I moved from Sacramento to Chicago for a work opportunity. I needed to ship my car as well so I looked online at ConsumerAffairs and eShip had the highest rating. I submitted my information over the internet and they sent me a quote. I accepted it and I got a phone call immediately after that, basically organizing the shipment. Their sales team was great and I liked how efficient my interaction with them was, just how upfront they were. It was delightful. I've been dealing with a lot of movers and moving stuff lately and it was really nice to be able to get a quote and immediately book it, and not have to spend 40 minutes on the phone talking about the particulars.

The service was excellent. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. The price was fair and the communication to keep me informed about my car was good. Maryann was very helpful and responded back to me in a timely manner with all my questions and she was very kind with her response. I never felt as if I was being a bother.

I was relocating when I transported my Ford Edge about 2,700 miles with eShip. I had looked into four companies and I selected eShip because of the price and their customer service.

I was moving and I needed to transport my vehicle from Florida to Massachusetts. eShip has good reviews online so I went with them. Their rep was cordial and efficient. The delivery team dropped my vehicle off at a facility and I picked it up, and the whole process took four days. I'd tell others that eShip is a good option for shipping a car.

I looked at three different transport companies to have a vehicle moved from Florida to Denver. Among them was eShip and they were highly rated on the internet. They were very professional and there was excellent communication throughout the trip. The delivery went really well. It took them four days to get up there. I flew to Denver and we met the same day the driver was there. eShip did a good job and I'd definitely use them again.

Maryann had a difficult time finding transport for our requested dates but was relentless looking for a driver to come to our fairly remote location. The pickup and delivery ended up working perfectly with our hectic move. Well done Maryann!!!

I have used eShip in 2015 to ship two cars when I moved cross-country. Then, when I moved my dad I needed to ship a car for 3,000 miles. However, their guy was kind of crazy. He got my information and I heard a week later if he could find someone to ship a car. The delivery of the car went great though and the guy, Brian, was awesome. It took four days from the time the car was picked up until it was dropped off. It was really fast. eShip did what they said they would. They were great and I would use them again.

I relocated to a new place and got eShip to ship my vehicle because of the price. I had phone calls and e-mails with their rep and they were okay. I found eShip to be satisfactory. They delivered the vehicle to my house in five days and it was a good experience.

We made a quick move to a different state. I looked around for a transport company and eShip gave me a more promising timeframe that would work better for me. I called them on a Wednesday, and I needed the car to be picked up on a Friday. They were able to pick it up immediately and then transport it. The sales team at eShip was really helpful. I spoke with somebody named Mark. He was on top of it all the time and constantly giving me updates. From beginning to end, the transport only took three and a half days.

Mark ** was very professional when working with him on shipping my vehicle. Straightforward but also very sincere to my needs and personal situation. I will recommend eShip to friends and family. Talking to Mark made things less stressful for my move to California. PCSing in the Military can be very stressful but Mark ** and eShip lessened the stress by a marginal amount.

I shipped my car from Denver, Colorado to Newark, New Jersey. Pick up was the 2nd day of the 3 days window and delivery was 4 days after (1st day of the delivery window). Car was without problems. I would recommend to anyone. Make sure you understand what is the difference in between open and close carrier.

I was moving for a new job and needed my 2015 Toyota Camry shipped. I looked at 12 different transport companies and eShip had very good reviews. The owner spoke to me personally and he shared my concerns regarding the problems with long distance shipping. They were kind and offered me a military discount as my fiancé is a military contractor, even though it was my car that was being shipped. They were also great about the timing and were able to get the car on the boat a week early, which was unusual. Then the delivery people were excellent. The driver texted my uncle and was able to pick up the car at his house. My car was just like I dropped it off, it was good. The process took 20 days door-to-door, from Hawaii to New Jersey and everything was phenomenal service. They're the only company I would trust to ship my car.

eShip was the most helpful when we called different transport companies. Their team was very good. They called back and everything was on time. I spoke with one person all the time which made it easier. When the vehicle was in the city, they called a few times to update me. The driver called me when he was about four hours away and told me he would keep updating me as he got closer. Everything was very simple and he made sure I looked at the car before I signed off. eShip was very fast and easy to use. I've recommended them to someone.

