I bought a car in California and it had to be shipped to Texas. It was an Alfa Romeo, a specialty car. eShip's rep, Maggie, was the only one who called me back. Everybody else merely sent an email. I talked to her and was transferred over to someone else who's a member of her family. They gave me a price of $645, and then changed it to $695. The sales rep called me back to explain the difference. Their price was lower than anybody else's, but they were at the price that they said it was going to be when my car arrived and that's what I paid.
There was a delay of three days, but that wasn't their fault. Previously, the gentleman I bought the car from was going to allow the car to be shipped without the check in his hand but when they called him within 24 hours to arrange pickup, he decided to hold the car, not until the check cleared, but at least until it arrived and he had it, and that took two and a half days. The eShip guys were very accommodating to the changes because I told them the car could be picked up anytime.
On the day of delivery the carrier driver, a Hispanic fellow, had his daughter with him. I sent them pictures of the suspension of my car and asked them not to connect anything to it because it would bend, and they did exactly the way I asked them to do it. There was no damage to the car and it was in good shape. Everything was good with eShip. I will use them again.

I was moving cross country from one state to another and needed to ship my vehicle, so I went online and looked for some testimonials and background. Then I chose eShip based on that. The free quote they gave was okay because I had a range to work with and I thought that was fair. Their carrier drivers called beforehand and were there when they said they were going to be. Everyone was professional and did what they were supposed to do. Everything went smoothly and I had a fine experience with them.

I didn't want to tow my car by myself so I called up a broker. I told him what I wanted and he called back in a few days and had two guys bidding. eShip seemed reasonable so I went with them. They gave me a good decent deal. The car was delivered in two days with no damage. Also, the sales rep was a gentleman. The only issue I had is I gave him my credit card over the phone. They took out their commission and when the car was delivered, I had to make arrangements to have the guy who was taking delivery of the car pay for him which I didn't like. I thought it was a one-shot deal.
But the guy that dropped the car wanted to get paid. I told him that I already gave my credit card number to the sales rep in Florida and the sales rep should've dealt with him. He still insisted that he got to be paid. I was a little pissed off about that. I went to give him my credit card over the phone but it didn't work. I had to make the sales rep pay him where the car got delivered and, good thing, he was nice enough to do it for me. Other than this, I'm very satisfied with eShip's services. I would recommend them.

We’re a pool company and have a franchise in California and Florida. We’re constantly using eShip, particularly Mark Anthony. We’ve worked with him for two years and he helps us get our cars to and from. He’s nice, helpful and prompt. He follows up and keeps us updated as far as when they’re going to be here and checks up on us. They deliver the vehicles to my boss and his wife and they’re really happy when they arrive. I was relocating to Florida and eShip was recommended to me. They brought my car and it was great. They gave me a reasonable quote. Mark Anthony is a nice guy. They picked up my vehicle and I got it 10 days later. There was a problem with the battery in the car, so I told them to disconnect the cable from the battery so that the battery wouldn't die when it's on the way. I instructed them several times. They said, "Okay, okay" but they didn't do it. Then the carrier called me up when he delivered and said, "Oh! Your car is dead..." But he did whatever he did. He started it up, put it in my garage and it was okay. Also, I thought my car was gonna come in a truck and then I found it came on a trailer. That wasn't what I understood when they took it.

I was moving and a friend of mine recently used eShip. The quote they gave was reasonable because it was the same price as my friend. So I didn’t have to shop around and I took her word for it. Customer service was great. Mark was really professional. The driver was pleasant and the car was there when I got to the drop-off location. The car was delivered right away, on time and in good condition. The whole process took a week at most because I asked for a rush delivery and they were able to accommodate me with the next available date. It was a very good experience.

Hired for shipping an F150 from PA to S. Florida. Customer service was great. Truck was delivered on the earlier side of the estimated window for delivery. Driver was respectful and there was no damage to the truck. Would absolutely use them again.

I needed to ship my son's car to his military base where he was being transferred to. eShip had the best reviews online and Maggie from eShip was consistent. She called me every couple of weeks to see if I have found anybody to do the transport. I went with them and though the quote they gave me was a little high, I got the car shipped out the same day and so I was happy with that. The process from ordering the delivery to the actual delivery of the car took less than 3 days. My only complaint was the carrier driver didn't speak any English. Nevertheless, everything went smoothly.

I bought a vehicle. I went on one of those websites that give a quote for different companies and eShip looked like they gave a fair price so I called them up. I used them twice. I spoke with one guy named Mark and he was excellent. We barely spoke over the phone so everything was through text message. I sent him the information he needed and he responded almost instantly. It was great. The carrier driver was good, too. He dropped the car, I gave him the money, and that was it.

James the driver that transported our vehicle went above and beyond our expectations. Communications was good throughout the process. Very helpful with loading our vehicle into our trailer. The only negative was that his truck broke down which caused a delay with delivery.

I had to move my car from Vermont to Los Angeles, and I put a quote out and wasn’t getting very good support. I finally got a couple of emails from what seemed to be the owner of eShip, and he convinced me that he was going to deal and make it happen, and he did. It was all great. I’d use them again right away.

I gave my car to my mom and had eShip move it from Florida to her house in Albany since they were close and gave a decent quote. I spoke to the owner and he was pleasant. He gave me the confidence to use their services. I also met their driver where I needed to drop off my car and he was also pleasant. I took pictures to make sure my mother was going to receive the car the way I sent it and he was okay with that. He gave me the invoice and marked it because they have a picture of the car and if there’s any dents, we have to fill it in.
The whole process took about 5 days and I was a little concerned about that. There was a little delay since it was in October and there was a storm passing through. The car did get delivered but I had to make phone calls, because there were no notifications, instead of them calling me being the consumer paying for it. But other than that, my mom got the car, everything was great and they did a good job. I will recommend them.

