I was relocating but my car was not dependable to drive cross-country. I had a contract with a transport company but they kind of dropped the ball. They messed up the shipment for me by not submitting the paperwork and not doing something in a timely manner. Then, I checked out other companies and went with eShip. There was a transporter and they got it set up and got it here. They were professional and timely and the transporter was very good at communicating. He called multiple times and gave me warnings of where he was and what time we were looking at. Everything went pretty smooth.

I looked at three transport companies when I needed to ship my BMW X5. The customer service I received from Anna made me decide to go with eShip. She was excellent. She was really helpful and I was really happy with it. She had to book with only a couple of days and I got the car after six days, which was quick. During the delivery, I received a call an hour before the crew arrived. They also called me when they were pulling around the corner so by the time I got to the meeting place, my car was already off the truck. My car was in good condition, and I had a good experience with eShip. Everything went well and the price was fair.

My son was going to school in a different state and we needed to ship the car to him. eShip has really good reviews so I called them on a weekend way in advance, when we were gonna do this. I had a list of questions, like how soon did I need to book it before we need to ship the car, how long it took and what it cost, and they answered them for us.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with eShip. From start to finish they were great. They kept me informed every step of the way and followed through when they said they would. The price was very reasonable and in-line with other quotes I had obtained, the difference was that eShip followed through with great customer service. The car was picked up when they said it would be and delivered when they promised. A great experience from start to finish. I will definitely go back to eShip with any future transportation needs.

We needed to transport my son's vehicle from here to his college where he is at Fort Wayne, Indiana. We looked at two shipping companies and a friend who used eShip referred me to them. The delivery was on time. They told me that the driver was gonna get there on time and he got there on time.

eShip transported my vehicle from Washington to Georgia. I liked their rating and some of the reviews. Also, their reps were extremely professional. They said they would get the vehicle there between seven and 10 days and they did in seven. I was very pleased.

The team was awesome from beginning to end. Ana explained the entire process, my car arrived (from Tampa to Los Angeles) as scheduled - no issues. I would highly recommend eShip to anyone that needs to ship their car.

We moved from California to Pennsylvania. My car was in California and after a while, we had my car shipped out. The sales team at eShip was professional and the vehicle was delivered a day and a half early. Everything worked out well and I would recommend them.

The sales rep from eShip was really honest. He tried to let me understand how the whole thing works, and he told me how much goes to him and how much goes to the driver. It made me really comfortable and confident about the shipment. The drivers were really, really nice, and they were really on time. They were super responsive to the texts and calls. It was really smooth. If my friends needed some transportation, I would definitely let them know that eShip was one of the more reliable companies that I've worked with.

Overall I was happy with the experience - the car made it out safe & sound and was even ahead of schedule. The company was also very responsive when I reached out with questions. One thing that would be helpful to highlight is that the full fee is not charged to the credit card on file, and you have to pay in cash when the driver brings your car. Looking back this was in a lot of the footnotes, but if the agent booking my car shipment had mentioned that when we were on the phone it would have been helpful.

I looked at four different shipping companies before I finally decided to go ahead with eShip because of their price, their reviews and their Better Business Bureau rating. At first, the rep was very responsive, but after a while, she got really hard to get a hold of. She's obviously very busy but it all worked out. The driver was wonderful. He latched everything down well, was nice and very friendly. However, one of the four cars I shipped, which was a Jag might have something that got disconnected. The dashboard now says, "No ABS. No traction control. No stability control." So I'm taking the vehicle to a shop.

Somebody in my office recommended eShip. I went with them and they did a good job. Everything was fine with the truck upon arrival. I also had a good experience with the representatives.

eShip was an excellent bridge to the actual car carrier. Mark also answered my questions and explained the process fairly and accurately. I would definitely use eShip again. They have earned their good reviews and reputation. Mark helped me obtain the cell # of the driver and make contact. Although the truck (Tundra) needed a washing after the drop-off, no damage to the truck.

This was a most wonderful and easy experience. Even after I goofed and misunderstood how to complete payment. Mark ** was cool, calm and collected and helped me get to a solution without any problem. He was always attentive and always kept in touch.

I like the agent helping me being very responsible and responsive. The deal was great with reasonable price. Maryann was being very helpful on finding me a driver and contacting me for confirmations. And the delivery arrived earlier than expected.

