Phone response was very good with eShip and transporter picked up and delivered a day early which was great. Little expensive on their broker fees but they did find me a pickup from Maine to WI which took 2 weeks to find. It is hard to find a trusting broker and I would say give them a shot, they did good by me!

We moved from Connecticut to Florida and the quote eShip gave was right on the money. The carrier driver was very good - very cordial, friendly, and nice. Everything was fine. The car came down in perfect condition without a scratch on it. It was a great experience. If I had to ship a car again, I would contact eShip first.

eShip promised my vehicle would be moved in a short amount of time when I had to get it to California. I expected to have the car shipped on a certain day but it was three days late from the time that they told me it was going to be picked up. I was told one carrier, and then I was told another carrier, and then finally, a third carrier ended up picking it up. They never got back with me and I kept having to call back and ask why I never got phone calls from the people that I was told was gonna pick it up. Nobody was calling me to explain so I was disappointed with the lack of support that I got.

After contracting with Stateway and then waiting one month past the first pick up date I needed the car moved quickly! I called Craig, he promised me a price to move within a few days, but the price was $150 more than Stateway. He moved it in 2 days, and I was happy to pay more for someone who keeps their promises. Don't ever ship with Stateway, talk to Craig every time.

My wife moved to Chicago so I shipped her vehicle on her behalf. We employed eShip's services because of its BBB accreditation and online reviews. The quote they gave me wasn't as I planned but it was just a one-off. There was some discrepancy on the pick-up time. The timings were not as flexible as they had told me before. So I had to adjust my timings according to that. I asked them to do the pick up at a day or two after my call, but they came to pick it up at some other time. They did not check up on me on my delivery. So I had to call them daily to check where my shipment was. Other than that, all things went fine.

I was moving from Washington State to Texas. I got a leased car and had to take it with me. I called three companies, and the fellow that I spoke with at eShip made me feel more confident. He was a good salesman. Their quote wasn't the lowest, but they were in the middle. I also checked them on Consumer Reports and they had a good rating there. The driver called me when he was in the area, and also when he was an hour out. They kept me informed every step of the way. They gave a call to tell me where the car was located, and even the timeframe, that it would be delivered between 6:00 and 9:00 and they were accurate. Excellent experience.

The quote that I got from eShip was good when I moved from California to Maryland. It was also cool with the carrier driver. They got here a lot quicker than I thought they would and there were no damages to the car. I’d recommend them.

I went with eShip when I moved because I got the best quote from them. I felt confident about it and it was on the average of $200 cheaper than the others. I was undecided as I was still comparing companies when I spoke to their customer service team and they were very helpful up to the point of picking up the vehicle so I was very happy with their customer service. The driver also arrived before the estimated arrival time and there were no issues at all. I would recommend eShip.

Awesome service. Daniel ** did an outstanding job with the shipping of a jeep that was going from Arizona to Philadelphia to my son at College. At first we had the vehicle scheduled for a Friday, but Wednesday evening we received a call asking if they can pick up the vehicle on Thursday instead. We were like... Heck Yeah... The Jeep got to my son as originally planned except they arrive early morning which he was in class and could not meet the driver. Then the driver called and said he would be there in 30 minutes and then 5 minutes later called again and said he wouldn't be there until 8:30 pm and at a different location.

My son doesn't have a very good review for eShip, and I also don't have one because I'm the one who has to pay for the extra charges. At delivery, they asked for $250 extra just to give him the car. They said it's because he had loaded some stuff in the car, and I saw that there were four boxes in the trunk and some guitars in the backseat. It would have been nice for them to express that at the beginning because my son did ask them if he can put some personal belongings in the trunk and backseat. They said there's no extra charge. However, when they came and picked the car up, they refused to load it and tried to get his grandmother to pay for the extra charge. His grandmother refused, so they did load the car but they wouldn't deliver it unless we give them $250, all in cash so it can't be tracked. My husband had to negotiate to get the charge down to $150 and that's the only way they would do it. It was basically extortion, but we’re used to this. It happens with every company.

I read good reviews about Mark ** on the internet. We moved my dad's 2004 GMC truck from OR to TN. All went without a hitch and the truck arrived last night. It has some oil from a car above it but that can't be avoided. Legends Transport from KY did a great job hauling it! Again, great service all the way around. Thanks again!

We relocated from NJ to FL and drove one car and used eShip to transport our other car. eShip sub-contracts and in our case the carrier was Born Again Trucking of New Jersey. Jessica called a few days after order placement to set a preliminary schedule. Preston, the driver, called me closer to the pick-up date to set up a firm schedule. He was running a bit late and called to keep me in the know.

