I heard about eShip by searching online. I transported my car from New Jersey to Florida. The reps were on top of things, prompt, and courteous. They got back to me in plenty of time. They fixed it up on a Tuesday and dropped my car in Florida on Thursday. The guy who picked up the car was very nice. He was on time and kept me informed. He called me a few times before he picked up the car and then also before he dropped it off.

Everything was perfect car was picked up in Denver CO and dropped off in NJ even earlier than we expected. Great customer service and very happy with their price, service, professionalism. Very price competitive. Thank you. Had a bad experience with another company but this company was awesome.

eShip handled shipping our brand New 2020 car with less than 100 miles across to the west coast. Craig put our worries at ease. Answered all our questions and guaranteed us everything would be taken care of. He was right, it was quick, painless and arrived on time with no mishaps! What more could I ask for! I was thinking about what source could I go to see what was the best auto ship company that I could rely on and eShip was the second option. I felt comfortable in going with eShip after I spoke with the lady there and because their price quoted was lesser than the first option. She was not trying to make the sales pitch that we once felt compared to the first option, and it did not feel like traditional pushing sales.

I reached out to eshiptransport.com on Feb 28th 2019 after seeing the representations and promises on their website. I was contacted by their sales rep Anna ** and given a quote number **. I agreed to send them payment under the terms of our agreement that my vehicle would be picked up from Houston on 2/29/20 and delivered on 3/2/20. I relied on the false advertising used to 'bait and switch' me on their website promising "If we say that we'll get your car there by a specific date, we mean it."

Their price was reasonable and they got the car closer to where we wanted it. The transport took one week and everything went smoothly. Still, it felt a little open-ended until the car was delivered and it would be nice to see more of a tracking. If you call though, they would tell you who is in charge of it. There was one point of contact and then various other links to other drivers in smaller companies. They stayed in touch with everybody and things were handled well.

eShip helped me a lot on finding the right guy to move my vehicle as soon as possible because it was an emergency. I needed to move from California to New York for work and the team they sent was good. They moved fast and those are the kind of people who are responsible and honest. I was expecting my vehicle for a week and I got surprised the delivery took less than that. It worked out perfectly for me too. They brought the vehicle from wherever I had to go then brought me straight to the airport. I got transportation as soon I got to the airport and my vehicle was perfect condition. It was an amazing service. If I have to go back from state to state, I will use it again and I hope they can do it the same way. I recommend it 100%, especially in those kinds of businesses that you never know who is gonna be taking your money.

Anna at eShip was so helpful in guiding me through the process as this was the first time I have transported a vehicle. Our driver Tony was in constant touch with me with his location and arrived just as expected. I would use again if needed.

eShip transported this vehicle from SoCal to SLC, Utah in less than 2 days without any issues. The entire experience was exceptional. There were several time and location changes needed and they worked with us cheerfully and everything worked out great. We would definitely use them in the future.

I spoke with Anna and she was very efficient and communicated well regarding the shipping process. Although the days were right, we didn't get the dates right and it's partly because of my fault. I mentioned next Sunday but didn't say the date exactly and that could have been taken for the following Sunday. However, I got my car on Monday and only had to use a uber for one day. All in all a pleasant experience!

I called eShip when the dealer could not guarantee shipment of a car I bought from them over the internet until several days later. E-ship found a driver right away and offered a price lower than the dealer's shipper. The communications and customer support throughout the process were exemplary. The car was delivered in good order as scheduled. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend e-ship.

Getting my car shipped from Seattle to North Virginia was very easy with eShip. Michelle explained how the whole process works and was very easy to communicate with. My car was picked up and shipped on time. I would highly recommend eShip.

My mom was moving from Texas to Seattle and we wanted to move the car. When I did an internet search, eShip had a good rating, so they were considered one of the better ones. They were also quick to respond and gave me a good estimate right away. They were easy to work with too. I worked with Mark Anthony and he was great. He called me quite a bit to let me know when they finally found a driver then this really nice guy and his wife came and went through everything with us. It was a nice experience. I love the fact that you get to watch the move. It was very entertaining. Every night, we got a picture of the car and what state it was in, so we knew where it was. It was fun and interesting. They made it to Seattle before we even did. They brought this big old trailer and they got their record time. They were great.

