eShip is a great company to go with. I needed my car transported from Charlotte to Denver for a limited period of time before I started my job. I looked into other companies but eShip was cheaper and had good reviews online. I didn't realize that I had to go through a broker, so I was paying the fee for the broker, Ana, which I was okay with. She had good reviews as well and she was very reachable on the phone. The third-party was reachable and they were fast, however, it was unclear when their arrival time would be. But Ana reassured me that she uses that company all the time. It took nine days to transport the car and the car arrived in the same condition as it was shipped. Everything went well with eShip.

I was moving so I needed a transport service to ship my four-door vehicle for about 2,000 miles. I looked into three or four companies and eShip was the first to get back to me. I had an okay interaction with their sales team and it was mostly by phone and email. It took one week to deliver the vehicle. It seemed to be the standard for most of the companies although it would be nice if it was shorter. During the delivery of my vehicle, the driver texted me. He was a bit late but he was good and my vehicle was delivered in good condition.

In the first interaction I got the best price for a "AAA++" rated firm. Then it went pear shaped. We went from "We need to know if we can collect in the morning or afternoon" to, "We need a 2 day window for collection and drop off". The "quote" went from $2300 - $3000 and told me I can't expect a quote to be final. Seems that they don't understand the difference between a quote and an estimate. Mark is aggressive, condescending and patronizing. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I would rather pay someone else more to ship my car that deal with eShip.

eShip has good reviews. Their reputation made me chose them over other companies to transport our SUV and sedan for a cross-country move. I was initially quoted one price but when the time came to find a truck, I was told another price. When I pushed back, they honored the original price but I wasn't thrilled that I had to do that.

I initially was not going to go with this company. When Mark ** called it was always a no pressure call. He was able to convince why I should go with his company. The car was picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. From east to west coast this was very important. I will use and recommend this company in the future.

Mark is THE MAN. I initially called Mark and got a quote, but went with a cheaper company, but ended up without a transport and was left in the dust DAYS before my move. I called up Mark again, who was able to find me a transport within a day. Amazing! From the GetGo, Mark was indeed a top notch fella, he was brutally honest and told me how this entire industry works. He was also very easy to get a hold of, which I liked.

I purchased a vehicle out of state and needed it shipped about 800 miles, from Pennsylvania to Colorado. I contacted a couple of transport companies, mainly to verify that their quotes were similar. The dealership also sent me a quote from a transport that they use, but I did some research online and saw eShip had a good reputation. I went with them and they were very responsive right off the bat. The drivers were very polite and everything was good particularly the communication with them. The transport went really smoothly and I didn't have to worry about it, which was everything I'd hoped for in terms of moving the car. It took three days and the vehicle arrived in great shape. I've used them twice already. I shipped another vehicle a few weeks ago and used eShip for that as well. They worked really hard to arrange the shipment within my schedule. I'd recommend eShip.

I needed to have my MDX shipped for a cross-country move and it was about 2,000 miles. I looked at about three different transport companies and eShip had great reviews. Their reps were very helpful and informative. The driver was very friendly in regards to giving options on the table, where to deliver the vehicle and then he kept me updated as well. The transport was fast and took about seven days in total, and the car arrived in great shape.

I had a car shipped from Pittsburgh, PA to Costa Mesa, CA. Before using E-Ship, I had tried U-Ship.com and they were terrible. The carriers' trucks "broke down" 3 separate times. It was a major inconvenience as I had to rely on family to help me with pickup and drop off times and locations. I switched to E-Ship and representative, Mark Anthony, took care of my order from start to finish. The car took only 4 days to be delivered at my street. I'm so grateful for this experience. I bought a car at a dealership and had to transport it from Michigan to Connecticut. I looked into a few transport companies and ended up with eShip since their ratings were higher in terms of a quick turnover, which I needed. I had a good experience with their rep and in about 12 hours, he was able to find a driver, which was quick. The driver was a nice guy. There was some minor damage to the car when it arrived, but the company ended up paying for it. They were quick to respond and were nice about it. It was a smooth transaction and I was happy with how quickly it took place. I will use eShip again for sure.

I was very skeptical of many shipping companies for my needs based on the reviews ans experiences Other people had. When I found eShip and saw the reviews I called and was able to speak to Craig the owner directly and felt I found the right company. Truly professional from start to finish and vehicle was picked up on time and delivered early! A++ Business. Don't go anywhere else for your auto shipment needs, you will be wasting your time.

I moved and I chose eShip to ship my Ford Focus about 2,000 miles because they had a 5-star review rating. I had good interactions with their team and the communication during the transport was fine. The delivery took about seven days and that’s what I wanted. The transport was pretty expensive but the driver was professional.

I was relocating for work. I looked at about 5 other transport companies to ship my motorcycle and I went with eShip for their price. Their reps were a little bit hard to get a hold of at times, but when I got a hold of them, they answered questions and got me the information I was looking for. The driver got in touch with me about 30 minutes before he showed up at my door.

I was moving across the country, so I sought out a transport service and I looked at a dozen other companies before deciding to go with eShip. The guy at eShip was very proactive about reaching out to me and helping me find someone that’s gonna be appropriate. He was a straight shooter and he didn't promise me a low price. However, when there were issues, I was trying to reach him, but I couldn't get ahold of him anymore and that was a little frustrating. Other than that, I was happy. He told me how things were and what realistic prices would be. Within a day, he had found a truck. Unfortunately, he had told me that the delivery guys could come in on a certain day, but it turned out that they could only come in the following day, which was difficult for me.