I needed my car from the West Coast to the East Coast because I'm going to work there. I looked at three transport companies but I went with eShip in the end. I love Mark, the broker. And then Bryan, the transporter, was amazing. He was on top of his game and he did everything he said he was gonna do. It took four days to transport the vehicle and he showed up three days earlier than when he was supposed to. He said, "I like to do that with my clients. I like to surprise them." It was an amazing experience. eShip is the best in the game.

When my son did an internship in DC, we gave him a car, and now that the internship is over, I needed the car back. I looked at a few shipping companies online and people were talking about eShip so they were okay for me. They cost more money compared to the others, but the feedback from the other company wasn’t too good. The interactions with the eShip sales rep were okay and he helped me a lot from A to Z, so we didn’t have any issue. We shipped the car from Washington DC to California, and the only thing that scared me with eShip was that I had to wait until a week before the day that I wanted to ship the car to find out my schedule. But that’s just how they operate. The drivers came to pick up the car on time. The car was brand-new and we received it in the same condition as it was. It was an excellent experience.

eShip had a very good rating with the Better Business Bureau. I had a good interaction with their sales team. However, the actual charges were not transparent to the consumer. I paid the price that I was quoted 50 bucks more in the end. But the state of the car was perfect when it was delivered to me and eShip is one of the better transport companies out of the bunch.

I needed to transport two cars from Florida to Connecticut. I checked out four companies and among them, I liked eShip's customer service and price, so I went with them. They were very nice and I was very satisfied with my experience. I liked the way they dealt with me since the beginning. I had eShip transport a vehicle from Massachusetts to California. It took two weeks from my inquiry to the actual delivery of the vehicle. The broker I worked with was good. Although, it took a while to actually find space in the truck, so it came to the last minute. Also, the broker promised to follow up the day after, but she didn’t. So, I waited a few more days and actually placed a call to make sure that they still have my request, and that they were going to find an actual space. They were very apologetic and they did, eventually, find space in the truck within 5 days of ship date.

I was going to graduate school across the country and needed to ship my car. I tried to use Roadrunner but that was not a good experience at all whereas with eShip, everything went smoothly. The person I spoke with and who I maintained contact with throughout the service was very accessible. She had a number that I could text. She also answered the phone or called back promptly. If it wasn't during her hours, she would call when she was available. There was always communication and that was what I liked about eShip. I told her I needed the car within a certain time frame and she actually looked for someone who could do it within that time frame. My driver was very professional and also very good at communication. When you're shipping your car across the country, that's really the most you can ask for. Plus when the car arrived, it was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend eShip.

Mark and his staff do an amazing job from first contact to completion. I have used eShip every summer for the last 5 years. My family drives from New York to San Diego and eShip get our family car home. This is simply the best company I have ever used for anything. These guys are honest, work tirelessly on your behalf and most importantly they get the job done.

We had a Jeep shipped from Portland OR to Austin Texas. From the broker, Craig, to our driver Jesse, the experience was perfect! The price may not be the lowest but you can trust eShip to work with good transport companies who are dependable. Jesse was on time when he picked the Jeep up and again when he delivered. Great communication and took pride in what he does. He worked with us on time and location and really made it easy to make the move uneventful. Much appreciated everyone! Use Consumer Affairs and BBB or simply Yelp! You'll find that eShip is rated pretty high.

I relocated to California from Ohio and I had to have my vehicle shipped. I looked at four companies and I decided to go with eShip because of the timeframe and the door-to-door delivery, and a friend of mine had utilized their services. The representative had good follow up in regards to where we were at in the process when I couldn't anticipate a call from the driver and how soon they would be coming. They delivered the vehicle and it was door-to-door as they had indicated it would be for me. They picked it up on a Monday and when they arrived in California, I wasn’t back just yet. So they got back with the vehicle before I made it back. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member. It was overall a great experience.

eShip is a reliable transport group and their reps are professional. I’ve used them before and I used them again to ship a car back to Georgia. A week in advance, I set a time and date for it to be picked up. A guy came and picked it up, and I paid him because I wasn't gonna be there for the drop off. He then dropped the car off the next day.

