Mark ** was very helpful and explained the process to us. We initially had another company who failed to find a driver; due to their low fees we were at the bottom of the grid. Mark explained that in order to expedite the transport, we needed to increase our fee. He followed through on every step of the process and found a driver within two days.

I moved a vehicle off to a relative in the west coast and used eShip based on the referrals I got. The person I spoke with was exemplary and he got back to me on a number of occasions to make sure that everything went smoothly. Then, I had him meet me in a park and ride. We made the phone calls back and forth and there was no time lapse whatsoever. I would definitely use them again and tell everybody especially from here, so many people are moving vehicles.

I was heading back to Florida from New Hampshire and I didn’t want to drive the vehicle down, so I wanted to have it transported instead and eShip was the only one that could come up with a driver within my timeframe since I had a limited time window to find a driver and have them pick it up before I leave because I had no one to oversee getting the vehicle to them and make it sure they got it on the truck. Their quote was a little higher than some of the other ones, but given the fact that they were able to pick up the vehicle, I felt it was worth it. However, the quote was originally given to be picked up right where I live up in New Hampton, New Hampshire but I ended up driving it down to Hooksett, New Hampshire, and I still had to pay the same amount, which was crazy but that’s how it was. The vehicle was shipped a couple of weeks ago and it took six days to deliver but I think it was very reasonable. So far, I'm satisfied and I would use them again.

I had my car shipped so that I could just take a plane. Using eShip had a lot to do with their reputation and because its important to make sure that your car shows up in a same condition as when you left it with them. Price was a little bit more expensive, but to me it was kind of like insurance to make sure that my car was good.

My daughter had the vehicle over the summer in Washington DC for an internship there. She flew home and we had it transported home to California through eShip. I had used them to ship the car out there in the spring and I had a good experience so I used them again. I never realized it was a special bargain or deal not to charge me to get a quote and the quote that I was given was good and fair. I compared it to several others in the spring and theirs was right in the ballpark. I did not get other quotes this time because their price was essentially the same as it was in the spring so I didn’t feel it necessary. Maryanne, their sales rep, was very good. I’d give her A-plusses in every regard and that’s why I repeated our business with her. On the other hand, the carrier driver was very nice and friendly. So far, our experience has been nice and I would use them again.

Mark ** made an amazing effort To Find a driver who would pick up our vehicle in Durango, CO and deliver it in Virginia. When there was no driver who wished to pick up in Durango, Mark worked with me for a pickup in Denver. The timing of the pickup and delivery was exactly on schedule with good schedule updates.

I was moving from South Carolina to Washington and the ratings suggest that eShip was the better choice. Their sales team was very good and their driver was good too. They got the car here in a week and a half but I thought it was going to be sooner. Overall, it was a good service and they got the car here safely. But I don’t like the fact that the price from the original quote went up.

The driver kept in touch throughout the route from New Hampshire to Seattle to arrange the day and time... as I had to meet him in the Tulalip Casino parking lot to pick up the car... It's been roughly two months now since I moved my vehicle through eShip. Everybody was good, they're awesome. The carrier driver was great and the process was quick which took a week to ship it. Everything was done as expected and on time. I'd recommend someone to use it.

About a month ago, I needed a vehicle I bought shipped from San Diego to Massachusetts. When I Googled, some of the reviews I saw on eShip were good. Their price was about the same as everybody else's -- within $100. I didn't agonize over it because I find the rating to be at least as important as price. There was a time that I had a trouble reaching the lady from the sales team a couple of days. She handled everything and she apparently worked 24/7 and is on call. But she got back to me and there was no real problem. The driver was fine and business-like and he managed the get past his lack of English. Overall, I was satisfied.

