I was relocating from Virginia to California. I saw eShip had good ratings online and the price they gave was fair. The sales team called me, went over how I should prepare my car and gave me a pickup time with the number of the driver. He gave me a call to pick up my car and I met him at the shopping center that was right near my house. We went over if anything was wrong with the vehicle on the exterior, signed off on it and I gave him the keys. Then I got my car after about a week. They had my car waiting when I went to pick it up from the carrier. All in all, eShip was very successful in transporting my car. They did everything they had said and I had asked so everything went well.

I called a few people and eShip has the best customer service, so I went with them. I called them to make a reservation, and the customer service rep was very nice. The driver was prompt and very professional.

Mark ** was great. First he found me this company that had some poor ratings for my specific time frame, so I told him to get me someone else with better ratings and he did! Mr. ** at Lucky Star Transport was just great. I flew 2,000 miles to buy my 88 Supra and watched him load it on HIS truck. Communication was key since I had to have my Supra picked up with hours of purchasing. Mr. ** delivered the car at my house from AR to CA in 4 days at 9:00 pm in pristine condition with very little dust on it. It looked like the car was parked in a garage with a very fine layer of dust. Great job from the both of them!

I shipped my car from New Jersey to Washington state. I had a fixed pickup date and I was so glad that my request was entertained and fulfilled without any extra charge (which was stated otherwise by other companies). The pickup and delivery were on time and hassle free. I would definitely recommend eShip to friends.

We were moving and unable to have two drivers for our vehicles. We were trying with another company but their broker was very poor in explaining and seemed very apathetic. His advertisement sounded like a guarantee at a certain price. And then he said he can't get us a driver. He didn't explain that they can increase the price. So we went with eShip. I talked with only one person and she did everything possible to find a driver. She was a lot better at explaining we were gonna have to pay more and she found the sweet spot that was a lot but not too much. She did the extra step to make it work where we were in a bind and were gonna have to leave the car behind with friends and solved it a month down the road. They absorbed half and we had to pay about $50 more than what the industry standard quote was. I was in a slightly remote area though we were able to drive to Seattle. But it was a routing that was difficult for a new driver.

My wife contacted eShip initially online then we talked to them on the phone to confirm everything. It was fine with the customer service reps. It was good with the carrier driver too. The only problem was the communication on the phone. He had a heavy accent so at times it was hard to understand him but overall he was awesome. We watched him load the car onto the truck and I was very, very pleased with how thorough he was. He did a good job. He had some challenges for the pickup because in the area where we are at, there's a lot of construction going on so he wasn't able to get the car right where we live. But we eventually worked that out and we met him up the street and everything was awesome.

I had 2 cars shipped from MD to FL. Overall process was seamless through eShip. I made the mistake of filling out something online and had non-stop phone calls from companies quoting $300-500 per car. The more research I performed on other companies, the more I realized I needed someone 5-star reliable. I did some more research and found that eship had a 5-star rating with thousands of reviews. From start to finish, they were the most professional, gave the most information, and were the most helpful during the entire process. Maryann was EXCELLENT!!! I had numerous questions and she was not only able to answer all of them, but gave me more information about the process than I expected. Would highly recommend!!!

eShip got my friend's car to them safely, so I also used them. I made my reservation over the phone and I dealt with a very good customer service rep. The actual rate they gave me was fair. Moreover, the driver was on time. All went as planned, and I didn't perceive anything wrong.

I had purchased a classic automobile in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and needed it delivered to my home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I chose a different carrier at first but they weren't able to perform so then I went on to hire eShip. It was mainly based on the number of positive recommendations both companies have gotten. Also, eShip offered a very competitive pricing.

Car transport WA to FL - Deal went 99% as Craig said. Very professional experience. He figured a 3-day delivery window. I know trucks have failures, flats, storms so I planned a 7-day window and it got there on day 5. I'm ok with that. It's a car, not a pizza, so plan accordingly and you'll be ok.

eShip was good and I would recommend them. Everything went well with the shipment of my vehicle. Carrier driver had a nice personality. The whole process was done in the timeframe that they gave me and it took them in less than a week. One thing that I was impressed with eShip is when I got my car shipped, it was relatively clean. It was nowhere like the first time when I moved from the East Coast to West Coast and was shipped with a different carrier.

We had our car shipped with Craig's help from the Boston area to New Orleans. We had the New Year's holiday and a snowstorm that hit the East Coast complicate matters, but Craig got us a good transporter. The driver was in touch with us regularly and the car arrived when we expected in good shape. It is obviously a bit scary to turn over a car to someone unknown, but this was a good experience.