The gentleman that I spoke with, my contact for setting things up, called me right away. He was very courteous and he answered all of my questions. I was expecting the car to be picked up the following day but they got it that night. I was already on the East Coast and my car was still back in California. Along the way, a couple of questions came up and anytime that I called, my contact answered my questions. The whole transport took about a week, which was right in line with the estimate that he gave me. It was a very good experience.

I dealt with a few other shipping companies and they went back and forth with the quote, and it took them a little bit too late to get me to a number. I didn't like the interaction, so I looked up and eShip got very high ratings. Their website looks good and they have fast response. I got Mark Anthony's text and that was a little bit more personal. Our interactions were all on the phone and I talked to him over text, but it was very good. The driver came to my home to inspect the car, picked it up, and then I met him at my delivery destination and got the car.

Overall, we had a great experience with eShip. The auto was picked up in Arizona on Wed and dropped off in Florida by Monday. No issues. I recommend using their service. Their customer service was also great. They returned my call within a timely manner.

When I needed to ship a Honda Pilot from Virginia to Salt Lake City, I looked at one other transport company but because of the reviews on Consumer Reports, I went with eShip. The delivery went smoothly. They picked it up on a Wednesday evening and delivered it on a Sunday which was four and a half days. The driver was good and it was great dealing with him. When the vehicle arrived, it was just as we left it. I would recommend them.

I was in a discussion with the two other companies that were able to give me a better quote, but I was not guaranteed the time of shipping. eShip was a little more structured and I went with them for their reputation and quick turnaround. I called their sales team and they walked me through the whole process and helped me with the whole thing. It was very informative. The delivery of the car went perfectly and it took less than a week from beginning to end. I had to change the address the last couple minutes because I was in a different location and they were more than happy to help me with it. However, the pickup was a little more difficult and I had to go a bit out of the way to get a cheaper quote but it wasn’t too much of a deal. eShip was very professional. If I was to move again, I would reconsider them.

Their sales team was responsive and they got back to me very quickly. They were also very cordial and I liked all that. If I needed any adjustment, they were more than happy to help with that. Then I had a nice conversation with the delivery driver and he modified the pickup location because I wasn't home at the time. Overall, the transport took four days which was quicker than the timeline they gave me. The car was shipped on Monday and it got there on Friday, and I needed the vehicle by Saturday or Sunday. The vehicle looked exactly the same when it got to me so I'm happy about that. I'd recommend eShip. They have good customer service and average quotes.

I needed help getting the vehicle I purchased in North Carolina shipped to me since I live in Canada. I searched through Google and eShip had a lot of good reviews. Ann was great. She answered her phone anytime I had a question, which is rare these days, and she did her best getting me a good rate. There is a bunch of rates that came in and we held off and got a better one. The delivery driver and I talked about where we were gonna meet and pick up the vehicle the day before the meeting, and then he was there on time. Overall, the transport took about seven days and eShip did everything what they said they would do. Use eShip.

When I bought something out of state, I pinged four different transport vendors and a guy from eShip reached out really quickly. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with the first guy, Jonathan. After that, I was able to get a hold of someone every time I called. The next guy even turned out to be the owner. My interactions with them on the phone were very positive. They took their time explaining the entire process to me and helping with any questions that I had. They gave me a level of comfort. eShip was probably the most expensive out of all the providers but I was really satisfied. I got the sense that, for some of the really low bids, there was an initial price but it was not a firm price. eShip's price was maybe 10% higher than what one of the other ones might have been. But eShip's price was what it was.

I was moving from Tampa to San Francisco for a new job opportunity and I needed a transport service for my Volkswagen. I looked at 10 other companies before going with eShip with the expectation that they are the actual company and not the broker. However, they ended up being more of a broker. They made a promise that they could either pick up my car in a particular day or drop it off at a location, which did not come through. I ended up having to find a place to park my car because the car was not picked up for another six days beyond our agreed-upon point. I had to move my flight back several times but they got it done and I was just happy that the car arrived in one piece.

I read a couple reviews on two different sites that said eShip was a good company to go with. I had them transport my Toyota Camry about 1,000 miles. The transport took three days and the delivery was fine. However, the driver couldn’t get it through the gate so I drove my car to my apartment complex and then I got in the car and dropped him off at his truck a couple blocks away.