I had my car shipped from MN to NY with eShip and things couldn't have gone any smoother. I didn't have to worry about anything, Mark was very professional and honest with me about the move and how it would work. My car arrived in NY without any issues or damage.

We looked at about five companies who could transport my GMC pickup truck and at first, I had Nexus for four weeks, but they could never find a driver. They guaranteed me one within five days, but we never got one. So we looked at eShip and they said if we couldn't get it at any place else, we could get it there. We gave them a call. We worked together with Mark and about two and a half weeks later, he had gotten us a driver. If it hasn't been done that week, we were gonna sell the truck.

I was relocating and needed to ship a Honda Accord from SF to Austin. I looked at seven companies and found eShip to have good reviews. Their rep, Craig, was pretty personal. He was always available through text and very hands-on. The delivery took about five days and the driver was great. Communication was off a little bit though because of the company’s distant different locations but other than that, it was perfectly fine. The delivery met my expectations and they delivered that night when I wanted to. The car arrived with no damage. It was just dirty but that's natural.

My experience with Eship Transport was excellent and extremely positive. Mark Anthony was great, he helped me with everything I needed to transport my car. Mark Anthony, thanks again for your hardwork. I highly recommend Eship Transport if you are in the need of car transport.

To find the vehicle I wanted to purchase I had to look out of my home state. Originally I was going to fly out and drive it back but just didn't have the time in my schedule. After talking with 3 other transporters I felt that I was getting a more reasonable description of what to expect with eShip. My vehicle was picked up and delivered without a hitch on time right to my neighborhood. Couldn't be happier.

I bought a Corvette in another state and I tried one other transport company, Roadrunner, but they didn't do very well. eShip had good reviews online and I had them transport my car 1,000 miles. I emailed them and they emailed me back. They called me and were good with that. I talked to the driver three times over a three-day period. During delivery, they let me know when they would be here and called me about an hour out. I met them at a different location because the roads were narrow.

I needed to ship my Honda CRV from Philadelphia to Austin. After reading reviews online contacted eShip. Mark ** answered the phone and explained to me the whole process and after agreeing to the terms and signing the contract with eShip he found the best carrier to pick up my car within 24 hrs. The carrier delivered the car in 3 days without a scratch. The whole process went smoothly from start to end. We had a wonderful experience with eShip as well as with the carrier. We definitely will use eShip for our future needs and will recommend to our friends.

I was moving and when I looked at a few transport companies, eShip had good reviews online so I had them transport my Volkswagen Passat 500 miles. Their reps were pleasant and knowledgeable. I booked well in advance and initially, eShip said it would be fine. They had a tight window and at the last minute, they almost were not able to get somebody to pick up my car. I was gonna have to leave the car in the street with the keys in there and just hope that they could pick it up without anyone there. But then, the driver was able to make it late that night of the last pickup window and everything worked out. The delivery went okay and everything was smooth. When the car arrived, there were some scratches but the driver admitted it was his fault. It was an accident and he gave me a discount for the transit. The transport took a total of four days and that was fine.

We relocated from New Jersey to Florida and we had two cars that needed to be shipped down since we decided to fly and not drive them. They were older vehicles, so I didn't wanna take a chance even though they were in good shape. Two different people recommended eShip to us. They used them before to ship two cars separately and because we were talking with people that we knew, we decided to use eShip.

When I purchased a car and needed to transport it the sales rep at eShip was helpful and answered questions at odd hours of the day given they work three hours apart. And even though eShip was a broker and they contracted the actual delivery of the vehicle through a different company, delivery was on time in the slated window. Although the car got picked up a day late and there was a lack of communication on that, in the end, it didn't really matter as it came in the expected window. Additionally, the first driver, the one that did the main haul, was not so great. But the delivery driver with the smaller truck was very nice. I'd use eShip if I were to do it again.

Since the moment I got the confirmation about the driver and the service, my experience with eShip has been so good. I compared rates and reviews, and I figured out that there are brokers and sometimes some companies try to give a price that is a little bit lower. And eShip had the popularity that they were giving fair prices, which made me chose them.

Mark was very helpful in getting my car shipped across country. There was a potential problem once the car arrived. We weren't there to receive the car, but our daughter and son in law were. They said a huge stain was on the hood and took pictures which they sent to us. The transport driver also saw the stain and took pictures. No one could remove the stain. We contacted Mark and he started the process of making a claim with the transport company eShip uses. He had a hard time getting a response from the transport company but he also kept us informed of what was happening. After all we went through, once we arrived and saw my car, there was NO STAIN. No one could explain what happened to it. The pictures clearly showed a large dark stain. Anyway, thank you Mark Anthony for being there for us. We would give eShip 5 stars except for the transport company they used. It was going to be a huge hassle dealing with them.

My car was picked up promptly, actually a day earlier than originally scheduled. The driver called us ahead of time to let us know it has being picked up early. I was called the day before it was delivered to let me know that it would be dropped off early the next morning. The car arrived within the time period I was given with no issues. My car had no dents or scratches. I was very happy with the service provided.