I wanted the car to be delivered in a short amount of time and eShip had a great deal for the time to get it delivered. The sales rep that I dealt with was good and very professional. I was in contact with eShip multiple times and they replied. They were very knowledgeable and very accessible. I have one number that wasn't working and they confirmed with me which numbers to call. They kept in touch and called multiple times. The driver was great. He couldn't come into the city because it's a small city, so he had to drive the car to where I was. Everything about the car looked okay. Everything was just the way I left it.

My car was stuck in Nebraska and I needed to get it back here in Long island, New York. I talked to different companies and I had everybody promising me that my car would be picked up that night I was talking to them. It took two weeks before I got somebody that actually did it when they said they were gonna do it, which was amazing. I wasn’t even sure if the rep from eShip was gonna do it because everybody said the same thing including him. But, he said, “No. I promise you I’m not making this up.” He got the guy that was picking my car up on the phone with me. We did a three-way conversation because I did not believe any of them at that point.

We had a great experience with eShip. Our shipping situation was complicated. First our area isn't shipped to frequently, so it took some time to get a truck, which we expected. When the truck got there to pick up, my son's car wouldn't start, and we had to cancel. Much to my surprise, the deposit we had paid previously stayed on our account, until we were able to try and ship again. I expected as we had to cancel, we would have to pay the deposit again, but we didn't, which was great! When the time came to try and ship again the car still wasn't running, and I expected a delay in locating a truck, but one was available almost immediately. The truck had some issues, and picked up a few days later than we planned, but delivered right on schedule. The drivers were very professional and friendly, and put out extra effort to put the car where we needed it. All in all, we are very happy, and would use eShip again, and highly recommend their services!!

I was buying a vehicle and eShip was able to get it shipped in a timeline I was looking at. The reps were very polite, kind and helpful. My interaction with the delivery driver went really well. The transport took five days and the vehicle was all clean and looked well when it arrived. All went pretty well with eShip.

eShip was in my price point and also, I got a review online that said they were good. I had my car shipped for a thousand miles and everything went as planned. The sales team was timely. The guys who came for the pick-up and delivery of my car were on time. I had the location changed a little bit because I live in the city. They said when they got around that area, it was a little harder, but they were where they said they would be.

I needed a transport service for relocating my Range Rover from New York to Seattle. I looked at two transport companies, but a friend of mine, who made a relocation before from coast-to-coast, referred me to eShip. Their sales team was very responsive to whatever message I left them and the interaction had been really helpful. The pickup and delivery of the vehicle were smooth, it took five days from the beginning to the end. The vehicle had a lot of bugs on the windshield when it arrived, other than that, the vehicle was in normal condition.

The driver was ruddy and dirty and got a little dirt inside the vehicle, but he was kind and very efficient. eShip was great and overall, the experience was good. They were good communicators and open about everything.

I was moving to Texas from Virginia and eShip's sales team was fine. But I had a problem with the guy that shipped it. They got into some vehicle accident in Arizona and they kept saying that it was gonna be there but it was a week late. It was a frustrating situation but their customer service was fine and the car was fine when I got it. Also, the quote was the same as the end price. I would probably use eShip again.

I had eShip ship a Cadillac and a classic car from the East Coast to the West Coast. Their sales team was friendly and gave me a lot of information. I called them when I had some questions like what went on and they got back to me in a reasonable time. The drivers were okay. There were two separate transports and one was a Monday pickup and the car was here on Thursday. The other one took six days. The only thing was there was a car above my Cadillac and it leaked oil and stuff in to the car. It was on the windshield, but it’s okay.

We had a couple of emails back and forth and then, they brokered the deal to a transport agent. The guy called me and we loaded the car on the truck. I signed the paperwork, we inspected the car and away it went. It took three days to ship and it all went smoothly.

EShip made everything so incredibly easy -- it's hard to find a company you can trust with your car, but eShip (and Mary Ann!) were absolutely amazing. I debated other cheaper companies for a few weeks but the customer service at eShip won me over. MaryAnn kept me updated the entire time and always responded to my many questions with kindness and assured me we wouldn't stop looking until we found the correct carrier. My car arrived safely (from coast to coast) and quickly all thanks to this company! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend!

Shopped around and got various quotes and soon found out the cheapest did not mean the best. If you want to go cheap then good luck with your car. Very happy with the service I received from EShip. The drivers were more than professional they actually cared about handling my car. They worked around MY schedule and was the only one who could guarantee the EXACT date and time I needed. I will only ship with them in the future.

