I live in FL, but work all over the Western US. Since 2014, I've shipped a total of seven vehicles cross-country using a different broker each time and, until I found eShip, it's always been a hassle. You have to book through a broker, then they hire whatever driver offers them the cheapest rate (so the broker can maximize their profit). The drivers are always a little hard to deal with and most barely speak English. The brokers have basically no control over the drivers so, once you pay the broker, they usually become impossible to get ahold of. That was NOT my experience with eShip. This was the smoothest move ever. Anna was my contact and she was very prompt at returning calls, texts, and emails even after I'd made the initial payment. I'll definitely use eShip again.

I had a good rapport with the people I spoke with on the phone and eShip seemed to have good guarantees and reviews. I was going to go with the cheapest off the list of good, reputable people but I ended up paying about $25 more for eShip because it felt right. The reps were very professional, friendly and pleasant. They weren’t reading off a list and seemed very caring.

The representative was very friendly. Then the driver let us know when he was gonna pick up and deliver the car. He called us the morning of delivery and he called again right before he delivered it.

The girl who set up my shipping and the guy who transported the car from Paper Chaser were excellent. He stayed in touch with me and he would have delivered on a Sunday, but I told him I wasn't able to take the car. He said he'd drop it off before he heads out for his next pickups. He was flexible with me, which was nice. Also, eShip was the best price that I could get so I felt good about that.

The driver was always accessible and gave us accurate and updated info as necessary. Scott from eShip worked quickly to get us this transport co. We had two cars this trip. We used Scott in May 2021 and this Oct 2021 and will return in May 2022.

A couple of other companies told me they couldn't fit my regular-sized truck on it, which is kind of silly. I wanted to make sure it got in the place within the same week that it left just so it didn't sit around somewhere where I don't know where my car is and so I used eShip. The driver was very timely, earlier than we thought.

eShip is very good. The lady there is very professional as well.

The service with eShip was great. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Everything with the pickup and delivery was perfect. The drivers communicated when they were on their way and when I should be expecting them.

I had eShip move my Nissan Sentra. eShip was recommended to me, and I chose them because they said they would be able to find me a rate, and then send it to me. If I didn't like it, I could just wait and find another one. The sales team was very good. As far as the delivery, it took four days. The driver got more in touch when they were closer. My car's condition was the same as it was when it was taken.

I gave the eShip the car information and we agreed on a price. They found somebody to do the move and a few days later, that company picked the car up. They called me when they were 30 minutes away and when they got there, they loaded up my car and drove off with it. They also gave me an estimate of when it would be at the destination. It showed up on time and everything was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's apartment complex. eShip makes it very easy.

I had a great experience with eShip's reps. The pickup and delivery was very professional. I understood, most of the time, as soon as you get there, they'll drop it off and then they'll take off right away. But the gentleman and his wife were super. He made sure that everything was delivered inside. The products arrived in perfect condition and I really appreciated that. It's hard to get that these days. Everything has gone up so much and the services have suffered. Instead of being better, it's normally worse.

The rep answered all my questions and explained to me how eShip works. He put my name and vehicle up on some board where companies were bidding and somebody got back to him quickly. My truck got picked up the next day. When the driver got near here, he called me and told me where he was. Then I sent him some pictures of where he was going to drop the truck to help him find it a little easier. The move was pretty straightforward. I didn't have to call anybody or ask where anything was.

I have shipped 3 different times now with eShip and every time I have been extremely pleased with the service I received.. Mark Anthony is a pleasure to work with not to mention always professional. He comes through EVERY time. He does whatever it takes to resolve challenges that arise during transit. I tried once to ship with another carrier, Montway, and regretted it as they did not come through with a "guaranteed pickup date" as originally promised and ended up cancelling with them and went back to eShip who got the job done under the extreme pressure of time sensitive issues. I will never do business with anyone ever again except with Mark Anthony and eShip and you should too! You will not be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with the rep. The driver dropped the car off at the agreed location at the agreed time.

Excellent Service! Scott was attentive and honest regarding the pick-up of my vehicle. eShip had it delivered from Deerwood, Minnesota to Houston, then from Houston to Pharr, Texas within a quick 4 days. Pickup up on Friday at 5 pm and vehicle arrived to my place on at 10 pm. Best first auto transport experience ever, and it easy. Highly Recommended!

