We relocated and have four cars, and we needed the other one as we only had two here. The person I talked to from eShip was marvelous. She was attentive, intelligent and seemingly really cared about doing the right thing for my Porsche when I needed advice. She convinced me that I didn’t need to do a closed vehicle which was a substantial saving as we went with an open carriage. They quoted me one price and it was more than reasonable. This was on the Oregon middle coast and a lot of the carriers don't like going there because it's too isolated, so the carrier wanted $100 more but eShip took that off their fee and did not charge me an additional $100, and that got me right there.

I contacted Anna about moving my vehicle from Kansas to Vermont. In two days she lined up a company that picked up my vehicle right on time and delivered in on schedule to Vermont. The young men who picked up the vehicle inspected it thoroughly and took multiple pictures to document the condition of the car as they loaded on their trailer. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend eShip if you need to move a vehicle.

I live in Spokane, Washington and I bought a truck out of North Carolina. I have never used any type of transport shipping companies before. I got online, read all the reviews and eShip had a lot of good reviews so I gave them a shot and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everything was great. They showed up when they were supposed to and they kept me in the loop the whole time. I was extremely happy with them.

I can not say enough about eShip and Craig! My son was moving from California to Washington. 2 months prior to the move he contracted with a company that was recommended to him to ship his car. He was given a date and time for pick up. On the scheduled date no one showed up to pick up the car and the company was not returning his calls. We looked up companies online and read great reviews about eShip. We then called and spoke to Craig. Craig was very honest and told us off the bat that due to location for drop off it might be difficult to find a driver.

I moved and I shipped my car using eShip. Someone recommended them and I called them. My interaction with the sales team was fine and simple, and it was super easy with the carrier driver on the day of delivery. But there was some confusion. They didn't give me much of a heads up. The woman called me on a Sunday night and said that they’ll be here on Tuesday, but the date that she gave me was Monday. It was very confusing. I tried to get a hold of her again but she wasn't answering the phone, so I called the eShip people and they helped.

We were moving from Colorado to Phoenix area in Arizona and needed to ship a 2009 MINI Cooper. The move was coming up quickly so I needed to find somebody. I found eShip online, and our experience was great. I talked to Mark Anthony and he was a really straightforward guy. He asked me when I needed our vehicle and I told him any time between the end of the phone call to March 16th. And in 30 minutes, he called me back with a transport, which caught me by surprise. The quote I was given was higher than the quotes that other companies gave me but then what I understood was they would put the transport out for bid and they would take somebody with the lowest bid. If they came in with a really low bid, then nobody would pick up the transport and they would have to raise the price. So the price was high but reasonable. And that was also why he got us somebody in half an hour.

I was moving and I looked online for transport companies. I saw good reviews and comments regarding eShip and so I chose them. I used their free quote option and the quote I received was good. It was almost at par with other companies out there. There was a difference of maybe $100 but it was worth it for the peace of mind.

Demitri the driver of the transport was professional and he too kept us informed as he traveled. Transfer of the car to our daughter in Knoxville was seamless and again. I wasn't prepared to drive a sports car for a 2,000-miles, cross-country trip. In this time of the year, sports cars don't do well in the snow and there was nobody to drive it. My son-in-law had used eShip and recommended that I call a particular person, Maryann. I called her and she put the whole thing in motion. She did the coordinating, and she was thorough and got it done quickly. I anticipated the quote. And I was sold in advance. They quote one thing and then the price goes up and never goes down, and that was exactly what happened. I got quoted one thing, and it went up $100. But I was warned that that was going to happen.

I purchased a vehicle out of state from a family member in Idaho. I couldn’t rightfully get away from work to go out there and drive it all the way back and also didn't want to put the miles on it since it's a collector car, so I had it delivered. eShip had good reviews online when I looked them up so I had them do it. Their reps were super fantastic. They were really receptive, took care of my car like it was theirs and did everything as professional as I thought was possible.

We had contracted with another company who "played games" with us regarding pickup, price, return calls, so we dropped them and contacted you. Price was exactly as quoted, pick up within a week of initial contact, drivers were courteous, friendly, helpful and very conscientious about my vehicle (2001 Ford Expedition). I was moving from Florida to Indiana and eShip was listed at multiple websites that give information about moving cars as one of the most reliable companies for shipping cars. The process went really well. They contracted a transporter who came and picked up the car in our house, came right to our home and the next day it was already in Indianapolis. He kept us informed and sent pictures. We were on the phone and when I later went there to pick up the car, it was the same shape it was in when we gave it to him and cranked it up. The car was well taken care of and everything was perfect. It all went really smooth, painless, and efficient. I would tell others to go ahead and use them.

