Mark ** was honest and was so easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to have a car or truck transported with accurate pickup and delivery times. This company was the only one that we contacted that was willing to work with us on pickup and delivery. They followed through on every promise.

We were moving from Berkeley, California to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Initially, we had a positive experience with the eShip representative that we talked to. He was honest, advised us and was really available. So, even though the quote they gave us came in higher than other companies, we wanted to work with them first thing going forward if there were any questions or concerns. The quote was what we were expecting for moving a car based on what we had seen or heard from other people and it felt reasonable after the broker that we spoke with at the time explained their system.

Maryann from eShip’s sales team was the one who helped me, and she was awesome for getting the job done quickly. She was able to get me a driver, David, and he communicated well with myself and my aunt. He called us a couple of hours before he headed to pick up the vehicle. He answered any of my aunt’s questions in regards to her vehicle and it got there a day early. He was able to redeliver the vehicle because my aunt wasn’t there yet. So, it was a good experience all the way around. I’ll definitely recommend the company. They were honest. They communicated well and we thought the price was fair.

I bought a vehicle in California and shipped it to our home in Maine, and I got eShip to do the transport. We've had prior experience with them in shipping some other vehicles because I own a company and we shipped a few vehicles across the country, and they've done a good job for us in the past. The sales reps were succinct and very helpful and the quote they gave me was fair and reasonable. On the day of the delivery, the carrier driver told me where to meet him and what time he was going to be there, and everything went the way it was supposed to. I've tried other shipping companies and they always had a whole story about why the price has been increased and why they can't make the delivery on the scheduled dates, and they also said that they can't get a shipper. On the other hand, the eShip guys had their act together and delivered on what they said. So, I'm very satisfied with them and I will use them again.

eShip had good reviews online and the quote they gave was fine. I was happy with the customer service and the flexibility with the deliveries that they offered. Their sales team worked with me to make sure I got the hand off the car on the exact date that I wanted. The interactions with the carrier driver were all fine. He didn't speak much English but we got by. eShip was slightly more expensive than other companies but it was worth it for the transport and customer service they provided.

I looked around for transport companies and eShip was fast and they gave me a good quote. Their rep was very thorough knowledgeable. eShip is easy to use overall. I went ahead and called them because I moved too far in advance from the shipment. It was a little bit of a lengthy process. They have gone Tuesday and delivered on Friday. My car shipment went well and they were close to being on time. They were very thorough with my vehicle and polite when giving it to me.

When I moved from Texas to Wisconsin, I had another transport company and the price kept getting higher. Mark Anthony from eShip was very efficient. He was very upfront to indicate why it is that the price was higher. It was expensive. I understood that because I live in a very rural area and it's not on the shipping lane like big cities. The carrier driver got to my house fairly late because he had other deliveries and pickups. I helped him load the car just by directions. But he was a very nice young man. And the car got here on time. The experience was very professional and well-done. The service was good and everybody we worked with was very nice.

eShip had good reviews and they gave me a very accurate quote. I was moving cross-country and I had a perfect experience with them. The carrier driver was very nice and early, and I really liked the guy.

Very professional service. Called the guy up in the morning, and it was shipped in two days. Very satisfied with the results. Truck came in earlier than expected and it was delivered hassle free. Truck wasn't damaged at all. Delivery guys were very nice. Couldn't recommend more.

If you want a car shipped call Craig from eShip. By far the best in the country! We were having trouble getting our car shipped from another carrier, then decided to call Craig. He had our whole car shipping process done in one hour! Can't say how much we appreciated all his help! Also Unified Auto Shipping did an amazing job getting our cars all the way across country earlier than we expected, in perfect shape!

Correspondence with the moving company was very good. Polite, etc. The only problem was I was called the night before the delivery. I was then told I would need $ or banker's check. Fortunately I had the money but it would be better for others to be given more time to gather up the money. The car was delivered in good condition according to my daughter. I was still in NY due to health reasons.

I was moving so I needed a shipping vehicle. I saw eShip’s reviews and they were up there so I went with them. Their quote was accurate and my dealing with their sales team was good. The guy that I was talking to was legit and reliable. The driver was legit as well and I felt comfortable. The moving process was supposed to be between three or five days but they got it there by the fourth day which was reasonable. Everything was positive and it was a comfortable experience. I would recommend them.

