    I had to bring my daughter's car home from college. I took advantage of eShip's free quote option and felt the quote I got was fair. I talked to eShip and the rep I spoke to seemed on top of things. However, I felt misled because while the rep gave me a quote, he came back and started quoting a little higher. He told me that what he offered was the best he could get right now. And so, the price ended up changing and I didn't have the energy to start over at that point. I thought the company I was speaking to was the driver. I didn't realize that he was only a middleman talking to a lot of different transporters. And so, that was misleading.

    Nevertheless, eShip did an amazing job. I spoke to one guy named Mark and he was really good. He was extremely professional and he answered the questions that I had. Furthermore, their carrier driver was very quick and organized. He told me where he was going to be and called when he said he was going to call. He said later on that vehicles will not be available and I told him I will wait. And then he came back and he was able to get a car with that quote. And then the driver was very professional but he could have given us a good estimate as to when he will deliver. He came a day before the pickup time and we were not ready.     I had another company that was supposed to transport my vehicle. They did it five times before because I go back and forth to California every winter. This time, they didn’t do what they said they would do and they didn’t answer my questions the last time I called. They treated me like I’d never done this before. Two days before I left California, I didn’t have a ride for my vehicle. So, I went online, I saw eShip and I talked to the owner. On a Wednesday at a 5:45 in California, he found someone the next day and I just had to store my vehicle in our friend’s lot for the day and they picked it up Friday in California and I had it by the following Tuesday. So, they earned my business.

    The rate that eShip charged commensurates with when I had done it before and it’s fine. He did exactly what he said he would do. Picked it up, got it to me in four days. I was impressed. I’m going back in November, so I’ll give them a heads up before I go. If anyone ever asked me how to ship a car, it would be the only one I would say to use. Definitely the best service I’ve had considering the situation.

    I needed to ship the car I bought from Georgia to Illinois. I asked for a quote and got calls from a couple of companies. One was way lower than eShip's but the more I looked and the more quotes I got, I wasn't comfortable with a cheap one. Somebody from eShip called right away to ask if I was satisfied with their quote and whether I would want to move ahead or not. He wasn’t twisting my arm too much, but I gave in and went along with them.

    The driver loaded the vehicle in South Georgia at 8:00 in the morning and I'm 60 miles northwest of Chicago. I was surprised he was here at 9:00 the next morning. I said he didn't sleep much and he said, "Not much." We unloaded and inspected the car, signed the paperwork and gave him his money. I paid him a thousand bucks and eShip $300, so that's $1300, which was on the high end. I paid a little more money hoping that I would get better service.

    The end price was the same with the initial quote that they gave. Another carrier quoted a total of $1000 to move it and I had another one that was down $700. There’s a big difference between $700 and $1300, but at $700, the driver is not gonna get very much, which makes you wonder what kind of service you could get. There's no guarantee on what kind of trailer they put the car on. They do not specify the specific type of trailer, whether it's enclosed or open. I have to pay more money for that, but as it turned out, it was great. With eShip, my car was inside an enclosed trailer. Everything worked as they said it would and that’s good.

    The whole process took a week because the car wasn't quite ready to ship when I gave eShip the order. The seller still had a couple of details to do before it was ready. I committed the car to the carrier and it was a matter of when it was ready. Once we told them what day it was ready to go, it was easy. This is the first car I’ve ever shipped, so it was a new experience for me.

    I moved from Arkansas to New Jersey. I had a 2010 Honda Civic that I moved through eShip. I called up a lot of companies and they gave me a good rate. I saw at the ConsumerAffairs.com that eShip has good ratings and all. The free quote that eShip provided was reasonable. It wasn't the lowest quote but it was still on the lower side compared to others. They used to receive my call and lists down some of my inquiries. I called the carrier driver before he arrived at my place. He gave me a callback and said that he will arrive within an hour or so. Even when they were delivering in New Jersey, they gave me a call before arriving.

