Marc was great and answered all of my questions! He went through my options and offered me promotional discount(s). I would absolutely recommend Concord. The coverage offered for the price is better than the competitors I received quotes from. If you are looking for peace of mind in an extended auto warranty, Concord has you covered.

I also like when I called I was able to talk to someone right away that clearly spoke fluent English which is rare compared to other companies these days. While my car’s issue wasn’t covered under the warranty, the team at Concord was honest with me about the quote I received and the process to follow. And although they couldn’t help with an estimated $3,500 repair, they were able to work with me to have the fees for recalls and diagnostics covered so that I could get a second opinion. I really appreciated this extra step that management took, and I especially appreciate the help I received following that from Donald in Claims and Marc in Sales. Highly recommend the customer service these guys provide, but I do wish their coverage was a little less limited - especially at the highest package.

Called Concord Auto Protect after pricing with 2 other companies. The value and price at Concord cannot be beat. Marc was my customer contact. He was helpful answered all my questions and very helpful. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

I have been with another car warranty company and I can tell you right now Concord is by far a great company. Personally I never had any troubles with them and they have always treated me right. Customer service is always available when needed and they actually resolve the problem if there is any.

I started this process over a month ago with Mark, but I had some things I needed to take care of with my original warranty through Mopar. Mark gave me his phone number so I was able to call him directly. I was shocked when he answered and was able to pull up notes from our previous conversation, plus offer me new promotions. The price for the coverage I selected was very good. I was able to get bumper to bumper coverage for up to 150,000 miles. Could not get a better deal elsewhere. They also threw in road hazard coverage for tires!

When I contact customer service they are always available and I can clearly understand their English which is a plus in my book. Now the actual service is pretty straightforward. I had a repair that needed to be done and was explained everything and it was taken care of.

Concord Auto Protect has the best customer service support we have ever gotten from any business. They were easily there for us when needed. I would honestly recommend them to anyone I know who wants a car warranty company, I stand behind Concord & their amazing company.

Concord has denied my claims as they say all problems are pre-existing. Their legal contract seems to allow them to claim anything is pre-existing if they don't want to cover you. They will offer you a full refund to get out of the liability of supporting you. I high don't recommend this. It is WAY more headache than an assurance of being covered!

This is the first time I have purchased an extended warranty outside of the dealership. I spoke with five different warranty companies. All of them are great at selling you on their product, but when you look at the contract, there are more "Exclusions" then benefits. It will be interesting if I actually need to use the Concord Warranty, how they perform. Only time will tell.

Everything went smooth. I did not know I had to wait 1000 miles for the coverage to start. That will take us a long time as we do not use the car much. Now I will have to drive a car that does not get as good gas mileage just to put miles on the car.

We were pleased that Concord stepped up and covered replacement of some key suspension components our 2010 MBenz E350's vehicle - control arms & linkage hardware and motor mounts. We personally covered front struts and a list of other routine wear items: tires, alignment, V-Belt and pulleys. The car is in perfect condition and we plan to drive it for another 10 years. Concord staff is always courteous and professional. It's the best extended auto warranty coverage offered in the USA. I know, because I personally spent weeks vetting all companies in this business. My wife and I made the correct choice: CONCORD AUTO PROTECT!

Customer service was great. I work for a dealership where I bought my vehicle. The warranty that was available to me at the time of purchase was only 4/48. I was recommended by my sister to look at Concord Auto Protect. I would recommend anyone that want to protect their investment to Concord.

The process made it painless to join- rep was very direct. Coverage seems good for value I really Hope submitting claim if I need to is as easy and works as well! The only issue is that I have not gotten a place to submit my milage and of course it goes up as I drive so I hope they accept my pictures I took.

Five year extended warranty on Porsche 911 S 2013 Concorde was by far the best value in car warranty is on the market. Check with at least three others. No one even came close to the coverage or the value y’all offer. Thanks again for your Warranty plan. It is by far the best on the market.

When I purchased my used 2017 Ford F-150 the dealer sold me a competitor's warranty.
