When I bought something out of state, I pinged four different transport vendors and a guy from eShip reached out really quickly. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with the first guy, Jonathan. After that, I was able to get a hold of someone every time I called. The next guy even turned out to be the owner. My interactions with them on the phone were very positive. They took their time explaining the entire process to me and helping with any questions that I had. They gave me a level of comfort. eShip was probably the most expensive out of all the providers but I was really satisfied. I got the sense that, for some of the really low bids, there was an initial price but it was not a firm price. eShip's price was maybe 10% higher than what one of the other ones might have been. But eShip's price was what it was.

I was moving from Tampa to San Francisco for a new job opportunity and I needed a transport service for my Volkswagen. I looked at 10 other companies before going with eShip with the expectation that they are the actual company and not the broker. However, they ended up being more of a broker. They made a promise that they could either pick up my car in a particular day or drop it off at a location, which did not come through. I ended up having to find a place to park my car because the car was not picked up for another six days beyond our agreed-upon point. I had to move my flight back several times but they got it done and I was just happy that the car arrived in one piece.

The eShip team (I coordinated directly with Jonathan) was really responsive and able to address my individual needs, including meeting date constraints for when to ship and receive the vehicle. Would definitely recommend to others based on my experience. Thanks eShip!

I read a couple reviews on two different sites that said eShip was a good company to go with. I had them transport my Toyota Camry about 1,000 miles. The transport took three days and the delivery was fine. However, the driver couldn’t get it through the gate so I drove my car to my apartment complex and then I got in the car and dropped him off at his truck a couple blocks away.

I looked at two companies and eShip's customer service was better. Their rep was pretty honest about how the whole thing worked. They were also very upfront about the price. They let me know that prices might fluctuate. I needed to ship my car from California to Pennsylvania and the delivery was fine. A day before they would start shipping out, the schedule was up in the air and that was hard because we were gonna go ahead and leave California later that week. We finally settled on the last possible day before we were shipping off and that sucked. Also, the trucker got to me at the last minute and was hard to reach. Other than that, the shipping went smoothly. Overall eShip was straightforward and definitely accommodating.

Shipping my vehicle across the country with eShip was a wonderful and smooth experience overall. Mark ** was really great in all aspects of communication, connection with the carrier and follow-up via email, calls & text. Vehicle arrived on time and in original condition. Would definitely recommend.

The reps at eShip were very helpful, accommodating and nice. They made sure that they followed through with the request on the delivery and pickup. The driver was a good guy and really nice. Plus, he came right on time. The vehicle came with the battery dead and he jumped it for me. eShip worked for me and there's no reason why it wouldn’t work for somebody else.

I hired a company called United Relocation to move my son’s belongings from North Carolina down to Dallas, Texas, including his 2015 Buick Verano. The date was quickly approaching when the car was supposed to be moved, and they didn’t have anybody to take the car down there. They have taken a deposit of $200 and quoted me $700 for the move. It has been 48 days and we have not received his furniture yet. So, I started Googling and I found eShip which was fabulous. I was on the last minute and I only had a week. I asked the rep, Craig, if he would be able to get it done. My son was gonna need his car right away because I didn’t know when the furnitures are gonna arrive. If we have the car, we can pack some things in the car first. He said he could and he set me up. His price was higher than the other one but it was okay because you get what you’re paying for.

I reached to out to VARIOUS different shipping companies who either gave me a quote that was way too expensive or didn’t even bother getting back to me at all. Within 24 hours eShip had my quote ready and Maryann was a delight to work with. She was patient, understanding, and got my driver to me within 4 days. I would definitely suggest working with EShip.

I had a very positive experience overall with Eship. Craig took the time to explain the process of obtaining a driver, and the associated costs. The pickup and delivery were on time and the car was delivered without any damage or problems. Couldn't have gone any better!

I was searching for a responsible company for moving my car from Miami to Portland. I received so many emails and calls but after talk with Mr. Mark ** I knew that I was in good hands because he was clear, helpful and honest. My car arrives perfect and on time. I looked at multiple companies to transport our car to Texas. The rep from eShip was very easy to reach and communication was excellent, so we used them. Their services were excellent and the car was delivered in about three days without any problem.

I bought a car from my dad who lives in Ohio. I needed to get it shipped to Arizona where I live, so I did some internet research and eShip sounded like a reputable company. They were highly rated and I didn't want any problems, so I chose them. Their sales team was pretty good. They always got back to me if I had a question or if I needed to know something and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Great experience with eShip. Not the cheapest but worth the cost. Easy and open communication with Craig and the office helped ease any stress we had due to a complicated delivery time frame (from our circumstances, not theirs). I would use them again and refer them to friends. Last year we had an awful shipping experience with another company (whose reviews proved to be false and misleading). Go with eShip... They get the job done smoothly and promptly.

Mary Ann was wonderful in arranging shipment of my Mercedes SUV. She answered her messages quickly and very knowledgeable. The driver they contracted was very courteous and delivered when they said they would! My SUV arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

Mark from eShip was very professional, very organized, and saw everything through from the time of pick-up to the time of delivery. eShip did what they were supposed to do and shipped the car perfectly. It's a very good organization.

