eShip moved one car for us when we moved from New Jersey to California in December. They were a little more flexible on the timing and the availability to pick a date and things than the other company I also talked to. They also had a slightly lower price although the prices were not much different. eShip’s customer service was very good. They had all the information ready to go. I talked to them two months in advance as I didn’t know how much wait-time I needed to schedule. They told us quickly about the kind of timing needed and the best time to schedule it. They had the price ready at that point, too.

I needed a transport service since I was coming from one end of the country to the other and I didn’t want to drive. eShip did a good job. I was travelling when the car was picked up and I arrived on the day of the delivery. A woman came to the door and I got to meet the driver who was with her. They wanted me to come out and check the car which was a good thing. We went over it together and the car looked great. We signed off and they went their way. I was happy how everything worked well and there was nothing that happened to my car.

This was the first time that I had a vehicle shipped and It was a fantastic experience. Anna was very helpful and I was able to talk to her immediately with any questions I had. I would recommend that everyone should give them a try. Also the delivery driver was awesome!

I live in Connecticut and my mother who has dementia was residing in Idaho. I was the only living family member left and I moved her here to be with me. She was adamant about having her car and even though the ’94 Honda Civic wasn’t even worth shipping, she wanted it. I wasn’t gonna tell her she can’t have her car so I paid to have it shipped here. I talked to one other company but the gentleman from eShip that I spoke to was down-to-earth and I told him what I wanted upfront. I asked him to be honest and to give me his best price. He did that and gave me reassurance that he would be there to handle it. I was in good hands and he did a perfect job. I had a lot on my plate going on and I said that I got to trust him and he had to do a good job. He knew I was a former Marine so, we talked about that and he said he would take care of me. He was a man of his word. Integrity is everything and that is what I’m all about.

I used three other transport companies in the past and eShip was faster than them. The sales rep that I dealt with was absolutely wonderful. The average transport length from Dallas to Newport Beach takes about three to four days, but it took eShip about five to six days. But overall, my experience with eShip was great.

Excellent service - professional and delivered everything that they promised. They may not be the cheapest ship you can find but they will be the one that puts your mind at rest, providing 24/7 service, phone and text availability and quality transport carriers. Family run reliable and trustworthy. So glad I went with the best! Will definitely continue to use and refer to family and friends.

My son is located in Florida and it was easier to ship the vehicle to him than it was to drive it. I looked at three companies and eShip was a good fit. The representative on the phone is from that area that I was shipping to so she was familiar with it. She was also straightforward and very personable. I really liked her. When making arrangements with the actual person coming to ship, she made sure that there were plenty of notes so that they would know exactly what they were supposed to do. It was great. Then when the first one fell through, she found another one within a couple of hours. The shipper picked the vehicle up within the timeframe I was given then they got there a day early. The driver showed up and helped my son inspect the outside of the car. The driver was great and there were no complications. It was nice and very straightforward.

We bought a car in Connecticut but I needed to get it to California where we live and eShip was recommended to us by the dealer. He had a contact with eShip and he called them to be aware then handed the phone over to me. It took about two weeks to get the car picked up then about 10 days to get it shipped across the country. The timeline was palatable. We actually had a situation where I wasn't available to be there when the car was picked up. But I had other people there for me. So the ability to communicate with eShip and the transporter was really good. They did that and managed it really well. There was also regular communication during the transport so we knew exactly when the vehicle was gonna show up and when it was there. It was all good. I would tell others to go with eShip if they have a transport. In fact, I'm doing it again as well. There's another car that we're transporting for a shorter distance and I'm gonna work with eShip again in a week.

I was very pleased with the service received. Everyone was friendly and professional. Anna promptly and fully answered all of my questions. My assigned driver, Joe, informed me about pick up and drop off times in advance of his arrival. My car was safely delivered on the day and within the timeframe communicated. I would transport through eShip again.

I was moving and I needed to have my 2006 Subaru WRX shipped 3,000 miles. I looked at five or six companies and went with eShip because of the prices. The reps were good. They're quick and knowledgeable about the whole thing. The car was here in six days and it was good. The driver was a cool guy too.

Moving from Alabama to Texas, I looked at a few companies, went off of the reviews, and eShip has the most reviews and the best star rating, so I went with them. I went on to the site, filled out the quote, and then they got back with me as soon as possible. We were able to set up a date, the carrier contacted me, and we went from there. I shipped a 2015 Camaro and the process was simple. The delivery went great too. The car got straight to my house in 3 days and it was a little dirty but I didn’t expect it to be clean. The driver also did everything he was supposed to do and he was great.

eShip arranged everything in a timely manner. They waited until my departure time was firm and came up with a plan to create a smooth drop off that worked with my schedule. The car was delivered nicely and the driver was polite. There were no extra charges and I was kept informed but not called too much.

Car shipped from Georgia to California. The service was great and the car showed up on time and the driver was amazing. I felt the price was fair and the process was fairly easy to set things up. I will definitely use eShip as I have to ship them right now. I recommend anyone that needs a ship a car use each of you will not be disappointed. They will take care of your car and keep you updated on the progress.

