Shaun was very helpful with his explanations of the coverage and was effective in answering some tough questions that I had regarding coverage scenarios. He listened to my questions and addressed them to my satisfaction in all cases. The process of signing up was excellent and the pricing was significantly lower than dealer-based warranty options as well as other 3rd party aftermarket warranty offers. I would highly recommend the process.

I got a call back from Delta after filling out an app on line. Jim was very professional and helpful with my quote offering me multiple options. After reviewing what I thought we needed, he completed the process with no pain. NOW with that being said let’s hope that the same can be said about the actual service plan. I have purchased many of the years and have had some good and some bad. I hope I never have to use this policy but in the event that I do, Jim assures me that "EVERYTHING" is covered as long as I maintain the needed service ie., oil changes etc. I assure you I am in the 5% of the population that will make sure this policy does what it says and will do the necessary steps to get what I have paid for. I never question a rate for the service provided, HOWEVER, they WILL do what they say, or they will deal with the ramifications. I hope this is one of the "GOOD" ones that I purchased as I just gave them 4K for two vehicles.

May 2, 2016 - called Delta Auto Protect (DAP) to purchase Extended Auto Protection. May 4, 2016 sent email to Shaun ** to cancel service. I never signed a contract but was charged for the service. Received email confirmation letter stating that the charges would be refunded. It's now May 31, 2016 - no refund. DAP 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (joke) - do the math and do yourself a favor and just say NO to Delta Auto Protect.

Had a problem with the car. They didn't want to pay for a covered part. They were very rude with my mechanic and with me on the phone. After a lot of struggle, trying not to authorize a covered and damaged part and forcing me to change non-covered unnecessary parts, authorized an aftermarket part (didn't authorize a good quality one). My car was fixed and then they took a month to pay my mechanic. They lied about sending a check by mail, provided not-working credit card numbers, etc. Read all the reviews! They speak about how good they are to sell. They don't deliver. They won't pay. Delta Auto Protect is the worst company in this market me and my mechanic know.

A lot of people send me some flyers and I wanna see what's accurate, and then I end up getting Delta Auto Protect. We purchased a car that had some miles on it and is still in great condition. We decided that we better get an extended warranty. I called the dealership, and they gave me the name Delta. I bought a 2 year "Diamond Premier" policy on my 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged for a very good price. Plan just kicked in 100 miles ago. Hopefully I won't have to use it but I am confident that if I do, it will be hassle free. Highly recommended!

The warranty of my BMW will expire and I need to have the car another three years so I bought an auto warranty from Delta. I thought they would be my best choice to have as third-party warranty. Compared to other providers, their coverage is better and the reps are very helpful and caring. They email and contact me so many times so I thought they are good in the market. The rep called me and gave a quote. Also, Julie emailed me a lot and no one dealt that much. It was very convenient when I was given the quote and discount rate. In other companies where I passed with other cars, they don't cover all. Sometimes the BMW has $125 service charge and they cover $90. But as of the moment, I’m very happy with the experience that I had. They give me three years warranty which is good. I already told my friends about Delta.

I was buying a used vehicle. Delta Auto Protect was highly rated on sites online and they ended up quoting me a competitive price for a better policy versus what the dealership had. We were able to finish the transaction quick. The only issue was when I originally got the first contract, it wasn't written correctly. It took a couple days, but they got it rewritten and then I signed it. It would be nice to have a site to log on to so I could review the coverage or if I need coverage in the meantime or information like what number to call. There isn’t a lot of information you get when signing up. It could be a little more informative.

I'm getting quite a few miles on the vehicle that I put the warranty on and wanted to keep it around for a little while and make sure that I was covered if anything ever happened to it. I went with Delta for their coverage options. The sales rep was a little bit pushy in the initial call and wanted to get me signed up right away with the best price. At this point in time, I haven’t had to deal with any issues. I called back a couple of days after purchasing the warranty because I was having some problems with my printer in getting the contract printed off. I had Delta send me hard copies with my signature on them.

