He gave me all the pertinent information I required to make a decision on to buy the policy and which policy to buy. He was very concise and helped me understand what the policy can provide me. I worked with Gene. He was able to answer all of my questions and managed to tailor the coverage to fit my needs. Due to my vehicle's mileage the Premium coverage wasn't available but Gene got approval to upgrade my coverage to the Premium package.

I took my 2014 Ford Flex into the shop because the AC isn't working. The condensor is leaking. Concord isn't covering the recharge and refill of the refrigerant. It has to be drained to replace the condenser. My car has been at the shop for 4 days already. The shop says they are waiting on Concord. I call Concord and talk to Frank who says he emailed the shop and they must not have checked their email. C'mon. So Frank is calling them now but I'm going to have to pay for MANDATORY items that are required for the repair. Oh, Frank said they only cover the replacement of the refrigerant if it causes the issue even though it must be evacuated to do the repair.

We had an oil leak in our 2013 Chevy Traverse and took it to Brakes Plus. We know warranties won't cover seals and gaskets, but we called anyway and spoke to Michael. Michael said have them call when they found out the problem. When they called, Concord did cover a part of the repair, which was a nice surprise for us. Michael was wonderful, and could not have been more friendly or helpful. As an aside, Robin, from Brakes Plus said Concord is the nicest warranty company she has ever worked with, and they paid Brakes Plus before we did! EXTREMELY happy with Concord Warranty, and thanks to Michael particularly.

I needed transmission and engine mounts replaced. Transmission mount was not supposed to be covered as GM issued a TSB in regards to the issue. Michael in Customer Service worked hard to help me out and was able to cover $350 out of $400 repair. I appreciate your help so much! You have definitely exceeded my expectations and I will recommend your company to anyone who is looking for extended warranty for their vehicle.

At this time, all I can comment on is the initial service when looking for extended coverage for my 2013, 2500HD Silverado. I had the pleasure speaking with Donald **. I told him that I had already purchased coverage with another company, but, was looking for a better offer thru a highly rated company. He managed to help me get better coverage and at a better price than what I had purchased thru a competitor. Donald was very helpful and great to work with. I hope the coverage of claims (if any, hopefully not) down the road will be just as great as the service I received today.

I have an extended warranty on a vehicle that I thought was ready to expire so I began to shop around for replacement coverage. In my search I had the very distinct pleasure to get a quote from Jeff with Concord Auto Protect. He was so very upfront, honest and pleasant to deal with that I was ready to purchase a contract with his company. My vehicle I was purchasing the agreement for was in a local body shop and my old warranty contract was in the vehicle. When I got it back I discovered that I had more remaining coverage than I realized. I called Jeff and told him and he was so understanding and polite about it and only asked me to please contact him when I was in the market for coverage. Now that is public relations and consideration at its finest. Jeff is a credit to his profession and a great value to his company.

Gene ** was super easy to work with. He went above and beyond to get me a new warranty for my car. He listened to my situation and offered a great warranty at an incredible price. He made this process so easy!

So far so good! I Just enrolled today and have not had to use as of yet. They were the best value I found after reviewing 10 different vendors. I will update if my experience is anything but seamless.

I shopped five or six auto warranty companies on the internet. Concord Auto Protect what was the most responsive the most professional, provided the best description and was easily by almost 50% the least expensive with equal coverage to any of its competitors. Jeff ** was my representative. He was as good a representative for Concord Auto protect is a person could be. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Concord Auto protect for any extended warranties but you might need. They stand head-and-shoulders above their competitors. Comparing their top most inclusive extended warranty against their competitor they cost approximately 55% of their closest competitor. I can't speak more highly of Jeff ** and the staff at Concord Auto protect.

The agent was nice, informative and professional.. I felt that the agent was very knowledgeable. I felt like he recommended the right option for my new vehicle and attempted to give me the best price available. I would recommend him and the company to a friend.

This is my first time getting extended coverage. So I was a little bit leery. But Gene explained everything to me. In a way that even I could understand... I chose the premium package, which basically to me is bumper to bumper. And the price was well worth the peace of mind I’m going to have for the next three years.

My salesman Harry was professional and showed great patience waiting for me to decide to purchase the policy. His knowledge of the product helped me make my purchase. I will tell friends and relatives about this product I feel as if I have very good protection for my Chevrolet Impala.

I dealt with Gene ** and he was super. I told him that I would think about his offer and that I would contact him if I decided to go with his company. I also ask him not to contact me because I would be in a special school for the next week. He held up his end of the deal and I bought the warranty from him. He stayed late the day that I could visit with him and I really appreciate his professionalism.

Worked very well in getting me a great price and affordable monthly payments for 5 years plus!! Gene my advisor was in constant contact by either phone or email and got back to me with answers very quickly. I would recommend Concord to anyone!

Mr. ** was very professional and engaging, explained the terms and conditions of the protection plan with clarity. I was pleased with the way he gave details of the various options available to me. I decided on the premium coverage that seems to give me the best protection at a price that was acceptable.

I'd like to say that Concord Auto Protect is a very respectful company, fast attention to detail and what a deal on extended coverage. The cost is minimal compared to other companies that promise but don't deliver. That's not concord auto protect, delivery is the key, having them on your side is important with today's vehicles. I felt confident in having a trustworthy company on my friend's list (so to speak) if you have a car that the factory warranty has expired and you want coverage, please do me a favor and give concord auto protect a call, ask for an extented warranty and sit back for a surprise! I am very very impressed on how Michael has handled my claim(s). Even the repair shop is impressed with Concord. Concord has honored the repairs that my the extended warranty wouldn't even consider. I am very happy with this service so far.