I was travelling across the country and got stranded during the trip. I needed to ship the vehicle for the rest of the way so I decided to go with eShip. I chose them because of the reviews I had read about them. The sales team was very helpful. It was a bad situation for me and they were very helpful setting it up to get it picked up. The carrier driver was fine and I had no issues with him. I like that there was a very good customer service on their behalf, making sure I was informed and up-to-date about everything.

I liked the reviews and price of eShip so I shipped one car through them when I moved from DC to Bay Area. I wasn't there on the day of delivery, my father-in-law was but everything went smoothly. One thing though, the car was dirty and we just had it car washed inside and out.

My son was relocating out to Denver and we had to get his car out there. We did some Google research and looked at reviews for car shipping companies. My dealings with the first company I chose did not go very well. They were taking way too long to arrange pickup for the car. eShip was my second choice and I went to them. Their people were top-notched. I really needed them to come through for me because this other company was stringing me along so long. I spoke to Craig and within two hours, he had a pickup arranged for me. The driver was very professional. He had the car already off the truck by the time we caught up with them and let us look over the car without rushing and did the paperwork. It was great. I was very pleased with eShip.

I'm a travel nurse and going to my next assignment. I didn't have enough time to drive, so I had my car shipped and have used eShip before. When they delivered my car, I wasn't at the same address. So they delivered it to where I was which is ten minutes away from the address. They were good at working around. The driver was very accommodating, which was great. I have recommended eShip to other people.

My daughter moved out to Seattle, Washington and had to get her car out there. I wanted to take the top rated shipping company, which turned out to be a bust. It seems that they pay the people who subscribe to them. They give them a discount if they write a good review and they were horrible. They couldn’t get my daughter’s car shipped out there. They never called me back. So I went to the next one in line, which was eShip, and they did a great job. The sales team was very good and they were very on top of it.
When shipping a car, the carrier drivers take it down to a pound lot and then put it on another carrier from there. I talked to eShip and they told me what to do and I had the car shipped in an hour and a half. The carrier driver was thorough. He picked the car up and took it down to the lot and they put it on a carrier. I paid for an open transport and it ended up going on a closed transport and got to Washington, right where it was supposed to be. I talked to the driver down at the pound lot and he just had to drive an hour north from there to meet my daughter at a shopping mall and give her the car. They’re really good.

Moved my car from MN to TX and it was great and smooth transition. Craig was on top of the order, timely responded all my queries and car was delivered on the actual time and date. Only comment I have for Craig that be careful when referring to other moving services and these companies like International Van Lines can jeopardize eShip reputation. I was changing location so I got eShip's service. I got a free quote from them however they have posted the ad without my confirmation. They should at least get my confirmation first if I'm fine with it and if so, only then should they start working on it. Their sales team were fantastic though. I’m really happy with them. However, I was not getting any communication then from their driver. I was expecting something if they're getting delayed etc. But so far, I’m satisfied with my experience.

I had a 2015 GMC 2500 Denali truck shipped by eShip. I looked at all auto transport companies and they were the most reasonable price and less than all the others. There was only one guy I've talked to and the driver he got was amazing. The driver let me know where he was at and when he thought he'd be here. It was an easy transaction.

My boyfriend's brother had passed away in Florida and he gave his vehicle to my boyfriend. The vehicle hadn't been started in a while so we were afraid to drive it all the way up to Indiana, so we had it transported. We saw the good reviews of eShip and decided to go with them. Our sales rep was really wonderful. Plus, the carrier driver was terrific, too. He went over and beyond - he pushed the vehicle off the trailer because there were issues with the vehicle's brakes and clutch that we didn't know about. We would not hesitate to use eShip again or to recommend them.

I bought a van in New York and had it shipped to Florida. I checked several companies but I decided on eShip, by their history. Overall, I had a good experience with them. I talked to Craig and got a quote from him through the internet. There was another woman who claimed she was from eShip that also sent a quote but they were different. So I talked to Craig personally and we got it squared away. He answered every question that I had, gave me the driver's name and I talked to the driver. Also, he didn't require a deposit until they sent a driver which is unusual because a lot of them want a deposit before they even look for one. But this is the fourth car I had shipped and it's probably the best experience. We had a little bit of a problem, but most of it was because the people that I was picking it up from gave the wrong pickup address. So it wasn't eShip's fault, at all.

I had a great experience with eShip. After 6 days of haggling with 2 bit companies for a lower price, I was a day from moving from Virginia to Texas and still no truck driver locked in. After becoming desperate for a driver I went back to eShip and paid the extra $50 and had a driver locked in and all his information in less than 10 minutes. Take my advice and go with eShip and save yourself the headache.

I moved so I needed to ship my vehicle and I chose eShip because they were one of the top transport company online. Their quote was fair and right in line with everything else and I was able to get it for free. My interaction with their sales team went great. They were awesome, informative, knew what they were doing, very well spoken, and gave me a good feeling. Then the person who picked up my car was super nice. So the whole experience was nice from the two people at eShip that I dealt with to the carrier driver, everybody was awesome and kept in the loop the whole time. I would definitely use eShip again and recommend them to anybody.

We're moving to Tampa, Florida from Napa, California. I had two cars and we decided that we were going to send them both at the same time. But we sent one a couple of weeks earlier so my son can use it and then we shipped out the second one. Everything went smoothly on both of them and went fine when we received them. Moreover, one of sales team member, Craig, was very, very good and handled everything fine. I couldn't ask for a better situation, especially being our first time.
Leon, the first carrier driver out, was very knowledgeable and I watched him load the car up - he was very careful with it. He also told us all about what he does and when he's going to be in Tampa. The second carrier driver from Zebra came to the house, introduced himself, picked up the car, went around the car with me to make sure there's no dents and marked down anything that might've been there. He took the car and when he came in to Tampa, we took the car off, went around the car again and looked at it. Thus, both situations are very amicable and we're very, very happy with eShip.