My son goes to school at BYU in Provo, Utah and part of our agreement was that if he did well, we'd ship this car out to him. He did very well his first year in school and to transport the car, I looked at five companies. eShip wasn't the cheapest but the personnel impressed me. I spoke to Maryann and to Anna, and they were both candid about the cost. They indicated that theirs is the only company with an A-plus rating by the Business Bureau. There are in fact rated highly with ConsumerAffairs and with the Better Business Bureau, and that played a role in my decision.

My calls and emails were returned promptly, and all my questions were answered. I was able to get the critical pickup window my schedule needed, and the car was delivered a day early. Overall, I’d say it was worth the extra cost.

Eship was extremely easy and professional to work with. Another company had been giving me the run around and I needed my vehicle delivered within a certain time frame. Eship was my next call and they came through for me.

I have no complaints about the interaction with eShip and actual delivery. Everything went as expected. The problem is that the process is inherently stacked against the consumer. Not having access to the actual carrier makes it very difficult for the consumer to get honest pricing.

I had a lot of question for eShip and I called back a bunch, and they were always very responsive and gave me the answers I was looking for. The delivery process was good. I would've appreciated a few more phone calls a day out or so. I needed to call the driver a few times to know what the status was. But other than that, it went well. They called me the day before delivery and said it would be delivered by 10AM, and it was delivered by 11AM, but an hour of flexibility was expected because of traffic. The car came in the same condition when it left. Overall, I would still recommend to shop around and see if they can find cheaper quotes. But if eShip happens to be cheapest, I would recommend them.

I needed to have a car transported from Cape Cod to Denver. I looked at a couple of transport companies then I had a friend that used eShip and recommended it. Their sales team was all right and they were able to answer all my questions. Their drivers showed up a day early from what was originally said, so it was fortunate that we were there already. But we did have to scramble to make the vehicle available to them to load. Then they told us they delivered on a particular day but they were a day late on the other end.

Service was exactly as described by the customer representative, cars arrived earlier than expected. The drivers were nice and called in advance and accommodate all my needs, the customer representative was so nice and helpful. Overall I'm happy with them.

Moved my car from Atlanta, GA to Temecula, CA. Ordered an enclosed hard sided trailer for transport. The driver showed up with a tarp liner trailer that has about six tarp per side that roll up. He also had holes in the roof that allowed rain to leak in. My car was filthy! The car's color was almost unrecognizable... I paid a premium price $2150 for an enclosed trailer. eShip does not own any semi auto transport vehicles and has no control over the owner operators they contract with. Very dissatisfied!

I needed a transport company to ship a BMW X6. I looked at a lot of different companies and I saw a review for eShip online that was positive. I called them and I spoke to somebody who sounded honest. We had a very good communication and it was different from the other companies. It was straightforward and it sounded like he knew what he was talking about. The transport took about two days and my experience with eShip was excellent.

I talked to their rep, Anna, the most and she was great. She made it sound like it was simple and there was nothing to worry about. She told me how much it was gonna cost, that they'd find me a truck, and that she'd get back to me when she had the truck and the schedule. And she got back when she had them and we went ahead with the schedule.

I had a couple of misquotes and with them, I was able to speak to the right person and I didn't have to go through a marketing company that would then refer me. Their rep was very thorough and I had a point of contact. When you're making a big purchase item or shipping a vehicle, you're a little bit leery because everything is done online and you don't have any physical location that you're dealing with. You need somebody you can talk to and eShip is the middle person that was moving the vehicle. With them, I was able to call back and it wasn't to a phone bank. They were very direct. Although their price wasn't the lowest price, I needed to speak with someone to make sure that I was speaking to somebody who was legitimate.

They sent me a video tape of when they delivered it and followed my instructions to the letter. I had a good experience with them and I’ll never go anywhere else if I need a car shipped.

I was really worried I won't be able to ship my car before I flew out to my new home in another state but Anna was able to find a driver a day before my desired shipping day. Everything went pretty smoothly after that. The driver was great and dropped my car closer than the initial set up location. Because of the location I moved to is kinda remote, it was very hard to find a driver that wanted to go all the way, therefore I chose a city 2-3 hrs away and he was able to drop my car 1.5 hrs away from me, so that was great.

The person I spoke with at eShip was nice and straightforward. We were moving from Virginia to California, and I shipped two cars. Some of the notifications were a little bit later, but not too late. So, the rep was good, but not as perfect as possible. I’m satisfied with it. The first car was delivered extremely quickly and it only took four days. The second car took a little bit longer and it was about 10 days. The cash thing with the delivery driver was a little weird, but personally it was fine. Everything worked out in the end.

I use three different carriers and I decided to give eShip a try on this one because their rate was a little better. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice but the information she gave me wound up to be not correct in the end. About 10 days after I initially talked to her, she came back and said that the location was a difficult place to pick up a car from. She probably should've known that though because it was Long Island. She said she could get the car picked up but the rate went up. By that time, I had the dealership yelling and screaming at me to get the car picked up so I had to tell eShip to go ahead and get the car. I felt misled and like I was bait-and-switched a little on the rate.