As per other reviews, eShip was fantastic with communicating until they received my deposit. After that it was a nightmare to have a call, text or email replied to. In fact they never did. I was only able to obtain answers when someone occasionally answered the phone. Questions such as: "where is the carrier, they were scheduled to show up yesterday." My car arrived with some minor damage. However, getting eShip to resolve the problem was a complete waste of my time. Also, eShip is a broker, not an actual carrier. Give your money to another service.

eShip responded at a reasonable price. Their salespeople were good and the quote provided was fine. The vehicle was in very good condition when it arrived. eShip was okay and the driver was very good.

My experience with eShip was very easy and straightforward. They provided great service. They offered lots of different options with inside transport, outside transport and they were very flexible on the pick-up times. They really catered to what we wanted. They also did it within what they said they would do, in the timeframe that they promised.

Working with eShip was nice. The quote was accurate when I finally got a transporter to accept. I'd use eShip again.

The total transport ended up being 14 days. We had the holiday in there, and that slowed things down a bit. The truck drivers couldn't get to the front of my apartment area. So, they pulled out on the side of the street and shut down one lane. Dropped all the vehicles. Dropped mine. Then, we paid via electronic and then took off. All good. The vehicle was great, too. No damage. I’d definitely recommend eShip.

I'm a repeat customer. They were easy to do business with. Loved the service, again and it worked out fantastic. The driver showed up, he contacted my daughter and dropped the vehicle off.

Everything was great. Really appreciated their service. The reps were great. I had Michelle first. But then she had some family issues going on. So then I had Anna. Both ladies were wonderful. The guys that picked up the car in Madison, Los Angeles were excellent as well. They were very professional. We gave them three locations that we could meet them. They were able to choose one that they could pull their large truck into. Everything went well with my experience with eShip.

Moving across the country is very challenging. Shipping my car was the only thing that was seamless and easy. They picked up my car and delivered it exactly as they said they would. The car arrived exactly as it was when it left and on time. I HIGHLY recommend.

The first one I had contracted with told me the car would be here within two to three business days. A week went by, and I still had no update on the car. It was all automated. I could never really speak to anybody. So, I reached out to eShip and within 24 hours, I had an expected delivery date. They communicated very well. Everything was great. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. The transporter was very professional. He gave me the choice. He left it up to me what was the best for me and where we wanted the best location, and if I wanted it that evening or the next morning. He was really very accommodating to my schedule. I didn’t know much about the whole system and eShip really educated me and helped me through the whole process. I would never go with anyone else if I have to do this in the future.

Great service to ship a car from CA to Oregon. Called on Friday and car was shipped and delivered by Sunday with no problems. Friendly customer service and offered assistance all weekend. Would definitely use them again and recommend their service.

Mark Anthony will get the job done when others cannot. I highly recommend him to help you get your car transported. He is also responsive to phone calls and texts and will keep you advised of the developments regarding your car transport needs.

Everything was really smooth and easy with the process to get everything set up with eShip. Communication was great.

eShip was was very straightforward. The representative was texting me back and forth and he sent me emails. He explained the process of how they have to put the bids in to get the drivers and what the pricing would be. He was trying to make sure to get within the range of the pricing. The driver showed up and there was an issue at my shop where the car was to be picked up. The car broke down when my daughter was taking it by the college. The driver got spooked and left. The eShip representative was able to find another driver fairly quickly that evening on that contract at the same price. The whole interaction with eShip was perfect.

I had my Miata shipped across the country. eShip said the cost would be around 1,300 bucks all said and done but it ended up being 1,400. I thought it was gonna be a set and done price. I didn't know it was gonna be negotiable on the trucker’s terms. But I'm not angry. The price was still cheaper than any other shipping quotes that I looked at.

This was my first time using a transport service and I was very apprehensive. Carolyn reached out, helped to make the entire process seamless. The communication was excellent; I was notified about every step of the way and my vehicle arrived on time and undamaged. I highly recommend eShip!

I looked at four different transport companies and eShip was the most upfront and straightforward. The driver was tremendous. He stayed in contact right from the start and talked to me when he was going to pick the car up, after he picked it up, when he left and when it was getting close. So, it was very good communication with the driver. Once the car was delivered, I met him because where we live, you cannot turn around. The car had dirt from being on the highway but it was what you would expect.