I made a reservation with eShip over the phone and the customer service rep I dealt with was good. The rate I received was average and fair. There was also no issue with the carrier driver. The carrier driver was on time and respectful.

After quite a bit of research and investigating several other companies I finally chose to ship my 2014 BMW with eShip. I was quoted much lower prices elsewhere but after reading their reviews I understood why they were less expensive and I didn't want to take a chance with what is an expensive investment. They did not disappoint. Mark was always easy to get hold of and I always knew what was going to happen and when. Car was delivered within the quoted time frame and in good condition. Eship is a first class outfit and I really wish all other business deals went as smoothly as this one. Goes to show it pays to do your homework. Thanks Mark. Great service and experience with eShip/Marc **. Marc provided quoted and there was no hard sell. Mark was very responsive and was able to ship car on short notice. Delivered car as promise from Ft. Lauderdale to Las Vegas within 7 days. Will use again to ship another car.

EShip delivered my car from Oklahoma to New Jersey. Everything went as planned. The car was actually delivered ahead of schedule. If you want peace of mind, I recommend using their service. There is open communication throughout the entire process.

We needed to get a car out to our daughter in Colorado so I sent out emails and made phone calls and eShip responded back first. They were even accommodating saying, "Okay, no problem. Let us get a driver," while the other people said, "Oh, way out there. I don't know how long it will take to get it out there." I did research on the range of the quote and what eShip gave me was fair. I talked to a lady and a man named Mark who was very helpful and nice. They sent me all kinds of emails and kept me informed on everything that was going on because the car was in New Jersey, I was in Florida and my daughter was in Wyoming.

I bought a vehicle in Pennsylvania and I needed to move it to Michigan. I called eShip and the rep who picked up the phone gave me a quote. I said it was high and then I made a bargain with them. She called me back and said that they can do it. The eShip person sent me an email about who will be contacting me regarding delivery. So I got a call from them, and I called and then they contacted me and then they delivered the vehicle. They were helpful and the vehicle came without any damage in it so that was okay with me.

I got a car for my daughter and wanted to get it to her in one piece. And I didn't have the time to drive it down there myself and drive back because I have a lot of things going on on my schedule during that time. I did a couple of internet searches and chose eShip off from the top 10 transportation places listed in a site that I looked at. The quote that they gave me was reasonable and they were very professional. The sales rep was great and I liked her willingness to speak with me and call me back or answer any questions that I may have had.

Mark really showed a professional attitude, with great customer service skills. I truly appreciate the business he represent and also the advice that he offered in term of car shipping from Georgia to Michigan was really helpful in determining what the best way to do it.

I was relocating, moving back to Atlanta, and I felt a little bit more positive and confident with eShip versus other companies. I chatted with a representative named Ron. He quoted me a price and sent over the contract. We signed it and it was processed around the time I was moving. It was a little difficult to get somebody in with the time frame that I have which was a two-day versus a seven-day because that’s when someone's going to be in Ohio for a couple of days. Ron was able to find somebody but it was about $100 more than he initially quoted me. We went ahead and split the difference. So I paid the additional $50 and I guess he paid the other $50. We made it happen.

Move car from Texas to Oregon - Maryann was fabulous. She was patient with my questions and was available whenever I called. She also followed up with me to be sure the delivery went smoothly. The driver Andres with USA Auto Transport LLC was wonderful. Portland was having severe weather issues and Andres waited until he could safely deliver the car to me. This was a great experience.

Great Service from Mark **! He was very accommodating. I originally got a quote for a open carrier from California to TX. After reading about other's experiences, I called Mark and requested quotes on enclosed transport. He said give him three days. He got one lined up the next day. Then delivered it in less than three days. Awesome! Way better than promised or expected. I requested one hour advance notice for drop off and the driver actually called three hours before and was there within 5 mins of his ETA... Incredible... :-) From first quote to delivery was only 6 days on an enclosed transport when others were quoting similar prices on open transport and going to take a week longer. Car arrived a day early and in Great condition as loaded. I would highly recommend and I will use them again in the future.

All in all I was satisfied. The car arrived on time, communication was fine throughout. My only disappointment was that I ended up paying more than the initial quote due to the fact that they couldn't find a driver to take the trip at the initial price quoted in the time frame I needed.

The quote given by eShip was great and the sales reps were really good. I had an issue with the company that I was given but they fixed it.