I was already working with one vehicle shipping company but for approximately six days, they had never listed my order. Then another six days went by and they still hadn't found a shipper. On the ConsumerAffairs listing, eShip was one of the first two that had five stars so I called eShip next. The guy that came on the phone was wonderful. He gave me the amount and I just went with it since money wasn't an option then. He said "We can get your car out of here next Wednesday." I said OK and on Wednesday, my car was gone. He guaranteed "We can get this done for you." It was beautiful of them as I was meeting a deadline.
Then someone called me from their office to let me know that he would be reaching out to me within a matter of 24 hours to let me know what time the car would arrive. When the driver got within two hours, he called and said he'd be arriving within one hour and asked where I wanted to meet him at and he was there at that time. He was very, very nice and receptive and the car was in good shape. I would use eShip any time and recommend them to anyone. Excellent service.

I purchased a vehicle in Atlanta, Georgia and I needed it shipped up here in New York pronto. I didn’t want to have it in my relative's driveway for a few days since the parking is very limited there. That’s what got me to go to eShip. I looked up their ratings of ConsumerAffairs and Better Business Bureau, and I spoke to them personally. Another company there was equally rated but said it would be quite a few days before I even got on the board for shipment. But I needed something to get on the board right away and I felt good that I get to speak right with the owners, so I got eShip.
Their sales guys were excellent and I liked my dealings with the driver too, because I learned that the driver also ran his own company with his father-in-law and wife. I was dealing with the owners and it was a real good transaction. He was very prompt. As soon as he picked the car up, he gave me a call. He called me every couple of days, letting me know what the status was. Then when he came, he called me again. There was good communication.

I was relocating and needed to ship my vehicle. When I saw that eShip had good reviews, I chose them over other transport companies and they gave me a good quote. Their sales team was outstanding but dealing with the driver was less than stellar. He said when he picked up the car, he'll have it in four days, instead it took seven days. When I called him over the weekend to ask where he is, he said he's too busy and can't deliver the car. I asked if the car is in the L.A. area, he said yes but told me he's on the other side of L.A. Then the next day passed and I had to call him again. Finally, he delivered the car on the sixth night. He was not apologetic. I would certainly use and recommend eShip but not the carrier because their service was ridiculous.

After much investigation and good reviews I decided to go with eShip. I really liked the idea I was working with the owner, who would give me TLC. I felt he would get my order on the "board' quicker than other companies. This was important to me because I was purchasing a car out of state thru a relative. I did not want to trouble them by having a car hang around in their driveway awaiting pickup, which could have been 1 to 7 days with most companies. The car was delivered to my relative, and literally one hour later was being loaded up by the transporter contracted by eShip. Perfect timing, minimal hassle for my relative.
Eship was realistic about price and we were shooting for $625. Contract bid came in at $650 and that was my guaranteed price. Again, I did not mind because of my desire for asap pick up. The transporter was also first class and had my car to me 5 days later, which is pretty good considering the 1400 miles and a winter storm to deal with. Was also happy that the transporter had a place to check off on his paperwork that the title was inside the car safely. No need for special mailing. The transporter was also owner operated.
Great first time car transport experience. Do your homework. Get some bids. Check Consumer Affairs and BBB if you like. Then go with eShip and give them as much advance notice (I only gave them maybe 4 days) as you can to meet your date. Again, employees at other companies are nice, but nothing like working with owners directly at eship. Thanks eship and blessings on your company.

I needed a Audi RS5 transported on short notice due to another company not being able to pick up on the date needed and Craig not only found a driver (enclosed transport) but answered any and all of my questions since I never used a transport company. eShip did what they was hired to do, find a driver to transport my truck. The driver and company CFA Logistics dropped the ball. He was 3 hrs late on pickup, gave me a arrival day, and was 2 days late for that. He says he broke down for 4 days 50 from my house but no one called to relay the message. I did not know anything until the original day of delivery and he did not show. CFA Logistics should never be used by eShip or anyone else.

We needed to ship our son's car from our home in NJ to him in the Albany, NY area. We searched online and selected eShip Transport because of its 5-star rating. We reached the service representative quickly, and he arranged to call back from his office to provide an estimate for a door-to-door pickup and delivery. He answered all our questions, posted our order, sent us a copy of the shipping order to review, and we paid an authorization deposit over the phone. Within 4 hours we received an email from eShipTransport providing the name and contact number for the carrier.
I wasn't expecting such amazingly prompt service and didn't check the email until the following morning. Happily, I saw the email and spoke to the driver 15 minutes before he arrived to pick up the car. The driver was well equipped, courteous, and professional. The car was delivered safely to our son's home less than 24 hours from when we made the call to eShipTransport! Their quote was higher than some others, but they definitely exceeded our expectations for speedy, safe service. We would definitely call eShip Transport again, and happily recommend them.

I originally hired Direct Auto Service to transport my car from Portland, OR to Atlanta, GA and had the most terrible experience. After not hearing from the company for two weeks after the date they guaranteed to my car picked up, I emailed the company and received a very rude response from the CEO, Mike Rupers. After canceling that order, I was hesitant to hire another transport company but was referred to Craig at eShip from a family member. Craig took the time out of his weekend to put my order in and get my car picked up less than 24 hours from the time I first contacted him. He responded within an two hour period whenever I emailed asking for updates on the location of my car. I have 2 cars (Lexus and Honda Civic) shipment from Findlay, Ohio to Katy, Texas. It took 27 days to complete the shipment. I have spent $1374 for car rental during the transition. The shipment was promised to be arrived before Christmas, then delayed to before New Year, and went on until 1/15/2016. The process is painful. Driver not returning the call, have to call dispatch to update the status everyday and the status keep changing. They only realized the shipment still on hold after I gave the call. Only $50 compensation given personally by the dispatch. No discount and no compensation at all for the premium price that I was charged for the shipment during peak period. Hope you would consider to provide some compensation due to the long delay of the shipment.