We are very pleased with the service that was provided for two vintage vehicles that were purchased at an Auction in CA and shipped to FL. This is the first time we have used eShip, and the customer service, shipping pickup time frame, and delivery time frame was excellent. We will definitely use eShip again in the future.

eShip was recommended by one of my friends when I was making a relocation and had to ship my car. The free quote that I got online was 100% accurate and the interaction that I had with the reps was good. The carrier driver came a little late on the day of delivery but he was constantly keeping me posted about the change in the plan so there weren’t any issues at all.

I was moving from Texas to Michigan and I hired eShip to transport my car because of Maggie, my contact for the whole move. She was really helpful and she made herself very available to me. Also, they gave me a pretty good quote which was super accurate. I was able to get in contact with the carrier driver too, which was nice. So, I could text him back and forth and he can let me know where he's at. He made himself available even though he didn't seem to be on schedule in terms of when he said he was supposed to be there. So, that was good and my car was delivered in a couple of days. Everybody was very personable and accommodating, but a little unorganized.

The car service (Car Transport from Washington State to New Jersey) provided was great. There was some confusion between the driver and the office about payment but was quickly settled over the phone. No complaints. Car reached at our driveway without any problems on the day and time slot promised. Excellent service.

I was very pleased with my experience with eShip. I think our contact person Maryann was fabulous. She knew what our goal was and made it happen. The driver definitely wasn't as good as Maryann in that he was kind of grumpy when he called in. It would have been nice if he had a place to meet for pick up ahead of time.

On time, accurate information, kept in touch with both receiving and delivering people. Pleasant people on the phone and on the delivery truck made the entire experience pain free. I have shipped our cars before and this was the best experience.

I retired and I was relocating across the country from Seattle to Savannah, Georgia. I talked to the eShip agent, read some reviews, researched on it, and I felt comfortable with eShip. After I placed the order, I only called them once because it was getting close to the pick-up date and I was somewhat concerned. They said the carrier should contact me a couple of days in advance of the pick-up but haven't. And when I called, they reassured me that everything was okay and the rep gave me another number to contact another agent to follow up on it since the agent that I spoke to before was on vacation

Contract said pick up August 11. Waited till 10:00 p.m. No call to say it will be late. Finally picked up August 12. Expected delivery August 19. 2 days later was told it will be August 25. Mind you I have to call to find out what's going on with a sorry excuse the driver got sick. Finally got the car August 27. Transition logistic corps carrier supposed to be their best driver but don't have a built in plan if driver gets sick to ensure prompt delivery. Pleasant talk just won't cut it. Don't believe anything I'm told.

I Googled and saw pretty good reviews about eShip and so I got them to ship our car. I sent them an email and I got the quote. It was high compared with another company, but was acceptable for me since I prefer high quality of service. I worked with Craig, the owner of eShip, and we did communicate via text and phone calls. He's very responsive and really went out of his way to get things done and to communicate with the driver.

I shipped my vehicle to Maryland for this summer so I could use it. I liked eShip's reviews online so I went with them. The young man who picked up the car was polite and conscientious. It was a great experience and he got it to Maryland on time. The transport process took three days and it was over the Fourth of July which is a holiday so it was a reasonable situation. They did what they said they were going to do, and I was satisfied. In fact, I'm shipping back to Florida at the end of September and I will use them again.

I only used eShip once but had a good experience. Their team did wonderfully and the driver came on time. The only complaint I have is about the high pricing. They don't have dedicated carriers. They were working as middlemen and their commission and rate, compared to the industry, was a little higher.

I was moving cross-country and needed to ship my vehicle. The pricing at eShip was middle ground, but they carried extra insurance for my vehicle. The person I spoke with sounded like he genuinely cared, and he went above and beyond. Also, the carrier driver was awesome. He knew what he was doing and he was able to get my vehicle. My vehicle was picked up three days late and it could have been four days late, but he got my vehicle to me within three days. So, even if it was picked up by another carrier on time, my estimated delivery still would have been the same time. It was a fantastic experience.

Worked with Craig and eShip to get my 67 Mustang from Buffalo NY to Atlanta GA. Due to the rural area south of Buffalo for the pickup, it took a few extra days to secure the driver, but the pickup, the delivery, and the service was great. They picked up on Wednesday, and delivered on Friday. Competitive price, and good communication.

