I contacted Concord online, inquiring about purchasing a warranty for my recently purchased Honda Ridgeline. I received a call within 2-3 minutes from Steve, a customer sales rep, who was very polite, as well as knowledgeable about his product. Looked at all top warranties and Concord has the best price for the all-around service. Coverage for everything including brakes. Total roadside service for flat tires, lockout, out of gas, or just a jump start. It's great to know I am totally covered until 2026. The best thing is the peace of mind.

I purchased this extended auto warranty a few months back from a sales representative at Concord Auto Protect in good faith feeling that reviews provided were accurate. Well the first time I attempted to use the warranty for a fuel related item they declined the request and offered me $300 out of a $2,000 invoice. The second time I attempted to use the warranty for an ABS problem they again declined and offered me $200 in good faith of a $3,000 invoice.

As you may have it, I had engine problems almost immediately after getting my security blanket. Concord Auto stepped up to the plate and paid for almost all the costs and coordinated everything with my dealership. Word of advice, maintain your service records.

Purchasing an extended vehicle warranty is usually subject to high pressure sales tactics and is somewhat expensive. I did not experience that with Concord Auto Protect. My contact was Mr. Gene **. After I made my initial inquiry, I did not receive annoying follow-up phone calls, e-mails or text messages throughout the day as the other major companies did. Concord's price was very reasonable. Since my coverage does not begin for awhile, I cannot comment on the service yet. The coverage & exclusions seem to be in-line with the 3rd party vendor contracts sold by car dealers but for less.

The only reason I didn't give this a one-star is because I want people to actually read it. I purchased this warranty and the salesman was very persistent and accommodating as far as pricing, but unfortunately the first time I needed to use it I was denied because the cost of the repair was double what I spent on the plan. Concord Auto Protect found it easier to reimburse me my money than actually pay for the repair. They are legit. This is not a scam but they do not protect you or your vehicle! It appears they will use any and all excuses to find a reason to deny you. I would not recommend this company.

I bought a warranty on my 2010 Ford truck 12-23-18. I bought the premium package for $2,210.00. I bought from Donald, He said that after a 1000 miles the warranty goes into effect. I went to have my truck serviced at a dealership, oil change, etc. The service writer said I needed a rebuilt engine, I could not believe it. Called Concord and talked to supervisor Michael. He said would not fix it or send out their own technician to see if in fact it needed it. So the supervisor wanted to cancel my policy. I drove it to another tech and he said there was nothing major wrong, but needed a VCT SOLENOID. Replaced with new one and still drives like new truck. But yet they cancelled me. They definitely do not stand behind their warranty. Maybe for small things but 'major', you better forget it. My advice to anyone is to stay away from these crooks. Bad people.

I worked with Gene. He was able to answer all of my questions and managed to tailor the coverage to fit my needs. Due to my vehicle's mileage the Premium coverage wasn't available but Gene got approval to upgrade my coverage to the Premium package.

I took my 2014 Ford Flex into the shop because the AC isn't working. The condensor is leaking. Concord isn't covering the recharge and refill of the refrigerant. It has to be drained to replace the condenser. My car has been at the shop for 4 days already. The shop says they are waiting on Concord. I call Concord and talk to Frank who says he emailed the shop and they must not have checked their email. C'mon. So Frank is calling them now but I'm going to have to pay for MANDATORY items that are required for the repair. Oh, Frank said they only cover the replacement of the refrigerant if it causes the issue even though it must be evacuated to do the repair.

We had an oil leak in our 2013 Chevy Traverse and took it to Brakes Plus. We know warranties won't cover seals and gaskets, but we called anyway and spoke to Michael. Michael said have them call when they found out the problem. When they called, Concord did cover a part of the repair, which was a nice surprise for us. Michael was wonderful, and could not have been more friendly or helpful. As an aside, Robin, from Brakes Plus said Concord is the nicest warranty company she has ever worked with, and they paid Brakes Plus before we did! EXTREMELY happy with Concord Warranty, and thanks to Michael particularly.

I needed transmission and engine mounts replaced. Transmission mount was not supposed to be covered as GM issued a TSB in regards to the issue. Michael in Customer Service worked hard to help me out and was able to cover $350 out of $400 repair. I appreciate your help so much! I have an extended warranty on a vehicle that I thought was ready to expire so I began to shop around for replacement coverage. In my search I had the very distinct pleasure to get a quote from Jeff with Concord Auto Protect. I called several companies looking for a second extended warranty on a car approaching 100,000 miles. Most of the people that I spoke to gave me the hard sell: “this offer only applies until you hang up” or “if you buy now, I’ll take money off”. They could do that because their prices were all high. Jeff, however, was awesome. He didn’t hard sell me or try to upsell. He simply told me what they had to offer, gave me the discounts that they offer up front and gave me plenty of time to think about it and discuss with my wife.