I had eShip transport a tow truck from Kentucky to Florida. They rolled it off the truck and put it up in my yard. I had to pay somebody $250 and another $850. They charged me too much, but I’m happy with what I got. All in all, it was a very good experience.

eShip is a good company. They have reasonable prices and professional service. My brother had used them about four years ago and when I was relocating, I chose them based on that recommendation. It took a few different tries to get the scheduling set up because the cars were getting worked on. eShip had something available but the cars weren't ready so the representative would call me back a couple of days later to set something else up. He kept working with me until we got it all set up and it went really well. He was awesome. As for the drivers, everybody was really good, really professional and friendly. The timeline I was provided was spot on and if I have to, I would use eShip again.

Michael the driver was exceptional!! Anthony was nice too. Gigante very professional (Owner), but a smile and a laugh goes a long way with people Eric!! You’re too stressed bro, chill out!! Excellent overall. I moved from New York to Seattle and I needed a transport service. I did an internet search and eShip was the first one that came up. It had good reviews. Ana, the rep, called me and arranged everything. She was very nice and called me back a couple of times. I called them once to ask something and everyone was great and easy to get ahold of. She knew everything I needed from her.

Craig was great. A minor delay in picking up the car in Seattle, WA but other than that everything was great and car was delivered in a timely manner. Excellent communication. Would use again if I was shipping another car.

Delivery of car was from LA to Doylestown, PA. The first assigned driver had to cancel and could not make the transport. The second assigned driver made the pickup the following day and was scheduled for a proposed delivery date before Christmas. The delivery actually took place two days after Christmas.

I bought a vehicle out of state and I needed to ship it. eShip had decent reviews and so I went with them. Their rep, Mark, was a good guy to work with. I learned how their process works. However, he is just a broker who throws out a quote. When I went with eShip, things didn't go smoothly as I thought. Mark had to keep raising the price. Still, he was a good communicator. Thereafter, the guy who actually delivered the truck was great. He kept me posted on his timeline and he showed up when he said he would. In the end, my truck made it.

We had a new vehicle down and I read eShip's reputation online. The interaction with their sales team was fine. eShip’s communication with the driver was very good and the delivery was very smooth. It was a good experience.

I had my BMW X5 shipped from New York to Los Angeles. The service was excellent and it only took 7 days. The car was loaded and unloaded almost door to door (my street in NY was closed off so we met up around the corner). It was just really nice to have them stick to their schedule and not have any issues.

We have used this company every time we need to ship one of our vehicles. I just send a text to Craig and within minutes he replies and starts the process for me. They are amazing to work with, very courteous and affordable! Our cars always arrive perfectly!

EShip was considered to be a serious company. What clinched my satisfaction with them was the driver they chose. He was very responsible, punctual, approachable and very reliable. He was fantastic. He called me when he was here and he also took pictures. I was told in advance that the transport would take a few days, and it did. And when the vehicle arrived, the driver called me. The delivery was done at a shopping center two miles from my house because the size of the transport vehicle is not allowed in the area. The Mercedes was in perfect condition and I was satisfied with eShip's service.

What an incredible company! Anna took care of us from start to finish. She was our liaison during a time of great stress and anxiety because we moved across the country with a three month old. The best part of our move was working with Anna and knowing our vehicles would be safe. Highly recommend e-ship and ask for Anna!!

We were shipping our vehicle from West Palm Beach, Florida to Pasadena, California. We looked online and liked the price of eShip. It was reasonable for what we needed. They seemed reputable enough too. Then I called them. They called me back and we arranged the time. They handled the pick-up. The guy called me the day before they were coming and an hour before they were coming, and then they came. The condition of the vehicle was as good as it left. They were great. They should keep doing what they’re doing.

This is my second experience with E ship. Anna ** has in both matters been totally professional, courteous, and informative. In both instances, the service was as promised. Both vehicles were delivered without damage & according to the schedule represented. In today's world, it is rare to find a service business which delivers on its promises. Eship has done so impeccably on both transports. If anyone were to ask, I would certainly recommend Eship and if I further need this type of service I know where I would go. Thank you Anna.

I was giving a vehicle to my sister and we were transporting it from Texas to Florida. My husband picked eShip to transport it. They have a good process. It was fast. The driver was really professional and picked up not far from our house, and he delivered it and called back after he delivered. They provided good service. However, when they sent me the email to give a little feedback, I could not connect with that website for some reason. I put my information in and tried to hook it through, and it never did send. But that’d be the only thing. They were good and very professional. I’d recommend eShip.

I looked up eShip on the internet and the reviews were good. I decided to use it and everybody on their sales team was very good. They did a good job of setting things up and keeping me updated on what was happening, when they would pick up and the drop-off. Overall, the service was excellent. The driver was a very nice gentleman but when it was time to pick up the car, I was hoping that the driver would come to the apartment that I was staying at, and drop it there. He was concerned that the street where he would have to park was busy. I understand that and if it was a busy street, it wouldn’t have been a problem. However, it was a very quiet street so he could have done it. I had to go a couple of miles to a big parking lot to pick up the car. That could have been done better.

My work location was changing and I got a recommendation from one of my friend who had used eShip this year. Their customer service reps pretty knowledgeable, efficient and quick in their reply with whatever adjustments or whatever they needed to do. Then, the driver was good in terms of letting me know when they were coming and all those changes. Although they're a little bit expensive than the normal ones, I would recommend them. The service was good, they were on-time, and the communication was perfect.

Transport Honda Odyssey from Bowie MD to San Leon TX - The booking agent was very helpful and professional. Service provide on time and as promised. Truck driver was also very professional and friendly and kept me informed during the trip to texas. Vehicle delivered on time with no damage. Would recommend.