I was impressed with eShip from the first response from requesting a quote from their web site. Rather than just marketing it actually educated me as to how the auto shipping marketplace worked and how eship was a part of that. They also provided assurances on all the areas that I had concerns on...insurance, etc. It took them a little bit longer to respond to a quote request. But it was accurate and slightly less expensive than another company I tried. But I wasn't going for lowest price anyway.

I have had previous experience with shipping companies where my request seemed to be lost in space, never knowing when the car I was shipping was going to be picked up. But Mark Anthony was super responsive, answered all questions, and the car was picked up as promised and delivered even faster than I expected. I can recommend them without reservation and will use them again if needed.

Very pleased with the delivery of my vehicle. Carolyn spent a lot of time trying to get the right price and logistics for me. The driver Fernando was excellent. He helped a lot during the pickup as my elderly Mom was the one to be home when he arrived.

Our experience with eShip went really well. They seemed to have the most comprehensive plan about how to go about doing that. The customer service rep was very responsive. I didn't know a whole lot about exactly what was going to go on and it was explained fairly well to me what to expect. That was very reassuring for us. The only thing was I didn't hear much from the drivers until two days before. But he was on time and right where he needed to be. Once he got to the pickup, he explained what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. He was very cordial and informative.

Once I was able to connect with them, they were very thorough. They followed through and they did what they said they were going to do.

My experience with eShip was excellent every step of the way. They told me exactly what to expect from the driver. The driver was timely, courteous, fast, and very careful with the car. I watched him put it on the truck and he did a very thorough job checking my car out before, during, and after. The paperwork they had was very thorough, too. He marked exactly what the little things were in my car and checked it afterwards to make sure it was still the same. Got the car where I need it to go on time. The process was very simple. They helped facilitate communication with the driver and checked in to make sure he had contacted me. When I said he hadn't yet they got me an update within 30 minutes. They were easy to reach via text and answered questions promptly. The driver ran a little behind schedule but was really flexible with the receiving on the other end. This was one of the smoothest transports I have ever had. I would definitely recommend.

I signed a contract to move my Jeep from TN to OK. 3 days later it was setting in my yard and not damaged. The driver was very courteous and took care to be sure he didn't damage the Jeep in any manner.

This was the first time I have had a vehicle shipped across multiple states, I contacted Dana with E-Ship and she had me a transport truck In two days that could handle the job of shipping a truck that was not running and needed some other parts strapped down. The driver was top notch and kept in touch with me the whole journey. He was also able to drop my truck where I wanted it even tho it was in a tight location. I used eShip to schedule shipment of a Ford F150 from Sylva NC to Savannah Ga. Mark at eShip was wonderful to work with and he was able to schedule the transport within a few days. I tried two other companies before eShip and weeks passed without any movement of the truck. Mark arranged the transport with a great driver named Tony. He arrived exactly when he was scheduled. He was wonderful to work with and had the truck in Savannah on the same day of pickup. Tony took the time to text me when he arrived in Savannah to let me know the truck was there. I would work with eShip and Tony anytime. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend using eShip when you need to move a vehicle.

We purchased a Bentley out of New Jersey and needed it shipped to Texas. I had put a bid in with somebody else. Everybody was saying $1,100. So, I just said, “Well, I'll just look up the top shipping companies in the United States," and eShip was in the top five. Their rep did a wonderful job. I didn't talk to the driver until he got here, but they supplied me with an app to where I knew where the vehicle was. I was surprised I knew how fast they were traveling and I knew what condition their vehicle was in. The vehicle made it here faster than what the rep said it would, so that was a plus. If I ever had to ship anything again, I would contact them.

We used eShip to transport our daughter's car from California to Arkansas while she attends college. I researched many transport companies and although not the cheapest, eShip was by far one of the top rated brokers out there. They only use top rated drivers and actually give you all the driver's contact information. The process from start to finish was way smoother than I had imagined it would be. They called and text me every step of the way and the car arrived as promised with no issues. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We went through several ups and downs, with a car that wouldn’t start, moving around the date, calls late at night. Carolyn was helpful and delightful the whole time. Great experience. Would definitely recommend or use this service in the future.