I'm in the insurance industry and due to the high nature of repairs these days I acquired an auto warranty to protect myself. I did some research online and found out Delta was an authentic warranty company in that I pay a premium and, if anything happens during that course of time, they will pay the bill. It’s not one of those ones where I have to pay upfront and then they reimburse me. During the purchase, the vehicle protection specialist emailed me and then I followed up. They answered a few questions and then, I had the auto dealer look at it and he thought Delta Auto had a good program. It went pretty smoothly. They gave a quote, they came in around that, and that was what I was looking for. It was a worthwhile experience.

I was getting all kinds of notices from different people and didn’t know who was who. I went with one and then I started looking things up online like I should have done. I went through Cadillac and I saw Delta. The rep explained what I would get, what was good, what I couldn’t get, and that it was for all Cadillac dealers. So I cancelled the other one and went with Delta for they had a good price, and I hope they're decent. They were also pretty thorough. Cadillac is what I have and they did cover them. It was an enlightening experience.

I bought a 2014 model truck with almost 100,000 miles on it. I wanted to extend it out more and I want some protection up to 200,000 miles almost. Delta Auto Protect covers a lot more than some of the other plans and far cheaper. There was also a $500 discount the day I bought it. Everything went good and smooth. I only wish that they would have a card with the info line and with the number like a charge card. It would be easier rather than have the dealership call Delta.

I just purchased a truck a couple of months ago and I wanted it to be covered just in case anything went wrong with it. It seems to be doing fine so I’m not really concerned about it, but I just wanted to have that extra protection. My main reason for going with Delta is that their coverage is better compared to this one place that was a little bit cheaper. Their rep did a very good job. He seemed to know what he was talking about, answered all my questions, and got me a really decent rate.

Our factory warranty ran out and I had to get an extended warranty. I looked up the reviews for Delta Auto Protect and everything was good so I figure I'd try it. The rep sent me over everything and I reviewed it with my attorney. Then I took it up to the dealership to make sure it covered everything that I would need and he gave me a fair price for it. However, I'm still within the 30-day grace period and I haven't really had to use it yet.

I have a Ford Explorer, my third one. My warranty was up so I knew that I wanted another one. When I checked warranties out through Ford, they seemed so expensive. So I started looking online and Delta Auto Protect came up. I liked how the few people that I talked to were on the phone. I didn’t feel pressured and it was really nice. They covered everything too. I had trouble signing up and was doing the signatures over the phone or the Internet. Their guys walked me through that. It was above and beyond customer service. I still have to call back though because I’m not sure if one went through. With Delta, I feel confident that I made the right choice. There was no buyer’s remorse whatsoever. It’s been amazing and I was really pleasantly surprised.

Our shop is working on a vehicle that has a claim number **. Vehicle is a 2008 VW GLI with 92,777 miles on the odometer. The claim had been denied without Delta Auto Protect looking at the vehicle. When I Gilbert **, Manager of Barsom Tire in the city of Whittier California complained over the phone with their representatives about the lack of integrity and honesty when it comes to handle a claim repair. Over the phone I was threatened with a lawsuit for defamation of the company, and at that point the phone was hanged on me. I also told them that expressing my opinion is not slander or defamation, but they were absolute rude and now they do not want to speak to us.I also had requested on a writing for to explain why the repair on this vehicle had been denied without even looking at the vehicle. No adjuster was involved, simply they denied the claim.
I told my customer to seek legal counsel, which under no circumstance constitutes legal advice or defamation. In my personal point of view and more than 20 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, Delta Auto Protect has very questionable business practices. Once again my personal opinion does not constitute defamation or slander, like Delta Auto Protect wants it to believe.

My factory warranty expired two years ago and I chose Delta Auto Protect as my provider because Delta was the only one that offered as much coverage as I needed for my convertible. Their rep was informative. He followed up and answered any questions that I had. The warranty hasn't actually gone into effect because I don't drive the car much. There's a 30-day or 750,000 mile waiting period and I haven't hit either one so I'm not technically covered yet but I'm very happy. In fact, I referred him to the next-door neighbor.

I bought Delta Auto Protect because I have a 10 year old Mercedes with 80,000 miles that I plan to drive for at least 5 more years, and I want the peace of mind to know I won't be shocked by expensive repair bills. Delta Auto gives me that peace of mind. They seem to have a premium product at a cost that's lower than competitors, and my account rep Jesse was knowledgeable, professional and fast. It was a good buying experience. If I ever need the service, I hope it's as good as the buying experience.