I purchased a UTV in another state so I needed it picked up and delivered to Texas where I'm at. I did a little bit of looking on reviews and stuff and used ConsumerAffairs site as well to see who the top ones were from a customer satisfaction's standpoint, who were ethical, had fair treatment, and reasonable. eShip seemed to be highly rated and their cost was probably the most competitive, too. The broker agent who I talked to was probably the most knowledgeable and helpful. Our interactions were all done by phone and text, and it was a great experience. She was very cordial. She never dropped off even after the shipment started. She was always responsive.

2-car transport - I was well informed during the entire process and my vehicles were handled with care. Jose, the driver, was a pleasure to work with. I entrusted the company with my Audi's S7 and A5. Thank you for a job well done.

I called Ship A Car Direct and they were supposed to pick up my car but they never did. I wanted the car here by the 12th of July but they kept putting me off and told me that they couldn’t find a truck. On the 10th of July, I called eShip. The quote they gave was ok considering what I was in. They had me a truck and a driver in a day. eShip got it done in one day what other people couldn’t get done in three weeks. They picked up my car and it was here in five days from Wisconsin to Arizona. It was a reasonable amount of time to get it here. I talked to the owner of eShip and he was down-to-earth and very courteous. He gave me a cell phone if I needed to ask any questions and I called them on a Sunday night. The carrier driver was great. He called me while he was on his way and before he got here. My car was delivered on time and it came here all in one piece. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a car shipped.

We were relocating to Florida, and we did not want to drive two separate cars. I read some reviews about eShip and when I called them, I was comfortable speaking with them. I spoke with Craig, the owner, personally. At the time, I had called so many different places. But Craig was very reassuring, confident and knowledgeable. I was also given a good quote. The carrier driver was very communicative and friendly. He continued to text and call me throughout the whole trip to let me know when my car would be arriving, and what to expect.

I was expecting the moving process to take five to ten days, but my car was across the country in three days. It was incredible and eShip exceeded my expectations.

I was very concerned about getting my 1972 Chevelle shipped to another state. I chose an enclosed trailer and was very happy when the car arrived. We were moving from East to West Coast. The other company I was given could not get anybody to ship my car, so I had to switch to eShip. I was given a quote that was around $1,400 and I was satisfied with it. The carrier driver was nice, quick, and on time. We weren’t there on the day of the delivery but my brother said it went very easy. They helped me out of a bad situation and got my car shipped for me in a week and a half. They did what I needed them to do in a timely manner.

eShip had very good reviews online and since I was moving from one state to another, I called and got a free quote. The quote they've given didn't change so it was good. They gave me a window of two weeks, but the car was there within three days. On the day of delivery, the driver told me to come at a particular spot to pick up the car. I went there and the car was available so I just picked it up. The car was in good condition. Everything was so pleasant. That’s what I expected and what I got. Everything was smooth They’re very professional in what they're doing and I would highly recommend them to everyone that’s considering a move.

The reps answered anytime I called to have questions and were very clear about what to expect. I was also calling and texting the carrier drivers to coordinate where exactly they would be. eShip ended up having my car for about two weeks which is longer than the ideal, but that was what worked for the company when they’re picking it up. They had to have five to 10 days from pick up to delivery. Overall, it was a straightforward and pretty good experience.

I relocated from New York to Florida and I needed to ship my car. I Googled reviews, called a few companies that had good reviews and I decided to go with eShip. I definitely took advantage of their free quote. Their reps explained to me what was going to happen and the time period. It was an awesome experience all the way. My car got here before me. The driver was so considerate, he held on to the car for two days before he brought it to me. He was also sweet, wonderful, and very nice. I lived in a complex and he couldn't come in with the truck, so he drove me back to my door. Also when he got here, he was concerned. He told me that I needed an oil change because the numbers were over. He also told me to check my tires because they looked bald. He was above and beyond. It was a genuine pleasure to work with everybody from eShip. They were honest and they do what they said. In fact, I'm bragging about them to everyone.

