    My experience with eShip was really great. I was leaving Colorado and I didn’t have time to drive. I used eShip because it was the cheapest relatively to everything else. I spoke with Mary Ann and someone else a few times, and they were helpful. The shipping got rescheduled which was fine but it made things a little more difficult because I had to reschedule some things, too, but it was okay. I gave the keys to the carrier driver and he took it. He also inspected the car beforehand, and it came in three days after.

    eShip's ratings was pretty much the deciding factor for me for going with them. It's price was about the same as I was getting from some other companies. Their sales very pleasant and helpful because I didn’t ship a car before and knowledgeable. He was very nice but there was just a language barrier, so it’s kind of difficult communicating with him when trying to pick up the car and getting it delivered as well but the driver did a good job.

    Maryann was very helpful and explained everything in detail and got to work immediately to get me a free quote. The quote was very fast and competitive with other companies I had called. The price was affordable yet got the attention of any trucking company available for pick up in the area. Once Maryann made sure I understood the process completely and I agreed to move my vehicle. Then she got it located and picked up by a reliable shipping company. The truck driver arrived on time and I received my vehicle ahead of the estimated delivery date.     eShip had good reviews and it seemed like the only one I could trust. I’m in the military and I moved to a new duty station, so I needed my vehicle shipped from California. I called eShip two weeks before I planned to ship my car to get a rough estimate. The guy I spoke to gave me a quote and a couple weeks later, I called him back to see if the price had gone up, but he told me that they keep the same price, so it was good news. And then, he got me a shipper to bring the car over and got it here on the day that I needed it.     I had to switch job so I was relocating. The company that’s moving my furniture suggested me to go with eShip. I called their number and then they scheduled the time. The carrier driver was good. He picked the car up and within two days, he brought it back Omaha. So it was very smooth. However, they didn’t wash the car and it was very muddy. It was full of dirt externally.     We were relocating and we were looking through the internet for a good company to ship our car. We saw that the consumers who used eShip before had a good rating for them.     I was relocating and I hired eShip to transport my vehicle because I was talking to their rep, Mark Anthony, and he was so straight with me. He told me that I could go ahead and talk to the rest of the brokers I want, but if I wanted my car to be picked up that day, it’s going to cost as much as the price he gave me. He also said that if I found something better, I could go ahead. But if I don't, I should give him a call. And he was right.

    I did the same trip last year but the other direction and it was a nightmare. My car was up there a week late and I couldn’t get a hold of the broker. The broker never answered his phone and I couldn’t get a hold of the driver because they don’t really give the driver’s number until we get near the drop-off. But this time, the driver was even faster than Mark Anthony spoke of. He was cool, too. He got here pretty quick and dropped my car off a few blocks down which was a little bit interesting because there’s enough room where I live. But it really wasn’t an issue. My car went 3,000 miles and from me confirming wanting to work with eShip, then paying, to the point of my car getting here, the whole process took around a week and my car got here in five days. I would recommend eShip.

    My son was moving to Los Angeles and he was supposed to drive the car but we decided to have it shipped. eShip had good reviews and I got a free quote, which was competitive. Their sales rep contacted me once I inquired online and we talked about my need. I've never shipped a vehicle before, and he explained the whole shipping process to me. Also, he explained that eShip is the broker and I would be dealing with a carrier who would handle the vehicle. And he indicated that once my need was identified then I will be contacted by other companies which I was. And so, after assessing other quotes that I received and reviewing the reputations, and Better Business Bureau ratings, and the reviews of several companies, I decided to go with eShip.

    I was here when the car got picked up, and the carrier driver's actions were pretty good. But I was expecting a notification regarding an estimated pick up time, and I didn't receive it. So, I ended up having to call them. And then when they picked the car up, the estimated pick up time was supposed to be during the morning on the day of pick up, but as it turned out, it didn't occur until at night. It wasn't a major problem though because everybody came through within the time frame, so it was a successful experience. The price is really worth it, too.