I bought a car in another state, and needed to get it to my house. eShip was a little bit lower on the price than a couple of others that I was looking at. Their sales rep was excellent as well. She was very responsive. And when she couldn’t take my call, I’d get a text when she could get back. The driver was also good. We had a couple of texts here and there, and then, I got the car from him. He was here earlier than he said he was gonna be 'cause they said it would take seven days, but I got the car in my house on the 5th day. Overall, eShip's a good option and I had really good experience with them. But I'd recommend others to still look around, just to make sure they'd get the best deal.

We were in a pickle with another company that dropped out from underneath us last minute. In a bit of a panic we contacted Eship and dealt with Anna. She saved us and did so in such a short amount of time. The communication and service was great from start to finish. This might not be the cheapest option, but it was a fair price given the service and peace of mind.

I was searching the country for a specific vehicle that I wanted, a Mid '80s Chevrolet Dually, and I found it in California. I live in Connecticut, so I needed to have it shipped. I was recommended eShip, and I called and got a quote. It was a very friendly, good service but I found a cheaper quote through a different company, so I ended up going with them instead. But I waited almost three weeks and they still hadn't arranged the pick-up, so I cancelled that and went back to eShip. My interactions with the reps were all great. Anna, my saleslady, was very pleasant and responsive through text messaging, phone calls and email. The driver showed up when he said he would to deliver the vehicle and I paid him. It was flawless.

I was going to college, so I needed to live in California and ship my vehicle from Kansas. I read some reviews, and eShip had good ones online. The person I dealt with there was good and the quote I was given was cheaper compared to other places. Thereafter, It took eShip a week to transport my vehicle. Some other guy picked the vehicle up. However, the person who delivered my car wasn’t good to deal with because I had to pick up my car from somewhere else when they said that they would ship the car to where I live. He said that he couldn’t send the car over to us, but I didn’t really see the reason why. It wasn’t like he was in a big vehicle where he would be transporting multiple cars. eShip could have improved the communication with the person who dealt with the car.

We bought a Volvo from Philadelphia and had to have it shipped over to Seattle. I looked at seven transport companies, but I got a personal phone call from eShip that made me think that they were a legitimate company that would hold my best interest in mind. Their sales reps were also very good about getting in touch with me even through text message so the interaction was very easy. They knew everything about what was going on and if they didn't have the answer, they'd call me right back. Then, the condition of the vehicle upon arrival was as expected and it took eShip 10 days to transport the vehicle from start to finish.

I went with eShip based on online reviews. However, the transport took longer than it should have. I paid an extra $500 for something that ended up costing me almost seven days. It should have been there on Friday, but even that was too long for something that I paid an extra $500 worth. The vehicle was also very, very dirty when it arrived. Other than that, Maryann from eShip was very helpful. I called and she got a quote back to me within a couple of hours. The quote was accurate too.

I needed to transport a vehicle for a restoration project. I looked at five different transport companies and I've gotten quotes from them. It took me about a month to decide what I was gonna do so when I finally went down the list and called, eShip was the one that picked up. Everybody at eShip was really nice. However, when I got the price, I didn’t realize that there were two different prices involved on the back end, the rep’s price as a broker and the actual person that picked up the vehicle and drove it to the destination. The rep that I dealt with got everything going and the driver was very nice and respectful. He picked the vehicle up at around 8 o’clock one night and got to the destination the next day. When he told me the vehicle would arrive, it did and it was in the same condition as it left here. I’d recommend eShip.

I was moving from the East Coast to the West and I had eShip transport my four-door sedan. I looked at three other companies and they had better reviews. The carrier driver communicated with me the day before the car's pick up and the day before the delivery. The transport took less than two weeks and the car arrived in the same condition it was picked up. It was a little bit dirty, but that was because I shipped the car uncovered. Overall, I had a smooth experience with eShip and I'd recommend them.

We've had an excellent experience with eShip. We were gonna go with a different company but they didn't deliver. I then looked online again and saw the reviews of eShip and they were all great, so I went with them even though they costed a little bit more money. They took care of me right away and their people were very professional, courteous, and efficient. From the time I called, they had somebody scheduled right away, which was great because I was afraid that there’s gonna be nobody scheduled and she would be out of there already. It took two weeks from the time I called to the time the car came to us. I thought the car was gonna be dirtier, but it wasn’t. Overall, eShip is a great company.

I ship out classic autos all over the place and usually use SmartWay Transport. I was looking at using another company. I googled and found that eShip was considered one of the best, so I inquired from there. I have dealt with Anna from eShip. She was very professional and fast. She's also very cool about me sending her a request for quote and I've sent quite a few. So, I use her as my number one go-to now.

I bought a car in Texas and had it shipped to Iowa by eShip. I used to sell printing equipment all over the United States and my experience with eShip has been the only smooth deal I've ever made on something like that. The car got to Iowa a day early. It could have been a nicer day when they unloaded the car so I could have gone out and seen what was going on, but other than the weather, everything was fine. I'm a disabled veteran and the driver got the car off and put it in the driveway for me. Then, the amount I paid was the same as what I was initially quoted. If I buy another car out-of-state, I'm gonna call eShip again to get it shipped.

