    My son lives in California and had an accident that destroyed his vehicle, so I purchased one here and had it shipped there. The reviews online for eShip were really good and the customer service got back to me pretty quick to line everything up. The only real issue we had was with the actual carrier they chose. The carrier's website said they would take all major credit cards but when the vehicle got there, they said it had to be cash. Other than that, inquiry to delivery took only about a week.

    I go to school in Los Angeles and my grandma sent me her car from Alabama through eShip. I saw their online reviews and everything about them looked more reputable than other sources. Mark Anthony, the middleman, was easy to reach all times of a day. We had a couple of setbacks that were out of both of our hands, and he was pretty helpful.     I was moving to Arizona so I needed to get my car out to Phoenix from Philadelphia. I looked at different companies and there were a lot of complaints about a lot of them. I went to the Better Business Bureau and eShip seem to have a very good record with them with very few complaints. That impressed me so I got in touch with them. At first, I thought the quote was a little high but then, looking at everybody else's with their quote, they also had a little asterisk that says "plus fee". So in the long run, eShip is very much on par with everybody else and they didn't have any hidden fees, which I like. Their price was their price and for what they were doing, it was reasonable.

    Then they have great customer service. I spoke to the rep as soon as I got in touch with them and she made arrangements within two days. Everything went better than I expected and there was no damage. The communication was excellent between her and the ADI Transport. The driver was in touch with me the whole time and he got here before I did. We made arrangements for him to come bring the car to the residence where I was. All in all, it was good and I've referred a friend of mine to them because her son is having something shipped.

    I had a different car hauler set up when my son was moving to California, but every time I called them for an update, they didn’t have a driver. And it was two days before they were supposed to come but they still didn’t have anything lined up. I got really nervous about that because my friend had his car out there. I found eShip online and called. It was already after hours but the owner was home and answered his line. He set the transport all up and got it taken care of. He even gave me his direct number so I could call him if we had any problems. They had two days notice to come to pick up the car because we were on a deadline. They picked it up on a Thursday and had it delivered in California by Tuesday. The car was there the day they promised it would be there. They were very nice and very accommodating and did what they promised they would do. eShip provided excellent service.

    I live in New York and my daughter goes to school in Florida at the University of Central Florida and her car has to come back once a year to get the New York inspection on it. Usually she brings it back on the auto train but this year we couldn’t fit that in so I had it shipped in and then back a couple of days later. I never used a shipping company before and when I looked online, eShip had good reviews so I thought I'd give them a try.

    Coming up from Florida, the quote wasn't bad. However, I wasn't happy about the quote going back down to Florida because it’s the time of year when all the snowbirds go down so it was double the price. During the day of the delivery up here, the driver called to tell me that he was about an hour away. He didn’t pull up with the big truck. He must have parked somewhere else and then unloaded the car and drove up to the house and that all went perfect. He was here on time and everything was good. He was also supposed to pick the car up two days later and take it back to Florida but Mary Anne from eShip called to let me know that his truck broke down. I told them that the car had to be back by late that Monday because school started that Tuesday and my daughter needed her car.

    Then of course it was more expensive and I got taxed with more. I didn’t like that it became my problem that the guy’s truck broke down. But I gathered that because he was bringing it up and then supposedly taking it back, he gave a little bit of a cheaper price. I had to eat that very unhappily. Going back was just a mess. And the main thing - the agreement with the originally the driver was I was gonna give him a certain portion in cash and the rest in a money order. So when the new driver came, I handed him the money order and he was not touching it. He said he told eShip that the payment had to be in cash. Finally, he agreed to take the money order plus the $200 extra cash that I had run to the bank to get because it was $200 more. He got the car back to Florida by Monday night and he went through hell because it was very stormy all the way down the whole East Coast.

    A friend had good things to say about eShip so I went with them when I moved from Massachusetts to Colorado. I got a free quote and the pricing was very good. I figured how much it would cost me to rent a trailer, time off from work, the mileage plus the gas expenses, the toll and trying to drive through the Rocky Mountains when the weather isn’t very good at this time of year or when it was shipped.     I was moving from California to Florida, and I couldn't find another transport company that I could trust, so I went with eShip. The quote itself was fine but the customer service wasn't great because of the carrier driver himself. He said he'd come out on the 23rd and ended up coming out four days later, and he wasn't even telling me exactly where he was or when he was leaving. Although he said that he will definitely try to get out around at a certain time, when it came down to it, it was the opposite because he called me back and said he was still waiting for someone to answer his phone so he could drop off the cars and he wasn't going to leave until he talks with that guy.