I am pleased with the promptness from the representative. She answered my questions patiently and helped me find a car transportation agency in a short notice. I will use their service again in the future when I need to ship car domestically.

I was shipping my vehicle for a military move and based on the price and the reviews, I chose to go with eShip. I submitted a request for a quote online. Then, I was followed up with a phone call from a rep named Mark and he gave me a general idea. A few days after, I got an email confirmation, and then he let me know that the driver would be in contact with me a week before we ended up leaving. The total transport was about 2,500 miles. We arrived about the same day that the vehicle was here. The driver called my husband and we met up at a bigger location where they could do drop it off and it was really easy.

The guys from eShip were upfront right away and had references and they always responded. That's what makes the difference. They picked the vehicle up here in Southern California on a Thursday and then they took it into Anaheim and loaded it on a big transporter. From there, they had it in Oklahoma City by Sunday. So it only took them three days to get it there. There was no great hurry from me 'cause I wanted it to get there safe and sound, and they did. In fact, my son-in-law, who met the driver said that it was much cleaner than he thought it would've been with all the weather that it went through to get there. Everything went great. My granddaughter is now getting her driver's license and she was happy as can be.

I have nothing but good things and kind words to say about Belaz, both the owner and his brother were extremely thorough and kind as well efficient! My vehicle came in excellent condition, and it was received an entire day early. It was also a great price, I would recommend to anyone, thank you so much!!!

Mark was transparent and diligent throughout the whole process. I can't believe how much work he did to ensure my order arrived well and ahead of schedule. Before I found eShip, I worked with several other services. None were as good as Mark and eShip. You will find many services failing to respond in a timely manner or simply offering you a quote that isn't realistic.

I moved from Oklahoma to Washington for my job, and out of four or five companies that I looked into, I used eShip because of their price. Everything went well for me and I would recommend the service to my friends.

I had booked another auto transporter, who were happy to take my money, but they never showed up. So, I got my money back and called eShip, and they were great. They got back in touch and I had immediate interaction with their salesperson. They were able to talk on the phone and we texted a lot. It was great for me because I was always on the move and it was awesome. They literally showed up at my house the day after I called them. Both of my cars were to Florida in 48 hours. They’re really, really good. I also had the driver's phone number and I texted him once or twice trying to see if he was on track. He texted back when he wasn’t driving and let me know that everything was all good. He arrived exactly when he said he was.

We were going to California for the winter and needed a car. We looked at about five companies and went with eShip. They were very responsive and the price, although not the best, was okay. We dealt with the salesperson then with the person who handles the payment and the confirmation and so forth. We had the car transported about 2,000 miles from Michigan to California. The delivery and pick-up were similar. We met the trucker in a big parking lot and he picked the car up. Then he met us near our destination in a big parking lot where he could drive the truck to.

I go to college in Alabama and I live in Utah, so I needed my car out here. I was planning on driving it out, which would have taken three days. But at the last minute, I decided to ship it. eShip had really good reviews online and didn’t annoy me with all the phone calls. And their person was really helpful and not edgy. Everything was really fast and efficient. I could get ahold of someone if I needed to and the process was really easy on my end. eShip was able to pick up my car three days later and get it delivered to Alabama. Although something happened with the driver’s tire, I was able to meet with him and get everything coordinated. It was super easy and quick. The payment was easy as well.

SHIPPED 2018 CHEVY FROM Florida to Nevada. Shipping by eSHIP was a great experience. This was my first time shipping anything so I did my research and chose eSHIP because they responded to customer reviews; positive or negative. The staff was friendly and sent updates regarding pick up and delivery. I received my car in pick up condition. I will definitely use eSHIP again & I highly recommend them.

