My experience with eShip was wonderful. They told me that I had to pay them this amount and that I had to pay the driver cash separately. I was relocating to New York, and the people that I knew there who moved from Kansas paid a lower price, but I thought maybe it was how it was five years ago. The sales rep was really nice and professional, while the carrier driver was very pleasant. They picked up the vehicle late in the evening on a Thursday and then delivered it Saturday morning. It was a quick and painless process, and I'm very satisfied with it. I'd recommend eShip.

Everything went smooth, the service was fast and they accommodate to all our needs. They came on time and delivered on time, the car is in perfect condition. The rate was fair, they answered all my questions with patience. I will recommend eShip to everyone. Thanks a lot.

The quote was very reasonable for a highly rated service. Mark worked with us fairly and frankly on our unique needs and questions. The carrier was timely in picking up the van and dropped it off a day ahead of schedule. The van was in great condition and the driver was very courteous. All in all a wonderful experience!

Timing is everything. We thought we had car deliver company line up. That different company had failed several times to call us back to pick up our vehicle (no money given out). We reached out to eShip and what a difference in service. They were professional on the phone, picked our vehicle up on time, and it arrived within the window they said it would be at the final destination. That's service. I look forward to doing future business with them.

I had to bring my daughter's car home from college. I took advantage of eShip's free quote option and felt the quote I got was fair. I talked to eShip and the rep I spoke to seemed on top of things. However, I felt misled because while the rep gave me a quote, he came back and started quoting a little higher. He told me that what he offered was the best he could get right now. And so, the price ended up changing and I didn't have the energy to start over at that point. I thought the company I was speaking to was the driver. I didn't realize that he was only a middleman talking to a lot of different transporters. And so, that was misleading.

Transport from Palm Harbor to Park City UT. Mary Ann was terrific and very helpful. Answered all of my questions. I had never done this before and was very concerned that my car would be there with no damage. Ashley Transportation did a good job as well.

The whole process went fine. A carrier was provided on the requested date and the vehicle was delivered one day ahead of time. Only dissatisfaction was that the original quoted amount of $1150 could not be honored since final price became $1200. Mark did check with me before changing the price though.

This was a difficult transaction for eShip to handle, with the paying party different from the car owner/receiving party, the sending party was yet a third person, a tight time window for receiving the car and a late change to the "ship to" address. The shipping and transaction was handled seamlessly. The car received on time and without a scratch.

The driver came for the pickup a day later than scheduled and I wasn't notified about the delay until late in the appointed day when I called the dispatch about the no show. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the overall service. The broker was friendly and courteous. The car arrived on time and with no apparent damage.

eShip brought a car in for me. It was recommended by a young lady that had some done dealings with eShip. When they delivered the car, my grandson and his mom were there. They live in a cul-de-sac and the people from eShip were able to get this car off and then bring it down to the house and then walked back to where they parked. They said that the people did everything and it was excellent. I would recommend them.

I was moving my son’s car back from school and eShip was the quickest to get us what we needed. I spoke with the sales team and I was satisfied with what they did. The quote they had given me was fine and the car shipped in about a week. eShip did what they said they were gonna do and everything was good.

I really liked that every time I called or texted I got an almost immediate response. Every step of the way they were quick to respond and provide answers. Everyone was friendly and professional. What a relief to have a responsible company take care of transporting my car so that I could worry about other things. I would use them again for shipping my car across the country.

In a word, respectful. Respectful of our car, our time and of us. When the car arrived, the driver was timely and courteous. Craig was always available willing to help us figure out what was right for us. And, he followed-up to see that everything was going according plan. Impressed.

As a first time user I was apprehensive but Craig was very good at explaining everything and negotiating the transport of my car. The driver he selected worked out very well. I recommend this service for anyone transporting a car to Florida.

I looked at the reviews of transport companies and chose eShip. It was a good experience especially the sales rep who helped me. He gave a very decent quote. He said later on that vehicles will not be available and I told him I will wait. And then he came back and he was able to get a car with that quote. And then the driver was very professional but he could have given us a good estimate as to when he will deliver. He came a day before the pickup time and we were not ready. Then he came the next day in the morning and picked the car up. He also delivered before the promised time. All in all, eShip is very professional and they get the timelines. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants.

