Called for extended warranty info. Talked to Mark. He was very helpful and friendly. I discovered that the cost was not as high as I thought it would be. I would highly recommend this company even though I haven’t made any claims as of yet.

Robert worked with me to get the best deal. He called and texted with me until I was satisfied with the product. I hope that everyone gets him for the help he gives. Hopefully everyone connected with Concord will be as helpful.

Five year extended warranty on Porsche 911 S 2013 Concorde was by far the best value in car warranty is on the market. Check with at least three others. No one even came close to the coverage or the value y’all offer. Thanks again for your Warranty plan. It is by far the best on the market.

When I purchased my used 2017 Ford F-150 the dealer sold me a competitor's warranty. All sounded good but when I researched the company a few days later online I was very disappointed with customer feedback. Did my homework and found Concord Auto Protect to be superior. Called and purchased a 5 year program from Concord and will be cancelling the competitor's.

I called Concord Auto Protect because I was searching for a good and fair company to add extended warranty coverage on two new vehicles that I was purchasing. I picked this company because of the good rating that it has with its consumers. I sent in a request online that I was interested. The company sent me an email with a phone number. I called the number and Steve ** was the salesperson that I talked with. He did a good job on explaining what options were available. I probably would not have bought the insurance today if it was not for Steve. He kept working to find out what I was needing and asking his upper level people what could be done to help me. In the end I purchased two warranties for two new vehicles.

Steve ** was a excellent salesman, no pressure, very confident, strived to be a good listener and handle all my concerns and questions to the best of his ability. If he didn’t know a answer he would find the answer before telling me so I grew to trust him. I don’t trust many people. Recommended to my family and friends.

Updated on 02/01/2024: This is an update to a previous 5-star review. My experience with Concord Auto Protect has been extremely disappointing. I have had three experiences with filing claims. The first two claims took weeks to resolve, as they were very slow to response to repair facilities. In the third (current) filing, it has now been two months and Concord Auto Protect has not provided any communication to either myself or the repair facility after the initial claim. I have sent several emails to management that have not been responded to. I have also called several times, and each time, I reach a very pleasant representative that tells me they are forwarding or elevating my situation to management, and to expect a call within 24-48 hours. This process began on 5 Dec 2023, it is now 1 Feb 2024, and I have not been contacted by anyone from this company. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, and frankly unprofessional conduct.

When speaking with Marc he was very pleasant and very informative on the policy I was looking for. I would recommend this company to a friend and as many people I seem that are buying a used car or truck and so on. Also the price I got was amazing. You cannot beat the price and the service.

When my car broke down the hall me through the repair. They told me what they covered and gave the right direction to contact the company that was doing the job. If they were a problem call them back and they would talk to them personally.

After bringing my truck in for service, they notified me that I needed front wheel bearings and some other items I was unaware of, claim was denied as "pre existing"?? When I asked what was preexisting and when & what was covered on my warranty, and got no response, stated 30 day money back, no response, 1800.00 out the window, I will report this to the attorney general along with google, and all other social medias to make sure no one else gets stuck.

I had a good experience overall. My representative was very knowledgeable about the coverage and answered all of my questions. The overall cost for the coverage was cheaper than other plans as long as you are willing to pay off the full amount in one payment. Some other plans had a zero percent payment plan.

Not only does Concord have excellent coverage at a reasonable price, they offer zero deductible for military and veterans which is awesome! The only downside I can think of to Concord is that they don't offer a monthly pricing plan; you have to pay for the plan completely upfront. But again-- the price is reasonable especially considering the coverage!!

I have used Concord auto protect in the past, and was satisfied with their coverage. So I decided to call again for a quote. I was most satisfied with Mr. **’s service. He was able to get the initial quote reduced by over $300 for which I am grateful. This was achieved by reducing increasing the deductible to $250 for $100. Thank you very much.

I am so thrilled to have this protection plan. By far the best I ever had, my car broke down the morning of plans to leave on a business trip. With Concord I was able to bring it to my favorite repair shop not some strange god knows where. Concord worked with my mechanic with no stress whatsoever to me. They even paid for the repairs over the phone. I didn't have to wait for reimbursement. It was fantastic. I was in and out of the shop in no time and made it on my family trip stress free with my vehicle repaired! I purchased a 3 year package that was supposed to include "everything" except wear and tear. However, at the first time trying to use them for faulty heated seats, they declined me because they said climatic seats are not part of the AC/heating or electronics. On all newer cars, the seats are automatically controlled by the climate control. Obviously, the company will do whatever it takes to not pay. They did, however, refund my money. Do not use them for a car that is newer. Just purchase if you have an older, cheap car.

The actual warranty is basically bumper to bumper excluding the wear and tear and maintenance items.