The driver was really good and they shipped the car within two days. eShip really helped me a lot. They were honest and upfront. They also were on time and kept their promise. We are moving and we need to ship our vehicle. I spoke to Maryanne and she was absolutely wonderful and answered every question I had. We had a very bad experience in someone that didn’t follow through. And I happen to call her based on reviews and she was able to provide the information I needed and in a timely manner and very professionally. Even though I had to spend a little more money, I thought it was worth dealing with someone that I knew would get the job done well. The quote was more than what I initially had been told too. But somebody that I spoke with in the other company had misquoted just to get the business. And then when they got the business, then they said they were not doing it. On the other hand, the carrier driver was just wonderful. He took very good care of the cars and I don’t have anything negative to say. He was very sweet and he did a very good job. We were very pleased.

We had the car shipped out in the beginning of August. The driver was two days behind schedule which was not pleasant, but other than that it was good. The person I talked to at eShip was good at filling in all the details and seemed really on the ball. The price was right and they did everything they said they were going to do and it worked out well. I bought an almost brand new truck, and told the dealer I want to know every nick, scratch, and little thing and he said there's no blemish on it. However, when my wife and I looked at the truck, the side bumper was scraped up. He must have hit another car or the side of the carrier, but it's no big deal. But if the driver knew about it, he should have said so and I could have taken care of it. Other than that, eShip was on time, on budget and I'd use them again.

I gave them a call and told them about my shipping needs then they gave me a quote. They weren't the lowest, but it was fair. I was very suspecting of low quotes based on the experience I had the time before so their quote was fine. Then they followed up later and told me when the pick-up date was going to be within a couple of days window. The first time that I used their services, the trucker told me that they will call me a day in advance and they called me four days in advance. It takes about four days and, by far, they’re the quickest turn around time for when they picked the vehicle up and delivered it.

I liked eShip's online reviews and their quote was fair. The sales person was very nice and accommodating too. But there was a major issue. The car was going to be delivered on a specific day and we were supposed to fly in and get there that night. We were called the night before and asked if the driver can bring the car by the house and leave it there because they got there a day early. We said that was fine but they ought to come back and give us the keys the next day. And then, immediately, I called back within an hour to say I had unfortunately discovered it wasn't feasible, and if they could make it Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any day but Thursday because my daughter had work commitments and other things going. And if she's going to take time off work, it would cost money for her to be there to collect the car. They said yes and that it wasn't a problem. It was probably going to be Saturday, and with the kind of weather, it wasn't going to reach California in a short period anyway.

My interaction with their sales team was professional. They gave me a quote which was fine. This is an expensive place to ship with. I had a wonderful experience with eShip. I was moving to my home city Louisville, Kentucky and got their service on a very short notice. I called Mark Anthony and I wasn't sure if it's possible to pick up my car the next day. And he managed to do it in a perfect manner and everything was fine. I even received my car earlier than what it's supposed to be, and then the car was fine. The driver’s also wonderful. They just got the call from me on a Thursday night and they said that it's going to take around three days. And Saturday morning, I already received my car. It was very quick. I was so happy. Actually, this was my second time for having this service. So, I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

I purchased a vehicle on eBay and I initially got a quote from another company to ship it but they became unresponsive. Compared to them, eShip's quote was a little more expensive but they were very responsive. They were also very professional, very courteous and willing to help. The driver was here as he promised on time and he was very careful with the vehicles and got them delivered in two days. Overall, I’m very happy with eShip. I called the rep at the last minute and he gave me a discount of $200 from my initial quote. Anytime you can save a bit of money is always great.

I initially went online, and got estimates from a number of shippers. Then I read that it is better to deal directly with a broker instead. So, I went back online and researched for various brokers. I went on to ConsumerAffairs and saw some of the ones that they had recommended. One of them was eShip.

I used eShip because of all the reviews and ratings they got. Also, I talked to many companies because I wanted a quote but I got inundated. The girl at eShip was great, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The carrier driver was fantastic. He was stuck in traffic and was 10 minutes late, but he delivered the car 3,000 miles away and he came when he said he was going to come. He was very sweet, too. He did his job and everything was great. I would definitely use eShip again if I move back cross country.

