THIS TEAM IS AMAZING!! They're TRULY a professional, honest, and timely family business! I had the worst experience with Roadrunner and needed a carrier ASAP to deliver my truck across country, so that my son could have it for his Christmas present. On the 18th of December, Roadrunner (whom I confirmed my reservation with at the end of October) decided to tell me that they had NO ONE to pick my truck up on the 19th, and I needed help fast, as I was boarding a plane the very next morning. Within minutes of my frantic phone call, Maryann, Craig, and another male representative called me to come to my rescue. They not only found and confirmed a carrier that night, but one that picked up my vehicle 2 days later, and had my truck delivered from Alabama to California on the 23rd, just in time for Christmas!! It was the only gift I had for my son, and these guys came through to make sure his mom kept her promise. I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!!

I was moving from New York to Seattle. I called several of the moving companies and all the quotes were of the same ballpark. The guy, Mark Anthony, over at eShip that I spoke to was the one who really broke down how that particular business worked, which I appreciated. While everybody else was giving me quotes that they were claiming valid and firm, he said, “Nah, it doesn’t work that way. It’s more of a bidding system. So, we can give you a quote, but we can’t guarantee you anything until much closer to the actual move date itself. And then we can get a commitment from the driver.” So, based on his candor, I went with him on that one. And I would definitely work with him again. I would also give his number to a friend and say, “Call him up.” He was a good guy to work with.

I live in Georgia and I bought a vehicle in Michigan. I shipped through eShip and they kept me informed on when it was going to get picked up and when it was delivering. The carrier driver had to divert to a snow storm but he got there eventually. And we kind of made an allowance for the delivery to make it easy for him to get it off. Things worked out fine.

I was getting a vehicle to a family member and I went with eShip because of their positive reviews. The quote I was given was a little higher than others, but kind of as I expected based on the reviews I had read, and I paid exactly that. They were to the point, very easy to work with, and professional. They were pleasant, too. The driver picked the vehicle up early Monday morning and it was delivered late Friday night. eShip got the job done.

eShip has good ratings and their price is reasonable. They gave me a competitive quote. The driver was prompt when he delivered the car and I had good interactions with him. eShip was good and they had the car delivered quickly.

Very friendly and apt customer service representatives, and the drivers were on point with their delivery schedules. The only downside is the lack of ability to pay via credit/debit card. The deposit is capable of being done by credit card, but then when the vehicle is delivered it needs to be cash or money order. Would be nice if the same card on file could be used.

I talked to a guy named Craig in eShip and he was helpful. They had a number of a dispatcher if I wanted to know how to get an update on the progress which was good. I talked to the dispatcher twice. The driver, Stefan, seemed like a super responsible guy and that he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and a good guy to deal with so I’d definitely use him again. Even though English wasn’t his first language, he stayed in touch with me. Then, he had to unload some cars before he could get to mine, which showed up in perfect shape and on time. My dad passed away in May and one of the things that I got was his car. My sister left it at the neighbor next door to my dad’s house, and it was shipped from Southern New Hampshire to Tucson, Arizona. They said the entire process would take 7 to 10 days, and it took about eight. All went pretty well and I had a really good experience with eShip.

I was moving from Hawaii to the East Coast, and I was weary in the beginning because I went online and did a lot of investigating. EShip was recommended by a friend and their quote was comparable to the rest, so because of the reference, I went with them. I talked to the owner and every time I called, he answered the phone. He was a very pleasant man. The driver was a very nice man as well. We didn't have to wait on him. The vehicle came two days earlier than what we were expecting. They were outstanding and I had a wonderful experience. I would totally recommend them and I would use them again.

I chose to use eShip because of their reputation. Craig was absolutely fantastic and delivered everything that he promised. He was easy to reach and was very prompt with his follow-up. My vehicle was picked up right on time and delivered on the day it was schedule to be delivered. I highly recommend eShip for their ethics and their customer service. The pricing was also extremely fair.

I don’t have a garage so I shipped my vehicle to my parents’ home in Pittsburg to avoid the Boston winter. I went with eShip as I used them a few months ago when I moved to Boston from Atlanta. However, they went back on a price that they had initially quoted, so I didn’t find that particularly competitive. It was also higher than the usual quote which was a bit of a turn off. I had to negotiate to make it just a little higher versus the more significantly higher price. But I knew they were quick and I could get it done.

I purchased a car in Wisconsin and needed it shipped to Texas. eShip sold themselves the best. They were honest and they gave me a pretty fair quote. Their rep called me throughout, was always available and answered questions that I had. The interaction with the driver was a little different though. I gave him a cashier's checked and he asked who told me to do that. I told him it was the company and there was no problem but he wasn't pleased about receiving the cashier's check. Otherwise, it was a fine and efficient experience. eShip did the work for the price they said and it was on time.

My daughter was leaving. She was graduating college and she needed to have her car shipped home. When I was looking up on the internet eShip had a good rating so I gave them a shot. Mark was my sales rep and he was very helpful and everything was great. But during the moving day I called the shipper and he told me that the driver came down with pneumonia, which was a big stress test for me because that car had to be moved that day. My daughter's graduation was the next day and we were leaving to fly back to New York so it had to be that day. But when I got through to him he made some calls and as it turned out it got done. It worked out fine but that was a little bit of a concern for me. But he turned it around and we met the driver and we got the car here on time. Everything was fine and that was a good experience.

eShip had really good reviews and good customer experience reviews that’s why I went with them. They were not the least expensive but I went with customer experience. I worked with Mary Anne, who gave me the quote, and then I did everything online to schedule the appointment. The website was easy to navigate. The driver picked my vehicle up as promised and then he delivered it to me a day early. He met me close by the airport so that I didn’t have to worry about arranging additional transportation for myself and my family the day after we landed, which was very generous because I was traveling without transportation and with just my dog and my children. I would recommend eShip.

