm gonna take it back in to be serviced because it look like it went through the desert in a rainstorm. I'm not real happy with the transporter.

I had to ship a Chrysler 200 and a Ford Focus. eShip was similar priced to other transport companies, but they have door-to-door pick up and drop-off. With the other companies, you have to drop them off yourself and go get them. I put in my request, and then I got a call from someone from eShip, and they clarified and made sure they had all the details with me. Then they found the contractor to do it and contacted me and gave me their information. The contractor showed up with their truck and spent time getting the cars off of it. Then they did a quick check over them and had me sign that I got them. However, the communication wasn't the greatest. I scheduled a pick up with them and they gave me a window, but about 10 minutes before the end of that window, they asked if they could pick it up the next day instead. So I wasted a lot of time waiting for them, only to have them cancel that pick up.

This is the first time we have had to ship a car in years and I had no idea what a nightmare it could be. Thank goodness Mark reached out, cut through all the craziness other companies we offering and got our car taken care of. We had a slight hiccup with the carrier and once again, Mark sorted it out and got us back on track and on schedule. I recommend him and eShip to anyone.

I had eShip ship my Camry. I liked their reviews online. However, the sales team at eShip never returned my calls. I had to keep on calling them to figure out where on earth my car was. Also, the transport took three and a half weeks which was way longer than expected. And then, there were like 100-plus miles on extra to the car when I got it. My father also said he put in a half tank of gas. When I received the car, it was almost empty. I tried contacting eShip about those but they never returned my call.

I Moved my CRV from Wisconsin California. The service provided by Mark is outstanding. I could not believe how my car was delivered within 3 days. This save me couple of hundred dollars. I was moving and I had my Honda Civic 2011 transported by eShip from the East Coast to the West Coast. eShip was very customer centric, and they ensured that I can be accommodated in a short time. The driver was excellent, and the transport took one week from pick-up to delivery. eShip was amazing and my experience with them was great.

I was moving and I couldn't not take my car so I looked into two transport companies. eShip offered to pick up the vehicle instead of just me having to drive it all the way to Long Beach to get it shipped. They took my car up in San Antonio to Long Beach, California, and then from California it got shipped to Hawaii. Their rep was perfect. My dad's name wasn't put on the thing to pick up the vehicle, so I called up the representative and she helped me and it got squared away no problem. She had it done within an hour and my dad could pick up the car for me. It was super quick and super on point. The driver was also really friendly, really observant of anything shipped, when he was doing the inspection. I shipped it February 2nd and got the car February 22nd so it was on point. I was expecting a full month. It was all around a good service, with real people to talk to. They helped me get my situation handled.

Eship Transport sent three people to do the packing and loading. Initially I thought that the small number of people in the moving team couldn’t perform the duties effectively. But they surprised me when they began working with great deftness and skill. I will definitely hire eShip again in future because of the great job they did.

I have used eShip in the past as I liked the reviews about them. They had a knowledgeable sales team and the driver was okay. They let me know when they would be there for the pick-up and delivery and the transport was within the expected timeframe. Then, I needed a shipping company again and looked at three different ones. I called eShip for a quote and it was a little bit high. They ended up putting my car up on the board and I wasn't aware of that. I called the other two companies for estimates and found the one that I used gave me a better quote so I switched over.

The transport, from beginning to end, took a week and a half and the car was just as I left it. They did a great job and we’ll certainly consider them in the future.

I shipped a 2005 Ford Escape from Louisville, Mississippi to Lubbock, Texas. Before going with eShip, I checked three providers altogether. When I spoke with Craig, who was the individual I dealt with, he was extremely helpful. He went out of the way to explain to me how the business model worked, and what would be happening involving our transfer. I really appreciated his transparency, honesty, and his availability. He said, "Look, I'm going on vacation, but let me know." He just went out of his way for my little one account to make sure it was successful.

I had to move a vehicle and I looked at half a dozen transport companies before choosing eShip. I liked the way the rep was on top of things. Also, the price and the timing were good. I told them when I needed the transport done and where the vehicle needed to be picked up, and they met all my needs. The final cost of the service was exactly what they said in the original quote. The transport took two days. The vehicle got there sooner than the expected time frame that they gave me. It was transported on an open trailer, so I expected it to be dirty when it got there and it was. But the overall condition of the vehicle was as we left it, so that was good.