We were referred to eShip by an auto dealer. Communication was great. They let me know anytime there was any change in the schedule. The pickup was like right on time. The delivery was delayed because one of the partners of the team was in the hospital, but he let me know and he was working double time to make up for the lack of help. Getting the cash necessary was a bit tricky because our bank was back in Arizona. So, we were going to a teller and doing maximum withdrawals for two days, so that was a bit of a hassle. But I would use them again. I would just plan a little differently.

I bought a Chevy Corvette out of state and instead of me going over to drive it home, I had it delivered through eShip. I was very satisfied. The main thing was just keeping in touch with them. The first transport that they had set up fell through because they had some kind of issue with their vehicle. So, I had to go to a secondary contractor for the actual shipping.

The company is a middle man service. It doesn't have any intend to serve clients needs. They are preoccupied to get a money for their service (creating an invoice), and then you have to deal with situation on your own. They give me a false information about the dimension of the car. When I contacted the real shipment company, and figured out that my car can not be shipped, the Eship refused to return $395 they charge for their invoice. Don't overpay this dealer! Contact a real shipment company! They overcharge you, and it is not a fact that your car will be shipped.

I did an internet search to see what different services were out there and eShip kind of came up first, so I thought I'd give them a shot. The driver did the transport in less than 24 hours. I was kind of amazed. It was very unusual. He was excellent. He connected his phone through an app tracker. So, I always knew where he was. He also called to give me the ETA and adjusted ETAs when he had to. But I felt very comfortable with it. The broker service that works with these guys also communicated a lot both upfront and post, which is not the case with the other companies out there.

I needed a car transported from NC to MD. After researching options to do it myself, a friend suggested using a professional car transport service. I contacted 3 different companies and eShip responded within minutes. Their email included pricing, BBB rating and links to verify reviews. Anna reached out to me and handled everything! My POC for pick up had scheduling issues and I became frustrated because I had a Family Reunion to attend and Anna said, "Don’t worry. I’ll handle it." AND she did just that! My car was delivered and I’m a very satisfied customer!!

Mark stayed in constant contact every step of the way. He never missed a beat. ALWAYS on top of the situation, and total communication. The driver even arrived 1 hour earlier than expected. Allow Mark to do his MAGIC, and you will be thrilled at the customer service and attention. They won my future business!

eShip and their representatives were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with and explained the process of listing our vehicle for shipment from RI to CA. Their representative took the time to explain the "bidding" process and the effects of rising gas costs on their quote. The drivers were pleasant and delivered prior to expected delivery date.

Excellent experience. My son needed his car shipped to California. We contacted several car transporters. One called - immediately Dana L. From eShip. She explained how the business works and gave me a hard quote - she located a driver that she said she has worked with for years - 72 hours later the car was on his way to California from New York. 7 days later my son received his car!!! Dana kept us informed/ in touch with the provider and it was an extremely good transaction!! I would 100% recommend eShip to anyone and I will use eShip for all my car, boat or truck transportation needs - YOU should too!!!

Dana with eShip made finding a vehicle transport very easy. Communication was spot on. Our cars were delivered 3 day earlier than expected which was great. With transporting 3 cars Dana ensured they were all transported together. Our transport driver was very professional and courteous!

Transported my Mazda 3 hatch from Sacramento CA to Huntsville AL in just over 3 days. The price was much lower than many competitors or on par with other low bids I got. There was no damage to the car or any missing items that were transported within it. I was allowed up to 100 lb personal items without additional fee. In addition, my eship contact Ashley was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, even after hours when needed.

I read reviews on eShip and I went with them because of the reviews. I was looking to ship within five days from when I started searching, and they got me a driver to pick up on my preferred day. He showed up, picked the car up and delivered within 24 hours to Denver, Colorado, which was perfect for what I needed. Customer service was excellent. Ashley was very communicative, and then, a couple of other ladies had called to follow-up as well. We would have preferred to pay by credit card on the receiving end, but I suppose with the charges that come with payment by credit card, the driver preferred cash, Venmo or some other means. Overall, I enjoyed the service. It worked out great for me. I'm pretty happy with it.