Transport of BMW from South Carolina to California - Very pleased with the service. Marryann of eShip was very nice and patient, explained the process in the smallest detail, and was available when later on I had additional questions. I had to get a car from New Jersey down to North Carolina. I had a better feeling with eShip's rep so I went with them. The quote that I was given was good which was close to my actual payout. Also, the delivery driver was very courteous and respectful, and he carefully took care of the car. I would recommend eShip.

Anna and the rest of the team were friendly and made themselves very available, via phone and email. There was a miscommunication about payment but it seemed that the actual trucking company had given bad information. EShip worked to fix the error and all in all we were happy with the shipment. I've used other shipping companies before and eShip's price was fine and similar but they got the car across the country much faster, so that made me happy. It was good with the sales team too. My only concern was when it was time to pick the car, the driver of the truck called me to meet him two cities away because his truck was really big, even though I paid for door-to-door. And that was alone with two cars. I was like, "I'm not sure how you want me to do that." And then, he finally brought his truck to the house. Everything went pretty smooth. He got there so fast that I didn't even have the time to send the final payment cross-country. They got there in five days and I had to get my dad to go to the bank. I liked the timing. I have one more car to ship and I'll probably use them.

I sent eShip an email and they sent me a quote that was too high. I had other quotes that were less money, but they weren't doing anything. So, when I contacted eShip, Craig answered. He asked me where the vehicle was at. He was right up front about everything. He said he'll do the best he can but he couldn’t guaranty it with that kind of money. I said okay. I was at a position where I was tired of waiting. I had to push the button and go. And Craig took care of it. They picked the car up on Wednesday or Thursday and it was at my place on Sunday. The price was 2,200 or 2,800 and I have no complaints. They did right. And whenever I was trying to contact Craig or I left a message for him, I got a callback from Jessica and she was very pleasant and helpful.

I looked up online and I saw good reviews about eShip. The quote that they gave me was good and my interaction with the sales team was reasonable. The rep did not tell me something and did something else, so he was good. I appreciated that and I specifically called him a couple of times just to thank him for all this. But it wasn't so good during the delivery. There was a delay, although those things are bound to happen. The vehicle had a couple of scratches when it arrived, but it was fine. The whole process of the delivery was good and whenever I talked to the sales guys, they picked up my call. And I was kept in the loop. eShip is very transparent. I will definitely refer them to other people.

I was looking for a new car and it was in Texas while I’m in Florida. I needed to get it shipped as I didn’t have the means to go out there and drive it back. I looked online and I Googled some stuff. There was another carrier that came up and then I read some reviews that were not very favorable. And then, when I got to eShip, the reviews were fine online and I felt a little bit better about using them than the other company.

And if I had a question she would answer it. And there wasn’t any "big to do." The process was really simple. eShip was efficient and I would tell others to use them. I needed to ship a vehicle to Boston from West Lafayette, Indiana, and it took four days. When I called eShip initially, it took five minutes for the representative to get me a quote and that was it. It was smooth and the quote was reasonable too. The driver was also really good and helpful. We got everything done in a few minutes.

I used eShip in 2014 and I was satisfied that time so when my daughter moved to California, I didn't shop around for a different company. I went to eShip straight. The quote was okay for my need and Craig was wonderful. He was the same person who helped me in 2014. This time, I called three weeks in advance but I couldn't decide on the date. He told me to get back to him once I've decided and after I did, the car was picked up within five days, on the day I wanted. The driver was very cooperative as well. Both the pickup and the delivery were good. But they gave us a window on Monday for the delivery and I waited but they couldn't make it so they delivered the next day. We were okay, but if someone wants fast delivery, that was no good. Otherwise, everything went smooth and I would tell others to use them. They were good and I had a great experience.

I was moving so I got a few quotes from transport companies and I was able to negotiate with eShip. The salesman was on top of it and got it done right away. The driver set it up and I took the car. Then when they dropped off the car, I was home so it was easy. I would tell my friends to go for eShip or at least get a price.

I had a great experience with eShip! Mark ** was super helpful, and patient even when I texted and called thinking I had lost the carrier's name for the cashier's check. (it was just in an email chain whoops!) Everything was easy, super straightforward, and I had my car within a week despite the winter storm in the northeast! It was incredibly simple to set up separate people to both send and receive the car, too, since I had a last minute date to Disney. It was delivered in fabulous condition - cross country dirt expected! My thanks to eShip for such great service.