My experience with eShip was great. They got good ratings online so we used them when we moved from Dallas to Washington State. Their quote was reasonable and their sales team was prompt and straightforward. The driver was excellent. He was meticulous and explained everything well. He also agreed to come earlier so that was nice. I would recommend eShip to anybody who needed a car shipped.

I had to ship my car from Chicago to Raleigh. Jonathan was very helpful, professional and ensured that I stayed in loop with the driver. He was always available to answer questions and address concerns. Great service!

eShip had good reviews for the most part compared to a lot of other places, and the trucking companies that they used had better reviews than the other carriers. The quote that they provided was pretty fair. It was a little squirly at first, but this one girl stayed on the backburner for me until we're ready and made a sale. The timeline would be so close. So when we sold the house, we were in a hotel, ready to go and within a few days she made it happen. So we only had to pack and stay in a hotel for a couple of days. The truck was in pretty good shape when it was delivered. They had a tight load but no real complaints. Overall, I'd recommend them.

Great company to ship a car with. Took a little longer than expected but price was not too high and not too low. Would recommend them again. Louis was great to work with and very friendly.

My daughters go to college and needed a car there. Though eShip's quote was a little high, my experience with their sales team was very good. Also, the driver who picked it up was great and my daughter had a very good experience at the other end, too.

I went through hell with another company for three months because their rep did not know what she was doing. Every document I provided with her, she claimed that she showed it to the customs agent and that nothing was pleasing to this supposed customs agent, who I didn’t even know if he existed or not. And then I called eShip and their rep was amazing. I called him on a Thursday, and he picked up my car from Florida on Friday and then I had it on Monday. It was good. eShip was fantastic.

I was moving so I needed to ship my car. I was then directed to eShip through American Van Lines who was moving my house. eShip gave me a free quote which was comparable to the others I’ve received. But I had some issues with SDM Transport, the carrier responsible for the transport. There were some damage to the car and it never got resolved. They wouldn’t claim any responsibility. That went back and forth quite a lot. We sent them pictures and because I didn’t point it out on the day of delivery but a few days later, they wouldn’t claim any responsibility and wouldn’t reimburse us for anything. That was a little disappointing. When I spoke to Jessica from eShip, she was helpful, but then the people from SDM Transport were not.

NY to FL - Raised price after initial estimate because I'm in a "blackout area" in NY. They should have know That initially but other than that things went okay. Actual shipper arrive for pickup 3 hours later than scheduled, and drop off about the same. Nice people and Daniel responded very quickly to my inquiries.

We were happy with the company shipping our car. The price was not cheap, but comparable to the other companies. Our car was delivered on the same day that was planned, but with a few hours delay which is understandable.

Dealing with shipping companies is very aggravating!!! I finally found eShip, Daniel was good to deal with and made it very easy. Our driver "Steve" was GREAT! Communication, attitude, and efficiency!

After a little dance on where, how and what time to meet, the car was loaded, the driver pleasant and friendly and the delivery set. The delivery was on time, the car as good as when it left and the driver once again pleasant, friendly and just a nice guy. I'd recommend eShip to anyone.

I bought a new car and needed it to be shipped. I went with eShip since they got back to me with a fair quote in a reasonable amount of time. The eShip team was very prompt and even though there was a delay, they handled it very well. The carrier driver called on the day of the delivery and spoke to my husband. Our experience was very straightforward and simple, and eShip's price is very fair.

I contacted 3 shipping companies to ship my 1988 Camaro from Michigan to Washington state. Craig sent me a fast quote and was the first to return my calls. We had many phone calls back and forth letting us know how this was progressing. Suffice to say, we were happy with eShip handling this move. This car is like brand new and is staying in the family so we wanted it handled correctly. It was.

I needed to ship my car from California to Minnesota. I thought eShip would be a higher class and more dependable company to deal with. Plus they had the 5-star rating from their customers who talked about their satisfaction. I had a couple of questions and talked to the broker. He was more than willing to help, got back to me and answered my questions. I hadn’t given them a solid address. I just said Maplewood, Minnesota and I had someone else drive me so that I could pick the vehicle up because I live about 140 miles north from the dropped off point. We called the driver and he said where they were. I told them to stay there. I got there and everything went smooth. We went over the car and everything was fine. It took about five days from pickup to delivery. If I end up moving another vehicle, I will use them again. Also, I've recommended them to a friend and he's gotten a vehicle from California back out here again.

Everything about the shipment went well. Arranging pick up and delivery was very easy. The drivers were very flexible on times and locations. We were adequately kept informed of the shipment's progress across the country. Overall, an excellent experience!