We were moving from Florida to California and needed two of our cars transported. My son had recently used eShip when he moved out to California and he was very happy with them, so he recommended them. It's been excellent working with their reps. They kept us informed of everything and gave us numbers to call in case we needed anything. We talked to the driver and he was excellent as well. It took 5 days for the cars to arrive which was reasonable. The quote we were given was also fair and it did not change throughout the process. I would highly recommend eShip to anybody else that needed them. If we need them again, we would use eShip.

I was moving and I needed to ship my car from Missouri to Florida. I looked at a lot of transport companies and eShip was definitely the best one. The other two companies were stiffening, so I was kinda stuck in a hard place. So, eShip came through. The other two never kept their word, and they kept saying they had a driver but the driver never showed up. Also, a week later after eShip had found a driver, both of them called me and said, “Oh, we have a driver now as well,” after not being in contact for a week. So, it was really shady.

I was moving from Ohio to California for a job. So, I went online and I went on Consumer Reports, and I saw that eShip had a good review, and I selected them. The rep was very good at what she does. She gave me a quote, and we kind of negotiated it, and she got somebody the next day to come pick my car up. It took two conversations and they got the car here, so I’m happy with that. I called eShip twice to see where the car was, and they had the driver call me. The driver delivered my car straight to my work when I wasn't at home. He was very kind and courteous. My car was dirty, but it was in good shape. Everything was perfect.

I had an excellent experience with this company. In fact they rescued me from another company that was a disaster. They were accommodating and took care of my transport in record time. My car was picked up promptly and delivered as promised. They kept in touch the whole time to keep me informed. I would recommend them highly.

I needed to have a personal vehicle for work shipped and I used eShip. They were user-friendly and I liked talking to them. They were easy to talk to. They did the transport within the timeframe that they said they would do it. It was six days total, but it was right on time.

My husband used eShip when he moved in Texas and I also used them when I moved. And then, I came back to them to have a vehicle shipped to my daughter. I bought her one in Texas, and she lives in Maryland. I worked with Tony, who is always nice as usual. I’ve worked with him most of the time before and he has been great every time, which is why I go with eShip. However, I was a little disappointed because I was told that pick up would be a Monday, and then it ended up being Tuesday at 10 pm. That was a bummer because then I was getting on the plane to leave. My husband ended up taking care of it and it all worked out anyway. The transport took about four days and then I was there for the delivery. It was supposed to be brought to the house but I just met them up the street a little bit and that was fine.

I used eShip when I had to move a 1972 VW Bug from Sacramento, California to Atlanta, Georgia. The rate was good and the transport organizer was really great. They shipped it on Monday, and they dropped it off on Saturday. I met the driver who picked the car up, and eShip helped arrange the drop off with a friend of mine because I wasn’t there. It was fantastic. The car arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend eShip.

My experience with eShip and Gigi line was great. They are very considerate of your merchandise, and they will make sure your vehicle gets to its destination on time. If there are any delays they will give you a call with an update. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I will also recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

I transported my truck for 1,300 miles through eShip. I spoke to the owner of the carrier personally, and I liked the way he talked. And then, I dealt with his salespeople after that in transport service so everything worked out fine. The transport was supposed to take four days. But the vehicle came in at three days. It came in early and it was perfect. There was no damage or anything. I would recommend them.

My brother needed the car and I shipped it to him. I looked at a few transport companies but we would be able to get it faster with eShip. I worked with Mark, and he was the best. He was able to get the car out very quickly for me. My brother said that the car arrived without anything wrong with it and within the expected amount of time.

eShip did everything right for our auto transport. From answering my questions to making the arrangements it was smooth and easy. My transport had to be timed to cover my household move and their agent properly planned the pick up and drop off dates appropriately. My car arrived in exactly the same condition as it was when it was loaded onto the trailer.

Service was excellent. I was kept informed. Alex was a terrific person handling our car with care. He kept me informed of progress on the deliver. He even removed his shoes when getting in the vehicle. I will use this service again without hesitation.

I was given eShip's website by a co-worker who had used them in the past and said he had a good experience with them. eShip's quote was reasonable. The rep did a good job of keeping me updated and the driver was in contact with me through text and kept me informed. However, when the driver accessed my car to load and unload it, I had grease stains all over my interior from his hands and feet. I understand the car being dirty during transport on the exterior, but they should probably put boots and gloves on so they don’t get grease on the interiors of the vehicles. Fortunately, I had leather interior and I was able to get the stains out. Also, he didn't touch the part of my car where it's more of a type of material where either you can't get grease out or it spreads. Other than that, it was a very good experience and I would recommend eShip.

eShip did a great job. They quoted me a delivery date, but something happened with the driver and they were able to find another driver that was able to even get it out faster for the same price, which was pretty cool. I was really appreciative of that because I didn’t have a car. eShip was reliable and the service that they picked was decent to me. As far as the quote, it was accurate and there were no surprises. They were very communicative and responsive as well. Towards the very end of the transport, I met the driver halfway and I was able to take a train out and meet them at one of their other drop-off points, so I eliminated a leg of the journey for him, which he was very happy about.

As I was relocating from Florida to Arizona, I looked at four companies and contacted eShip for their quick shipping. The person I was constantly talking to was helpful, and he arranged everything, including pick up. I was well-informed throughout the shipping. Even when there was a breakdown on the way, he informed me about it right away. On the other hand, the drivers were not very good at English, so I had some difficulty, but in the end, my experience was good. Within seven days, my car was with me. eShip definitely did a great job.