The coverage appears to be great, the price was superior to other companies, and I particularly appreciated the fact that I wasn’t pressured to purchase “this very minute”. So far so good. Just purchased a new to me Range Rover and connected with Jeff at Concord to see what can be done for an extended warranty. Jeff was incredibly professional, understood all my questions and answered them all. It was a pleasure to work with someone that merely quoted me for the product I was looking for and didn’t try to sell me a product I didn’t need. Here’s to hoping things go this smoothly when the rubber meets the road and we need them to cover a repair.

For the difference in price, with what appears near identical terms, 30 day wait, $100 deductible, etc, I'll gamble. And it's transferable.

Steve was helpful, enjoyable to work with, and solidified a rate that I was comfortable paying. Overall a good purchase experience. As far as the warranty itself, I'm always hesitant with aftermarket warranties, so hopefully Concord will provide quality service if/when needed.

Quick and easy. Was very impressed with a getting a refund while I was still on the phone through Paypal.. This was my 2nd or 3rd vehicle with Concord. I've never had a claim but I feel competent that any issue would be addressed properly. Will most likely purchase again. My son's vehicle is also warranted through Concord. Spoke with Steve. He was fast and did a great job for me. Found some extra discounts. I am very happy with his his help and hope this policy works out to be a no hassle product. I have just purchased this and have not had to use it so I cannot comment on how well this will be serviced in the future.

The representative, Steve **, did an excellent job of listening to my concerns, answering my questions, and communicating my coverage options. All went well until I paid my premium. After that, the Agent became a little difficult to get a hold of. I was able to reach out once with a question relative to my policy coverage, but he never got back to me with an answer. Other than that...

I have a Premium package... Called two days ago with a water pump issue and obtained a claim number. Called today from the Ford dealer to get an authorization for repairs and my service advisor was instructed to email a quote which was done around noon. No response. I called three times and all three times was told that nobody was available to handle the claim but somebody would call. I asked who and when and was told “I don’t know maybe by the end of the day”. When I told them that was not acceptable they hung up on me!!

Robert spend a great deal of time explaining the available programs. No pushy sales and receptive to all questions regarding coverage. Robert was available each time I called and he took the time to walk me through the steps to sign up. Great experience and customer service.

Steve was more than helpful in answering all my concerns with the extended warranty for my Lexus LX. There are many ways to look at what you pay for and what you're getting, In the end Concord was a little more on upfront cost, but those cost didn't outweigh the coverage. Steve worked out a deal giving me a prior promotional price and letting me know they are not a brokerage Co., all claims are handled directly through Concord and not a middleman made the difference.

Very easy sign up process. Steve was friendly, helpful, and thorough, and was prompt with a reply after my initial online request. After comparing with another company, I chose the offer given by Concord.

I had traded the vehicle that was covered with your company. Earlier in the month I had mailed a cancellation letter and was following up on that. The representative, Donald (#**), indicated the letter had not been received. He was very helpful in cancelling the program and working to issue a refund. I contacted Concord Auto Protect regarding my 2017 Nissan Titan XD Diesel with 89,000 miles. The Factory warranty will run out at 100,000 and I wanted some peace of mind after that. They gave me a very competitive quote and answered all my questions. They also didn't pressure me to buy the warranty. It took me over 30 days to make up my mind about buying extended coverage or trading my vehicle in. Because of the good reviews and feedback for them. I decided to keep my vehicle and purchase the coverage. Hopefully I won't need it. I'm banking on Concord to take care of any issues that arise, and at this point I have no reason to think they won't.

Just signed up for coverage with Steve recently and he was great... Super helpful, very friendly, and got me a wonderful deal on my extended warranty package too!! Submitting a claim and following up for payment was incredibly easy and simple, I'll admit I was worried because the claim was a couple months old, but they were fast and very kind throughout the entire process! Talked with Concord representative Steve ** about a plan for my daughter in college. He answered our questions without some of the similar companies' high-pressure sales pitch. One other company started to discredit Concord before I cut him off and ended the conversation. Steve was very informative and non-pressure for the sale. Very impressed.

Micheal ** (aka henry) fake name denied my claim, stating various reason why they would not pay for it. They lied to me and the dealership multiple times. They will deny you-do not use this company. It's a scam, using fake names and fake reasons why not to pay. My jeep started making a strange noise over 1300 miles into the warranty. I quickly took it to the dealership to have fix and they denied paying for it, offering me $250 credit or to reimburse all my money on the warranty. Hiring a lawyer to take care of this one will be a satisfaction for them hanging up on me multiple times and pretending to be other people. See you in court!

So far so good. Never had a BMW but the warranty should help. I’ll follow up when I hit 130000 miles and have had claims and how they were paid. The online reviews were what convinced me there were some bad ones but they may have been a scam many good ones.

So far the customer service has been excellent. I was able to obtain a 5 year extended warranty for significantly less than the dealer offered. I have yet to use the warranty or file any claims, however so I'm unable to review that aspect of the services at this time.