I relocated and I hired eShip to transport my car. I found them online and their ratings were strong. I took about 10 or 12 days before I made my final decision and I contacted them a few times. But once I set it up, everything went very quickly. Mary Anne, the one young lady that I dealt with, was very helpful and the carrier driver kept me abreast of his arrival time. He was reasonably within that window and he took good care of the car. It looked like the way I gave it to him when I got it back. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to friends.

When I moved from Rockport, Texas up to Indiana, I initially contacted a different transport company, and I had waited for weeks for them to find me a carrier. I don’t know why they wouldn’t or didn’t and I lost patience, so I called eShip. eShip responded more quickly. The representative, Craig, was very good, very polite, and courteous. He got me someone right away. The person who shipped my truck, showed up right away. He picked it up on Friday and we agreed Tuesday would be the day to deliver the truck. And he said that’s good because he's going to go see his family in Chicago. I said it’s not a straight run for me. I have to drop my father off, sleep and then carry on. So I won’t be there Monday most likely but Tuesday would be great. He said that works out just fine.

I recently relocated to the Bay Area and did not have time between jobs drive myself out there in my car. After researching several transportation brokers, I ended up choosing eShip. It wasn't the cheapest, but I decided I wanted peace of mind my car would be transported by the most reliable vendors quickly (so I did not have to pay for my rental car any longer).

I recently needed my car transported from Florida to Oregon in a fairly short time frame. My car was picked up a couple of days later than anticipated but was delivered safe and sound to Oregon two days early--I couldn't be more pleased. And this was all during the Christmas holidays! Craig at eShip was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He never took more than two minutes to return my phone calls and fully answered all of my questions. I read the reviews and contacted several other transport brokers before I decided to use eShip. Eship was not the least expensive but my gut instinct to go with eShip was right on target. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for reliable, worry-free transport of your car.

This was my second experience with eShip - the first occurred in September as a NJ to CA auto shipment. When it was time for the return from CA to NJ, I did not hesitate to contact eShip. I was again totally satisfied with the professionalism and personal service provided. Both trips were performed by different automobile carriers contracted through eShip and both carriers did not disappoint. Even with inclement weather across the country as well as the time of year, the driver delivered the car one day ahead of the estimated window--on December 25th! Kudos to eShip!

I initially booked with eShip online and within 15 minutes, I received a phone call from their head office in Florida, and they confirmed everything I had submitted. They were in contact with us throughout the entire process. The quote was fair and it was consistent with what others were quoting, but what sold us on eShip was their quality service. I was moving to the military and eShip was flexible with our situation. They weren’t pushy and they were good about the drop off location because it changed twice. Also, the driver was really professional. He was really thorough with the vehicle, inspecting and putting it on the truck. It took 5 days to move the car, which was all right.

I transported a jeep from one coast to another through eShip based on the reviews. They gave me a good quote and all throughout the whole transport and before pick-up or any time I had questions and I emailed, called or texted they responded right away. On the day of delivery we met the carrier driver where we were supposed to with his big truck and he was very professional and on time. Also he throuroughly inspected the car, told us roughly how long it would take to transport it and had us sign a paper, walked through to check the car together so that we were both aware of any dings or nicks or dents and then signed off and then we left and felt very confident and he got there in no time so we were really, really pleased.

We were in the process of moving and we had a few classic vehicles we wanted moved. I had spoken to several companies and Mary Anne from eShip was the nicest one I spoke with. She was friendly and was not pushy. She was also very helpful in the questions that I was asking. I must have called back at least six to seven times because it was our first time using a transport and she was very helpful with it throughout the whole experience. We also had a problem with the first transport we ended up getting. They cancelled last minute on us, and she was wonderful and found another transport right away. There was never any pressure and she was on top of everything. She really made it an easy process for us.

eShip has good reviews, the price was competitive, and their customer service was pretty good. They were easy to work with and knowledgeable. It seemed like they had a lot of experience in the business. The driver was clear enough and explained what needed to be done. He got to us sooner than expected. He took care of business. Everybody was fine and everything was exactly as was described to us. We’d recommend eShip to a friend.

I own a moving company and all of my customers’ vehicles are shipped by eShip. We started off last May and I’ve always received good service from day one. I'm happy to have them as my car carrier and I'm happy that there is someone else out there that cares about my customers. If anyone has a car to ship and they care about the vehicle, then they'd definitely want to spend it with eShip.

I needed a vehicle to be shipped from one place to another. eShip was cheaper than other companies so I went with them. They were very prompt and the communication with them was pretty ideal. Their service was fast and their carrier driver was very professional. He was able to even do a little bit more than what I asked for without asking for more money, but I gave him a tip anyway. So, I appreciated him picking up the car. He also came before the scheduled time, so the pickup took only 15 minutes or less. Everything else was pretty good.

I did a move cross-country and used eShip and they worked really hard. Their sales people were professional and got everything done in a timely manner. There were a few snags in scheduling but all in all, it took about a week and a half to get my car delivered. The carrier driver drove to my work and dropped off the car while I was working and made it pretty seamless for me. eShip is a fair company and I'm pretty happy with their service. I have no qualms and reservations about using them again.