I was moving across the country and I didn’t wanna drive myself. I had eShip transport my SUV from Ohio to Southern California. I went with them based on the description of the company, their policies when I first called, and their price. The rep's knowledge and expertise were satisfactory. She liked to text me and ask for updates, which was nice. The driver was a few days ahead of schedule, which was also nice. From beginning to end, it took about five days.

I did a lot of research and checked with three companies before deciding on eShip. One company low balled the whole thing and one company was a little higher than what I actually paid through eShip. I also noticed some good reviews for Mark Anthony who is the person that explained to me how the whole process worked. The final amount I actually paid was a little higher than what Mark quoted because the actual shipper wanted $100 more because of my ship-to location. Mark said he ate $50.00 of that and I paid the other extra $50.00. That amount was still less than one of the companies I checked into. I did not know much about the actual shippers, but they picked up the car late on a Friday night and delivered clear across the country the following Monday night. Was very fast service and the car was obviously dirty from the trip, but the car was delivered with no issues. Ran it through the car wash the next morning and it looks great.

Eship handled my shipping of my father's 2006 Jaguar. Michelle, Grace and Jenny were all helpful and accessible. Vahe of Omega Carriers was the driver. He was easy to work with, fair and friendly. Car arrived fairly quickly and in good condition.

eShip was incredibly responsive to my initial request for an estimate. They were transparent as far as the pricing went and they were easy to get ahold of and discuss with follow-up 'cause I had a bunch of questions about it. So, I was satisfied with the process with them. They picked up the vehicle in Pennsylvania outside Philadelphia. My daughter is a doctor working for the Indian Health Service in Zuni, New Mexico. It's very remote. For me to do it myself, it would have taken three days to drive out there, not to mention the wear and tear on myself. It would have put all those 2,000 miles on the car too. Instead, I met the driver at the pickup point and loaded the vehicle on. Payment occurred at the end of the transport after they were satisfied, that there were no issues.

I was relocating from Florida to Minnesota and had looked at about half a dozen companies to ship my car. I signed up to get quotes and then I had a number of companies reaching out to me with a whole bunch of quotes. Michael from eShip gave me the most in-depth walk through of everything, from start to finish. He made me feel the most comfortable about shipping my car. eShip wasn’t the cheapest, but I felt the most confident that things would run smoothly with them. And they did a very good job of making it happen for me, especially because I was shipping it on fairly short notice. I wasn’t 100% sure if I was gonna need to ship my car or not. And then I needed to and I only had maybe a week to get someone to come pick it up. They found someone for me and got it taken care of quickly. And the delivery went smoothly. The driver reached out to me and dropped my car off right at my place of work. It was actually washed when they dropped it off.

eShip provided great service and on-time delivery. Very smooth from start to finish. Cars arrived sooner than expected and in perfect shape. The driver was very nice and even helped jump the both cars. Cars are classics and arrived in great shape. I would use them again!

I contacted eShip to have my car picked up from a dealership and delivered to my house. Pickup was on time and delivery was also one day behind the estimated delivery date. Car came in great shape and the driver had a detailed report of any scratches, bumps, etc.

This was my first experience shipping a vehicle across the country. eShip was very transparent on how the process works and didn't try to sneak anything (fees etc..) by me like most salesman do these days. I found eShip through the internet and I heard they had good rating. I used their service to transport my vehicle to Florida from New York and it went fine. Their sales team was very helpful and the driver was very nice.

I had many conversations with Mark about the timing but that was mostly because my move date was changing. We did finally settle on the date and the driver showed up in the morning of the appointed day which was great. No trouble getting the car loaded and on its way. I was a bit concerned about the delivery at the final destination because a specific time couldn't be given to me. That was important because I had to drive myself from Texas to Florida. I arrived at my destination about an hour before my car arrived from the transporter so it all worked out. I just wish a more specific delivery time could be provided ahead of time.