I needed our vehicle to go from Stockheim down to Oklahoma because my wife was going to be flying down to our kid. eShip has high reviews. The quote came under so that was good. Mark from the sales team was good and he answered any of the questions I had. From pick up to delivery, it took seven days. eShip is a great company and I recommended it to some of my friends.

I had another company that was supposed to transport my vehicle. They did it five times before because I go back and forth to California every winter. This time, they didn’t do what they said they would do and they didn’t answer my questions the last time I called. They treated me like I’d never done this before. Two days before I left California, I didn’t have a ride for my vehicle. So, I went online, I saw eShip and I talked to the owner. On a Wednesday at a 5:45 in California, he found someone the next day and I just had to store my vehicle in our friend’s lot for the day and they picked it up Friday in California and I had it by the following Tuesday. So, they earned my business.

Craig helped me out so much when I was bind in shipping my car from San Antonio to New York over Memorial Day weekend. I didn't realize that it would be more difficult to ship a car over a holiday. Craig and the driver communicated really well and the car arrived safely earlier than expected.

I needed to ship the car I bought from Georgia to Illinois. I asked for a quote and got calls from a couple of companies. One was way lower than eShip's but the more I looked and the more quotes I got, I wasn't comfortable with a cheap one. Somebody from eShip called right away to ask if I was satisfied with their quote and whether I would want to move ahead or not. He wasn’t twisting my arm too much, but I gave in and went along with them.

I shipped my car using eShip upon the recommendation of my friend because he shipped his car as well. He had a great time with them and so did I. The rep was so nice and easy to talk to. All my questions have been answered through text or call. The driver was really good and he updated us when and where they are. I'm happy and I would definitely recommend eShip to my other friends who are also planning to move from New York to California.

I moved from Arkansas to New Jersey. I had a 2010 Honda Civic that I moved through eShip. I called up a lot of companies and they gave me a good rate. I saw at the ConsumerAffairs.com that eShip has good ratings and all. The free quote that eShip provided was reasonable. It wasn't the lowest quote but it was still on the lower side compared to others. They used to receive my call and lists down some of my inquiries. I called the carrier driver before he arrived at my place. He gave me a callback and said that he will arrive within an hour or so. Even when they were delivering in New Jersey, they gave me a call before arriving.

Very good service all around. Pickup was on time and delivery was actually a day early, which worked out great for me. Jasmine and Mark took care of my every need. The price was not the cheapest but I know you get what you pay for and this is my baby they handled. Thanks again.

I was buying a vehicle out of state and eShip have good reviews throughout the web. Also, the quote was pretty fair. I was aware that there’s a broker’s fee and I was a part of the entire transaction. That was very clearly explained when I went through the process and I didn’t have any major issues with transactions. There were some delays due to the nature of their transportation and where it was coming from but besides that, everything went pretty smoothly.

Very happy with the service. I had trouble getting the company we contracted with to contact me. A day before my scheduled move, I received a call from eShip. My vehicle was picked up the next day and was delivered a day earlier than expected. The total experience was stress-free and very easy. I've sent out request for quotes to different transporters and eShip had the best price. They weren’t way outlined but they were a little better than a couple of others and they responded quickly. I didn’t have to wait around for a response. They answered all my questions and the carrier driver did well. Everything turned out all right and I'd recommend eShip.

I had a great experience with eShip. I found them online and they were the best priced transport company so I went with them. They quoted me low but that was the ballpark and I knew that it was going to be bumped and it was. They raised it but all of the other companies do that. Their representatives were fine. I told them to bring the car to me and they got here when I got here.

I read on the internet not to take the high bid or the low bid and eShip was in the middle so I went with them. The quote given was fair and everything was pretty good with eShip's sales team. But I didn’t realize I was working with a broker out of Florida because they really don’t tell you. They just bid to deliver the truck to Crosslake, Minnesota. However they could not find a truck that would take it all the way here. I ended up giving my daughter’s address in Minneapolis and they found it very easy to find a truck to get it from Palm Spring to Minneapolis. So, I did work with them to make it easy or to get me a semi. But the original quote was up to Crosslake which would have been another 120 miles north.

NH to WA Car transport - The whole experience was positive. I had at least 25 different brokers reach out and quote to transport my car. I researched customer feedback on at least 10 of them. eShip was by far the best-rated service by customers. I felt comfortable with the contact person who was super helpful and not pushy. Great experience all around.