I found eShip by searching “highest rated car transport”. I called the number and was contacted very quickly. The price given was fair compared to various online quotes (which can be misleading). The guys who drove the transport truck were friendly and professional. My car was delivered without any problems.

We go home every year. We go back to Massachusetts from Florida. I used eShip to get my car before and used them again. Because of the weather in North Carolina, the driver had a delay and then the poor guy got two flat tires, but other than that, it was fine. He was a nice guy. I was satisfied with it. I was a little nervous about it because I went online and checked this company and the review was horrible but I didn't find that at all. Everything was fine.

The customer reviews for eShip was pretty solid and their price was pretty competitive. My sales representative was Mark. He was really accommodating. He talked to me multiple times throughout the process to make sure he was answering any questions I had, and to make sure I was always informed and in the loop on where the vehicle was, at what stage of the game we were in. He was always available, and I had a great experience with him. Mark was also more than helpful when I made a mistake with the payment. When the delivery driver arrived, he was asking for payment. I thought I paid for entire shipment on credit card but it was actually a cash on delivery contract. Mark contacted the distributor and got them to send me an invoice through email and we worked it out there. The driver was also very patient with me. I knew I was taking up some of his time that he wasn’t quite expecting. It was a pretty positive experience all around.

After contacting several transportation companies, eShip responded quickly with a quote and after reading their reviews I decided to use them to have my car shipped from AZ to MN. They had the car delivered within a week as promised. They kept me informed during the entire process and were very accommodating.

He was the nicest person and just made me feel really good that the vehicle was gonna get there and I didn't have to worry about. He has a great personality and just a super person.

Everybody in eShip is very helpful. Kudos for everybody. They deliver my car in a perfect condition. They also deliver it on time. They will call you before and after the pick, which is very helpful. I can call them time of the day 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. They will make adjustments for your convenience.

Their price was better among the four companies I looked at and Anna, the woman that I worked with was great. The communication while the vehicle was being transported was great too. On the other hand, the communication with the driver was lacking and I tried to go through him to handle pickup times. When I called Anna, she completely took care of it and told me to let her handle everything and everything from then on out, it was really smooth. At one point, my car got stolen while it was on the truck in transit to us. She helped me with that. Everything was perfect with the car upon its arrival as well.

Their sales team was very communicative and they walked me through the whole process. Everything was cut and dried. The transport took less time than they said it was gonna take. It was scheduled for five days and I got the car in three. The driver kept in contact with me, and on the second day, he picked it up. When he got close, he called me and he wanted to know where I wanted it delivered, or if I would meet him somewhere. When I got the car, it looked just like the pictures that the seller took. Also, they charged what they were gonna charge. This was my first experience and I was a little scared about trusting but everything went great. I would definitely use them again and would tell friends to use them too.

Very good experience right from the first call to the delivery of car. Craig answered all questions and set up the transport per request and answered promptly when called to check status. The personnel who got the car were also very professional, called ahead of time for estimated delivery window. I would definitely recommend eShip.

I bought cars from some people in Florida and they set up with eShip to transport the cars to me. The driver was great. The delivery was on time, right when they said the cars were gonna be here. Also, the cars came undamaged. Everything was perfect and went 100% well. eShip did everything they said they were gonna do.

I was moving from Chicago to Florida and of the four companies I looked into, eShip had good rates and fees. Also, their sales rep kept me informed. They coordinated nicely. It took them 4 days from beginning to end to transport my vehicle. When I called the drivers, they answered all my questions. And although the delivery of my vehicle was okay, I shipped two cars and eShip charged me $500 for that. They charged us too much for just coordinating the shipping of my vehicles. Still, though, the people at eShip were quick and responsive. I'm satisfied with my experience.

The drivers were punctual and very helpful as far as picking up and dropping off the vehicle. I had peace of mind hiring them for my car transport needs. This was my first experience with transporting my vehicle and I did ton of research and narrowed it down to my final top 3, and eship was my first choice especially that they have flexible accommodations as far as date and time of pick up and drop off.