I looked at two companies and eShip's customer service was better. Their rep was pretty honest about how the whole thing worked. They were also very upfront about the price. They let me know that prices might fluctuate. I needed to ship my car from California to Pennsylvania and the delivery was fine. A day before they would start shipping out, the schedule was up in the air and that was hard because we were gonna go ahead and leave California later that week. We finally settled on the last possible day before we were shipping off and that sucked. Also, the trucker got to me at the last minute and was hard to reach. Other than that, the shipping went smoothly. Overall eShip was straightforward and definitely accommodating.

The reps at eShip were very helpful, accommodating and nice. They made sure that they followed through with the request on the delivery and pickup. The driver was a good guy and really nice. Plus, he came right on time. The vehicle came with the battery dead and he jumped it for me. eShip worked for me and there's no reason why it wouldn’t work for somebody else.

I hired a company called United Relocation to move my son’s belongings from North Carolina down to Dallas, Texas, including his 2015 Buick Verano. The date was quickly approaching when the car was supposed to be moved, and they didn’t have anybody to take the car down there. They have taken a deposit of $200 and quoted me $700 for the move. It has been 48 days and we have not received his furniture yet. So, I started Googling and I found eShip which was fabulous. I was on the last minute and I only had a week. I asked the rep, Craig, if he would be able to get it done. My son was gonna need his car right away because I didn’t know when the furnitures are gonna arrive. If we have the car, we can pack some things in the car first. He said he could and he set me up. His price was higher than the other one but it was okay because you get what you’re paying for.

I reached to out to VARIOUS different shipping companies who either gave me a quote that was way too expensive or didn’t even bother getting back to me at all. Within 24 hours eShip had my quote ready and Maryann was a delight to work with. She was patient, understanding, and got my driver to me within 4 days. I would definitely suggest working with EShip.

I had a very positive experience overall with Eship. Craig took the time to explain the process of obtaining a driver, and the associated costs. The pickup and delivery were on time and the car was delivered without any damage or problems. Couldn't have gone any better!

I looked at multiple companies to transport our car to Texas. The rep from eShip was very easy to reach and communication was excellent, so we used them. Their services were excellent and the car was delivered in about three days without any problem.

They were highly rated and I didn't want any problems, so I chose them. Their sales team was pretty good. Mark from eShip was very professional, very organized, and saw everything through from the time of pick-up to the time of delivery. eShip did what they were supposed to do and shipped the car perfectly. It's a very good organization.

My son goes to school at BYU in Provo, Utah and part of our agreement was that if he did well, we'd ship this car out to him. He did very well his first year in school and to transport the car, I looked at five companies. eShip wasn't the cheapest but the personnel impressed me. I spoke to Maryann and to Anna, and they were both candid about the cost. They indicated that theirs is the only company with an A-plus rating by the Business Bureau. There are in fact rated highly with ConsumerAffairs and with the Better Business Bureau, and that played a role in my decision.

My calls and emails were returned promptly, and all my questions were answered. I was able to get the critical pickup window my schedule needed, and the car was delivered a day early. Overall, I’d say it was worth the extra cost.

Eship was extremely easy and professional to work with. Another company had been giving me the run around and I needed my vehicle delivered within a certain time frame. Eship was my next call and they came through for me.

I have no complaints about the interaction with eShip and actual delivery. Everything went as expected. The problem is that the process is inherently stacked against the consumer. Not having access to the actual carrier makes it very difficult for the consumer to get honest pricing.

I had a lot of question for eShip and I called back a bunch, and they were always very responsive and gave me the answers I was looking for. The delivery process was good. I would've appreciated a few more phone calls a day out or so. I needed to call the driver a few times to know what the status was. But other than that, it went well. They called me the day before delivery and said it would be delivered by 10AM, and it was delivered by 11AM, but an hour of flexibility was expected because of traffic. The car came in the same condition when it left. Overall, I would still recommend to shop around and see if they can find cheaper quotes. But if eShip happens to be cheapest, I would recommend them.

I needed to have a car transported from Cape Cod to Denver. I looked at a couple of transport companies then I had a friend that used eShip and recommended it. Their sales team was all right and they were able to answer all my questions. Their drivers showed up a day early from what was originally said, so it was fortunate that we were there already. But we did have to scramble to make the vehicle available to them to load. Then they told us they delivered on a particular day but they were a day late on the other end.