    The vehicle got a bit dirty. It was an open carrier and at that time when we were moving, the weather was bad. It was raining all around the way. There was also this one thing that I'm not sure how that happened. One day, after I received my car, I noticed that one of the lights inside my car was on, so the battery got dead and I had to jump my car the next day. But I don't know who actually switched on that light inside. It may have been the driver since I'm sure I didn't switch on the light.

    They switched drivers. The initial driver who took my car in his truck, called me up in between and said that his truck got broken and somebody else will be delivering my car in some other truck. One of them may have switched on the light inside the car. Other than that, it was good and they delivered on time, which was the main thing I needed. I didn't want any delay. They delivered on the day they said they will deliver.

    I was buying a vehicle out of state and eShip have good reviews throughout the web. Also, the quote was pretty fair. I was aware that there’s a broker’s fee and I was a part of the entire transaction. That was very clearly explained when I went through the process and I didn’t have any major issues with transactions. There were some delays due to the nature of their transportation and where it was coming from but besides that, everything went pretty smoothly.

    The whole process was fairly quick. I did the reservation on a Saturday and I was helped immediately. Things got booked fairly quickly and by Tuesday, the vehicle was already on its way back. I was made aware that it was going to take a week to get here. But I have not received notifications throughout the transportation process, which I think would've been an added value. I’ve received only one email letting me know when or which date I could expect the car to arrive. I also received a call from the driver letting me know that he was one day earlier.

    It was fabulous because the car was scheduled to arrive on Monday and he was able to get here on Sunday. It was the weekend and it’s way easy for me to arrange the pick up as well. The driver was very courteous when he did the delivery and he was able to drive me through all the paperwork and some of the detail from when he actually picked up the car and all the specifics of the car if it had any damages or dings. There were no issues on that end and the car looked fine. It was dirty but I was made aware that the car was going to arrive dusty as suspected. It was a great experience and I will definitely choose them in the future if I go through something like that again.

    I read on the internet not to take the high bid or the low bid and eShip was in the middle so I went with them. The quote given was fair and everything was pretty good with eShip's sales team. But I didn’t realize I was working with a broker out of Florida because they really don’t tell you. They just bid to deliver the truck to Crosslake, Minnesota. However they could not find a truck that would take it all the way here. I ended up giving my daughter’s address in Minneapolis and they found it very easy to find a truck to get it from Palm Spring to Minneapolis. So, I did work with them to make it easy or to get me a semi. But the original quote was up to Crosslake which would have been another 120 miles north.

    I also moved another vehicle very recently and went direct to a trucking company, which is actually going to haul the truck. I enjoyed that experience much better. I don’t think eShip specializes in moving vehicles. But for a broker, understanding now and looking back on what they were trying to do, they did a really good job all in all.

    I moved to another job and I didn't want to drive from California to South Carolina. The eShip terms were reasonable and they responded faster than the other companies. The quote was a little bit high but I was able to bog them down a little bit. The person I talked to was more upfront and he pointed out that auto shippers would offer a rate that will not be guaranteed because it depends on the transportation as a lot of them are independent. Also, they may offer one price but then it may not get here till forever, and I did find a lot of those people based on my research.

    Their sales team was very reasonable, logical, and very frank, and they were able to help drop down the price. I had some other companies that they were much cheaper but did not have the assurance that my car will be delivered on time. But, eShip did promise and they were able to deliver it on time. The whole process took less than a week. and it even came a few days earlier than expected. The carrier driver called me a few hours before he arrived. He got stuck in Atlanta and then called me to say that he was gonna be late because of the traffic in Atlanta which is about three hours from here. Then half an hour before he got closer, he called me again. When he got here, he called me and was able to deliver it and check everything and then everything looks good.