My warranty was about to go out on my vehicle so I figured it would be worth it to get another one. Delta had the best price for what I was looking for. The people were pretty thorough. Delta's sales rep was thorough and seemed to be genuinely interested in providing value. I had actually shopped around for others but I think Delta's product, price and the value statement that the reps gave was certainly more compelling for me, making me decide to go with them. So the purchasing experience was great. I'm looking forward to how well they will fulfill the terms of the contract. When I’ll have a claim and they turn out to be a hassle, then it’ll turn out to be a bad decision and I’ll cancel the remaining contract. But if it turns out to be an easy process, then that’ll just reinforce that I made a good decision. Right now, from a pricing and value perspective, I would recommend Delta.

My car is out of its original warranty. I always like to have a warranty out on my cars just because I'm 84 and my wife is much younger. If something happens to me, I wanted her to have coverage so that she doesn't have to go to the dealer for service if and when we may or may not need. I just wanted her to be protected and covered in case there was a need. So I purchased a Diamond Premium contract, the top of the line among their offers. The people I talk to on the phone are always persistent calling and negotiating the contract. I went through all the different particulars on the contract. I waited and tried to see if it really was legitimate because the company has not been around very long. Then when I looked at some of the people who claimed to have used them, everything seemed to be positive about their experience.
I have used in the past other warranties. I wasn't real happy with the first one because there was a service needed on my one vehicle, which I have now sold. They didn't do a good job of handling well for me and it ended up that I had a significant amount of money to pay for the service that I felt that they should've covered. This time with Delta, I have asked them to send me something in writing. They did send me a contract. The contract looked quite complete and extensive.
The only doubt in my mind that I had in my dealing with them is that I could not seem to get back to the same person that I talked to previously. When they would call, it seemed like it was always a different name. And that always troubled me a little bit. There was always a reasonable reason why they were calling instead of the original person. They lacked follow-up from the original person. But, most of the time they explained things in plenty of time. They weren't in a hurry. The experience is satisfactory at this time.

After experiencing some mechanical issues with my vehicle, I decided to take it to a repair facility. A diagnosis showed two injectors had failed. Contact with Delta Auto Protect was by email on their end so some of the emails ended up in spam, delaying the approval process. Once the repair was approved, I ended up paying my $50 deductible and sales tax on the replacement parts. Make sure you copy ALL of your maintenance receipts and keep them handy. Even if it is a receipt from Wal-Mart for oil, write the mileage of your oil change on the receipt and copy/keep it. You will have to fax them to Delta Auto Protect to show you have been maintaining your vehicle properly. My Claim Rep. was Aaron **. He was helpful and easy to work with. He also kept me up to date with the status of my claim.

The representative from Delta Auto Protect gave me a really good deal on my extended auto warranty. Personally I think having an extended auto warranty is a value I need. My daughter is off at school on her own and I just wanted to make sure that if something happens to her car she has some sort of roadside assistance as well as coverage for auto repairs which are expensive these days. I knew what I was looking for and the rep laid out the options then we decided which one I wanted for her. He told me what I needed to do, walked me through the steps and was able to help me get it fast.

My warranty ran out and I got a quote from another company a year ago. Now that the rates are truly expensive, I noticed that Delta Auto Protect was advertised by NBC news, so I decided to give them a call. I was very happy with the deal I got until I was given some wrong information. I assumed that there would be a first 30 days of trial. And I was offered to upgrade my package from the premium to the full coverage. I tried to upgrade because I was told that I could do it within the 30 days. And now it happens that it would cost me twice as much to upgrade when at the beginning it was only a $450 difference. I was very disappointed, I haven't even used it.

One of my trucks has 80,000 miles on it and acquiring an auto warranty would be the right thing to do because I wanted to keep my truck. Delta had no deductible and covered bumper to bumper. They were very easy to deal with. The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay them upfront for the full warranty, but I put it on a credit card so I paid the credit card a little at a time. The rep was thorough and went right through everything. I was on a limited time as I was at work and it was difficult for me to do, but it worked out okay. It was very comfortable. It was a little bit of a rush because I have to do it now to get a discount. That was a little pushy, but I think I made the right choice.
I called up the customer service once because I was going to do some repairs myself as I needed the truck right away and they said they would reimburse me for the parts. They were very accommodating. I didn't have to because I did have a mechanic do the work after all. So I brought it to my mechanic and they took care of it. All in all, Delta is the Cadillac of warranties.