We needed to ship a car from Connecticut to Florida, and I called eShip on the phone. Mark, who I spoke to originally, was super helpful. The delivery went perfectly as well. It took about three days for the car to be delivered. The driver was excellent and the condition of the car was the same as when it left.

I look at four other companies and eShip met the date. When another company fell through, they came through and I appreciate that. They were professional and their driver was responsive. The vehicle was structurally fine when it arrived but they transported it open and on the top of the carrier. I had about an inch of dead flying creatures on my car and it took a couple of days to scrape and clean off. However, I don't think that's their fault and that's just the product of open shipment.

Overall very pleased with the process. Communication was very good and most importantly the car arrived in the same condition that it left and in a VERY timely manner. Marc was a pleasure to work with and responded to my questions quickly at all hours of the day... There was some misunderstanding about the payment of the balance due - I thought we could pay by credit card - but turns out we could only pay with cashier's check which was a hassle I was hoping to avoid. The price was a bit higher than other quotes - but I was going for reliability and it was worth it. Thank you - I would use this service again.

eShip had a pretty good knowledge of what was going on. I like that we could call them at any time. I feel like it was fairly late in the day when a lot of our questions came up and they were really good at answering. We also texted back and forth with them. It was nice that it didn't always have to be a phone call because we might not have been in the place and that was convenient.

Everything was shipped on time, with no hidden fees so I had an overall really great experience with eShip. It took a little bit over a week to ship from Eugene, Oregon to Columbus, Ohio, and it was perfectly fine especially since it was around the holiday weekend. Plus the quote was more than appropriate for how good the service was. I wouldn’t have mind paying the extra 100 bucks compared to other service.

I got screwed by some other company for the transport of my son's car. I looked at three companies at the time and I went along with them because their rep was very charming. They took some money upfront then I couldn't even get hold of them and he would not return my calls or texts. I realized that they were not going to deliver and I panicked.

We were moving and my husband did a research online on the different transport companies. eShip had good reviews, so he chose them. The company called and let us know what date or what window they had available to pick up my car. They also called later on that day to see if they could pick up the car that day, but I said no. I called the lady who works for eShip back and she said that the company was just trying to see if they could pick the vehicle up earlier and to not worry about it. She also said that we agreed on Friday and that I should be fine. She also said that I could call her at any time. I had a lot going on at the time and there was a lot of last minute changes, but she was able to find us a driver just like that. She was amazing.

The rep I dealt with at eShip was Mark and he was very helpful. He explained how the car transport system looks. I had them transport my car, a Honda Accord 2018 Sport, from Dallas to here because I moved. And one guy came down and gave me the car. He told me to sign and to check if the car was okay. They were too costly though. $1,450 for taking off a car is expensive. But overall, it was a great experience.

We transported our Volkswagen GTA through eShip when we moved almost 2,000 miles from Texas to California. Their reps were professional, polite, and quick to respond and show the location for pickup and drop-off. Both of the drivers for pick up and delivery were quick to respond and when they said they'd be there, they were there on time. My car arrived in good condition. The quote that eShip gave me was fair and it was what the price was.

Based on the distance, the price from eShip was similar to what I expected to transport my car to the East Coast. Their rep was very responsive over the phone and texts through the whole process and answered a bunch of questions. However, I switched drivers three times, which was a little confusing because when I Googled them, it said that they don’t use brokers and different drivers. It would also be cool to have some sort of live geolocation notification of where the truck is. Other than that, the people who were delivering my car were very good at accommodating me. I was arriving after my car, and they were nice enough to find another spot for them to wait. Then I was able to meet them and everything looked great.

After reading the horror reviews from other companies, I was worried and had my fingers crossed. I'm happy to say the entire experience with eShip was a breeze, and it went without a hitch. Would highly recommend. Craig and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful.

eShip is a great company to go with. I needed my car transported from Charlotte to Denver for a limited period of time before I started my job. I looked into other companies but eShip was cheaper and had good reviews online. I didn't realize that I had to go through a broker, so I was paying the fee for the broker, Ana, which I was okay with. She had good reviews as well and she was very reachable on the phone. The third-party was reachable and they were fast, however, it was unclear when their arrival time would be. But Ana reassured me that she uses that company all the time. It took nine days to transport the car and the car arrived in the same condition as it was shipped. Everything went well with eShip.

I was moving so I needed a transport service to ship my four-door vehicle for about 2,000 miles. I looked into three or four companies and eShip was the first to get back to me. I had an okay interaction with their sales team and it was mostly by phone and email. It took one week to deliver the vehicle. It seemed to be the standard for most of the companies although it would be nice if it was shorter. During the delivery of my vehicle, the driver texted me. He was a bit late but he was good and my vehicle was delivered in good condition.