Let's face it, when it comes to any kind of service provider, online reviews helps us to know who to consider and who to avoid. I am happy to be one more reviewer who had a great experience. My car left FL and arrived in CA ahead of schedule, so I was able to Uber to where it was stored as soon as I got off the plane. I was moving across country and the person that I spoke to is the owner of the company. She was very nice, professional and efficient. She got back to me in a timely manner and the quote I was given was still the same in the end. It’s a little higher than other quotes that I had received, however. But I had never shipped my car before and because I wasn’t sure, I wanted to go with somebody that had good reviews. My experience with eShip did go well and there were no issues. I met up with the driver when my car was delivered and there did not seem to be any damages to it.

We were relocating and we had to ship an Audi 2010 Q5. The rep at eShip emailed me and asked if I needed his assistance. I was having difficulty with the current transport and I was waiting for several weeks. But the eShip rep said he would be able to get it done that day, and within two hours, he was able to locate a transporter. The total transport was 2,800 miles and the pickup to delivery took a week. I had good interactions with the courier driver and the condition of the vehicle when it arrived was perfect.

eShip has a good reputation online. They have good reviews and that was the reason I choose them. Also, their price was attractive compared to other competitors and the quote didn’t change. That was my final payoff. I was relocating and my experience with eShip was smooth. Everything was easy and quick. My car even got delivered earlier than the promised time. I really liked that. Everything was also in good condition. I would definitely recommend eShip to my friends.

eShip is a reliable company and the service is amazing. We were shipping a vehicle from Miami to Houston and when I checked the reviews, eShip's were really good. They gave me all the information when I needed it and their quote was lower. It was not the lowest though. We found another one but the reviews were not that good so we went for quality and price, and eShip's quotation was perfect. It did not change at all and the process was smooth and really good. The driver was amazing and everybody was really nice.

I needed to transport a parts car from Atlanta, Georgia to Mesa, Arizona and I liked the price with eShip. The car had four flat tires, but somebody would have rolled back where they've been able to do it with no problem. It was difficult for eShip to find a driver. Some of the drivers, apparently, didn't wanna work, but eShip bent over backward trying to find somebody, which they finally did after a while. I got the car here. We tried to figure out how to get the car into my backyard and it was a lot of finagling around with my jeep, a log chain, myself, and two other guys, and we finally got it off the unit and into my backyard. It took around two days to pick the vehicle up and drop it off to me in Arizona. I'd use eShip again.

Shipped my Honda Civic from NJ to San Jose, CA. Eship's description of how much they are going to charge me and what is the estimated pick-up time seemed more straightforward than a few others I talked to. When the first driver couldn't pick up my vehicle in time, eShip arranged for a replacement driver immediately who picked up my car the next day. The delivery time was reasonable. Maryanne responded to all of my questions, even if not right away. The drivers/shippers were cordial. Overall a smooth experience, I would happily use eShip if I have to ship a car in future. Maybe a bit pricey.

Roadrunner was scheduled to pick up our vehicle on January 3rd, after waiting until 9 pm on the evening of January 3rd, we were informed that they had not assigned a driver to transport our vehicle, we were flying from Boston to Florida the next day. Mark was able to recommend a very professional Transportation Company that could accommodate up in a timely manner, our vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. I wanted to move my car from New York to Colorado and I read reviews on a senior website saying eShip is a good company. After I went online, I got a call from a guy named Mark and he was very good. He told me he’d find a guy for me and he did. I wish they would lower their price though. It was a couple dollars more than some of the other companies but with what I read online and since Mark sounded like a decent businessman, I went ahead with eShip. The driver also lives not too far from us in Colorado so he was in the area and he came right on time when he said he was going to. The vehicle was dirty but that was understandable. It was in good shape.

We were sending the car to a family member in Florida because we were trying to sell it, but my husband didn't like the offers that we were getting for it. So he gifted the car to his brother. I had researched a bunch of different companies and spoke with a few different agents from different companies. And then, I saw something about eShip and it was lucky for them that I picked them. They called me when they arrived and I had to facilitate for my brother to come meet them, and that all worked out great.