I was moving from the east coast to the west coast and found eShip online. They had good ratings. The rep was very informative and was clear about what was gonna happen and how it was gonna happen. It went smoothly on the pick-up. The driver kept in touch with us, signed up and load the vehicle up easily. The driver that dropped it off was very good at communicating where he was and when he would be arriving. It was a little quicker than they promised and it all went very smoothly. However, neither the agent nor the transporter mentioned that they wouldn't take credit cards when the car was delivered. They both forgot to mention that the balance needed to be paid by cashier's check or cash. I feel bad for the driver who had to come back the next day after I had a chance to go to a bank and get the cashier's check for him.

I was moving out of state and eShip was the most efficient and most cost-effective among other companies. They transported my car in about 1,000 miles and said it'd take a few days but it only took about three so I was really pleased with that. I ended up meeting it there. The driver notified me when he was a few hours out and kept me updated.

The eShip reviews were really good and so I used them. The driver called me a couple of days out and gave me a heads up when he thought he would be there the earliest and latest. He called me again the day before and gave me an approximate time. Then he called me about an hour out to let me know where he was gonna park and meet. They're great overall.

eShip was good. I went with another company but they proved they weren't working with me very well. They gave me the lower price and couldn't provide the service. And then, I pulled up eShip, talked to three people, and it sounded like they were all doing the same thing to get my vehicle shipped in slightly different prices, but I knew where I'm at. It was gonna be the most aggressive individual because the shipping of the vehicle is gonna be a unique situation. eShip's salesman was the most aggressive of them and I went with him. It cost me a little bit more, but we were able to remedy the situation and get the vehicle delivered as soon as possible. The transport was from Brooklyn to California. And because it was an extra large vehicle, it couldn't be on a group shipping line. It had to be trucked in a pick-up and trailer across the country.

My parents have used eShip before when my dad worked in California. They transported his car and my mom recommended it to me. I used them to ship my car from Laurel, Maryland to Elk Grove, California. Their process is good but I like the customer service better. I really appreciated the customer service. I talked to some people through email and text message, and they were really quick to respond, which I really appreciated, especially because I didn’t know where the car was. I got my car shipped during the holidays and I understood the delay because it’s a holiday. The woman I spoke to checked the shipment for me and then she told me the date and the time it may arrive. I appreciated that she responded to me and then she looked it up. They texted me the exact time and place for the delivered. They texted me that they arrived, and then I just drove there, and they were already there. It was good.

EShip provided great service and an outstanding customer experience. They offered a Fair price, and delivered timely follow ups and updates regarding pick up and delivery. My Audi was delivered one day earlier than expected. Would highly recommend this firm.

I had a Subaru Forester shipped from Massachusetts to Utah. I looked into a lot of transport companies and ended with eShip as they could get it done the quickest. I had an awesome sales rep. I was in a rush to get the car moved and I told her that there was stuff in the car. I had already paid somebody else to do the job but they couldn’t. The driver got sick or canceled so I had to get a refund from that company. The car was already packed and ready to go. But there were evidently different rules which I wasn’t really made aware of. When the driver showed up, I had to pay an additional $200 because there were goods in the car. I was being held hostage. It was not like I could say, "Okay, no. I’ll find somebody else.”

I had made arrangements with another transporter and they were a lot cheaper, but they were not delivering the thing that I wanted them to deliver. So, I started googling and I removed the price from my filter. Many sites said that the company that I chose, eShip, has the best service but they are not necessarily the cheapest company. But in the end, everything went excellently. They were relatively on time and they gave me a window of time that they would pick up the vehicle. They arrived towards the end of that window but it was still within that window. Any time I called, they gave me an answer and a feedback about the whereabouts of my car. And during the delivery, it was delivered right at the time that it was supposed to be delivered and it was pain-free. So, I am thankful for them for running their business the way they are running it.

EShip did a fantastic job. My cars arrived ahead of schedule actually and the attention to detail was very impressive. Special attention was paid to protecting both vehicles for damage and dirt. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them in the future.