In the middle of a road trip with our two dogs, our car hit a deer approximately 580 miles from home. When we determined that the best thing to do was have it transported home for repair, Mark ** was extraordinarily helpful. I called on a Thursday, it was picked up the next day and delivered to our auto body shop by Monday. When Mark kept me informed throughout the process, including on a Saturday night. He was always available for questions and I felt completely confident that the job would be done in a great and timely fashion. I would definitely recommend eShip to anyone needing to have a car transported.

eShip is a great way to go. I couldn't drive my car so I had them pick and bring it up. They're very efficient and did everything I needed to be done. Their sales team was very prompt and did the job correctly. Their drivers were very good as well.

I shopped around quite a bit and almost went with 2 other companies to ship my niece's car, until I found eShip. From the person who took my order over the phone (Craig) to the truck coordinator (Jesus) to the driver (sorry I forgot his name) - I had the best possible experience at each juncture. This company and their contractors are professional, super nice, reliable, and trustworthy. I do not usually take the time to write a review, so do yourself a favor and look no further!

eShip's quote was a little high but I figured I would pay a little bit more to make sure that everything was done professionally and my vehicle was taken care of and insured. Their sales team was very helpful and the carrier driver updated me how far away they were, what time we thought they would arrive, where they would be when they showed up and everything went well. The whole process was completed for not even a week. They did a good job and they did take care of my vehicle.

Service was great. Driver was very accommodating. Maryann was great as well explaining how the process worked. I am glad that my 350Z Nissan was safely transported from Washington to New Mexico. Thanks for the great assist.

I have worked with this eShip representative twice and she was good, efficient, and patient. However, with our recent move, the shipper tried to charge my son more and he was saying that he made a mistake. They gave a price that was different than what I was supposed to have. He wasn't very good.

My neighbors were moving to Sacramento, California and were using eShip. I questioned them and got the information. I put my house up for sale in Florida. and had stuff that I wanted to bring back here in Indiana. They said I could put stuff in the car up to the window and so I did. Then I called eShip and they came and got it. I was told that they might charge me extra for that but they didn't which was very kind. They gave me a fair price and the service was great. They picked it up Saturday and delivered it the following Saturday which was two-three days later than I thought. It would have been bad if I didn't have a car here to use but I do so it was okay. They kept calling me and informed me where they're at.

Everything went fine when I used eShip to ship a car I purchased that was in South Carolina. They were awesome and I couldn't ask for better. The guy I talked to in eShip was super great and he handled everything very well. Throughout the process, eShip called to keep me up-to-date on everything. The carrier driver was a nice, awesome guy and he called to let me know when they were going to be in town. The car was shipped on a Monday and arrived on a Wednesday, but we couldn't pick it up then. We got it on Thursday morning and the delivery was perfect and couldn't have been smoother. Also, what I had to pay out was exactly the initial quote I was given. I'd definitely use eShip again.

I recently had an older very good condition BMW shipped from Illinois to California by e-Ship. My experience was very good. The final shipment was arranged with very short notice. The car was picked up when they indicated they would and delivered it right on time, while keeping me fully informed. The driver was great in helping me take possession of the car. Highly recommended.

I never had a car shipped before, so I chose eShip because of their online reviews. The person I dealt with was professional and friendly, and answered all my questions. I had a small concern since this a broker, but the transporter was professional, and kept me up to date with calls and text messages throughout the transport. The arrival was delayed by a few hours, but realistically, to be expected over a 600 mile trip. Long and short, everybody did what they said they would do.

eShip's website seemed to imply more customer satisfaction. Also, when I went on the web, I read the people's comments and they were very positive. The free quote was exactly what they quoted me, too. Aside from relocating from Indiana to Virginia, I also had a convertible that I needed to ship rather than drive down. From pickup to drop off, it took three days, and it went very smoothly.

I was very pleased with my experience with E-Ship. While the contracted company did not pick up the car on the first negotiated date, the driver did pick up the car on the second date. The car was delivered as promised two days later. I had informed the driver that the car would have to be dropped off at a local grocery store lot because the residential road of the delivery address was too narrow for a large truck. This done accomplished without any problems. I also appreciated the fact that the contracted company accepted credit card payment at delivery.

One thing to understand when shipping a car is that the lowest bids wont win the hearts and minds of the person that is actually agreeing to take your car to your destination. At the end of the day it's a business and the truck drivers that are spending 2 weeks away from their families to drive across country won't make sure they are getting the most they can make. This was extra important for me to understand as I was asking someone to ship my car the day after Thanksgiving.

I was moving my vehicle for 2,100 miles. I went online, looked at the top five transport companies and called. Although eShip's price were a little high, their rating was pretty good so I went with them. The only thing I had a concern with was that I didn't like how the contract was written. It was a little weak and one-sided. For a certain reason, I could be charged an extra $150. And eShip is actually a broker. So if I tell them certain things on the phone, the trucker wouldn't know if eShip wouldn't tell them. The salesperson said that he'd have someone to look at that again.

I bought a car from a family member and it costs a lot more overall flying it then driving it down than when it would be shipped. I had very good interactions with the eShip reps and they found a way to bring on the car at the military base where I live. The carrier driver was also very helpful and called me the moment he was in town. I have pictures of the car when he left and the car arrived in the same condition as when he left. From pick up to drop off, the process took less than a week and I got it faster than I expected. Also, the price I paid was right around the same initial quote I got, if not less. I liked the service and eShip is a good service to use.

The vehicle was picked up the very next day and it got delivered the day after that. It was super-fast, and I was surprised. The driver who dropped the car off was also very pleasant. He gave me plenty of time to be prepared, and even made last-minute adjustments to make it easier for me. It was a very nice experience, and I would recommend them.