We decided to keep my wife's car for a while and extend the warranty in case something does break. I had looked at one auto warranty provider and actually I'm signed up for them, but they weren't going to cover the water pump or something else. I wanted a complete warranty and Delta seems to cover everything. Also, their price was right. I was in the market and they gave me the best price. Additionally, they followed up with everything. I had someone to send me a paper copy, and I got that Friday. They've been able to do everything they said they were going to do. Pleasant experience overall.

I feel more comfortable now in knowing that I have coverage on my vehicle from Delta that I can rely on if I need it and hopefully I don't need this. I wanted to purchase extended warranty for my vehicle to have some extra security. Delta Auto Protect has good reviews online and their price is very reasonable so I chose them. The rep explained a lot of things to me and that's good. He was very nice, informative and patient. But I don't know anything about the warranty because I haven't used it yet. I just purchased a used Mercedes e350 with over 80k miles. I did my research on the best extended warranty companies and received quotes from the top 4 rated in Consumer Affairs and BBB. We just bought a vehicle and I decided to get a warranty with it. My sister did a Google search and two of them came up, but Delta had better plan over Endurance. The warranty purchase was fast and easy, and their salesman was very pleasant. He explained the benefits as well as how to file a claim, answered my questions, and gave us zero deductible. I haven't really got a chance to use the warranty yet as I'm still in my waiting period and the car is not giving us any trouble. I had a very pleasant experience with Delta and I would definitely recommend it to anybody buying a used car.

I have an expensive automobile and since its insurance had expired, I started looking into different warranty companies. When I contacted Delta Auto Protect, they gave me the best rates and coverage so I went with them. I've already taken my car a couple of times to the dealer and I have never had any problems with the coverage. The first claim I took it in for, there was something wrong with the rear stabilizer and they corrected it. The second one, I have a rear differential seal that needs to be changed. They already approved it and they're going to do it now. So overall, Delta Auto has been an excellent company. When I need them, I use them and they respond.

I want something to protect me and my car. I want to protect my pocket by getting an auto warranty. I like the way the Delta Auto Protect guy talked to me and I decided to do business with him. He told me the warranty covers from bumper to bumper and if I had any problem, call him and they would take care of the problem which is what I expect. Delta Auto gave me no deductible and a tire rim warranty which pays because I paid it in full at one payment. I'm 110% satisfied with my interaction with their rep. If they do what their rep told me they will do if something happens to my vehicle, then I'll recommend them to all my friends. I'm an Uber driver and you know how many of us are out here.

I've had an auto warranty before so I researched and saw that Delta Auto Protect were one of the top companies rated very highly. They are very professional and the plan is very comprehensive - it takes care of everything so that was important. It's been an excellent experience with Delta Auto Protect. When I was getting ready to go in another direction because their cost was high, they sent me an additional piece of information. And when I called back, they were able to get the price in line with the other folks. So, if they hadn't sent the follow-up email and been able to move the price points, I would've gone to another direction.

Delta Auto Protect gave a very good offer. They took away the $100 deductible and added things on. Their price was lower than a lot of the other brands. I just purchased a new vehicle and Delta Auto was the cheapest I found for a warranty provider. I was kind of iffy at first - I didn’t know if it was a legit company or not, but it was okay. Their customer service team were friendly. I contacted them so that I can make my payment, trying to start the services up and they did. They just said that the agent would have to call me, and he called me back the next day. However, I don’t like the fact that they send information through email. I’ve been waiting on my information and it went to spam. So I’m looking for something to come through the regular mail and for almost a month my stuff was sitting in spam. Personally, I like paper mail, that way I can see. Other than that, it was a pretty good and acceptable experience.