    I bought a car online and had eShip ship it for me. They had a good rating and were a little bit less expensive, initially. The sales rep was very professional and quick. He initially gave me a quote and then the guy called and said that this wasn't a 100% guaranteed quote as he had not set up with the driver yet. He also assured me that it would only be around $20 to $50 difference. But, I finally ended up getting about $200 more than what he quoted me, which was a little frustrating. Then they hooked me up with the driver and I never heard back from him.

    The carrier driver was very good. He also gave me a heads up and I gave him a better place to drop the car off so it would be easier for him. He delivered it quite late at night which is fine with me 'cause I'm on the go a lot. The whole process took less than a week and the vehicle was in a great condition, though the driver had greasy hands so wherever he touched has greasy spots. But I got those cleaned up and the rest was in great shape. Overall, they were a good company, but I was little frustrated on the difference in price.

    I had already spoken to another company and they gave me a quote. It was really inexpensive but then, as I've never done it before, they took advantage of me. My cousin was getting objects to another vehicle shipped to her residence from my uncle. She said, "Well, this guy says that you're getting screwed." So, I canceled and went with eShip. Their rep was upfront and personable and gave us a good deal. He was very truthful and everything that he said came true. It was awesome. The quote that they gave me was also great. The amount wasn't going to change when the driver got there. It was all on the up and up which I truly appreciated.

    The rep was very helpful in sending me information on how to possibly get my money back from the other company and how to proceed from there. The people that he connected us with for the transport were professional and did a great job. The team there at eShip texted me to make sure that the pickup happened and that I was satisfied. They called me afterwards to make sure everything was okay, kept in touch with me to let me know when the driver was supposed to be there and all those good things. It was all very positive. It was a father and son team that came during delivery. They did what they needed to do and were on their way. They had a time deadline and they were on it and went for it. My husband was here and he said that it went smoothly when they dropped off the vehicle. They were happy to get their portion of the money that was on the delivery end and everything looked great. The car was in good condition.

    After the shipment of the vehicle, my cousin was very thrilled with the shipment of her vehicle to South Carolina. That went smoothly and worked out good for them. Recently I went back down to see about bringing back some belongings of my uncle. The rep was very upfront and said, "Well, we do have a team that does the household shipping and that kind of stuff." He told me the approximate amount of the service. I didn't have many things that I wanted to ship so he said, "It might not be worth your time and energy to do it this way."

    I moved from Louisiana to Las Vegas, I did not want to put a lot of miles on my 2016 Kia Soul. I researched a lot of car transporters and I read reviews after reviews after reviews, but the bottom line is I had to decide on with one to use. The first transporter I choose was SHIP A CAR DIRECT. Although they were very nice, I could not reach the person who was assigned to my case. Every time I called I got his voice mail, whenever I emailed him he always emailed me back normally the next day. I put my order in with them for approximately 2 days and still no word, frustrated by not having that one on one phone contact and having to email and wait until the email was answered. Although there is a customer service number you can call for immediate assistant, but all they did was transfer me to the voice mail of the person I was working with. I was tired of being frustrated. That is when I decide to contact eSHIP.

    eSHIP is the best. I first contact eSHIP on Thursday and spoke with Craig the owner. He was so polite and wanted me to have my car as soon as possible. While I was on the phone with him, he contacted his driver who was already on a route and he asked the driver if he would pick up my car. The driver said he would pick up my car the very next day. I was so happy I could not believe what I was hearing, within 20 minutes, if that long, Craig emailed me the carrier name and number. The carrier Pete, was in constant contact with me all the time. He called me every step of the way, he called to let me know when he was coming. He called to let me know how close he was, he called to let me know if his scheduled changed in any way. He called me to let me know what the weather was like, he called me and told me which state he was coming through.