I purchased a classic truck from a gentleman in Southern California and had it shipped out here to Northern New Jersey where I live. eShip was a little bit more expensive than other companies I got a quote from but they seemed like the most upfront from all the companies. They have really great reviews and their website has a lot of really good information. Also, the other company was completely not responsive but when I called eShip, they immediately were on the phone with me asking me when I wanted to be picked up. So, I ended up going with them.

EShip was Amazing!!! Three to four days after speaking with Mark **, my vehicle was shipped from Mississippi to Pennsylvania. Pickup was scheduled on a Saturday, however, the driver called me Friday afternoon and said he was forty minutes away from my vehicle location and advised he would be in Pennsylvania by Sunday. My car arrived on Sunday. Mark ** was patient with me and explained the process. Great experience with eShip. Would definitely recommend!

I had been waiting nine days for another auto shipper to pick up my car for shipment from NJ to Oregon. When I called eShip, Marianne explained that she would work all day to find a driver. The next morning, Marianne called to let me know that she had a driver that could pick my car up that evening. My car arrived without any problems. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the service that I received from eShip. My questions were answered promptly and I had no problem picking up my car in Oregon. If I ship my other car, I will definitely use eShip.

I was moving a vehicle and although the quote I got from eShip was pretty average along with most of the other quotes I received, they had a better insurance policy on my vehicle with shipping it so that's why I ended up going with them. The quote that I received online was exactly what they charged me. The guy I spoke with was really helpful. Anytime I had a question, he returned my call or emailed me back. They gave me the contact information of the driver of the truck who was going to pick up my vehicle so I could communicate with him about where he was at and what time he was going to pick it up or drop it off. I received the vehicle a day early which was awesome. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a family member.

I bought a vehicle on eBay in Iowa and it was shipped to Texas. I’d never done it before, so I figured I'd play safe and stick with eShip since it was listed in the top three there. The free quote was fair considering that it was a four wheel drive that's bigger than a normal size car. The rep was on top of her game and I couldn't have been happier with her. We were having a hard time finding somebody at first, and she kept texting me back saying they were still looking for somebody to ship. Finally she found somebody and it only took a day or two.

EShip had an immediate response to my order when I was getting the runaround from two other shipping companies. Although it was a couple of hundred dollars more expensive than prior quotes (which was explained to me the reason), they arrived when they said they were going to arrive and shipped the vehicle from Richmond, Virginia to Fort Irwin, California one day early. My daughter was excited to receive it. We will definitely use eShip again.

I bought a vehicle out of town and was dealing with another shipping company and they wouldn't get my car shipped to me. So, I called around and talked to the people at eShip and ended up using them. The reps kept me informed. When I wasn't calling them, they were calling me to let me know every step of the way, what was going, when my car would be here, when it would be picked up, how it was being carried, all that kind of stuff.

We moved and I did not feel like driving it, and then I got the best price online from eShip. Our experience with them was fine. I talked to the guy about it and it was a simple transaction. He picked up the vehicle and dropped it off where I needed it.

Generally a good experience overall. Customer Service/Advisor (Maryanne) was knowledgeable and attentive to questions and scheduling. The contracting process was painless. Driver (Image Transport), Lamond was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Pick up and delivery was on time and quick. Price was a little higher than some others, but the value was good. I would recommend eShip.

From my initial contact with eShip until my car was delivered on time and unharmed, eShip was forthright in their dealings with me and true to their word. The car was picked up and delivered as scheduled and personnel were friendly, courteous and professional in every regard. Maryann ** was a pleasure to work with.

I have been using eShip for a couple of years now for my annual transport of my vehicle back and forth between Arizona and New York. The service has been impeccable and I will continue to contact them whenever I need to transport my vehicle - they far outperform my previous shipper.

My wife researched eShip and found that they were a good company. Also, we searched around everywhere and their quote was very competitive. Plus, I can call their rep 24 hours a day. I called him at eleven o’clock at night when the driver hadn’t shown up yet, and he told me that the driver is on his way and that he'll be there. Then he took care of my car and unloaded it in front of my house. There were no dents, dings, scratches or smudges on it. It was delivered exactly the way it was put on and their people were nice. I recommended them to my brother and he's going to ship out all of his cars with them as well.

Great service delivery and pick up both were easy. The driver called ahead to let me know when to expect him. He delivered promptly and in the same condition it left in. The driver was great he explained everything was polite and Very courteous.

Mark ** did an outstanding job for me! When plans changed at the last minute for me, Mark did his best in finding a driver to accept my truck and get it delivered as fast as possible. I would recommend eShip due to their great service.

The sales team kept me informed right up until the time that the driver came and picked it up. The driver also kept me very informed while he was taking the car, en route. I was very impressed with the driver who actually carried my car. He was very, very thorough. He arrived on-time to pick up the car and he arrived exactly when he said when he dropped it off. The whole experience was pretty painless, so that was welcome compared to some other experiences that I've had with vehicle shipping. I was very happy.

My husband could only bring one vehicle when he retired and we left the car at my mother-in-law’s house so that we could ship it over. We needed it here in Texas because I sold my old one. The eShip rep developed a good rapport right of the bat with me. He was very personable and his price was fair because it was pretty much along the lines of everybody else though the most I could have save was a little bit over $100. Also, he told me that my vehicle will be picked up on a Thursday and they had it here between Monday and Tuesday. They delivered the car exactly at the day that they promised. He was good and true to his word. I had no issues with them.