We needed to send the car to our son in California and eShip's website seemed to be the most reliable. The organizer was professional and easy to understand. Also, the driver was fabulous. He communicated, let us know exactly what was going on, communicated with our son and did everything in a timely manner. The transport took five days, but it wasn’t his fault because our son was out of town when he could have been down there. And he was kind enough to arrange his schedule to drop the car off the morning after my son returned. The experience was flawless and it couldn't have been better. I'd tell others to go for eShip because they're easy to work with and everything's understandable.

First time to ship a vehicle coast to coast and eShip with the help of Mark ** made the experience very easy and no hassle. After calling another company and waiting two weeks with no response to have our new Jeep transported we decided to call eShip. Marianne was extremely informative and was sure to follow up on where things were, how the process of getting our vehicle shipped worked and when our vehicle was going to be picked up. She contacted a transport company that said they could pick our Jeep up in two days to bring it to California. When they did not show up at the dealership to retrieve our Jeep in the two days she contacted another company, Aledi, LLC and they assured us that our car would be picked up the next day. True to their promise our Jeep was picked up and delivered a day earlier than we had expected.

Craig and his crew did a great job. Quickly located an auto transporter and got my car to Florida faster than I would have thought possible. Price was very competitive. I could not be more satisfied. I would happily use them again.

I received excellent service from eShip! They transported my Grand Cherokee from Austin Texas to Alabaster Alabama for me. I was very impressed with the contractor they choose and the regular updates throughout the process beginning from when I place the order until after the vehicle was delivered. The contractor picked up on time and delivered on time. He also contacted me to give me schedule updates. I felt extra care was taken to ensure proper care of my vehicle. The hauling truck was very clean and looked to be new. The drivers were very friendly. I noticed a number of very high end vehicles already loaded on the truck which assured me I wasn't the only person whom felt very comfortable with these folks. I would highly recommend eShip to anyone needing to move a vehicle.

I went to eShip after being dissatisfied with another vehicle shipping company. Mark, an eShip broker, was able to find me an auto transporter very quickly, after I contacted eShip. This auto transporter, Autotow, met my pickup and delivery date needs. Victor, the auto transporter driver was super courteous and friendly and my vehicle arrived promptly without any scratches or dents. Kudos to Mark and Victor.

Everything was very good with eShip. I needed to ship my car from Florida to New Jersey. eShip had a good price and there were good reviews on them. The transport came within three days. However, since it was a big truck, they couldn't get in my street because of the trees so I had to meet them down the street, but that was fine.

Excellent customer service. Mark ** had my car scheduled in a few days as promised after a previous carrier cancelled on me last day. The following up and delivery went as planned and arrived a day early. Hooray. The follow up and customer service with eShip was EXCELLENT.

I acquired a vehicle from someone in the family and needed to ship it, so I went with eShip. the free quote I got was good. I have talked to the sales team several times through email, and they were all friendly and professional. The driver called to let me know how close he was to reaching my town and then agreed to a fixed time and location when I pick up the car. The whole process took 10 to 14 days, well within the timeframe. I would recommend it, and it is certainly better than flying and driving it yourself.

I had an excellent experience with eShip. Car was picked up when promised and actually delivered a day earlier than promised, and in perfect condition. Excellent customer service along the way, with all questions answered promptly by e-mail. The way it should be!

My mother passed away and my father was going down to their place in Florida. We were in Massachusetts and this time, we had to ship the car down. There were three companies that I got prices from and a rep from eShip called me and I liked talking to her. I also talked to her about the other ones and she seemed very knowledgeable about everything and didn’t push herself. She just said that they would love to help us and to just give them a call when we were ready, so I went with them. A few days after my father got here, he fell and had a cerebral hemorrhage and was in a hospital. They stored the car for us because I had to hire a jet to fly him home medically, and then he died. It was a very difficult time for us and eShip was very cooperative and kept the car and didn’t charge us anything extra.

