Just purchased the warranty plan from Concord for my newer jeep. Sign up process was easy, and everything was easy to understand for me. No pressure to purchase the plan and he gave me plenty of time to think it over.

It has been a real pleasure using Concord's auto warranty service. It's easy for me to understand what I'm covered for and what is not covered with my plan. I am lucky and have not needed a repair yet but when the time comes I have no doubt in my head Concord will cover the repair if it's an item that is covered.

I purchased the warranty plan from Concord right around the time I bought my F-150 from the local dealership which was a good thing. I had various small repairs over time and so far, 3 out of 4 of them have been covered and I fully understand why one of them was not. It has been a pleasure using the warranty & the great customer service team there as well.

I have been a customer for 4 months already and it has been an uneventful 4 months which is a good thing. I am happy to have peace of mind knowing that I'm covered by the warranty. No issues yet of any kind and time will tell on how it goes long term for me.

I was satisfied with the coverage however no one at Concord reached out to me to renew after my coverage expired and no one there responded to my repeated attempts to contact them. Disappointing customer service.

I purchased the warranty about 5 months ago around the time I bought my jeep from the dealer. I asked the dealer their opinion about what warranty company I should contact and Concord was highly recommended, So I gave them a call the same day. I was assisted promptly and was given multiple options to pick from which is nice. I went with the "Premium" plan and I feel a lot better knowing I'm covered by a warranty on my jeep now. I have not needed to have anything fixed yet.

I have been a long term customer with Concord Auto Protect and it's been a painless process for claims. Easy to understand everything my cars covered for and the price was great for the warranty plan. I like how fair the pricing was and the customer service agent was excellent.

I was assisted today on finding the perfect plan that fits my needs and budget. The customer service agent was excellent and polite during the entire time. He made sure I was his #1 priority and answered all my concerns and many questions. I called other places prior and Concord stood out from the rest.

My ac system on my BMW 335 just stopped working. So I contacted Concord and they assisted me with everything and made the process easy as possible for me. I was covered for the repair and my AC was fixed by the mechanic without any hassle. Happy with how it all turned out for me.

They were the only company out of 4 that I called that were NOT pushy and actually took the time to explain everything about the program. Now I went with Concord based on my experience with them so far. Everyone's experience with certain warranty companies might be different. So I really did pick Concord solely based on how Gene ** treated me, the price of the plan and what's covered in the plan.

It's been a pleasure using Concord auto warranty plan. My husband only had one small claim through them so far and it was promptly taken care of. We have no complaints about anything yet. Friendly people always.

I have been using Concord for two years now and never had an issue with anything. I had one repair and it was covered without any problems. Worth the money and staff has been great. I would recommend them.

My Dad and I have Concord auto warranty for 3 and ½ years now. I can say from my personal experience they always pay for the repairs needed on the cars without any hassle or delay. We have been happy with everything.

The coverage is great. I would definitely recommend Concord Auto Protect. My warranty plan has already paid for itself and it's only been active for 1 year. I can not be any more happier with the warranty plan.

Good customer service. I give Concord warranty 5 stars for everything that has happened so far. The customer service not pushy at all and made sure I understood everything about my plan. No pressure at all to use them and they gave me time to think about it.

I have contacted the customer service 12 or 13 times trying to get reimbursement of work I did in my car. I have been given all the "customer service" answers with all the customer service techniques, talked with the supervisor, marked as "urgent", the department is close, the colleague is not available etc etc. Never in my life I have been deceived in that way. There is no answer that could justify the way you treat your clients but that you deceive them to purchase a service that you do not deliver. You are allowing and encouraging a client to contact you 12 times till I guess is tired and give up. Please let me know what the cancellation policy is.

My experience with Concord has been really good. They covered my back up camera that went out on me. I am sure this plan will come in handy down the line. I already told a close friend of mine to give Concord a chance as well.

I just got a warranty plan set up on my Lexus. I worked with David, He is a great rep and I really enjoyed working with him. We ended up getting a 4 year or 80k miles premium plan (the best one). He also included a memorial day promo that got me a $0.00 deductible and free tire/ rim protection added in. I am thankful me and David spoke and got this awesome deal for my car warranty.

I purchased my warranty plan last week and since the first phone call everything has gone over pretty well. I am pretty happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how it works out long-term-wise. I think there will be no issues after seeing how professional and efficient the company is. No pressure sale at all and they gave me plenty of time to think it over before purchasing the plan.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike in starting a claim for a mutual customer. This company offered very quick and good service. I will be recommending Concord to my regular customers from this point forward.