The coordinator from eShip was very good. The driver talked to us a couple of times. He was good, too.

The service and transport were very smooth process, reliable and great door to door delivery. I will call eShip first for every transport need. They missed the estimated date of delivery by a day but I am more happy with that than problems or damages. Show quality car needs flawless delivery.

I recently had a car transported from North Carolina to Las Vegas. My experience with eShip was absolutely great! Carolyn, who coordinated the transport, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and basically, held my hand through the entire process. The Transporter was professional and efficient. An overall wonderful experience! I would definitely make eShip my first choice in the future and highly recommend them

This is the second time I've used eShip to ship a vehicle and both times have been great. They are straightforward and have reasonable prices. The most recent time I worked with Anna who was able to arrange a transport for my vehicle next day with excellent communication. The driver was also top notch. He arrived when he said he would and the vehicle was in perfect condition. Next time I have to ship another vehicle I will definitely go straight to eShip without bothering with other brokers.

Based on the rating that I found, I reached out to eShip and another company and based on response time and the way they handled the request, I decided to go with eShip. Everything was handled in a timely manner. We spoke over the phone, we texted or emails were sent back and forth. Everything went very well. eShip is a company that you can trust 100%. I recommended them to one of my other friends who used the same services a week later. Both of us were very happy.

After hiring and firing two shippers that couldn’t get it done, I was educated on how shippers are rated and graded! Make sure you use a quality shipper with an A rating not an F rating. Mark Anthony at E-ship was a shark amongst tilapia! Got it done. Car arrived great shape and early!

Eship was contracted to pick up my car in California and transport it to my home in Michigan. They did the job as agreed without any problems only missing the delivery date by 1 day (not a problem). Thank you for doing as agreed!

Paperwork was filled out online, simple. My vehicle was picked up on a Friday with expected delivery the following Wednesday. EShip did a good job all around. They clearly explained how they arrived at the quote amount and I felt I understood what I was paying for. They texted me throughout the transport period and contacted the driver on my behalf when the driver was not communicating with me directly. I felt that they were proactively managing all potential issues and this resulted in everything working out without any problems.

Just the facts: A quote that baited me. A real price? 2x the quote. A non-communicative, unresponsive staff. A dismissive and unprofessional staff who had the temerity to try to justify their quote being 50% of actual cost. "The quote we give at the beginning is just an estimate, the actual price may be different." Sure I'd grant that, that any reasonable person would expect that the final price may be different within a small margin of the estimate as much as any reasonable person WOULD NOT expect the final price TO BE 2X THE QUOTE... Most reasonable people would find that deceptive.

Due to a shortage of drivers, Jen had to work very hard to find a good company to ship my vehicle. She kept me updated on the progress and let me know what I needed to do. Great communication. She worked until she found a good driver (other companies stopped trying). The driver that delivered was professional, courteous and very reputable. I highly recommend eShip!

Carolyn did everything possible to make it easier to get the my car moved. Had a few bumps along the way but she removed most of them. Would definitely use them again to move my vehicle. They were polite and professional.

I moved a year ago and we looked for eight different companies. We used one and it fell through 'cause they were delaying it. They were incredibly rude as well. Hello, we had our SUV shipped last minute after a terrible experience with another company named Yellow Fin. Eship was able to be transparent and up front with the costs. We felt very comfortable and taken care of. In fact, Mark was able to provide us with a carrier within a couple of hours. The driver was supposed to come the day before, and he didn't call me till that night and said, “Well, it's raining. Do you mind if I come in the morning?” We had to leave for the airport, but it was fine. I made sure there was plenty of time and it worked out for me. I wasn't able to get in touch with him or find out what was happening though. I had to call eShip, and there was a bit of a disconnect between the person that was picking up the vehicle and the company itself.

We had great service with transporting 2 of our cars to another state, when we relocated. All schedules were adhered to. Communication was thorough. Process was easy. All questions had quick replies. People were very pleasant to work with. Would definitely work with them again.

eShip was able to hook us up with a good carrier. My only suggestion is that you request a call within 4-8 of delivery. My carrier showed up without any notice. I would have appreciated the additional time to plan out my day, but as I mentioned, it was lucky for everyone that I was home that day.