    I was so excited, Craig the owner kept in contact asking me if there was anything I needed or if I had any concerns about anything. Jessica with the company also emailed me and we texted each other whenever I had a question. These people are the best, I promise you. You need to use this company. When you email them they will get back with you almost immediately, it's as if they are waiting by their computer waiting to respond immediately to your concern.     My wife looked at eight or 10 companies and it boiled down to reviews and how the consumer fared, and consumers had no issues with eShip. We spoke with someone from eShip and it was fine. We’ve had one very slight bit of confusion though. They had two cars that were being picked up very close to each other in our neck of the woods. So, they called about the schedule but it turned out that was for the other person. But they caught it and corrected it within 15 minutes. The driver then was where needed to be and when he was going to be there. It was all handled professionally and we were very happy with it.

    The driver was on time, went where he was supposed to be and handled it. He checked everything over and took pictures of the cars so we knew exactly the condition it left and the condition after it's received. He delivered it with my daughter when he was supposed to.     I was relocating from my company for a job transfer, so I needed an auto transport service, and eShip's pricing was fair. Their quote wasn't the lowest that I got but the young lady that I dealt with via email was very professional, and the way she represented the company made the difference for me. However, the only thing I was not really happy about was the fact that my truck came in late, so we were up at midnight trying to get it squared away and off the carrier. I had to get up next morning at 6 o'clock and go to work so I wasn't expecting to be out at midnight riding the truck. I thought that it would be during the day.

    That was the only thing that took me aback a little bit. Other than that, the driver was professional and very nice. My interactions with him were good and I have no complaints at all. The whole process took a little over a week from the time they picked it up until it left Northern California and got to Southern Texas. And quite frankly, if I needed to ship another vehicle and the circumstances were reversed and I was transferred across company, I wouldn't hesitate to use eShip again. It was a good experience in general.

    I was out in California with my cousin. I was trying to ship a Volkswagen to South Carolina and I hired one company called Montway. On the other hand, my cousin was trying to ship a Toyota Corolla to Oregon. Montway and the company she signed up with had us low balled on the board and we were on a time constraint.     I was moving from NY to Florida and needed to have my car transported. I called a few transporters and received a quote from one of them but they would not guarantee the date I needed my car picked up.     A few weeks back, Delta had a whole bunch of airline flights cancelled including the one on the 7th of April we were booked on. I couldn't find anything for 5 or 6 days which would have really seriously cut down our time of vacation. We decided to drive our car down to Florida and I didn't want to drive it back because we got return airline tickets so, we shipped it back. We did a web search and we picked two but eShip was most responsive. The free quote I got was reasonable.     It went well with their sales team and they were fairly honest with me. Then, when the driver picked it up, it was fine. He went to his report, we checked the car together and then he took off with it. They were back a little earlier than we anticipated and dropped it off a day early. I wasn't there to accept the car and they offered to wait if they had to but someone in my family did so those guys can go about their next job. If I were to be in a situation where I needed to use them again, I would certainly give them the opportunity to quote me a price.

    My father-in-law can no longer drive, so we’re delivering the vehicle to his son. I interviewed six different companies, looked at online reviews and talked to agents. The matter of cost or what I could figure from the reviews in terms of both quality, reliability and issues that were reported were the deciding factors. I received four quotes from different companies. eShip was in the middle of the pack but with all the other factors it became the top choice.

    A lot of other people started to add extra special fees for different things that you want to put there. But eShip did not. They told me upfront what the cost would be. I got ranges from some of the other companies who say that these are the fees but could vary by as much. eShip could tell me the date it's being picked up, many companies couldn’t. They’d give me a range with a week or two weeks. eShip also told me approximately when the car would be delivered and the other companies were open-ended about it. eShip not only gave me their numbers and contact information but of the driver.

    We had to make one change in the schedule. It’s very easy to contact the representative and the driver. It was outsourced to special shipping companies. And that person called me and told me about the issue and how to approach it. It did increase the cost slightly, but it was something we needed done. It worked out well and very effortless.

    After my first contact, I made the decision and from that point, the car was moved in four days and it went smoothly. I shipped it but then we had to pass it off to somebody else. I went through my brother-in-law and they called him to set up times but it was getting late in the afternoon and it was too dark. They called him the next morning, set up a time that’s convenient, called him on his cellphone, delivered it to his house. It was well done. He was very impressed. The whole process is very reasonable, streamlined and efficient.