We were moving and I didn’t want to drive my car because it's too far to drive. I asked the eShip rep how much it would cost and they gave me a quote which was fine. They picked up the vehicle within 48 hours and took three days to deliver it. My car is an old roadster convertible and I requested the driver that the vehicle will not be put on the top of the truck. But when I got a photograph after they've loaded the truck, my car was on the top so I wasn't too pleased about that.

We've had good experience with eShip twice. The first time I used eShip they had been recommended to me by a moving broker. Now, we were changing residence going from Georgia to Washington State and we didn't want to drive. The sales team were friendly and knowledgeable. There were a couple of times when there were some small snafus in terms of charges that were made, but they were quickly corrected. I didn't have serious problems with that. Everybody was very polite. The drivers at both ends seemed very professional. The car arrived in its destination unharmed and ahead of the time I anticipated.

Auto transportation - Before I hired this company I had a very poor experience with the company that offered the same service for a cheaper rate. Once I hired the ship everything was easy and a turnkey project. Would hire them in a minute again.

We purchased a new car in North Dakota and needed to bring it down to Kansas. I picked eShip because I liked what the guy who's in charge of it wrote. It seemed honest and sincere. It was his company and he was running it. He was available at all times and wanted to make sure everything went well. I liked how he said in the quote that he presented that it was his thing. He mailed me the quote and then after I booked it, he called and left me a voicemail and sent me an email. I called him back and talked to him. He was very nice and knew what he was doing.

I'm glad that I stumbled upon eShip. I decided to go with them due to their great current reviews. Craig was awesome to deal with! I would recommend them to anyone!! They found a driver for me in less than two hours when I wasted weeks with others' businesses.

It was a good experience with eShip. The shipper I ended up using arrived and delivered as promised, and in fact, was a little bit earlier than anticipated. I liked the direct communication with their agent on a constant basis over the phone. It was much better than another platform that I had dates out on that ended up having shippers which in the end flaked out and did not complete the contract to do work.

I did a tremendous amount of research on car shipping companies (including reviews of complaints on the BBB site -- that is where you need to look and see the number and details for real). I read horror stories from companies who actually got good reviews on Yelp and other places. I went with eShip, who had the best record in that regard with the BBB that I saw. Maryann responded to my call immediately, explained everything clearly and concisely and got the contract to me quickly. She kept in communication during that process.

eShip has an interesting collection of quotes. It didn't drive me too crazy with too many of them, but at the end of the day, it was okay. It opened up doors that I wouldn't be aware of otherwise. I live in New Hampshire and purchased a backhoe on auction in Indiana and needed to get it relocated from Indiana to New Hampshire. One thing that wasn't so good was when I first listed on eShip, it geared toward the conventional vehicle like a car or a truck. Something a little bit off-the-wall like a backhoe doesn't quite fit their selection options. I got quotes in and some of them were really low and attractive, but when they found out what it was that I needed to move, they're either not interested or the price changed. Not being able to properly identify it on the front end created more interest and quotes that were inaccurate. It's not their fault, but it took me a while to get somebody to lineup.

It's always great with eShip. They're excellent. I work for a large dealer group and we do dealer trades all the time especially out-of-state ones, and their rep, Marianne, has been helping us out do that. I've known her for a long and she makes the process very easy. eShip has a very competitive pricing, too, and they do a great job. It's quick and very seamless so we appreciate it.

My experience with eShip was pretty nice and seamless. I was able to call up a rep and they were able to find me a person to ship my car out. The whole process was easy and efficient. I would recommend them.

We were shipping a car out to my son in Los Angeles and got eShip as they were more inclined to give us an exact date. The sales team was fine as far as getting things started. There was a glitch when they gave us a call and said that they were going to pick it up sooner, which left us in a bit of a bind, but we managed to work around that. They were going to pick it up in one spot on Monday and then said, "We're going to pick it up on Saturday instead." So we won't have the car then. But it turned out, we would have the car in another location on Saturday that was en route for the trip we'd take, anyway. Then, in trying to get the information to the helpdesk, the customer support was very helpful. It was more of a miscommunication between us and the driver, but he was cooperative. Other than that, I have no complaints.

This is my 2nd time using them to ship a vehicle. Clearly I was pleased to return. But this time it was even better than the first. We had 2 vehicles shipped. Both times the pick-up and delivery were right by us. They made every effort to get close. Both pick up and drop off drivers were friendly and efficient. I fully recommend them.

