eShip transported my daughter's car home from college, from North Carolina to Florida, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. Aside from this time, I've used eShip before and they were very responsive. I could reach them almost anytime seven days a week through the direct cellphone service of the person who runs it, and that was the reason I used them.

I was moving cross country from Oregon to Ohio. I spoke with one other company but ended up using eShip to ship my Ford Focus. eShip had better reviews online and I liked Mary Ann, the woman I spoke with. She seemed more of a straight shooter and less slimy than the other guy I talked to. I, however, didn't realize the timeline of how the carriers were chosen. I'm a type A and better communication would have been appreciated. I had to call and ask what was going on instead of them telling me who would do what and when I could expect a call.

Shipped a classic car from Poland to NYC & then to Oklahoma. Fantastic experience that went exactly as promised! Not a single scratch and just as important didn't cost one penny more than we agreed upon. My husband has a new job and we had to move from California to Florida. We looked at 10 different moving companies but we decided on eShip because their online reviews are really high. Craig from eShip then called me and told me that I had to make the down payment and that they were looking for the distributors. However I had issues finding good distributors that wanted to drive, so the process was delayed for a week and a half. But they finally found someone who was willing to drive the car back that far and the car got shipped. And the distributor was really nice. He was very communicative with me about where we needed to meet, when he was gonna expect me, and if he was 100 miles away. So it was good. The delivery took seven days and my car arrived without damage.

I had a nice experience with eShip. We were moving out and I wanted my Ford to be shipped from California to Tennessee. At that time, I read their reviews on Yelp and it's fine compared to the four others I looked into. Furthermore, eShip's sales rep was good. Her name is Anna and the vehicle was dropped off real quick. It was within five days from California to Tennessee so it was great. While everything's been smooth and good, it was a bit expensive because originally I was quoted for one thing, and because they knew I was searching online, they gave me one quote. And then when eShip contacted and made the phone call, somebody told me that they're gonna charge extra $200 cause there's a lot that they didn't quote. And this is something I wasn't expecting, but because I was in a hurry and had to get my car shipped, I told them that if they didn't change the quote, they would have been better.

I was moving and getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee shipped from Austin to Maine was super fast and easy. I talked to five companies, but I liked Mark Anthony from eShip. The service including the insurance I would be getting were clear. He answered all my questions and was available whenever I needed him. He worked with me to get to the best prices and we were pretty close from the beginning. The next day, my car was picked up by an 18-wheeler and delivered before the estimated time. Within a week, it was dropped off by the gentleman and his truck. Mark said that I should do a cashier's check, but the gentleman thought I was gonna pay in cash. The gentleman took it, but it was clear he was slightly disappointed.

I needed to move a vehicle cross country and I looked at about three different companies. I liked eShip’s ratings from ConsumerAffairs and the customer service was more personable and a little bit better, too. eShip was understanding and was able to provide the service and information that I required at the time. I've never transported a car before and they met my expectations of making it an easy process.

My daughter was going to school in Arizona and needed a car. I didn't want to drive the car so I selected eShip because of their rating on the Better Business Bureau. We started exchanging email. I got a quote from them and wound up speaking to one of the principals there who walked me through the whole process. They were very responsive on the phone and gave a degree of confidence that they were providing good customer service. My daughter got a call and was told what time and what street to go to that the truck would be. However, they were off by a couple of hours. They had the wrong date initially and they were gonna deliver the car before my daughter got out there but they fixed it and it was taken care of.

I was moving for work and I had originally signed up with a different carrier. However, there was lack of communication and they didn't pull through. On the other hand, I felt like I could directly talk with Craig from eShip who helped me out. So, I chose eShip. Craig was always available. Even if I just texted him, he would answer really promptly. Also, the person who picked up my car, Dominic, gave me communication when he was going to arrive. Whenever I was kinda unsure whether they were gonna pull through, eShip's transporter would communicate with me what the issues were that's holding up certain things. Even with dropping off my car, the date that I was given by the sales team was gonna be later than I had hoped. But, Dominic got it on the time three days earlier than what the sales team had told me so that was great.

EShip transported our Honda from New Jersey to Portland Oregon. They picked it up within the 2-day range they specified and delivered it within the 3-day range promised. Although they had some difficulty scheduling a driver they could be sure would get it no later than we indicated it had to be picked up, they were easy to work with by way of phone and email to get the problem resolved. It was a pleasure being able to talk directly to those involved immediately--no talking to machines. The price was reasonable. We checked other companies and found little difference in rates, but the reviews for eShip were better. Very good experience. Polite driver delivered the car. No damage to the car. I recommend eShip if you don't want to have the anxiety of wondering if you made the right choice to transport your car.

I definitely recommend using eShip for your next shipment. They were always available to contact and coordinated a perfect carrier (LLNL Auto) for shipping my car from PA to TX under 2 days. On top of the excellent service, what really blew me away was that was able to use my cell phone for everything including signing the contract which uses RightSignature software; just incredible service on every level.

I had a satisfactory experience on both occasions that we used eShip and I'd definitely recommend them. We had used them to transport my daughter's car before. Then we just called the same company to transport my daughter's car again, this time from Minneapolis to our home in New York. My husband booked it and he had a positive experience. The transport took about four days and the driver was a very nice person. He couldn't drive the truck to our home because there were too many big trees so he drove the car over and then I drove him back to his truck.

We moved and I was shipping a Jaguar for about 1,350 miles. I looked at around five different transport companies and one company that I had chosen didn’t come through. eShip was able to come through at the last minute for me. The interactions I had with the sales team at eShip were great. I worked with Craig and he was great to work with. He was very responsive when I had questions and during the transport. The vehicle was delivered to my door, very carefully taken off the truck and driven into my driveway after I had inspected it. Everything was fine.

Ridiculous company!!! Estimated delivery was 6-22. Was told that the driver would be here at 6-7 pm. After asking for an update (because no one does so) I was told he had tire trouble and I received a picture. I was told he will be there the next afternoon. At this time (6-23) after asking for another update I was told 6-7pm he is still having tire trouble. Maybe the company should invest in better equipment after charging premium prices for their deliveries. Here it is 5:45 pm and never received an additional update. Horrible service period. I have contact the company that I purchased the vehicle from to make them aware.