    I wanted my vehicle in a closed container and I needed it shipped from Long Island. I tried about two other people but I wasn't sure about when they could do it or how they could do it. I read a lot of reviews of other people and eShip got a good satisfaction rating. They were diligent. I talked to them on the phone and everything they had said to me, they tracked them all the way through and I felt good about that. So, I ended up using them. A lot of it was based on the referrals and emails. They told me that they were going to get it today and they told me when I could expect it. The rep was amazing because he kept in constant contact with me about what was transpiring and everything else. He goes, "If you need anything, make sure to call me. I'm good anytime." He was really good.

    They had a guy who took my vehicle. He had it to me in Rochester within a day and a half and everything was good. However, the price was a little high from what I was given. Originally, it was $750 and then it went to $850 but I knew that the guy had to go out to Long Island. Also, I was adamant about having a closed container because I didn't want the car getting beat up. I wasn't disgruntled, 100 bucks is 100 bucks but it was all right. They did a great job. They never left me hanging on anything. Every time I called them for something the rep was there all the time. They were true to their word and everything went flawless in terms of getting the car.

    We were very pleased with eShip. We’re snowbirds, so we had driven the car down to Florida for the winter, but didn’t want to drive it back. One of my stepsons lives down in Florida and one of his friends, Greg, was one of the senior people at eShip. Other friends of my stepson had used Greg as well. The sales representative, Larry, followed up and I told him when I wanted the car moved. A transport driver contacted me and made arrangements for the day and time it was gonna be picked up. For the shipment, there was a problem with the original transport carrier, but they found me a secondary carrier and it worked out okay. They contacted the party that was gonna get it out there, so they knew what to expect or where they were gonna meet it. The whole process took about a week and a half.     We were moving to Kentucky from Arizona and shipped the wife’s car using eShip. We got a better price out of them than we did with a couple of other companies. Also, my daughter used them once before when she moved and was very happy with their service. So all added into it. The company was very helpful, friendly, and right on time.

    My wife called them and asked when they pick it up, arranged those dates, and they made it happen. I was there when the driver loaded the car up on his hauler and strapped it in. He was very helpful even if he talked really quickly. We got here at Kentucky on Sunday, the 26th of March, and we had arranged with him to deliver the car Monday, the 27th, which he did. He called before he came and got here within 45 minutes after the call. He unloaded the car, I paid him and everything was fine.

    The shipping process from beginning to end fitted our schedule really good and eShip seemed very honest. There's not a mark on the car. Everything is exactly the way we loaded it on the truck, and I'm very happy with the service. With everybody that we were dealing with, eShip was one of the very few that showed up and delivered on time, and without any issues whatsoever. It was a very pleasant experience overall. If I had to do it again, I'd probably call them again though hopefully, I don’t have to as this move is killing us because there's a lot of work.

    We were moving from California to Texas and needed to ship our vehicle. I did some research on auto transport companies and eShip had a really good rating and favorable reviews. I also liked the fact that there was recourse, and we weren't just out there on our own. So I got a quote from eShip, and then I told other companies. The quote of eShip was a little higher than that of some of the other companies. There was one company in Georgia that offered lower cost for their service. But then, companies that don't use brokers are not as high in their cost. However, I liked the fact that, with eShip, I could call the broker and the central place. And I really liked the lady rep that I talked to. She was very sweet and really helpful. She sealed the deal.

    The carrier driver was good, too. We have a Yukon XL and it's long, so he had some issues getting it on the truck, but he was very patient and made sure that he didn't scratch anything. In Texas, we're in a lake and it's very hilly. When we got here, the driver figured out how to get to our house with no problem. It was a good experience with eShip and I'd recommend them.