In the first interaction I got the best price for a "AAA++" rated firm. Then it went pear shaped. We went from "We need to know if we can collect in the morning or afternoon" to, "We need a 2 day window for collection and drop off". The "quote" went from $2300 - $3000 and told me I can't expect a quote to be final. Seems that they don't understand the difference between a quote and an estimate. Mark is aggressive, condescending and patronizing. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I would rather pay someone else more to ship my car that deal with eShip.

eShip has good reviews. Their reputation made me chose them over other companies to transport our SUV and sedan for a cross-country move. I was initially quoted one price but when the time came to find a truck, I was told another price. When I pushed back, they honored the original price but I wasn't thrilled that I had to do that.

I initially was not going to go with this company. When Mark ** called it was always a no pressure call. He was able to convince why I should go with his company. The car was picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. From east to west coast this was very important. I will use and recommend this company in the future.

Mark is THE MAN. I initially called Mark and got a quote, but went with a cheaper company, but ended up without a transport and was left in the dust DAYS before my move. I called up Mark again, who was able to find me a transport within a day. Amazing! From the GetGo, Mark was indeed a top notch fella, he was brutally honest and told me how this entire industry works. He was also very easy to get a hold of, which I liked.

I went with them and they were very responsive right off the bat. The drivers were very polite and everything was good particularly the communication with them. The transport went really smoothly and I didn't have to worry about it, which was everything I'd hoped for in terms of moving the car. It took three days and the vehicle arrived in great shape. I've used them twice already. I shipped another vehicle a few weeks ago and used eShip for that as well. They worked really hard to arrange the shipment within my schedule. I'd recommend eShip.

It was a major inconvenience as I had to rely on family to help me with pickup and drop off times and locations. I bought a car at a dealership and had to transport it from Michigan to Connecticut. I looked into a few transport companies and ended up with eShip since their ratings were higher in terms of a quick turnover, which I needed. I had a good experience with their rep and in about 12 hours, he was able to find a driver, which was quick. The driver was a nice guy. There was some minor damage to the car when it arrived, but the company ended up paying for it. They were quick to respond and were nice about it. It was a smooth transaction and I was happy with how quickly it took place. I will use eShip again for sure.

The guy at eShip was very proactive about reaching out to me and helping me find someone that’s gonna be appropriate. He was a straight shooter and he didn't promise me a low price. However, when there were issues, I was trying to reach him, but I couldn't get ahold of him anymore and that was a little frustrating. Other than that, I was happy. He told me how things were and what realistic prices would be. Within a day, he had found a truck. Unfortunately, he had told me that the delivery guys could come in on a certain day, but it turned out that they could only come in the following day, which was difficult for me.

I had my car shipped from MN to NY with eShip and things couldn't have gone any smoother. I didn't have to worry about anything, Mark was very professional and honest with me about the move and how it would work. My car arrived in NY without any issues or damage.

We looked at about five companies who could transport my GMC pickup truck and at first, I had Nexus for four weeks, but they could never find a driver. They guaranteed me one within five days, but we never got one. So we looked at eShip and they said if we couldn't get it at any place else, we could get it there. We gave them a call. We worked together with Mark and about two and a half weeks later, he had gotten us a driver. If it hasn't been done that week, we were gonna sell the truck.

He was always available through text and very hands-on. The delivery took about five days and the driver was great. Communication was off a little bit though because of the company’s distant different locations but other than that, it was perfectly fine. The delivery met my expectations and they delivered that night when I wanted to. The car arrived with no damage. It was just dirty but that's natural.

To find the vehicle I wanted to purchase I had to look out of my home state. Originally I was going to fly out and drive it back but just didn't have the time in my schedule. After talking with 3 other transporters I felt that I was getting a more reasonable description of what to expect with eShip. My vehicle was picked up and delivered without a hitch on time right to my neighborhood. Couldn't be happier.

I bought a Corvette in another state and I tried one other transport company, Roadrunner, but they didn't do very well. eShip had good reviews online and I had them transport my car 1,000 miles. I emailed them and they emailed me back. They called me and were good with that. I talked to the driver three times over a three-day period. During delivery, they let me know when they would be here and called me about an hour out. I met them at a different location because the roads were narrow.

I needed to ship my Honda CRV from Philadelphia to Austin. After reading reviews online contacted eShip. Mark ** answered the phone and explained to me the whole process and after agreeing to the terms and signing the contract with eShip he found the best carrier to pick up my car within 24 hrs. The carrier delivered the car in 3 days without a scratch. The whole process went smoothly from start to end. We had a wonderful experience with eShip as well as with the carrier. We definitely will use eShip for our future needs and will recommend to our friends.

I was moving and when I looked at a few transport companies, eShip had good reviews online so I had them transport my Volkswagen Passat 500 miles. Their reps were pleasant and knowledgeable. I booked well in advance and initially, eShip said it would be fine. They had a tight window and at the last minute, they almost were not able to get somebody to pick up my car. I was gonna have to leave the car in the street with the keys in there and just hope that they could pick it up without anyone there. But then, the driver was able to make it late that night of the last pickup window and everything worked out. The delivery went okay and everything was smooth. When the car arrived, there were some scratches but the driver admitted it was his fault. It was an accident and he gave me a discount for the transit. The transport took a total of four days and that was fine.

