DriveTime was great but I did not get the warranty that was 4,000. They were mad at me and did not wash my new used car so I know the warranty would have been way more at 18 percent interest. They pressure you into it, even had me watch a video. I said no. What part of no did they not understand. It could of ruin my loan and could have more problems paying back my loan. I did not like how they pressure you and I seen Liam wash the other Woman's suv but did not wash my car. I understand that the selling of warranty but I do not have to pay 4000 at 18% interest. If they wanted me to get it they can pay for it, not me. They need better Customer service. Liam had the papers fixed at 450$ or more when my payment was 290. They need to be watched because we do not have to get warranty. I understand that pays their sale Ray and bills well. We are struggling to pay loan off. This needs to stop.

I saw a vehicle of interest online. I was called the next business morning. Asked a few questions and told I could go to my appt at 12. I went and could not make up my mind which vehicle I wanted. I test drove 4 of them. It was SMOKING HOT outside. Lee my sales rep never broke a sweat, I was about to die. It was so hot. Lee, was just absolutely phenomenal. Answered our questions and if she didn't know she said let me look. That girl worked hard and patiently. She never got frustrated. It was now 5:55pm and my mind was still wondering which one to get. Lee didn't even take a lunch break.

I first would like to start off by saying thank you DriveTime for making this the easiest/best car buying experience I've ever had. Next I would like to say Emily out of Raleigh NC was so awesome. Even after I told her that I wanted a particular car out of Gastonia, she still treated me as a valued customer and is very professional. Her smile is infectious. Next Ayinde out of Gastonia, put the icing on the cake. He finished up the process in a professional and timely manner. He too has an infectious smile. If I can say anything...These 2 are 2 of the best sales people I've worked with out of numerous amount of car buying experience. They represent Drivetime in the best way. I wish them both much success and hope they grow with Drivetime. They deserve it!

My sales rep Elijah made the whole process easy for me to understand and just overall less of a headache, by going over all the numbers with me and by always taking his time to break down why I should look at getting one car vs the other car by checking the year and the miles. Also we did a check over of the car before filling out paper work to buy the car, he showed my all my options that I could look at as far as how much I had to put down for my down payment amount. The whole process left me feeling confident that I made the right choice in who I was buying a car from, also he helped my set up the payment app so that I don’t miss out on my monthly payments and also help me set up to the jack system that is on the car so if anything happens at the car, I can track my car! Overall a 10/10 would recommend go to Elijah. He was great.

Second time getting a vehicle. Just bought a 30000 dollar vehicle. Got vehicle home. Realized the tires are all severely dry rotted. They did nothing to compensate this issue. They told me I have to buy new tires. I live in PA. They would of never passed PA inspection.

Great experience both in Salem Va and Greensboro NC. Found my truck online, but it was in Greensboro NC, I live in Roanoke Va. Went to Salem, VA, DriveTime and put down a deposit. Went to Greensboro a few days later and picked up the truck. Everything went smoothly, and everyone made sure all was good with my new truck before I left. The process was good. The salesman was very thorough and made the process smooth, where fell short was the car was not clean very well on the inside (literally found a pair of socks and trash in seats). After the sale and on the drive home the car misfire and engine light came on. So maybe needs more thorough checks on cars for cleanliness and mechanical since selling at premium price. We see how their warranty is now or maybe a return policy.

Glass shards from rear window stuck inside hatchback door. Check engine light went on for the EGR valve 3 days after purchase.

Getting approved was fast and easy, I was able to look online at the vehicles at the dealership and picked out the perfect one for myself, went to the dealership and spent a couple hrs. doing the paperwork and finalizing everything and drove off in the same exact car I decided to purchase.

Horrible experience. Bought a car that violated DTPA Deceptive trade practices I am trying to work with you directly but no success, car has been in shop or bringing to shops more than I have have on my driveway. If you think this is okay I will make sure it is known. I was told to lawyer up, how is this diffusing a situation?