    I moved to California, but my car has no transmission and it needed to be fixed in there where I moved, so I had to ship it. I’ve dealt with other transport companies but it was just a lot of scams and lies. So it's really hard to find a good company and nobody was really straight with me. We're on different time zones but if she wasn't at work, she still answers her phone and any questions I had. She was great and I was happy with her. That sucks but it was pretty much the same everywhere. eShip was the only company that I didn't feel was lying to me, so I would definitely use it again.

    We are a couple of snow birds doing bi-coastal stay: 6 months in West Coast for winter, and 6 in the east coast for summer. I contacted several car shippers to ship my 2013 VW Passat from Phoenix to Brooklyn, NY while reviewing feedback from customers. I selected eShip as my broker to find a dependable and honest truck driver. As it turned out, the whole process from my initial contact to eShip (Craig) to the first leg of transportation to the arrival of the vehicle was well coordinated. The eShip quoted a higher price than most of other brokers but it allowed me to load 150 pounds of stuff in the car truck and in the back seat including a heavy golf bag, a computer printer, a large container of kitchenware and more.

    I paid the agreed upon price that includes everything (tax, tips and extra weight charges): nothing more, which gave me a peace of mind. The car arrived in the same great shape and I am very satisfied with this vendor, eShip and its associated trucking company folks. One lesson learned: Do not sound like a rush order, schedule at least 1 week in advance, that way you won't be charged extra for rush order; Do not load stuffs in the back seat (limit the weight under 50 lbs in the truck only, that way you will not be charged for extra weight). Finally the price of shipping a car from Arizona to New York ranges from $850 to $1,150 depending on the scheduling and the weight load. You cannot go wrong with eShip who was dependable, honest and professional about the process.

    My son found through online an older sports car, which he couldn't find in our market area. We live in Arkansas and the seller was in Florida. My son then has to have the car shipped and he used eShip but the car got damaged when eShip was loading it up. Some of the pipes or the exhaust was damaged and he got in touch with the driver and they met. Instead of delivering the car to our home, eShip delivered it to the shop for repair. My son had to pay out of pocket and eShip assured him he would be reimbursed but it’s been three or four weeks and he wasn’t yet refunded. He called them two or three times and they kept telling him they have yet to make good on their promise to pay for the repair. If they damaged something, they should pay for it upfront instead of having to have their customer take care of it and they should try to chase down whoever is supposed to reimburse my son.

    We bought a house in California and we wanted to move one of the cars there so we will have one when we go there in the winter months. We had a good experience when we shipped the car with eShip. However, they said that the car won't arrive there until some unknown day and if we want it right away or a certain number of days, I had to pay an additional $200. I was anxious to get my care there instead of renting it, so we paid that additional fee on the spot.

    Dealing with their sales team has been fairly good, but the pickup and delivery were not the best. There were two delays which were not programmed in when I gave my contract with eShip. The carrier driver was supposed to pick up the car before we left for California by air but I got a surprising call saying he cannot be there until that evening after we left. So we had to arrange for my neighbor to hand over the keys. Then the call came saying he cannot be there until the next day. I had already arrived in California and had to work out another delay. Other than that, the driver was very good. He contacted me a couple of times while he was moving from East to West and he delivered the car one day earlier than the date that was given to me.

    I purchased a car in Minnesota and had it delivered to Massachusetts. I liked what eShip had to say on their website. They seemed very straightforward and upfront. So, I used them. The quote that they gave me was fair. They weren’t the lowest, but they weren’t the highest. I was one of the few problem children that they experienced. My vehicle was damaged in transit. Mark, the President, did a good job of communicating with the contractor and me. In the end, the contractor took care of the damage.

    If I were to do it all over again, I would have hired a closed van to do the transport. That really has nothing to do with them. One comment was made after by somebody on Mark’s team. He said, “Gee, that’s a brand new car. Why didn’t it go on a van?” I would have welcomed that input at the beginning as opposed to the end. I just went by what was said on the website - “You don’t really need a van unless you get a Maserati coming across the country or something.” My car wasn’t a Maserati but it was new to me. Overall, eShip handled my situation very well. If I had to move a car again, and I pray I never do, I would definitely use Mark again. I would just change how I do it.