Due to the complex timing of our move, my son coming down from Savannah, Georgia and me from Florida, Craig offered to let us leave our cars on his property to avoid the 5 day+ plus pick up window. Craig, the owner was very accommodating and professional. As promised the cars were transported from his home to us perfectly! Great communication from Carlos the driver also during the transport. I looked at three different transport companies and chose eShip for the price and the lady that called me reassured me more than anybody else. She was very nice and very pleasant. We chatted up and the she explained to me how much I'm gonna pay because my big thing was paying, how do we remit payment, etc. Any of the smaller questions we had about where we meet and everything else, she made sure she explained it really good that I would be in touch with the driver here once they knew who the driver was and I could relay with him those kind of questions. And the driver was really nice. As far as the initial payments, we took care of all that once we decided we'd go with them. It was a very good experience. I'd tell my friends that eShip's process is really easy.

So, I looked up some more reviews and really liked eShip.

They got everything set up but when the driver called, ready to ship the car, they gave me one hour. The guy got to the pickup place really fast and I was almost out of town. It was a crazy one and it could've been a major situation but everything else was fine. They said it will take 6 to 9 days to ship the car and it got there in 4 days. The car was also fine when we got it except for a piece of plastic thing that came off of the rear tire. It wasn't even a big deal. It's a minor cosmetic thing that could be glued back on. Moreover, the price was what they said it was when the car got there. I read a lot of stories on the internet saying that the price was hiked up but it wasn't like that. So, I'd tell people to use eShip too.

The guy that took the car has great personality, talkative and gave me his cellphone number so that if I needed to contact him to check out the car, I could call him and everything worked out well.

Anna made the entire process extremely smooth under adverse circumstances. She handled every question and concern I had in a very timely manner even on weekends. I highly recommend E-ship and Anna’s services to anyone shipping a car around the country.

eShip did a wonderful job of moving our car from Georgia to California. The broker who worked with us was VERY reliable, stayed in contact with us throughout the transit time, and was reachable at any hour of the day. The car arrived at its destination actually early and in perfect condition. Highly recommend this company.

I moved from Sacramento to Chicago for a work opportunity. I needed to ship my car as well so I looked online at ConsumerAffairs and eShip had the highest rating. I submitted my information over the internet and they sent me a quote. I accepted it and I got a phone call immediately after that, basically organizing the shipment. Their sales team was great and I liked how efficient my interaction with them was, just how upfront they were. It was delightful. I've been dealing with a lot of movers and moving stuff lately and it was really nice to be able to get a quote and immediately book it, and not have to spend 40 minutes on the phone talking about the particulars.

I moved from Florida to Colorado. I did a quick Google search and eShip came up as one of the higher rated ones, so I went with them. Also, I didn’t really investigate the other companies besides them. Prior to contracting with them, they were very friendly, told me that the whole point of using them was that I didn’t really have to deal with the driver, and they were very specific about the high quality of their service which was what made them special. I had a pretty good sales experience and I felt comfortable contracting with them.

I have used eShip in 2015 to ship two cars when I moved cross-country. Then, when I moved my dad I needed to ship a car for 3,000 miles. However, their guy was kind of crazy. He got my information and I heard a week later if he could find someone to ship a car. The delivery of the car went great though and the guy, Brian, was awesome. It took four days from the time the car was picked up until it was dropped off. It was really fast. eShip did what they said they would. They were great and I would use them again.

I relocated to a new place and got eShip to ship my vehicle because of the price. I had phone calls and e-mails with their rep and they were okay. I found eShip to be satisfactory. They delivered the vehicle to my house in five days and it was a good experience.

Talking to Mark made things less stressful for my move to California. PCSing in the Military can be very stressful but Mark ** and eShip lessened the stress by a marginal amount.

I shipped my car from Denver, Colorado to Newark, New Jersey. Pick up was the 2nd day of the 3 days window and delivery was 4 days after (1st day of the delivery window). Car was without problems. I would recommend to anyone. Make sure you understand what is the difference in between open and close carrier.

The owner spoke to me personally and he shared my concerns regarding the problems with long distance shipping. They were kind and offered me a military discount as my fiancé is a military contractor, even though it was my car that was being shipped. They were also great about the timing and were able to get the car on the boat a week early, which was unusual. Then the delivery people were excellent. The driver texted my uncle and was able to pick up the car at his house. My car was just like I dropped it off, it was good. The process took 20 days door-to-door, from Hawaii to New Jersey and everything was phenomenal service. They're the only company I would trust to ship my car.