Very happy with the car warranty service I get from Concord. Because I have had another warranty plan before with a different company and it was nowhere near as good as Concord's customer service and coverage they offer. I also appreciate how they took their time answering my questions and did not push the sale at all.

The customer service did a great job in assisting me when I had to get my car towed in to my shop. I broke down 100 miles away from home and Concord really came to the rescue. Very happy to be using Concord.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold or hot air. Concord helped me get that repair done. All I had to pay was my $100 deductible at the end when my car was ready. Could not have had a better experience.

My Chevy was getting up there in miles. Had about 75k miles when I decided to get a warranty. Concord was able to get me the top plan with a $0 deductible. Much better deal than any other company I spoke with. I received a good value for a comprehensive warranty plan.

I needed a repair done on my 2019 Volvo s60 and I had my mechanic contact Concord and see if the repairs are covered and so on. Repairs were covered and taken care of by Concord without a single issue the mechanic was telling me. My car is fixed and I could not be any happier with everything.

I can't believe you give Concord a favorable rating. Marc ** and Michael ** are scammers. They refused to cover $6,500 in repair costs. I had two car warranties through Concord Auto Protect. When I canceled my warranties due to their shady business practices, it took three months to get my refund. I had to fight with them for weeks to get my refund. The FCC and Pennsylvania Attorney Gen. needs to investigate these scammers.

I had a friend recommend Concord to me when I recently purchased my BMW x6. I wanted an affordable quality warranty plan which Concord was able to offer me. I did reach out to a few other companies but either they were pushy or out of my budget. I'm happy I listened to my friend and picked Concord. Time will tell how it all turns out but I have no doubt that everything will go smoothly.

I have been in the market for an extended policy for a while and finally settled on Concord. I was able to get their highest level of coverage with an extra year for free because my vehicle, despite being 8 years old, only had 55k miles on it. The price was only a few dollars more than their closest competitor but for a shorter period of time. I had questions about 2 specific major parts that typically begin to break on my model vehicle at this stage and their agent was able to confirm coverage of the exact part before I signed the policy. I'm confident that I'll be protected should one of those major components break.

Concord car warranty is a great product. Keep in mind that it takes 30 days and 1,000 miles until it starts but after the warranty plan becomes active you are covered. Staff was very nice towards me and helped me out.

I was shopping for a warranty company all week long. I was going with Endurance originally. But ended up going with Concord. They were much less expensive and had a great warranty plan with lots of good reviews online.

Concord auto warranty has outstanding customer service. I had to get an unexpected transmission repair for my Ford mustang and they covered it. Got the work done at my Ford dealership. If I did not have this policy I would have paid at least $4k on this repair. Concord auto warranty plans are truly phenomenal! If I decide to buy a new or used vehicle, I’m definitely getting the 5 year warranty policy with Concord.

Marc made my experience seem less. He answered every question. He made my decision easy. He put my mind at ease. Best customer service. A plus. I call 6 warranty companies and they were the best value in comparison, Hope warranty is as great as the customer service. I just purchased warranty.

The warranty from Concord seemed to cover the most. It was the best option hands down. I made the initial payment and was told the warranty would start in 30 days. No issues with the warranty yet and we will see how it goes.

My truck had this weird whining sound so I took it to my dealership to get it checked out. Tuns out I needed like $2000 in work and Concord was happy to assist me get that repair done. I am beyond happy with everything.

There was never a HARD sell. When I decided to purchase, the whole agreement matched my needs. Robert was very polite, knowledgeable and forthcoming and made sure that I was extended all applicable discounts available to assure an affordable premium. From reviewing vendors for a vehicle warranty to making a selection Marc was excellent in dealing with. He understood me reviewing three other vendors. Each question or concern I had he acted professionally in his responses. He would point out items he believed Concord offered that others might not. Not once did he ask what they offered, or their price point were or inclusion were. Each time I emailed him with a question he responded quickly. A comparison shopping. His response time was excellent. This was an exhausting process as I am sure the other vendors would have been fine but in the end your coverage with his recommendations made my decision.

After being denied warranty coverage by several big name companies I called Concord Auto Protect and spoke with Marc **. Not only did Concord agree to cover my rare 2005 truck, they offered their premium package! Marc explained their product and purchasing process thoroughly, he replied and followed-up promptly, and he made my overall purchasing experience pleasurable and easy. If Concord's claims dept. is as sharp as their sales dept. I'm in excellent hands!