I used eShip to transport a Nissan Rogue 2,200 miles, from Minnesota to Savannah, Georgia. Their price was really good and they were very professional. The driver and the contracted company were awesome. I trusted the driver completely with the car and he dropped it off to my son in college. I trusted that it’d be fine for my son to take that delivery and it worked out perfectly. The guy went through the car with him after it was dropped off. It was a little dirty, but it was an outside carry, so I expected that. There were no dings or scratches though. I’m sure I’ll have to bring that car back, and I’ll use eShip again.

I shipped my vehicle from California to Nashville, Tennessee. The guy that set it up and got it all going was friendly and knowledgeable. Then the delivery driver was great and I really liked him. The vehicle was in perfect condition upon arrival.

We were transporting a car from San Diego to Virginia. Mark was easy to deal with. He explained the process and took time answering all of my questions. The drivers arrived to pick up the car within the stated window of time. The men were very professional, courteous and careful. The pick up went equally as well. The only odd thing was that they had to meet the transport at night. The driver said they got delayed with the long lines at the truck weigh station and ended up rolling into the Walmart parking lot at 9pm. The drivers did keep my daughter informed of the changing times which was good. My daughter and son-in-law, however were able to inspect the car and see that there was no damage (scratches or dents) to it. The only hassle of picking up that late is that they had to drag their 6 year old out of bed to go pick up the car. I would use eShip again if I needed to transport another car.

Craig with eShip is awesome! Needless to say we were very worried about how this would all work. His initial estimate was exactly what we paid with a deposit and then Zelle for remainder upon delivery. We were in constant contact with him or his staff during the process. Our car was picked up in Delaware and delivered to LA in ONE WEEK with an initial estimate of 6-10 days. The pickup driver was very professional and apologetic for the one day delay due to a truck hydraulic issue. Other than some mild confusion with the trucking dispatch and delivery time, it all worked out and the Zelle option for payment was fantastic. Other than a little dirty on the outside the car arrived in the same shape it left in. After reading reviews for many transport companies, we found that customer experiences were either really great or really terrible. eShip GETS 5 STARS FROM US! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After looking and getting quotes from so many places and finding bad reviews, I almost was scared to pull the trigger on anybody. But eShip had good reviews, so I decided on them. They were a slight bit more expensive, but that was worth it to me for the knowledge of knowing because my cars are both classic vehicles and I wanted to make sure they were going to arrive safe and sound. The sales team handled everything well. Craig, the guy that I dealt with, always answered my phone calls or returned them immediately.

But I knew somebody who had used eShip's service and suggested to go to them, and so we picked them. The person that I spoke with was responsive and called me back. The delivery driver was very nice and the vehicle was delivered on time, which took three days. Everything was where it was supposed to be.

Super friendly and helpful from the start to the end. A driver to pick up my car was found within 15 Minutes. The car was picked up the next day without any problems. During the transport of my car I received updates. Car arrived in the same condition as it got picked up. The driver unloaded it without problems and very friendly. I received a last text to check if I received my car. 5 Stars from me. The car was transported from Seattle to Junction City.

I as a customer like to be well-informed in all aspects of the procedure or and or products that I am purchasing. And this happened throughout the experience of shipping my vehicle to Colorado. I was most impressed with the driver as she took three vehicles through snow, sleet, ice, delays etc. Upon delivery of my vehicle my son inspected and approved that all is well.

I will state that it is VERY VERY hard to feel comfortable and trust an unknown to ship something of value on just a few conversations or words. I did have quotes that were less. BUT.. in this case the agent was diligent, understanding and from some place up north! LOL. But If you can get a hold of Mark Anthony as your agent and can understand the lets get down to business mentality you will be in good hands.

eShip's sales team answered all my questions. They told me what was going on and got back to me when they said they would. I was quoted a price but then the car I needed to transport wasn't ready. A week or two later, I contacted eShip again and told them I was ready. The price had gone up but eShip was able to work with me on the deposit. The driver they contracted was very professional and kept in touch. He went out of his way and delivered my vehicle late at night. Going with eShip was a great experience and everything was as advertised.