    My daughter moved. She's in college and she needed her car now. So when we found that eShip was listed at the Better Business Bureau and that it had good reviews, we got them. But when we looked at the quote, it was expensive. Although it went somewhere a little in the middle. Everybody there was very nice and my daughter was very happy about their tracking service. I've had bad experiences with car transport before but the only problem with this one was that the driver didn't give us an advance warning of when he was gonna be here.     I was sending my daughter’s car up to her in college. I went with eShip according to the reviews. I ended up paying more than I really wanted to but they seemed more reputable than the others. Mary Ann, the lady I spoke to, was very helpful and kind. She said they’d be with me every step of the way and they weren’t really. She got me a carrier and said the carrier would contact me. She never gave me the name of who the transporter would be. All of the sudden, this man calls me Tuesday morning and says he’s going to be there so I said okay. And then he calls me at two in the afternoon and said he was 15 minutes away. I didn’t expect him within 5 hours.

    So, this man shows up. His business name, Soto Auto Transport, was on his truck. He said, “I’m here to take your car.” What gave me any confidence at all was that his manifest and everything were all pre-printed, and it says he's done this at least 274 times before me. He was dressed like he had just come from working at an auto body shop so he had coveralls on and he was all greasy. His English wasn’t great, but he was very nice. I photographed him, his truck, and his license plate to make sure my car got where it got. I also photographed my car to make sure it showed up in the same condition that I left him. He asked why I wanted his picture, and I told him that my daughter’s going to be carrying $600 cash and I don’t want her to hand it to just any man in this city. Also, she needs to know who to expect. He then said okay.

    It was weird. They told me that the car wouldn’t be there until Sunday but the driver said it would be there by Friday. So, I called Mary Ann on Friday afternoon and she said, “Oh no, the car’s not supposed to be there ‘til the end of the week.” I said, “No. He said he’d be there today.” And she said, “What?” At that point, I was a little terrified but she called me right back. She goes, “You know, the GPS shows that he’s still in California.” I’m only four hours from the Oregon border, and I was thinking, “He’s still in California? It’s been like over two and a half days. But okay.” But he ended up where he was supposed to be earlier than we thought he’d get there. I texted the picture I took of him before he left to my daughter, and told her to hand him $600 cash.

    It seemed really strange handing somebody my car keys and waving goodbye to my car, but my car got where it was supposed to be a day earlier than we had even expected it to. It all ended well. My daughter met him, and she said that he was really nice and the car showed up in perfect condition. I would have liked it if eShip had told me the name of the company that was going to be transporting it. I wished I’d known that this man who showed up was legitimate. That was my only concern the whole time.

When I booked through eShip, I told them specifically what day it needed to be delivered on but that wasn't the date that the shipper had.     I purchased a vehicle on eBay. The vehicle was located in California and I decided that I would have it shipped instead of getting it myself or driving it back. I went to one of the more common or notable online shipping companies. After entering my information, the good experience I got back was mostly the responses of people that would talk bad about the competition. When that happens, it makes me think that maybe they're not as good either. Five minutes later, he said, "If you want to set it up, I've got somebody ready to go." He was so comfortable in doing the transaction.

    The driver who did the pickup was there an hour early. He made the pickup very easy to do. Then I got a phone call from Delta and the rep said, "Hey, I just want to let you know that they're in Texas and everything is good. They're still on the way. We want to know if you're willing to accept the delivery a day early." True enough, the car got here and it was just as beautiful as I saw it. The driver was very nice, polite, and friendly. He called me 24 hours before he was dropping my car off, and then he called me again an hour before he was dropping it off. It was exactly how you would hope a transaction like this would occur. He even had the gall to ask her to pay his tolls for him. That's too bad because until then I was so pleased that I was planning a huge tip.