Communication excellent, delivered on time, they are the best and most important if you call them you get them! Mac Anthony is very professional and thorough in explaining the process step by step... look no further. This is your man! You can always us me as a reference... but this definitely is a company that will satisfy you... and reasonable priced.

I was relocating to a different state. I did some research, read some reviews online and found that everyone was happy with eShip, and so was my experience. All my questions were answered and didn't have an issue. Everything went well. Also, the vehicle came in one piece and that's all I needed. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I had my car transported from San Francisco to Michigan. It was a frictionless experience dealing with Maryann. Most of the friction came from the carrier, that arrived really late for the pickup around 11 PM, which had us worried because we had red-eye around 4 AM. All in all Maryann was responsive and very helpful and the car arrived on time (about 6 days) and without a blemish.

I dealt with Mary Ann through eShip. She was on top of getting my trucks a transporter right away. 2nd time I've went through eShip and would use again/recommend. Driver picked up trucks early and worked around my schedule, fast and reliable service.

eShip was recommended by a friend of ours. Everything worked out fine. The quote I got was good. I checked out a couple of prices and it was very fair. Their rep was able to answer my questions and walked me through the process and the carrier driver was great. It was a good service and I would use them again. I was doing a relocation, but I was disappointed with the first company I contacted. They didn't arrive when they were supposed to and they kept moving the date. But when I called eShip, they were able to handle me the same day. The next morning, they picked up the car and had it delivered. I had two vehicles shipped and their quote was a couple of $100 cheaper per car than the others and was consistent with what they actually charged me. The sales rep was very professional, understanding, respectful, and knew what he was doing. I needed somebody I could rely on and he assured me that he would get it done and he did. There's a car that my in-law wasn't using and we decided to ship it for my mom. We thought of shipping it because we didn't want to drive the car 23 hours from Jamestown to Florida. We communicated with eShip's sales team through text messages and it was fine for me. I liked it, rather than the back and forth phone call. Everything went smoothly. In terms of the delivery of the car, my husband said everything was perfect. The carrier driver came out a lot sooner than expected. That was a good thing. My only downfall was the price. It was a little higher than I expected to pay. My price range was not more than $600, but I ended up paying $750. Other than that, it was a great experience.

All around positive experience in a logistically challenged situation and time frame! I live on an Island & had to schedule ferry transport for the vehicle (2.25 Hr. travel time). And meet with the Transporter within a limited time frame, so to catch the last ferry back... With a very short lead time in scheduling the appointment to begin with. Mark and his team accepted the "Challenge", where many didn't return the call to discuss the project and were True Professionals!

Very communicative. A driver was scheduled very quickly and the transport was completed perfectly. Our vehicle arrived on the other side of the country quickly and without incident. Very happy with the transport. The one thing I did not realize, was that the recipient would need to pay the balance in cash rather than credit card. The driver waited until the cash was obtained, but it certainly would have been smoother if that had been pointed out.

I moved to another job and I didn't want to drive from California to South Carolina. The eShip terms were reasonable and they responded faster than the other companies. The quote was a little bit high but I was able to bog them down a little bit. The person I talked to was more upfront and he pointed out that auto shippers would offer a rate that will not be guaranteed because it depends on the transportation as a lot of them are independent. Also, they may offer one price but then it may not get here till forever, and I did find a lot of those people based on my research.

I bought a car online and had eShip ship it for me. They had a good rating and were a little bit less expensive, initially. The sales rep was very professional and quick. He initially gave me a quote and then the guy called and said that this wasn't a 100% guaranteed quote as he had not set up with the driver yet. He also assured me that it would only be around $20 to $50 difference. But, I finally ended up getting about $200 more than what he quoted me, which was a little frustrating. Then they hooked me up with the driver and I never heard back from him.

I had already spoken to another company and they gave me a quote. It was really inexpensive but then, as I've never done it before, they took advantage of me. My cousin was getting objects to another vehicle shipped to her residence from my uncle. She said, "Well, this guy says that you're getting screwed." So, I canceled and went with eShip. Their rep was upfront and personable and gave us a good deal. He was very truthful and everything that he said came true. It was awesome. The quote that they gave me was also great. The amount wasn't going to change when the driver got there. It was all on the up and up which I truly appreciated.