The shipping was the best. Communication was great throughout. Mark ** kept updating me throughout and the drivers for pickup and drop off were the best. Alex and the other one who picked up (am sorry can’t remember his name) were the best. I got my car in 2 days and everything was intact. TY so much. You’re above and beyond.

I had to ship two vehicles from Odessa, Georgia to Richland Washington. eShip's quote was reasonable and I was able to get a hold of their team easily whenever I needed them by phone or by email. The driver was courteous, on time and was very thorough with the inspections. Overall, it was a great and easy transaction.

My experience with eShip was really great. I was leaving Colorado and I didn’t have time to drive. I used eShip because it was the cheapest relatively to everything else. I spoke with Mary Ann and someone else a few times, and they were helpful. The shipping got rescheduled which was fine but it made things a little more difficult because I had to reschedule some things, too, but it was okay. I gave the keys to the carrier driver and he took it. He also inspected the car beforehand, and it came in three days after.

eShip's ratings was pretty much the deciding factor for me for going with them. It's price was about the same as I was getting from some other companies. Their sales very pleasant and helpful because I didn’t ship a car before and knowledgeable. He was very nice but there was just a language barrier, so it’s kind of difficult communicating with him when trying to pick up the car and getting it delivered as well but the driver did a good job.

Maryann was very helpful and explained everything in detail and got to work immediately to get me a free quote. The quote was very fast and competitive with other companies I had called. The price was affordable yet got the attention of any trucking company available for pick up in the area. Once Maryann made sure I understood the process completely and I agreed to move my vehicle. Then she got it located and picked up by a reliable shipping company. The truck driver arrived on time and I received my vehicle ahead of the estimated delivery date. I even got an enclosed trailer for the same price as a regular open trailer at no additional cost. This was because the driver was in the area and Maryann attentively kept track of my vehicle.

eShip had good reviews and it seemed like the only one I could trust. I’m in the military and I moved to a new duty station, so I needed my vehicle shipped from California. I called eShip two weeks before I planned to ship my car to get a rough estimate. The guy I spoke to gave me a quote and a couple weeks later, I called him back to see if the price had gone up, but he told me that they keep the same price, so it was good news. And then, he got me a shipper to bring the car over and got it here on the day that I needed it. I was able to call the guy who was driving the truck throughout the week and keep tabs with him and see how everything was going. It went smoothly and we met at a public place. Everything was great for me and I would definitely recommend eShip. I would tell my friends that they can be trusted and that their vehicle would get to them safely.

There was a shipping company that we didn’t use because they had a hard time finding us a driver because they low-balled the bid. But the second one, eShip, which we used was great. The person who we spoke to was informative. It was nice to have the process explained to us. He gave us the lowdown and explained the whole process, even the bidding wars since we didn’t know that. He had us raise our bid and then I said, “Fine, I need my car,” and everything worked out fine. He found us a driver within two days and the car was delivered in perfect shape. The guy was extremely nice. It was delivered to an area right across the street from us on the day it was promised so I was very pleased.

It's smaller for me to drive because my wife wouldn't drive 20 something miles. So we wanted to ship it. I went to Greenwich MW Connecticut where we bought it from and asked them to give me the name of somebody to transport. They recommended eShip so we went with them. Their sales team was good and they called me all the time. The driver was great, too. When we got the car, we talked to him and he was really nice.

I had to switch job so I was relocating. The company that’s moving my furniture suggested me to go with eShip. I called their number and then they scheduled the time. The carrier driver was good. He picked the car up and within two days, he brought it back Omaha. So it was very smooth. However, they didn’t wash the car and it was very muddy. It was full of dirt externally. I wish they cleaned the car.

We were relocating and we were looking through the internet for a good company to ship our car. We saw that the consumers who used eShip before had a good rating for them. I talked to someone over the phone and they gave me the quote without any problem. Before we talked to eShip, we shopped around with some of the other companies with good consumer ratings, and the quote was within our range which was good.

I was relocating and I hired eShip to transport my vehicle because I was talking to their rep, Mark Anthony, and he was so straight with me. He told me that I could go ahead and talk to the rest of the brokers I want, but if I wanted my car to be picked up that day, it’s going to cost as much as the price he gave me. He also said that if I found something better, I could go ahead. But if I don't, I should give him a call. And he was right.

eShip did great with the free quote when my son needed to ship his car. Their sales team knew exactly what I needed. They kept in touch with me. Communication was fantastic, and they were very courteous. The carrier driver was also fantastic and the process from contacting them to the car landing in San Antonio took about a week. They said they would keep in touch with my son when he was driving and changing course due to hurricane Nate.

I moved to Arizona and had my car shipped with eShip, and my experience was good. I found eShip from a reliable website, and I gave them a call and got a quote information. The sales officer was good and he was giving me exact information. The driver was absolutely good as well. He called me a couple of times saying he was going to be late, but it was very nice dealing with him. I am inexperienced in moving from one place to another and I assumed that I can make a payment using my credit card, but I couldn't, and he patiently waited for me to return with the money. With that, eShip should tell important things to customers very slowly and patiently and make sure that the customer is listening to the particulars, too, so people like me who are not hearing properly will not have any surprises. And they should consider that people come from across the globe.

I'm from Utah and I took a job in Seattle, Washington. I read reviews online then I chose eShip to transport my car. I answered online, they sent me a quote, and they followed up with a call. Their carrier driver was very friendly. He was a local guy from down in Valley so he was coming out here then coming back. I got my car one or two days early because he fit me on a schedule in a different way. So, he was very accommodating.