The rep took care of everything. He was very polite and gracious. I called and told the driver that the car was in front of my house and it's like a cul-de-sac hell in here. So I didn't want the trucker to get in here and get stuck because it was coming on a full-size truck. I told him to meet me out on the main road where he could have a straight shot back to the highway. I showed up and the guy called and he was there when he promised. I rolled the car out and he put it on the trailer and took off. He was very nice and professional. He knew what he was doing.

eShip had good ratings and reviews. The agent I worked with online was extremely responsive and helpful. There were some delays between her and then finding a driver. Then, the driver at the end was responsive but we had some hiccups in the middle with the driver. The agent indicated there was some difficulty finding somebody who was willing to go to the pickup site that I needed, and that took longer than expected. Then, the promised pick-up time was not honored. It took multiple calls. The relative on my end who was there at the pickup site became very impatient. He's an impatient person, but the driver was going to come on the third day after it was promised. My brother really pressed that he needed to come that day.

My first point of contact was a wonderful company rep by the name of Scott who smoothly coordinated the agreement, cost and answered all of my questions. I was then put in contact with a friendly Customer Service rep who followed up with me with regular updates by email and text. Ray, the person picking up my car, and doing the actual transporting of my vehicle to Texas was also in contact with me by text giving me updates as my vehicle was being transported. I spoke to my dealer who I trust and asked him which shippers he used. I called the three that he recommended. The timing was critical and eShip had availability. The price differential at the quote was much better. However, there was a difference in price between the quote and the actual shipping cost. The broker called back a couple of days beforehand and jacked the price considerably at a point where it would have been impossible to turn to others.

I went with eShip because I used them before. I was very pleased with the sales team and customer service. I would definitely use them again. I give them a 5 star rating in a scale of 1 to 5. The drivers that I've had both times communicated great. They were top-notch.

The car arrived within the expected timeframe. We were able to reach our contract person fairly easily. As they explained, there is a 2 day pickup window (that was honored), though there is no exact time offered so it is something to keep in mind.

The service was fantastic. I called after submitting a quote and informed the representative I needed the car at a certain time. She worked to get the car scheduled at that time. Car pickup was smooth, the driver called before hand to inform me he was on his way. The car ended up arriving at its destination earlier than expected which ended up turning out good. I booked a different company and for three weeks, the guy said everything was fine and I wouldn't hear from him until two days before all the details. The week before my move, I started calling. I wasn't hearing anything from him and I was getting nervous. The night before my move, he said, "This is how our business is. I couldn't get you a truck. You're screwed." I said, "That's not an option. We're moving tomorrow. The moving truck is leaving. What am I supposed to do with my car?" I started calling around and the eShip rep said, "This is what the guy did. He tried to pay the drivers less so that he could make more commission. No one was taking his offer. So your car just sat there the whole time. He didn't do anything with it."

Eship did not try to sugarcoat anything and there was full transparency about how they operate. I told them that instead of the broker doing all of the bidding on my behalf, I want to be in control. They could tell me what their portion of the fee is for posting my vehicle transportation needs on the board and then, I will decide what premium I want to attach for it to get moved quickly instead of them coming in telling me seven days later. eShip was totally fine with that. Within one and a half day, the rep was telling me the five vehicles on the same route as me and that they haven't moved. So, I had a good idea about where I needed to be. It wasn't somebody giving me a lowball quote and coming back five days later and saying that nobody's calling so let's increase the vendor to $200.

The shipping experience with eShip was perfect. I have shipped several other cars in the past, and each time it was a guessing game on when the car would be picked up and delivered. Not to mention that the quoted prices always increased. This was not the case with eShip. Instead, they picked up the car on schedule and actually delivered the car a day early in perfect condition.

The driver got the cars here in three days, so that was great. We were quite surprised since it was a 2,000 mile-transport from Tucson, Arizona to Tampa, Florida. The only thing that eShip could do better is convenience of payment. They should accept credit cards instead of only cash or certified check.

Ashley, the rep I spoke with, was great. We had communication with the driver. He thought he would be early but he called us and said that he couldn’t be early because it was raining too hard. We told him to take his time so he waited till the rain passed and then dropped off the car. It was perfect. The car was delivered to a country road and my husband's parents were picking it up. The driver was good with all of that. He took down the country road and they had to stop where there was an opening and leave it. They exchanged the check and it was fine. They didn’t have text so we told him he needed to call them, and he did.