Very fast and cars were handled very well. Good value. Took less than five days to ship coast to coast. Driver contacted us to advise of status. Loading was fast. About 15 minutes for two cars. Would recommend to others looking to ship long distance.

We decided to ship a vehicle and were referred to eShip. They gave us a free quote then I spoke with someone to discuss the details and everything was good. The entire process only took a day and they did a really good job. They were very thorough and reliable.

I moved from Louisiana to Las Vegas, I did not want to put a lot of miles on my 2016 Kia Soul. I researched a lot of car transporters and I read reviews after reviews after reviews, but the bottom line is I had to decide on with one to use. The first transporter I choose was SHIP A CAR DIRECT. Although they were very nice, I could not reach the person who was assigned to my case. Every time I called I got his voice mail, whenever I emailed him he always emailed me back normally the next day. I put my order in with them for approximately 2 days and still no word, frustrated by not having that one on one phone contact and having to email and wait until the email was answered. Although there is a customer service number you can call for immediate assistant, but all they did was transfer me to the voice mail of the person I was working with. I was tired of being frustrated. That is when I decide to contact eSHIP.

My wife looked at eight or 10 companies and it boiled down to reviews and how the consumer fared, and consumers had no issues with eShip. We spoke with someone from eShip and it was fine. We’ve had one very slight bit of confusion though. They had two cars that were being picked up very close to each other in our neck of the woods. So, they called about the schedule but it turned out that was for the other person. But they caught it and corrected it within 15 minutes. The driver then was where needed to be and when he was going to be there. It was all handled professionally and we were very happy with it.

I needed the truck delivered to my son for the last minute and I had tried a couple of other companies. eShip was the only company that actually was able to find somebody and come right away. We had never shipped an auto before. I didn’t realize exactly how that worked and it's quite a business. But the guy walked me through it and he was really good and efficient. The quote was also fair compared to what some of the other companies were asking for. They gave me a window when they’d be here and they were here. The man that came was very polite, very efficient, and he delivered the truck exactly when he said he would. I will keep them on my list and use them again. I would not be hesitant to recommend them to somebody else either.

I was contacted very promptly by Mark ** who worked on My transport request. My car was delivered much faster than stated. Great service and communication by the driver. I received lower price quotes but Mark ** contacted me first and worked with my time constraints.

From my first call to the friendly, prompt delivery of my vehicle, eShip was the absolute best. They transported my Toyota Avalon from Florida to California for a fair price, quickly (five days coast to coast!). Maryanne, the customer service representative I worked with, was courteous, took the time to explain things well, was always available to answer questions, and was totally on top of things from the get-go. I can't recommend eShip highly enough.

It really was an easy experience. The only downside was the late pickup without any communication. The driver was quite late and was not answering his cell. But everything else turned out great. Because of the time of year I had to pay a premium, but the car was delivered right (Florida to Michigan) at the communicated time.

Transfer car from FL to MA - driver was excellent. Job was done very well. Car delivered in good condition. Timewise could be better but overall driver did good job so I am happy, happy. Happy got the car back. Thank you for my time.

I moved and so I needed to ship my vehicle. eShip was highly rated and less expensive so I chose them. While the quote I was given was a little more than I wanted to spend, it was right in the ballpark. Their carrier showed up at six in the morning so we were all sleepy. Other than that, eShip did a great job and I'm happy. They contacted me and kept me updated on what was going on. In the end, the truck got here safe and sound.

I was relocating from my company for a job transfer, so I needed an auto transport service, and eShip's pricing was fair. Their quote wasn't the lowest that I got but the young lady that I dealt with via email was very professional, and the way she represented the company made the difference for me. However, the only thing I was not really happy about was the fact that my truck came in late, so we were up at midnight trying to get it squared away and off the carrier. I had to get up next morning at 6 o'clock and go to work so I wasn't expecting to be out at midnight riding the truck. I thought that it would be during the day.

My daughter moved across the country. I did a little research and called a few people. Mark Anthony, the owner at eShip, was probably the most knowledgeable and helpful out of all the people that I spoke with and made me feel really comfortable and confident in choosing them. I did not have an issue at all with the delivery. Everyone is very polite and helpful. Sending your car cross-country is kind of a traumatic thing, but I felt at ease the whole time and comfortable with eShip. I knew it was gonna be done right. I have used them twice and there wasn't any damage to the vehicles.