Before I could enter data in online form, I was called by Delta Salesman Jesse **. He was very prompt in answering all of my questions and helping me determine the Extended Service plan which best suited my needs. He explained discounts for military and senior citizens and provided a extremely competitive quote for the plan. I purchased a 4yr/75000 mile plan for 2/3 the price of dealer's 3yr/36000 mile plan. I was trying to find an auto warranty for my car and I had one guy quote me $5,000 to do the warranty. I told him I could find something cheaper online that could beat his price, and he dared me to do that. So I went looking and here came Delta Auto Protect. The rep was excellent. He was able to go through everything with me, explaining the process. He was experienced and knowledgeable. He even gave me more discount because according to him, I'm taking good care of my car, and I'm a perfect candidate for the warranty. My only concern is in terms of documentation and coverage, I did not get any mail from them. I printed out everything that I did online, and I figured I was going to get a mail correspondence from that, but I didn't. I thought that maybe the information that I printed online was sufficient, but I don't know. But other than that, it's good, so far.

I had gotten a few expensive repairs before that I wanted some coverage against. I went to the ConsumerAffairs website and looked at ratings and Delta Auto was one of the higher rated ones. After calling a couple of the higher rated ones, I found that Delta had the best coverage for my particular need and the best rates for that coverage. Their sales rep was always available for questions and calls. There were a few back and forth with clerical errors on the paperwork, but once we got it squared away everything was fine. So it was not perfect, but very good.
One thing that stood Delta apart from some of the competitors was the salesperson’s knowledge of the coverage. I had some issues with individuals with other companies being able to articulate the details of the coverage appropriately, and even the documents that I asked them to send me were vague and generic in nature. So I’m really appreciative of the detail that the sales individual had and the fact that it was only one individual that I had to deal with. With other companies, I had to talk to multiple individuals before I could even get a quote, which was time consuming and non-value added from a consumer perspective. However, once I agreed to take a plan and made the payment, I have not gotten much follow-up since then. I would have appreciated some more contact in the beginning of the policy just to understand how things work and to make sure all the paperwork that I submitted was squared away appropriately.

This company doesn't pay any claims. My husband and myself have paid them nearly 3000$ and tried 3 different occasions for claims, all of which should have been covered but they find a way every time to not pay. I've sent 6 emails to cancel our coverage and my husband was able to stop payment through his AmEx so he got a letter of intent to cancel. I used a prepaid card so I wasn't able to do this so I didn't put money on the card in Feb, so no payment was made and I did not receive a letter of intent to cancel. So today March 8th they took a payment, wasn't even a regular scheduled payment date. When I called (multiple) times in a row they wouldn't even listen to me just talked over me and hung up on me. Don't believe the reviews with more than 1 star as they are fake!!

The last truck I had was a 2006 Ford F350. After my 100,000 miles policy warranty wore out, I ended up with $23,500 in repairs to fix that truck. So after everything was back up, I want to go and see if I could find another truck. Something that I didn't have to worry about as much. So I bought myself an expensive truck. Then I was getting close to the 100,000 mile warranty so I figured I go ahead and buy another warranty to make sure I was covered. I'm trying to keep my truck, because it's a truck that I'd really like to hang on to as long as I can because it's a Harley Davidson and it's a 450 so it's not too many.
I have an auto mechanic background and I know the entire breakdown of the vehicle and Delta gives a full breakdown and description of which it’ll cover. It does not have a vague description of it. They tell exactly what they cover. In fact, I've compared them with two other companies. One company wouldn’t cover me because of the type of vehicle I had. They didn’t even want to give me a price because they said it wouldn’t cover a truck like I had. The other one kept cutting the price down. I didn’t like the description they gave. It seemed like they were more shady than Delta because they didn’t give a breakdown of anything they covered. So the fact that Delta has a full description of which they will cover is really nice.
There is one thing I should point out which would help out people. So I got some work done for my truck. Though Ford Starter is a better starter, there's something else but not the same grade material as the others. The way that Delta explained them, they looked it up online and they found a starter for our truck that is way cheaper than would be for a motocross starter and it meets the same standard as the motocross starter. Had I known that before buying a different starter, I would’ve tried to see what I had to do. So it ended up costing me more than what I was planning on them and my truck had to stay in for three weeks because I can’t afford to pay the $500 that had to come off. But they keep letting people know that if I try to put Ford genuine parts only, we’re going to have to pay the extra part which is understandable. But I would’ve picked the cheapest starter.
Furthermore, their rep, Aaron, was very helpful and he took care of me when I didn’t understand something about the policy. It was when Ford called me to tell me that my paper is already with the warranty group and they haven’t responded yet and I was asked to wait for their response. I waited two days and they haven’t responded, so I called Aaron and he took care of it. Five minutes later Ford called me and told me they took care of it and that I could go pick up my truck and pay. He was very helpful and anytime I called, their team took care of me. I will most definitely recommend Delta Auto Protect to my friends.