We relocated from New Jersey to Florida and we had two cars that needed to be shipped down since we decided to fly and not drive them. They were older vehicles, so I didn't wanna take a chance even though they were in good shape. Two different people recommended eShip to us. They used them before to ship two cars separately and because we were talking with people that we knew, we decided to use eShip.

When I purchased a car and needed to transport it the sales rep at eShip was helpful and answered questions at odd hours of the day given they work three hours apart. And even though eShip was a broker and they contracted the actual delivery of the vehicle through a different company, delivery was on time in the slated window. Although the car got picked up a day late and there was a lack of communication on that, in the end, it didn't really matter as it came in the expected window. Additionally, the first driver, the one that did the main haul, was not so great. But the delivery driver with the smaller truck was very nice. I'd use eShip if I were to do it again.

Since the moment I got the confirmation about the driver and the service, my experience with eShip has been so good. I compared rates and reviews, and I figured out that there are brokers and sometimes some companies try to give a price that is a little bit lower. And eShip had the popularity that they were giving fair prices, which made me chose them.

Mark was very helpful in getting my car shipped across country. There was a potential problem once the car arrived. We weren't there to receive the car, but our daughter and son in law were. They said a huge stain was on the hood and took pictures which they sent to us. The transport driver also saw the stain and took pictures. No one could remove the stain. We contacted Mark and he started the process of making a claim with the transport company eShip uses. He had a hard time getting a response from the transport company but he also kept us informed of what was happening. After all we went through, once we arrived and saw my car, there was NO STAIN. No one could explain what happened to it. The pictures clearly showed a large dark stain. Anyway, thank you Mark Anthony for being there for us. We would give eShip 5 stars except for the transport company they used. It was going to be a huge hassle dealing with them.

My car was picked up promptly, actually a day earlier than originally scheduled. The driver called us ahead of time to let us know it has being picked up early. I was called the day before it was delivered to let me know that it would be dropped off early the next morning. The car arrived within the time period I was given with no issues. My car had no dents or scratches. I was very happy with the service provided.

I had signed up with another broker to ship my car from CA to FL and till the day of shipping the car there was no proactive update from them. As a backup option I called eShip and landed up talking to Mark ** and he spent the time to educate me on the process of shipping a car. Mark was very transparent on the process, fees and provided a quote. I cancelled my other order and signed by with eShip. Within a few hours of signing up, a driver was assigned to pick up the car 2 days later on a Monday morning and car got delivered on a Thursday evening in FL.

My son said that eShip seemed to have the best rating as far as reviews. We went with them and I’m really glad that we did because they were amazing. They transported my car from California to Tennessee and back. They handled my business beautifully and the cost was very fair. They were very trustworthy and prompt, and their customer service on the phone was fabulous any time we needed to call. They answer to anything. And any questions and concerns were taken care of immediately, and very professionally. They were very kind, too. It’s a rare combination to get all of that. Also, they actually delivered earlier than the projected time, so it was amazing all the way around. I highly would recommend them if I knew anybody who would need to ship off a vehicle.

I reached out to eShip and all the communication I had with their reps were good. I felt like they were actually gonna come through so I shipped the car with them. And though the price is also a part of why I decided on them, I cared more about not having to goof up. And then, the delivery driver was really good on both ends. My son was on one side, and I was on the other. I'd use them again and would recommend them too.

I’ve been out in Texas for a number of months for some school-related stuff and I ended up buying a second vehicle while I was out there. And so when I left, I had to leave my Jeep in Texas and didn’t end up having time to go and get it myself, so I had it shipped to me. eShip was the first company that I contacted. The pickup window was wide open for what I needed within 24 hours and it was nice to know that there was no rush on things. Nobody had to be inconvenienced. My vehicle was delivered in two days, which was really fast. Overall, eShip did a good job. It was a trouble-free process and was expedient as well.

We bought a truck from out of state and I had to ship it from Maryland to Georgia. It was a horrible process because a thousand of shipping companies started calling and emailing me. And then I got a call from eShip and what I liked about the guy was he was very honest. He was kinda cutthroat. He was trying to make the sale but he wasn’t reading off a paper so I like that better. Things could not have went smoother. We actually got the truck delivered right to our door, and it was a full day earlier than expected! Perfection. Truly a pleasure.

Our original shipper backed out the day before we left San Diego to move to Tennessee. Mary Ann was able to find someone to haul our car within just a couple of hours. The car was picked up the next day. It took longer to get the car than originally quoted... but we were just so glad to get it. I was relocating and I needed to ship a Chevy Suburban and a '64 Volkswagen Bug over a distance of almost 3,000 miles. I looked at other transport companies and I chose eShip for their reliability. I've read too many stories online where people didn't have a truck show up and had problems with various transporters. The sales team met my schedule and did a great job. The drivers were very professional and they tried their best to meet my needs. But my only criticism was that they knew in advance that they couldn't deliver to a certain home development and if they had communicated that upfront, then it would have been easier to coordinate the delivery. Nevertheless, the transport took six days from beginning to end and both vehicles were in great condition upon arrival. They had no wear and tear, and they showed no sign of having been transported.