I was out in California with my cousin. I was trying to ship a Volkswagen to South Carolina and I hired one company called Montway. On the other hand, my cousin was trying to ship a Toyota Corolla to Oregon. Montway and the company she signed up with had us low balled on the board and we were on a time constraint. My Pa passed away and we were out there burying him and trying to get all this business taken care of and never heard anything back. The company she had also charged her credit card even if they didn't do anything for her.

I was moving from NY to Florida and needed to have my car transported. I called a few transporters and received a quote from one of them but they would not guarantee the date I needed my car picked up. Then I called EShip and spoke to Maryann ** and she took the time to explain how it works and was very confident the date would not be a problem. She also quoted me a price which was actually $200 less than the other transporter. Maryann told me that as we got a little closer to the date that she would then give me the final details.

I did not have any issues with eShip. Considering my overall experience with them, I would recommend eShip to a friend.

I had a vehicle breakdown and we had to ship it from where it was to our location. I was satisfied with the quote that eShip gave. The carrier and the delivery were extremely professional and they were able to handle any complications. The vehicle was delivered on time. It worked out well and the experience was satisfactory.

I moved from California to Maryland. EShip was the first responder to my request and they had a really good price. The free quote they gave me was accurate and the reps were very available. They were extremely polite and professional. The woman who organized everything called me in a timely fashion to let me know about drop off and pickup of the vehicle. On the day of delivery, the driver was on-time, really nice and efficient. He was also very polite and kind. And the whole process was really quick. It took them four or five days to deliver my car and they were even a date early for delivery. I'm very happy with their service and I would recommend them to anyone. They were great and I'd use them again if I move.

A few weeks back, Delta had a whole bunch of airline flights cancelled including the one on the 7th of April we were booked on. I couldn't find anything for 5 or 6 days which would have really seriously cut down our time of vacation. We decided to drive our car down to Florida and I didn't want to drive it back because we got return airline tickets so, we shipped it back. We did a web search and we picked two but eShip was most responsive. The free quote I got was reasonable. It might have been a little higher than some others but quite frankly, they were much more on top of getting me final arrangements than the other company I was dealing with.

Have used eShip about 3 times and will always use eShip because their customer service and responsiveness are superb! Craig answers the phone no matter what time you call! The drivers/companies they contract with are also excellent. On time, in contact throughout the day of pick-up, etc. Very positive experiences.

Fast shipper. The car was shipped before we expected & got to us within the timeframe we wanted even though we made arrangements last minute. The driver answered his phone & text messages to report on his progress. This was a good car shipping experience.

Very quick service and the eShip and the Kwik Trans driver were great! It took less than a week to get the Camaro car from Texas and didn't take long to get it off the truck and into the driveway. Very courteous.

My husband picked up our vehicle after eight days. The driver was very accommodating because we were flying in on a certain day and he met us really close to the airport. It couldn’t have gone any better and the drivers were great. We’d definitely use eShip again.

Also, their sales reps were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. If one was not available then I got to speak to another one. Moreover, my interaction with their carrier was also good. They gave me information about the time that they'll come to pick the car up.The whole process only took about five days. I'd recommend eShip.

I had to get my car shipped from Maryland to Seattle. I made a call late in the evening and the rep from eShip answered. How quickly he picked up the call and got the whole thing done was amazing and that's why I chose him. He gave me a quote and it was very reasonable. It was very close to what the other companies were quoting so I accepted it. They picked up the car within hours of me placing the order and they said five to seven days but it was there in four. It was quick and easy. The driver got the car there in good shape. Overall, the guys were phenomenal. My experience with eShip has been superb and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The matter of cost or what I could figure from the reviews in terms of both quality, reliability and issues that were reported were the deciding factors. I received four quotes from different companies. eShip was in the middle of the pack but with all the other factors it became the top choice.

I was having a car transported and I didn’t want to drive it, so I hired a transport company. I got eShip off the computer, talked to several nice people over the phone and received an okay quote. Plus, the carrier driver was a nice fellow. I would recommend them.