It was a pleasant experience. The car arrived almost the exact day that I wanted. I didn't want it to arrive earlier because I had to send via FedEx the certified check to pay the driver. So I told them not to have the delivery before Wednesday. Everything worked out perfectly with eShip. The only thing was the pick-up location was right on the border of Mexico. I live in El Paso, Texas and that's a long drive and it's kind of a bad place to be at 10:00 at night. And I couldn't find it. Then the guy called me up and he was at the Walmart that's right around the corner from my house. It would have been better coordinated had it not been 10:00 at night on the border.     We were moving the car to Florida with steel birds and we decided to fly down and ship the car. We Googled “shipping cars,” and we must have gotten a dozen different companies, so we settled on one who offered about 550 bucks. When we got ready to take the car, he backed out, so we found another one. And this guy guaranteed that the truck was going to be there at 3:00 on Saturday. But no one showed up and we heard nothing. So, we went back to look at the different ones that we had requested, and eShip's post said, “We’ll help you if you’ve been kind of screwed by the other companies.” So we called them up and the lady we talked to was very knowledgeable. It was a last minute thing and when she was looking for a driver, somebody cancelled so we were able to get that one. There was no scheduling and we were in Florida when they picked up the car so only our neighbor, who needed a driver to load the car, was there.

    The quote they gave us was high but we were on a spot and the gal told us that it was going to be costly because we're going down in the end of October, a busy time of the year, and the gas price has just soared. So we were willing to deal with that. When the driver reached where we live in at New Smyrna Beach, we met him at a closed mall so he could unload with no trouble. And he was a really nice and very classy guy. The whole process took three days. They were all very good and very professional. We would use them again.

    I really love eShip. They're a great company. I had used them before and used them again when I needed to get two antique vehicles taken from one place to another. I telephoned Craig up and asked him how much was it going to cost me to cover the transport, and he told me. I asked if they could pick them up on a date that I gave and he told me he would check and get back to me. He texted me and said they could. Vlad turned up when he was supposed to and took the cars. He delivered them on the day I wanted them delivered. I've had him before as well and he’s good.

    The day he came to pick it up one of the cars wouldn’t start, so he had to deliver it onto the transporter. They took it away. They got it to the destination place before the time I needed it and they just kept it. They charged me for keeping it. The day I wanted it they said they were bringing it and I didn’t even know that they had delivered it. They took it to where it had to go. If I needed to use them again I wouldn’t have any hesitation, and I would recommend them to anybody.

    I purchased a vehicle out of state so I searched for a shipper online. I needed to get the truck moved from Georgia before hurricane Irma hit. eShip bumped up the price so the free quote didn’t work. The rep gave me a price and told me it could be less. Then, he said he couldn’t find a driver. When he found a driver, the driver wanted $200 more but I refused to pay $200 more. And I said, “Forget it” and he told me he’ll see what he can do. Finally, he came back to me and said, “I will get the driver to pick up your truck tomorrow if you’ll pay an extra $50.” It’s only $50 but there were so many games and so much time was going by which didn’t make me happy.

    I agreed to pay the $50 and the truck didn’t get picked up. The man tried to act real nice but the car came three weeks later than it was supposed to come from when originally he was supposed to get somebody. The driver’s excuse was something happened to his trailer upon picking up the car. I know it was a lie because when the guy got here and delivered the truck, he told me, “Oh, they said you were not in a hurry to get the car.” He also started giving me a sob story about how much it cost him in tolls. There was a lot of baloney going along with that. But the truck got here in one piece and that was a good thing and eShip still did a good job. I don’t know if I would ever ship a vehicle again because it’s a hassle. It would have been easier for me to just pick it up.