My experience with eShip went very well. Initially, the guy from eShip was communicating so promptly and in person, so I went with them. They were more responsive than some of the other companies that I contacted that were listed on the ConsumerAffairs' site. The other companies that I called all had automated attendants. I even called one of them and I specifically left a message asking them to call me. The next day, they just sent me an email with some form. So, I was pleased that the guy from eShip was answering his phone and communicating with me.

We had a great experience with shipping our daughter's car to Oregon. Craig was available by phone (even in the middle of a storm while on a boat at sea!) when we needed him and the driver Mohammed with Covered Wagons was a top notch guy, very polite, helpful with where to meet us and conscientious about the vehicle inspection before loading. The car was there as scheduled and we recommend shipping with Craig and eShip company.

We went with eShip because their pricing was better. Everything was great. Their salespeople were professional and the truck driver was very friendly and communicated very well. Everything they told me did happen and my cars got there on time with no problem. They were excellent.

I bought a badass car, which was fast but I wanted a race car. So, I had to leave the car in California. I put $20,000 in the motor, and it has a full-blown race car motor now. And then, I couldn't get my days off. So, I just had it shipped by eShip up here. I was going with another transport company and then I accidentally clicked on something. I then went to Google it and it said how much of a fraud this place was. So, I talked to the eShip lady, Marianne, and she said that if people do a bad job then they blacklist them. She's a really nice lady. She's a good listener. I trusted her. She added me as her friend on Instagram and I've seen her whole life on it. I felt like I know this lady and that's how it went down.

We had a cold front trying to come through from the west and we wanted to get our vehicle which had been sitting for four years on a farm in Missouri to Florida. I called eShip and spoke to a guy named Mark. He was a pretty solid guy so I decided to give eShip a chance. He was well spoken, confident, and convincing. And the vehicle was delivered quickly. The driver who was a very nice guy could have delivered it the night before but I wanted to get some sleep. I spoke with the owner of the company who was the boss of the driver and he seemed like a pretty solid, non-mess-around guy, too. It was an all good experience with eShip. I had a lot of dealings in a lot of countries, and I liked the feel of the whole thing. It was non-messing-around. I would very much recommend them to a friend and I’d use them again, too.

I was moving to Florida to take care of my mom. So, I needed to have my vehicle shipped out from Seattle to the Orlando area. The transport company that I had inquired about six months ago was closed for a day. So, I did an online search of all of the reputable companies and the best it gave me was eShip. And so, I called eShip up and they said some good things. So, I decided to go with them. We were under the gun as far as time goes because my flight was leaving in the next couple of days. eShip sounded good. They gave me documents and everything. They were professional and timely. The guy, Greg, was right here in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. So, to me, it seemed that it could work out.

Craig was extremely responsive and worked tirelessly to satisfy my shipping needs in a difficult shipping environment with holidays and severe weather causing much greater demand than supply. He was proactive in communicating status and kept me updated constantly. Finally, he was polite and considerate on the phone, via text and email. I would highly recommend Craig for coordinating shipping needs.

I had a fantastic experience with eShip when I needed a car brought from California to Chicago. I used them because I go on eBay a lot and eShip is the company that they use. And I know that they cover everything so I figured if eBay uses eShip then I’ll use eShip. My interaction with them was a little rough at first though. They had scheduled a pickup for me and they said that the driver would call 24 hours in advance, and then an hour in advance. However, nobody called anybody. I had to call the person who I was dealing with and she got a hold of the driver. As it turns out, the guy who was supposed to pick up the car broke down in Phoenix, AZ and didn’t tell anybody. But the lady jumped right into the situation and got a hold of another company. She told me the car would be picked up a day after, and it was. It was also delivered a day sooner. They were good in finding somebody else to bring the car here. I’ll use eShip again if I ever had to.

This was a very smooth transport. All details were correct and on time. There was a winter storm that affected the delivery but I was in the communications loop the entire time. So, no surprises. Very pleased with customer service. Also used West Coast Auto Transport as the transport and they were very professional. The drivers were knowledgeable and polite. Very satisfied experience with everything.

I've shipped several cars over the years and this one with eShip was my best experience. We have a summer home in Idaho and just bought a winter home in Philadelphia and had to ship the car. I called eShip's sales team and had a five-minute conversation with a girl who explained everything. Then I had very professional interactions with the carrier driver who offloaded the car on the smaller truck to get into the area where I lived and did a terrific job.

Very happy with this company. Very professional, accurate and true to their word. I will definitely use them again every time I need a vehicle shipped. Maryann was on point and there every time I called. She got our vehicle picked up fast and in the time frame she said it would. The driver was awesome and very professional. Excellent experience.