I called eShip and they gave me a quote on the phone. I had a great experience with them. There was a little bit of a delay getting me my car for a little bit but they sort it out and they adjusted it. So, other than that, it was fine. It worked out. The drivers were pleasant as well. I'd tell my friends that the process was quick and easy and that they should use eShip.

eShip did everything that they’re supposed to do in shipping a vehicle back to Alabama for my stepfather. I liked the ratings that they had on ConsumerAffairs. They gave me a quote and it was reasonable and I went with them based on the reputation. Their rep was very pleasant and accurate as far as the company and who would contact me. Both drivers were very friendly and very professional. They came out, reassured us that everything will be fine with the car and they lowered the car very carefully. They called me before they arrived as they promised and they called before they arrived so that my stepbrother could meet with them. The process took about seven days from the time they took the car. It was a pleasant experience. We’ve never shipped a car, but it was painless.

I had some very specific requirements, and the truckers themselves often determine what happens; but eShip was able to make it all happen in a way that met my timing and other needs. — I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an auto-shipping service.

We were moving and the recommendations from other people for eShip were high so we went with that. Our salesperson Mary Anne was amazing, and the quote was great. It was upfront and complete. I didn't have to go back five times and ask why we were being charged for different things, which is what I read in a lot of the reviews for other carriers. There were a lot of hidden fees that were not disclosed. With eShip, there was one fee and I knew upfront exactly what it was going to be. The driver was wonderful as well. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and very thorough in inspecting the car. When he arrived, he called well in advance and gave us the timeframe. The car arrived perfect. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend using eShip.

I was planning to drive back, but since I fell and broke my leg and had an operation, we just shipped the car back with eShip. They seemed to be the best choice for the job. The price that they gave us initially was competitive. I've also talked to their rep Patrick and he was very good. There was a little bit of a problem about setting up a meeting with the delivery driver, but considering that the weather was very bad in New York, it was okay. My wife also was not able to accept the vehicle on the first option that they delivered the car since they delivered it after 10 PM and my wife was not able to be there. Then it took three days to get the car because it's been to Long Island. It was okay, though, since we didn't need it at that time. I'd recommend eShip and if I do need to ship a car again, I'll use them.

2017 Ford Escape was located in Oklahoma to be moved to West Palm Beach, FL. Had some trouble finding a reliable carrier. Worked with Marc ** of eShip to find a driver and move the car quickly and successfully. Painless process. Would use eShip again.

eShip had good reviews and the price is not too high and not too low, just in the middle. I felt very good about them. But then they couldn't find a carrier for me. And after they increased the price and then increased again and again. They said that the car is big and heavy so nobody wants to take it. But I don't think there is a reason because the first time I filled up the form I already told them it's our 350 Mercedes. But the carrier drivers were good. He called me in the morning and told me the timeframe from 11:00 to 12:00. Then before 12:00 he called me again and said that he will be 15 minutes late. He kept me informed.

I was moving and I saw eShip in the ConsumerAffairs' article online. I needed somebody to be able to ship the car quickly and eShip was able to select a driver, so we went with them. Their quote was reasonable. However, I didn’t know that the quote that they gave wasn’t the actual amount that I was going to pay. The amount could raise or decrease and it did because I was quoted out $850 and it raised to I $1,100. When I verified the price with the gentleman that had helped me, he said it was going to be $1,100. I wasn't aware of that in the beginning. I only heard that it did that because I had spoken to another gentleman with another company. But at the end, this was the only company who could find a driver for me so I had to just suck it up. If I had a few more weeks to decide, I'd get something cheaper somewhere else. But then, it was coming to the day that we were leaving and I needed the car shipped.

I just got out of the military and eShip gave me a military discount. The sales team kept in good contact and the delivery team were good overall. The weather was bad so it took a while for my car to actually get there. But pick-up and drop-off was fast. It was just a smooth experience.

The situation worked out as planned. There was a real chance for bad weather to impact the timing. Craig kept in contact as did the drive and staff. Not the least expensive but this is a big deal and they did what they promised.

First class from my initial phone call to the delivery. The contact person with eShip made the difference when I was looking to transport my vehicle from SC to DE. I had contacted one other recommended company but their broker was not helpful and ultimately sounded like a used car salesperson. The choice became quite easy.

I called around before I used eShip's service and I found that their price was the most reasonable. I found them online, I went to the comments of most people and there are issues, but most people seemed to enjoy the experience since they have no problems. I gave them a call and this person asked about the window, what type of car and they quoted me right away. I also looked at various people’s prices and for my kind of distance, from L.A. to New Orleans, it's just one price. They don’t have a lot of scales, but just that one price when you called around it beats everything by $400 or $500. They could find shippers in a very short window, and when they say that your car will be delivered a certain date, it's there and no damage.

Transfer of my Honda from GA to SM. I was very pleased for the job. I would use or refer this to my friends as well. The process was very easy and they kept track the progress with me. The driver was very nice and patient and also professional. I was overall very pleased with their work.