I called eShip and used them about the middle of May, and set it up. This one was from the eastern part of Pennsylvania. They had the car to me by Friday and the driver was absolutely phenomenal. I found another car in Florida. I called the other shipper and they were $300 more. I could save that because I had a good experience with my first shipping with eShip so I called them. I tried to get the same guy but he was not available. I got a different guy and he let me know when he was over an hour away.

I worked with Carolyn F at eShip to transport my 2019 Tesla Model S from Singer Island, Florida which is north of Palm Beach, to Northern Michigan, in Petoskey. 1,500+ miles. It was a good experience all around. Carolyn and support team were professional the entire time. I had gotten other quotes from other brokers, but their style and information was like working with a used car salesperson. The car was picked up at my condo residence, and delivered to my house driveway by the same driver and truck. No issues at all. Use them with confidence!

I have used Eship for every shipment of our cars. Craig is amazing. He always answers within minutes of contacting him. His drivers always come through, even with a time crunch. I cannot say enough about his team. They made the pick up seamless, even getting a truck in an area we didn't think it would fit it! I had a wonderful experience shipping my car across the country with Eship. They were able to get me a driver within 48 hrs and delivery was very quick. I highly recommend them and will be using their service again in the near future.

I received a call from eShip whereas with a couple of others I sent information to, all I got were emails and nobody reached out. eShip had more of a personal touch. I did one vehicle all the way from Texas to South Carolina and then, one from Florida up to South Carolina. It took a little bit longer than we thought for the Texas one to get here. But there were no issues. The Florida one was within about 12 hours, so it was fast. This may be the way things are but the other thing that was a little bit frustrating was to get the actual driver to finally agree on the date and the time. So, it seemed like you were waiting for the exact time and you found out within a 12 to 18-hour window.

eShip was great. They explained the entire process and we’re always available if I had any questions. The car arrived early and was picked up on time. The company was communicative and made the process really easy. I would definitely use them again.

There was a pretty tight timeline that I needed the vehicle to be picked up and delivered and I needed for it to be delivered a certain time so I could be there for that. When I called the guy up on Wednesday, at first he said he could get somebody to pick it up that day. But they weren't able to do it that particular day.

Mark was excellent. This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle. He walked me through the process and was always accessible. He was able to find a high quality transport company - Euro Auto Transport, who happened to have a pick up = 5 miles from my prior residence, and were located close to my new residence, in a Phoenix, AZ suburb. My first experience was I located them and I called and talked with a gal. When I needed to do the transport, I couldn't get ahold of her, so I gave up and went with another company. That company told me it could take weeks for them to transport my car. I was like, “I just can't do that. I can't leave Florida and leave my car here for six months.” I didn't feel comfortable with them, so I called eShip back again and was able to get with someone.

I went online and filled out the application. Somebody called or texted me and then, everything else was through text message. eShip responded right away. The transport took 15 hours and everything was straightforward. It was good service.

We'd never shipped a car before. We had to get my son's car from San Diego County to Northwest New Jersey. Checked internet to get 'instant quotes'. Had no idea that these "QUOTES" would NOT be the price that we'd pay. Booked a company who SEEMED to be helpful (Ameri-Freight). Once they had a driver... the quote jumped up $800! No thank you. Found a second company (RoadRunner) who also SEEMED helpful. Gave me a quote including the broker fee. But never produced a driver. (apparently I - the customer - had failed to cancel the first guy? not true. I had cancelled, and even copied the confirmation of cancellation text).

I have had two experiences with car shippers. One was horrible. Eship was great. First of all, they never asked for a contract or money until they had a confirmed shipper. The shipper they selected was outstanding. (Ahead of schedule). Dana ** was my broker. She is honest, direct, trustworthy. She wants happy customers - and I will be back.

eShip was really great for me and they were honest. They did what they said. They charged what they said. The car arrived in a timely way and everything went really well. The driver called me 10 minutes before he was getting into town and said to meet him there. If I was doing it again, I would hire them again.

It was the first time I ever shopped a vehicle so I had numerous questions. I was provided prompt responses and answers. Truly I was guided effortlessly through the process with check in messaging to make sure pick up and drop offs were completed.