Service was exactly as described by the customer representative, cars arrived earlier than expected. The drivers were nice and called in advance and accommodate all my needs, the customer representative was so nice and helpful. Overall I'm happy with them.

Moved my car from Atlanta, GA to Temecula, CA. Ordered an enclosed hard sided trailer for transport. The driver showed up with a tarp liner trailer that has about six tarp per side that roll up. He also had holes in the roof that allowed rain to leak in. My car was filthy! The car's color was almost unrecognizable... I paid a premium price $2150 for an enclosed trailer. eShip does not own any semi auto transport vehicles and has no control over the owner operators they contract with. Very dissatisfied!

I called them and I spoke to somebody who sounded honest. We had a very good communication and it was different from the other companies. It was straightforward and it sounded like he knew what he was talking about. The transport took about two days and my experience with eShip was excellent.

When I moved from California to Canada, I looked at 10 transport companies online. I researched, looked at reviews, and eShip had the least bad reviews against them. I talked to their rep, Anna, the most and she was great. She made it sound like it was simple and there was nothing to worry about. She told me how much it was gonna cost, that they'd find me a truck, and that she'd get back to me when she had the truck and the schedule. And she got back when she had them and we went ahead with the schedule.

I was moving the car from Maryland to Texas for my son in college. eShip's marketing information was very direct and it was a bit easier to deal with them. I had a couple of misquotes and with them, I was able to speak to the right person and I didn't have to go through a marketing company that would then refer me. Their rep was very thorough and I had a point of contact. When you're making a big purchase item or shipping a vehicle, you're a little bit leery because everything is done online and you don't have any physical location that you're dealing with. You need somebody you can talk to and eShip is the middle person that was moving the vehicle. With them, I was able to call back and it wasn't to a phone bank. They were very direct. Although their price wasn't the lowest price, I needed to speak with someone to make sure that I was speaking to somebody who was legitimate.

I contacted eShip and the sales guy Anthony was really good. He worked with me and got me a driver really quick. The delivery was perfect and everything went like clockwork. They had two drivers and both showed up and kept in contact with me. The car was here when I got here and it was in good shape. They sent me a video tape of when they delivered it and followed my instructions to the letter. I had a good experience with them and I’ll never go anywhere else if I need a car shipped.

I was really worried I won't be able to ship my car before I flew out to my new home in another state but Anna was able to find a driver a day before my desired shipping day. Everything went pretty smoothly after that. The driver was great and dropped my car closer than the initial set up location. Because of the location I moved to is kinda remote, it was very hard to find a driver that wanted to go all the way, therefore I chose a city 2-3 hrs away and he was able to drop my car 1.5 hrs away from me, so that was great.

My experience with eShip was trouble-free and everything went fine. I looked at 2 or 3 different companies before I used them to send a vehicle to my daughter for her college. The reviews were the deciding factor for choosing them and I also had a very good experience with their sales team. Using eShip was a little bit more expensive than another one, but it was no problem. Everything looked okay when the vehicle was delivered. So, I'm happy with eShip.

My wife and I had a short time between our move and when we were starting work so we had to fly over and have our cars shipped. They were a BMW Sedan and a Toyota SUV. I had actually contracted with another company but at the last minute, they said that the carrier backed out on them. There were several extra days that they tried to find somebody but they never could find anybody. So I switched to eShip and they found somebody very quickly. It was within 48 hours. The person that I spoke with was friendly and reassuring. The communication was great. She called me back frequently to update me on what was going on. So right off the bat, I had a really good experience with them.

The person I spoke with at eShip was nice and straightforward. We were moving from Virginia to California, and I shipped two cars. Some of the notifications were a little bit later, but not too late. So, the rep was good, but not as perfect as possible. I’m satisfied with it. The first car was delivered extremely quickly and it only took four days. The second car took a little bit longer and it was about 10 days. The cash thing with the delivery driver was a little weird, but personally it was fine. Everything worked out in the end.

The person I talked to on the phone was very nice but the information she gave me wound up to be not correct in the end. About 10 days after I initially talked to her, she came back and said that the location was a difficult place to pick up a car from. She probably should've known that though because it was Long Island. She said she could get the car picked up but the rate went up. By that time, I had the dealership yelling and screaming at me to get the car picked up so I had to tell eShip to go ahead and get the car. I felt misled and like I was bait-and-switched a little on the rate.