I had signed up with another broker to ship my car from CA to FL and till the day of shipping the car there was no proactive update from them. As a backup option I called eShip and landed up talking to Mark ** and he spent the time to educate me on the process of shipping a car. Mark was very transparent on the process, fees and provided a quote. I cancelled my other order and signed by with eShip. Within a few hours of signing up, a driver was assigned to pick up the car 2 days later on a Monday morning and car got delivered on a Thursday evening in FL.

My son said that eShip seemed to have the best rating as far as reviews. We went with them and I’m really glad that we did because they were amazing. They transported my car from California to Tennessee and back. They handled my business beautifully and the cost was very fair. They were very trustworthy and prompt, and their customer service on the phone was fabulous any time we needed to call. They answer to anything. And any questions and concerns were taken care of immediately, and very professionally. They were very kind, too. It’s a rare combination to get all of that. Also, they actually delivered earlier than the projected time, so it was amazing all the way around. I highly would recommend them if I knew anybody who would need to ship off a vehicle.

I reached out to eShip and all the communication I had with their reps were good. I felt like they were actually gonna come through so I shipped the car with them. And though the price is also a part of why I decided on them, I cared more about not having to goof up. And then, the delivery driver was really good on both ends. My son was on one side, and I was on the other. I'd use them again and would recommend them too.

I’ve been out in Texas for a number of months for some school-related stuff and I ended up buying a second vehicle while I was out there. And so when I left, I had to leave my Jeep in Texas and didn’t end up having time to go and get it myself, so I had it shipped to me. eShip was the first company that I contacted. I had a price that I thought was gonna be too much for me to even do the shipping, so I was kinda trying to talk myself out of it. But then when I got the quote from them, it was reasonable. The salesperson from eShip was very communicative and their customer service was very good. The driver was also very accommodating. The pickup window was wide open for what I needed within 24 hours and it was nice to know that there was no rush on things. Nobody had to be inconvenienced. My vehicle was delivered in two days, which was really fast. Overall, eShip did a good job. It was a trouble-free process and was expedient as well.

We bought a truck from out of state and I had to ship it from Maryland to Georgia. It was a horrible process because a thousand of shipping companies started calling and emailing me. And then I got a call from eShip and what I liked about the guy was he was very honest. He was kinda cutthroat. He was trying to make the sale but he wasn’t reading off a paper so I like that better. He was right to the point and didn’t try to sell me all a bunch of stuff, and that was why I chose him. I felt good about what he had to say.

I wanted to ship my vehicle from Dallas to my daughter in California. I looked into some reviews and eShip had good ones on the internet. Their customer service was good, and the receiving and delivery were quick.

This is the second vehicle I shipped and eShip did a great job. The first time, I used a different company and I liked them. However, when I started talking to them this time, the rep that they had changed over and the new person was very bad at customer service. The way that I found the other company and eShip was a Google thing. I was looking for reviews and then I looked for the Better Business Bureau rating. A lot of shipping companies get one good and one bad so I looked for ones that had both of them good. eShip had good reviews and a good Better Business Bureau rating so I went with them.

Shipping of 2009 Dodge Dakota from Amarillo, TX to Hinckley, OH - We had been given the run around from other shippers, when I called and spoke with MaryAnn she told me exactly what to expect, and when she would call, and everything went EXACTLY as she told me it would. Things could not have went smoother. We actually got the truck delivered right to our door, and it was a full day earlier than expected! Perfection. Truly a pleasure.

Our original shipper backed out the day before we left San Diego to move to Tennessee. Mary Ann was able to find someone to haul our car within just a couple of hours. The car was picked up the next day. It took longer to get the car than originally quoted... but we were just so glad to get it. We would definitely recommend eShip to anyone needing their vehicle shipped. Thanks again.

I was relocating and I needed to ship a Chevy Suburban and a '64 Volkswagen Bug over a distance of almost 3,000 miles. I looked at other transport companies and I chose eShip for their reliability. I've read too many stories online where people didn't have a truck show up and had problems with various transporters. The sales team met my schedule and did a great job. The drivers were very professional and they tried their best to meet my needs. But my only criticism was that they knew in advance that they couldn't deliver to a certain home development and if they had communicated that upfront, then it would have been easier to coordinate the delivery. Nevertheless, the transport took six days from beginning to end and both vehicles were in great condition upon arrival. They had no wear and tear, and they showed no sign of having been transported.

We needed to ship two cars to our new home and eShip transferred them from Washington state to Kansas. Their rep told me how the process works and the company that I was initially gonna go with didn’t explain the process. I called back the other company and asked them some more pointed questions about the process and they weren’t so forthcoming about how the whole overall process works, so I told eShip's rep that he has a customer for life because he was honest and he gave me expectation management. We contacted eShip two months prior to the day we needed the car shipped and their rep was able to coordinate to get the date that I asked for. The cars were here in five days and it was perfect. Their rep was also very supportive and he answered the phone on a weekend. He was responsive through phone, via text and email.

I had scheduled to ship my car from Tampa to Dallas with another shipper, and a day before it had to be on the truck to go, I still didn't have a pickup day or time. I contacted Craig at eShip and asked for help. Craig got my car on a truck the NEXT DAY!! (Friday) On top of that amazing feat, the car arrived Sunday morning to my home. WOW! Would recommend to anyone. Excellent service!