I had check code P0711 coming up every once and a while. It turned out to be temp sensor was bad. This is an internal part that the pan must be removed to replace. Dealership believe that this should be covered. I called concord to see if they would cover it. Answer was no but they did end up covering $250 of the $776.29 bill. I was without a car until this got hashed out. 3 days I should of rented a car and I was told that would have been covered. I am asking to get at least half the money. This is something I had no control of. It's a internal part not caused by my driving. Why do I pay over $2,500 for insurance and this is what happens.

My Volvo s80 needed a repair and this was my first claim, So I gave Concord a call and explained everything to them because it was my first time with all of this. The customer service agent was very helpful and was willing to assist me the entire time with the claim process. The repair got approved without an issue, the process was slower because of myself. Everything on Concord's end was quick and no hassle at all for me. Great experience using Concord and I would recommend them to others.

I have now obtained policies for two cars through Concord Auto Protect. Each time I have dealt with Donald **. It is becoming rare these days to find someone who was accommodating as Donald. Everything I asked for was "can do" with a total positive attitude and pleasant attitude towards me. I couldn't ask for a more professional individual to deal with. It has been a pleasure using Concord Auto Protect so far. The agent was very kind and never pushy, even through all my questions I asked. He went into great detail explaining everything to me so I understood my coverage and so on.

Our family has had Concord's auto warranty plan for a while now so we have experienced the claim side of things and customer service as well. No company is ever 100% perfect BUT Concord did honor the repairs and did not give us any issues about it. Timing was not the best because it was near a holiday but it was quicker than we expected it would be. Overall we can not complain because we got our money's worth with the plan, so yes it was worth every dollar for us.

In 2018, my 2016 Chevrolet Suburban's Manufacturers Warranty was nearing its end. I have driven a Suburban since 1991 and have never had any major problems with any of them, and have never traded one in with less than 150,000 miles on it (when I traded my 2009 for my current 2016, it had 275,000 miles). I purchased my first extended warranty from Concord Auto Protection in 2018 and the warranty has saved me enough with "small" issues, that it has covered the original cost of the warranty.

Donald ** was an absolute pleasure to deal with and exceeded my expectations. There was a bit of a snag during the transfer of my policy, and it was resolved quickly by Mr. **. Communication was A+ as well. Thank you!

Purchased a car warranty plan about 5 months ago when I also purchased my car. So far it has been good and the claim process really is easy. I was amazed how easy everything was for my warranty claim, I kinda thought it would be difficult. But I was wrong. The customer service agent went above and beyond and approved it right away. I am a happy customer of Concord Auto Protect. I was NOT even asked to leave a review, I am because I really like the service.

If they back up what I have been told, then I will be very please. Was able to negotiate a good price and increased coverage in mileage and coverage time. Only time will tell if they live up to their claims.

My brother and I both have Concord for our cars and we love the customer service. We had an issue and when we called they were super nice about everything and wanted to resolve the problem. I have been using Concord for two cars so far and I have had multiple claims and almost all of them were covered. The one claim that was not covered was understandable but they will covered the others. I think value wise it's pretty solid depending on your situation. The best part is how easy the claim process was & how the staff took care of it quickly.

On this day of December 15, 2021, I went online getting rates for my 2016 Toyota Rav4 that I came across Concord Auto Protect. I filled out all the info online and I received a call in less than 10 minutes. He gave me all the information concerning coverage and price. I was really pleased because it fit my budget as well. So after all the questions it was easy for me to understand the warranty plan versus other companies that made it complicated. I have just purchased this policy and have not used nor hope to use, all the people that I have dealt with in gathering my information, especially Jeff, before making my decision have been extremely courteous and have answered all my questions without being overbearing. The customer care center is unmatched. The insurance plan that I purchased is an extended warranty that starts after my factory warranty ends. I purchased this warranty now so it doesn't cost me more later. I went with the premium plan that covers everything I would ever need than some. The price was truly amazing!!!! Word of advice...NEVER, EVER purchase the extra warranties from dealers. It's expensive and you have to fight for months if you ever want/need to cancel to get your money refunded. A lot cheaper to buy direct from CONCORD!!!!

We bought a used Toyota Rav4. We have always bought an extended warranty for used cars. I did A LOT of research and found this company with good reviews and excellent prices. Marc was very thorough at presenting the best options for my low-mileage Land Rover LR4 I purchased last summed. I ended up selecting a warranty during our phone call and purchased it on the spot. Fingers crossed I don’t ever have to use the warranty but the peace of mind was highly worth it.

The customer service and patience with Concord was excellent. They have amazing and customizable coverage options at better prices than any other extended warranty provider I could find - especially when dealing with exotic vehicles with extensive upgrade options. Not only were their prices better, the level of coverage offered exceeded other companies I received quotes from.