I purchased a vehicle in Phoenix and eShip shipped it for me. I used to be in the car business until I was retired so I talked to a couple of people in the car business that had used eShip before and had a good experience. EShip gave me a good quote and their sales team was nothing but excellent. The transaction with their very courteous driver was perfect, too. It was an excellent service overall.

I have used eShip a couple of times. The first time I used them, the shipping was very quick which only took three days. The second one was a little bit longer which took six days. Overall, my experience with them has been excellent and they have been very easy to deal with.

Great, friendly customer service; answered all of my questions. I also appreciated that my agent was quick to resolve communications issues with the driver company and never deflect blame. The only thing I would improve is the tracking feature. The chat window rarely connected me with a person and I recommend you build into your website a map that we can just look at in lieu of a chat window. Assume it's easy enough to use Google Maps (etc.) and GPS coordinates.

The rep I spoke with was straightforward and helpful, and that was the main reason I went with eShip. They quoted me $850 which turned out to be an extra $100 over that. I didn't realize that could happen, but when they explained the situation, it was fine by me. The driver of the truck was good as well. The whole process was without incident and I was pleasantly surprised. The experience was perfect and I will probably use them again.

As I was in search for a company to ship my car I seen that ESHIP was the only company to have such outstanding reviews. Mark ** handled my situation extremely well and fast. He is excellent in customer service. We had one miscommunication in which I am to blame for not reading the contract concisely. I assumed ESHIP would be the only company that I would have to pay but I also had to pay the transportation company (in cash) upon arrival. ESHIP handled my concern very well even when I was being very rude to the representative. It states in the contract the total cost in the transportation is split. Overall, my car was shipped to me in about 3-5 business days with no damage to the vehicle (from San Antonio to Philadelphia).

Mark was helpful and attentive during the transaction. A driver was lined up immediately for the shipment. The only thing that could have been improved is the communication between the driver or dispatch and myself or eShip. The truck didn't arrive on the scheduled day. No one told me it was delayed due to weather until I hounded the driver with phone calls.

Mr. ** was very helpful and courteous. He was fast in finalizing the dispatch of the vehicle and the driver he assigned to us was excellent. The driver was Mr. ** from Egyptian transport LLC was extremely helpful and courteous and delivered the car on time. Thanks.

My daughter had moved to Philadelphia so I needed to ship a vehicle. I had a good experience with another transport company before but they were unavailable when I called. I couldn't get them and so I did my due diligence with the review process and picked eShip. eShip was mid-range in all the quotes so I took my chances with them. The free quote they gave was fair and in the same ballpark as previous. Then, it was exactly what they charged.

It was practically convenient to just ship my car so I looked into shipping companies. I looked at ConsumerAffairs, and eShip was listed on there. I gave a few calls to different people, but the person from eShip was really good so I went with them. She was willing to find a truck for me no matter what the cost.

I was getting out of military so we had to ship the vehicle from Fordham in California out to Massachusetts. I like the reviews of eShip and the guy I talked to was nice. The quote given wasn't too bad but at the end, all things considered, it felt like we got a little bit overcharged with how much of a hassle all the stuff was. We spoke to some guy who was nice enough but I couldn't understand him. I ended up talking to Mark Anthony who was good during the initial phases of everything because we had some issues with the driver, which he handled.

Everything is electronic with eShip so I was able to view and easily track the status of my vehicle's shipment because of work. Their process was simple and their sales team was also very good. Everything with them went smoothly. The carrier driver came a little bit earlier but he waited for us for a couple of hours so it was also very good.

e-Ship was the second carrier I've hired to transport my mini-van to LA from the Midwest. They delivered a far superior service than the so-called 'reliable' service of last year. I am a wheelchair user. The driver went way out of his way in Chicago to pick up the van. He walked a couple of miles to get it rather than try to drive his big rig to my downtown hotel. The phone support was always completely professional and reassuring, able to adjust when I had a minor change in the order. I intend to hire their services from now on!

I purchased a vehicle and I needed it shipped. eShip was cheaper and it was rated higher online. The sales rep I talked to was very friendly. He was quick and then he put me in contact with the driver immediately once the move was scheduled. I scheduled it on a Monday, and by Wednesday evening I had the vehicle. Working with eShip was wonderful, easy, and painless.