I moved out of state from New York to Las Vegas, Nevada. I checked out three companies and eShip was one of them, but ultimately I went through eShip because they were highly regarded by Consumer Reports. I looked them up a few months before I was deciding to move, and two weeks prior to my move date, they reached out to me to verify if the date I wanted to move was still current. A week before I moved, they had the driver set up. The driver came, picked up the car and it was delivered right before I arrived which was earlier than expected. They were very professional and nice. Price was right as well. The service that I got was fabulous and I had a great experience. I’m glad I used them.

I bought a new vehicle and I needed it shipped from Florida to New York. Although I had looked at other transport companies before choosing eShip, I looked at the review of eShip and I selected them based on it. I also looked at their quote. My interactions with the sales team were very good. The driver picked up the vehicle on Tuesday and he delivered it on Friday. The delivery was even earlier than I expected and everything was fine with the vehicle upon its arrival.

We were moving and eShip transported our car from Florida to Oklahoma City. We wanted to move right away so we didn’t have much time and we chose them. eShip was very good and I love them. The delivery went well and the whole process took about 10 days.

I felt comfortable using eShip. I had them ship my car from Massachusetts to Colorado and it took about four days, which was appropriate. They weren't the cheapest and there was a very slight difference from them to the lowest quote, but I’ve done this before and I’ve learned that the comfort and dealing with a quality outfit is worth it. The driver was excellent. And he was on time and very professional. He called me the day before he arrived and told me approximately when he’d be arriving. He called the next morning and rearranged to deliver the car to a place close by. It’s a big truck. And I’ve done this before, so I knew that coming up my little cul-de-sac might be an issue with a big rig like he had. I’ll use eShip again. It's a great outfit. Use it, too.

We were doing a military move from Montana, North Carolina, and we had two vehicles and didn't wanna drive both of them. I was originally gonna go with someone else but they didn't schedule a driver for me or get back to me at all, so I looked around online more and saw that eShip had some good reviews. I gave 'em a call and they put one person as my point of contact, which was helpful. I wasn't calling and getting a bunch of different people every time that had no idea that was going on.

Craig was great to deal with. Super responsive via email and text. He quoted a price and that was the firm price. I had never bought a car via Craigslist before and Craig made the delivery aspect of the transaction go smoothly.

Trustworthy! Our car came on the date that was communicated to us. They gave us a call to remind us when it would pick it up and a reminder again before delivery. Communication is very important and they surely delivered.

I relocated and I needed to ship a car across the country. I put my information on the internet then I got bombarded with a bunch of people claiming they could move my car. Then I got calls and emails and it was really terrible. eShip's guy was a decent human being based on the emails I was getting and they had a good Yelp review as well as a decent Better Business Bureau rating, so I settled on them. The delivery wasn’t super ideal though. I was in Ireland, so there were a lot of moving parts. I had to communicate with my friend who had my car and my mom who was picking up the car. I was pretty much operating on their schedule which was not ideal and the mover tried to be flexible but they didn’t really care about me much.

I bought a Coop and I wanted it shipped from Texas to Massachusetts. I looked at three other companies and ended up with eShip because of the reviews on Google. I told the sales rep what I wanted, what I had, where I wanted it to go and where it was. He said okay and it was super fast and easy. The driver called me and said he couldn’t make it to my neighborhood so I asked him to meet me in an industrial district down the street. During pickup, there was plenty of room and my grandmother handled it since I already packed for Massachusetts. When the car arrived, it looked the way I left it.

My wife’s job relocated us from Illinois to Texas. I shipped a Honda Accord Hybrid and a Chevy Impala with eShip because they were the cheapest and the rating on the internet was very good. I called them and they gave me a quote. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. And I was able to communicate with the driver very well. He came and picked it up a day before I left and got down here to Texas the next morning. I've recommended eShip to other people that’s moving from Illinois to Texas. I told them I had a good experience.

We were moving from New Orleans to California. We engaged with another company to do the job, but after a week, they still hadn’t found us anybody so we called eShip. I checked out six different companies and eShip seemed to know what they were doing. Their guy got on it quickly and was able to notify us in a couple days that he had something. He was thorough and good. However, it cost us more to go with them than our original quote, but we got the cars moved which was our goal. I don’t really understand that industry that well, but the organizer said that if I wanted somebody to move my car, I had to price it appropriately. We were getting a little desperate at the time because we were leaving town and we weren’t sure how we were gonna swing it if they hadn’t come by before we left.

eShip was trustworthy and they communicated along the way and when my car would be dropped which is essentially what I wanted. Their rep was nice and professional. He was ready and prepared with his little pad. He checked off all the things that he had to know on the car so that he made sure that everything was noted. He had us sign the paper and he went on his way. It took seven days from Thursday to Wednesday to ship the car from New Jersey to Las Vegas, Nevada and we didn’t mind it.

I had to ship a Hyundai Elantra 3,000 miles for a personal move. I looked at four different transport companies but opted for eShip since it was highly-rated online and I had a good conversation with their rep. She was very friendly, nice and upfront about the whole process. Also, I didn’t have to give her all of my information in order to get a quote. The transport took five days and the car was delivered way before the expected time and so that was good. I would recommend eShip to other people and I told them about the process, how fast I got it, how easy it was to figure out logistics and I got the price that I wanted.