    On the other hand, the lady rep that helped me gave me her personal cellphone. She said, "Hey, call me. I'll be bugging them for your car." She contacted me if she was going out of state and was going to be out of contact for a few hours. Everybody at eShip was really nice, polite, and helpful except the driver. Although eShip isn't in control of the drivers, they find the applicable drivers for the situation. If they had their own drivers, everything would be great. Nonetheless, eShip definitely took a burden off of me as far as moving. It was either availing of their shipping service or driving myself, so they came in handy for my move.

    We were moving and unable to have two drivers for our vehicles. We were trying with another company but their broker was very poor in explaining and seemed very apathetic. His advertisement sounded like a guarantee at a certain price. And then he said he can't get us a driver. He didn't explain that they can increase the price. So we went with eShip. I talked with only one person and she did everything possible to find a driver. She was a lot better at explaining we were gonna have to pay more and she found the sweet spot that was a lot but not too much. She did the extra step to make it work where we were in a bind and were gonna have to leave the car behind with friends and solved it a month down the road. They absorbed half and we had to pay about $50 more than what the industry standard quote was. I was in a slightly remote area though we were able to drive to Seattle. But it was a routing that was difficult for a new driver.

    The driver didn't speak much English but was good enough. He got the car here without any problems. His wife was a little better English-speaking on the phone, though, so we were able to work through the language gap. The language difference made him drive further. We could have driven further South and at a better schedule for both of us where he could have delivered the car and ended it and hour or two earlier with less driving on his part. But we had scheduled with a different driver who claimed he got in an accident and didn't call us and tell us. So, we drove all the way to Seattle to deliver a vehicle and then called the driver when the other one didn't show. So it worked fine.

    I was relocating, moving back to Atlanta, and I felt a little bit more positive and confident with eShip versus other companies. I chatted with a representative named Ron. He quoted me a price and sent over the contract. We signed it and it was processed around the time I was moving. It was a little difficult to get somebody in with the time frame that I have which was a two-day versus a seven-day because that’s when someone's going to be in Ohio for a couple of days. Ron was able to find somebody but it was about $100 more than he initially quoted me. We went ahead and split the difference. So I paid the additional $50 and I guess he paid the other $50. We made it happen.

    The best thing about eShip was their level of flexibility. I was given, from another company, an initial quote of $600, the same as what eShip gave me, but that $600 from the other company had a five to seven-day window once the vehicle could be picked up. Then once I explained to that other company that I needed it on a particular day or within two days, the price was doubled. That was another reason why I went to eShip because they could get my vehicle shipped within that 48-hour window which I only had available and their price was also competitive. Overall, the experience with eShip was as expected and it was simple and inexpensive.

    We purchased a new car in North Dakota and needed to bring it down to Kansas. I picked eShip because I liked what the guy who's in charge of it wrote. It seemed honest and sincere. It was his company and he was running it. He was available at all times and wanted to make sure everything went well. I liked how he said in the quote that he presented that it was his thing. He mailed me the quote and then after I booked it, he called and left me a voicemail and sent me an email. I called him back and talked to him. He was very nice and knew what he was doing.

    I called the carrier driver to get his full name because I had to give him a cashier's check. He told me he could pick it up as soon as possible, but we had to finish signing the paperwork to get the deal done. So, as soon as that happened, then my dad took over talking to him and finding out about delivery. I don't live in North Dakota or Kansas. I just brokered the deal for my brother through my dad. So, there were a lot of people involved and it went really smoothly. The driver did such a good job. It was the week of Thanksgiving, and we were worried that it would take an extra-long time because people wouldn't want to work, but he jumped on it and we got it delivered really quickly when we wanted it, which was awesome.

    I did a tremendous amount of research on car shipping companies (including reviews of complaints on the BBB site -- that is where you need to look and see the number and details for real). I read horror stories from companies who actually got good reviews on Yelp and other places. I went with eShip, who had the best record in that regard with the BBB that I saw. Maryann responded to my call immediately, explained everything clearly and concisely and got the contract to me quickly. She kept in communication during that process.