To start with, I was with another shipping company and kept looking at what was going on. They had classed the vehicle I needed, a 2500 Ram pick-up truck that's about three times the size of a car as a small-to-midsize car. That was why the vehicle wasn't getting picked up. I talked to a salesperson who said that he was the owner of eShip. He told me how everything works and I understood their process. I understood why their pricing was the way it was. So, I told him to pick up my truck. The driver who brought the car to my location was a really nice guy. He sat down, ate with us and on the way he went. Going with eShip was a great experience.

I recently had my daughter's car transported from MI to AZ. eShip and broker Mark ** did a great job finding a driver in a short time frame. Driver arrived on time to pick and delivered on the day they committed to. Very polite and no issues what so ever. I would consider using them again.

I googled eShip and I decided to use them over other companies because of their ratings and the reviews. Also, the guy who helped me was good. He was straightforward and I could text him whenever, which made it better. However, there was a little struggle when I was getting my car picked up around where I lived because I didn’t know when the driver was coming to pick it up. But the time for when the car was gonna arrive was right, and so it was perfect timing. The driver was super nice and he found my apartment right away, which was nice.

Craig gave exceptionally good (excellent) service from start to finish in making arrangements to transport our 2010 Mercury Milan from Utah to Florida in seven days. It was a wonderful experience and Craig may be the best in the carrier transport business. He runs a first class operation including the very best dispatch personnel and drivers.

My car got to California in good condition and fast (3 days faster than expected). Some confusion was made on one side but it was instantly taken care of. 10/10 would recommend using this company. The driver that was found was also very nice and communicative.

The person that I dealt with assured me that eShip was a good company and it happened to be there. I was very happy with the pickup and the delivery. The young man who was driving and who took the car off the truck was very knowledgeable, polite and nice. He was conscious of everything. eShip made it very convenient for me. I'm an older person and they took that into consideration, and I would recommend them any day.

I moved from California to Florida, and it was just me and I have two cars. So, I drove one and I shipped the other one. I looked at eShip and a couple of other companies. The guy that I talked to on eShip seemed like he was interested in helping me out and trying to find something for me. I went with eShip and shipped out the car then it arrived in its destination in 4 days. Since I wasn’t there to receive it, my realtor received it and drove it in the garage for me. The car was dirty but it was fine. I washed it and everything is good. Also, the final cost was the same amount to the quote. So, the experience was very good. Now, I'm looking at shipping my motorcycle and I am thinking about going through them again.

Eship is fantastic. I tried other shipping agents but they quoted one price and the final price ended up being much higher. Craig gave me a fair price upfront and delivered as promised. He has shipped my vehicle 3 times. All have been a very positive experiences. Will definitely continue to use Eship.

I shipped a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from California to New York through eShip. My interaction with the sales team was good. The process was easy to follow and everything went great. The delivery driver was polite, knew what he was doing and he shipped the car without any problems. He came a day early and the car was in good condition. Overall, eShip provided good service.

eShip did a nice job shipping my 2015 Toyota Tundra from California to New Jersey. The person who answered their phone was very helpful, so I went with them. Also, their quote was competitive. They took 5 days total from pick up to delivery. They picked the car up a little bit late but within a reasonable amount of time from the scheduled time. Then, the driver called me when he was almost there and the car showed up in great shape. Everything went well.

Craig ** from eShip was great to work with in having my car shipped to my home. I was really concerned about shipping a brand new car, but he assured me that it will be done with the utmost of care. I needed a transport service as I was relocating and my contract was with Roadunner Transport first. However, they did a terrible job so I fired them. I went and hired eShip after I looked through online reviews and their ratings from consumers. They did a good job in communicating and, especially for transportation, communication is everything. I needed to move a Ford Escape from Ohio to Florida. eShip's sales team was fine, and the delivery of the vehicle was all fun. The delivery guy was going to be there at a certain time, and he texted me when he got there. I got a ride out from the hotel to the meeting. The car was what it was when we shipped it. There were some issues, however, when we were trying to find a driver. I got four or five different contracts, and I didn’t like that. We seemed to go back and forth more than once, and that didn’t work for me. But, it wasn’t bad. And I did it over Christmas, so that didn’t help the process, too. But it was fine.