We're moving company vehicles between operating location and I've worked with eShip about seven times already. I've dealt with Mary Ann and she's top-rate. She is down on my same area in southeastern Florida where our corporate office is located. She answers back after-hours and does a really good job keeping me informed on where the drivers are at, what's been dispatched, and what we can expect in the next couple of days.

I was moving across country for a job and eShip's reviews were consistently positive. A person gave me a quote and our communication was easy. They were pretty responsive. But where I lived in Philadelphia was a congested street so the actual carrier couldn't physically make it to my street. So I had to meet the driver in another location. It ended up being fine but I got the call within 24 hours, which was a little bit last minute. I wish I had known because I had made arrangements on the day of to meet people after. it made things a little bit inconvenient but besides that, there was no other issue. I hear a lot of negative things with cross country moves so the fact that there were no issues was a really good thing. The transport took one week and the entire experience was smooth. I will recommend eShip.

It's taken me a few days to try and figure out exactly what to say here because there are a lot of aspects I need to cover. First of all I'll start with saying the customer service here really is exceptional. I had a lot of questions and the people I contacted were always very quick to answer, even outside of office hours. However, everything that was quoted to me when I booked this service ended up being extremely different. The price went up by almost $300, which I was told was because I booked a month in advance and the rates went up, but I don't know about that. They weren't able to pick up or deliver on the days I provided to them (weeks in advance btw) and that made the whole process very inconvenient.

I had a job change and I needed a transport service. Working with the sales team from eShip was perfect and they were professional. While delivery was good, I had an issue. One of my carriers did not turn up on the date they had to. Mark, their rep, got me another carrier and he delivered my vehicle before the time itself came. Their driver called me a couple of times when he was en route and I had to call him back a couple of times as well. He was answering all the calls. The vehicle was in good shape and I didn't have an issue as to that. I'm completely satisfied with my experience with eShip.

I purchased a sedan out-of-state, so I needed it shipped. I looked at four to six different transport companies before choosing eShip. I liked their customer service. Everyone was really friendly and got back to me really quickly. I received an email with the quote after I requested it. Then, I received a text message from one of the salespersons there. The gentleman called me up and we coordinated a time because I was at work. He scheduled a delivery time and I let him know that I wanted to inspect the car once I got it since I purchased the car unseen. I spoke with him a day before and on the day of delivery.

Maryann was fantastic. She always responded to my email or phone calls in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Transport was great and Paper Impex was great with all communication. Car was delivered without damage and truck drive was very approachable. Thank you for making this part of my move a stress free experience.

Charged my credit card $250. They are only a broker, not an actual trucking company. They post on a board as do others. They said no charges until delivered, but charged my card immediately. After failed to deliver as promised never removed charges. I had to file thru my credit card, took months. They blamed them... but made no effort to correct charges.

We were on a military move and we needed a transport service to a place that's 1,700 miles away. I did a Google search and eShip came up so I researched them through the BBB and Consumer Reports, and eShip seemed to have one of the best reports. I sent them a quote request form and then they contacted me back with a quote by email. And then I called them on the phone and we set things up. We met the driver at our house and he picked up the vehicle. When we first contacted each other, I asked for an enclosed shipment and a hard body shipment. And the driver told me it was a hard body but when it got there, it was soft. But it worked out okay. And he said he would be here either on Wednesday or Thursday. We called him up on Wednesday morning and he was in our area within five hours. And he delivered the vehicles with no issues.

Most of the other companies seemed untrustworthy. They started spamming me with calls and texts once I tried get a quote. Just from my research, I found a bunch of companies who would quote you really low and then raise the price. In comparison, I saw good reviews for eShip online and I heard some good referrals from a friend. I requested a quote online and then they reached out to me. They said, ”We want to confirm that you're going from here to here,” and then they quoted me. It was straightforward.

Craig made my car - shipping experience so stress-free. In researching my choices of agents, I knew how badly shipping a car could be. How delightful to have my car picked up earlier than I had hoped for and delivered earlier than I expected unscathed. The price was reasonable and precisely what was quoted.

I bought a car out of state. Aside from eShip, I looked at two different companies to transport my car for roughly 1,000 miles far. One of them was cheaper but when I contacted them, they blew me off. I looked at some of the reviews and they were not as good as they were on another website. They were also known to tell people that they were on their way when they really weren't. So, I just cancelled it and went with eShip. Dealing with eShip's sales rep was pretty fast. It took a whole 20 minutes on the phone and I was done. The transport took about six days which was timely. My friend picked up the car and said that the driver was professional.

I was moving but I had two cars and I could only drive one. I needed to ship the Honda S2000 for about 240 miles. I looked at four different companies and there were companies which offered lower prices but I decided on eShip since they could do it on the dates that I wanted. I called them and provided all particulars that I wanted.

I had eShip ship a Cadillac from Seattle to Michigan last February. They were a bit cheaper but then when it came down to it, they dropped the ball. But I went with Mark. He's a nice guy and seems like a straight up kind of guy. He got a hold of me right away. He gave me a little higher price, but he got it done. Then, anytime I called, he was available. He did me a good job and he took good care of me. The best I could do was Indiana at that time of year and he found a way to ship it where it would be going to Ohio and Indiana. I met him in Indiana and it worked out. The people who delivered the car were also really helpful and I felt comfortable working with them. They helped me put the car on my trailer and take it home the rest of the way. It was hard to ship it in February and eShip had to go through the passes all the way here from Seattle. So they did well and I'm happy.

I had to ship my car from Maryland to Los Angeles. I read a lot of reviews and I saw that eShip had good ratings online with the Better Business Bureau so I went with them. I know that there were cheaper options but it's a luxury car so I just want to go with something that was trustworthy and they surpassed my expectation. My car arrived earlier than I had expected. The payment was through my company but our company rep said the person that she was dealing with was super responsive, very respectful and was great overall to work with. Also, when it was delivered, the driver called me. I was on my way back from work so I had traffic. He waited half an hour for me, which was really nice of them. The car was fine. It was a little dirty obviously but it was all good. My experience was very positive, overall. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a small SUV transported from Indiana to Carolina. I looked at about four different transport companies and went with eShip for their online reviews. The interaction with the agent from eShip was good. They were very responsive and accommodating. They found a driver within two days and the driver and I texted each other while he was in transit. He was concerned about the roads to my house that he was going to deliver it, but we made it work. The transport took about two days and everything was okay. I would tell others that people from eShip are prompt. They did what they said they would do and they’re not the cheapest around, but everything was very professional.