I spoke with one person all the time which made it easier. When the vehicle was in the city, they called a few times to update me. The driver called me when he was about four hours away and told me he would keep updating me as he got closer. Everything was very simple and he made sure I looked at the car before I signed off. eShip was very fast and easy to use. I've recommended them to someone.

And then Bryan, the transporter, was amazing. He was on top of his game and he did everything he said he was gonna do. When my son did an internship in DC, we gave him a car, and now that the internship is over, I needed the car back. I looked at a few shipping companies online and people were talking about eShip so they were okay for me. They cost more money compared to the others, but the feedback from the other company wasn’t too good. The interactions with the eShip sales rep were okay and he helped me a lot from A to Z, so we didn’t have any issue. We shipped the car from Washington DC to California, and the only thing that scared me with eShip was that I had to wait until a week before the day that I wanted to ship the car to find out my schedule. But that’s just how they operate. The drivers came to pick up the car on time. The car was brand-new and we received it in the same condition as it was. It was an excellent experience.

eShip had a very good rating with the Better Business Bureau. I had a good interaction with their sales team. However, the actual charges were not transparent to the consumer. I paid the price that I was quoted 50 bucks more in the end. But the state of the car was perfect when it was delivered to me and eShip is one of the better transport companies out of the bunch.

I had eShip transport a vehicle from Massachusetts to California. It took two weeks from my inquiry to the actual delivery of the vehicle. The broker I worked with was good. Although, it took a while to actually find space in the truck, so it came to the last minute. Also, the broker promised to follow up the day after, but she didn’t. So, I waited a few more days and actually placed a call to make sure that they still have my request, and that they were going to find an actual space. They were very apologetic and they did, eventually, find space in the truck within 5 days of ship date.

I needed to transport two cars from Florida to Connecticut. I checked out four companies and among them, I liked eShip's customer service and price, so I went with them. They were very nice and I was very satisfied with my experience. I liked the way they dealt with me since the beginning. Their sales team gave me all the information right away and they seemed to be more down-to-earth than the reps from the other companies I called. Somehow, I trusted them more than the other ones, too. The delivery also went perfectly and the guy from the truck was helpful.

I told her I needed the car within a certain time frame and she actually looked for someone who could do it within that time frame. My driver was very professional and also very good at communication. When you're shipping your car across the country, that's really the most you can ask for. Plus when the car arrived, it was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend eShip.

eShip is a reliable transport group and their reps are professional. I’ve used them before and I used them again to ship a car back to Georgia. A week in advance, I set a time and date for it to be picked up. A guy came and picked it up, and I paid him because I wasn't gonna be there for the drop off. He then dropped the car off the next day.

I relocated to California from Ohio and I had to have my vehicle shipped. I looked at four companies and I decided to go with eShip because of the timeframe and the door-to-door delivery, and a friend of mine had utilized their services. The representative had good follow up in regards to where we were at in the process when I couldn't anticipate a call from the driver and how soon they would be coming. They delivered the vehicle and it was door-to-door as they had indicated it would be for me. They picked it up on a Monday and when they arrived in California, I wasn’t back just yet. So they got back with the vehicle before I made it back. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member. It was overall a great experience.

I did a search and several companies came up, but I saw that eShip was associated with Better Business Bureau and they had very good reviews so we got their service. The gentleman that I spoke with, my contact for setting things up, called me right away. He was very courteous and he answered all of my questions. I was expecting the car to be picked up the following day but they got it that night. I was already on the East Coast and my car was still back in California. Along the way, a couple of questions came up and anytime that I called, my contact answered my questions. The whole transport took about a week, which was right in line with the estimate that he gave me. It was a very good experience.

I didn't like the interaction, so I looked up and eShip got very high ratings. Their website looks good and they have fast response. I got Mark Anthony's text and that was a little bit more personal. Our interactions were all on the phone and I talked to him over text, but it was very good. The driver came to my home to inspect the car, picked it up, and then I met him at my delivery destination and got the car.

Overall, we had a great experience with eShip. The auto was picked up in Arizona on Wed and dropped off in Florida by Monday. No issues. I recommend using their service. Their customer service was also great. They returned my call within a timely manner.

If I was to move again, I would reconsider them.

She answered her phone anytime I had a question, which is rare these days, and she did her best getting me a good rate. There is a bunch of rates that came in and we held off and got a better one. The delivery driver and I talked about where we were gonna meet and pick up the vehicle the day before the meeting, and then he was there on time. Overall, the transport took about seven days and eShip did everything what they said they would do. Use eShip.