    I had found one other carrier and signed a contract with them. They had 10 days to secure the transportation or the contract was void at a certain price. And the contract wasn't fulfilled so I called eShip and they had secured transportation in about a day or so. I talked with them once or twice and that was it.     The last time I shipped a vehicle was 25 years ago and it was in a bad situation. I was really scared and I had a few days to ship my car this time.     When I was in Florida, I was doing some online research and eShip came up and they had good reviews. So, I reached out for a quote and it seemed to be pretty fair, and I went with it. There were a few companies with a lower price but eShip had a nice feedback and I thought it was a good resource. eShip brokers the shipping to some other vendors who do the shipping all the time in that area. But eShip seemed to have their act together, and when I got the contact information from the actual shipper, they met their obligations. We transported the vehicle I inherited from my father to Colorado.

    The pick-up went fine. And originally, I was under the impression from the contractor that it was going to be a shipping company that's using a semi-type car hauler. And it ended up being a passenger truck with a flatbed trailer that had two vehicles on it which was fine. And then, the shipment was delayed slightly. They had some mechanical problems on the trailer which delayed it a day from the estimated of arrival. But it was still within a fair window. And they made every effort to make me feel comfortable about the shipment and when it was going to arrive. They were also very professional. And I'd recommend eShip but I'd also recommend that the company should let their customer know upfront that they aren't truckers or carriers but they are a contract company that reaches out to other truckers for their business.

I could also sense that he was being honest about what he told me so I stayed with them. Their driver, however, was supposed to be at the pick-up point at 8:00 in the morning but the owner waited until 11:00 AM, which was bad. He could have called them and told them that he won't be on time. But he did good. We had some small stuff we bought and we all got those, so everything turned out okay. It took a total of four days from the pick-up to the delivery. We were in a hurry to get the vehicle delivered so we ended up paying a couple of hundred dollars more than what I could.

    I bought a car in Texas and I tried to get it shipped but I couldn’t get anyone to pick it up. I tried to get a couple of shippers but it took me almost a month and a half to get the car to New Jersey because the other shippers kept saying they're going to pick it up and they kept raising the price. I dealt with a lot of crummy shippers and I tend to be very cautious with them because there are some really rotten people out there. They take your money and they use it for 14 days and then you have to fight to get it back. Then they said, “Well, you signed a contract with us. We don’t have to give you back your money.” I said, “You're not shipping my car, so you better give me my money.” It was an awful experience trying to ship a car.

    Finally, I lost my patience and I went to ConsumerAffairs. I was going to do a complaint and then it showed some shipping and it said something about eShip so I called and got a hold of Michelle. She was incredible and really good. She kept me informed and she did what she said she was going to do and that’s important. She said she will get it on the truck within a week, but she did it within five days. They picked it up on a Saturday and I got it on Monday. I was a little upset though because they raised the price three times, but considering what everybody else did, they were right in line with everyone else. So, either I pay it or I don’t get my car, and I happily paid it. The carrier driver was great and even came early. They were great. They didn’t charge me anything for the quote and didn’t have the payments until this car was in the truck.

    eShip seemed to have good referrals online and they were the cheapest. The people in the office were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and everything started off fine with the driver. He showed up a day early and we got the car loaded very efficiently. He was very courteous and proper and professional. But I will never use eShip again. I made it very clear to the driver and the staff at the office that I could not accept the vehicle early. I would not get to my destination before the following Saturday. They seemed to acknowledge all that, and I realized that their paperwork said that the pickup date for the vehicle was an estimate.

    Halfway into my trip, as I was driving a U-Haul and I was in Oklahoma, the driver called and told me he was going to be in Aberdeen, Maryland the following day, and asked if I would be willing to accept delivery of my car. That was three days early. I told them I won't be there so they asked me if I knew someone who could pick up the car. By that point, I got pretty frustrated. I told them I didn’t know anyone who could pick up the car. I just changed jobs now and didn’t know anybody. They offered to drop the car at a local Walmart if I would pay them more money, which I refused. I called eShip's main office, and expressed what was going on. I also expressed my sheer displeasure of being treated that way. I got a call back saying, “Fine. We understand. We will drop the car off next week.”