    Within 2 days I had a carrier. He was in touch with me when I was told to expect him, actually 2 days prior. He kept me updated daily as he got closer, as to where he was and when I could expect him. We agreed on a particular day as he was a bit early, but had another pick up he could do first. This worked out perfectly. Adrien provided excellent service and was in touch when I arrived in Phoenix.The car was delivered with no damage or issues. It turned out better than I hoped. I would use them again without question. Their rate was a bit higher than others, but the fine print with others also says, plus fees. eShip did not add anything at anytime and was a flat fee. Well worth it as you have no idea what plus fees means and how that might pan out for final price.

    eShip has an interesting collection of quotes. It didn't drive me too crazy with too many of them, but at the end of the day, it was okay. It opened up doors that I wouldn't be aware of otherwise. I live in New Hampshire and purchased a backhoe on auction in Indiana and needed to get it relocated from Indiana to New Hampshire. One thing that wasn't so good was when I first listed on eShip, it geared toward the conventional vehicle like a car or a truck. Something a little bit off-the-wall like a backhoe doesn't quite fit their selection options. I got quotes in and some of them were really low and attractive, but when they found out what it was that I needed to move, they're either not interested or the price changed. Not being able to properly identify it on the front end created more interest and quotes that were inaccurate. It's not their fault, but it took me a while to get somebody to lineup.

    I did eShip first and got strung along with somebody who said they could do it. But then they went on for about three weeks before I put a deposit down to PayPal, so I ended up having to relist with uShip, and then again, with eShip. I had to terminate the original deal and got my money refunded. An eShip salesperson managed that on my behalf and it went extraordinarily well.

    We were shipping a car out to my son in Los Angeles and got eShip as they were more inclined to give us an exact date. The sales team was fine as far as getting things started. There was a glitch when they gave us a call and said that they were going to pick it up sooner, which left us in a bit of a bind, but we managed to work around that. They were going to pick it up in one spot on Monday and then said, "We're going to pick it up on Saturday instead." So we won't have the car then. But it turned out, we would have the car in another location on Saturday that was en route for the trip we'd take, anyway.     My experience with eShip went very well. Initially, the guy from eShip was communicating so promptly and in person, so I went with them. They were more responsive than some of the other companies that I contacted that were listed on the ConsumerAffairs' site. The other companies that I called all had automated attendants. I even called one of them and I specifically left a message asking them to call me. The next day, they just sent me an email with some form. So, I was pleased that the guy from eShip was answering his phone and communicating with me.

    The only little hiccup was that I had asked the guy if there was any way I could pay via credit card. And at first, he seemed to indicate that he might be able to accommodate that. Although, I knew it was an exception because all of the other carriers told me that they would take a deposit and then I was supposed to pay either cash or cashier's check to the trucker upon delivery. In all fairness, it's an industry standard and I was asking for an exception. I then gave him the money for the deposit.

    He was really good at communicating and he was able to secure a driver. He quoted me one price and then when it came back, it was $200 more than what he said to me in writing. I asked about the other price, and he fixed it. In the end, it wound up being $100 more, but as he said, the driver is secured. I had read online that the driver is all good for these cars. So, I didn't want to make a big fuss about $100. We were also running out of time, and I could make other arrangements.

    The only thing that disappointed me was when the driver was talking to my husband. My husband was flying from Pennsylvania. He contacted my husband and told him he had to pay in cash. So, I contacted the guy from eShip about the credit card thing. He just wrote me back and he said that I signed the document that said there were cash terms. I didn't ever actually sign anything but I got those emails. At that point, they had possession of my car, so we dealt with it and they got the cash.

    The driver got here much earlier than I thought he would. So, that was on the plus side of things. The car was in good shape. I was just a little disappointed with the way the whole credit card payment was handled. I asked for an exception, but if I was him, I would have called back and had been like, "Ma'am, I'm sorry. We made an effort but it's not gonna work out," not just send me an email and say I agreed to it because it wasn't exactly how it went. If he's going to give people the impression that he might be able to make an accommodation, he should, at least, acknowledge and communicate it when he's not able to make it.

    My daughter had moved to Philadelphia so I needed to ship a vehicle. I had a good experience with another transport company before but they were unavailable when I called.     I was getting out of military so we had to ship the vehicle from Fordham in California out to Massachusetts. I like the reviews of eShip and the guy I talked to was nice. The quote given wasn't too bad but at the end, all things considered, it felt like we got a little bit overcharged with how much of a hassle all the stuff was. We spoke to some guy who was nice enough but I couldn't understand him. I ended up talking to Mark Anthony who was good during the initial phases of everything because we had some issues with the driver, which he handled.