Saw good reviews online, so bid out several transportation brokers and eShip gave me the best quote, several hundred dollars cheaper than the competition. I awarded them the business, whereas the representative went over the information, and although he said that the cost may vary from the bid, I don't recall that in our dialogue, so I ended up paying $200.00 more than the quote. In the end, they did the job, good communication (always available and got back to me very quickly) and the car picked up and delivered on time, so overall, I was satisfied. Probably need to clarify the potential of cost change up-front in a little more detail.

I have never ship before and he made me feel comfortable talking me through the entire process. After running some numbers by me he advised me in selling my car because my ship total was more than my car was even worth (I have a very old car). Having used some of the most respected names in the auto transport industry during the last ten years, I can honestly tell you I have NEVER experienced the level of service, care or detail as I received from the team at eShip. The best part, the fee was half the normal cost quoted from the competition. They have set the bar very high. Honesty, integrity and transparency were experienced in my first experience with this firm. In addition on Christmas Night (God forgive me) the owner was contacted, fully involved and drove two hours to meet the driver transporting my car to make a good situation an excellent experience. We used eShip as the broker for shipping our SUV (Acura RDX) from Michigan to Arizona. Before the contract was finalized, I had a lot of trepidation and anxiety, having never done this before. The end of the story is fine. The car arrived in perfect condition in AZ about a week before our scheduled arrival. We felt the driver was responsible and competent and it turned out that he was. The shipping cost turned out to be $200 above the original estimate, which I did not appreciate but did understand. It would be better to provide the higher estimate in front and reduce the charge if a cheaper driver is found. I would also have appreciated being kept better informed during the negotiation phase. I spent a lot of time being unsure of the outcome. But all ended well and I am a happy camper.

The car was delivered intact on January 1.
The president of eShip has called me several times to apologize. He assures me that they will never use this trucking firm again. He also cut $400 from my price. In the end, I think no one really knows what went wrong with my order. Yes, eShip should not have used that trucking company. But, when things went sour, I believe that eShip personnel worked extremely hard to keep me advised and to expedite the shipment. Would I use them again? Yes, I probably would.

eShip quoted me $995 to ship my car from New Hampshire to Kansas. I asked for pickup on Dec. 15 and delivery no later than Dec 22 (because we are leaving town for the holiday). I accepted their quote and placed my order. On the afternoon of Dec. 16, my car had not been picked up. I called eShip and they told me they were having trouble finding a driver. Also, the price would be $1100 rather than $995. I agreed to this if they would guarantee delivery no later than Dec 22. "Sure, no problem!" On the afternoon of Dec. 17, the car had not been picked up. I emailed eShip to cancel my order. On the morning of Dec. 19, eShip picked up the car! Yes, that's AFTER I had canceled the order.
It is now the afternoon of Dec 22. When I call the phone number provided by eShip, I am connected with a person with a heavy Hispanic accent. He is not the driver but supposed communicates with the driver. He thinks the car might be in Illinois. I told we must receive the car today because we are leaving. "Ees no problem. We just leave de car on de street. We hide de key for you." What a nightmare. I paid $42,000 for this car and I don't know if I'll ever see it.

Mark ** (real name) saved my ass from getting ripped off by another company. I was getting the runaround from the other company, so I called Mark out of the blue in the middle of the night and woke him up, and he walked me through the whole process for getting my car shipped. How the other company was being sketchy, what he could do differently, and left the decision up to me. He wasn't pushy or trying to hustle me. That was huge. He explained the process in detail, and sent me emails showing me how everything from worked. I signed on with him and he had my van picked up and delivered within 3 days. I would recommend him to anyone. The other company was only out for their commission, they didn't ask any of the important questions about the transport that would have ended up costing me money later, or resulted in my van not being picked up at all. Mark is on it. Trust this dude, he's solid.

Mark ** got in touch with me at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning to assist me with my urgent request to have my car shipped from Florida to California on the same day so that I could make a flight back to CA. He was very upfront with the process and explained why my previous experience with an un-trustworthy broker I dealt with over the weekend had failed. Self-proclaimed "Superman" came through and I am in the airport on my way home 6 hours later! I purchased my first car off of Ebay during the month of November this year. It was beautiful 1971 Camaro! I was excited about the purchase but then the stress set in. What company do I choose to ship this car to from Maine to Texas? I spent hours researching different companies. Many of them had more negative reviews than good. With eShip there was a trend of more positive reviews than negative. The important thing to remember is that mistakes and accidents happen but with eShip those situations seem minimal. eShip picked up my car and they brought it to Florida but I thought they were going to pick up the car at my house and put it on the truck. They said they had to drive it 25 minutes up west on Long Island, so if I have known that, I wouldn't have done that. We got them because they have high recommendation. Also, they quote me a price but then they charged me $50 more. The whole process took two weeks. However, I've talked to their sales team a couple of times and they're nice.

I didn't care for their service too much though. But the eShip people that actually came and did the pickup and delivery were good.

When my son passed away, I had to ship his cars back home. When I was searching for an auto transport online, I found a lot of options that had crappy reviews. But eShip had good reviews and I spoke with one of their representatives in Florida who convinced me that the business is legit. I had very positive interactions except for the shadiness of their sales representative. When I first called them, he told me that the price was $1100 and the deposit would be $200. I assumed that the deposit was also included in the total $1100. But when their guy came with the vehicles, he required the full amount $1100 and the deposit was never counted against it. I had a lot of things going on after my son's death and I am disappointed of that experience. I would have paid for it but I just felt it was dishonest.

I purchased a vehicle out of state within North Carolina and the vehicle was in Colorado. I didn't have the time and I didn't want to waste the money to fly out and go see the vehicle, so I just trusted a pre-purchase inspection that was done in Colorado and I had eShip that picked up the car and shipped it. I tried uShip.com where there's a bunch of carriers bidding for my business, and it became annoying. So I tried to find one of the bigger, more popular companies to get a fair rate and be done with it, and eShip came up as one of the most used, well-known, and reputable shipping companies. The broker I interacted with was good. He was really responsive and he took good care of me. The transporter was also a nice guy and I didn't feel like there's any reason to be upset with him or his service. He drove the truck and got the car here in one piece so I was happy.