My son was up in a program up in Salt Lake. He was doing well and so I thought it was time to ship his vehicle up there for the next stage of his journey. It was a consideration of me taking a road trip versus shipping it and I thought shipping it was more cost-effective and easier. My wife looked online and found eShip to be one of the better rated companies and so we called them. I left a message and they got back with me first thing in the morning working hours and communicated effectively from that point.

My mom lived over in Cincinnati and we needed to ship an Acura MDX for her from the South Side in Boise. We went to eShip as the people there were courteous and we felt comfortable with them. The gentleman I interacted with was great. He explained the process the first time and that was what exactly happened. He followed up, kept in touch all the time, and let me know where the driver was. The pickup went really well and after five days, the car was delivered. It was my first time working with eShip and they did a great job. If we were to do it again, we’ll definitely work with them.

I needed to ship a car 1,500 miles to my brother. The other company went bankrupt and so I decided to go with eShip. The rep was good and there was always somebody available to talk to if I had questions. I like that they had the software application on the phone which was incredible. I was able to use my phone to sign the contract and I did not have to download to a computer, sign it and then go back with them with a PDF file. They got everything set up and once the ball got rolling, it got down there within 30 hours so that was great. The delivery was fast and everything was perfect.

I got eShip to transport a Mini Cooper and a Kia Soul and everything in my experience was great. I looked at three different companies and I picked eShip mostly based on their reviews. I ended up having some confusion on dates, but the rep I was talking to cleared it up and figured it out. The driver was also really nice. The whole process took about five days and that was what we wanted. We wanted it to be longer ‘cause we didn’t have a place to put our cars. The vehicles were dirty upon arrival but other than that, everything was fine. I would use eShip again.

The Jeep of the girlfriend of my boss broke down in New Mexico. She had rented a car so she had to leave the Jeep. I had to figure out a way to get it shipped. I had used the eShip not even a month ago for some of my boss' specialty cars. He has a Mustang and a motorcycle that we had transported down south and it worked out pretty good. This latest vehicle to be shipped has yet to be picked up but they got the last vehicle before this to its destination pretty quick.

The staff was professional and polite during all phone conversations and during pick up. The communication between e-mails and phone calls was very accurate and keep me informed of my order. I would highly recommend your company to others. Thank you for helping me so quickly in my time of need.

I looked into four transport companies as I was moving across the country for a job. eShip seemed like they had good service. The person I spoke to, Marian, was friendly and she mentioned that I would be able to select among several carriers who are driving the truck. I gave them a window, and they picked a carrier in any of those days, where the person in eShip was willing to work with me to get my car shipped back to the day I needed it shipped. Their people were helpful throughout the process. When the car was being shipped and I had to call dispatch, they were very responsive. Furthermore, I appreciated that they called back when they missed my calls. They were very professional and friendly.

My son was moving to Miami, and I looked at about five companies and the sales team from eShip gave me the quote right away. They told us they would deliver within a three day range and they came in on the first day. The driver gave us a call the day before because we had to be there. He also followed up both two hours before and one hour before. We were caught because we were flying out and I flew in with my son, and the driver came on time. The place he had us meet was fine so I was really pleased with it.

We wanted to ship a car from our Arizona house to our Washington house. I did some online research based on the best car shipping companies and I found some good reviews for eShip online. The quote that we got from them was high but apparently, the cost had gone up in shipping cars compared to when we shipped a car a couple of years ago.

The exact date and time of the pick up is somewhat shaky, but I was working with another company to set up the delivery and they could not find a driver in 3 days and eShip got me one in like 45 minutes, so that was fantastic. It is pretty expensive and I paid a lot of money just to lock down a driver, but overall got my car and everything worked out how it needed to.

Background: contract established in May 2018, for a vehicle pick up in July 2018 to transport car across the country. Less than a week out, I receive the following: “No avail driver so far, I recommend increasing the offer, not getting any bites...MA” eShip Mark Anthony: CEO. This contract was $250 higher than the second bid. I went with eShip because they asserted (now starting to wonder) they have a five star rating with the BBB. It’s my opinion that the businesses behavior being displayed here, specifically the attempt to swindle more money, is not commensurate with a five star rating at the BBB or anywhere. Buyer beware!

We bought our vehicle off eBay and it was too far away for us to go get it. We hired uShip and they fell through and they kept saying they were gonna pick it up and they never did so we cancelled with them and went with eShip. The eShip rep communicated with me first until the car was getting loaded and then the driver texted me that he was loading my car now and then he continued to text me updates. Their rep was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always get back with me promptly and answered any questions that I had. I talked to him on a Sunday and we had the car the following Monday. Once he had located a driver, we had the vehicle within a few days.

I was moving back home and I looked at the reviews of transport companies online, and eShip was really promising. There wasn’t a bad customer review so I decided to go with them. Their quote was a bit expensive but they did a great job. I'd rather pay a bit more for quality than go on a cheaper route and not turn out the way I wanted it to. So, I was fine with it. I am so happy to have worked with eShip in getting my Toyota Tundra truck back from Illinois after a car accident. I hit a deer on the highway and had to leave my truck with a body shop to get fixed. Their reps were very communicative and interacting with them was fairly smooth. I was able to get a hold of the drivers when I needed to and they communicated promptly with me. They were there all the way and it was a very simple process.