My son was moving to Los Angeles and he was supposed to drive the car but we decided to have it shipped. eShip had good reviews and I got a free quote, which was competitive. Their sales rep contacted me once I inquired online and we talked about my need. I've never shipped a vehicle before, and he explained the whole shipping process to me. Also, he explained that eShip is the broker and I would be dealing with a carrier who would handle the vehicle. And he indicated that once my need was identified then I will be contacted by other companies which I was. And so, after assessing other quotes that I received and reviewing the reputations, and Better Business Bureau ratings, and the reviews of several companies, I decided to go with eShip.

We were giving our car to our family member and we shipped it to them rather than drive it to them. The young lady from Florida whom I talked to and the driver were very friendly. It was a pleasant experience. The car arrived almost the exact day that I wanted. I didn't want it to arrive earlier because I had to send via FedEx the certified check to pay the driver. So I told them not to have the delivery before Wednesday. Everything worked out perfectly with eShip. The only thing was the pick-up location was right on the border of Mexico. I live in El Paso, Texas and that's a long drive and it's kind of a bad place to be at 10:00 at night. And I couldn't find it. Then the guy called me up and he was at the Walmart that's right around the corner from my house. It would have been better coordinated had it not been 10:00 at night on the border. But it wasn't that big of a deal. The guy ended up coming to me anyway so it wasn't a bad experience. Just an FYI.

We were very overwhelmed with packing up a whole house with a newborn when my husband got a job in Oregon and we needed our cars moved. We didn’t want to sell them. I really liked eShip's driver. We came in contact with him twice. One in Texas and one here. I really liked him. I know he was trying to do his job and he did a good job.

I was also able to take the free quote, which I felt was good because that was the same cost once I went through them. They were helpful in scheduling and getting everything resolved. It was a last minute thing and when she was looking for a driver, somebody cancelled so we were able to get that one. There was no scheduling and we were in Florida when they picked up the car so only our neighbor, who needed a driver to load the car, was there.

I had a great experience using eShip. I was moving and I contacted another company. They never showed up for the pick up date. So, I was behind schedule. And eShip was able to pick up my car literally at the time that I asked for which I think it's the next day. They organized it. Their communication was incredible. The organizer was so good. She gave me her personal phone number. She said, "Call me, text me whenever you want" but I would just text her for update and she'd respond immediately. She's upfront, and honest. The price she quoted me was the price I paid.

I trust eShip as I used them in the past with good results. This time around and I just called them and they gave me a quote. They contracted out to a local carrier. I spoke with Mark Anthony and he’s always super responsive. Any concerns I had, he called me back as soon as possible or one of the representatives. So, they were really good. But the company, Interstate Roadrunner was not great about keeping in touch with advance notice. Eventually, everything was delivered and it was done and they’re all very nice about it.

I really love eShip. They're a great company. I had used them before and used them again when I needed to get two antique vehicles taken from one place to another. I telephoned Craig up and asked him how much was it going to cost me to cover the transport, and he told me. I asked if they could pick them up on a date that I gave and he told me he would check and get back to me. He texted me and said they could. Vlad turned up when he was supposed to and took the cars. He delivered them on the day I wanted them delivered. I've had him before as well and he’s good.

eShip seemed more honest when I checked a few companies to ship my vehicle. The carrier driver kept in touch and phoned me every few days and I met him in the parking lot and got the vehicle. Everything was very good.

I was moving from Utah to Kentucky and eShip happen to have a good rating on the internet so I thought I should choose their service. I had a good experience with them. Their reps did a good job so I’m really happy with their service.

The rep from eShip was the only one who explained the process and in the beginning I didn't believe him. And after a month I said, "Okay, let me go back to him." I talked to him again and he finally convinced me. The quote they gave was the same all the way. There's probably a little difference but not a big deal. Mark was pretty good. I called him late and he's still responding. That was a big plus for him. I told him if I'm going to move again I'm going to get him. I would recommend him to a friend.

My friend had a good experience with eShip before. He said that the price quotes are very reasonable and that their service is prompt. And they were exactly the same when I used them. Mark from their sales team was very nice and very prompt. He was really good. Everything was good with the driver as well except that he was in a hurry. I was not actually in the place where I should be and the driver said that he can give the car to my friend if they have the key and the money where they where at. It was a bit more far from the address. Other than that, it's a good service. I will go with eShip if ever I need their service again.

From start to finish this was a good process. Craig was very responsive over text and email, at pretty much any hour of the day. Had a tough haul to a remote location in northern Montana, but he got it arranged and had my UTV picked up in less than two days. Delivery was fast and flawless, no issues with the UTV - arrived in perfect condition. Drivers were very nice. Cost was exactly what was quoted. No hidden charges, fees, etc. Will use this folks again in the future for sure.

I'll start by saying this was my first time shipping my auto and I was so worried after reading some horror reviews but I had to do it. I decided on eShip with Mark **. He kept in contact with me before, during and after transport. There was some delays due to customers late for pickup but my van arrived in great shape and I am very happy. Mark Anthony told me its going to cost more to get here quick but its better than wait for another month. I didn't really worry about the car. I didn't get much communication with the driver other than when he called me and told me he's going to be a little late. Other than that, I just hoped for the best.

I had done a lot of research initially so I knew what I was looking for and chose eShip. They were second in the top 10. I got a free quote and it was in line with everything else. Their reps were good but their sales rep was particularly helpful. She held off until she got a carrier that was more in my price range. The driver was fine. He tried to pick the vehicle up early and we weren’t ready for him because nobody was there since it was our business. But he did pick it up on the day that we had scheduled and it took him three days to deliver it. It's a very competitive business. I must have gotten a dozen emails and phone calls. It's not regulated yet and our sales rep was hoping to see some regulations soon. So far, it all went just as planned.