I was trying to transport a vehicle, looked at five companies and had a bad experience with a couple of unprofessional things like saying they were gonna get back to me in a certain time and they didn't or saying one lie or the other. It was more about the communication. I read a review from someone who said he was talking to a lot of agents and he worked better with eShip. They're not the cheapest, but I tried them and they got the job done. It was a five-hour journey and they did well with communication, which is everything for me. They did whatever they said they were gonna do and I would like to utilize them again. I would also recommend them as far as not worrying a bit where the vehicle is and what time it's gonna get to wherever it's going to.

We were moving and needed to ship our vehicle. eShip transported the vehicle for 2,800 miles from one side of the country to the other and it took 12 days. There were two different drivers that contacted me. I had a little trouble understanding the English of the first one but it was okay. He let me know that my car would be coming the next day. A different driver delivered it the next day. He told me where he was and where he’d be. It was all great and I was very pleased. I was a little scared because I’ve never done it, but it all worked out.

My daughter was using the vehicle in St. Louis, so we wanted to bring it back here. I was going through online and the other guys were giving me a run-around. The sales person from eShip was very straightforward and told me how much we would have to pay. I booked it but I was not getting confirmed answers when I could get it done. This person was looking around and he was a little bit of a pain because he didn't find the right drivers and gave me a little bit of runaround. I had to wait almost two to three days before we got the notification and I had to pay more money because I wanted it on a particular day. Nevertheless, they got the vehicle delivered. It worked out for all of us and it was a good experience. People should go ahead and take it but make sure that you get the dates confirmed early on.

I was moving from California to Texas and I didn’t wanna drive by myself. I looked at three companies and eShip had good customer service. When push came to shove, the girl I was working with on the phone spent an entire day or two trying to figure out how we could get a transport for the time that I needed it. Things had changed internally and the trucker that they were gonna use couldn’t make it and with my travel plans, things got all blown. The original price they quoted was good, but it was not the price that I ended up with. She said the price varies depending on the trucker, how many vehicles they have on the truck, and the timing. Initially, she quoted 600 several months in advance, but it ended up being 1250. I was willing to pay it since it had to be done. The delivery of the Camry went perfectly and took only a few days. The driver was great and the car arrived the same as it was when it left California. I would recommend eShip.

I was moving to another state, so I decided to ship my car. I searched on Google and found that the reviews for eShip were good. I called them and didn't ask for any other price as the price was not that important for me--just the quality was important. It took four days to get my car which was a reasonable time and it was in perfect condition when it arrived. I also had a good experience with the people I worked at eShip.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have shipped with eShip, and have a 3rd set up to ship tomorrow (we're military, we have to ship cars a lot!). I have referred several people to them, it's not easy to find a reputable car shipping service, and I have been satisfied with eship.

I was moving from the East Coast to the West Coast and I contacted five different couriers. I looked online at customer reviews and eShip had the most positive ones. Then, I contacted a couple of different companies and got quotes. eShip had the best quote. When I talked to couple of the other carriers, they said that they needed 21-days notice but eShip said that they could come pick it up within a week and then drop it off within a week, so it was a two-week turnaround. I contacted them multiple times to check in and see when it was gonna get picked up. I have also gone out of the house during the window when we thought they were gonna come by and when I called them to make sure when they were gonna arrive, they were responsive. It was a great experience with eShip and I would refer them. I still have a house in North Carolina so, if I have to go back there, I probably would use them again.

I’m gonna be needing a car out in an area for a few months and I had to transport it 3,000 miles there. eShip had realistic expectations from other sites that I saw and after checking five companies, I decided to go with them because of their broker. She seemed to be honest and more realistic while the other ones seemed to be aggressive. And she was very responsive to my calls. Anytime I called, she responded back and I could either call, email, or text her. I kept speaking to the same person and she was very clear about what my expectations were. If it was unrealistic, she was clear about telling me that. Price-wise, we negotiated a bit and I found her to be very reasonable. I told her I’d like to try a lower bid than whatever bid she gave me and she was happy to work with that.

I was shipping a vehicle from around Phoenix, Arizona up to upstate New York. I tried contacting Montway, and I tried using uShip. A bunch of people were just betting on it, and there was nobody actually talking to me. It didn’t really help me in narrowing down my options. When I got a call from eShip, I spoke with a person that was very personable. She was very helpful, and really put me at ease. Having somebody I could speak to and who guided me through the process made me go with eShip. Also, the quote that eShip gave me was a little bit cheaper than the quote that I got from Montway.

I needed to move a car across the country from east to west, and eShip was the only one that didn't have terrible reviews online. I called them and the owner was the one that answered. He coordinated everything directly and it was pretty fast. The car arrived exactly in the timeframe they said it would, which I was surprised about. The driver delivered it right in front of the house and it didn't have any damage to it. There was clear communication during pick-up and drop-off, and he arrived when he said he was gonna arrive.

Craig was so easy to get in touch with and responded to my emails right away. When I couldn’t be home to meet them when they dropped the car off they happily brought to a friend's nearby. Couldn’t be happier with how easy and smooth everything went.

I bought a car from South Dakota and they only had that model there so I had it be shipped in. I looked at 5 different transport companies but chose eShip based on the reviews online. I worked with Anna and she was friendly and prompt in getting back to me with anything. During the delivery, the driver got the car there quickly. He was accommodating because he wanted to drop it at my house but I was at work so he dropped it at my work. I had a buddy picked it up and gave them the money because I had to go to a meeting. The only complaint I had was there was no advance warning. It was supposed to be five to seven days in transit, and it got there in two so it was great but I wasn’t sure when it was coming. Other than that, it was all pretty smooth.