I was relocating for work so I searched for transport companies and read some reviews, and I ended up choosing eShip. The broker that I spoke with was very good, very thorough and very accommodating. The driver was great and was accommodating too. I had to change on drop-off locations and he was fine with that, and he updated me regularly on where he was and what time he would be able to drop the vehicle off. The price was not the best one, but for what I needed and the timeline, they're the most affordable and the most convenient. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d use them again.

A friend used eShip before and had a good experience with them so I used them too. Their sales team were responsive. When I had a question, they responded to it and they answered my phone calls too. Their carrier drivers were good, professional and easy to work with. The first delivery took four days while the second one took three days. Overall, they were easy to deal with and they got my cars here safely.

I was moving across country and I chose eShip because of the ease of using them, but they arranged for a broker. I had actually called another one first and they weren’t available, so then I went to eShip. The sales team was really responsive and professional. However, I had a little issue with delivery where it actually came a day early or days earlier than they were expected to, which was fine for me. Then there was an issue with payment and they weren’t supposed to deliver if they haven’t gotten paid. But we got it sorted out on that day and the driver was very nice and understanding. It felt a little dicey in the middle but everything worked out. Overall they’re very quick to respond, got the job done, and it was a competitive price. It's a great experience and if I was gonna do it again, I would use them again.

I decided I wanted to have my vehicle shipped back from South Carolina instead of driving it back. I went to a broker and he contacted me with eShip. My interaction with their sales team went smooth. I liked talking to them and it seemed like a great deal so I went with them. Their driver was very courteous. It took three days from the time he picked the car up till delivery. In fact, it was two days faster than I expected it to be. It was excellent service.

I needed my car in Honolulu to work on a 7 month project and it was less expensive to ship my current vehicle than rent a car or buy a new one in Honolulu. eShip was easy to work with. Their customer service is excellent and they keep you consistently informed of the status of your vehicle while in shipment. It would have helped a bit to receive a reminder that I had to pay the driver who delivered the car back in Sanford, FL. I had forgotten that I paid the drive for the first shipment.

They could find the driver for days and so I got worried. Eventually they did find him, when it was the delivery date. Everything has been fine. Would recommend having a track on the vehicle online instead of having to contact someone.

My son was transferring to a different area so I needed to ship the vehicle. I had another transport company that was scheduled and they were doing a terrible job and we were under a time frame. So I contacted eShip and the one I spoke to was amazing. She was super helpful and got the job out there right away and the car got picked up. There were several phone calls back and forth just to help with the scheduling. The carrier driver met us where he was supposed to on time and called us ahead of time. I wasn’t there for the delivery. We had somebody else pick up the car, and the driver contacted me just to let me know that the car has been delivered. It was an excellent experience. Everyone went above and beyond and did a very good job. My son will be coming back here in late May or early June. I would like to use them again to bring his car back.

We moved from Boston to North Carolina and I worked with Interstate Relocation Systems who moved my home goods. Since they don't do cars, I asked their sales guy to get me somebody who can transfer my car. He connected me to the team in eShip and then somebody called me, and I agreed to the terms. Their carrier driver was very good. At the time of collecting the car, he walked me around it and showed me whatever is there on the car. He called me one hour before arriving and after unloading the car, he again walked me around it and showed me exactly what it is. Overall, it was easy to deal with them, they came in time and there was no damage to the car. It has been an excellent service.

I recently used the services of eship.com to transport a vehicle from Florida to New Jersey. I was very satisfied with the service I received. They made a situation that I was not looking forward to - very easy and simple. The driver was wonderful! My car left Florida on a Monday and arrived in New Jersey on Wednesday. Would definitely use them again.

My son was returning to school in Tucson and I had just purchased a car for him in New York. He was either going to drive it across country or we're going to ship it but ultimately, we decided that shipping was the more efficient approach. So I did some research online and learned that the transport companies are just middlemen. They hook people up with drivers who run routes transporting vehicles cross country and I saw the positive feedback online from eShip and a few others. I reached out to three shipping companies but Tony from eShip was the first to respond to me, within 15 minutes of my initial email and it was late in the evening. We then spoke the next day and he seemed quite reasonable, competent and very helpful. He gave me a lot of useful tips in making my decision.

I used Eship 2x's to transport my mother's vehicle and Craig was so nice and professional. He contracted BJJ Transport and would recommend asking for Bob. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and even early, thank you! Once again, thank you Craig and Bob and will definitely refer anyone transporting a vehicle to you.

We were in San Francisco and our car broke down. We took it to the dealer and found out it had a cracked engine. We had to leave the car there and we had to come home. And then I had to either go back up or have it shipped, and it proved to be cheaper to ship the car home. It's a little hard to figure out who really is going to bring our car home, but it worked out really well.