They got good comments so I went with them. Their rep was very professional and got properly on anything that I had emailed to him. The driver delivered the vehicle earlier. They did a good job and everything worked out good. It was just a good experience, overall.

Car was transported from South Florida to Wisconsin. Made it just fine. Looked great, and very polite drivers. All in all, a fine experience. I would do business with eShip again. Car was a couple of days late, but I was told the driver lost his father in Europe.

I had a bad experience sending my car to California. I just picked somebody online without doing good research and I had a horrible experience with them. I then wanted to try and get some legitimate reviews so I went with the top three that ConsumerAffairs listed. My contact person from eShip was very quick to answer questions. He gave me his personal line so it directly went to him every time I called, which I appreciated. Also, they delivered the car faster than they said they would pick it up. However, the communication with the actual driver was a little bit difficult. He might have fallen asleep when he got back to Georgia and slept 24 hours because I couldn’t find him. So I called eShip and they found him right away. He was in Atlanta. I would use eShip again if I had to.

We bought a house in Florida. We were flying down and we wanted the car shipped since we didn’t want to drive it. There was a quote that was lower but I had an email from that company every day, and then there was another one that had given me approximately what it would cost but theirs was a little higher. eShip's quote was in between, which seemed reasonable. eShip wasn't the least expensive, but they didn’t hound me to death with 50,000 emails about choosing them. They quoted the price for me, answered my questions and then let me make a decision. Also, they were based off of Florida. I got the quote from them, then we set up the date and they followed up with me.

I have used Craig to transport 4 cars now and each pickup and delivery has been flawless. Highly recommend if you need to transport a car use Craig! I would not use anyone else. The communication was great and each car arrived perfect!

I had a good experience with eShip when I used them. I shipped two cars and the last one went very smoothly. The sales team was knowledgeable and nice. The entire process for the shipping took three weeks and the carrier was very good.

I purchased a vehicle up from California and shipped it to Ohio. The eShip representative that I initially spoke with was very attentive to my needs. We had to push everything back and he was very efficient. The quote was competitive to the rest. It was around the same as when I shipped internal which was $1,900. The sales team was professional. Everything was done accurately and on time. And when we had issues, everybody moved as they were supposed to.

This was the first time I had to ship a car and I can't thank eShip enough for getting me out of a bind. I had started out with another company and given them 3 weeks to find a truck to move my 1966 Mustang from WI to VA. They told me it wouldn't be a problem finding someone to move the car in that time frame. 2 and a half weeks went by and the company couldn't find a truck to move my car. I called eShip and spoke to Mark to see if they could help me out. Within 24 hours he found a driver and two days after that the car was on its way. He walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. The paperwork was easy to complete and done completely online. Will definitely use this company again.

I moved to Minneapolis and used eShip's service because the other company I tried to work with was unresponsive. The quote given by eShip was competitive. However, it increased twice and they said that a driver would not be willing to take it without an increased price. When they give a quote, they should not change it and should act like a professional. Their sales rep was shady. I felt like he had a hidden agenda and that he was a used car salesman to the max, but he was all right. The process took two weeks from the beginning to the end which was what I expected.

I want to tell you how pleased we are with the service and delivery of our vehicle. It was picked up on the day requested in Oklahoma and delivered to Pennsylvania in a very reasonable time frame. We were moving across the country and we had a tight timeframe. My husband said that the reviews for eShip were really good and that they were good at hitting their time windows. Their quote was higher than some, but it was reasonable. The carrier driver came, but we didn’t know when he was going to come until an hour before. But it all worked out well and he was very nice. He picked up our car and then it was only eight days later that we got it. The driver was super nice and he's really great. He's our biggest recommendation. The car was in perfect condition when it came. Our experience with eShip was one of the better experiences of our move because our movers weren’t super great. eShip was honest with the prices and they have relationships with good drivers.

After waiting 9 days with another broker and no driver scheduled I called Mark on a Sunday and he had a driver haul my car by Tuesday! It did cost me several hundred dollars more but it was a fair price from Houston-Seattle. The driver was excellent and I received the car in six days. Don't make a mistake and go with a low bid, even from a 5 star company as your car may never be delivered!

Good experience, overall. They worked with me to find shipment options which met my needs. Pickup was a little difficult to coordinate, given the driver's timeline and truck maneuvering restrictions. The drivers prefer large commercial parking lots near freeway access. After some discussion, I agreed to meet about 30 min away from my requested pick-up location. My vehicle was delivered on time, in good condition, to the location I requested. No hidden charges - I paid what we agreed in the contract.