I shipped my vehicle from Phoenix, Arizona to Rhode Island through eShip. The broker of eShip was wonderful. I was able to talk to her and I felt there was a lot of trust on the phone. She took her time and was always available. And she also said that hers was a small company, a husband and wife owned it. The driver was Vietnamese so it was challenging with the language, but he was very nice. And then his truck broke down, so the car was delayed. But I wasn’t in a hurry like I had to have the car for work. It took him about a week to get it fixed, but he and his dispatcher called me and kept me informed. I was really happy with eShip.

EShip's price was a little bit higher, but all the other transport companies replied after a week and I had contacted eShip already so I went with them. My dad picked up the vehicle and the delivery went smoothly. The guys always kept calling and letting me know what they were up to. The sales team was also good.

My sister purchased a new vehicle and she gave me her old one. So, she needed it shipped to me from Texas, where she lives. We used eShip since they had the best reviews. There was some miscommunication because I didn't read the contract as well as I should have. The rep didn't explain it to me verbally. And, I just assumed rather than reading my own contract. Other than that, he handled the situation really well. My overall experience was good.

I would highly recommend eShip to anyone who wishes to transport their car anywhere in the US. After being led down by other companies, I was lucky enough to come across eShip online. I moved from Arizona to North Carolina, needed shipping for my vehicle and eShip gave me an excellent quote. Everybody I spoke with was very good, friendly, and responsive. The carrier driver was a great guy and very cooperative on picking up the car. And then delivery-wise, we weren't available when he was here, so he left the car in a location that we had agreed upon, and the car was perfect. He always informed me what was going on. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I'd recommend them highly.

I bought a car on eBay that was located in California and had it shipped to Ohio. I set out to get quotes from three different people and eShip got back to me. I took advantage of their free quote and it was a fair quote. Their sales rep called when they gave the contract out. He gave me the driver's name and the phone number and then it was the driver that was contacting me after that. eShip's rep called me a couple of times and we were able to work out a deal and he kept me informed. I'm thankful that he was very accessible. The communication was very good. I was in Arizona when I bought the car. After I got home, five days later, the car showed up. The driver called and let me know when he was close and I met him at a gas station so it would be easier. We met at the gas station and he rolled it off. There was no damage and everything was fine.

I recently had eSHIP transport 2 of my vehicles about 2500 miles. Once I began to pursue the investigation of such a project the brokers came at me online like mosquitoes at a picnic. It was very hard to pick out the good from the bad, but I spent a day researching every avenue until it was evident in my mind that eSHIP was about as good as it got. So, I called them. I got Marianne on the phone and from that point on I relaxed and let eSHIP take care of my concerns, and they did. She was amazing and talked me through the entire event, slowly and thoroughly. He knew what he was talking about and was personable. He also called me back when he said he was going to call me back and was available at weird hours when I needed him to be available at weird hours. And they followed up on the product and the price was fair relative to the rest of the services. And even though they may have been $30 or $50 more than the other guy, I'd pay the extra for quality service which I have no problem doing ever. I've only had done it once and I don't believe it could've been done any better.

Although eShip was more expensive than some of the others, we chose them because of the customer reviews and their quick response to my phone calls. Two complications arose and they were able to address those at their expense without even us asking them. The carrier driver was very polite, too, and also willing to accommodate the problems and worked through them. It was specifically him that had to deal with the problems. I have a home in Chicagoland and I just bought a car there. I needed it shipped to Florida where my wife and I have a condo and that has been very simple with eShip. I called Mark at 8:00 on a Saturday night expecting a machine but he picked up the phone and I had a really good feeling from him from that moment. He got back to me when he was in front of a computer. By the next day, we had everything completed. Everything was upfront and Mark sent me the quote. I could’ve gotten the service for a little less someplace else, but it’s not worth it. I wasn’t shipping a junk.

Everything went well, the driver was very conscientious and car arrived a little late due to weather and other circumstances, but it was fine. I did find it a little disconcerting when I went to pay the driver and his invoice was for $25 more than I was quoted and told to have ready to pay him. That should not happen!

EShip provided a good affordable rate for me. Initially, I was a little bit unsure on whether to go with them or not because there was some vendor who was handling the transportation and eShip was a broker between the trucking company that will ship from the source to the destination. But their rep was really helpful and she handled my case from end to end. They charged me some deposit and I was convinced that my car will reach the destination safely. Also, eShip told me that they're gonna cover extra insurance on drop-off that is not covered by the insurance company.