    The whole shipping was just a nightmare. The guy was trying to bully us about the day we were going to pick up the car. We had a pick-up date all planned out and he was going to show up on the same day that we were going to fly in and he was like, "And you're gonna meet me in Wareham," which is so far away from where we agreed when we signed everything that we were gonna meet him. It was a different day and a different location than all of the paperwork. He had our car so he was like basically, "We do it my way," and we were like, "Uh."

    He was days late. We came up days just waiting around for him to bring our car, only for him to be like later, later, later and he ended up doing that for four days until the time we got the vehicle. When we finally did get our car, I said to him not to drive my car as he did not have my permission to drive my car. I didn't think there was anything unclear about that and he shows up driving my car. We also come to find out the guy blows a tire in our car. We have no way of proving that he did this but we had four matching tires when the car left, and it shows up with three matching tires and one really cheap tire and a broken tire pressure system.

    We also found out that the company that shipped it ran a toll booth in my car which they weren't supposed to be driving and so we called Mark again. He said he was going to look at it but he never got back to me. About a month later, I post a review which mentioned him then he called me back right that day and got it taken care of.

I was very angry. I felt like it was deceitful and I was being taken advantage of, but that wasn’t the case. So I called them 7 PM at night and the manager answered the phone. He was very apologetic and he explained to me what happened. I felt like it was dealt with very well.

    EShip provided a good affordable rate for me. Initially, I was a little bit unsure on whether to go with them or not because there was some vendor who was handling the transportation and eShip was a broker between the trucking company that will ship from the source to the destination. But their rep was really helpful and she handled my case from end to end. They charged me some deposit and I was convinced that my car will reach the destination safely. Also, eShip told me that they're gonna cover extra insurance on drop-off that is not covered by the insurance company.

    There were two drivers and they were pretty good. I was expecting the car to be delivered within one week, but they delivered it within a very short period of time (within 4 days). They also drove my car as per the scheduled time. I was not there when the car reached the destination so I asked my friend to pick it up, but he was not available when they reached the destination. So I requested eShip to deliver it at a different time, in the evening. They agreed to that, and they delivered, and I was satisfied.

    I got several quotes and eShip was the best one price-wise. Also, some of the other ones didn’t return my calls. Eship has good ratings too. They told me everything up front because I'm very new to this business and I didn’t know anything. So they said what to watch out for, “Even if you shop to other companies, they should do this.     The carrier driver was also good. Some carriers won't come to your location. They’ll say to come to a grocery store or a big area. But the carrier driver, he came to the street. He maneuvered his truck in and picked my vehicle up the same as when he dropped it off. He was also 2 days earlier than expected. He said between 7 to 10 days and he came in 5. Overall I'll use them again if I need to.

    When I was moving, I looked eShip up and they had a good review so I went with them. Their rep called me and told me the things that I should look out for even if I don't go with them. She was helpful and gave information that was helpful. The way that the insurances and everything was set up to deal with if anything was to go wrong was also good.     eShip worked out great versus all the other companies because I had a bad time with some others. Prior to the gentleman with eShip who helped me, I had a guy that ripped me for $575 and I had to fight him with my credit card company. What happened was I'm supposed to do a deposit and then I give a cashier's check to the driver when they drop off then they charged the full amount and I was at their mercy. I smelled it out quick and I'm like, "No." The nightmare I went through, the warnings that people put out there for companies, how they get your money, how they scam you, there's a lot of truth in that and I got it. The sad thing about it was the one recommended was recommended by a Ford dealership that I was getting my stuff shipped from. I even had to tell them the things that were said to me and they were not nice things at all. I was called names.

    I switched to eShip, got my vehicle and it's the way it was supposed to be in how it's handled. The guy was right on it. I weed people out by talking to them quick and I find out where they are and I can make some mad enough to kill me without cussing but I put the gentleman through the wringer and when it was all said and done, he passed the sniff test and every test that I threw at him. eShip did a wonderful job for me. They updated me, they gave me the driver's number, and the driver contacted me. The driver and I met each other within five and a half minutes of each other and it was excellent. The driver did a great job.

    We have had problems in the past with shippers actually picking up the items on the agreed upon date. They use the pickup date as a rough estimate. If no driver accepts the order, then your car just sits around and you wonder if it is going to be picked up or not. With eShip, this was not the case. I requested a quote and it was two days later that they were ready to schedule the pickup! Their website says they weed out the undesirable drivers and only use the best. I agree. The pick up location and the drop off location were problematic for the transport truck. The driver worked it out, saved us money and got our car delivered on the agreed upon date. The cost was reasonable and only slightly higher than all other company quotes. Believe me, it is worth it for the service we got. Communication was great with everyone involved in the process. A+ all the way. There is a reason they are rated so highly on the internet.