I shipped my vehicle from California to South Carolina during the summer and I worked with eShip because they were the most communicative. They texted, emailed, and called me. They had the best rate at the time of the quote but it cost me $200 on top of what their quote was when I signed. Their carrier driver was a good guy but the shipping took about a week off of the original date quoted because their truck had broken down.

I had a van transported to Michigan from Fresno for a conversion. I went online and researched and I read the feedback and customer satisfaction of those who used eShip's services. Also, the company that I was supposedly working with who would do the conversion had their own transport and I was able to compare their quote against that of eShip. eShip was more competitive and was also reasonable. Their rep was pretty good too. I got calls and she coordinated and explained how much. It made my job to bring my van easier. My wife said the carrier driver was okay as well although he was a couple of minutes late. It took them about three days to deliver my vehicle and that met my expectation because I tried driving from Michigan to California and it took me five days. I had a very good experience with eShip. It was efficient, it was easy to get a quote and book, and the job was done.

He would call and update us while he was in Georgia and he did a great job. Overall, we had a great experience with eShip. If I have to ship something again, I know where to go.

I was moving from Florida to Washington. I looked online and eShip had good reviews as well as customer reports from BBB and the government websites. Their quote was high but I was willing to pay for a little bit higher and have my vehicle be okay. I had a good dealing with their sales team. But after I decided to go with eShip, I had to also call them because I didn't hear from them for three days if I have a driver. Then the car also came a day later than it was supposed to. But the carrier driver was great with giving me updates. Other than the delay, the experience was nice overall. Plus, the biggest highlight for me was making sure my brand new car arrived safely. I was really worried about it.

I just graduated from college so I’m shipping my car back across the country and eShip was one of the better options from how easy it was to put my information in online. The quote was pretty good and the sales team was all very professional. Nothing really stood out, but no complaints either. The person who was there on the day of the delivery said that everything went smoothly and it took 30 minutes for the pickup. The process itself was somewhat stressful because I was moving - this was one of many things that was going on on that moment. By itself, it was pretty normal. So, it wasn’t too bad or too good and it was what I expected.

My daughter was moving and we needed to get her car to my son to go on from Connecticut to Illinois. I took advantage of eShip's free quote option and the quote I was given seemed fair. I moved to Florida from Oregon and I was in such a busy time that it just ended up being eShip that helped us to be able to get somebody to pick up my car. I just asked them if they could get me somebody to get the car here when I wanted it here and what it would cost me. I had shipped a couple of cars before, but the quote eShip gave me was $400 or $500 more. It was really high, but that was a peak time. And it turned out it was inside of a trailer which is better than any way that I could send stuff, so it worked well. The carrier driver was great and he came earlier than expected. The transport took about four to five days, which was quick. They did what I needed to be done and it was a great experience.

He explained the process, quickly got us a quote, sent us a driver who was on time and loaded the car safely and efficiently and the car was received in Oakland 1 day early which worked well for us. The driver worked with our schedules as well. Would definitely recommend using E-Ship.

It went very positively with the sales team and carrier driver and the driver made it on the scheduled day. The time was a little off but it was fine. I would use eShip again.

On the first day, he called me and said he was going to be later in the day. I asked him if he would prefer to do it in the morning and we wound up changing the date to the next day, but that was mutual. Then on delivery day, he knew that I wasn’t going to be in town until a certain day so he did his business in other places until he needed to be by me and he wound up being right on time.

I was making a military move and eShip was associated with our buying the vehicle. The building was hard to find but the sales team was great. Also, the quote was rolled in the package and the carrier driver was wonderful. The process was an absolutely seamless process and the experience was perfect.

I’m moving and needed to ship a vehicle so we went to order eShip’s services. I found them to be highly rated than the couple of websites I read from. I approached them through the website and then someone reached out to me with a free quote. I compared it to a few others and it was reasonable and close to what others were giving. The interaction with the sales team was all good and I was provided with one contact. I interacted with him over email and on the phone and I got all the answers that I wanted. He was also very prompt in responding. Then the carrier driver was very punctual. He loaded everything in 15-20 minutes and the delivery was on time so I had no trouble in completing the process. Overall, it was a good experience. They're professional, punctual, reasonably priced and not pushy.