I had an excellent experience with this shipping company. They are very professional and handled my vehicle with extreme caution and care. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their vehicle shipped from one location to another.

We had gotten a vehicle but it broke down on us on the way home so we were sending it back. We started to go with one company but they never showed up. Then I looked at other places and eShip sounded the best. The sales team was very friendly too. I had to wait a little bit for the driver to get here and we didn’t have a specific time, but that was okay. It was only maybe an hour difference from the approximate time I was given. I met him not far from here to load it up and once he was here and he got it going, I didn’t have any problems after that.

Working with this company was a great experience. The woman who worked with me did so in a very thoughtful and patient way. She was available for me to call or text basically at any time. She found me a carrier very fast. The carrier was also great to work with; they said my car would be there in 3-5 days, but they actually managed to deliver it in 2 days. They brought my car right to my doorstep and there was no damage on it.

Cross country auto shipping. Initial quote was at the upper range of other companies quotes. However, my rep was very available via text, email, or phone call any time I had a question. They found a shipper the same day I engaged with uShip, the car was on the truck 2 days later and I had my car 3000 miles across the country within 10 days total. No problems with the car at all.

I was moving and I used eShip to transport my car from California to Connecticut, and my experience was awesome. I looked at four other transport companies, and they just asked for email and then told me that they'd get back to me, but Mark from eShip was already hands-on. We were texting back and forth and calling, and I knew I was in good hands. The quote I got was good. We set out a price and he put it out there, and then when he had any bites, then he'd let me know. And we got one at a really good price and I thought it was too good to be true, but it ended up being real, so I was stoked about it.

What a great broker! Not only was Craig helpful, friendly, and patient but explained the hows and whys with a service attitude. He was accurate in his quote to us unlike competitors, to ensure our car was delivered in a timely manner. Other brokers won’t talk to the customers directly and instead have an Agent speak to customers- they are undertrained and lack customer service. Don’t use anyone else. EShip is the only way to go!

eShip was excellent. We shipped our car enclosed transport 1700 miles to El Paso and had no issues. The shipper arrived and delivered a he said he would... Very happy we chose eShip and that he had hired an excellent transporter.

I had a 2018 Volvo XC60 shipped to a summer cottage in Maine and the eShip rep that I talked to was very polite. Also, the driver was extremely nice and I liked the idea that the car was put directly on the carrier. It didn’t sit somewhere else, and the car was in Maine about four days later and in perfect condition. It was a really good experience.

I have literally never written a report before, but I am stunned at how thorough, helpful and expedient eShip was. I had a car transported from Austin, Texas to a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. The car was here is good shape about 30 hours after pick-up. The people at eShip who helped me set this up were amazingly responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a great experience with Craig who was upfront and honest. He was also very responsive with any questions I had including if I could pack things in the back. I also had some trouble getting in contact with the actual shipping company and Craig immediately straightened it out.

I had a very good experience with eShip. I was moving my car from Florida to New Jersey. I called them and their rep was extremely helpful. The driver was extremely good as well. I do want an enclosed unit but I know that would cost a little more. Overall, eShip pitched in and helped out, and they've worked. However, it's too expensive.

I needed to get a car from California to Tennessee. When I was getting quotes, however, I made a mistake. I thought it was just a process where you get different quotes and then talk. Now, apparently, you get a quote and they put on the board and say that they’ve quoted you. The guy from eShip told me how it works. He also told me that I was being blocked by the shippers who had put my name up on the board. I then asked the shippers to have my name taken down and they never did. But the eShip guy called and told me he took it off the board and he had somebody that he had dealt with before who could drive my car and everything worked out great. He also dealt with my parameters, when the car needed to be picked up and then delivered and he was able to work with everything. I had a very positive experience with him.

I needed to move my car over 2,000 miles from Arizona to New Jersey. I had used a different transporter to do the same thing before. That transporter was okay but I wanted to change. Since eShip was a family-owned company, that drew me in. Their representative was friendly and she was open to answering any questions. Every time I called her, she was available or immediately got back to me.

Between pick-up and drop-off was 3 days from FL to CA. Made everything incredibly easy. The guy that picked my car up was the same one that dropped it off. Customer service was super helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend and use their service again.

I was moving and eShip was the first one to find a truck for me, as well as the first one to ship at the quickest expected time. The process was simple and easy. I called on a Monday and the rep had the car picked up on a Tuesday. It was brought down in three days. I called once to find out where it was and it was almost here. The driver dropped it off on the day the rep said it would be here. Also, he was a very nice guy. He got the car off the truck and was gone. It was a five-minute deal. The transport went better than I expected. Everything was nice and smooth. Other people should use eShip.

I bought a new Dodge Demon in Dallas and I didn't wanna drive it on I-45 because of all the construction. I was having it shipped here in Houston and eShip seemed like they had the credentials that I was looking for. My interactions with their sales team were also very good. The vehicle was delivered very promptly and in a quality fashion in the trailer. The communication was quite good and the gentleman was real conscientious when he backed the vehicle out and parked it for me. There was no damage at all and he took a few photos.

I was shipping my son’s car to college because he stayed there over the summer. The eShip sales rep I dealt with and the driver were fantastic. The driver came exactly when he said he would, and then I spent considerable time with him as he was loading the car and he was very friendly, very honest and gave me his background as to how he and his brother kind of got into this business and how they’re doing. He is a hardworking guy. I was so happy with the service, and I’d use eShip again with certainty.

I had a terrific experience with eShip. My elderly parents needed to get from one state to another with their vehicle. We liked that there was a live person who gave us his cell phone number we could text or call at any time for a status which was huge. However, it was not priced and it was more expensive than anyone else. But, we liked their ratings online. Not to mention, they also allowed extra weight in the vehicle which may have been an additional charge for but there are a lot of companies that don’t even allow it at all. The delivery went perfect, as well. They were fantastic.