When I need to transfer the vehicle that I purchased to my daughter at college, eShip was the first company that called me back and I had a good dialogue with Anthony at the other end. I got a couple of quotes that were within the same ballpark. The driver dropped off the vehicle three days in advance of the scheduled due date and there was nobody available. He never contacted me or my daughter at the other end. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up on a Wednesday, but it was picked up on a Tuesday. It arrived on a Friday instead of Monday of the following week. So the process took three days. My experience with eShip was quick and painless.

I shipped one of my cars through eShip from Phoenix to Seattle for a move. My interactions with the sales team was pretty smooth. They matched us with a driver pretty quickly and they came through fine. The driver was fine, too. I went above and beyond. I delivered my car out to an open space where it would be easy to load so that he wouldn't have to bring his truck into our neighborhood, which is a little bit difficult to navigate and has a guard gate and trees. I had some things in the cabinet of the car and he was a little frustrated by that. But he was in a rush so he didn't bother me too much about it and then safely got the car up to Seattle. And then based on where their lot was located, I went and picked it up at their lot, as opposed to having them deliver it to my location, which again I was fine with. All in all, the service of eShip was quick and efficient.

I was moving because I got a job somewhere else and needed to take my car with me. EShip’s reputation on the Internet was better than the other companies that I had references. And even though their prices were significantly above what I’d budgeted, I read so many bad reviews about every other company, so I decided to go with them. I took advantage of their free quote option, and It was 25%-30% more than what I was planning. It was a little naïve to believe that it could get the job done for the original price I thought, but I talked to the sales agent and he explained to me why the price was like that.
The carrier driver was the same guy that picked my car up, and he was perfect -- very kind, attentious and practical. He was on time, both on the pickup and the delivery. The process took about a week, which was very good because I moved between the furthest point in the U.S. -- Seattle to Miami and in a week or less, my car was available, so it helped me save with rent and other stuff. It was awesome.

I bought a car from someone who was in North Carolina and the car was going back to where it started in Florida, so I needed to have it shipped. I applied to a couple of companies to quote, and the person from eShip was the one who followed through, so I went with them. The quote I was given was a bit expensive, but I think it was in line with other companies. It seemed high but its okay. The process was fast. I didn’t expect everything to happen so quickly. I gave them a window of when the first date would be and they tried to ship it before that, and I wasn’t warned. That was frustrating because I wasn’t the one at the house and I didn’t get to inform the people who were there. But the car went fine.

The experience with eShip is pretty good. I chose them over others because they were rated among the top two and eShip actually got to be faster with a control driver than the other company. My car got there as required. It was at one auto-mechanic and it needed to get to a different auto-mechanic but the car was not drivable. I reached out to eShip on a Friday and we got the driver lined up by Sunday, and then the car was to have been moved on Monday and it got delivered by midday on Tuesday. There was a slight delay in terms of their ability to transport it on the day that I needed it to get there, but they explained it to me and the driver actually went over and above to make sure that the car will get there early the next day. So I think that they recovered nicely from that.
My interactions dealing with eShip has been very positive. However, what I don't have a good understanding of is the qualification process for shipping companies that eShip is licensed. And therefore, I don't have an understanding on the back end of quality control. At the end of the day, it's about how good the carrier is in terms of following through with its obligations. But in terms of eShip as a broker, I think, they did a great job. I'm happy with them. But eShip could do more to explain to potential customers the process they follow and how they qualify those carriers, so that they can have more peace of mind that they're getting a top-notched carrier to move their car.

We bought a vehicle in eBay and we have to transport it from California to New York. We saw that eShip has good reviews and they have a free quote option which we availed. Their sales team were responsive. But I wasn't necessarily 100% happy with the outcome of everything. Our car came late. The delivery process took ten days when it was supposed to be here in seven. There was also grease inside the truck, on the seat and on the floor, so I spoke to the shipper about it. He said the car carrier never came and so some guy came and drove off with it. It wasn't insured and registered. I think that was irresponsible. I'm not trying to put anybody out of business but it wasn't a great experience. eShip doesn't even know about this part yet because we just found this out yesterday when we called to complain about the way that the truck was received.
There were also a lot of inconsistencies. I asked for a partial refund and originally I was told I was getting $200 back but I ended up with $100. The broker made me feel guilty for wanting to take another $100. He said he shouldn't have to give me a refund because he's not the one who did it. I said, "But you are responsible. You're the broker who picked this terrible company to haul my car so you should be accountable." I'm not into robbing people of their livelihood but they didn't deliver like they were supposed to. So I wasn't thrilled with eShip and I wouldn't use them again.

My son was being transferred so we sent him a car to his location and used eShip as I tried them previously. The first quote I got wasn't in the range though it was acceptable and the guy I dealt with was very professional. I actually asked him to replicate what he charged me the last time for the same size of vehicle, and that was with the understanding that the fuel prices were cheaper now than they were then and we'd still accept that same price. He took that, did it as a good challenge and brought a quote that met that requirement so I was appreciative of his work. We finally got to the terms by the third quote and was able to make the deal. During the delivery, the carrier driver made timely notifications and I even sent him a text after just appreciating him as he did a great job. Overall they are professionally accommodating.