I purchased a vehicle out of state so I searched for a shipper online. I needed to get the truck moved from Georgia before hurricane Irma hit. eShip bumped up the price so the free quote didn’t work. The rep gave me a price and told me it could be less. Then, he said he couldn’t find a driver. When he found a driver, the driver wanted $200 more but I refused to pay $200 more. And I said, “Forget it” and he told me he’ll see what he can do. Finally, he came back to me and said, “I will get the driver to pick up your truck tomorrow if you’ll pay an extra $50.” It’s only $50 but there were so many games and so much time was going by which didn’t make me happy.

I moved out of state. I checked online and eShip had good reviews. Plus their price was very reasonable considering the distance. However, I lived on a graveled road off the main road, way towards the back. There was no way the truck was going to get there and I mentioned this to them beforehand. Then they didn’t pick up my vehicle until 9:30 at night. I met them somewhere. My neighbor was kind enough to go with me. But the driver was a very nice young man. He apologized and said that one of the other pickups had been late. And the young man who delivered my vehicle called ahead of time and he was very polite. I'd recommend eShip to anybody who is shipping a vehicle.

Great service. Delivered on everything they said they would in an easy and timely manner. Ship cars 2 times per year and will never look anywhere else! Have used other companies in the past and they dont deliver like eShip did.

I had found one other carrier and signed a contract with them. They had 10 days to secure the transportation or the contract was void at a certain price. And the contract wasn't fulfilled so I called eShip and they had secured transportation in about a day or so. I talked with them once or twice and that was it. They assured me this car would be picked up at a certain time and it was. And then, I was given updates on when and where the car was going at a certain point in a certain time. From the time that I got a quote and then the car got here was four or five days. So, I was very happy with that and content with the situation.

The last time I shipped a vehicle was 25 years ago and it was in a bad situation. I was really scared and I had a few days to ship my car this time. I looked online and everybody said good things about eShip. I read over 2,000 comments on ConsumerAffairs about eShip that were mostly good so I chose them among other companies that were $300-$400 cheaper. I'd rather pay and get my car safe and I'm glad I did. They did very well, very professional and courteous and there was no hidden cost.

I moved out to the West Coast but my car was in the mid-west. eShip had real good reviews and their quote was reasonable so I decided to hire them. They were real fast at replying and there was good communication. The only thing is that I got a message from eShip saying that it was going to be delivered Friday. So I was around my house the whole day but it never got delivered until Sunday. I told one lady about it but she didn't really have much to say. I had to get in contact with the driver to figure it out and he said that it would be here Sunday afternoon. But overall our experience was perfect.

Our granddaughter got out of the army and she was moving from North Carolina to Portland. I went to eShip's site and they responded to my queries. There are other people who responded but Mark Anthony, who works for eShip, was great. The carrier driver delivered the car out in Beaverton which is a suburb of Portland and it arrived a day early. So that was a bit of a surprise. He and my granddaughter were able to connect and he brought the car to where she was. He was very persistent and really nice. I was impressed.

I bought a ’69 Camaro and eShip brought to me. I was in the trucking business for 35 years so I know all about the brokers and trucks. I wanted to make sure I knew a reputable company had my vehicle so I checked some reviews because sometimes there are some shady people that try to get involved. I requested an open carry and got three or four quotes. A couple of the quotes were high, some were lower and some are too low that I’m not sure how the driver could go that far for that amount of money.

eShip was easy, affordable and pleasant. It took about a week from the pick up to the delivery of the car when we moved across the country. The reps were very professional and easy to get a hold of. It was pretty simple. The only little hiccup we had was in the time frame since the driver told us they'd be there in the morning. And so, we planned our schedule around that but he ended up coming later in the day that we were about to head over to our son's party. It ended up working out and he got there earlier than he said he would for the delivery.

I read good reviews on Yelp that’s why I chose eShip when I relocated to Wisconsin. I got in touch and they sent me a form of the quote that was pretty straightforward for what the expense is. The interaction with the team at eShip was great. They were responsive and they were able to schedule the time pretty well. We had a couple of calls with the carrier driver and it was good. However, his car was a little bit too big for the street so we ended up meeting at another location. I had to take the car there but it was pretty close and I was passing that way so it was fine. The entire process took only three days which is shorter than I expected. It was pretty fast. The whole experience is already pretty good but it would be better if, in the future, we can get an accurate quote. Although it was fine, the price was $50 over the original quote. Overall, it's great – from quoting to scheduling the time of pick-up to the actual shipping.

eShip's rep was reachable, which I liked. I was able to message him and he responded back. However, they originally told me that the whole process would take five days, but it got delayed so it took eight days. That's why I needed to change the location at the last minute. I planned for that time to be at my house but when their carrier driver came, I wasn't there. I went to a hotel which was a mile nearby and told them to deliver the vehicle there, which they did.

I wanted to ship my vehicle from Canada to Florida and I had decided to drive to Buffalo then ship it from Buffalo to Florida. eShip had good reviews on ConsumerAffairs website and I went with them. When I got to Buffalo I was told that eShip ripped me off about $200. It could have been for much cheaper but at the end of the day I got taken care of. The carrier driver called me when he went to pick it up, and let me know when it was dropped off. He told me it’s going to be here by Monday and it was here, so everything was fine. eShip got the job done and we had a good communication. The price was okay when I looked at it in the long run and I got exactly what I wanted.

Although there were a few unavoidable delays, Craig ** kept me informed and reassured during the process. He secured Oscar's Miami Transport to safely deliver the car to a very happy family. I will definitely contact eShip again when the "snowbirds" go back to N.J. in April, 2018.