When my son was moving from Pennsylvania to Denver, I looked at three different transport companies. Craig, the gentleman that I talked to from eShip, was great and their price was reasonable. He gave me his personal cellphone number and anytime I needed anything at all, I just either text or call him. And if he couldn't answer immediately, he gets back to me. I have nothing but good things to say as far as that’s concerned. The entire process took a very reasonable amount of time.

My experience with eShip was great. I needed my 2018 Ford Explorer to come from Florida to Michigan and I didn’t wanna drive it. I looked at four shipping companies and eShip was a little bit cheaper. After I sent in the request, their sales rep responded right away. Then, I talked to her on the phone. She was very nice. Then, she sent me a quote and then, I got another email from someone else with my invoice. It was over the holiday weekend so then I didn’t hear anything until Tuesday. Then, they picked it up the next day. The people that picked it up were very nice. It was really easy and the transport just took two and a half days from beginning to end.

I had the best car moving experience with eShip over the last week. It was a last minute move and Maryann was very helpful with arranging everything in a timely fashion. It was always easy to get hold of someone at eship to answer all my queries. The driver too was very helpful and friendly. The move was overall very smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend eship and would definitely use them again if I ever need to move my car.

We had our 1991 Jeep Cherokee transported from WA to FL. The original shipping company's truck broke down and we thought that our requested shipping dates would not be met. However, eShip and Two Vets and a Truck did an outstanding job and were able to pick up our vehicle and deliver it on schedule.

Mark answered all my questions and was honest in his answers and guiding me through the process, he made it very easy with minimal effort on my part. My truck was delivered as promised with no issues or hidden costs. Would definitely use Mark and eShip again.

I had gotten stationed in Washington and needed to move. I went on Google and found eShip. I looked at the reviews and went with them by choice. Their rep answered all my questions and did what they said they were gonna do. And the quote they gave me was accurate. The driver and I talked for a couple of minutes and he checked my car out. There was no damage and everything was good. Then he went on his way. It took seven days from point A to point B.

We moved across country from Connecticut to California and eShip's customer service made me go with them after I looked at six other companies. A couple of the companies that I interacted with was very clear that their selling feature was price exclusively. There were several quotes and the majority of the quotes were significantly cheaper than what I had gotten from eShip. But they were also significantly cheaper than what I was expecting and what I had found just doing a little bit of research online with the typical market value. I was concerned with those companies that they were just gonna sign and loop me in and then, just by giving me the lower price quote upfront and then end up gving me a high cost in the end. That kind of turned me off from a couple of them.

Used to ship one car from CT to CA in June 2018. Pickup and delivery were prompt, and the car arrived undamaged. Only complaint is that the driver asked for more than I was originally quoted. The car was delivered ahead of time (6 days!).

First time car shipper, had real concerns after doing internet research about car shippers. Found eShip Corp and really liked the way they replied to their dissatisfied customers. Spoke to Maryann, made arrangements and she said to give her a few days. Called me on a Tuesday and had a driver's pick up car in Iowa same day. 2 days later car delivered to my door in New York. Driver called me 3 times and arrived 15 minutes early, car in perfect condition. This is a well run company which I can strongly recommend.

I was moving from LA to Houston and looked at four different shipping companies but eShip was highly rated on ConsumerAffairs. The service was okay. It was just a couple of phone calls with a woman named Ana. However, she had forgotten about me because she said she was gonna give me a callback at a certain day and I was waiting to hear back. I gave her a callback a week later and she helped me. A third-party company then delivered the cars within time frame. But they chipped on the paint on one of my cars. And it looks liked they painted over it which was a little disappointing. I could have probably saved a few $100 had I known to go straight to the shipper that would transport and it wouldn't worth the $300 that I've spent.

There was a vehicle that I wanted to get and it was transported from Clearwater to Louisiana. I filled out something online and several people called me, and the girl from eShip was persistent and got it done for me. The process took a couple of weeks and everything was fine. They did what they said they'd do and I'd recommend them.

Using E-ship to transport one of my vehicles to AZ went like clockwork. Would recommend to any anyone to use them as they are courteous and especially informative regarding the day and time for pick-up and delivery. Definitely no problems.

I bought a car down in Texas and I needed to get it pulled up here. I did an online search of transport companies and the representatives of eShip were responsive. I had a good experience when I spoke with their representative. The car was transported over 400 miles. They communicated well with me and I had no problem during the delivery. The condition of the car upon its arrival was as I expected. I’d probably use eShip again.

I needed to get the Camaro to my son and the person I dealt with at eShip was nice. She knew what she was talking about. She was wonderful. The delivery took about three days and it went excellently.

Hi, we shipped a car from PA to CA and overall it went very well. I would use this service again. It's a little more expensive than other services but I was paying for the peace of mind that came with it. I needed the car by a specific day and it was there on that day.

We had friends who had used eShip and they were satisfied with the service so we also used eShip when we moved our vehicle from California to our home in Illinois. The quote they gave was fair. It was higher than what we had spent with other companies but eShip's service was much better. They were always prompt in returning our phone calls. The driver was also much better than the drivers we've been assigned to in the past. He gave us regular updates on where he was and kept in touch with us to coordinate the actual delivery. It was great and the vehicle arrived with no damage. There are a lot of lousy people out there in the car transport business but these people at eShip do a really good job.

I was shipping a car to our son in college. I looked at about seven transport companies and I liked eShip's consistency of the communication and the price so I went with them. Their reps were excellent. They were efficient and the delivery of the vehicle went smoothly. We started communication on Saturday and everything was ready to move forward by Monday. Many of the other companies that I spoke with had not even responded until Monday or Tuesday.

I have shipped two cars with eShip and both experiences were stellar. Anna was extremely helpful and responsive in explaining how the system worked. The transport drivers were very accommodating in getting close to our desired pick-up and destination spots. I highly recommend this company.

My vehicle is an art object and it's part of an art exhibition so it’s getting moved from one location to another, and then it will get moved back. The artist has used eShip before and eShip transported the vehicle from Lincoln for about 200 miles. eShip contacted me from the very beginning and we talked. They watched me through the process, what was expected on their side and what was expected on our side. And then, they kept checking in as far as where was their driver with the car. At the end, they wanted to make sure that all went well and we were satisfied and it was a great experience.