I have a relatively newer car that I filled a lot of miles on very quickly. It is in still very good shape but I can see that I'm going to be past my manufacturer's warranty pretty quick and I've only had the car for 29 months so I wanted to extend the overall protection. Delta Auto seemed to be a better value than other extended auto warranty providers so I chose them. The certified vehicle protection specialist was very good and helpful. Everybody else were very pushy and wanted me to sign on the dotted line that day but I don't work that way. The Delta rep told me the facts and I ended up going back to him and hopefully, it's going to be a good relationship throughout the extended warranty.
Once I signed up, I got to put another thousand miles on the vehicle and wait 30 days. I'm almost to that state when the coverage will kick in which I don't need because I still have my original manufacturing warranty up to 100,000 miles. But I'm going to call him back again and make sure everything is where it should be. It's all been very favorable right now until I have to use it.

Delta Auto Protect is a terrible company and their reviews agree with me that they are more than likely scam artists. Their advertisement on TV sounded like a reasonable deal so it was an impulse buy at best at that time. But when I went home and spoke to my wife, she told me to check their reviews online to make sure that they were reputable. And when I dug into it, I found that they had been kicked out of the state of New Jersey under a previous name by the State Attorney-General and forced to refund a bunch of people. So my wife and I agreed not to use them. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, ever.
We completed the sign-up process, but we were still within the right rescission to cancel the policy. The guy talked my ear off for an hour, trying to offer me a better price, more options, and packages. Eventually, I told him that it was my wife's decision and he can try to convince her, but we still wanna cancel. And finally, he refunded it after an extended period of time on the phone.

The factory warranty in my car had expired, so I decided to go with Delta as they were top-rated on the internet and got good reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I also like their customer service rep, who was very responsive and detail-oriented. He explained everything, emailed all the information I needed, and mailed it to me as well. That's all in paper form but I would love to receive a hardcopy card, an ID card. I had that card with a different company before and I would give it to the dealership owner and they plug it in. That's why they give me paperwork that explains everything in details, but some people don't have the time. I paid in full and I hope that Delta honors the policy that I have with them. I hope they cover and take good care of me. I appreciate everything, and look forward to future business with them.

We haven't had an opportunity to utilize the extended warranty (hopefully we won't have to). We worked with Jesse, and he was really professional... Not too pushy, but we appreciated that he wanted our business. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the process very easy. And, of course, we must mention the rate is incredibly affordable.

Based on the reviews, Delta Auto Protect seemed to be reliable and knows how to get things done. Their certified vehicle protection specialist gave me a good deal. Also, having their extended auto insurance helped me a lot. One time, my rear passenger window stopped operating so I took it to a GM dealer. Delta Auto filed a claim for me and got it done. It was painless.

I purchased a 2008 Mercedes and all of the maintenance is expensive. So I bought an auto warranty because I felt it could help me cover some of those costs. I went with Delta Auto Protect because they had a good price. Their certified vehicle protection specialist was helpful when I was purchasing the warranty. Then two weeks ago I filed a claim and it only took about two days for them to pay for the service. It was a pretty good turnaround.

We purchased a warranty previously through Delta with a different vehicle then when we sold the car to our niece, we transferred it to her. The transition of the paperwork of the previous warranty was effortless, and she's utilized the warranty at a dealership here in Des Moines area with no hassle. The experience was flawless.
So when I bought my Envoy, I went out and shopped around, looked at different prices and Delta once again weren't the lowest, but I mentioned I was in the military and asked if there was any benefit and they lowered my deductible. They also extended the warranty for two months and put in free tire and rim coverage. The coverage Delta Auto gave me for the price of being an older vehicle on an extended warranty was an incredible value. The company has been very good to work with. Whether on the phone, the computer or the website, everything was extremely user-friendly. I also found everyone to be very prompt and courteous, and everything advertised was very honest and upfront.