They were willing to come to New Hampshire, but we had to work out where the drivers were willing to go, and I understood that. I also had to do this in a week’s time so this all happened very quickly. Normally, I would’ve taken much more time and done more research but it all worked out really well. Both times the guys were really cool and nice. They were excellent and I appreciate that they were willing to work with me. In a three-day span, we got the car shipped from an unusual location.

I'd been auto shipping and I've seen a few companies. When I thought of shipping my vehicle back to East Coast, I got the services of eShip. I happened to look at ConsumerAffairs, read some of eShip's reviews and how happy people were with this particular rep, so I got his number, gave him a call and told him that I'd like to move my vehicle within a time frame, and he said he could do it. The price was a little high though, but everything else was fine. Basically, he said he’d set up some driver and he came. The driver said that he'd be moving my vehicle and that it would get there safe. He came through fine by moving my vehicle within a specified time although they got there a couple of days late than what the driver told me it would be, but it's fine because they had storms and had a problem with their truck. Overall, my experience was good. My vehicle made it safe and I got what I was looking for, so I was satisfied.

I was moving from New York to Tampa. At first I had a deal with a different company, but then I decided to check their reviews and they had bad ones. Then I saw that eShip had very good reviews so I switched to them. Their sales rep was very responsible. He called me a couple of times. He was looking for a good deal for me even for a couple of weeks because I did have a lot of time and I found the reason why I continued to use eShip was because he was very professional and very trustworthy. The drivers were also very professional, excellent and efficient. I was very surprised that they drove that very big truck into the city even though I told them that I would have been okay moving the car to another place if it was safer, buy they said that was their job. If I had to move again I would choose exactly the same company. They took good care of my car and the people were friendly.

We were starting another office in Boulder and we had our representative there so we needed to send a vehicle very quickly so he can go around. I called the companies I've searched on the internet and the gentleman from eShip was very nice on the phone. I believed him and thought he was going to do a really a good job. I also spoke to the owner who was very nice and friendly which made a big impact on my decision-making. As soon as they found the driver the next day, it was done. My team dealt with their driver and he was very nice and friendly, too. I talked to them on Tuesday then on Friday, the vehicle was in Boulder. That was very quick.

On 8/22, I requested an online eShip quote. I received a quote and thorough phone follow-up from eShip customer service (Jonathan **) explaining the shipping process and insurance coverages. I subsequently signed the shipping contract on 8/22 and the vehicle was picked up by Bravo Express on 8/23. The vehicle arrived in Palo Alto, CA on Tuesday, 8/30. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition. I paid $295 for eShip broker services and $1100 for Bravo Express transport.

My experience with eShip was excellent and very professional. They gave me the best price for the quality. Due to a job change I needed to ship my vehicle from California. The sales team was friendly and gave me all the details. My car was delivered three days before my expected time. The carrier driver called on the day I will be coming, and they came and I picked up the car. Everything had run very smoothly and the entire process took five days.

I was moving cross-country and I needed to ship my vehicle. eShip seemed to be more honest about the charges so I went with them. I got online quotes from about half a dozen shippers and eShip was about 20% higher than all the others, which I thought was strange. So, I had a discussion with the sales representative of eShip and he explained it to me that the other shippers were listing basic transportation charges, but not the commission that the brokers were getting so they’re not listing everything in their quote. I was very satisfied with my interactions with the sales representative from eShip and he was very anxious to provide good service. Overall, everything went as expected, schedule-wise, and there were no surprises. There were no headaches during the pickup and delivery, which went very smoothly.

A relative had used eShip and loved them. I also used them on the way out to where I was a year earlier and had a great experience so I decided to go with them again to go back. The sales team was not as attentive as they were the first time. The first driver was amazing. He did everything. But now, the driver was a day late but I was never informed. I was waiting for him all day the first day. And then there was no communication on the other end on when he was going to get there. I had to stay on top of it and keep contacting their person. I had to go on to the website and contact her which was a lot of work. I contacted her before 10:00 PM and said, "Is he coming or not?" And she said, "Oh, I'll have to contact him in the morning. So, he's definitely not coming today if he's not there." So, I waited again a whole day for them to tell me the car was here. It disrupted my work schedule waiting for them all day, it was crazy.

This was the 3rd time I shipped my car with eShip Auto. Craig is always reliable. He answers the phone and makes sure my car is picked up and delivered on time without any surprises.

Our vehicle was outside of Bouckville in New York, where we lived part of the year, and I wanted it brought down to South Carolina, where we typically spend the winters. My wife did some research on transport companies on the internet and discovered eShip, put in a date, and got a quote. So, we decided to use eShip. The woman I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful, friendly, seemed willing to do almost anything, and said we could call her at any time. So, that was good.