I had a good experience with eShip when I needed to ship a Toyota Corolla to my brother. My interactions in working with the sales team and the delivery itself were excellent. Plus they were on time.

I had a good experience with eShip except that they couldn't get my car in a timely fashion up to New Hampshire or Vermont. So I just had it sent to Connecticut. But the driver was very good, very pleasant and helpful on our end. Plus, I liked dealing with Mary Anne, the rep I spoke with. She gave me a lot of helpful information.

A friend needed a vehicle from across the state. After reading some reviews online, eShip seemed safe and reliable. So, I hired them to transport the vehicle from California to Tennessee. I spoke to Craig and he was the representative who handled all the paperworks. The whole process, from beginning to end, took a week and a half and my experience with them was fine. I would tell others that eShip is a good company, but they should expect them to be a little late.

Mark did a great job in getting my 1969 Mustang shipped from the south to California. The car is to be restored so it was not driveable which complicated the transport. I appreciate the patience Mark had in making it happen.

My brother-in-law was moving from Washington, DC to Salem, Oregon and had to move his Camry. I called three different transport companies and eShip's price was the best so I went with them. Everything that Mark, the salesperson said happened in the way he said it would. The price was exactly the price and the car was picked up when they said they would. He said the delivery will be 10 days or so but they called me two or three days beforehand to say that they were gonna bring it and rearranged the time. And the young man who delivered the car was very careful in getting it off the rollback truck. The car came in the same condition as we left it with the car carrier fellow. In this day and age where people over-promise and under-deliver, this outfit did what they said they were gonna do and we were very pleased. It was a great experience.

I needed to transport a car from Florida to Virginia and I initially went to two other companies but they overpromised and couldn't deliver. Then I went to eShip as a last resort. Their transport organizer was very helpful and although the rep quoted me a higher price, I agreed to it. He explained to me the process and told me that nobody was gonna pick the car up at the cheaper price, which made sense. So I paid the extra money and the car got there when they said it would. I was very happy with that. My expectations were met and the initial quote was spot-on. I recommend eShip over some of these other folks that are cheaper.

Marianne at eShip and the driver were very responsive and easy to work with. Very flexible with pick up and drop off locations. I changed the drop off location the day of delivery and it was no problem. We will definitely use eShip again the next time we move.

Maryann was very helpful and even responded to texts on a Saturday and Sunday and came up with a helpful solution to get the car shipped. My son receiving the car was very excited. The lady doing the transport was very courteous and knew her job and was very thorough.

After having no success with another company and begin left 2 days into the loading period without a shipper; I called eShip. Maryann ** picked up the pieces and in a few hours I had a shipper and a pickup time within the 3 days left in my loading window. The pick up was on time and the trucker did a meticulous job of loading my vehicle. 2 days later my vehicle arrived in perfect condition. The only snag was that the trucker had a difficult time locating my destination location. But we worked that out easily by phone and all went well. Overall a very good shipping experience.

She was fantastic and helped me so much through the process. The car arrived on time and was so fast and efficient! It was great to have my car get to me so fast, and it was easy thanks to Maryann. The truck driver was also very friendly and helpful.

Had my car delivered from California to Ohio. The deliverer was great and communicated clearly with me on pickup. Arrived right on schedule and was professional and honest. I was hesitant getting my car delivered but this experience has definitely changed my mind.

I moved to a different city and had eShip transport my vehicle from New Jersey to Texas. Their price was nice and the reps were cool. And both guys in both ends picking up and delivering did a great job and were courteous. They picked up on a Thursday and delivered the following Thursday. They were on time and everything worked out great for me.

I was moving for 1,800 miles from East Coast to Denver area and needed to ship a sedan and one SUV. I looked at two other shipping companies and there was another company which I was trying to go with but they were very high in terms of pricing. It was eShip's price, customer service and favorable reviews that led me to them. Also, they came around very quickly, in terms of the timing. I was short of time and they came around on the last minute and made sure the shipment went all right.

This is our second wonderful experience with eShip and Craig; nothing like peace of mind in trusting others with your car. Both transports were between NY and Texas; the pick up and drop off times were prompt and each of the drivers were very nice men.

I looked at 5 companies to have my Lexus shipped 3,000 miles and eShip had positive reviews. The sales rep was great and very easy to work with. He was also very helpful when there were problems, quick to respond and he tried to help us and figure things out. But we were not aware that cash on demand was required at the time of delivery. We were not prepared to pay $1,400 in cash and the driver needed to take the vehicle to Washington to remark the car. It was about 5:00 in the evening where banks are closed so we figured out a strategy to pay the balance. There was poor communication and that information, which is important, was not brought to our attention before we signed the contract.

I looked at three other transport companies when I needed to bring a car over that I bought from Oregon and eShip told me that the car would be insured. They would be responsible for anything that happens to the car plus, it was $100 less. It was fine dealing with the sales team but I had an issue with one of the drivers. He had a delivery time and he couldn’t make it before that and the guy who got the car in Oregon got upset. It was a little go back and forth thing, but they promised me they’d give me another driver and they did. Still, they did well in communicating with me because they would call me and let me know the status and what was going on. The driver complained a little bit that it was too much already but everybody gets like that once in a while. I was happy with the experience and everything else was fine.

Upon recommendation from a previous customer, I used eShip for the Toyota car’s transport from Florida to Connecticut. The team was very quick to respond and I had an excellent interaction with them. The delivery was all as predicted. It was easier to text but the driver wasn't comfortable with texting as English is his second language so it provided a bit of a challenge for me as well as for my father because he's hard of hearing. I had to be the intermediary as a result. I've had previous experiences and a lot of them were very negative but eShip was very reputable and I would definitely recommend them.

I started looking at reviews on the internet and I found that eShip has a lot of good reviews. About the price, some quotation was lower but then, I didn’t feel like trusting my car into another company. eShip is a good company, it has more liability. If eShip does it with a third party, it’s eShip’s problem, not my problem. So if I had a problem, I would call eShip. The process as it started, was okay. It was between me and the company. But then, in the middle, you call the driver and say, “Hey, are we still on schedule today?” Also, in today’s day, everybody uses a GPS so I don’t need to get exactly the location of the driver. It would be good if I could have a way to track where the truck was and I would have a better estimate without having to call all day.