We needed to ship a car from Connecticut to Florida, and I called eShip on the phone. Mark, who I spoke to originally, was super helpful. The delivery went perfectly as well. It took about three days for the car to be delivered. The driver was excellent and the condition of the car was the same as when it left.

I look at four other companies and eShip met the date. When another company fell through, they came through and I appreciate that. They were professional and their driver was responsive. The vehicle was structurally fine when it arrived but they transported it open and on the top of the carrier. I had about an inch of dead flying creatures on my car and it took a couple of days to scrape and clean off. However, I don't think that's their fault and that's just the product of open shipment.

eShip had a pretty good knowledge of what was going on. I like that we could call them at any time. I feel like it was fairly late in the day when a lot of our questions came up and they were really good at answering. We also texted back and forth with them. It was nice that it didn't always have to be a phone call because we might not have been in the place and that was convenient.

Everything was shipped on time, with no hidden fees so I had an overall really great experience with eShip. It took a little bit over a week to ship from Eugene, Oregon to Columbus, Ohio, and it was perfectly fine especially since it was around the holiday weekend. Plus the quote was more than appropriate for how good the service was. I wouldn’t have mind paying the extra 100 bucks compared to other service.

The company called and let us know what date or what window they had available to pick up my car. They also called later on that day to see if they could pick up the car that day, but I said no. I called the lady who works for eShip back and she said that the company was just trying to see if they could pick the vehicle up earlier and to not worry about it. She also said that we agreed on Friday and that I should be fine. She also said that I could call her at any time. I had a lot going on at the time and there was a lot of last minute changes, but she was able to find us a driver just like that. She was amazing.

The rep I dealt with at eShip was Mark and he was very helpful. He explained how the car transport system looks. I had them transport my car, a Honda Accord 2018 Sport, from Dallas to here because I moved. And one guy came down and gave me the car. He told me to sign and to check if the car was okay. They were too costly though. $1,450 for taking off a car is expensive. But overall, it was a great experience.

Based on the distance, the price from eShip was similar to what I expected to transport my car to the East Coast. Their rep was very responsive over the phone and texts through the whole process and answered a bunch of questions. However, I switched drivers three times, which was a little confusing because when I Googled them, it said that they don’t use brokers and different drivers. It would also be cool to have some sort of live geolocation notification of where the truck is. Other than that, the people who were delivering my car were very good at accommodating me. I was arriving after my car, and they were nice enough to find another spot for them to wait. Then I was able to meet them and everything looked great.

I looked into other companies but eShip was cheaper and had good reviews online. I didn't realize that I had to go through a broker, so I was paying the fee for the broker, Ana, which I was okay with. She had good reviews as well and she was very reachable on the phone. The third-party was reachable and they were fast, however, it was unclear when their arrival time would be. But Ana reassured me that she uses that company all the time. It took nine days to transport the car and the car arrived in the same condition as it was shipped. Everything went well with eShip.

I was moving so I needed a transport service to ship my four-door vehicle for about 2,000 miles. I looked into three or four companies and eShip was the first to get back to me. I had an okay interaction with their sales team and it was mostly by phone and email. It took one week to deliver the vehicle. It seemed to be the standard for most of the companies although it would be nice if it was shorter. During the delivery of my vehicle, the driver texted me. He was a bit late but he was good and my vehicle was delivered in good condition.

In the first interaction I got the best price for a "AAA++" rated firm. Then it went pear shaped. We went from "We need to know if we can collect in the morning or afternoon" to, "We need a 2 day window for collection and drop off". The "quote" went from $2300 - $3000 and told me I can't expect a quote to be final. Seems that they don't understand the difference between a quote and an estimate. Mark is aggressive, condescending and patronizing. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I would rather pay someone else more to ship my car that deal with eShip.

I was initially quoted one price but when the time came to find a truck, I was told another price. When I pushed back, they honored the original price but I wasn't thrilled that I had to do that.