We were moving across the country and we had two vehicles so we needed to ship one. The transport industry is very hard and people don’t have a lot of websites so you have to make a judgment call based on conversations. But overall, I went with eShip because of the ConsumerAffairs website. The eShip rep that I spoke with was very helpful. She was extremely friendly and in the first phone call, she answered all the questions I had. I called her again with some more follow-up questions, and she answered them all on the spot as well. If I couldn’t get a hold of her, she called me back either that same day or the very next day at the start of business. I was very happy as far as customer service and I felt that my time wasn’t being thrown away by using them.

The first time I tried to reach out to the rep, it was off hours and he actually picked up the phone. He said he was with his kids and that he would text me later, so he ended up texting me much later. He was quite cordial, he was detailed in his estimates and he was quite clear on the pricing and the process. However, I had a little bit of a conflict during the delivery because the vehicle was moving fairly quickly. I shipped it Saturday and it was already arriving by Monday noon, but my flight was arriving Monday afternoon. I couldn’t pick up the car that day, so the driver kept the car overnight and drove it out to my place the following morning. They were quite helpful and accommodating.

I am very pleased with all experiences with your company. However, I was promised that I would receive a call one day before pickup and an hour before arrival. I never received any call until the driver was minutes away. Having never dealt with the shipper (or you either) before, I was very apprehensive of how it would work out. I made 3 calls asking for information and was reassured by people behind a desk not a steering wheel that all was well. The “MC” and “USDOT” numbers I was given were not the numbers on the truck. That any truck showed up was OK with me. I will be using your services again in April. And now that we have experience together it’s OK. New customers should be handled better. Thank You.

My car needed to be moved to a place eight hours away. I needed to maintain its mileage and so I didn't want to drive it. A friend recommended I use eShip, and the rep I dealt with was very good. The delivery went well too. The car was checked and everything was on point. eShip is a good company. They are very fast and reliable in transporting and delivering vehicles.

eShip had good reviews at the Better Business Bureau and that was how I chose it to ship a vehicle. Everything was good from start to finish and it was hassle free. The reps were polite and they showed me the amount that was due upfront. Even the guy who delivered the vehicle was nice. They said they would be there tomorrow morning and they gave me about 44 hours' notice. I checked the vehicle when it got here and there was no damage at all.

Truck showed up on time and arrived at the final destination early. Driver kept us informed of his progress as he made his way from California to Wisconsin. Car got here with no damage just a little dirty. Good overall service.

I live in a different state and had to ship a vehicle for 470 miles but didn't wanna drive and pick it up. I sent out a request for a quote on a shipment and eShip got back with me fairly quickly. I also had their rep's personal cellphone number at all times and I was able to communicate with her via email, text and phone when needed. Then, I had the person that was releasing the vehicle up north send me pictures of the car and any issues that he saw and then I confirmed that there were no more issues other than what was sent to me when the vehicle was dropped off. I thoroughly inspected it before I signed off on any paperwork. The delivery went fine and when I looked it over, the car's condition was very good.

I found a GMC Yukon online that was exactly what I was looking for. The transport was 1,100 miles and it was too far away for me to go get, so I decided to have it shipped to my home. I got on some website where I put my name in. I got quotes and offers from seven different companies, but I found that most of them were bait and switch. They'd tell that it would be one price just to get me in, then they wouldn't really follow through, and they charge more. What I found with eShip was that they were a little bit more expensive, but that was because that was more the true price I'm gonna pay.

The car was picked up on a Wednesday and was dropped off Monday. The carrier delivered the car and he was a day early. I was told that the guy smelled so the inside of the car had to be washed. But I was a little worried about the condition of the car than how it smelled. When we got the car, it was in perfect shape and it was exactly as we gave it to him.

I had bought a Land Rover Discovery 2004 from a private seller in Mississippi and used eShip to bring the car about 900 miles to Ohio. I talked to about seven different companies but I went with eShip because of the personal interaction I had with one of their representatives. She was the first person that I called and who I corresponded with mostly. She was really responsive and I was able to text her. She was excellent and seemed very knowledgeable. She was also really straightforward with how the process worked in general, which I appreciated. I was not familiar with the industry and she really broke it down for me and was really honest about it.

I do not recommend them. They claim they provide insurance. My new car was delivered with a nail in the rear tire and they reneged any responsibility. They would do anything. Go with someone else who stick to their word.

From start to finish, one of the worst customer experiences I've had in decades. I provided all the information needed to do one thing - move my car from point A to point B, on a specific date one month in the future. Not only was the quote given completely off, but I was kept in the dark as to where/when the pickup would take place. Twice I was told that eShip would be in touch with me to update the status, but they never reached out - the only time I heard from them was when (out of frustration, panic, whatever) I reached out to them for information. On the night before pickup, I still had literally no information.

While it took a while to get the car delivered, MaryAnn kept me informed. Through no fault of her own, unfortunately, I ended up with the 3rd company due to trucks breaking down. The pricing was fair and transparent and I was kept informed throughout the process.