I recently worked via phone, text, and email with Maryann ** re transportation of my daughter’s car from Minneapolis to San Diego. She was wonderful. She was direct, honest, helpful, and extremely quick in answering my questions and concerns. I had never had to transport a car. The first company I called tried to scam me. Maryann’s estimate was only $50 lower than the final cost which is totally acceptable. Everything went off without a hitch and the car was delivered many days sooner than anticipated. I moved in from Michigan to Houston, Texas and among the six transport companies I looked into, eShip was responsive and they would pick up on time. If I had any questions, they would answer right away. They wouldn't delay anything. The dealing I had with their sales team was excellent. I talked to Craig and throughout the process, he was always available if I had any queries compared to the other movers that I hired for the actual move. Once the other movers took the money, they were gone. But Craig was there until the last day when my car was being delivered. And he was extremely helpful.

We were moving from Boston to California, which was a long move. I looked into three transport service providers but I decided to use eShip because of Maryann, the lady who helped me. She was really nice and professional. Also I got quoted some good prices. During the pick up, I forgot to bring cash and the driver was really kind and understanding. He was also professional. The delivery went really well and it was a really good experience. It only took them a week to go from Boston to California. We were still in Boston when they arrived. That was how quick they were. I used a different company for shipping my stuff and I regret it because it's been a month since they picked it up and they have not loaded it onto the truck to be shipped to California yet.

I was purchasing a car and I had to have it transported between Denver and Peoria, Illinois, which was about a 1000 miles. I looked at ConsumerAffairs initially and read their recommendations about the process and one of those was to ask for at least three different quotes. I picked the top three rated vendors from the ConsumerAffairs site and got quotes from these vendors. And the initial communications that described eShip's service and provided aspects to consider when selecting a vendor was helpful.

We had a car we bought in Florida and we had to have it shipped to Ohio. I read about eShip online. And then I contacted one of their customer service people. And he put the shipment out there. And then within a couple of hours, a guy called me back and said it could be picked up and brought to the next morning. They picked up the vehicle at 2:00 in the afternoon and got it there at 2 o'clock in the morning. And the people that delivered it were super nice and very polite as well. eShip is a good company to do business with.

eShip seemed to have good reviews online and the quote the cheapest. Customer service was initially very pleasant to talk to. About a week before the earliest pickup date, I had to make a call and follow up because I was never contacted about an assigned carrier. I was told not to worry at all. When the agent finally contacted me, she said the driver she found had to pick up the car a day earlier than the earliest pickup available date, and it would cost me considerably more. When I said that is not going to work because of my budget and schedule (thinking what the point is to give them the earliest available date), I was given a lecture: "Look - this is my job to give you all the options, and your job is to say yes or no, and that's all there is to it." OK. So I said No.

So I appreciate the promptness and the good personality and when she said she’ll do it, she did. So that was great. She was able to locate a carrier who had called me the same day to have my car in a very short time, less than a week. And it was delivered to my sister’s house. They picked it up and they inspected the car, there was no damage and it went very smoothly. I’ll be seeing the car in a couple of days. I'll recommend eShip.

I needed to ship a vehicle from Oakland to Arkansas. Maryann, the eShip customer service representative I spoke with, was very helpful and transparent. The driver called me the day before he was gonna pick the vehicle up, then my fiancé dropped the car off to him. The vehicle arrived in about four days and it was early. But I would not consider that a good thing because if you’re planning a cross-country trip and your car gets there and you’re not there to receive it, there’s gonna be a big problem. I was lucky enough to have a friend who was able to receive it, but if I had planned based on the amount of time that I was given, I would have had a driver unable to deliver the car and he would have had to wait.

Out of the three transport companies that I looked at, eShip was the one who said that they could respond the quickest. I needed to move my car from Los Angeles to Milwaukee and it was good dealing with their sales team. They were very knowledgeable but when I was trying to get ahold of the woman when they were coming to pick up the car, she missed my text and email. She was a couple of days late but she apologized and everything ended up working fine. She was able to get somebody out and she was very nice about it. They picked it up Sunday and then they dropped it off on Friday. When the car arrived, it was in fine condition and the driver was great.

My father was moving back from Arizona to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I researched and eShip has good reviews. The coordinator did fine but one of the drivers was rude. When we got the car here the first time they arrived, it wasn’t the correct car. They said the right car was somewhere but it wasn’t on the thing. They said they would deliver it the next day and it was no big deal. I asked where the car was and the other driver said I didn’t need to know that. Nevertheless, Craig, the guy who I dealt with, was really nice and did a nice job. Also, eShip took care of it when I said that the guy was rude. They made sure the next time, it would be fine.

We were very nervous as this was our first time to ship also have brand new Mercedes. Craig told me I could call when I needed and I took advantage of it. I called him a lot and he was kind. Driver did a great job and car arrived on time and in perfect condition.

One company made an appointment three times and didn't show. Another messed me up because I registered the car here already, and when I came down, I didn't have a car. Then Florida canceled my insurance because they heard I didn't have that, so it was a hassle. Then, I called another shipping company when I came back to Florida. I went online and I saw that consumers rated eShip very highly and the reviews were wonderful. So I called and the gentleman Craig was exactly as the reviews had said. And I was very pleased. My sister is going to use eShip as well the week after.

E-Ship did a great job. Was a rush order, and they came through within 8 hours. Truck was picked up and delivered ahead of schedule. Driver was kept me informed of where he was during the transport and showed up within 5 minutes of the scheduled time.

There really are no words to describe how fantastic our transaction was! I spent days researching auto transport companies and read so many scary reviews and horror stories. I dealt with one person, Mary Ann, and she was awesome. The one problem I had was that they were scheduled to pick up one day and they didn’t end up picking up until the next day. It was the trucking company’s problem. I sent a text message to Mary Ann and I was sure it was after hours for her but she responded immediately to me. She made a phone call and got back to me and said that the trucker was still in Los Angeles and wouldn’t be out in La Quinta area until about 11 o’clock that night. She wanted to know if they could pick it up at 11 o’clock at night and I said, “No.” So, they came the next day. She was very responsive.