But there were other scratches on the car so I didn't know what was new and what was old. But when my daughter got here, she pointed out a couple that she thought were new, but nothing major.

    The quote we were given was a good price for the service. I'd already moved cars twice before and that was always in covered carriers. This one was in an open carrier so necessarily, it'd be less expensive. However it was still a good quote especially considering they picked the car up in a garage 12 hours later 800 miles away. The service was great because it wasn't on a multi-car carrier. It was just a single car trailer. With multi-car carriers, the car will come to Houston, then it will go to San Antonio, then it will bounce around because the driver is picking up and dropping off the whole way around and then the car ends up in its destination three or five days later. So I liked that it was a single car carrier, went point-to-point and the carrier driver picked up the car one day and it was in the next location the next day. Everything went very well and I'd recommend eShip.

    I am dissatisfied with eShip. Dealing with them starts out fine until Mark Anthony kept trying to up the quote. I had some extra parts in the truck to be shipped with it and he told me that was going to be a problem and he strung me along. He kept working towards upping the quote because of the extra parts. He kept telling me he had the load scheduled but the company dropped it because they wouldn't take the extra parts in it. Then I get a call from this company asking me what time they're gonna pick it up. I asked them how much they were charging and they told me and I knew the other part was his fee. I told him about the extra parts and they said, "Yeah, we know. There's no problem."

    I called Mark Anthony back and asked him if he found anything. He said, "No, not yet. The parts are still a problem. It's gonna take more money." Well, the pickup was already scheduled and he was just trying to get more money. So he then sent me a bill online to get on and pay. The first page of it was the terms and agreement. When you sign the terms and agreement, it flips over to the next page which is the bill which is already signed from your signature from the terms and agreement before you ever see the bill. It was $200 higher than it was supposed to be. I immediately shut my credit card off so they couldn't charge it. I asked Mark Anthony about it and he'd come up with 10 different reasons why it was a mistake.

    I told him I wouldn't give in and I wouldn't send him a personal check and I wouldn't give him another credit card number. Now, I end up paying what he originally quoted me, it was $900 in cash to the driver when he brought it and $250 to the broker, which I'm assuming is his fee or something. But I still haven't paid the $250. I would call my bank and have them send a check which they tried to do but requires they contact the person to get the routing and banking information and they'd send the check. The call was never returned so the check didn't get sent.

    The driver that brought my truck was great. They got it here quicker than I expected, no damage, no problems. They called me ahead of time, worked with me to meet and unload it. But Mark Anthony is a crook.

Their quote seemed reasonable and I found that everyone I came into contact with were very helpful and efficient, and they kept their word. They always follow through. They told me they would call me back, and they did. We took a while with the arrangements because that was during the time that a hurricane was in the area where I was dealing with the sales team. But they were true to their word with everything they told me, and saw to it that my needs were met.     My job in Chicago ended and I need to ship my vehicle back to L.A. where I reside. The reviews of eShip were good and I liked the fact that they were going to ship my vehicle in a shipping container and they were affordable too. They gave me a quote that was quite fair considering that all the other quotes I had were super high. Their sales guys were super informative and really good at communicating and updating me on when I would have the carrier, when the car would be delivered, how much it would cost and where I would pay my down payment. The delivery was really good too and the process was quick.

    The only thing was the antenna of my vehicle was broken. Nobody informed me and I found out about it a couple weeks later. I thought they unscrewed it and set it in my car. When I went to pick it up and screwed it back in, I found out that it was broken. I have to get a quote on an antenna so that I can file a claim so I could have it repaired. Other than that, I would use eShip again in the event that I need to ship my vehicle somewhere. I would recommend them to anybody that needs to ship their vehicle too. I've shipped my vehicle several times in the past five years and out of all my experiences this was probably the best even though my antenna was broken. It's minor and they offered to repair the damages. It was a really good experience. They were friendly and on time.

    When we were first moving from Alabama to Washington, our moving company connected us with Craig at eShip, and then we worked with him. We had to change our situation since my husband, instead of having his Jeep shipped, drove it and had my car shipped and they were accommodating and gave us a fair price.