I needed to get my Volvo down to my son in Florida. The eShip rep that called me was very helpful on the phone. She was out in New York and she took the ease out of doing it. I called and gave her what the car was when we were hoping to do it. Then, she went out and found somebody. We weren't able to do it that weekend and found somebody the second time. The car was picked up here in Atlanta and they drove through the night and delivered it to Cape Coral, Florida. They came and delivered the very next day. It was delivered at 3:00 in the morning so it was cold but my son was excited so he could stay up all night long to get it. He went to a Walmart parking lot to meet them. It went well.

I'm a real researcher and sometimes, I research things to death. I looked at 12 companies for this transport but then I gave up. At that point, I had to get the vehicle out to California and it was the last possible day. I looked at the reviews and after I talked to Mark, the salesperson at eShip, I picked him. There were a couple of times that I called him late, like at 9 o'clock, and he wasn't available. He never called me back that night but he would call me back the next day. So he was responsive most of the time. The vehicle was picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to California on a Thursday, and that time frame met the expectation set by Mark. Other than the vehicle being dirty, everything about the transport seemed to be fine. I had a good experience with eShip and I would recommend them.

However, he forgot to mention a couple of things to me. One thing was the payment method. I have a house in Florida and another one in New Jersey, and I was shipping my vehicle across the country. My wife used eShip before and so we used them this time again. The eShip team was efficient. They worked hard and they got the job done in a timely manner. On the day they were supposed to deliver, however, the truck had a breakdown. But once they got going, everything was fine. My rep's name was Anna, and I felt like she really knew what was gonna happen and she described the process very well. She was incredibly responsive. Some of the other companies, you leave information, and they’re calling you and calling you. It felt more like a grind than a service. They just wanted to get my business. But Anna was a lot more relaxed about it. I had more confidence in her, and she delivered. There were a few times along the way where we had hiccups, and she was very responsive and got things taken care of quickly. So, I’m glad we took eShip.

I was moving from Arizona to Illinois and I shipped a Ford Fusion. I was surprised that eShip wasn't that much and there were many great comments about their company. I asked eShip for the quote and why they charge that. Then, they asked me the most available date for me and they recorded my information. They found a driver earlier than the other companies and the delivery went really great. The driver parked my car in Walmart near my place and it was convenient but I didn't have the vehicle at that time so it took a lot for me to prepare for that. He didn't realize he needed to find another location rather than my apartment. The delivery took three to five days which was higher than my expectations. But the vehicle arrived in a great condition. It was a little dirty but it looked acceptable. I would recommend eShip.

We transported a Honda Civic from Florida to California during a military move through eShip. The customer service was a lot better compared to others. It was also where we found the better price. Ana, the personnel that helped us, transported both of our cars at different times. She was easy to get in contact with and was very knowledgeable. They delivered right outside of the base, since they weren't allowed on base, and they were on time. The process was about a week and the vehicle arrived in good condition. I would highly recommend eShip.

I was moving to Orlando and I needed to have my car shipped. eShip was the first to call, and my interaction with the sales representative went really well. The only thing that I asked for several times was an email receipt to confirm what the total price was for the shipment and I didn't get it. They said the shipment would be on the 3rd, which was fine since I had a rental car and I extended it for an extra day. The only problem I had was I had a half a tank of gas when the car was picked up, but when it arrived, there was no gas. The guy who delivered it said that maybe the guy that picked it up had my car running for several hours. I was a bit more paranoid because that was a new car. We had just bought it and had at least over $20,000 on it, and I didn't want the car to run out of gas. It was crazy, but, luckily, I was not even a quarter a mile from the gas station.

My husband was transferred to Honolulu to work here and his company only moved one vehicle which was his. I needed to move my 2010 Honda Pilot as well so I looked for a transport company. I heard horror stories about other companies and was almost ready to schedule with somebody else but I went to the Better Business Bureau and found out that they weren't even affiliated with the BBB. I did my research and I went to ConsumerAffairs. It was from their website where I got a list of shipping companies and I filled out information for a bunch of them. I found out about eShip through the good reviews that people have posted. eShip was the only company that was able to do everything from Jacksonville to Honolulu, Hawaii. The other ones said they could take it all the way from Jacksonville to California, but they would put me in contact with a company so we could book it ourselves. But I had a lot going on, so I didn't wanna do that.

Pick-up was late (after 10PM) but driver was very detailed and professional. Took pictures and identified the one scratch on a nearly new car. Process took less than 10 mins. Car delivered - no issues. Broker did try to increase price by $50 but when told that it was a deal breaker he backed down. Expensive but worth not worrying.

We had wonderful service and communication! I Would highly recommend, the drivers were professional and flexible with pick up location and they let us know where they were and where they were able to bring the truck that was closest to our location. Again would highly recommend and we would definitely use them again in the future if we need a car moved across the country.

Compared to other transport companies, I liked the reviews for eShip and the cost. I used them on two separate instances and the vehicles were in good condition when they arrived. We received the receipt for the Odyssey a couple times. However, we still don’t have the one for the Acura which was shipped first. We’ve requested that it be mailed to us a few times. Nevertheless, the reps were professional and the drivers were great.

I was relocating from Denver, Colorado to Orlando, Florida for my job and because it was a relocation, my company offered to ship my car versus driving across the country. From researching on the internet, eShip seemed to have the best reviews and we did some phone calls. We let them know the time period I needed and that I needed an enclosed transport, and they were friendly. My first call was in the beginning of October for a move that was in the last week of October. It would have been nice to have a couple more phone calls in the middle to let me know that they were still working on the transport for me. So there was some uncertainty. But I called them and they let me know that they were shopping it out to find the company.