I got several quotes and eShip was the best one price-wise. Also, some of the other ones didn’t return my calls. Eship has good ratings too. They told me everything up front because I'm very new to this business and I didn’t know anything. So they said what to watch out for, “Even if you shop to other companies, they should do this. I purchased a car in Colorado and needed to get it here so I went on a broker site online and eShip came up with what I thought was the best offer. The carrier driver was unable to get into the neighborhood but everything worked out and he was helpful. We got everything squared away although there was a little bit of a confusion. I had an extra set of tires shipped with the car and had arranged the extra price of it with the broker. I thought I was to pay to the broker but when the driver got there, he demanded to be paid in cash or he wouldn't take them. It caused a little bit of a thing but then one of the people at the dealership gave him $100 and I deducted it from what I had to pay the broker. It got worked out so it wasn’t a big deal in the end.

eShip worked out great versus all the other companies because I had a bad time with some others. Prior to the gentleman with eShip who helped me, I had a guy that ripped me for $575 and I had to fight him with my credit card company. What happened was I'm supposed to do a deposit and then I give a cashier's check to the driver when they drop off then they charged the full amount and I was at their mercy. I smelled it out quick and I'm like, "No." The nightmare I went through, the warnings that people put out there for companies, how they get your money, how they scam you, there's a lot of truth in that and I got it. The sad thing about it was the one recommended was recommended by a Ford dealership that I was getting my stuff shipped from. I even had to tell them the things that were said to me and they were not nice things at all. I was called names.

We have had problems in the past with shippers actually picking up the items on the agreed upon date. They use the pickup date as a rough estimate. If no driver accepts the order, then your car just sits around and you wonder if it is going to be picked up or not. With eShip, this was not the case. I requested a quote and it was two days later that they were ready to schedule the pickup! Their website says they weed out the undesirable drivers and only use the best. I agree. The pick up location and the drop off location were problematic for the transport truck. The driver worked it out, saved us money and got our car delivered on the agreed upon date. The cost was reasonable and only slightly higher than all other company quotes. Believe me, it is worth it for the service we got. Communication was great with everyone involved in the process. A+ all the way. There is a reason they are rated so highly on the internet.

I had a totally fine experience with eShip when I moved my car from New York to San Francisco. I looked at a lot of moving companies and they all had similar pricing. I also looked at the Better Business Bureau then checked out eShip which looked reasonable. I called and asked their sales reps questions and somebody responded to my call right away. They were on time and my car was not damaged. If they reduce their price it could be better. I paid $1,150 while the other companies are giving it at $950, $1,000. But I thought the $1,150 charge is keeping my car safe. I could pay $150, $200 extra as long as they bring my car on time without any scratch or damage.

The carrier driver and I talked about where to meet because he had a pretty big vehicle and he had to download some vehicles to get to mine. He was cooperative when we had to work out some logistics from that standpoint, and it went fine. I had a good experience, and would feel comfortable recommending eShip.

The quote we were given was a good price for the service. I'd already moved cars twice before and that was always in covered carriers. This one was in an open carrier so necessarily, it'd be less expensive. However it was still a good quote especially considering they picked the car up in a garage 12 hours later 800 miles away. The service was great because it wasn't on a multi-car carrier. It was just a single car trailer. With multi-car carriers, the car will come to Houston, then it will go to San Antonio, then it will bounce around because the driver is picking up and dropping off the whole way around and then the car ends up in its destination three or five days later. So I liked that it was a single car carrier, went point-to-point and the carrier driver picked up the car one day and it was in the next location the next day. Everything went very well and I'd recommend eShip.

From my first conversation with Maggie to the pickup and delivery of the vehicle, everyone I worked with was friendly and professional. My vehicle was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It was a great experience.

My experience with eShip was terrific. The vehicle came when it was scheduled and it's in great condition with no damages. The transporter was very polite and kept in touch with me. We were able to meet up at a convenient location. I had a little trepidation at the outset hoping that things would go well. I didn't know what problems might occur. But nothing was negative about the experience. And I would certainly do it again.

The shipment was SUPER fast. The whole process of shipping my car was effortless. Though I was skeptical as this was my first time I was shipping my car, it was wonderful to have opted for eShip! Everything was effortlessly quick and easy! eShip lives up to the ratings provided here!

I am dissatisfied with eShip. Dealing with them starts out fine until Mark Anthony kept trying to up the quote. I had some extra parts in the truck to be shipped with it and he told me that was going to be a problem and he strung me along. He kept working towards upping the quote because of the extra parts. He kept telling me he had the load scheduled but the company dropped it because they wouldn't take the extra parts in it. Then I get a call from this company asking me what time they're gonna pick it up. I asked them how much they were charging and they told me and I knew the other part was his fee. I told him about the extra parts and they said, "Yeah, we know. There's no problem."

eShip was great. Maryann was excellent. I got my car shipped much faster than I expected. There was some communication trouble with the carrier, but that wasn't the fault of eShip. If I needed to ship again I would definitely use them again.