I contracted with Eship with the stipulation that the full payment ($200 deposit, $1000 on delivery) for the transport was to be paid with a credit card. Eship accepted my deposit on credit card and assigned me to a carrier who told me that they did not accept credit cards. Eship was not able to find a carrier that would accept credit card payment so I was forced at the last minute to get a certified check and mail it to my contact person at the delivery address. I contacted the carrier to make arrangements for pickup and was told it would be Oct 12. On Oct 12 I was informed by the carrier that the only way my car could be picked up before my move date (Oct. 15) was for them to send a driver who would drive my car 18 miles to an untended storage yard to wait for pickup.
I paid for door to door truck pickup and did not want to authorize the carrier to drive my car other than to load it on/off his truck so any damage or liability would be covered by his insurance. If the driver had a collision it would be charged against my insurance and I decided to cancel shipment. With no time to find another auto transporter I was forced to sell the car. I twice requested a refund of my $200 deposit from Eship. Eship did not refund my $200 deposit and I had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company.

I requested a quote only from eShip and they proceed to broadcast their price to all the carriers even though we DID NOT HAVE AN AGREEMENT. I choose a competitor's lower price but was informed eShip had already requested pricing from the carriers at the much higher price thereby jeopardizing the lower quote. I suggest avoiding eShip for quotes at all costs. I called the customer service number in the email (754) 222-5377 a total of 6 times over a 6 hour period and NO ONE ever answered.

It was a great experience with eShip. I had to get my car delivered from another person to myself. I was really impressed with the driver. He came early which worked well for us. He was very courteous and was very careful in unloading the car. He's everything that you would want to see and have someone acted. The person on the phone where we arranged everything was prompt in getting back to us. It was a little confusing because there were several different modes of communication like texting, emails and phone and I wasn’t quite clear what was the best way to communicate back and forth but that was minor. I would recommend eShip.

My daughter got out of the navy so she came to Florida to live with me, that's why we had to have the vehicle shipped. I chose eShip over another transport company because of the prices posted online. Also, I used another shipper when I shipped her car out there when she was stationed in California, and I wasn't real happy with them. I was also able to take advantage of eShip's free quote offer. The broker was really nice. They had a small snafu trying to pick up the vehicle. A couple of people, I guess, before our pick up were running behind which caused a domino effect. And he didn't pick the vehicle up until really late. In fact, it was the next day. And she was already on a flight headed back to Florida because she's pregnant. Thats why she wasnt driving. They did fine, the car got here real quick. It was here in four days from California. He picked it up Saturday and dropped it off on a Thursday. Overall, I find eShip to be easy to deal with.

I got the lowest online quote from eShip when I needed to ship my vehicle to Florida. But when I called about it a week later, it was just the base quote and there is also a $150 fee on top of that. So it ended up being higher and by that point, I needed to ship my car so I agreed but I was a little disappointed. The carrier was different from eShip. Those guys were very friendly and kept me aware of everything that is going on. I wasn't present on the day of delivery and pick up but my wife said everything was fine.

My husband had a vehicle from New York (like a show car) and we had to have it shipped. We've transported with eShip before and we read all the reviews on them and they got outstanding reviews. We took advantage of their free quote option which I thought was fair but at first I got one quote from one guy and then when we called back I got a different quote. But they honored the first quote they gave me so I had no problem with it. The sales rep I spoke to was very helpful and understood that we had a specialty car and was doing his best to try to get it to us as soon as possible. The carrier driver on the day of delivery also did a great job. My husband and I have shipped things before and dealt with carriers, and he was great. He was very careful, meticulous.
Once we got it set up, the gentleman we were buying it from was unavailable a couple of times to get the car picked up. Once he was available and we could get it picked up, it only took three days. It took me longer than that to set it up. I've dealt with shipping companies before -- shipped a motorcycle, shipped another car...and I would say they were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely use eShip again.

The broker told me the dates that they would be there. Their driver was nice and was there exactly when he said he was going to be. He picked it up and all the paperwork was correct, and he delivered it in four days even if I was told it was gonna be eight days.

I needed to ship my vehicle which I bought from another state. I chose eShip because of their quick service and response. And I don't know what the sales representative's name was, but he was really good. He gave me a quote really fast and then they shipped it right away. The carrier driver on the day of the delivery did a good job. The whole process from the time I started to the day I got my vehicle took about three days. I will recommend eShip to my friend. Even if I use it again I'm going to call eShip. The experience has been amazing.

They are professional, well-behaved and the drivers were good and very much helpful like when I just wanted to receive in here in my office locations, they have given to me. I had to do some research and went on eShip and did the bidding thing. A representative named Mark called and I told him the budget that I was in, then he found a guy that could fit for it. I looked up the company and he stayed in contact with me. He was very prompt in returning the phone calls and I could reach him any time I wanted. He was very polite, professional, and his timing was on point. The process took only less than two weeks and was a very smooth one. It was a much better experience than with my furniture. They were able to answer any question I had and had great communication. I would definitely recommend eShip.