Mark was great from start to finish. It was my first time shipping a car so I was nervous, but he answered every question I had and responded promptly. I would definitely use this company again if I needed to ship another car across the country.

I needed to ship my vehicle home to Haiti and eShip did a good job. There was no scratch in the car. The price is too high though. When I talked to the driver, eShip only paid him $400 and yet they charged me $700 and that was too much. I’m new in the game and I didn’t know that. But I’m okay with it because they helped me. I needed that car to go a lot of ways and money was not a problem. If I keep putting four or five cars though and eShip adds to all the cars $200, it is gonna be a lot of money. Also, they lied to me one time because they told me that the car was gonna arrive on a Friday, then I received my car on Monday. Then they still charged me the same price.

I purchased a truck in Arizona and I needed it moved to South Carolina. I talked to several companies before I had gotten to eShip and the guy that I dealt with was very informative and helpful. He went out of his way to tell me the process, what to expect, and how it worked. I was just calling and getting information, trying to figure out how it worked and one of the people I talked to moved ahead and listed me to be picked up. We didn't even tackle the contract so I went ahead from there.

I interviewed a lot of companies to ship our four cars and I’m glad I chose eShip. I was totally happy with the service. In fact, I wish I had them move me too. My whole move with Bekins was terrible. I worked with Maryanne from eShip and she was great. She told me that I could put things in the car up to 100 pounds and we should have but we didn’t do that. When I mentioned something to the driver, he really wasn’t too happy about it but we didn’t do that anyway. But that was okay. They were very good, professional and very timely. Actually, they were more timely than what I was prepared for but we worked that out. I would also definitely recommend these people.

I move seasonally from Florida to New York and I need to transport three cars. I looked into two companies before choosing eShip. The first one didn’t have any transport available while the second was a scam. I got charged but they never called me back. I tried to call them back and reach them. I had to go out to process in the bank to cancel the payment they took. The guy from eShip was very helpful all the way through from when we made the reservation until they picked up the cars and until they delivered. And even after they delivered, they gave me a call to make sure that everything was nice and smooth.

I needed to transport my El Camino from about 2,500 miles away and got eShip to do the job. I spoke with Maryann and though she's good and I like her, they could never set up on a pick up date. And when they did pick it up, it was late. So the delivery of the truck was also late. And the whole thing took about a week and a half. Nevertheless, they got my truck here in one piece. It's just that when they commit to pick up the truck, they should be there. And if they commit to deliver the truck on a certain date, they should deliver it.

We ship our car between Illinois and California every year, have used different companies and have always experienced problems. But this year we used eShip for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Quick response to our inquiry, prompt confirmation of date and driver, and our car arrived in perfect condition. Totally exceeded our expectations.

The overall experience was satisfactory. The broker response was times and precise. The shipping of cars from Pittsburgh Pa, to Fremont Ca took less than 3 days which was very good. Only one issue was with cars pickup, the driver picked up cars an hour later than was promised. (The timeline for cars pickup was between 12 pm to 4 pm). This created inconvenience due to our flight could be missed.

I bought a classic car up on eBay and had it shipped from California to Michigan. The sales team at eShip was friendly. However, there were a couple of mishaps that I had. I was promised a couple of dates when the car was going to get shipped and then it got switched. And it was hard for my work schedule ‘cause I work a really weird job so it’s hard for me to miss work. So, I missed a day to be there when the car would be shipped to my house. But then the day before, I ended up getting a call that the car was coming a different day. It was frustrating.

We were moving and we needed a pickup truck shipped to a new address, about 1500 miles. eShip got a good reputation on the internet so we went with them. Their sales team was good and the delivery of the vehicle went fine. It took four days to transport the vehicle. However, eShip put a $200 premium on connecting me with a freight company which was what all the freight companies do. My experience would have been better if the cost was $200 less. Nevertheless, i would tell a friend to try them. eShip is like any other shipping company but I had a good experience with them.

Great overall experience. The reservation confirmation came down to the wire, but the pickup, transport and delivery were perfect. Earlier feedback that enclosed transportation was going to be a challenge would have been helpful, but in the end all worked out perfectly. Thanks!

I was moving from Maples to Colorado Springs. I needed to transport my 2010 Infiniti G37 and the lady I talked to at eShip was really believable so I went with them. She assured me that it would be handled well, and it was. My car was also delivered quickly and the driver was excellent.

I was moving to a different state for work and I had eShip transport my Honda Accord for roughly 1,800 miles. I looked into about five transport companies but I chose eShip because they had the available shipping date that I needed. Someone called me to set up a quote and then I paid the deposit. My interaction with the rep who called was mostly good. I wasn't present during the delivery of my vehicle so I had somebody out to sign for it. The driver called me and it took around three days to deliver my car. Also, there was no damage for this shipped vehicle. The only thing was that I kept on calling the rep for update. There should be more communication. Nonetheless it was a good experience.

I needed my Dodge for whenever I go home to have a car available for me to drive. I needed it shipped quickly and I looked at six different companies. eShip was available and they were able to get it there whenever I pull out there. Then they called me and told me that the car was here and they also told me to meet them outside of my apartment and then I picked it up. It was 3000 miles and the transport took 2 days. eShip's team was able to communicate with me who was available, when I was here and it worked out well. I had a good and satisfying experience working with eShip.

I needed my vehicle transported from California to Ohio and eShip was very efficient time-wise. My vehicle was shipped quicker than I’ve ever experienced, and I move a lot, so it was really quick. I would recommend them.

I was relocating out of state and I needed to ship a personal vehicle. I looked up a couple of companies and I went with eShip since my fiance used them. We were both relocating and we ended up going with the same company even though we left separately and at different times. It was easier that way and their reps were good. We understand that eShip is a broker and it was different trying to work with them instead of directly with the shipper. But the driver that picked up my vehicle was fantastic. He got my car here quickly and safely.