    I arrived in Aberdeen, Maryland on that Saturday, so going into Labor Day weekend. I found out on Sunday that the car was at a depot in Philadelphia. So, I called up the shipper and asked if I could come and get the car. They seemed a little bit surprised by that. They told me it was for delivery on Tuesday. I told them I was in the area and I needed to come get it. I was a little forceful, and they relented to let me come and get it. And I went and picked it up to have the whole thing done.

    I was heading back to Florida from New Hampshire and I didn’t want to drive the vehicle down, so I wanted to have it transported instead and eShip was the only one that could come up with a driver within my timeframe since I had a limited time window to find a driver and have them pick it up before I leave because I had no one to oversee getting the vehicle to them and make it sure they got it on the truck.     I'm retired from the military and I had to ship my vehicle from Hawaii all the way to Maine. I only had a short period to get everything squared away. I called eShip because what they were having to do with my move was unique. Craig was really good and he would tell me what he got and what he had to do.     We spend our summers in Utah and booking rental cars has gotten crazy, so we decided to ship our car out. I looked at a bunch of auto transport companies and talked to several of them. The rep of eShip, Maryanne, gave me all the information that I needed. It was very scary for me because I had never done this before, but she was incredibly helpful, so I went with them. We were returning the week after the hurricane and Maryanne had to move her operations to Georgia or some place other than where she was in Southeast Florida because of the hurricane, but I still got to stay in touch with her and she was great.

    Everything worked out very nicely. The eShip people returned my calls whenever I called them and had a question. The quote I received was accurate and only differed by $50 from what I ended up paying. The delivery of the car went very well too. The driver that took my car out there was from Las Vegas, so he was headed home and he delivered the car exactly when it was supposed to be delivered. Initially, the eShip reps had told me to get a certified check, which I did, so I had the check on hand. On the day before the delivery, the driver called me and asked if I would be paying by cash and I said, “No, but I have a certified check.” He may have preferred cash, but the check worked out anyway. The car was delivered right across the street from our condo and it was in great condition.

    When I came back from Utah, I ended up going back with eShip. We were on our way back from Las Vegas, but it was a little hairy because they had a hard time finding somebody who was willing to go to Florida after the hurricane. I told them that I had to know by a certain date if they had found someone, but they were very helpful and they found somebody. He was from Miami and going back there, so it all worked out. The shipping of our car was great and it was exactly as they said it was going to be. We had a very pleasant experience with eShip and I've already recommended them.

The price was right and they did everything they said they were going to do and it worked out well. I bought an almost brand new truck, and told the dealer I want to know every nick, scratch, and little thing and he said there's no blemish on it. The truck came out of Georgia and I took it to Florida. The driver was great. He kept me informed where he was and the timing was right on.     I was bringing my daughter's car home from college and I went with eShip because I've used them before. The process was simple. I gave them a call and told them about my shipping needs then they gave me a quote. They weren't the lowest, but it was fair. I was very suspecting of low quotes based on the experience I had the time before so their quote was fine. Then they followed up later and told me when the pick-up date was going to be within a couple of days window. The first time that I used their services, the trucker told me that they will call me a day in advance and they called me four days in advance. He told me what date they were going to be here and that they will call me again in advance. That was a really good experience. However, the second time was not as good.

    The carrier driver was supposed to call me a day in advance and he didn't. I then called eShip and told them about it. Also, the last date of our window was on Monday, but he didn't make it on Friday so I told him that I assumed that he is going to pick the car up that day. He told me that their truck has broken down and hopefully he'll be picking the car up that day. I told him I was flying out and that was the last day to pick the car up. Eventually, he picked the car up but the services weren’t so great with this trucker. Other than that, eShip does a good job and they're fair. I've recommended them before and a couple of my friends that used them had a good experience with them as well.