Moving from Hoboken, NJ 3,000 miles across the country to Seattle, WA is a very stressful move logistically. Jessica, Craig and Grace were so empathetic to my situation. When my car arrived at night in the pouring rain, the driver from Motion Auto Carriers had already pre-filled out the checklist for my car for the exterior and interior. Both looked the same and the engine turned on and he was in a rush to leave and load up a car behind mine. So I signed the same release form as I did when we checked my car together when he picked it up in NJ. The car was inspected by Toyota in July, and was in perfect driving condition when I drove around the corner for him to the load my car. However, when I went to drive home from the pick up spot in Seattle, he didn't tell me to drive around to make sure it drove fine.
When I drove the 4 min it takes to drive to my new home I could tell something was wrong. I heard rattling noises and scraping noises. As I pulled into the garage, my husband went out the car and looked to see if was a flat tire. It wasn't. However, my right under shield that protects the engine underneath the car was dangling and torn to shreds. I was completely freaked out. Immediately took photos and videos for proof and called Craig ASAP. He was awesome and said not to worry, "take it to a garage and let me know what the diagnosis was."
I had to wait till Monday for an auto shop to open that was reputable since this happened Saturday night. I called several and went with a very nice auto shop that was close by since it was scary driving my car. He diagnosed that the right under shield must have been torn during the the truck drivers loading and unloading it while picking up or dropping off one of the other cars during their route. He suggested since it was shredded to get a new one. I called Craig and he said go ahead after I told him the price and diagnosis. I expected the trucking company to reimburse me but instead they called me a liar and sent abusive text messages to me that they wouldn't pay for the work done.
Poor Jessica had to deal with this awful man and offered to pay half the cost of an actual good deal to fix it. I felt bad that eShip were forced to do this, but they care about their clients. After, I picked my car up, I got more abusive texts saying that they'd only pay $100 towards the bill. They refused to pay the $34.50 extra, what cheapskates!!
The guy texted I said I was planning on replacing that part and I had never ever said that pre-shipping and never even had spoken to this man in my life. His texts were nonsensical and written in horrible grammar. He was trying to cover his ass. Jessica was awesome, told me to ignore him and I did everything right as soon as I got my car. She didn't doubt a second that my story wasn't true and felt horrible for the car and Motion Auto Carriers treating me poorly. She told me that she reimbursed half to my credit card and got the moving company to finally pay half and to expect a check next week, but if I don't get one to call her directly!!
I highly recommend eShip to ship your car because they genuinely care about their clients and really go out of their way for you especially in my case! I doubt they will be working with Motion Auto Carriers again after this. If you use eShip just make sure to ask not to have this company ship your car. Yes, they delivered my car in 6 days which is amazing, but they don't take accountability for damaging your car. There was no way on the busy street, pitch black night time in the pouring rain I would have been able to see the undercarriage ripped. It's not something most people would think to do in that situation especially when the driver was 2 hrs late and quick to leave as soon as I got to my car!
I took my own photos before the car was shipped and the driver too his own photos but I know for a fact he didn't take any pics underneath my car and that is why his boss is deflecting the blame onto me and trying to cover himself. Sorry for the long review, I just wanted people to know how eShip handled a very upsetting situation with a company they have used for years to ship their client's cars. You should always go through brokers like them if you ever have to ship your car. The eShip team are incredibly professional! A big thank you to Jessica, Craig and Grace!!!

We're moving and we needed to ship the vehicle. I chose eShip because they have the least incidence and had good reviews. The sales team came to me through a moving company. I got a quote first from their direct team that ships cars. The quote seems to be a little high to me because I've made quite a few trips from where I was living to where I was moving. They said they could ship the car in 2 days. I asked to stretch it out for 5 days but it's a difficult time of the year and he said he'd call me back which he did. He could not promise the exact date but would get it as close to the date that I wanted within a day. Then we got the deal.
eShip was very good and excellent but I had issues with the transportation company. There was a communication breakdown between businesses. The communication was a little bit touch and go but I don't blame eShip. I blame the communication between the transporter of my goods and the farming out over to eShip. They took really good care of my car. I have no complaints in that respect at all. But if you farm your business out, I would really look at the companies that they deal with in terms of transportational moves.

We had to relocate so we needed to ship our vehicle. We chose eShip because they made sense when I talked to them. I was able to take advantage of their free quote option and thought it was an excellent quote. However, the carrier driver didn't communicate and showed up late. We were told he would show up between 2 and 4 but he said it was 8 to 10. My husband was stranded in Westford, Massachusetts with $1500 cash in his pocket with no vehicle and had to walk 2 miles up a hill to a place he was staying. eShip tried to help and keep in contact but the driver dropped the ball.

My son, a college student, had work out West this summer. He needed to get back home quickly, but was exhausted and didn't feel like driving 4 to 5 days. So we figured it would be easier to ship the car than for him to be exhausted which was not safe. I did a lot of research online and called several transport companies. I felt that the guy from eShip was more reliable and dependable. During the entire process, my point of contact from eShip was Mark. I was nervous but he was very good and conscientious. He gave me his phone number and I had to call him during non-business hours.
The quote I was given was good too. It was $1,200, but we had to raise it up to $1,600 because we couldn't get a driver who would be willing to go to our small town in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. That was a little disappointing but it wasn't the fault of the guy from eShip. However that aside, it was fine with the carrier driver and the process from the pickup to the delivery was quicker than I thought.

I was moving cross-country, from east to west, and I needed to ship my vehicle. So, I got a free quote from eShip and the prices they offer were pretty good. But there was a difference of $50 when the actual driver was found or located. The deal went through and the only issue I had is that the broker left the contacting of the actual logistics transportation company until the very end. And apparently, eShip had to pick up my car the day after I left and I wasn't too happy about that. So, we did it by proxy and we had one of our neighbors give the key to the carrier driver. The driver was very good and cordial. He inspected the vehicle, loaded it and did everything as he should.
Once the vehicle was loaded and transported, it was pretty straightforward; it was a smooth transition. We got here on a Sunday and by Monday or Tuesday, they called me saying that it was ready to be picked up and I only drove 3 miles to meet them. Though they said that there was going to be an issue since the place is a smaller town in California and the roads are not so good for big semi trucks, they're were able to do it and met me up. Overall, it's a little frustrating at first, but in the end, I had good deal and experience with eShip.

My sister shipped her car to Michigan via eShip since it was cheaper and their salesman was really good. She got herself a free quote which she thought was really good. On the day of delivery, the guy came and introduced himself, and was nice. He explained how it works, what's going to happen to the car, and said he would call her when she gets to Michigan so he could drop the car off. eShip was good, I'd recommend their services.

eShip was definitely great. We had their help for a recent vehicle purchase we made. I went with them as I was more impressed with Craig when I talked to him than when I talked to other auto transport companies. Since I got a quote from a third-party I never got to avail of the free quote option, but I think we bettered the quote. The carrier driver unloaded the car outside of my view which was frustrating though. I had gone in the back of the building where we said we would meet so it was hard to know if there was any damage during the unloading or not. But, aside from that, he was pleasant and he kept me in the loop and informed. Also, Jessica was immensely helpful. Even at odd hours, she was available and on top of things which were the most impressive part with her.