This was a hell of an experience. Overall we got a trucker who didn't give two craps of what the bill of lading said and only wanted to communicate when he was early. Didn't want to send pictures till three days later. But I had an ace of a broker a bad ass named Michelle straight up took care of everything. Made sure no bull crap was taken. I would call her and boom she had it done. She stood in the arena and kicked ** and took names later. Thank you E ship for hiring such a wonderful person. Give her a raise please. She deserves it after this one. Like a 5 dollar raise or more. She is that amazing. Top hitter for sure. Thank you again.

eShip was really excellent, especially Dana, the individual with whom I worked directly. She laid out the entire rationale very clearly and they followed through on everything. When the driver came, my husband talked with him and he was very good as well.

I was very satisfied with the service, the communication, the driver was great, the car arrived on time and in perfect condition and overall, I was satisfied. Dana was GREAT. My main disappointment is they quoted a price and then increased that price by about $200. I think that is a terrible business practice. If your quote is meaningless, then why generate a quote. And this was weeks before the gas crisis on the East Coast. In summary, I appreciate the people but not their business practice.

eShip was licensed, bonded, and insured. That was a plus in the event that something happened to my dad's truck. Their rep, Carolyn, had me a quote and she said that it was gonna be a little hard because my schedule and my schedule of being home were so messed up. But she found me a guy on our second set of dates that I had to give her. She really worked hard with my schedule and that was amazing.

eShip seemed very straightforward and it turned out to be awesome. The quote they gave me seemed to be just about market average. It was a smooth process of picking up the car and everything was very punctual. The car actually got there ahead of schedule.

The transport with eShip went great. They shipped my vehicle and dropped it off in the Bay Area. It's a good service for what it is. The rep was responsive and the quote was on par.

After hiring and firing two shippers that couldn’t get it done, I was educated on how shippers are rated and graded! Make sure you use a quality shipper with an A rating not an F rating. Mark Anthony at E-ship was a shark amongst tilapia! Got it done. Car arrived great shape and early!

The broker, Mark, had great communication, very straightforward and clear. He answered all my questions and answered my calls and texts promptly. Then the actual receiving and shipment were also pretty flawless. I plan on using the same service on my way back, whenever I do return to the West Coast.

I am leaving a review because I know this process can be daunting - like everyone else, I got contacted by 15 different companies after asking for 1 quote. I was overwhelmed so I Googled the top 3 transport companies and this one was at the top. It was a little more expensive than the others but, the process was incredibly smooth, the handler Michelle was easy to get a hold of and straightforward. The driver was easy to work with and even got the car from a tight spot in NYC to my home in Florida on a street with low hanging trees. This company is a great choice!

The person I spoke with from eShip explained the whole process in such a way that was helpful as far as kind of guiding me through exactly what it meant to ship a car and how the whole process works. Also, the price and the follow through were really good. The driver was a good communicator. He came, offered to let us watch him put the car on his truck, gave us his number and delivered the car as promised. My son was on the other end. He was the guy who received it and he had no problems. It was kind of door-to-door delivery drop off. eShip was good at communicating throughout the process. They made it easy to have the car picked up and delivered. They were able to get it within the time frame. So overall, they strove for customer satisfaction and they delivered on that.

I was handing my 2017 four-door Jeep Wrangler down to my son who lives across the country. It was from New Jersey to Tucson. In the past, I've used Roadrunner twice. But this time, when I went to use Roadrunner, they kinda did a really big bait and switch with the price. They upped it like $500, and it was a little too much. They may have changed hands. They were not very courteous on the phone, and it was a big change. The last two times I used them, they were perfect.

Oscar, who was the guy who bid on our car, accepted the price and within a couple of days, he was here. He picked up the car and delivered it two days earlier than what was expected. So, I was very pleased and happy. The quote was fine and that was what eShip charged us, and all went well. Oscar was very professional. He checked over the car thoroughly before he put it on his transport truck and we were very impressed with him as an individual. If ever I need anything again, I will contact the same people. I'm hoping that I don't but you never know.

Good job by EShip. Communication from the driver about mechanical difficulties with his delivery truck, and resulting late arrival could have been better but overall good job. I would use EShip again.