We needed to ship two cars to our new home and eShip transferred them from Washington state to Kansas. Their rep told me how the process works and the company that I was initially gonna go with didn’t explain the process. I called back the other company and asked them some more pointed questions about the process and they weren’t so forthcoming about how the whole overall process works, so I told eShip's rep that he has a customer for life because he was honest and he gave me expectation management. We contacted eShip two months prior to the day we needed the car shipped and their rep was able to coordinate to get the date that I asked for. The cars were here in five days and it was perfect. Their rep was also very supportive and he answered the phone on a weekend. He was responsive through phone, via text and email.

I had scheduled to ship my car from Tampa to Dallas with another shipper, and a day before it had to be on the truck to go, I still didn't have a pickup day or time. I contacted Craig at eShip and asked for help. Craig got my car on a truck the NEXT DAY!! (Friday) On top of that amazing feat, the car arrived Sunday morning to my home. WOW! I checked out three companies and eShip was one of them, but ultimately I went through eShip because they were highly regarded by Consumer Reports. I looked them up a few months before I was deciding to move, and two weeks prior to my move date, they reached out to me to verify if the date I wanted to move was still current. A week before I moved, they had the driver set up. The driver came, picked up the car and it was delivered right before I arrived which was earlier than expected. They were very professional and nice. Price was right as well. The service that I got was fabulous and I had a great experience. I’m glad I used them.

My interactions with the sales team were very good. The driver picked up the vehicle on Tuesday and he delivered it on Friday. The delivery was even earlier than I expected and everything was fine with the vehicle upon its arrival.

Then I got calls and emails and it was really terrible. eShip's guy was a decent human being based on the emails I was getting and they had a good Yelp review as well as a decent Better Business Bureau rating, so I settled on them. The delivery wasn’t super ideal though. I was in Ireland, so there were a lot of moving parts. I had to communicate with my friend who had my car and my mom who was picking up the car. I was pretty much operating on their schedule which was not ideal and the mover tried to be flexible but they didn’t really care about me much.

I bought a Coop and I wanted it shipped from Texas to Massachusetts. I looked at three other companies and ended up with eShip because of the reviews on Google. We were moving from New Orleans to California. We engaged with another company to do the job, but after a week, they still hadn’t found us anybody so we called eShip. I checked out six different companies and eShip seemed to know what they were doing. Their guy got on it quickly and was able to notify us in a couple days that he had something. He was thorough and good. However, it cost us more to go with them than our original quote, but we got the cars moved which was our goal. I don’t really understand that industry that well, but the organizer said that if I wanted somebody to move my car, I had to price it appropriately. We were getting a little desperate at the time because we were leaving town and we weren’t sure how we were gonna swing it if they hadn’t come by before we left.

They got everything set up and once the ball got rolling, it got down there within 30 hours so that was great. The delivery was fast and everything was perfect.

The Jeep of the girlfriend of my boss broke down in New Mexico. She had rented a car so she had to leave the Jeep. I had to figure out a way to get it shipped. I had used the eShip not even a month ago for some of my boss' specialty cars. He has a Mustang and a motorcycle that we had transported down south and it worked out pretty good. This latest vehicle to be shipped has yet to be picked up but they got the last vehicle before this to its destination pretty quick.

I looked into four transport companies as I was moving across the country for a job. eShip seemed like they had good service. The person I spoke to, Marian, was friendly and she mentioned that I would be able to select among several carriers who are driving the truck. I gave them a window, and they picked a carrier in any of those days, where the person in eShip was willing to work with me to get my car shipped back to the day I needed it shipped. Their people were helpful throughout the process. When the car was being shipped and I had to call dispatch, they were very responsive. Furthermore, I appreciated that they called back when they missed my calls. They were very professional and friendly.

My son was moving to Miami, and I looked at about five companies and the sales team from eShip gave me the quote right away. They told us they would deliver within a three day range and they came in on the first day. The driver gave us a call the day before because we had to be there. He also followed up both two hours before and one hour before. We were caught because we were flying out and I flew in with my son, and the driver came on time. The place he had us meet was fine so I was really pleased with it.

We wanted to ship a car from our Arizona house to our Washington house. I did some online research based on the best car shipping companies and I found some good reviews for eShip online. The quote that we got from them was high but apparently, the cost had gone up in shipping cars compared to when we shipped a car a couple of years ago.

The exact date and time of the pick up is somewhat shaky, but I was working with another company to set up the delivery and they could not find a driver in 3 days and eShip got me one in like 45 minutes, so that was fantastic. It is pretty expensive and I paid a lot of money just to lock down a driver, but overall got my car and everything worked out how it needed to.