My mom was moving out of state so I was moving her vehicle from California to Nashville Tennessee. I got eShip to do it because they have consistent high ratings on review sites. I worked with Anna. She took care of everything over the phone fairly quickly. And then I was contacted by the driver who was really great. He got the car out there even a little bit early. It was an open transport so the vehicle was a little dirty. But other than that, condition-wise everything was the same. Everything went very smooth.

I needed to transport my car from Maine to California because I just moved here. I looked at four transport companies and the reviews for eShip were more reliable than most. Also, everybody was nice and kind. The delivery was very timely and happened a lot faster than I expected it to. It took only four days and it went well. I was constantly calling the driver or he was calling me or even texting which was awesome as well because sometimes, you can’t pick up a phone call. The car was obviously gonna get dirty because of it being on the road but it was in perfect condition when it arrived. Everything was handled perfectly by eShip and it was amazing. I've had a lot of friends shipped their cars as well and it was not a good experience so I would definitely tell people to go with eShip.

Anna was very helpful and friendly, and accommodated my fluctuating shipping schedule. The driver was very nice and professional, kept me updated, and even helped me get the car into the garage (which involved pushing it a fair distance, due to the layout of my property). I only had one minor issue, the transport driver wouldn't accept a card payment. I think I was told the drivers would/could. I had cash to pay him, so it wasn't a problem, but I often don't have that much cash around. I advise that you confirm acceptable payment terms with the driver before delivery. The drivers are independent contractors, and others may have different terms.

In general it was very smooth. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with the info I needed, when I needed it. The car arrived quickly and with no damage. The only minor issue was that where the delivery was scheduled could not accommodate the size of the delivery truck. The driver was friendly and drove my car to me from another location and took an Uber back to his truck.

I moved out of state. I had to ship my sedan for approximately 2,000 miles. I had placed an order through a company and within that day, I needed to get the car shipped. However, there was still no confirmed driver so I went with eShip. The interaction with the rep from eShip was good. I told her my story and then she said she'd get right on it. A few hours later, she called me back saying she got a confirmed driver. She also told me the estimate would be a little bit higher but that was okay with me just for peace of mind.

The vehicle was in Alabama and I live in California, so I had to have it transported here because I was not able to sell it there when my father passed away. I looked at two other transport companies prior to eShip and because the vehicle was in a remote area, they declined to work with me. eShip was the only one that did their best to find a carrier which they did, ultimately. A friend I was in the Navy with gave my son a truck and instead of going out there to pick it up, we had it shipped. I've had to ship a vehicle twice before and I've had bad experiences with other companies. So I really read the reviews a lot and trusted reviews that I read about eShip. Their customer service was good and there was a lot of communication. It took them a while to find somebody so it was a little nerve-wracking on their end. They tried hard and they found one. The driver was a good guy. He showed up early and wanted to get going right away, but he was friendly. The transport was quick and it took him a two-day drive. And he helped us unload and push the truck across the street when its battery died. eShip did really well and I was very pleased with the whole situation. It was a hundred times better than the first time I shipped a vehicle. I would recommend them.

I moved and needed to ship my vehicle 3000 miles from my former residence to my current residence. eShip was the most responsive and reliable company to me. I gave them a call and told them that I wanted it done fairly soon. They thought they could get it to me within a week or two and they gave me a price on the spot. And then when I called for quotes for anywhere else, they were a little more hazy on exact details. They couldn’t promise any exact details if the car would be delivered.

This is a great car transport company. The associate, Craig, did a wonderful job in helping with shipping my car from North Carolina to California. He somehow managed to find a driver during the 4th of July. The driver came to pick up my car promptly and he got to the destination very quickly (within 3 days). The price is very competitive. My son was moving from Connecticut to California so I needed to have the vehicle shipped. I looked into 10 transport companies online and I liked the reviews of eShip. When I spoke to Mark, he was very friendly and promised me he would help out if I need anything. His name was on the address of the company page and he was the one who answered the phone. So it was nice to be talking with someone who I expected to be talking to and he was personable on the phone and understood my situation. He also explained how things work in terms of picking a company that moves cars. He was someone I could trust. We were given a two day window and the guys called on Wednesday to give a time-frame for Thursday but they didn’t come on Thursday and it was hard to get a hold of anyone to find out what was happening.

We shipped a Mini Cooper and a Mazda Miata with eShip with two weeks apart. And we were moving from Connecticut to Florida and so we needed to get the cars down to Florida. I looked up online at a few transport companies and eShip had the best rating. eShip's sales reps were very pleasant and easy to work with. I needed a vehicle shipped from Florida to Tennessee and went with eShip because of their high level of communication, being truthful about the situation and the cost. At first, their quote was about the same as the rest. But the more I dealt with other companies, it was like everybody was just telling me what I wanted to hear and my car was still sitting in Florida. So, I went back to eShip and said, “Let's do this,” and they ended up getting somebody within a few hours. It was somebody out at Kentucky that happened to be in the area, so they were a lot more agile than these large carriers. And then I had my car the next day. That cost me a little more but I could have kept saying, “I'm not gonna pay that much,” and my car might still be sitting in Florida today. I had a positive experience and I would use eShip again.

I was very pleased with the whole process of transporting my daughter's car from CA to North Carolina. She is a freshman at college and needed her car shipped to North Carolina for summer school. We shipped two cars through eShip in June, 2018 from California to Florida. They contracted with an excellent carrier to transport our cars, Petemar Transportation, based in Florida. The cars were picked up on schedule and delivered efficiently and safely in a very timely manner. Finally, something happened associated with our move that was positive! I would definitely book with eship again and recommend them to others needing to transport vehicles. The final cost was $200 more at the end of the trip than the original cost quoted, but that was the only downside.