Very pleased with how well Mark explained the process, the trucking hauler he contracted with, the reasonable rate charged and the fact that the vehicle was delivered 2 days early. I moved from Chicago to Las Vegas and I have a beautiful 1969 Camaro Super Sport Convertible which I’ve owned since I was 20. I had scheduled a ship with another company online and when I double checked with the support people, they wouldn’t pick up my call. They informed me that the vehicle was supposed to be enclosed shipment. It would have been an open-air shipment, and the car would have been destroyed. So, I cancelled the shipment. I had a friend that moved and shipped a white Mercedes convertible to California from Chicago in an open-air. It arrived black, covered with dirt, diesel smoke and vandalized.

My daughter was relocating to Georgia. eShip's price was within my budget and the experience with their rep who I dealt with initially was positive that was why I went with them. I wasn’t dissatisfied until I got told that there was nobody picking up the job for the price they quoted me, which I thought wasn’t my problem. So at the last minute, I was told that it would be a more attractive run for my vehicle to get to Georgia if I offered a little bit more money. I’m not sure if they gave me an underpriced quote to get me to sign along with them and if this is something that they do regularly, but they told me about the increase two or three days before my car was due to be picked up. It was too late to find someone else so I agreed to do it. Then they told me that they had put in some money themselves, which I never saw any documentation of it but I got charged an additional $50 above my original quote.

I relocated so I needed to ship my car. eShip gave me a free quote and I used them based on the price and ability to do the job in our timeframe. I had a quick phone conversation with the sales team and did the rest via email. The carrier driver was very good and professional. The whole process took less than a week and the experience went as expected.

I bought a car out of Maryland and needed to ship it back to North Missouri. eShip had good reviews, and Mark, the guy I spoke with, sounded like he had it on the ball. He was a pretty straight shooter so I went with them. Everything went off as it should, and the carrier driver was fine. But overall, the communication could have been better with Mark and eShip. Aside from being slow about communicating, my car that was bought out in Maryland was at my aunt’s house so they had to go through her to get to me. But they kept calling her after it was gone and I didn’t want to bother her that much. Although it was a confusing deal, I was still completely satisfied with the experience.

I spoke to one of the representatives there and she was incredible and she sounded good. She had the answers to my questions. Also, the carrier driver was great. He was a real gentleman and careful. I was very happy with him, so no issues. He pointed everything out on the car. He was a little bit early, so it was excellent. All in all, they’re a great company. I’d use them again.

I got four quotes from different transport companies and eShip gave a free quote online and the best one too. The woman who set up the shipment was wonderful. She was busy on the weekend but she said that if she got any answers, she would get back to me. I wanted it done the next week and she got back to me on Monday and had a date for me that week. I liked the reviews for eShip and their price was right. Their sales team was very friendly too. When the first quote came back and it had the incorrect ZIP code, they took care of that right away and refunded me the deposit until they could get the correction made. There were two different drivers and I saw one of them on one side of the transport. He was very nice and friendly. And he made sure that I was happy with everything. There was one small hiccup with the transportation company though. When they came over to Bay Bridge, there was a picture taken that showed my license plate and I was charged for that. When I explained that it was on the trailer, the pictures were looked at a little further and I was refunded my money. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The people and the experience with eShip were all pleasant.

I bought a vehicle in California and shipped it to our home in Maine, and I got eShip to do the transport. We've had prior experience with them in shipping some other vehicles because I own a company and we shipped a few vehicles across the country, and they've done a good job for us in the past. On the day of the delivery, the carrier driver told me where to meet him and what time he was going to be there, and everything went the way it was supposed to. I've tried other shipping companies and they always had a whole story about why the price has been increased and why they can't make the delivery on the scheduled dates, and they also said that they can't get a shipper. On the other hand, the eShip guys had their act together and delivered on what they said. So, I'm very satisfied with them and I will use them again.

Correspondence with the moving company was very good. Polite, etc. The only problem was I was called the night before the delivery. I was then told I would need $ or banker's check. Fortunately I had the money but it would be better for others to be given more time to gather up the money. The car was delivered in good condition according to my daughter. So, I could text him back and forth and he can let me know where he's at. He made himself available even though he didn't seem to be on schedule in terms of when he said he was supposed to be there. So, that was good and my car was delivered in a couple of days. Everybody was very personable and accommodating, but a little unorganized.