    I didn't make a big deal about it but did tell eShip about it when they called and asked for my feedback. They assured me the carrier would no longer be used. I gave 5 stars because I felt eShip was a reputable company and received excellent customer service. Maryann couldn't have been better to work with and I would feel confident using eShip again. I just wish there were individual reviews for all the carriers that are used so we can decide who we want to trust with our vehicles.

    I vacationed in Texas and bought a new vehicle so I sent my old one down so I wouldn't I have to rent one while I was there. eShip's online reviews were the best that I could find so I went with them. The company that they picked to do the transport was really good and the quote that was given was pretty accurate. The only guy that I talked to kept in contact with me but missed a couple of interactions. They didn’t meet all of what they said they would do in terms of how fast they would ship. They delivered it a day after they thought they were going to, which was four days after we were told in the beginning it was going to be delivered. And it had to do with the fact that they had scheduled across Texas which was bigger than they expected it to be.

    But that really didn’t matter to me. It wasn't like I had a timeline. I was just sending the car to a location for my son to store it for me. But the best part of the transport was the local pickup. They were really nice. They then transferred to another truck driver that was going to Texas. And it was that truck driver that had to deal with the connections with my son and I. I was happy with the experience.

    I was happy with the service we received from eShip. I was moving a couple of states away in winter and there was more than one vehicle, so I needed to ship one of them.     I was relocated by my company and needed to ship my vehicle, so I looked at the reviews of eShip and it seemed like they have been in business for a while. They knew what they were doing and their warranty resembles for the value of my vehicle. They were also very quick on the ball with getting things back to me and had a pretty standardized protocol to go through, so I chose them. The transport went smoothly for the most part with the sales team. However, the final price was unknown to me. There was some discrepancy there. Also, when the driver picked up my vehicle, he did not speak any English and I don't speak any Russian, so it's very hard to communicate with him.

    I was also unhappy with what happened during the delivery. I was told last minute that they would be there on Monday. But because I called so late, they said Tuesday morning would be the earliest they could get there. So, Tuesday morning I waited, but I didn't hear back from them. And when I called eShip, the rep said, "The driver’s coming. He'll be there at 2:00 PM.” So, I waited and called the drivers. They said, "We're on our way to you right after this delivery."

    I waited and called around 4:30 and the driver said, "We're at this last drop off and then we're about 15 minutes from you." I told them, "No problem. I'll leave work now." I had to take an Uber and by the time I got back to my hotel, he informed me, "We put in the wrong address. So, it's gonna be two and half more hours for us to get there." They didn't get here until 8:00 PM on Tuesday night when it should have been at some point on Monday. So, that was a little frustrating on my part. And because it was so late at night, I couldn't see anything on the car. And I just had to take their word for it that the condition was the same that it was picked up in. It was really inconvenient.

    I live in Kentucky and I bought a vehicle off eBay in California. I had eShip transport it. I spoke to the owner of the company over the phone. He was very frank and honest. He told me that in one to three days he would have it scheduled for shipment and called me back later that afternoon. I was impressed that it wasn't even a full day and he already had someone set up to do the work.

    My vehicle had been picked up and had been in route for a couple of days. EShip's representative was very attentive when I called. I asked where my vehicle was and she very politely and efficiently let me know where it was at and when I could expect to be hearing from the driver. The driver was very professional. He called me when he got within 50 miles and he wanted to know what would be the safest route in. He was concerned about overhanging branches and such as that. So, I gave him the roads that I knew would cause him no issues whatsoever. I suggested a place to meet him in town. I told him, "It's got a very wide solid shoulder so that you can safely get off the road and unload the vehicle on the shoulder." And that's exactly what he did. He arrived very promptly and he had my vehicle off of the trailer when I arrived. He already had it off, ready to go.

    I don't typically do this kind of transactions. So, it was new to me but everything went really well. I was impressed top to bottom with this company and I've mentioned to a few of my friends what a great experience it was.