I will be very honest, I was very nervous about my mother's 2009 Civic being shipped from Cleveland to my home in Los Angeles. My mother passed away in April 2016 and this was her last car. It means a great deal to me. After reading so many horrible stories about people who have shipped cars across country I was prepared for the worst.

Speaking with Anthony was a wonderful experience, and he was very helpful that's why I chose to go with eShip. Plus, he was very attentive to all of my questions. Working with him was easier for me to text message because I was at work and he was text messaging back and forth with me to make sure everything was handled on the day of delivery. I had some questions, and he answered all of my phone calls immediately, handled everything very professionally, and did a wonderful job. Furthermore, I gave him a budget and he came in well under the budget that we needed, so he did a great job. The shipping took about a week and a half. I had never shipped anything before, and was given amazing service. Everybody that I dealt with was fantastic.

We moved out of state and the moving company had recommended eShip. The quote they gave was good and seemed to be about right or in line with everybody else. I moved twice last year and there was a bit of a panic when I moved from Texas to Arizona that July. The movers said they were gonna set up or give us a call and they didn't. So on moving day, nobody was there and it was like, "What in the world went wrong?" "Oh, well, we missed that one". There wasn't much of a sales team but it was more of a "This is their backup guy and their guy who could get out there and get it the next day". The process took about eight days. Even so, it was good with these guys.

We were moving cross-country in an RV that we drove and we shipped our other two vehicles. I talked to Craig who was helpful. He answered any question I had and was quick to responding to any of them. My cars looked fairly clean when they arrived as compared to what happened earlier this year when we shipped them to the Northwest. The cars were filthy. With eShip, our cars weren't hurt. I had a cooler in the back of my van and the things had been tossed around. But, other than that, there was no damage to the vehicles in any way. I had a good experience, and I would recommend them.

I used eShip to ship a vehicle for my son who was going away to college. It was easy to get a quote from them and the quote was very good. I dealt with a sales representative named Craig and he was great to work with. He followed up right away with a phone call as well and he switched the drivers because the original one was going to take about five days. Another driver came along and said they could do it in about three days. Then he called me back and he said, "Okay, I got a better deal for you." It worked and he did everything we needed him to do.

I was giving my vehicle to my sister-in-law so I needed to ship it. I looked at all the blogs and eShip got great, positive reviews for being on time, professional and communicative. I put in my information and they came back with a quote within a day. But I didn't execute for about three months. When I called them back, they still honored the quote. I wanted to send the car from the Bay area to the outskirts of Albuquerque and the sales rep gave me the price and they divided the fee between him and the shipper.

So, I called eShip and they happened to be available. They sent me a quote after I submitted a request on the internet. When I called them, the one who helped me ship the car explained everything to me. He was very patient and our communication was very good. The whole process was really fast as it only took 2 days from beginning to end. The whole experience was perfect, so I will choose eShip again the next time I need to ship a vehicle.

No other company that I have worked with in this entire moving process has done as well as he has, and I definitely plan to use his services again!

I have nothing but good things to say about eShip. I was doubtful at first but we negotiated a price and they stuck to it. You couldn't ask for anything better. They were in touch with me constantly the entire time from the broker to the driver, who was courteous. You could have set your watch by the time that they said they were gonna be there. My car arrived in the same condition it left - it was immaculate. I would highly recommend them in the future to anyone who will be shipping a car.

I needed to pick up two cars in New Mexico and bring them over here in Louisiana. I used eShip and I talked with a sales rep named Anthony. I called him a couple of times and he called me back a couple of times as well. We signed up with their service and they delivered the vehicles. The carrier driver was early while other people I've used have usually been late. It was an awesome experience. They're good people and I would recommend them.

I had a really good experience with eShip. Their sales team were very courteous. They made sure which date I want to have my vehicle arrive, and very detailed explanation, very clean cut. The carrier driver was very, very kind because he made sure we agreed with pre-condition and post-condition. I was able to look at my car, saw it loaded and unloaded. Fortunately, I was having the same driver who picked up my car and the same guy dropped my car so there's no miscommunication whatsoever. He made sure he called before and after. And he also made the call before he arrived in the destination, so I was able to ready for him.

I needed to move my vehicle from one state to the other so I did some research and I thought eShip had a credible business plan. The carrier driver was very nice and everything was fine. However, it would be better for customers if there was a specific ETA because we just waited until we got a phone call. I had to call back to find out when eShip will arrive. Also, the driver wasn’t confident that he could navigate through a regular neighborhood with regular-sized streets to pick up the car so I had to drive ten minutes to a truck stop to deliver the car. But the very next day, I received a brand new car in front of my house on a bigger trailer. We have moving trucks going through our streets that are as big as that.