Background: contract established in May 2018, for a vehicle pick up in July 2018 to transport car across the country. Less than a week out, I receive the following: “No avail driver so far, I recommend increasing the offer, not getting any bites...MA” eShip Mark Anthony: CEO. This contract was $250 higher than the second bid. I went with eShip because they asserted (now starting to wonder) they have a five star rating with the BBB. It’s my opinion that the businesses behavior being displayed here, specifically the attempt to swindle more money, is not commensurate with a five star rating at the BBB or anywhere. Buyer beware!

We bought our vehicle off eBay and it was too far away for us to go get it. We hired uShip and they fell through and they kept saying they were gonna pick it up and they never did so we cancelled with them and went with eShip. The eShip rep communicated with me first until the car was getting loaded and then the driver texted me that he was loading my car now and then he continued to text me updates. Their rep was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always get back with me promptly and answered any questions that I had. I talked to him on a Sunday and we had the car the following Monday. Once he had located a driver, we had the vehicle within a few days.

I am so happy to have worked with eShip in getting my Toyota Tundra truck back from Illinois after a car accident. I hit a deer on the highway and had to leave my truck with a body shop to get fixed. I was shipping a single vehicle from one state to another for a relocation and I went with eShip based on the positive reviews I saw at ConsumerAffairs. Their reps were very communicative and interacting with them was fairly smooth. I was able to get a hold of the drivers when I needed to and they communicated promptly with me. They were there all the way and it was a very simple process.

My mom was moving out of state so I was moving her vehicle from California to Nashville Tennessee. I got eShip to do it because they have consistent high ratings on review sites. I worked with Anna. She took care of everything over the phone fairly quickly. And then I was contacted by the driver who was really great. He got the car out there even a little bit early. It was an open transport so the vehicle was a little dirty. But other than that, condition-wise everything was the same. Everything went very smooth.

eShip was very responsible, accurate in quotation and easy to make contact so I went with them out of the four companies I looked at. I mostly dealt with Mary Ann, who was phenomenal because she always made sure to come back to me with the follow-up probably within 30 minutes. She always tried to get back to me and then give me an update. I really like that.

I needed to transport my car from Maine to California because I just moved here. I looked at four transport companies and the reviews for eShip were more reliable than most. Also, everybody was nice and kind. The delivery was very timely and happened a lot faster than I expected it to. It took only four days and it went well. I was constantly calling the driver or he was calling me or even texting which was awesome as well because sometimes, you can’t pick up a phone call. The car was obviously gonna get dirty because of it being on the road but it was in perfect condition when it arrived. Everything was handled perfectly by eShip and it was amazing. I've had a lot of friends shipped their cars as well and it was not a good experience so I would definitely tell people to go with eShip.

Anna was very helpful and friendly, and accommodated my fluctuating shipping schedule. The driver was very nice and professional, kept me updated, and even helped me get the car into the garage (which involved pushing it a fair distance, due to the layout of my property). I only had one minor issue, the transport driver wouldn't accept a card payment. I think I was told the drivers would/could. I had cash to pay him, so it wasn't a problem, but I often don't have that much cash around. I advise that you confirm acceptable payment terms with the driver before delivery. The drivers are independent contractors, and others may have different terms.

In general it was very smooth. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with the info I needed, when I needed it. The car arrived quickly and with no damage. The only minor issue was that where the delivery was scheduled could not accommodate the size of the delivery truck. The driver was friendly and drove my car to me from another location and took an Uber back to his truck.

I moved out of state. I had to ship my sedan for approximately 2,000 miles. I had placed an order through a company and within that day, I needed to get the car shipped. However, there was still no confirmed driver so I went with eShip. The interaction with the rep from eShip was good. I told her my story and then she said she'd get right on it. A few hours later, she called me back saying she got a confirmed driver. She also told me the estimate would be a little bit higher but that was okay with me just for peace of mind.

The vehicle was in Alabama and I live in California, so I had to have it transported here because I was not able to sell it there when my father passed away. I looked at two other transport companies prior to eShip and because the vehicle was in a remote area, they declined to work with me. eShip was the only one that did their best to find a carrier which they did, ultimately. The quote that they gave me was within the range that I expected it to be. I thought it was reasonable and they were able to meet the timeline that they stated.

A friend I was in the Navy with gave my son a truck and instead of going out there to pick it up, we had it shipped. I've had to ship a vehicle twice before and I've had bad experiences with other companies. So I really read the reviews a lot and trusted reviews that I read about eShip. Their customer service was good and there was a lot of communication. It took them a while to find somebody so it was a little nerve-wracking on their end. They tried hard and they found one. The driver was a good guy. He showed up early and wanted to get going right away, but he was friendly. The transport was quick and it took him a two-day drive. And he helped us unload and push the truck across the street when its battery died. eShip did really well and I was very pleased with the whole situation. It was a hundred times better than the first time I shipped a vehicle. I would recommend them.

I moved and needed to ship my vehicle 3000 miles from my former residence to my current residence. eShip was the most responsive and reliable company to me. I gave them a call and told them that I wanted it done fairly soon. They thought they could get it to me within a week or two and they gave me a price on the spot. And then when I called for quotes for anywhere else, they were a little more hazy on exact details. They couldn’t promise any exact details if the car would be delivered.