Then I had a nice conversation with the delivery driver and he modified the pickup location because I wasn't home at the time. Overall, the transport took four days which was quicker than the timeline they gave me. The car was shipped on Monday and it got there on Friday, and I needed the vehicle by Saturday or Sunday. The vehicle looked exactly the same when it got to me so I'm happy about that. I'd recommend eShip. They have good customer service and average quotes.

After that, I was able to get a hold of someone every time I called. The next guy even turned out to be the owner. My interactions with them on the phone were very positive. They took their time explaining the entire process to me and helping with any questions that I had. They gave me a level of comfort. eShip was probably the most expensive out of all the providers but I was really satisfied. I got the sense that, for some of the really low bids, there was an initial price but it was not a firm price. eShip's price was maybe 10% higher than what one of the other ones might have been. But eShip's price was what it was.

I was moving from Tampa to San Francisco for a new job opportunity and I needed a transport service for my Volkswagen. I looked at 10 other companies before going with eShip with the expectation that they are the actual company and not the broker. However, they ended up being more of a broker. They made a promise that they could either pick up my car in a particular day or drop it off at a location, which did not come through. The transport took three days and the delivery was fine. However, the driver couldn’t get it through the gate so I drove my car to my apartment complex and then I got in the car and dropped him off at his truck a couple blocks away.

I looked at two companies and eShip's customer service was better. Their rep was pretty honest about how the whole thing worked. They were also very upfront about the price. They let me know that prices might fluctuate. I needed to ship my car from California to Pennsylvania and the delivery was fine. A day before they would start shipping out, the schedule was up in the air and that was hard because we were gonna go ahead and leave California later that week. We finally settled on the last possible day before we were shipping off and that sucked. Also, the trucker got to me at the last minute and was hard to reach. Other than that, the shipping went smoothly. Overall eShip was straightforward and definitely accommodating.

I hired a company called United Relocation to move my son’s belongings from North Carolina down to Dallas, Texas, including his 2015 Buick Verano. The date was quickly approaching when the car was supposed to be moved, and they didn’t have anybody to take the car down there. They have taken a deposit of $200 and quoted me $700 for the move. It has been 48 days and we have not received his furniture yet. So, I started Googling and I found eShip which was fabulous. I was on the last minute and I only had a week. I asked the rep, Craig, if he would be able to get it done. My son was gonna need his car right away because I didn’t know when the furnitures are gonna arrive. If we have the car, we can pack some things in the car first. He said he could and he set me up. His price was higher than the other one but it was okay because you get what you’re paying for.

The reps at eShip were very helpful, accommodating and nice. They made sure that they followed through with the request on the delivery and pickup. The driver was a good guy and really nice. Plus, he came right on time. The vehicle came with the battery dead and he jumped it for me. eShip worked for me and there's no reason why it wouldn’t work for somebody else.

There are in fact rated highly with ConsumerAffairs and with the Better Business Bureau, and that played a role in my decision.

I have no complaints about the interaction with eShip and actual delivery. Everything went as expected. The problem is that the process is inherently stacked against the consumer. Not having access to the actual carrier makes it very difficult for the consumer to get honest pricing.

I had a lot of question for eShip and I called back a bunch, and they were always very responsive and gave me the answers I was looking for. The delivery process was good. I would've appreciated a few more phone calls a day out or so. I needed to call the driver a few times to know what the status was. But other than that, it went well. They called me the day before delivery and said it would be delivered by 10AM, and it was delivered by 11AM, but an hour of flexibility was expected because of traffic. The car came in the same condition when it left. Overall, I would still recommend to shop around and see if they can find cheaper quotes. But if eShip happens to be cheapest, I would recommend them.

I needed to have a car transported from Cape Cod to Denver. I looked at a couple of transport companies then I had a friend that used eShip and recommended it. Their sales team was all right and they were able to answer all my questions. Their drivers showed up a day early from what was originally said, so it was fortunate that we were there already. Moved my car from Atlanta, GA to Temecula, CA. Ordered an enclosed hard sided trailer for transport. The driver showed up with a tarp liner trailer that has about six tarp per side that roll up. He also had holes in the roof that allowed rain to leak in. My car was filthy! The car's color was almost unrecognizable... I paid a premium price $2150 for an enclosed trailer. eShip does not own any semi auto transport vehicles and has no control over the owner operators they contract with. Very dissatisfied!

