I have to say my first claim for my power steering pump went rather smoothly. I contacted my warranty company to initiate the claim. Once the stealer contacted the warranty co. to advise them of the open warranty and cost to repair Delta Warranty Co. quickly stepped up to the plate on my behalf to get the cost of the part where it should be and supplied the new OEM part for my car. The part had to be ordered and I was authorized two (2) days of rental coverage. I give thanks to Mr. ** and Delta for their outstanding customer loyalty and service. They were there for me even in the midst of a system upgrade. I look forward to the service only getting better for my or any customer's future warranty claim.
This is the second policy I've bought from Delta Protect and this time was just as pleasant and simple as the first. Keith ** was courteous and informative. I will recommend Delta Protect and Keith to anyone looking for a good, quality extended protection policy for their automobiles.
Jesse ** was very helpful and knowledgeable about this product/service. I believe I purchased a top notch program and that was confirmed today. I called after business hours on 8/10/16 and had to leave a message and was told someone would contact me after 9am. To my surprise at about 9:10 I received a call from Aaron. What a professional. He had all my info and a claim number ready when he called. Happy new customer.
Returning home on trip in 2009 Corolla. Alternator light came on at Tuscaloosa, AL. Too late for service. Checked into motel near Toyota dealership. Was at dealership at 8:00 AM. Shop verified bad alternator. I contacted Delta Protect. After speaking with service mgr., Agent Aaron ** authorized repair. Dealership was after 6:00 PM completing repairs. I am 78 yrs. old and cannot drive after dark. Checked into another motel at dusk. Delta reimbursed both night stays.
Five weeks later alternator failed. Took vehicle to home Toyota dealership and was advised that part was aftermarket part (no one had been told) and they would not warranty. While checking they found that the water pump was leaking. Again contacted Delta and luckily got Mr. ** whom after speaking with service mgr. authorized repair. Mr. ** is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and fair. I had contacted him on numerous occasions questioning some charges that I was responsible for. Mr. ** would show me in the contract where this was stated. Good policy. Just read it all.
I have a car that I was looking to get a warranty on. I saw Delta's ad and then I called them up. They were very helpful and answered any questions I had. They also gave a really nice price. Everything was real good.

We usually purchase cars that are past their factory warranty and tend to keep the cars for as long as we can until they become money holes. The security of an extended warranty is why we were interested in it. I called Delta and the salesman wanted to make the sale right then. He kept offering free inducements and eventually I said yes. However, I thought about it and I hate being pressured because I still didn't know much about the market. I hadn't had my studies. So I went back to the internet and started looking up reviews in the Better Business Bureau website. Delta is a company that looked like it had some issues and I felt uncomfortable with the product, so we didn't buy it. We have a hard-top convertible and we found very few insurance companies that were willing to cover all the moving parts. It's a lot of little things and any one of those could go wrong.
The rep from Delta Auto Protect was pretty knowledgeable. I didn't want to worry about driving my car if anything ever happened so I asked him if what I was looking for was a bumper to bumper warranty. He was able to explain the different levels of what Delta offered and found the one that I needed. It was also fairly easy to sign up and it didn't take long. It was a good process. So far, it's good with Delta.
because their price comes in about pretty good. Their rep was very good as well. I hope if anything happens to the car in the future, they’ll pay for it.
Just filed a claim with Delta Auto Protect, my vehicle AC needs a new compressor but Delta doesn't cover. I paid $1200 for a full warranty of 4 years/60,000 miles. I was told that my car would have warranty just like the coming from the factory. Jesse lied to me, you guys are scammers!!!
Everything is great with Delta Auto Protect. We haven’t had to make a claim yet, so that’s a bonus but the signup process was great. We bought a car with 85,000 miles on it. The consumer reports and everything I could find on the internet about Delta were good. I was in car sales for 15 years, so I had a bit of experience with dealing with that. It seemed like a good company to go with, and the price was great. And, their rep was absolutely wonderful.
When our Previa van got about 100,000 miles, it started having a lot of problems with it, so we decided to get an extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect. Their rep was very nice and informative. He stayed in contact with me. I also called a couple of repair places around in our area to check what experience they had with Delta and none of them said anything negative. Everything has been fine with my experience with them and I'd recommend Delta Auto.
I bought a vehicle, and I wanted to put an extended warranty on it. I went through the internet and I liked the way the warranty plan of Delta Auto Protect sounded. I talked to a gentleman and he was very easy to work with. The information was sent to me through the mail and it described what my coverage was.
I needed an auto warranty and got one from Delta Auto Protect because of their self-administrator and since the parts weren't secondhand. The rep was good to me and answered any question I asked. It was really great to make payments for purchasing the warranty. That's why I did it on the spot and immediately paid for the whole thing in cash.
My auto warranty was expiring and I decided to get another one. I was shopping around and Delta Auto was the first one to respond to me. They worked with me on the pricing. The salesman wasn’t pushy, which worked out great for me. He also explained everything to me. My experience has been very good so far.