I originally booked with Ship a Car but they never did anything for about a week or more. I was desperate and I just had two more days to finish. So I checked on the internet, found eShip and gave them a call. The person who answered pretty much understood the entire thing and laid down what can be done and what is the impact to me and also said how the whole thing works. When I went with them, they followed up and committed to serve us within the date. He picked up on a Thursday night, and it was in Delaware on a Saturday morning. I couldn't ask for more. Roman, the truck driver, was very professional. He inspected everything properly, did all the paperwork, and brought it exactly the same way he picked it up. He was on the dot. The quickness and quality of service both in the follow up as with being constantly in communication was fantastic. That’s the part that I would go again for.

We planned on going with another carrier but they were not responsive to us or to our needs. Then we called Craig with eShip and he handled it within a matter of hours. The day that they were originally supposed to pick up, the driver called and asked if we could delay it a day because he was stuck in traffic and wasn't sure he was going to make it to our place because they were in Seattle and it was a hassle. So we agreed and they were going to pick it up the next morning. It was way late in the afternoon and I had to call Craig to have them call me and tell me if have they picked up the vehicles and were they on the way because we had already left. So it was a little nerve-racking but Craig followed through and everything was fine.

I got their free quote option and I felt good about the quote they gave me. We had a wonderful experience. Everything went really well. It was a nice, seamless process. I'll be using them again if I need to.

I got the quote online from eShip and it was very fair and pretty in line with the other transport companies. But ultimately, I chose eShip because they were quick to respond and gave complete answers when I had questions and I wasn’t made to feel like I was bothering anybody. The driver was also very professional and understanding. I needed him to wait for about half an hour and he wasn’t agitated with that at all. He was really personable and accommodating. It was a good experience working with eShip and I will definitely be using them again when I have something else I need to ship and I already recommended them to somebody else.

Their sales team did not contact me at all prior to the pickup, leading up to and including the day of scheduled pickup. When I did contact them they told me that they were working on it and they would get back to me. They did not follow up at all after they said they would on the day of scheduled transport. So I decided to look elsewhere because it was very time-intensive for me to move the vehicle.

I know how the auto shipping business works and the quote is irrelevant if we can’t get anybody to come and move it for that price. eShip was mostly responsive and I assumed we'd have to discuss it further if no bids came in. And sure enough, we actually had to raise the bid a bit to get a driver to come to Albuquerque.

They said it was more expensive because of the time of the year but it was only three weeks later when they gave me the quote. I read on Consumer Reports and there were a couple that were rated highly, including theirs, so I sent out some requests for quotes and I liked the quote that they gave. I also liked their customer service. They were helpful without being too pushy. Their driver also did a very good job, though it seemed a little scary watching him load my car on. There was a bit of revving engine but it got on. I wasn’t present when they unloaded it because we were still in Maryland then, so my brother-in-law took possession on my behalf. The car arrived and runs fine.

Everybody else was making promises that seemed too good to be true. I got a free quote online from eShip, and there were a couple of cars that were in different locations that I got quotes on. By the end of it, I was just texting their representative who was really great. I then met the carrier driver at Walmart. He got the car unloaded and off we went. EShip's price was a couple of hundred dollars more than I thought I should've paid, but I decided that was fine to get the car here reliably and on-time.

eShip's free quote was competitive. Their reps came at the appointed time and took the vehicle, then dropped it at the appointed place at the right time. We talked with the driver a little bit, and he inspected the vehicle and off he went. It took about 14 days and was generally a quite pleasant experience.

I was moving and got eShip to transport my vehicles, mostly due to Consumer Reports. I called about two months in advance and booked everything with them. They gave me a free quote for two cars and a motorcycle. It was pretty good with the sales rep for the most part, but he seems a little hairy rather than busy. They were going to pick up everything on Friday, but on late Wednesday or so, I got a call saying that they couldn't find anybody to take the motorcycle. So the quote was not as accurate because the pricing changed after the motorcycle didn't go with the other vehicles.

On the day of delivery, I talked to the driver over the phone and it was a very positive experience. Only the second time I've ever shipped a car and it was far better than the first time. The car arrived in good shape and everything was as good as one would hope, on time and as promised. I was very happy with eShip.