I’ve got classic cars that I transfer back and forth from Florida. I contacted four different companies. eShip could get the car out when I needed to get it out while nobody else could. eShip had a driver that was headed back this way and needed one more to fill his rig up. But the driver didn’t realize he could drive up my driveway ‘cause we've got a long driveway up the country. He called me and he drove about a quarter mile away while I drove down, picked up one of his drivers and dropped the car off. It was convenient and he did a great job. Transporting the car 3300 miles took six days which was not bad. I’m gonna ship a couple more down there and I’m gonna use eShip again.

EShip saved my move because another car ship service never showed up or even called to get my car on the last day before my relocation. EShip was the exact opposite. They were in excellent and constant communication and the car ship worked out perfectly.

He was also really honest with me from the beginning which I appreciated. Everything took five days. The car made it in great shape, but I had to add a little air to one of the tires. But other than that, they've been great and I'll definitely recommend eShip.

I bought a parts car, an ’84 Cadillac, in Arizona and purchased it to bring it up to Canada. I looked at four transport services and went with eShip as they would go to the place that I had the car stored at. I worked with the guy who owned it and it went very good. He had somebody there within three days, which was under timeline and he managed to meet that and not exceed. It was great.

I moved due to a work transfer and had the car shipped 800 miles. eShip did it in two days and the car was in perfect condition when my dad picked it up. I purchased a new vehicle and I needed it shipped from Indiana to South Carolina. I searched the internet and put a bid out there, and a number of different brokers called. The reviews that I saw on eShip were fairly positive so when their sales consultant called, I ended up going with him. Initially, I felt that he was underpricing or overpricing the cost of the shipment and underbidding the job out to the shipper. When we had gotten that corrected, I thought that the total experience was good.

Once satisfied with the quote, eShip sent someone to pick up the car the next day. I received my car quickly, everything was hassle and pain free. No damage at all to my vehicle. The driver was very nice, he called me when he got close and my car was delivered.

I moved an old Mustang about 2,900 miles and got eShip to do it. Although their price was a little more than the other company that I was looking at, I liked eShip's website. I called up and talked to an agent and the price sounded reasonable. When my brother-in-law accepted the delivery, he took pictures and it seemed like everything was okay. I transported that same car about 1,500 miles eight years prior and had a very bad experience. The shipper tied it down improperly then they had a lift failure on the truck and did about $4,500 worth of damage to the car. This time, there was one minor scratch, which with open transport, it was probably just a stone that chipped up and hit the underside of the vehicle towards the back bumper. That was the only obvious damage that my brother-in-law saw. So, it was a much better experience than the last time.

We were relocating from Arizona to Philadelphia. I looked at four different transport companies and Mark from eShip was very informative, truthful and got back to us right away. He was also explaining the situation of what other brokers do and he really turned things around for us. When the cars were delivered, the driver notified me by phone and came on time. I went out to meet him and the cars were fine. The transport took four days and everything went the way they said it would. They were also friendly, courteous, and we couldn’t ask for a better situation. I will use them again if a situation comes up.

I bought a vehicle in Florida. It had an engine but the under was bad, didn’t have a key and a battery so, it was gonna be a headache to get shipped. A few months ago, I went on a website and told the website that I was looking to move a car, so I got 10 different companies contacting me with bids from $725 to $1,500. I replied that I wasn’t gonna move the car until March or April. Then they called me again a day before the delivery though I didn’t know what time they were gonna arrive. Still, I was kept updated by the driver during the transport, so the communication was good. My mom wanted to ship my grandmother’s car from Oregon to Washington, DC. I looked up a couple of transport companies and found eShip was the one that was highly rated. The person who coordinated the whole thing from Florida was great and helpful. The driver was pretty flexible too. My uncle wasn’t able to get there when the driver came, but they were able to arrange a different time which was really nice, and then the car arrived really quickly. The whole transport process took less than a week.

I was moving and I needed to ship a Mazda 3 from San Diego to Maryland. I called a handful of companies and got some quotes to see how I felt about them. There was one company that was a little bit cheaper than eShip, but I read all of the reviews on Yelp saying they cut their driver and that their driver charged more when the car was delivered. My vehicle only has three inches of ground clearance and it just couldn't be loaded like a traditional car. And eShip was very accommodating to my overly expecting needs. Then I called him back and he said to go ahead and post that on the electronic board and then in less than five minutes, I got a call back from him. The delivery of the Scion xD was within the timeframe as it was estimated by the driver. I was there to send the car and my son was the recipient in Fremont, California. It was a painless delivery and the car was fine. The driver was very professional and wonderful. And eShip held to their words very well and I was very pleased with the overall experience. There are a lot of conversations online about whether you should try to not use a broker or not when shipping a vehicle. But unless you’re familiar with the trucking industry, not using a broker is not a good idea in my estimation.

eShip was friendly and polite. There were some delays going out and I didn’t know I could call them to get support. But coming back, there was no problem. So, it was all very efficient. I had a straightforward experience with them. Before choosing them, I checked two or three transport companies. I went online and read the reviews. Then I saw in a website that eShip was rated highly in a lot of different ways. They also got to me very quickly so I went with them.

We have commercial vehicles that we purchased in Sacramento, California and the personnel that they were intended for were across country. Two vehicles were sent to Ohio and two were sent two to Georgia. And it was so much easier to hire a transport service than driving them that far. I did a bit of research and there were companies with cheaper bids but reading reviews online, there were some bait-and-switch tactics going on where they low ball you. And then once you're committed to them or you had everything arranged, they'll throw in "the lack of a driver" and add on it additional charges. But the guy from eShip was very straightforward with all the processes and how it was gonna go so I felt comfortable with them.

I had eShip transport a vintage car from Michigan to Los Angeles, and Mark was amazing. He was attentive and never not answered a phone call. He even answered a phone call from me on his 50th birthday just to make sure that I was well aware of what was going on. I am a selling supervisor for Gucci America so I’m accustomed to top-notch luxury brand service and he did that. The car delivery was amazing as well. Everything was flawless from door-to-door. It was a smooth pick up and the car came a day earlier than I was expecting which was good. The driver delivered it on Ventura which is a big street one block from my little street. He called me and we walked each other exactly where he was. He took the car down from the big giant truck and it was really nice and easy. It was a great experience. And I would highly recommend eShip and Mark.