When we were moving to another state, the transport company we chose promised to get the car shipped when I wanted it but they kept falling through and we finally gave up. eShip kept emailing my son-in-law and their persistence paid off. They had me set up the very next day. It was very quick, professional and awesome. We took a free quote and it was very reasonable. He didn’t call but the company sent me an email the night before and told me when and where to meet the driver to pick up the car. Everything was perfect. And our car went from Florida to California.

I was shipping my Dad’s old 1965 Mercedes from Seattle all the way across country down to me in Florida. I did a couple of bids online but there were always extras. So, I called my guy and he said that I can get cheaper quotes but I'm gonna get this or that. And the shipping guy told me to go with them and he’ll take care of it. One time I didn’t get to answer the phone, they called me right back in three minutes. The car came that day when she said it would. There were no surprises and problems and I was very happy. The entire process took about two and a half weeks. I really liked it and I would do it again.

The only thing was it took two weeks because we had snow storms, and the guy's truck broke down. I wasn't there on the day of the delivery because I had to leave. My son found through online an older sports car, which he couldn't find in our market area. We live in Arkansas and the seller was in Florida. My son then has to have the car shipped and he used eShip but the car got damaged when eShip was loading it up. Some of the pipes or the exhaust was damaged and he got in touch with the driver and they met. Instead of delivering the car to our home, eShip delivered it to the shop for repair. My son had to pay out of pocket and eShip assured him he would be reimbursed but it’s been three or four weeks and he wasn’t yet refunded. He called them two or three times and they kept telling him they have yet to make good on their promise to pay for the repair. If they damaged something, they should pay for it upfront instead of having to have their customer take care of it and they should try to chase down whoever is supposed to reimburse my son.

When I bought a car in another state, I got eShip to bring it over. Their rep, Mark, called and gave me some very good advice. I bought a car from Florida and had it shipped to my home in Ohio with eShip since they were down the road from where I bought it. I called the fellow and he gave me a quote. He was very professional, answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me. Then I called him back to schedule. The quote was more than fair. However, I was expecting the carrier driver to be here around 10:30 in the morning, but he didn't show up til 4:00 on the afternoon. I called in five or six times and he never answered the phone. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he pulled over and went to sleep because he got tired from driving all day and night the day before. He was, however, very polite. Our 2016 Jeep Cherokee was transported from Venice, FL to Howell, NJ. The car was picked up when promised and delivered when promised. There was no damage to the car. I looked around quite a bit and there were four companies that had good ratings and I read about them. Mark Anthony seemed like a pretty decent guy, so I went with eShip. He had planned on shipping my car, but we didn't. We talked about it, the amount and all that stuff and I was like, “Okay, good enough.” Then we had a couple of mix-ups. When they were calling to deliver the motorcycle, the lady said that they would deliver it day after tomorrow and that she already had a driver. I told her that they cannot do that as I was in Paducah, Kentucky and I sent them an email. It seemed to be a clerical error, but everything got okay in the end. I would recommend it.

I purchased a car in Minnesota and had it delivered to Massachusetts. I liked what eShip had to say on their website. They seemed very straightforward and upfront. So, I used them. The quote that they gave me was fair. They weren’t the lowest, but they weren’t the highest. I was one of the few problem children that they experienced. My vehicle was damaged in transit. Mark, the President, did a good job of communicating with the contractor and me. In the end, the contractor took care of the damage.

I was moving and eShip seemed a little bit more accurate on when they can deliver my car down here instead of giving a window of seven to ten days. They were able to give me a closer window which sounded better. Their quote was comparable to others too but it could’ve been less. The salespeople were fine and they answered the phone. The driver was a little late but he was fine as well. All in all, the whole process took a few days.

In choosing eShip, I studied comments from other people, the internet ratings which was a big thing, and the price. eShip was in the middle of the road and was not too cheap where I was worried. The other thing was the contract. Whoever set up the travel for the car was very accessible. eShip did a good job. They were quick to answer, responded to the concerns I had and were on time. But when I was looking for an email from the trucker to confirm a time and I didn’t get one, I got concerned. But it was all set up and they were very flexible. They wanted to come early but I told them it wasn’t convenient. They said it was fine and that they would come the next day. Also, the contractor that I worked with was very vivacious and accommodating with his voice. It's like the feeling where you talk to somebody and it’s as if you already know them. So it was a very positive experience.