This is a great car transport company. The associate, Craig, did a wonderful job in helping with shipping my car from North Carolina to California. He somehow managed to find a driver during the 4th of July. The driver came to pick up my car promptly and he got to the destination very quickly (within 3 days). The price is very competitive. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smooth and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Thank you eShip! 5 out of 5 stars!

My son was moving from Connecticut to California so I needed to have the vehicle shipped. I looked into 10 transport companies online and I liked the reviews of eShip. When I spoke to Mark, he was very friendly and promised me he would help out if I need anything. His name was on the address of the company page and he was the one who answered the phone. So it was nice to be talking with someone who I expected to be talking to and he was personable on the phone and understood my situation. He also explained how things work in terms of picking a company that moves cars. He was someone I could trust. We were given a two day window and the guys called on Wednesday to give a time-frame for Thursday but they didn’t come on Thursday and it was hard to get a hold of anyone to find out what was happening.

We shipped a Mini Cooper and a Mazda Miata with eShip with two weeks apart. And we were moving from Connecticut to Florida and so we needed to get the cars down to Florida. I looked up online at a few transport companies and eShip had the best rating. eShip's sales reps were very pleasant and easy to work with. And it was very easy to arrange the service over the phone and to pay for it.

My 20-year-old daughter is doing college internships on the West Coast. It was cheaper to ship a car to her than to rent one, so I had our Subaru Forester shipped. She told me she'd call me back and she did. She did everything she said she would do. She also managed my expectations well.

Truck transported from Montana to California. The transport was arranged within a few days of my call and I had the truck in 2 days. The whole thing was quick and easy and we used messaging for a lot of the communication. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

I needed a vehicle shipped from Florida to Tennessee and went with eShip because of their high level of communication, being truthful about the situation and the cost. At first, their quote was about the same as the rest. But the more I dealt with other companies, it was like everybody was just telling me what I wanted to hear and my car was still sitting in Florida. So, I went back to eShip and said, “Let's do this,” and they ended up getting somebody within a few hours. It was somebody out at Kentucky that happened to be in the area, so they were a lot more agile than these large carriers. And then I had my car the next day. That cost me a little more but I could have kept saying, “I'm not gonna pay that much,” and my car might still be sitting in Florida today. I had a positive experience and I would use eShip again.

I was very pleased with the whole process of transporting my daughter's car from CA to North Carolina. She is a freshman at college and needed her car shipped to North Carolina for summer school. I gave eShip the Date I needed it on site. The car arrived on time (I gave a 4 day window and it arrived on the first day). The car arrived in great shape and the driver was very professional. I will definitely use eShip for my next transport.

We shipped two cars through eShip in June, 2018 from California to Florida. They contracted with an excellent carrier to transport our cars, Petemar Transportation, based in Florida. The cars were picked up on schedule and delivered efficiently and safely in a very timely manner. Finally, something happened associated with our move that was positive! I would definitely book with eship again and recommend them to others needing to transport vehicles. The final cost was $200 more at the end of the trip than the original cost quoted, but that was the only downside.

The pick-up and delivery of our car vehicle were fine and it took nine days to ship the car from start to end. I got a call from the company that they were in the area and everything was simple. And the car was in good shape when we got it. Overall, the experience with eShip was good.

Of the three companies I looked at, I went with eShip because they had some of the better ratings online. They shipped my BMW X1 from Atlanta Georgia all the way to Denver Colorado, and my only complaint was about the process in general. I didn't know how the scheduling mechanics work. I ended up calling whoever my agent was and they were like, "Oh, yeah. The shipping doesn't get scheduled until two weeks beforehand." And the transport took about two or three weeks but it was because of my request because I was leaving Atlanta May 28, and I wasn't getting to Colorado until June 4. The delivery was good though and I didn't have any issue while my car was being transported.

They answered my questions well and did a good job of explaining everything for me so that I’d be advised and know what to expect. It was important for me to get educated about how the process and how the system works. The total transport was 2,200 miles. However, it was a little tense as the driver was doing the truckloads at first. But he assured me that he was going to take care of my vehicle.

I had made an order with Ship-A-Car Direct 3 weeks before my available shipping date to ship from Iowa to California. I had a window of Thursday-Saturday when I could get the car picked up. When Thursday arrived, I still had no confirmed driver. I called and talked to an agent, and it sounded like it would all be by chance if a driver happened to be coming through Iowa City that I would then get a call to confirm a driver. I was nervous because I didn't want the hassle of having someone else meet a driver with my car after I moved.

We moved and I had to ship my Ford Edge 2,500 miles. The gentleman at eShip, Mark, was very helpful. He was the broker and he was able to get a good deal for the shipment. He was great through the whole process and was wonderful to work with. The driver was also very thorough and took care of the car. The transport took exactly seven days. The car was washed before they picked it up and for that far it was still pretty clean when I got it. The whole experience has been great. I would totally recommend them in the future to any of my friends. And if I needed to ship another vehicle, I'd totally use them again.