I relocated from Washington State to North Carolina and I didn’t want to drive my car so I had it shipped. I looked at different transport companies and eShip has some good references. Their price was right and they said that they could meet my needed deadline for the pick-up date. The sales team contacted me very shortly and I was very impressed with them. They were very helpful, got the transport lined up, and gave me all the information.

eShip never called us back. I was shipping from Hartford, Connecticut to Houston, Texas, and I was told that the truck was ready for pick up on a certain date but it was never picked up. Then I was told it was ready for pick up on another date but still, it was never picked up. When I called Ana, she said that the truck had been picked up two days ago but I came to find out that the truck was never picked up. She just didn’t care. If you’re receiving emails, voicemails and text messages, and you decide to ignore the customer, that's it. There are dime a dozen companies out there. I just got my truck picked up from somewhere else.

I bought a vehicle and it had to be moved from South Carolina to Texas. I looked into a couple of companies but I built a great rapport with the eShip rep. He responded, has a great personality and was a cool guy. On the day of delivery, they let me know an hour in advance before they were in the area and I had to drive to where the vehicle was. The guys came, hand me over the keys, we did a little walkthrough, and it was done.

eShip needs to do a better job at screening who they’re using. I looked at three companies and eShip was the first to respond with the quote. But when other quotes came in, eShip actually charged more than other companies. I expected a little bit more professionalism from a company that charges more. But it doesn’t feel like they put in their legwork. I was moving and we mostly emailed then when the transaction was confirmed, there was some phone interaction.

The sales team and the transport coordinator were great. They were very prompt and very attentive. The interaction with the driver was great too. He was very personable and he knew what he was doing. We had some loading issues but that was coordinated well between the driver and the person shipping. So that was handled well. At the end of the day, everything was as expected.

Maryann was very "hands on" and made a difficult delivery, because of the route, a very positive experience. Had my pristine condition 2007 Infiniti shipped from Southern California to Seattle area. The notifications from eShip were accurate and the trucking company selected was a great choice. As it turned out, the delivery yard was I the near vicinity of the destination city and the front door dropoff went very well. The car was picked up on a Thursday evening and the car was delivered in perfect condition on Monday afternoon.

I'm in North Carolina and I purchased a car that was located in Vermont. I did a fair amount of research on different transport companies and was a little weary because almost none of these intermediaries have good ratings online. eShip was a little bit better so I went with them. I set it up online and then someone called me back when they had a driver. Usually, I'm be told it takes a month to find a driver and that it would be here in a few days. But that didn't happen with eShip. It didn't take long and it was all right on time, if not a few days ahead of time. He also called to let me know that the driver was on the way and when the driver was about to drive. The transport took a day and a half. The driver went to a wrong house but that was okay. The car was in good condition when I got it back.

Every part of my experience was awesome. They worked with me when I had some time restraints. Also since I haven’t done this before they assured me they were legitimate and explained the procedure very well and it got here sooner than I thought and that was very nice as well. This saved me so much time from driving again from Florida to Colorado. Thanks EShip.

I purchased a vehicle out of state and shipped it from Georgia to Texas. I looked at 2 other shipping companies but the rep of eShip called back right away and the price was a little bit more reasonable. They have good customer service just based on our first interaction. However, there were a couple of issues with the drivers, like there was a driver that had something happen with the transmission and then the dealership wasn't ready when I told them that they could pick it up. The dealership canceled their original pick-up, so that delayed things. There was a holiday weekend as well. Everything doesn't always work out perfectly, but then we have good communication all throughout the process. They were on top of it and they respond to questions I sent through email. They had a response right back within five minutes. It was really, really good service.

When I had to relocate for a job, I could only drive one of my two vehicles so I had to ship the other one. I had a hard time handing over my vehicle to somebody else without having some doubts. However, I read good online reviews about eShip. I talked to their transport organizer to get an idea about the cost and how long will the transport take. He was very much clear on what would be done with the vehicle and how the shipment would be done. I was also able to communicate well with the driver. The driver gave me his number and he called me on time before delivery giving me a window that he will be coming. Even during transportation, the guy from eShip was very prompt to answer my call and get back to me when I needed to check the status of the vehicle. It was delivered the very next day as promised. Although eShip’s cost was very expensive, they were awesome and I had peace of mind.

I never shipped a car before, so I reached out to a couple other folks and it seemed like they were not as organized and the pricing was not solid. I looked at eShip and they had really high satisfaction. Their rep was able to tell me the price. Even though the price was a little bit more, she explained to me why and it made sense to me. The whole experience was fantastic.

We moved and had a lot of stuff going on. We needed a transport service because my wife didn't want to drive far. eShip had the best reviews and that’s one of the reasons I picked them. We shipped a Jaguar XE for 2300 miles. Everything was handled expeditiously and professionally by their sales team. I was there for the pickup and my son was there for the delivery. My son said everything went fine with the delivery, except that he was surprised that they actually got here a day early, which was not a bad thing. The driver left on Monday and was here on Thursday.

The delivery driver was good and friendly. I gave him a city but I think he was confused and he went to a different city with the same street. I texted him, and he saw my message and he encoded the correct city. Finally, he was able to get to my apartment. Overall, my experience with eShip was good, but it was pricey. They did not offer a good price even though I shipped two cars.