I called them and talked to their rep, Marianne. She was relatable. I told her what I wanted to do and my worries and she walked me through all of the processes. We had a vehicle that was undrivable before we left and we needed to get it here after we already left the state. I read reviews online and decided to ship with eShip. The original wasn't that far off with the actual quote. The issue of where we are and where the car was made it a little difficult to get an accurate quote but once we got that to a better location, destination-wise, it was easier to get a good quote that someone would actually choose.

I had a great experience with eShip and I was really happy I recommended them to a friend who is moving to Santa Fe. eShip had great comments on the internet and they were really fast to respond. I did the pre-quote option to ship the car a friend gave me to where I am and the quote was competitive. But the organizer couldn't find anybody and then I was not very happy with the fact that she raised the quote by $50 after she had already given it. I bought a car in Atlantic City, New Jersey, but I live in Beaumont, Texas so I needed to have it shipped down here. The quote given by eShip was very accurate. It was a few dollars higher than some of the other quotes but they were able to get the car to me within a matter of several days, whereas the other companies were several weeks away. My car was pulled by a much smaller trailer than I thought it would be. It only had my car and another car, but that was okay. It got here in very good condition. The only negative thing was the driver didn't speak in English. He only spoke Russian. But he did a good job of delivering my car. It was very meticulous and there were no marks on the car.

I was more concerned with my car getting here without an issue and that happened. The sales team was very responsive, and the driver was good. He was very efficient. It was good because my car got here before I did. He parked the car where they told me they would park it and that was okay. He met me on schedule when I called him so it was good. I let my friends know that its a good carrier. It was hassle-free so that’s what I needed.

I needed a Jeep Wrangler shipped from right above Dallas, Texas to Ohio. eShip seemed to be a lot easier to be with so I went with them. At the beginning, the quote they gave me was pretty far fetched. It was a four hundred and some dollar quote and after I agreed and signed the paperwork online, three weeks passed and they couldn't get a shipper to agree to that quote. So, I ended up paying $1,000. That was a $200 fee to the broker and an $800 fee to the shipper. So the company threw that quote down to me to hook me, then they strung me out. But the sales rep and driver I dealt with were very good. I received the car within 5 days. They got slowed down by two days because of the weather and a truck breakdown in Oklahoma. But the driver continued to let me know what was going on. He was also prompt and when I would text him, he would call me back. Using eShip was pretty convenient and I'd use them again.

I used eShip during a business move because of their flexibility. The person who assisted me, Mark, was a good guy. We only had an issue because I expected that I could use my credit card to pay on delivery but they wanted cash on delivery. But the carrier driver was very courteous and he looked very professional which is a lot of times unusual in the trucking industry. And that was both times -- not only when he picked up the vehicle but also when he dropped the vehicle off. He was very pleasant. He is of those guys you'd want to interact with again. They picked up the car on Friday and dropped it off on Monday.

I used eShip when I was moving and I couldn’t get the other companies to ship my car. The quote I received was fine and the representative was professional and thorough. eShip had good reviews for being reputable and there wouldn’t be any nonsense where they take your vehicle and have additional fees to get the car back. But our service ended up costing quite a bit more. They explained it was because there were the Santa Barbara fires at that time, and so a lot of truckers weren’t willing to drive near California and I was an hour from where those fires were. It went up around $400 which was a lot, but it also made sense that truckers didn’t want to go anywhere near there. The sales team was great and the driver was prompt and professional. Whenever I was concerned about I wasn’t getting an update on when my vehicle was going to be arriving, I contact the sales rep and she would immediately contact the driver and get right back to me.

I called several auto transport companies and decided to go with eShip since there were so many good comments. I got back to Mark a couple days after receiving his quote which was within the range of other quotes. I asked how long it will take to find a company to transport and he said it could be 2 hours or 2 days. Luckily, someone contacted Mark within the hour. Mark sent the order/contract for me to electronically sign. After he received it, he contracted with the transport company.

There was a mix up on the pickup date but was quickly correct by eShip. The truck broke down so pickup was one day late. Truck broke down again and delivery was three days late. Getting updated status required me contacting eShip and trucking company. I understand that equipment breaks, unfortunately the customer (Me) wasn't notified as the scheduled of delivery kept changing.