They said a huge stain was on the hood and took pictures which they sent to us. The transport driver also saw the stain and took pictures. No one could remove the stain. We contacted Mark and he started the process of making a claim with the transport company eShip uses. He had a hard time getting a response from the transport company but he also kept us informed of what was happening. After all we went through, once we arrived and saw my car, there was NO STAIN. No one could explain what happened to it. The pictures clearly showed a large dark stain. Anyway, thank you Mark Anthony for being there for us. We would give eShip 5 stars except for the transport company they used. It was going to be a huge hassle dealing with them.

I was relocating and I needed to ship a Chevy Suburban and a '64 Volkswagen Bug over a distance of almost 3,000 miles. I looked at other transport companies and I chose eShip for their reliability. I've read too many stories online where people didn't have a truck show up and had problems with various transporters. The sales team met my schedule and did a great job. The drivers were very professional and they tried their best to meet my needs. But my only criticism was that they knew in advance that they couldn't deliver to a certain home development and if they had communicated that upfront, then it would have been easier to coordinate the delivery. Nevertheless, the transport took six days from beginning to end and both vehicles were in great condition upon arrival. They had no wear and tear, and they showed no sign of having been transported.

The delivery wasn’t super ideal though. I was in Ireland, so there were a lot of moving parts. I had to communicate with my friend who had my car and my mom who was picking up the car. I was pretty much operating on their schedule which was not ideal and the mover tried to be flexible but they didn’t really care about me much.

I bought a Coop and I wanted it shipped from Texas to Massachusetts. I looked at three other companies and ended up with eShip because of the reviews on Google. I told the sales rep what I wanted, what I had, where I wanted it to go and where it was. He said okay and it was super fast and easy. The driver called me and said he couldn’t make it to my neighborhood so I asked him to meet me in an industrial district down the street. During pickup, there was plenty of room and my grandmother handled it since I already packed for Massachusetts. When the car arrived, it looked the way I left it.

My wife’s job relocated us from Illinois to Texas. I shipped a Honda Accord Hybrid and a Chevy Impala with eShip because they were the cheapest and the rating on the internet was very good. I called them and they gave me a quote. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. And I was able to communicate with the driver very well. He came and picked it up a day before I left and got down here to Texas the next morning. I've recommended eShip to other people that’s moving from Illinois to Texas. I told them I had a good experience.

We were moving from New Orleans to California. We engaged with another company to do the job, but after a week, they still hadn’t found us anybody so we called eShip. I checked out six different companies and eShip seemed to know what they were doing. Their guy got on it quickly and was able to notify us in a couple days that he had something. He was thorough and good. However, it cost us more to go with them than our original quote, but we got the cars moved which was our goal. I don’t really understand that industry that well, but the organizer said that if I wanted somebody to move my car, I had to price it appropriately. We were getting a little desperate at the time because we were leaving town and we weren’t sure how we were gonna swing it if they hadn’t come by before we left.

eShip was trustworthy and they communicated along the way and when my car would be dropped which is essentially what I wanted. Their rep was nice and professional. He was ready and prepared with his little pad. He checked off all the things that he had to know on the car so that he made sure that everything was noted. He had us sign the paper and he went on his way. It took seven days from Thursday to Wednesday to ship the car from New Jersey to Las Vegas, Nevada and we didn’t mind it.

I had to ship a Hyundai Elantra 3,000 miles for a personal move. I looked at four different transport companies but opted for eShip since it was highly-rated online and I had a good conversation with their rep. She was very friendly, nice and upfront about the whole process. Also, I didn’t have to give her all of my information in order to get a quote. The transport took five days and the car was delivered way before the expected time and so that was good. I would recommend eShip to other people and I told them about the process, how fast I got it, how easy it was to figure out logistics and I got the price that I wanted.

My son was up in a program up in Salt Lake. He was doing well and so I thought it was time to ship his vehicle up there for the next stage of his journey. It was a consideration of me taking a road trip versus shipping it and I thought shipping it was more cost-effective and easier. My wife looked online and found eShip to be one of the better rated companies and so we called them. I left a message and they got back with me first thing in the morning working hours and communicated effectively from that point.

I needed to ship a car 1,500 miles to my brother. The other company went bankrupt and so I decided to go with eShip. The rep was good and there was always somebody available to talk to if I had questions. I like that they had the software application on the phone which was incredible. I was able to use my phone to sign the contract and I did not have to download to a computer, sign it and then go back with them with a PDF file. They got everything set up and once the ball got rolling, it got down there within 30 hours so that was great. The delivery was fast and everything was perfect.