    The mover himself gave me the website of ConsumerAffairs because he said that was where the ratings were, so that was the website I went to. Then I chose two shipping companies from the website and eShip was the one that came through. I contacted eShip to have my car shipped from Florida to Massachusetts. The woman rep was very informative and we kept communicating with each other back and forth. We had to go through three different drivers that didn’t work out because they weren't doing what they said they would. Finally, it was down to the driver that got the job done, and it was great with him.

    The carrier driver was running late, but he texted me and introduced himself, and he was very nice and polite. He called and said, “I'll be there in two hours,” and he met me at the exact time that he said he would. He was the first driver that came with a regular, carrier-type vehicle and he did what he promised. He picked my car up on Wednesday at 3:00 PM and I had it by Friday at 3:00 PM. I thanked him and gave him a bank check. The quote that I got beforehand exactly matched the price that I actually ended up paying.

    When my vehicle was delivered, there was no physical damage outside. But I am bringing it in to have it checked under the carriage because it doesn’t ride as smoothly as when it was put on the carrier. There were other vehicles that were on the carrier going back to Florida and, during the transport, the driver had put my car on and off the carrier to move different vehicles. But that's not a big deal right now. If there's an issue or if I just need an alignment, I'll take care of that myself.

    The car transport was stressful because I gave eShip a six-day window. It came down to the last minute when the movers were there, but who showed up to get the car and who didn’t was something that eShip had no control over. I would recommend that particular broker that I dealt with or the company that he represented, and I would deal again with that broker in a heartbeat. We had just gone through the hurricane, which was unexpected, but we had to deal with that as well and he was in an area that was badly hit, so it was a plus to come through with the car transport. Overall, we had an excellent experience with eShip and I would definitely recommend them in the long term.

    I liked eShip's online reviews and their quote was fair. The sales person was very nice and accommodating too. But there was a major issue. The car was going to be delivered on a specific day and we were supposed to fly in and get there that night. We were called the night before and asked if the driver can bring the car by the house and leave it there because they got there a day early. We said that was fine but they ought to come back and give us the keys the next day. My neighbor, who didn't know it at that time because we just moved to the house, said that he noticed that there were two very large packages dropped off at the house.

    He was surprised by it because he didn't think anyone lived in our house yet. He noticed around 2:00 the car was delivered there. He went back outside to look and those two packages were gone so the suspicion was that the driver stole two of our packages which were quite expensive. It had to get replaced and I had to file reports to FedEx saying that they were lost or stolen. We just recovered a refund but I can't prove that the packages were stolen because we didn't have our security system and video monitoring system up like it is now.

    What's weird is that now we've lived here for two months and we've had packages left for four days without anybody bothering them because it's a very nice neighborhood. I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the driver and I contacted eShip by email but they didn't respond. eShip has fast shipments but possible dishonest practices with their subcontractors.

    I was going to a car show in California, but then I needed my car in Tucson. It was too hot to drive and my car didn’t have an air conditioner, so I had to ship it from Monterey, California to Tucson. I spent the last couple of years making my car perfect, so I was concerned about getting any damage to it because it would cost so much to go back and try to do anything about it.

    I had a timeframe for shipping my car because I needed to get on a plane from the show. Once I got on the list of people needing to ship their vehicles, transport companies called me constantly, but there are a lot of difficult people to work with in the auto shipping business. I talked with several companies and explained to them what I needed. But when I said that I would like them to come on a certain day, they said, “No way. We can come within four days.” Sometimes, they just hang up on me because they didn’t want to do it that way. Some of the brokers listened, but some of them called and bugged me and they seemed difficult. Everyone wanted to come on Tuesday instead, while I was at the show. But what was the point of bringing the car if I leave on Tuesday?

    The service of ConsumerAffairs helped in pointing out the group that I could work with that are going to be better than just anybody. I read the reviews of transport companies and eShip had good reviews, so I called them. The rep, Maryanne, was way less preaching to me about what I needed to do and more about what she could do for me, so I was happy about that. In the end, she found a mover that would do the job in a way that was closer to what I wanted and she said that what they were offering was a good deal. I had to pay 50 bucks more, which probably went to her, but she was good.