The car service (Car Transport from Washington State to New Jersey) provided was great. There was some confusion between the driver and the office about payment but was quickly settled over the phone. No complaints. I retired and I was relocating across the country from Seattle to Savannah, Georgia. I talked to the eShip agent, read some reviews, researched on it, and I felt comfortable with eShip. After I placed the order, I only called them once because it was getting close to the pick-up date and I was somewhat concerned. They said the carrier should contact me a couple of days in advance of the pick-up but haven't. And when I called, they reassured me that everything was okay and the rep gave me another number to contact another agent to follow up on it since the agent that I spoke to before was on vacation

Contract said pick up August 11. Waited till 10:00 p.m. No call to say it will be late. Finally picked up August 12. Expected delivery August 19. 2 days later was told it will be August 25. Mind you I have to call to find out what's going on with a sorry excuse the driver got sick. Finally got the car August 27. Transition logistic corps carrier supposed to be their best driver but don't have a built in plan if driver gets sick to ensure prompt delivery. Pleasant talk just won't cut it. Don't believe anything I'm told.

I Googled and saw pretty good reviews about eShip and so I got them to ship our car. I sent them an email and I got the quote. It was high compared with another company, but was acceptable for me since I prefer high quality of service. I worked with Craig, the owner of eShip, and we did communicate via text and phone calls. I shipped my vehicle to Maryland for this summer so I could use it. I liked eShip's reviews online so I went with them. The young man who picked up the car was polite and conscientious. It was a great experience and he got it to Maryland on time. The transport process took three days and it was over the Fourth of July which is a holiday so it was a reasonable situation. They did what they said they were going to do, and I was satisfied. In fact, I'm shipping back to Florida at the end of September and I will use them again.

I only used eShip once but had a good experience. Their team did wonderfully and the driver came on time. The only complaint I have is about the high pricing. They don't have dedicated carriers. They were working as middlemen and their commission and rate, compared to the industry, was a little higher.

Worked with Craig and eShip to get my 67 Mustang from Buffalo NY to Atlanta GA. Due to the rural area south of Buffalo for the pickup, it took a few extra days to secure the driver, but the pickup, the delivery, and the service was great. They picked up on Wednesday, and delivered on Friday. Competitive price, and good communication.

I purchased a UTV in another state so I needed it picked up and delivered to Texas where I'm at. I did a little bit of looking on reviews and stuff and used ConsumerAffairs site as well to see who the top ones were from a customer satisfaction's standpoint, who were ethical, had fair treatment, and reasonable. eShip seemed to be highly rated and their cost was probably the most competitive, too. The broker agent who I talked to was probably the most knowledgeable and helpful. Our interactions were all done by phone and text, and it was a great experience. She was very cordial. She never dropped off even after the shipment started. She was always responsive.

I called Ship A Car Direct and they were supposed to pick up my car but they never did. I wanted the car here by the 12th of July but they kept putting me off and told me that they couldn’t find a truck. On the 10th of July, I called eShip. The quote they gave was ok considering what I was in. They had me a truck and a driver in a day. eShip got it done in one day what other people couldn’t get done in three weeks. They picked up my car and it was here in five days from Wisconsin to Arizona. It was a reasonable amount of time to get it here. I talked to the owner of eShip and he was down-to-earth and very courteous. He gave me a cell phone if I needed to ask any questions and I called them on a Sunday night. The carrier driver was great. He called me while he was on his way and before he got here. My car was delivered on time and it came here all in one piece. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a car shipped.

I was given a quote that was around $1,400 and I was satisfied with it. The carrier driver was nice, quick, and on time. We weren’t there on the day of the delivery but my brother said it went very easy. They helped me out of a bad situation and got my car shipped for me in a week and a half. They did what I needed them to do in a timely manner.