They shipped my BMW X1 from Atlanta Georgia all the way to Denver Colorado, and my only complaint was about the process in general. I didn't know how the scheduling mechanics work. I ended up calling whoever my agent was and they were like, "Oh, yeah. The shipping doesn't get scheduled until two weeks beforehand." And the transport took about two or three weeks but it was because of my request because I was leaving Atlanta May 28, and I wasn't getting to Colorado until June 4. The delivery was good though and I didn't have any issue while my car was being transported.

Craig from eShip then called me and told me that I had to make the down payment and that they were looking for the distributors. However I had issues finding good distributors that wanted to drive, so the process was delayed for a week and a half. But they finally found someone who was willing to drive the car back that far and the car got shipped. And the distributor was really nice. He was very communicative with me about where we needed to meet, when he was gonna expect me, and if he was 100 miles away. So it was good. The delivery took seven days and my car arrived without damage.

I had a nice experience with eShip. We were moving out and I wanted my Ford to be shipped from California to Tennessee. At that time, I read their reviews on Yelp and it's fine compared to the four others I looked into. Furthermore, eShip's sales rep was good. Her name is Anna and the vehicle was dropped off real quick. It was within five days from California to Tennessee so it was great. While everything's been smooth and good, it was a bit expensive because originally I was quoted for one thing, and because they knew I was searching online, they gave me one quote. And then when eShip contacted and made the phone call, somebody told me that they're gonna charge extra $200 cause there's a lot that they didn't quote. And this is something I wasn't expecting, but because I was in a hurry and had to get my car shipped, I told them that if they didn't change the quote, they would have been better.

I was moving and getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee shipped from Austin to Maine was super fast and easy. I talked to five companies, but I liked Mark Anthony from eShip. The service including the insurance I would be getting were clear. He answered all my questions and was available whenever I needed him. He worked with me to get to the best prices and we were pretty close from the beginning. The next day, my car was picked up by an 18-wheeler and delivered before the estimated time. Within a week, it was dropped off by the gentleman and his truck. Mark said that I should do a cashier's check, but the gentleman thought I was gonna pay in cash. The gentleman took it, but it was clear he was slightly disappointed.

On the other hand, I felt like I could directly talk with Craig from eShip who helped me out. So, I chose eShip. Craig was always available. Even if I just texted him, he would answer really promptly. Also, the person who picked up my car, Dominic, gave me communication when he was going to arrive. Whenever I was kinda unsure whether they were gonna pull through, eShip's transporter would communicate with me what the issues were that's holding up certain things. Even with dropping off my car, the date that I was given by the sales team was gonna be later than I had hoped. But, Dominic got it on the time three days earlier than what the sales team had told me so that was great.

EShip transported our Honda from New Jersey to Portland Oregon. They picked it up within the 2-day range they specified and delivered it within the 3-day range promised. Although they had some difficulty scheduling a driver they could be sure would get it no later than we indicated it had to be picked up, they were easy to work with by way of phone and email to get the problem resolved. It was a pleasure being able to talk directly to those involved immediately--no talking to machines. The price was reasonable. We checked other companies and found little difference in rates, but the reviews for eShip were better. Very good experience. Polite driver delivered the car. No damage to the car. I recommend eShip if you don't want to have the anxiety of wondering if you made the right choice to transport your car.

I definitely recommend using eShip for your next shipment. They were always available to contact and coordinated a perfect carrier (LLNL Auto) for shipping my car from PA to TX under 2 days. On top of the excellent service, what really blew me away was that was able to use my cell phone for everything including signing the contract which uses RightSignature software; just incredible service on every level.

I had a satisfactory experience on both occasions that we used eShip and I'd definitely recommend them. We had used them to transport my daughter's car before. Then we just called the same company to transport my daughter's car again, this time from Minneapolis to our home in New York. My husband booked it and he had a positive experience. The transport took about four days and the driver was a very nice person. He couldn't drive the truck to our home because there were too many big trees so he drove the car over and then I drove him back to his truck.

Ridiculous company!!! Estimated delivery was 6-22. Was told that the driver would be here at 6-7 pm. After asking for an update (because no one does so) I was told he had tire trouble and I received a picture. I was told he will be there the next afternoon. At this time (6-23) after asking for another update I was told 6-7pm he is still having tire trouble. Maybe the company should invest in better equipment after charging premium prices for their deliveries. Here it is 5:45 pm and never received an additional update. Horrible service period. I have contact the company that I purchased the vehicle from to make them aware.

But where I lived in Philadelphia was a congested street so the actual carrier couldn't physically make it to my street. So I had to meet the driver in another location. It ended up being fine but I got the call within 24 hours, which was a little bit last minute. I wish I had known because I had made arrangements on the day of to meet people after. it made things a little bit inconvenient but besides that, there was no other issue. I hear a lot of negative things with cross country moves so the fact that there were no issues was a really good thing. The transport took one week and the entire experience was smooth. I will recommend eShip.