    What we had arranged worked well. The carrier driver was good and willing to do what I wanted, and he transported my car. It wasn’t a huge transport, so I put my car in a special carrier. He picked it up on time and delivered it when he said he would. I was able to drive my car on and off the carrier because it's trickier to drive a car that you're not used to and it's not like a new car. The driver seemed to know what to do. I was happy with the way that he strapped the car down with the tires instead of pulling on the frame, which isn't ideal. It was worth a few more bucks to get something that would not damage my car because I would spend way more on fixing things than I would in doing it right the first time.

    My car was shipped out three weeks ago. Shipping a vehicle isn't difficult when everything works the way it should, and you would then wonder why everybody wouldn't do it that way. But it's more of the exception than the rule that people will do their job and do what they say. I had a great experience with eShip and I was happy that they got my car here in great shape.

    I used eShip to ship a new car to my daughter across the country. One of the problems was I had called up and I wanted it done ASAP and they had said they would deliver it on a Thursday. And then, immediately, I called back within an hour to say I had unfortunately discovered it wasn't feasible, and if they could make it Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any day but Thursday because my daughter had work commitments and other things going. And if she's going to take time off work, it would cost money for her to be there to collect the car. They said yes and that it wasn't a problem. It was probably going to be Saturday, and with the kind of weather, it wasn't going to reach California in a short period anyway.

    However, it reached California when it was meant to reach California the first time, which was Thursday and that's really when it ended up happening. Their price was fine and the sales team was okay, except for the guy I spoke with that said he would be available 24/7 but wasn’t really the case. He said they had the wrong number so he was calling the wrong number back. I was a little bit concerned. But other than that, it was fine. They're professional and reliable. The driver was excellent every time I called and I had no problems with him whatsoever.

    I was transferring to California but my car was in Florida and I opted to have it shipped because I didn’t have the time to drive it across the state. I found eShip online and they seemed legitimate plus they had some good reviews. The agent that I spoke with was in Miami, Fort Lauderdale area, which is close to Florida where my car was.     The eShip website was fairly informative and when I got one of their agents on the phone, she was good at walking me through all the different details and explained how the auto transportation business works. I lived in a small town in Rhode Island and I arranged to have the car picked up at a friend's house in Providence because that would save some money.

    The pickup was good but the driver was not the easiest person to understand. He was eastern European. I got a call from him and he asked if it was a big street. I told him it was a normal street and he said he had a big truck and he's not sure if it'll fit. So, I had to drive back up to a Walmart to pick it up. On top of the communication difficulties, it wasn't quite what I had expected since my understanding was it was door-to-door. We'd set it up and I was planning to meet him to pick up the truck so it was another thing to do in a very busy week. Initially, it was frustrating but once we were connected, he was very nice. He got the car loaded, we inspected it and all of that went fine. It didn’t take too long and then the car was delivered in exactly the same condition we left it. Everything else was straightforward.     We had bought a new van online in North Carolina and we needed to get it up as we live in Pennsylvania. We decided it was probably easier to ship. I initially went online, and got estimates from a number of shippers. Then I read that it is better to deal directly with a broker instead. So, I went back online and researched for various brokers. I went on to ConsumerAffairs and saw some of the ones that they had recommended. One of them was eShip.

    They called me back immediately. The person I spoke to was easy to deal with. She gave me a way to get in touch with her as the weekend was coming up. We discussed her quote, which at that time was slightly higher than the initial one I got online. I questioned that and she said that they can put my quote on the board for a lower amount but they might not be able to get my vehicle to me next week. The shippers take the higher quote first. So we had gone with the higher one, and it wasn't a great deal of difference anyway. And we had a shipper within the day. Then they picked up our vehicle on a Monday and it was here by Wednesday morning.