The rep was very friendly and informative. There was good communication between us. The driver was also good and I got my car in five days. Overall, eShip was quick, professional, and cost-effective. I'll be using them again when it's time to ship my car back.

I bought a Jeep and I had it shipped to Tennessee. I talked to eShip's dispatcher and they were more helpful than others. I could also sense that he was being honest about what he told me so I stayed with them. Their driver, however, was supposed to be at the pick-up point at 8:00 in the morning but the owner waited until 11:00 AM, which was bad. He could have called them and told them that he won't be on time. But he did good. We had some small stuff we bought and we all got those, so everything turned out okay. It took a total of four days from the pick-up to the delivery. We were in a hurry to get the vehicle delivered so we ended up paying a couple of hundred dollars more than what I could.

I used eShip twice within a month, one to move a car from Florida going to North Carolina so my stepson can I use it and then the second time was my son purchased a Cadillac in Atlanta and needed to move it to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They were exceptional and very upfront. They faxed something to me and got the information before I did anything. They were very good. I knew they were honest. Anytime I had a question about something, they call me back right away. I will recommend them to anybody.

I had eShip take my car from Great Neck, New York to Boynton Beach. I got their services because they have a good rating in BBB. The experience was okay, except for the delay. The sales team was okay, not the broker, though. The problem was with the carrier. The carrier, on the weekend, could not be contacted, and he couldn't contact the driver no matter what. The broker contacted their office on Monday, then the driver contacted me and I got the car that night. The driver was courteous and was very nice when he picked the car up. The whole process took eight days when it would usually only take five days.

There was an emergency that came up and we needed to ship our car. We called several shipping companies, and eShip responded most quickly. Our interaction with their sales team was fine and although our interaction with the carrier driver was brief, he got our car to its destination so we were happy. However, they told us it would be within three days and it ended up taking a week due to the long weekend. Nonetheless, they were responsive and flexible which we appreciated, but we would have appreciated more clarification on the uncertainty of when the car would arrive. There was a lot of moving pieces and we were confused by the shipping schedule. Just the same, the car was shipped in good condition and the experience was fine.

I was moving cross-country and I had to ship my truck quickly. I was looking at another transport company but I’ve read negative reviews online for them and went with eShip. Their quotation was not more expensive but seemed standard. I spoke to their rep on the phone and then with the two individual drivers. They called me right away when I placed an online inquiry and I was able to schedule a pick up the next day because they had a truck that was leaving. The driver was able to get the truck very close to where I was. It was an easy process and they got it done immediately. It was a convenient experience with eShip. They have good customer service.

I bought a car in Texas and I tried to get it shipped but I couldn’t get anyone to pick it up. I tried to get a couple of shippers but it took me almost a month and a half to get the car to New Jersey because the other shippers kept saying they're going to pick it up and they kept raising the price. I dealt with a lot of crummy shippers and I tend to be very cautious with them because there are some really rotten people out there. They take your money and they use it for 14 days and then you have to fight to get it back. Then they said, “Well, you signed a contract with us. We don’t have to give you back your money.” I said, “You're not shipping my car, so you better give me my money.” It was an awful experience trying to ship a car.

eShip's quote was all right and their sales team treated me very well. Everything was perfect with my experience with the carrier driver as well. However, we were dealing with the hurricane so it slowed everything down, including their ability to physically travel, but it had nothing to do with them. Everything was taken care of promptly and professionally and they did everything fantastically. I would ship with them multiple times, given the opportunity.

Craig made it very easy with booking a carrier for my car. Though the carrier was a day late in picking up my car, they did drop my car off on time I was expecting it. The downside was when car was picked up, the battery was dead upon arrival and had to jump start my car. But I think it's because they might've left the headlights on without knowing they weren't automatic. Overall, I was satisfied with eShip's service. Will recommend to another person.

I had dropped the car off at a friend's place in Denver and he was right on time when he said he would be there. He got it loaded up and at the other end, had it dropped off at McLean, Virginia. He could not get into our son's cul-de-sac so he was very good about working with me in terms of finding an ultimate spot. Luckily, I knew the neighborhood, so we found the shopping center and offloaded. Everything was fine and I would recommend them anytime. I'll be moving again and I'll use eShip again.

He showed up a day early and we got the car loaded very efficiently. He was very courteous and proper and professional. But I will never use eShip again. I made it very clear to the driver and the staff at the office that I could not accept the vehicle early. I would not get to my destination before the following Saturday. They seemed to acknowledge all that, and I realized that their paperwork said that the pickup date for the vehicle was an estimate.

The quote I got was a little high, but after investigating, I understood that a little higher would be better service than lower priced than not knowing what the hell was going on with our vehicle.

The process took a while because there was a bad weather in Houston at that time. So I have canceled my flights and car shipping also got delayed. But the carrier driver helped me to put my car in the hotel that I was staying in Houston. Despite of the storm and other problems he delivered it well. Even though their price was a little higher, I felt very safe working with them and I was okay with it because it was a long move. And I wanted certain features like insurance on the vehicle and tracking of the vehicle every time I wanted. They guided me through the process well and it was very quick. They answered most of my questions and they always got in touch with me if not immediately, in the same day, and kept me informed. It was a little difficult for the carrier driver to get the vehicle dropped immediately but he was also very helpful and very prompt in answering back and always left me a message if I was not able to reach him. The whole process took a little more than a week. If I have to move again, depending upon how big it is, I’ll go with eShip again. It was a great experience.