The rep was very honest. He told me what would happen, that the car would be picked up and dropped off at a certain time, and how much I had to pay. Everything he told me was true. I felt I got a fair quote but the biggest problem I had was the sales team told me I would be able to pay upon delivery with a credit card which was not the case. I shipped two vehicles through them. I had to go and pick up the one vehicle myself because the carrier couldn't deliver it to my location, but the other one was delivered fine without problems. All in all, we were satisfied.

We were moving from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Portland, Oregon. I saw that eShip had a high rating on ConsumerAffairs and overall online reviews were good and the price was competitive. The quote I was given was good and accurate. I got it within 12 hours of logging and it's what I ended up paying. The sales rep was helpful and stayed in close communication with me. There was a misunderstanding over the date that we wanted it shipped which wasn’t a huge problem. We just had to cancel the early shipment and get everything straightened out.

I thought eShip was a good company so that's why I chose them. eShip quoted me at a lower price however at the last day when it was so close for my car to ship, they increased the price. I didn't like that. They should charge me the same amount that they quoted me in the beginning. Then the driver brought the vehicle a little bit late – the following day of the day we were supposed to meet. The experience was not that great overall, but it was okay.

I contacted Craig at 8:50 PM (EDT) expecting the call to go to voice mail for the next day, but was surprised to actually talk with him right then. Explained that we needed to ship my Uncle's (who had just passed away, and that there were no one who could drive the car to a pickup point.) 2003 Toyota Corolla from Middletown, NY to my daughter in Port Aransas, TX, oh and I was located in Seattle, WA. Craig understood the delicateness of the situation, and took charge. Craig explained that it could take up to 5 days for the pickup to occur, as they matched the Pickup and Delivery with a load going that way. In just more than 40 hours, the driver contacted us for picking the Corolla in an hour. That allowed us time to have family members assist the driver to get on the best possible route to pickup the Corolla, and for ease of getting back on the main roads.

We were moving so I looked into different agencies and eShip was the first one that replied to me and was able to work with me. They answered my phone calls when I called and called me back without waiting weeks in order to get any kind of information when moving across the country. Some companies just want business and this is the only company that I felt mentally secure about. They were amazing, respectful and prompt almost to the point where they’re over explaining things because they wanted to make sure that I was comfortable shipping. Shipping two vehicles is like shipping 70 grand.

The delivery team gave me a call an hour before arrival at supposed pickup and destination so we can meet them and organize, and load and unload properly which was very nice. They picked it up on a Friday and delivered it here Monday morning. They got it across the country so fast. Overall, it was an excellent, well-communicated and professional service.

I purchased a vehicle from Texas and needed to ship it to New York. I called eShip and they gave me a very competitive quote over the phone. One of the sales team members named Greg was very helpful every time I called them. There was a miscommunication between exactly when the vehicle would be arriving and when it actually arrived. There was a little bit of back and forth telephone play over the course of a few days and the dates for delivery were changing here and there. Everybody else was calling the dispatchers and trying to contact them if they're on the road and whatnot.

My son wanted a vehicle for college so we gave him ours. eShip had very good, consistently the best, reviews online and didn’t have any negative ones that said the car was late or it was left unattended for a few days so that’s why I decided to go with them. So instead of a small town in Arizona, I picked the car up in Phoenix, which it was a little bit less expensive. The sales rep was prompt and was very much on top of things. I called him on Thursday and the next day, he found a driver and put us immediately in touch and followed up with emails. He was very responsive and competent. Everything went smoothly. The whole process only took 9 days which I thought was very fast. I would use eShip again. They were really good, responsible and did what they said.

He called me 12 hours before he arrived and then when he was thirty minutes out. His arrival time was within 15 minutes of expected. I will most definitely use eShip again. Thanks to all involved.

My son was graduating from college and I needed to ship a vehicle from Florida to California so that he would have something to travel there. A friend who uses eShip recommended it me. The sales team was nice, very cooperative and informative. I had no issues. The carrier was very accommodating. He couldn't fit the truck in my neighborhood so he found a nice crossroad and I met him there with the vehicle. It worked out great because he knew exactly what his limitations were and I was able to work around. When the vehicle got transferred to my son, there wasn't any issues that he mentioned. I would definitely recommend eShip. Reliable and great experience. Everything went without a hitch.

My experience with eShip was outstanding. I called on Tuesday to ship my car to California which I wanted delivered by the following week Friday. This meant that the car had to be picked up promptly to make the delivery. Car pick up was arranged for Thursday. The driver contacted me, came and picked up the car as promised. The following week on Thursday night the car was delivered. I wanted it delivered on Friday but obviously, there has to be some adjustments. Everything cannot be controlled. Overall I am very happy with the service. My car reached safe and sound and in a timely fashion. I would recommend eShip to anybody looking.