We did have a good experience with eShip as of this date. Mary Ann was very helpful and very responsive. Good customer service. I liked being updated. My daughter has not driven her car yet, so we hope there is no damage. When we had the car shipped to Austin via another company some wires were loose when we got the car back but it was hard to prove. To date, it looks like the vehicle was returned in good condition. Would have given five stars but I had to ship my daughter's car twice in one year at $900 a pop which is expensive for a single income household.

My dad was coming from Maine to Florida for a few months and he was unable to drive his vehicle down. My dad is 88 and hard of hearing so I was the contact of eShip. Everything seems fine from my point of view. I didn’t do anything very much. All I did was drive my dad up to pick up his vehicle. My nephew paid an additional to have it received on the day intended to be delivered. I have left work that day to go ahead and receive it. However, I got a call several hours later. They said they would call within an hour of delivery. But I’m not within an hour of delivery from where I work to my home, to drag my dad up to transport it back to the house. So they never arrived. And then later that night, I got a call very late saying he’ll be there tomorrow. Although we were able to go and pick it up before I even had to leave for work the next morning, it was very early. Anyhow, I didn’t miss any additional work.

I needed to ship my vehicle from Washington to New York. eShip's broker was good to work with, and they came at a pretty reasonable rate compared to a lot of others. He was a little bit slow to get started, but then once we get on to it, he stuck with it. The first driver that showed up couldn't haul it and got a turn on really quickly for a second driver that came, and they did a really good job with it. The driver came with a smile and left with a smile. I was in a good mood and it was not an easy drop because it was a different, very wide vehicle. It took about five days to finish from the time they picked it up, which was pretty quick considering where they came from. Other than the slow start everything else is great. I will definitely do it again. I transported three other vehicles and that was the smoothest.

I was leaving the current state and I was in in going to a different country and I was shipping the car back to my home state. The gentleman from eShip that was helping me went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. He let me know how the whole type of business works. Basically all the work. He leveled with me and kind of got on a familiar basis with me. The service was expensive but it's a supply and demand thing. So you got to pay what you get for. The carrier driver was cool. He knew where he was going. He's going to get there fast.

THIS TEAM IS AMAZING!! They're TRULY a professional, honest, and timely family business! I had the worst experience with Roadrunner and needed a carrier ASAP to deliver my truck across country, so that my son could have it for his Christmas present. On the 18th of December, Roadrunner (whom I confirmed my reservation with at the end of October) decided to tell me that they had NO ONE to pick my truck up on the 19th, and I needed help fast, as I was boarding a plane the very next morning. Within minutes of my frantic phone call, Maryann, Craig, and another male representative called me to come to my rescue. They not only found and confirmed a carrier that night, but one that picked up my vehicle 2 days later, and had my truck delivered from Alabama to California on the 23rd, just in time for Christmas!! It was the only gift I had for my son, and these guys came through to make sure his mom kept her promise. I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!!

I was moving from New York to Seattle. I called several of the moving companies and all the quotes were of the same ballpark. The guy, Mark Anthony, over at eShip that I spoke to was the one who really broke down how that particular business worked, which I appreciated. While everybody else was giving me quotes that they were claiming valid and firm, he said, “Nah, it doesn’t work that way. It’s more of a bidding system. So, we can give you a quote, but we can’t guarantee you anything until much closer to the actual move date itself. And then we can get a commitment from the driver.” So, based on his candor, I went with him on that one. And I would definitely work with him again. I would also give his number to a friend and say, “Call him up.” He was a good guy to work with.

I live in Georgia and I bought a vehicle in Michigan. I shipped through eShip and they kept me informed on when it was going to get picked up and when it was delivering. The carrier driver had to divert to a snow storm but he got there eventually. And we kind of made an allowance for the delivery to make it easy for him to get it off. Things worked out fine.

The quote I was given was a little higher than others, but kind of as I expected based on the reviews I had read, and I paid exactly that. They were to the point, very easy to work with, and professional. They were pleasant, too. The driver picked the vehicle up early Monday morning and it was delivered late Friday night. eShip got the job done.

Very friendly and apt customer service representatives, and the drivers were on point with their delivery schedules. The only downside is the lack of ability to pay via credit/debit card. The deposit is capable of being done by credit card, but then when the vehicle is delivered it needs to be cash or money order. Would be nice if the same card on file could be used.

