Concord Auto Protect Reviews

Two claims have been approved by the staff at Concord Auto Protect. The process was easy and they paid for the repairs in full. I can not complain about anything because they did their job. I would easily recommend them to others that are looking for a car warranty company to use that is priced fair.

Been a customer of Concord Auto Protect for about two years already. Purchased the plan for my Cadillac at the time I purchased the car also. The cost of the plan was not terrible. They seem priced fairly for what I get. I only used them for a tow so far but it was smooth. Happy with all of it.

Over 2k in repairs covered by Concord Auto Protect on my Acura. Happy to have my car back on the road. Concord came through when I needed the warranty plan the most. I think the plan is worth the money and easily proved its value after covering my repairs.

Happy with the customer service from them. They did right by me and got my vehicle back on the road quickly. Not a single issue with filing the claim and getting covered for the repair that was needed at the time. I am happy with the service from them and will continue to recommend them.

I have had two claims covered by Concord Auto Protect over the past year. I can't complain because the car was repaired and the repairs were paid for... Overall nothing wrong with the warranty plan and the value is there for me. One claim was approved faster than the other but again it was approved so doesn't matter to me. It was hard to get a plan from any warranty company that was priced within what I can afford but Concord was there for me.

Purchased a policy with Concord Auto Protect in March 2024. Changed my mind 4 days after and asked for a full refund as per policy. No news and no refund. Those people are thieves. Stay away as much as you can.

Not a legitimate business. They are thieves and will allow anyone to fake your information for purchase of their scam warranty coverage. They have 4 employees. Some foreign and absolute scam artist. Do not use them.

HORRIBLE!!!! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY!!!! Just as all the previous have said. My car has been at the shop over 30 days now. Haggling back & forth with the shop, no communication, won’t respond for days, want to send the cheapest, used parts often on back order, or not cover at all. The people who answer know nothing and “the adjuster will respond soon…” Days go by and nothing. Just a horrible nightmare of an experience with this company.

After providing Concord with a letter from Dealshio answering all their question, 3 years' worth of maintenance records and 17 photos plus an inspection from Concord for an evaporator coil, Concord denied the claim. The claim was denied not because it was not covered, but rather Concord suggested that the coil that was remove was not the original part from the vehicle because it was removed from the housing unit. The ironic thing is that the dealership had to remove it to show the leak? Also, the photos that showed this were given to Concord after 2 weeks, yet they took 9 weeks to turn the claim down. Stay clear of this company. I had to give 1 star but they do not even deserve that...I had to pay for this repair out of my own pocket.

Stay away from this fraud as far as you can. I would be nice to strangers on the phone too if I never had to speak to them again. Ralph wouldn’t even return my calls. There is a reason they are cheap. It is because they don’t actually have to pay out any of their income. DON’T BE FOOLED, because you will feel like one when the time comes that you need them.