I was really worried I won't be able to ship my car before I flew out to my new home in another state but Anna was able to find a driver a day before my desired shipping day. The person I spoke with at eShip was nice and straightforward. We were moving from Virginia to California, and I shipped two cars. Some of the notifications were a little bit later, but not too late. So, the rep was good, but not as perfect as possible. I’m satisfied with it. The first car was delivered extremely quickly and it only took four days. The second car took a little bit longer and it was about 10 days. The cash thing with the delivery driver was a little weird, but personally it was fine. Everything worked out in the end.

The person I talked to on the phone was very nice but the information she gave me wound up to be not correct in the end. About 10 days after I initially talked to her, she came back and said that the location was a difficult place to pick up a car from. She probably should've known that though because it was Long Island. She said she could get the car picked up but the rate went up. By that time, I had the dealership yelling and screaming at me to get the car picked up so I had to tell eShip to go ahead and get the car. I felt misled and like I was bait-and-switched a little on the rate.

We needed to ship a car from Connecticut to Florida, and I called eShip on the phone. Mark, who I spoke to originally, was super helpful. The delivery went perfectly as well. It took about three days for the car to be delivered. The driver was excellent and the condition of the car was the same as when it left.

I look at four other companies and eShip met the date. When another company fell through, they came through and I appreciate that. They were professional and their driver was responsive. The vehicle was structurally fine when it arrived but they transported it open and on the top of the carrier. I had about an inch of dead flying creatures on my car and it took a couple of days to scrape and clean off. However, I don't think that's their fault and that's just the product of open shipment.

Overall very pleased with the process. Communication was very good and most importantly the car arrived in the same condition that it left and in a VERY timely manner. Marc was a pleasure to work with and responded to my questions quickly at all hours of the day... There was some misunderstanding about the payment of the balance due - I thought we could pay by credit card - but turns out we could only pay with cashier's check which was a hassle I was hoping to avoid. eShip had a pretty good knowledge of what was going on. I like that we could call them at any time. I feel like it was fairly late in the day when a lot of our questions came up and they were really good at answering. We also texted back and forth with them. It was nice that it didn't always have to be a phone call because we might not have been in the place and that was convenient.

Everything was shipped on time, with no hidden fees so I had an overall really great experience with eShip. It took a little bit over a week to ship from Eugene, Oregon to Columbus, Ohio, and it was perfectly fine especially since it was around the holiday weekend. Plus the quote was more than appropriate for how good the service was. I wouldn’t have mind paying the extra 100 bucks compared to other service.

The rep I dealt with at eShip was Mark and he was very helpful. He explained how the car transport system looks. I had them transport my car, a Honda Accord 2018 Sport, from Dallas to here because I moved. And one guy came down and gave me the car. He told me to sign and to check if the car was okay. They were too costly though. $1,450 for taking off a car is expensive. But overall, it was a great experience.

I called the lady who works for eShip back and she said that the company was just trying to see if they could pick the vehicle up earlier and to not worry about it. She also said that we agreed on Friday and that I should be fine. She also said that I could call her at any time. I had a lot going on at the time and there was a lot of last minute changes, but she was able to find us a driver just like that. She was amazing.

Based on the distance, the price from eShip was similar to what I expected to transport my car to the East Coast. Their rep was very responsive over the phone and texts through the whole process and answered a bunch of questions. However, I switched drivers three times, which was a little confusing because when I Googled them, it said that they don’t use brokers and different drivers. It would also be cool to have some sort of live geolocation notification of where the truck is. Other than that, the people who were delivering my car were very good at accommodating me. I was arriving after my car, and they were nice enough to find another spot for them to wait. Then I was able to meet them and everything looked great.

We transported our Volkswagen GTA through eShip when we moved almost 2,000 miles from Texas to California. Their reps were professional, polite, and quick to respond and show the location for pickup and drop-off. Both of the drivers for pick up and delivery were quick to respond and when they said they'd be there, they were there on time. My car arrived in good condition. The quote that eShip gave me was fair and it was what the price was.

After reading the horror reviews from other companies, I was worried and had my fingers crossed. I'm happy to say the entire experience with eShip was a breeze, and it went without a hitch. Would highly recommend. Craig and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful.