I talked to a guy named Craig in eShip and he was helpful. They had a number of a dispatcher if I wanted to know how to get an update on the progress which was good. I talked to the dispatcher twice. The driver, Stefan, seemed like a super responsible guy and that he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and a good guy to deal with so I’d definitely use him again. Even though English wasn’t his first language, he stayed in touch with me. Then, he had to unload some cars before he could get to mine, which showed up in perfect shape and on time. My dad passed away in May and one of the things that I got was his car. My sister left it at the neighbor next door to my dad’s house, and it was shipped from Southern New Hampshire to Tucson, Arizona. They said the entire process would take 7 to 10 days, and it took about eight. All went pretty well and I had a really good experience with eShip.

I was moving from Hawaii to the East Coast, and I was weary in the beginning because I went online and did a lot of investigating. EShip was recommended by a friend and their quote was comparable to the rest, so because of the reference, I went with them. I talked to the owner and every time I called, he answered the phone. He was a very pleasant man. The driver was a very nice man as well. We didn't have to wait on him. The vehicle came two days earlier than what we were expecting. I don’t have a garage so I shipped my vehicle to my parents’ home in Pittsburg to avoid the Boston winter. I went with eShip as I used them a few months ago when I moved to Boston from Atlanta. However, they went back on a price that they had initially quoted, so I didn’t find that particularly competitive. It was also higher than the usual quote which was a bit of a turn off. I had to negotiate to make it just a little higher versus the more significantly higher price. But I knew they were quick and I could get it done.

I purchased a car in Wisconsin and needed it shipped to Texas. eShip sold themselves the best. They were honest and they gave me a pretty fair quote. Their rep called me throughout, was always available and answered questions that I had. The interaction with the driver was a little different though. I gave him a cashier's checked and he asked who told me to do that. I told him it was the company and there was no problem but he wasn't pleased about receiving the cashier's check. Otherwise, it was a fine and efficient experience. eShip did the work for the price they said and it was on time.

My daughter was leaving. She was graduating college and she needed to have her car shipped home. When I was looking up on the internet eShip had a good rating so I gave them a shot. Mark was my sales rep and he was very helpful and everything was great. But during the moving day I called the shipper and he told me that the driver came down with pneumonia, which was a big stress test for me because that car had to be moved that day. My daughter's graduation was the next day and we were leaving to fly back to New York so it had to be that day. But when I got through to him he made some calls and as it turned out it got done. It worked out fine but that was a little bit of a concern for me. But he turned it around and we met the driver and we got the car here on time. Everything was fine and that was a good experience.

eShip had really good reviews and good customer experience reviews that’s why I went with them. They were not the least expensive but I went with customer experience. I worked with Mary Anne, who gave me the quote, and then I did everything online to schedule the appointment. The website was easy to navigate. The driver picked my vehicle up as promised and then he delivered it to me a day early. He met me close by the airport so that I didn’t have to worry about arranging additional transportation for myself and my family the day after we landed, which was very generous because I was traveling without transportation and with just my dog and my children. I would recommend eShip.

But once I set it up, everything went very quickly. Mary Anne, the one young lady that I dealt with, was very helpful and the carrier driver kept me abreast of his arrival time. He got me someone right away. The person who shipped my truck, showed up right away. He picked it up on Friday and we agreed Tuesday would be the day to deliver the truck. And he said that’s good because he's going to go see his family in Chicago. I said it’s not a straight run for me. I have to drop my father off, sleep and then carry on. So I won’t be there Monday most likely but Tuesday would be great. He said that works out just fine.

This was my second experience with eShip - the first occurred in September as a NJ to CA auto shipment. When it was time for the return from CA to NJ, I did not hesitate to contact eShip. I was again totally satisfied with the professionalism and personal service provided. Both trips were performed by different automobile carriers contracted through eShip and both carriers did not disappoint. Even with inclement weather across the country as well as the time of year, the driver delivered the car one day ahead of the estimated window--on December 25th! Kudos to eShip!

I initially booked with eShip online and within 15 minutes, I received a phone call from their head office in Florida, and they confirmed everything I had submitted. They were in contact with us throughout the entire process. The quote was fair and it was consistent with what others were quoting, but what sold us on eShip was their quality service. They gave me a good quote and all throughout the whole transport and before pick-up or any time I had questions and I emailed, called or texted they responded right away. On the day of delivery we met the carrier driver where we were supposed to with his big truck and he was very professional and on time. Also he throuroughly inspected the car, told us roughly how long it would take to transport it and had us sign a paper, walked through to check the car together so that we were both aware of any dings or nicks or dents and then signed off and then we left and felt very confident and he got there in no time so we were really, really pleased.