100% satisfied. Delivered as promised. Paid a few more dollars, however dealing with this group removed any worry. Other delivery companies charged a bit less. After reviewing them and reading reviews I became concerned. I choose this company because of many positive reviews. As in the reviews, they were excellent.

I posted a car to be picked up from California coming to Fort Lauderdale on uShip and got several quotes online, the seller needed it picked up quick. Nobody could pick it up for several days. I called eShip. The rep said, "Give me an hour. Let me see what I can do." He called back 30 mins later, said "I have a driver for the next day." I couldn't believe it, I have shipped several cars and never got that good service. Call them. You won't regret it.

First time dealing with auto transport companies. If I ever have the need to transport a car again it will be ONE call to eShip and eliminate all the BS calls from other companies. eShip was first class from the get go and the driver was great that delivered my car 2800 miles across the country. We were moving and eShip was recommended highly. The quote we were given was fine and our interactions with the sales team and the carrier driver were wonderful. The process took about a week from beginning to end. It was actually a great experience and I would highly recommend them again.

I transferred my job across country and needed to ship my car. The reviews led me to choose eShip. Their sales team was good but both drivers at both ends were the best part of it. They met me where I wanted to be met, were on time, courteous and professional. It took less than a week from the time that they picked the car up until they delivered it.

The shippers got all the permits and their price was awesome. However, I felt that the broker's fee was a lot and he didn't do anything. He charged $1500 for putting it in first. But eShip did a great job. The process took about a month and they even gave me a couple of extra days so I can work on my boat. They were good.

Craig was very courteous and helpful. The driver was very accommodating and provided transport for my wife to the car departure location. The car arrived at its destination exactly on schedule and in perfect condition. A very easy transaction with professionals all around!

eShip had really good reviews online and it seemed like people really liked them. And when I called them when I was moving across the country, they were really responsive. The person I talked to, Mark Anthony, seemed really on top of things and very considerate about the things that we needed to happen. Their quote was also competitive. It was as little bit more than some of the others but I thought that it was worthwhile given their reputation. eShip is a great company and provides really good service.

I was relocating from one state to the next and since eShip's reviews were better than some of the other places I looked at, I chose them. Their quote seemed reasonable and I found that everyone I came into contact with were very helpful and efficient, and they kept their word. They always follow through. They told me they would call me back, and they did. We took a while with the arrangements because that was during the time that a hurricane was in the area where I was dealing with the sales team. But they were true to their word with everything they told me, and saw to it that my needs were met. However, if people go online it says no cash would be involved but it worked in a different way and I wound up giving the driver cash. That's what I was told to do by one of the sales teams. But there were no other issues and I told a lot people that I would recommend them.

My daughter moved to college, so we needed to ship our vehicle. eShip has good online reputation. A lot of people raved about their quality and there were very few things against them. I got a quote online and I was able to have an idea of the costs before I talked to them. Their sales rep was efficient. The price was on the high side, but the person was able to pick it up the soonest. It was timely and went really well. My daughter got a call from them and they were ever ahead of their intended drop off time. They are a very good company. Their set of drivers were great and really understood their customer's need. Then the guy that got out of the truck and helped me was very cordial, thorough, and professional with his job.

EXCELLENT experience with Eship and Heritage Motorcycle Transport. Working with Daniel and Marylou was great. This shipment was especially important to me as I was shipping my husband's deceased best friend's Harley from Houston to Niagara Falls, NY as a surprise birthday present for him and being such a sentimental bike that has been put up for 29 years, I was scared to death that I would not find a trustworthy or competent shipper. Everything went without a hitch. Excellent service with Excellent response by all parties involved.

My job in Chicago ended and I need to ship my vehicle back to L.A. where I reside. The reviews of eShip were good and I liked the fact that they were going to ship my vehicle in a shipping container and they were affordable too. They gave me a quote that was quite fair considering that all the other quotes I had were super high. Their sales guys were super informative and really good at communicating and updating me on when I would have the carrier, when the car would be delivered, how much it would cost and where I would pay my down payment. The delivery was really good too and the process was quick.

This man was superb in his patience, search for the right transportation company, and his follow-up after the car was delivered in excellent condition. Thank you Mark for all you did for me, and I'll recommend you to anyone I know.