I bought a car that wasn't registered and I didn't want to make three trips. So instead of coming up here again, a temporary place and going all the way back down, driving it home and getting someone to go with me, I did it all in one day. I put it on the list and took it away. eShip was the first one I came up with. They told me what it was going to cost before we started. The carrier driver and I hung around for an hour and talked about the cars. I bought a ’75 MGB GT and a part car, a Mustang with a 302. I'm taking the engine out of the Mustang and putting it in the MG which would take me six months. eShip was easy to deal with and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. There's no negativity and I had a pleasurable experience.

When I was moving from Fort Lauderdale to Beaverton, Oregon, I used eShip to transport my car. I used uShip in the past and I wasn't happy when they broke my motorcycle so I didn't want to use it again. For my car, I had a broker and she was something. She did everything and just gave me the numbers. The quote that was given to me was in line with what I expected. I also had a really good interaction with the carrier driver although he had some problems because the truck broke down on the way there. I could have pushed the issue because I was renting a car and I had to keep it longer but it wasn't that big of a deal since they communicated that there was a problem and kept me in the loop.

eShip is outstanding, When I spoke to Mark after getting the run around from another company as my vehicle had never been picked up as promised. Mark told me that he will have my vehicle booked with a driver within a couple hours, and picked up very quickly. I honestly was a little unsure that this would happen because of all that I had been through with the prior company and others. Well this guy made it happen and in 2 hrs. he had a driver lined up and about 2 hours later the vehicle was picked up that very same day (I was in "WOW").

I called them to arrange the service then I called them again at one point to get a receipt. Their team was very helpful. The carrier driver was also straightforward and although he didn't talk much, he did what he was supposed to do. But his truck shut down when it reached Atlanta so we got our car one day late. But he let us know and it was fine.

My 22-year-old son was on a trip by himself around the country and his car broke down in Colorado. $6000 was wanted to replace the transmission which ended up to be $900 to do here in Virginia so I made a fiscally responsible decision. They told me how much it would cost and that they might be able to get it knocked down by a bit. They then told me to let them know when I want to ship my car and I told them that I'll look around for a bit. I then called them back to tell them that I'm going ahead with it and that was it. I moved from Southern California to North Carolina and I didn't want to drive way across the country, and eShip shipped my '08 Mazda 6 for me. EShip has a very informative website and it was primarily their pricing and customer service which made me go with them over other transport companies. I have shipped cars before and the quote they gave me was reasonable for 850 bucks considering it's all the way across the country. I did have another shipper I had lined up, but they couldn't commit to a pick-up date. But with eShip, the communication to get it all set up was good. They said they'd be there on a particular date, and they were there when they said they would.

I was moving for work and I had eShip to transport my vehicle. Compared to others, eShip was a little bit costly. The reason probably was that I used a closed container or it depends upon the distance. If they can just do something on that so that should be okay. Nevertheless, the vehicle came one day before they promised and everyone was good, too. The experience was very smooth and I would definitely recommend eShip to my friends.

He just told me the quote and it was good. It was worth the extra $100 just to make sure my car was with a five-star shipping company. He also told me when it would get there, then my father handled most of it since I was out of the country. The salesperson would update him and tell him when the driver was coming. Since I contacted them, it took three days for the whole process and it was quick. eShip and the driver did a good job. I’ll use them again when I need to move.

She called back when she said she would and my interactions with her were A plus. The quote they provided was also very competitive and the transport took four days from pickup to delivery.

I would call the transport organizer and, depending on the time, she would give me a call back either the following morning, within the hour or even earlier. I was moving from New Jersey to Indiana so I was looking to move a classic truck and my neighbor recommended eShip. He ships classic cars and has shipped 60 or 70 cars with them. eShip’s quote was initially high, but we were able to come to a good number. The salesman was attentive to my needs but I don't know if he quite listened to me. At one point he had a guy showing up at my house one night and I said to him that I'm not even in town. He found somebody so fast, he just thought it was okay so I reminded him that I told him I can't accept pick-up until X date and I gave him a very clear window into what was acceptable and not. Something came up and he just thought it would work but it didn't.