It's taken me a few days to try and figure out exactly what to say here because there are a lot of aspects I need to cover. First of all I'll start with saying the customer service here really is exceptional. I had a lot of questions and the people I contacted were always very quick to answer, even outside of office hours. However, everything that was quoted to me when I booked this service ended up being extremely different. The price went up by almost $300, which I was told was because I booked a month in advance and the rates went up, but I don't know about that. They weren't able to pick up or deliver on the days I provided to them (weeks in advance btw) and that made the whole process very inconvenient.

I had a job change and I needed a transport service. Working with the sales team from eShip was perfect and they were professional. While delivery was good, I had an issue. One of my carriers did not turn up on the date they had to. Mark, their rep, got me another carrier and he delivered my vehicle before the time itself came. Their driver called me a couple of times when he was en route and I had to call him back a couple of times as well. He was answering all the calls. The vehicle was in good shape and I didn't have an issue as to that. I'm completely satisfied with my experience with eShip.

Charged my credit card $250. They are only a broker, not an actual trucking company. They post on a board as do others. They said no charges until delivered, but charged my card immediately. After failed to deliver as promised never removed charges. I had to file thru my credit card, took months. They blamed them... but made no effort to correct charges.

We were on a military move and we needed a transport service to a place that's 1,700 miles away. I did a Google search and eShip came up so I researched them through the BBB and Consumer Reports, and eShip seemed to have one of the best reports. I sent them a quote request form and then they contacted me back with a quote by email. And then I called them on the phone and we set things up. We met the driver at our house and he picked up the vehicle. When we first contacted each other, I asked for an enclosed shipment and a hard body shipment. And the driver told me it was a hard body but when it got there, it was soft. But it worked out okay. And he said he would be here either on Wednesday or Thursday. We called him up on Wednesday morning and he was in our area within five hours. And he delivered the vehicles with no issues.

Most of the other companies seemed untrustworthy. They started spamming me with calls and texts once I tried get a quote. Just from my research, I found a bunch of companies who would quote you really low and then raise the price. In comparison, I saw good reviews for eShip online and I heard some good referrals from a friend. I requested a quote online and then they reached out to me. They said, ”We want to confirm that you're going from here to here,” and then they quoted me. It was straightforward.

I bought a car out of state. Aside from eShip, I looked at two different companies to transport my car for roughly 1,000 miles far. One of them was cheaper but when I contacted them, they blew me off. I looked at some of the reviews and they were not as good as they were on another website. They were also known to tell people that they were on their way when they really weren't. So, I just cancelled it and went with eShip. Dealing with eShip's sales rep was pretty fast. It took a whole 20 minutes on the phone and I was done. The transport took about six days which was timely. My friend picked up the car and said that the driver was professional.

I looked at four different companies and there were companies which offered lower prices but I decided on eShip since they could do it on the dates that I wanted. He did me a good job and he took good care of me. The best I could do was Indiana at that time of year and he found a way to ship it where it would be going to Ohio and Indiana. I met him in Indiana and it worked out. The people who delivered the car were also really helpful and I felt comfortable working with them. They helped me put the car on my trailer and take it home the rest of the way. It was hard to ship it in February and eShip had to go through the passes all the way here from Seattle. So they did well and I'm happy.

I know that there were cheaper options but it's a luxury car so I just want to go with something that was trustworthy and they surpassed my expectation. My car arrived earlier than I had expected. The payment was through my company but our company rep said the person that she was dealing with was super responsive, very respectful and was great overall to work with. Also, when it was delivered, the driver called me. I was on my way back from work so I had traffic. He waited half an hour for me, which was really nice of them. The car was fine. It was a little dirty obviously but it was all good. My experience was very positive, overall. I would definitely recommend them.

We had gotten a vehicle but it broke down on us on the way home so we were sending it back. We started to go with one company but they never showed up. Then I looked at other places and eShip sounded the best. The sales team was very friendly too. I had to wait a little bit for the driver to get here and we didn’t have a specific time, but that was okay. It was only maybe an hour difference from the approximate time I was given. I met him not far from here to load it up and once he was here and he got it going, I didn’t have any problems after that.

Working with this company was a great experience. The woman who worked with me did so in a very thoughtful and patient way. She was available for me to call or text basically at any time. She found me a carrier very fast. The carrier was also great to work with; they said my car would be there in 3-5 days, but they actually managed to deliver it in 2 days. They brought my car right to my doorstep and there was no damage on it.

Cross country auto shipping. Initial quote was at the upper range of other companies quotes. However, my rep was very available via text, email, or phone call any time I had a question. They found a shipper the same day I engaged with uShip, the car was on the truck 2 days later and I had my car 3000 miles across the country within 10 days total. No problems with the car at all.

He was accurate in his quote to us unlike competitors, to ensure our car was delivered in a timely manner. Other brokers won’t talk to the customers directly and instead have an Agent speak to customers- they are undertrained and lack customer service. Don’t use anyone else. EShip is the only way to go!

eShip was excellent. We shipped our car enclosed transport 1700 miles to El Paso and had no issues. The shipper arrived and delivered a he said he would... Very happy we chose eShip and that he had hired an excellent transporter.

I had a 2018 Volvo XC60 shipped to a summer cottage in Maine and the eShip rep that I talked to was very polite. Also, the driver was extremely nice and I liked the idea that the car was put directly on the carrier. It didn’t sit somewhere else, and the car was in Maine about four days later and in perfect condition. It was a really good experience.
