I found that Delta Auto Protect were one of the more trusted third party vendors in terms of extended auto coverages. The guy that I talked to seemed to know what the business was and was fairly clear on what the coverage was.

I like the peace of mind an extended auto warranty provides. I have an older car and always had an extended auto warranty. I'm planning to cover another car with Delta Auto Protect because we just bought a 2010 Chevy Silverado that only has a month left of warranty. And their sales representative was very good. I told him what we wanted and he gave me some options.

I've only just begun with coverage so can't speak to how it'll go with a claim. ** was a great rep and felt genuine in his desire and ability to help. The price was far better than another competitor I tried out. The only down was that I was told there was no limits placed on claim amounts but there are if you read the fine print; just not as bad as their competitor. Regardless, I'm still happy with the choice to go with Delta.

And within 24 hrs I received a call back from ** who has been so wonderful, patient, and diligent working with me. I am satisfied with the help in acquiring the service contract. However I cannot give an honest review yet as to my total satisfaction. The real test will come if I have to file a claim. I am the person who seemingly was complaining about not having received my extended auto warranty information after having paid. I called after hours and was not able to access my contact person's voice mail. Delta Auto saw the review and immediately called me. THE FOUL UP WAS AN EMAIL GLITCH....NO FAULT OF DELTA AUTO. It has been said that you never really know about a business relationship until a problem arises. These folks took care of business right away and as a result I feel very confident of my decision.

I paid for the coverage on Friday 6-12-15. It is now Monday 6-15-15 and I have yet to receive a specific warranty policy... Should be 4 years or 68,000 miles. Please send ASAP.

Be sure to read the fine print. Make sure you know what's covered. When I went to make a claim they said no the repair shop on 5 out of the 6 parts that needed repair. The repairs were up to about 1900 and they wanted to cover 207.00. So they will tell you parts are covered but they are meaning in the general sense. They will find a loophole not to cover it. They say engine and transmission and other big ticket items but if a small part of the big ticket items breaks down they will tell you that part is not covered. Don't buy. Run for hills and do your research beforehand.

Well, these guys were nice. I've only been with this company for a couple months and I waited until I actually needed them! So, I had a little trouble I guess with my air conditioning and took it to the shop. I gave them the Delta number and they called. I waited about 15 mins in at the front and the guy came back and said it'll be fixed today. No charge. So, I think these guys are pretty stand up. Thanks.

I had a great experience with Delta Auto Protect. My Mercedes would not start yesterday morning and I had to run to work. My car was towed to my Mercedes dealer and by the time I was on my way home, everything was done. Turns out my alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. All I had to was pay my deductible and they paid my dealer directly. What a relief having Delta Auto Protect coverage. I had an easy experience and no hassles.

I just wish that you had a $0 deductible that did not require me to pay the total amount in full. I have not had to use the coverage and hope that everything moves smoothly. This past week has been very draining. After a severe car accident I had to hurry and find a replacement vehicle (my van was totaled), a chore and expense I had not been anticipating. The car I chose has limited warranty left. I started researching extended warranty providers. Some were pressuring and darn right rude. This was not the case when I dealt with ** from Delta. I dealt with ** who explained everything perfect and in detail. Pricing was very good. Transaction was smooth and painless. I have a 2010 Ford F250 diesel truck with 95,000 miles. Delta has a 5 year/100,000 additional extended service plan. Didn't make sense to even buy another vehicle and have ridiculous payments when the Delta ESP plan is incredible.

The only thing that was not discussed was that the coverage would start after 1000 miles and one month later. All in all I would recommend ** to anyone looking into an ESP for their vehicle.

I just purchased a warranty from Delta Auto. Their website was very clear cut and user friendly. They made the terms and conditions readily available and did not try to hide contract language. A CSR responded quickly to my internet request. Mostly everything was done online. As I didn't have many questions, my main concern was price and length of coverage. They offered a 15% discount without my asking to gain my business and even agreed to 20% and a 6 month payment plan. Can't really ask for more than that. Their price beat out the other competitors. I hope if we do have to use the coverage that it pays out as it should in a timely manner. That's all I can hope for and won't know until I'm forced to make a claim.

I made an inquiry to a half dozen companies. Delta Auto Protect was very prompt in getting back to me and making an offer I could not refuse. I recall buying a new car a few years ago, a Mistubishi, and the main selling point was the Diamond protection warranty that came with it. Now with the protection of the Diamond Premier package on my 9 year old van for another hundred thousand miles, I feel more capable of focusing on the needs of my two young boys. ** took time to answer all my questions and worked with me to tailor the plan to what I wanted. It's only been 24 hours and you can't use the plan for the first 30 days so I have no idea how they handle claims, but if they handle claims half as well as sign up things should be golden.

My experience with finding a car warranty was becoming scary until I called Delta and ** put my mind at ease by explaining everything I needed to look for in a warranty. As I am retired and on a fixed income, he was able to give me a price that I felt comfortable with and gave me time to think about it without rushing me into a decision at that moment, as so many others will. I am looking forward to a happy five years with confidence, without the need for the warranty, but if I need it I will have a good one.

I just purchased this warranty. Seems fair priced. Salesperson was very nice. Only issue I can think of is you have 30 days to cancel if you choose to, but you cannot use the coverage for the first 30 days. So how are we supposed to verify if it's good coverage within the cancellation period? I think you should either give a 15 day wait period before using coverage, and then still give 30 day cancellation period. At least people would have opportunity to let you know how the service went and if you DID a fair job or not.

I just recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Equinox and was looking for a warranty to cover it. There are 100's of companies out there. You can't really judge an auto warranty company until it comes time to utilize your policy. This is why I took the time to make sure all of the normal "gotcha's" with these type of contracts were covered up front. ** was very helpful and did everything he could to address my concerns on the front end before signing on the dotted line. Based on my research of the competition, I feel like I've gotten a really good extended warranty policy for my SL 500 and that will provide needed peace of mind over the next 5 years of my driving. I don't change vehicles every 3 years and generally keep them as long as I can so a good extended warranty plan is a necessity. At the time of this review (3-30-15), I've just made my purchase of their Diamond Premier Plan. As time goes by, I hope to be able to continue to give a good recommendation to Delta Auto Protect based on my actual experience with my extended warranty.

I am overall happy at the outset of this contract. However, there is a lot of Exclusion Verbiage. A lay person would have trouble understanding what they really have, until something breaks. Hopefully, I will never have to test the quality of their claims mgt. That is what will determine my overall satisfaction. On the surface, the coverage seems good... but there are all those exclusions!

Good price for the coverage I wanted. Unfortunately the sales rep didn't mention there is a 30 day waiting period and 1,250 mileage delay before the plan takes effect. I suppose it was somewhere in the web information available, but I didn't see it. Still not that big a problem for me.