I needed to transport a vehicle from Virginia to Orlando. Somebody from eShip responded right away and walked with me with the process. It was the first time I've done it. They gave me a free quote over the phone and it was good and fair. I only spoke to one sales rep and she got back to me right away. I said no and that I need to see the paperwork, who the carrier is and what type of liability insurance they have even though they told me they had all that stuff. The process is they put this on the shipper's Electronic auction board And truckers bid. If you are lucky you will get it cheap. Again if you are flexible with open time of one month it can be done for less. I had specific window. Again compare how much it cost to rent a car and bring that into the equation. Still you will come ahead. Even though you are paying a premium they get the job done for you.

I found eShip on the internet and got them to ship a car for me from Kansas City down to Tampa. They're based out of Florida down here in the Tampa area and I liked the rep I talked to. He fixed me up because the original pick-up was supposed to be on a certain day and it was very critical. Then all of a sudden, the guy assigned to that got delayed and couldn't get it done. The eShip rep knew that I was in a bind because I was leaving town and if I wasn't there to load the car, there wouldn't be anybody to do it and I had to fly home the next day. So he got somebody to pick up my car and got me taken care of. It was perfect. If he hadn't gotten me a driver in there, then I was going to have to delay my trip home which would have consequences financially. My car showed up down here in good shape and on time. The driver, as well as the salesman and the customer service rep I talked to, were all very nice too.

I had an antique vehicle that I needed to ship from Virginia to California. I put out feelers for four different shipping companies and eShip was the first to call back. The experience was great. I called Maryann, she quoted me a fair price and said she would get back to me in 4 days with a driver. I think she called a day earlier after finding a truck going door to door. I only paid eShip's share after Maryann found the driver. The driver gets paid on delivery. The car was picked up as promised and it arrived right on time. Almost to the minute. No damage to my car, great service.

I was pleased with the overall experience. The broker who arranged the pickup was very professional. Dry and the representative of the shipping company was in touch with me from start to finish. Only slippage was time of arrival: 2am on a Saturday night, but other than having to stay up all night to wait for the car, everything else was as stated and I would use them again.

My son is relocating and because I used eShip before, we used them again back in the end of May or early June. Their free quote was okay. However, dealing with the carrier driver was not favorable. When I spoke with Mark regarding shipment, I told him that my son's moving out of college so he has quite a bit of stuff. And he was like, "As long as his stuff is packed properly, and it can't be shipped or moved around or whatever." I told him, "We had a TV." He said, "Just make sure you wrap the TV properly." We did all that but when the movers came, they were giving my son a hard time and he had to take out and leave 90% of the stuff in Florida, the items that Mark originally told us was okay as long as it was packed properly.

I called and the guy who I spoke with was very straightforward and he told me what the exact price was. He also told me he was going to find me a reliable transport to bring my truck. He was honest, very friendly and courteous. I even called him on a Sunday afternoon at one point and he picked it up. The drivers were very nice too. They delivered it in three days instead of the original six day timeframe, and about three hours earlier! They called me ahead of time to let me know when the truck was gonna get there. I hope this thing continues for a very long time. It’s been excellent service and everything was great.

I need to ship a vehicle cross-country and eShip's price and online reviews were good and so I used them. I’d spoken to some other shippers so I had an idea about the process but the woman I dealt with at eShip was very helpful, informative, very responsive and was a bit more forthcoming with details than other shippers I had spoken with. Very satisfied with the service although the trucking company dispatcher struggled with English. Vehicle had to be unloaded in the parking lot of a commercial building because the driver would not unload on a residential street. All in all, no problems and vehicle arrived ahead of schedule. I would use the service again.

The sales team was friendly and explained everything to me without having to ask. They told me more than what I needed to know, things that I would have never thought of prior to that. We were moving from North Carolina to California. eShip's cost of shipping made us decide to go with them. I made the call and the gentleman was very helpful then his supervisor followed up a day later and we had a discussion. The time period was 10 days. After that, somebody had bid on it, I gave him a deposit, and we went from there. I called early because I didn’t know how long it’s going to take. I spoke to the eShip people at least 10 to 14 days before. Me and the gentleman that called me the day of the pickup arranged to meet at an open space behind a Walmart that was close by. At pickup day, the two gentlemen were very knowledgeable, very friendly and they both live in California and happen to live within 30 miles of the delivery point.

Had flexibility so I was able to be there for drop off and then again for the delivery. I did however have to drive to a location to pick up car as my new house they were unable to drop it off directly to. No damage to vehicle. I would use eShip again and would recommend them as well!