I wouldn’t use eShip again. They are unreliable. They mentioned they’ll deliver at a certain date and they did not. The guy who was supposed to pick up my car on the day that he agreed on called me in the morning about 10, said that he’ll be arriving in about 2 hours. So I waited and then 2 hours later, I called him and he said, “1 hour later.” I called an hour later and then he was, “Another hour later.” So by the time that it was done, I ended up having him pick up my car around 7 p.m. and he told me that it’ll be delivered within 3 days. It was picked up on a Tuesday and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I called him on Friday and he said, “Oh, it’s probably going to be tomorrow which is Saturday.” This kept happening. I finally got my car on a Monday night. The whole experience wasn’t really good.

I do apologize for delay , but here at eship we always use window for pu and delivery . With trucking and logistics , weather , traffic etc , we can never guarantee one day window on each end . I am sorry for the confusion on dates , will make sure to be more clearer next time . I worked with Craig. Setting up the West coast to East coast move was super easy and less expensive than I was expecting. Craig set me up with a trucker and said that they would contact me to set up a pick-up time. Long story short, the trucker jerked me around and was making ridiculous requests about pick-up time and location, so I called Craig, and he was furious. He immediately canceled my contract with the "troublesome trucker," removed that person from his calling list, and got my car a new ride across the country even FASTER than the original ride! It was my observation that Craig takes his business very seriously and does not have time for unprofessionalism amongst his drivers. I felt valued as a customer and the service I received was exceptional. I will recommend him (eShip) whenever I can.

I was shipping my vehicle for my daughter back to school in college. Looking at reviews online and seeing different companies, eShip seemed to be the one that was the most reliable. I took advantage of their free quote option and I was given a reasonable quote. The sales team was fine. It's the first time I've done this, so I asked them some pretty naive questions, but they were understanding of those and basically conveyed what was going to take place. The carrier driver was very proactive in communicating with us and following through. We had interactions both when eShip picked the vehicle up and when they delivered it, and both went smoothly. I had to deliver a vehicle to a family member. The quote eShip gave me was a bit higher than some of the other companies, but I was okay with it because they seemed much more trustworthy than the others. I spoke with Craig, the owner, and he was great. The carrier driver was excellent. He called me the day before like he was supposed to and then called to verify that he was there on delivery day. After another shipping company strung me along for a week, Mark at eShip came to the rescue! I contacted him on a Tuesday, he had a driver scheduled by Wednesday, the car got picked up on Thursday. The car was even delivered a day earlier than anticipated. An all around excellent experience. Mark was always quick to answer emails and phone calls. Would highly recommend!

I recently moved up north to New Jersey, and did not want to drive my car from Florida, so I hired a transport company to move it for me. I purchased a vehicle from another state which I needed to be shipped to me here in Florida. I thought using eShip would be pretty convenient and their price was reasonable, but I actually wasn't satisfied with the service. When I originally called, one of the guys gave me a quote of $650, and the next day when he called he said, "I'm terribly sorry, that guy is unavailable to pick up your vehicle today. If you want it shipped out tomorrow, it will be another hundred bucks."
Because I did need the vehicle, I told him, "Well, we're going to have to do that." So I paid the extra hundred dollars. He did not tell me and did not give me any other info, like I had to pay cash on demand. So I wasn't prepared when the driver did show up. He was upset and said, "Well, that's not my fault, I need my cash," and he stormed off and left me with the vehicle. So I had to contact the provider and get with them on how to pay them. So I was unhappy with how he handled that situation. But the vehicle did get here safely.

When dealing with some industries, you never know exactly who or what you are going to get. For this reason, I've stayed away from auto transport companies because of negative things I've heard over the years. When push came to shove, I needed to send a car to my daughter away at college, and had no choice but to hire a company to transport it. I looked online, and found eShip, who appeared to be a quality company. I worked with Craig, who I can't say enough nice things about. Great customer service and follow through. When I relocated, I needed to ship my vehicle. The price is a big factor why I chose eShip. The quote they gave me was fair and everything was handled the way I expected it to be. I had minimal interactions with the sales team as it was a matter of coordinating the pickup and dropoff. Their carrier driver was very professional and the process didn't take very long since it was only about a week.

I moved to a different state. I went with eShip to transport my vehicle because the person that contacted me was very helpful and efficient. He got back to me right away and I was able to take advantage of the free-quote option. On the day of the delivery, the carrier driver got here later than I would have liked. They picked it up on Sunday and I received it on a Wednesday. They gave me a good deal and I'm definitely very pleased with the service.

I would definitely recommend using eShip if you need to transport your automobile. I used them when I moved here to Dallas from New York. Their office staff was very friendly. We went with eShip because it was recommended to us by the International Van Lines. It was easy to initiate the transport with their sales team. I told them what I needed. I knew the ballpark price because I already had a quote from another transport company, and eShip's price was higher. But the eShip salesperson explained that the lower quote from the other company probably didn't include everything that they offered, so I just went ahead and booked them.
On the day of the delivery, the carrier driver was nice, but rough around the edges. He called the day before he was going to be there and told me that it had to be money order or cash, which I didn't realize, because when I booked the car I was able to put a credit card deposit. I had to scramble to get to the bank, take out cash, and get a cashier's check, so I wish I had known that ahead of time. Then he arrived about five hours later than he said he would, but he still gave me a half an hour heads up, so it wasn't a big deal.

I needed to move a car from Northridge, California to Mamaroneck, New York. Based on the reviews I have read, eShip would be my best choice. The quote they gave me was a little higher than others, but it was satisfactory. Craig, the sales guy, was very easy to work with. I spoke with him, gave him credit card information and after 20 minutes he came back to me with a shipper. The carrier driver was fabulous throughout the whole process. He was right regarding the pickup and communicated very well in transit, as well as the final drop off. I've had no problems with eShip at all. I was very happy with their service.