We were relocating my nephew to Portland, Oregon and we didn't want him to drive because of the bad weather. My brother said eShip is a good one so I picked it. Everyone we worked with was very pleasant and nice even if it wasn't working out well. We had a little delay because we were having some bad weather initially. There was a delay in picking the car up but once it was picked up, it was quicker than it was supposed to be. We got the vehicle on the time that was originally said. There was also a little glitch and we had to change drivers but it all worked out the best. It turned out great and I was really happy overall.

E-ship Transport set themselves apart from their competition immediately. I shopped around for quotes online and started receiving calls from every broker stating they could p/u my vehicle within days at a fairly competitive rate. E-ship did not try the 'hard sell' method on me. Instead, the rep asked me questions about what service I truly needed and listened to my responses. She also took the time to explain the entire booking process and walked me through how to determine the freight rate. I was asked for my input on creating the rate and we settled on a reasonable rate that was agreeable. I had some flexibility and could wait on finding the right carrier at the right price - I could tell early on that I was working with the right broker because I was not immediately being pressured into hiring E-ship.

My daughter moved. She's in college and she needed her car now. So when we found that eShip was listed at the Better Business Bureau and that it had good reviews, we got them. But when we looked at the quote, it was expensive. Although it went somewhere a little in the middle. Everybody there was very nice and my daughter was very happy about their tracking service. I've had bad experiences with car transport before but the only problem with this one was that the driver didn't give us an advance warning of when he was gonna be here. He notified us when he was five minutes away which could've been bad, so it was a good thing we were here. The same thing happened on the other end in Philadelphia. But my daughter was expecting it over a couple of days so it wasn't as bad then. Also, he made it in the timeframe that we requested despite it being pretty tight. So I would use them again.

I was sending my daughter’s car up to her in college. I went with eShip according to the reviews. I ended up paying more than I really wanted to but they seemed more reputable than the others. Mary Ann, the lady I spoke to, was very helpful and kind. She said they’d be with me every step of the way and they weren’t really. She got me a carrier and said the carrier would contact me. She never gave me the name of who the transporter would be. All of the sudden, this man calls me Tuesday morning and says he’s going to be there so I said okay. And then he calls me at two in the afternoon and said he was 15 minutes away. I didn’t expect him within 5 hours.

Great service. My convertible was picked up and delivered in a timely and safe manner. The driver was courteous and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone and would use them again myself.

eShip had good ratings on ConsumerAffairs, so I called them. They gave me a quote and I compared it with other companies. Some other ones were lower but they didn't have any good ratings. So, I went with eShip. The drivers were good people. They talked to me, answered any questions I had, and they loaded the car up. Also, they were able to adjust the delivery date. When I booked through eShip, I told them specifically what day it needed to be delivered on but that wasn't the date that the shipper had. The shipper wanted to deliver it two days earlier and eShip said I couldn't do that. But then the shipper made adjustments and delivered it when I needed it. It took them two days to load it. All in all, they did a good job. They delivered when they were supposed to, and the car was in good shape.

eShip was very good and the driver was really nice, too. I was very pleased and really happy with the whole thing.

My husband and I drove from Tennessee to California and we were gonna be there a few months. We were gonna drive back home but he took ill and died in the hospital. I could not drive it back myself and I didn't want anybody else to drive it. My nephew told me to check into shipping and that's what I did. eShip was local to where I was and I pulled them up. The quote they gave me was okay. I figured it would cost about that much. Then, because my husband had just died, I couldn't deal with that a lot. I wanted things easy and it was very efficient and quick. I made one phone call and the guy set it up. They were very nice and everything went smoothly. They shipped the car back to Tennessee and I flew home. I was very happy.

I was moving from Atlanta to DC and based on ConsumerAffairs' reviews and customer service experience, I went with eShip. I reached out to them directly and their sales rep was great. He kept me up-to-date and was very helpful on the front end even before signing a contract to ship the car. Their driver was wonderful and he’s actually from this area. Overall, they were really great.

eShip gave me a quote that was a little high but I felt confident in it so I went with them. I was also impressed with the man whom I talked with. Mark was really, really good and I had no problems with him. The driver was okay but we didn't talk too much because he couldn't speak a word of English. Everything went real good and I was really shocked my vehicle got here so quick. They picked it up one day and I had it the next so I was really happy with them.