I never had any experience in my car transporting. After I’ve made my own research I decided to rely on this company. The team was super professional and friendly. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler 300C at an auction close to Baltimore, Maryland and I needed it shipped to Huntington, West Virginia. I called eShip and made a deal with them. They did the job for what they quoted me. It took their transporter a couple of days before they picked the vehicle up. Still, they told me when it would be picked up and when their driver got within a couple of hours to the drop-off point, he gave me a call to let me know what time he would be at the location. The car got to me in good condition.

DO NOT CHOOSE eShip!!! Phone calls were not returned. Emails were not returned. Very difficult to deal with after they won our sale. Our boxes and furniture were crushed, some looked as though they had been thrown. We had many broken items. We had several missing items. There are a lot of moving companies to choose from. If I could rate them with less than one star, I would.

Everything went well with eShip. I was moving cross-country from Minnesota to California. I wanted to have my car and I didn’t wanna drive. I looked at 5 different transport companies. After I understood where the fee was going, I knew some of it went to the transport and some of it to the driver, and understanding that it was more of a bidding system on a national board, I went with something with a high user satisfaction rating. eShip was the second highest in price, but I really wanted to make sure that it was done right so I went with them. The ones that were super low, I felt they were just saying that. And when we put it on the national board, it won’t get picked up because it was just such a low price.

I had the best experience with this company after having a terrible experience with another company. Everything was explained in detail, there weren't any surprises, the price was fair and the driver, Rick, was nothing short of amazing. The old saying of "you get what you pay for" is certainly true with this company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to ship a car.

eShip was a bit lower than everybody else. I checked with three other shipping companies. They were also available and some of them were looking at seven days, and eShip said they could get something right away, and they did. So, that helped too. eShip did a great job. They showed up the next day, picked up the car, and it was in Radford, Illinois in two days. That was very reasonable for that long of a drive. The delivery guy was very nice. He didn't speak real good English, but he did his job. He was very good at getting it all tied down and loaded it up. I was very happy with the lady that did everything for me. She was very pleasant and got the process done real quick. So, I was happy with the experience.

I have used several of the better known, traditional tow people but they have not matched eShip! Great driver, fast pick-up and even faster delivery. eShip is my carrier of choice from now on. We haven't had a good experience with other shipping companies. I had a bad experience with a driver last year. My husband got to the point of arguing with the driver that he called the police. We've also had people that are two days late. One year, we waited 17 days for our car. There are some not so reliable people out there but finally we found someone that is reliable. The eShip person from Florida that dealt with us was very nice. He was constantly sending me emails confirming when he was going to pick it up. All these emails helped me feel better that it was going to come on time.

My car broke down in Las Vegas on the way to California, so I had to rent a neighbor’s car. I left the vehicle in Las Vegas, and then drove back to Wyoming where I live. So, I had to have somebody to transport the car back here. I went with eShip because of the ConsumerAffairs and Google reviews that all gave them high ratings. They picked the vehicle up the same day, within about two hours of the contract being signed, and it took them one day to get it back to me. It was very cold out and everything was frozen, and the delivery driver was good. eShip was upfront about the deposit and about how much cash to have for the driver. It was an excellent service. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

This is the third time in the last 3 years that I have delivered to Stafford, NY. All three times, I've been successful. This time the delivery was completed two days ahead of schedule. I have shipped a lot and I have a company that I like, but they only go out west. When I used that company coming from Michigan to Florida, I did not like them. And so, when I was moving from Florida to Michigan, I shopped around and looked at 15 transfer companies. I then called eShip and they called me back -- it was the owner of eShip that sold me on himself. The delivery was okay, but it looked like they hit my wheel. They scratched my rim, but I did not see that until after the fact. Outside that, there was nothing major. I had contact with the driver, but any time there were any issues, I was able to get ahold of the owner too.