    The shipper called me when he had the van. He told me he got it and said he will see me between 8:00 and 9:00 on Wednesday morning. He showed up at 9:15. He bought it to our driveway because he had to park in a cul-de-sac across the road and showed me some of the particular things about the van. He was awesome. There was really good communication all along. That's the most outstanding.

    I moved from Chicago to Las Vegas and I have a beautiful 1969 Camaro Super Sport Convertible which I’ve owned since I was 20.     My daughter was relocating to Georgia. eShip's price was within my budget and the experience with their rep who I dealt with initially was positive that was why I went with them. I wasn’t dissatisfied until I got told that there was nobody picking up the job for the price they quoted me, which I thought wasn’t my problem. So at the last minute, I was told that it would be a more attractive run for my vehicle to get to Georgia if I offered a little bit more money. I’m not sure if they gave me an underpriced quote to get me to sign along with them and if this is something that they do regularly, but they told me about the increase two or three days before my car was due to be picked up. It was too late to find someone else so I agreed to do it. Then they told me that they had put in some money themselves, which I never saw any documentation of it but I got charged an additional $50 above my original quote.

    The morning that my car was due to be picked up, which was the day before I was leaving for Georgia, the carrier truck broke down. It looked like I was going to be stuck at that point but the carrier sent an enclosed trailer to pick up my daughter’s car and got it down to Georgia very quickly and safely. So they came through for me on their end. The driver was amazing. If I ever have to ship my daughter’s car again, I would not go through eShip myself. I would be a little reserved because it seems like they were playing a game. I also needed to run after them to get updates and confirmation. I eventually did get called back and they were pleasant.

    eship as explained from day one when we spoke is a broker and price can change until driver is secured, unless you want a flat guaranteed rate at which time we can offer that as well, some customers after expalining process like to list lower to try get better price and we watch order and make sure to have out witihn dates you need. Once carrier is selected you deal with carrier and driver unless you cant reach them and at that time we have someone available 7 days a week to assist you as needed. When truck broke down, eship scrambled and found you new truck , ENCLSOED, to come pu your car and get transport done even though you only paid for open transport. Overall i thought after speaking to you few times during process you were happy. I wish you would of called and told us and we could of spoken about.

    When I found out that I needed to ship my car, I went searching online because the industry was so big and all the reviews were terrible for most of the carriers. I did a ConsumerAffairs search and found eShip. I talked to a gentleman and he was really good so I went with them. He did what they said they were going to do and kept me informed, and the car got in the location when it was supposed to. The customer service was excellent.

    One miscommunication that could have been better was when I ordered the job, I put half of the deposit and then I thought I was going to be charged the other half when the car got to Phoenix. What happened was the carrier asked the shop that I was dropping the car off to pay the balance. I know the guy at the shop so he was fine with it and ended up paying the balance, but he didn't tell me until after it was done. He said the carrier wouldn't release the car until he paid. It would have been nice for me to finish the process. I mentioned it to the gentleman at eShip and it was just a miscommunication. I'd recommend eShip and would definitely use them again.

    I was getting out of the military and I had two vehicles, but I was only going to drive one up to where I was going. I Googled and figured out what the Better Business Bureau was saying for a company that was good, and eShip was the one that showed up. eShip is like the brokering service to find a third-party to do the actual shipment. I was quoted at $800 which was like the national average for the shipping service. I called the rep every week to make sure that I was still good because I set it up about three weeks in advance.

    My biggest worry was just waiting on finding out if somebody was set up or if there was a delay somewhere. I waited for a confirmation email from eShip stating that they’ve found somebody to ship my stuff out, but there was no email. I felt it came down to the wire but the one I kept calling was nice and told me that everything's good to go, so my only gripe with the whole thing will be the follow-up. The carrier driver that came was professional and called me up the day that he was coming. He had three shipments to do, and I was the second of the third, but he got here the day that we agreed on. He was a lot more communicative than the other side to an extent, and he showed right up, got the car off, and everything was good. Everything went smoothly, and I'm pretty satisfied.