I received a follow up call from Aaron ** letting me know that the repairs on my Audi were covered by my warranty with Delta. I wasn't expecting a proactive call from Delta and it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.
I bought a new car and needed a warranty. I did a lot of research and came up with Delta Auto. They had excellent reviews and then when I called them, they had excellent deals. Their rep explained the benefits and the steps in filing a claim. I've never used an outside warranty because I usually go through the dealerships. However, Delta's sounded great, though it sounds too good to be true. I'm still in the 30-day waiting period and waiting to see how well this works. But as far as purchasing, I couldn't ask for a better experience. It was quick and they knew everything they needed to say.
Jesse - Very well informed and answered all my questions. Well pleased.
I bought a used car and I read about Delta Auto Protect on the internet. They were equal or a little bit better than the other warranty providers. Then I talked to their rep Jessie for an hour and a half and things just sounded amenable to me. Once I decide to buy it, it was very easy and they were very helpful in doing the paperwork, over the phone and the internet, and also by US mail. There was little to no aggravation. So far it’s been good and right now, I’m okay with it. It’s not a waste of money. I just hope that if I ever need it, I don’t have a problem. One thing that I liked about Delta was that every time I called up there I told them I want to speak to that one individual, and they’ve been able to get that one individual on the phone for me. And one time when I couldn’t, he called me back, which was really good.
After having dealt with 5 or 6 different extended service contract companies, I talked with Shaun ** at Delta Auto Protect. Shaun was extremely helpful, explaining his product completely and fully answering every dumb question I threw at him. Shaun made the whole process painless. I can't thank him enough.
Jesse ** was very helpful in guiding me through the sign-up process for the Extended Service contract. I had problems trying to upload pictures and Jesse guided me through the process.
We shopped around and the cost and the features are the reasons I went with Delta Auto. We’re still within the waiting period but so far my experience with them has been good.
I love my vehicle, so I want to protect it. I’ve just signed up with Delta Auto and my policy will take effect on October 1. I was able to check a few places before signing up with them and nobody really beats Delta's price. Purchasing the warranty was fast and easy. It was a great experience and I was happy that I was able to talk to somebody. I had to call back a couple of times and somebody answered the phone every time. Great customer service and their people are very knowledgeable about their product. I will recommend them.
I bought a used vehicle and felt that it'll be worthwhile to put warranty on it. So I started checking up on companies and Delta Auto Protect was listed near the top five. Talking with their vehicle protection specialist during purchase went great. He answered all of my questions and did everything he said he was going to do.
My auto warranty was running out and I just wanted to look into it again with my new car. I hate to put it on the car payment because if the car payment was five or six years then I'll be paying on that for that length of time. When I do it myself, sometimes I can get the same warranty and it’s done paying for in a little bit. The warranty specialist was good and was willing to work with me. He was trained to deal with it. He worked with everything that I was looking for. He called me a few times, some on a very bad timing, but he was very patient with me. When he offered to give me the better deal, he’s saying that he could stretch the payment. He offered one price for payments which I was supposed to pay over 18 months. I was then offered a much better deal but three weeks later, I got to pay the other half of that, which wasn't really helping me.
I was looking for cheaper auto warranty, and purchasing from Delta Auto Protect has been okay. I am still within my waiting period.
I got a new car and wanted to extend the protection. I went with Delta Auto Protect primarily for the price. Talking to their rep went very good and clear. On the whole, it's very efficient and cost effective.
My car still has factory warranty but will run out not long as it gets close to 40,000. I don't have an auto warranty and I need it. I was looking between Delta Auto and another company and I'm leery on all of them. Yet, I chose Delta and now I'm still in the 30 day window. The certified vehicle protection specialist contacted me while I was at work so he did some email that I need to really review. Having a vehicle protection plan is good, although it's an added expense and something to worry about. But hopefully, since I have a Lexus, I won't be having too many problems arising.
I plan on keeping my high-end car for at least five years and a simple repair would cost me a lot of money. I bought the car and somehow Delta Auto got the information and they emailed me. I called them up and I talked to Jesse. We were in contact with each other and had a couple of emails and phone calls. We met on an average price for what the warranty should cost me. Their rates are reasonable because right after that, I got contacted by a couple other companies whose rates were a little higher. However, Jesse told me about a $100 worth of car washes and I'm not sure how to redeem that. Also, they were supposed to send me paperwork and they never did so I got to call for that, too.
I purchased a warranty though Delta Auto Protect and was a little skeptical because the price was so much cheaper than their competitors by almost 50%. That along with all their positive reviews. So I got cold feet and ask for a refund... They simply ask why and gave me my money back within 48 hrs.
My factory warranty ran out. I was going with Endurance but on the ConsumerAffairs site, I noticed that Delta was on top of them. I couldn't find too much negative stuff on them too so I took a chance. Their pricing was also another reason I chose them. It was great with their rep and there were no problems. He was very knowledgeable and answered 99% of my questions. However, I haven't received my paperwork from them yet. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and there were no hassles.