My car has been delivered to NY from OH. I was worried at first because of a few negative reviews but the manager always was in constant contact and support. My car should have been picked up by one driver, and then he called me to say he told the truck that there was a repair problem and that he could not retrieve my car for 4 days. But the manager remedied the situation immediately and the vehicle was seized by another driver in time. I would recommend this service to anyone in general.

I was moving and needed to ship my vehicle about 750 miles. eShip was one of the first to respond. They had a quick estimate on the shipping, pick-up, and they weren’t the highest, but they weren’t the lowest. After two days, my vehicle came in good shape. The driver was really communicative when it came to the delivery and was a little flexible. He tried to deliver the night before, but I wasn’t ready for it so, he came the next morning. It was a great experience.

I was moving cross-county about 2,000 miles. I looked into five companies and I looked eShip on different reviews, ratings, and they had really good reviews with a lot of people who had used them previously. They had good reviews on their website. The transport organizer was very respectful, flexible and easy to work with. They made the transport easy because they knew what they were doing. The transporter called me a couple times, about a couple hours before he was in the area, and then about an hour before. We met at a Walmart parking lot. He dropped my car off, and he handed me the key. It was quite a distance for them to travel, so the transport took about a week.

I had a great experience using eShip to transport my Honda Accord Coupe when I moved from Connecticut to Florida. I chose eShip because they sounded more professional and it was straightforward. I had a conversation with one of the representatives and it was like, "We'll do this, we'll do that." Also, the pricing was reasonable and fair. The transport took about 2 days and the vehicle got to Florida before I did. I wasn't in the location since I was still driving down. When I finally got the vehicle, there were some minor scratches on the top that weren't there before. There were some scratches on the left side above the passenger window which I noticed after I got there. It wasn't terrible or something major as they were not deep scratches and something that can be taken care of easily if I wanted to buff the car. And finally, the final cost was exactly what was quoted.

Overall experience was great. Marc went above and beyond with communication and actions. He even returned my text on Thanksgiving! Original carrier was a no-show, so Marc jumped into action and arranged for another carrier to pick-up the same day. Thanks to the eShip team...

I had a collector car that was being finished in a garage up in Nebraska. It’s a ’74 Volkswagen. I had a buddy who shipped a car with eShip about two years ago, and so I knew that he had had that vehicle shipped, so I just called and inquired with eShip. And he had done a bunch of research before that, and so I just went with the company. The team from eShip did everything I wanted them to do, so it was good. They laid out my different options such if I wanted an enclosed shipment or open shipment. Because of the time of the year it was, I chose the open because there wasn’t really much of a threat of weather, and it was good.

I was happy with the eShip service when I used them to transport a new vehicle I purchased. It was picked up when it was supposed to and dropped off when it was supposed to. And aside from the battery being dead upon arrival ‘cause the lights were left on, everything’s good with the car so far. The transport took a couple days and the driver was very communicative. Also, my interactions with the representatives were overly-professional and good.

I had to ship an inherited vehicle, that was my cousin's, from Denver, Colorado to Gladstone, Oregon so I spoke with a couple of shipping companies. I was a little leery because I had a friend that moved from Arizona to Oregon, and she has a Beemer. And on her shipping situation, it was a full move from their apartment and her car was driven an extra 70 miles and had damage on it. I was freaking out a bit, and this car had more sentimental value and it needed some work and stuff on my end. It seems some people I called are sketchy, I couldn't really understand them -- language barrier a little bit on some cases. But the person I talked to at eShip seemed legit.

I was moving and I had eShip transport my BMW for about 850 miles. I liked eShip's availability and price. The final cost ended up being slightly higher than the quote they gave me. But, allegedly, there were some demand issue with the drivers. There were not enough vehicles going to this area. The transport was completed in a couple of days. The driver was excellent. I live in a cul-de-sac, so I had to meet him elsewhere to load the vehicle, and that was not a problem. And his truck broke down about 60 miles away from me and he had to have it fixed. It was gonna be a night delayed, but I understood. He was in communication all the time and he showed up the next morning exactly when he said he would. There was no damage to my BMW, which is job number one.