I got eShip to transport a Mini Cooper and a Kia Soul and everything in my experience was great. I looked at three different companies and I picked eShip mostly based on their reviews. I ended up having some confusion on dates, but the rep I was talking to cleared it up and figured it out. The driver was also really nice. The whole process took about five days and that was what we wanted. We wanted it to be longer ‘cause we didn’t have a place to put our cars. The vehicles were dirty upon arrival but other than that, everything was fine. I would use eShip again.

The Jeep of the girlfriend of my boss broke down in New Mexico. She had rented a car so she had to leave the Jeep. I had to figure out a way to get it shipped. I had used the eShip not even a month ago for some of my boss' specialty cars. He has a Mustang and a motorcycle that we had transported down south and it worked out pretty good. This latest vehicle to be shipped has yet to be picked up but they got the last vehicle before this to its destination pretty quick.

The staff was professional and polite during all phone conversations and during pick up. The communication between e-mails and phone calls was very accurate and keep me informed of my order. I would highly recommend your company to others. Thank you for helping me so quickly in my time of need.

I looked into four transport companies as I was moving across the country for a job. eShip seemed like they had good service. The person I spoke to, Marian, was friendly and she mentioned that I would be able to select among several carriers who are driving the truck. I gave them a window, and they picked a carrier in any of those days, where the person in eShip was willing to work with me to get my car shipped back to the day I needed it shipped. Their people were helpful throughout the process. When the car was being shipped and I had to call dispatch, they were very responsive. Furthermore, I appreciated that they called back when they missed my calls. They were very professional and friendly.

My son was moving to Miami, and I looked at about five companies and the sales team from eShip gave me the quote right away. They told us they would deliver within a three day range and they came in on the first day. The driver gave us a call the day before because we had to be there. He also followed up both two hours before and one hour before. We were caught because we were flying out and I flew in with my son, and the driver came on time. The place he had us meet was fine so I was really pleased with it.

We wanted to ship a car from our Arizona house to our Washington house. I did some online research based on the best car shipping companies and I found some good reviews for eShip online. The quote that we got from them was high but apparently, the cost had gone up in shipping cars compared to when we shipped a car a couple of years ago.

The exact date and time of the pick up is somewhat shaky, but I was working with another company to set up the delivery and they could not find a driver in 3 days and eShip got me one in like 45 minutes, so that was fantastic. It is pretty expensive and I paid a lot of money just to lock down a driver, but overall got my car and everything worked out how it needed to.

Background: contract established in May 2018, for a vehicle pick up in July 2018 to transport car across the country. Less than a week out, I receive the following: “No avail driver so far, I recommend increasing the offer, not getting any bites...MA” eShip Mark Anthony: CEO. This contract was $250 higher than the second bid. I went with eShip because they asserted (now starting to wonder) they have a five star rating with the BBB. It’s my opinion that the businesses behavior being displayed here, specifically the attempt to swindle more money, is not commensurate with a five star rating at the BBB or anywhere. Buyer beware!

We bought our vehicle off eBay and it was too far away for us to go get it. We hired uShip and they fell through and they kept saying they were gonna pick it up and they never did so we cancelled with them and went with eShip. The eShip rep communicated with me first until the car was getting loaded and then the driver texted me that he was loading my car now and then he continued to text me updates. Their rep was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always get back with me promptly and answered any questions that I had. I talked to him on a Sunday and we had the car the following Monday. Once he had located a driver, we had the vehicle within a few days.

I was moving back home and I looked at the reviews of transport companies online, and eShip was really promising. There wasn’t a bad customer review so I decided to go with them. Their quote was a bit expensive but they did a great job. I'd rather pay a bit more for quality than go on a cheaper route and not turn out the way I wanted it to. So, I was fine with it. Their sales rep was really nice and super helpful. She answered all of my questions and my car arrived across the country within two days. It was super fast and super efficient.

I am so happy to have worked with eShip in getting my Toyota Tundra truck back from Illinois after a car accident. I hit a deer on the highway and had to leave my truck with a body shop to get fixed. Once the car was repaired, I had to figure out a way to get it back to me in Boulder, Colorado. I called one company that totally jerked me around for ten days and lied and cut me off on the phone.