The person who I talked to at eShip was very knowledgeable and kind. Their quote was also in the right range. Craig who is the middle man, and the driver were both extremely kind. Their service was very outstanding. Craig was very helpful and answered a lot of questions that I had. I told the driver through Craig that I won't be arriving by plane early on Monday morning and the driver planned to be there on Monday, but he got there even earlier. It was hard because I really had no contacts and the driver had to wait. Also, I was not familiar with the area. It was hard for us both to pick a place to drop the vehicle off but the delivery worked out perfectly fine. I had a great experience with eShip. They're a reliable company.

Our experience wasn't great. Our vehicle was supposed to ship on a Monday morning between 8 and noon. We talked with eShip the previous Friday and were assured everything was on track for the carrier to pick up the vehicle. Monday morning around 9, we hadn't heard anything from the carrier or eShip, so we called the carrier just to make sure he was still going to be there on time (by noon). At that time, the carrier told us they had us on their schedule for Tuesday, not Monday. We called eShip to report the discrepancy. They agreed that the vehicle was indeed supposed to be picked up on Monday between 8 - noon. They said they would call the carrier and find out what happened.

I called the first number given for eShip which was 8889972753. Mark ** was very unprofessional, rude, and lacking in competency. I did not have the zip code readily available for the shipping destination and he said he was unable to look it up unless I could or he'd have to guess. He has severely poor social skills and customer service. He is a stain on the company.

We did a cross-country vehicle transfer through eShip. The sales representative was always there and answered my calls. I never had to wait for a callback. I started scheduling about three weeks prior to the actual pick up date. The vehicle was picked up on a Saturday night in Las Vegas and was delivered to New Buffalo in Michigan on a Monday morning. The experience with eShip was very positive. Everything went very smooth with no problems.

I needed to ship my vehicle from Ohio to Florida and eShip was recommended by the company I was with. Their sales reps were friendly and answered all my questions. eShip was quick, efficient and the entire process took two days.

He really cared as far as making sure the car got there in one piece. I live in a very heavily treed area and he wouldn't come immediately in this area. He went to the shopping center because he didn't want the car to get scratched off from the trees. He called my son a half a day before to say it was going to be delivered there. The process took seven days and everything went like clockwork, so it was great. They were great to work with and if I need to work with something like that in the future, I'd give them a call.

I purchased a collector car in Florida and I have it shipped to Washington. I used eShip because of their price and the response time. They gave me a good quote. The eShip sales rep was very attentive. He called to make sure everything was in line, and then, he gave me an ETA for the car. The driver had difficulty finding the house, and the gentleman provided my contact information to the driver so that we're able to connect. The street I live on has different segments. He was confused in trying to figure out where I live, but I was able to meet him at a local truck stop and then guided him in personally. All in all, the customer service is good. They are very professional and efficient with good communication. I would consider using them again if I'd buy another car from across the country and want it delivered.

I want to thank Craig and his driver for their excellent service of my vehicles transported from California to Florida. I was online at 3:00 am after being stood up from another transport company. Craig responded right away and had my cars picked up a day later. I was very impressed with the 4 day delivery and my vehicles were in the same shape when I received them as they were before they were loaded on the truck. Craig you rock!!!

Since I was moving from Las Vegas to Kentucky, I needed to ship my car, and I went with eShip due to the reviews that they had. They gave me a good quote. They picked the car up on a Wednesday and delivered it on a Saturday. Mark, one of the sales team, was always responsive, so it was good. They're very responsive, which is very important when you're moving cross-country. Great overall service!

I had an accurate experience and fewer hassles with eShip. Because of a relocation, I contacted them to ship my car. I was given a pretty competitive quote, and the sales team were precise, so there are not many follow-ups. The driver is really helpful and he was able to deliver on time. Overall, the process took four days from beginning to end. I'm happy and I'm a satisfied customer, so I would like to recommend it for future travels and to my friends as well.

When my daughter was separated from the military, we had to find someone fast that could move her vehicle from California to South Carolina. In all honesty I didn't know what to expect, so I honestly was apprehensive. From the start, everyone that I spoke with was professional, pleasant and answered every question I had. I moved to Montana and needed somebody to bring my vehicle here. My daughter had researched a lot of companies, but the David and Goliath moving company recommended this eShip. We called and hired them, then they came and got the car. They were on time and everything was wonderful. The signing was on April 8th and they were coming on the 9th or 10th to pick up the vehicle, which they did. They arrived here in Montana on the 12th or 13th, so it was very, very quick and they were very good. Overall, my experience with them was fantastic. They arrived here at the destination on time and were polite. I was impressed and I wish that the moving company had been the same because I didn't get my things until two days after I'm here.