I got a 2011 car for my son that was out of warranty so I purchased an extended auto warranty from Delta Auto Protect. Their protection specialist was nice and explained everything good. I talked to a few other companies before and they all sounded shady and then looking at the surveys, Delta came out being the top of the list. I just signed the contract this week and I'm satisfied. Hopefully, it'll stay that way.

My truck is out of warranty and I'd rather spend $1,500 to get something repaired instead of $4,000. And I chose Delta Auto Protect for their plan, although I checked other ones as well which were, however, more expensive and had lesser coverage compared to Delta. I dealt with Shaun and I liked him. He had a good personality, was very informative and even stayed overtime to finish the paperwork. Very pleasant experience.

I have an auto warranty and it was running out so I decided to get one from Delta Auto Protect because of the price. I had a 30-day suspension on it so when my other warranty runs out at the end of the month, then Delta is going to kick in. The last warranty I had, whenever something went wrong, they would send an inspector out to look at my vehicle before they give approval. Fortunately, they paid for loaner cars. It was a little tedious with them, but ultimately they did pay. So far, my experience with Delta has been good. The proof will be if something goes wrong, it's taken care of and I'm assuming that there shouldn't be any issues. They were courteous and helpful, and the gentleman that I worked with was very informative and an outstanding individual.

My car is a 2008 (an older car), but it only has 17,000 miles and I wanted to get a warranty for it so I could have coverage. I have not yet used Delta Auto Protect's service itself, but have spoken with their customer service and they were very helpful in setting me up. The specialist was able to give me the details of the coverage and information as to how I could go about using the coverage that is best for me.

Since I just purchased this coverage I haven't had the chance to experience the benefit as yet and that is the only reason I am rating 4 stars instead of 5. The pre-sale experience was excellent. Jessie was extremely informative and at the point where I was almost ready to sign and had questions about the contract, he did not hesitate to answer my questions. The interesting statistic is that 55% of all purchasers of extended warranties never need or use them. If I never have to use this program, I will still feel just as good about my purchase. It is insurance against the catastrophic. Should I end up using the program if my experience thus far is any indication then I expect a smooth process with no issues.

I was looking at getting an extended warranty for the used car I had purchased. Because of the price, I chose Delta Auto Protect. Their guys were very good, gracious and helpful. However, I cancelled for various reasons. I talked to some people and Ford garage and they recommended their own plan. They said they had a hard time collecting money from warranty companies.

I wanted to keep my car protected and the warranty I had would be expiring in October of this year so I searched for a new plan. I talked to one of the representatives at Delta Auto, who was very polite and seemed to be knowledgeable. It wasn’t a lot of questions and answers involved, but he provided some good responses to the price and the type of coverage that I would receive and I took the best plan they had. My warranty hasn’t been activated until the 18th of this month, but I’ve already paid the total price in advance for the protection plan, and I'm still in the 30-day waiting period.
I called back three weeks later after purchasing it, around 7:00 in the evening, to ask some questions because it said 24-hour service in the paper. Someone answered the phone and said it was after hours and they would give someone my information and they would call me back. At that time, they asked me if I have a problem with the car. I said no and that I was just calling to ask some questions. That was two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a call. One of the things I had a question about was that they gave me a card with their information on it that I would give to the service provider. I want to find out if this company had the same thing where I would have a card and stuff. I haven’t tried to call them back yet, but as far as the purchasing, it was easy and everything went smooth.

Delta Auto Protect has been very professional and they have enough coverage that I needed. The coverage is easy to find because it was spelled out in the contract and on their website, unlike others, where I have to beg, twist and turn to send me exactly what is covered. They're not a middleman. I’ve had warranties as high as $3,800 for only three years while Delta's was considerably less and the difference between the $100 deductible each time was only $200 and that would be over a period of five years for the repairs. Also, I called back multiple times to see how the customer service would answer certain questions and they did well.