I called several companies looking for a second extended warranty on a car approaching 100,000 miles. Most of the people that I spoke to gave me the hard sell: “this offer only applies until you hang up” or “if you buy now, I’ll take money off”. They could do that because their prices were all high. Jeff, however, was awesome. He didn’t hard sell me or try to upsell. He simply told me what they had to offer, gave me the discounts that they offer up front and gave me plenty of time to think about it and discuss with my wife. There was no offer that was taken away if I didn’t buy RIGHT NOW. The plan I purchased is very comprehensive and priced lower than the competitors. All in all it was a great experience.

Jeff ** was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, helped me find what I needed including all the specials and extra benefits for military veterans. In a couple words, I would describe Mr. ** as "patient" personified. I got quotes on 4 or 5 cars as I was selecting the ones I might buy. He was thorough and courteous from the first to the last. Concord offers a terrific product!

Gene ** was very helpful and proficient on providing his professional knowledge of extended warranties. The Rep was clear and informative providing the best coverage available for customers need. Plans are affordable and within the price range of middle income families.

6/11/2019. - After purchasing my used Porsche Macan, I spent countless hours reading horror story after horror story about people who were burned by bad extended warranty companies. Then I stumbled upon Concord. When Gene called, I was expecting the usual sales pitch that have become the norm over the past few days. No. Gene was the consummate professional, not only working to make sure he understood my situation but ensuring that I had the best possible solution. I couldn’t be happier. Best case scenario, I never need to use Concord. If that time ever comes, I’m confident that Concord will be there.

Contacted Concord based on ratings to obtain coverage options and cost information. Very short wait, less than a minute. Customer service representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to provide answers to my questions and assist in purchase in a timely manner. If their service will be as good as their initial customer support, my wife and I will be very satisfied customers.

Concord was clear about coverage and most helpful when we had a claim. They go above and beyond. Even when we sold our car they refunded the prorated amount while I was on the phone!! Couldn’t believe it! That’s a great company to work with!

My current warranty just expired, so I submitted a quote for extended coverage. 4 other companies called me earlier in the day with costs as much as 4K for 5 year/50K mileage. Ralph did a great job in explaining the Warranty. I was very pleased with the coverage, the prices and the terms. My wife and I compared other firms (i.e URP, Continental, CarMax) all very good competitors - but we selected Concord. We are also repeat customers - having had this product/company in the past.

I was shopping among several car warranty companies for my used car with low mileage. Donald was very friendly and answered all our questions. It has a higher auto rental coverage most companies only offered 35.00, tire coverage and could start my coverage when my factory warranty expires. Purchase of auto protect policy for my son and his wife. Harry was Friendly and Helpful. I was setting this up as a gift and he was able to work everything out with no problems. He also offered me some additional products such as road hazard and lowered the required miles for policy activation to 800 miles from 1000 miles.

I wanted to make sure that I gave an account of today's experience and purchase of an extended warranty. I dealt with Donald ** who was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and appeared to be very knowledgeable of your products. It should be noted that Concord was the fourth company that I had called today. Because of Mr. **'s help as well as the pricing I was given, I elected to purchase the warranty today even though I had not completed the purchase of the vehicle yet. I would not typically do this but Mr. **'s assurances left me at ease. My extended warranty with Mercedes-Benz actually expired 10/2018. As we all know, car repairs can sometimes be very costly. But my husband, Wilson, and I kept putting off the search for coverage. We didn't think we would find a company that would provide extensive auto protection at an affordable, reasonable cost until we found Concord Auto Protect. Wilson and I were very pleased with the rate for the amount of coverage provided; and we were especially impressed with the Agent, Donald ** who helped us with the purchase.

Purchased a vehicle that came with an extended warranty, called looking to see what steps I needed to take to transfer the warranty into my name. I talked to Donald who made the process extremely easy and painless. I honestly expected that I would have a difficult time but that was not the case.

He was able to explain the policy and its benefits so well that by the end of the conversation, I purchased a policy on the spot, something I rarely would do. They are not selling you a policy from a list, they are flexible and can offer you the terms that work best for your situation. I highly recommend these guys.

Good experience except grace period wasn't explained that well. After all was said and done I was told that I had to drive a 1000 miles above and beyond the 30 day grace period before warranty would kick in. All in all, I would still recommend them. Harry gave me a great deal. Thanks.

First I would like to say that Jeff is a great account representative. I had two incidents that happen and they was there for me. (One with my air condition and the another with towing.) No problems with getting to them and the jobs was done quick. Great job!!!

Concord representatives were very professional, helpful and easy to work with in discussing vehicle service programs. I was comparing programs from three different companies and selected Concord over the others for cost and having the best value. They were not high pressure sales persons but made you feel like they were trying to help you. I would recommend Concord.

Steve was very helpful in explaining the warranty provisions and exclusions. Answered all questions and was very professional. Minor error was corrected in minutes. Recommending my brother follow up with Steve for his extended warranty needs. No third party to deal with and Steve will represent me on any claims I may have.

Just signed up today for a 5 year warranty. Our agent was Jeff ** and he explained everything very well and if the warranty works as efficiently as he did then we made a good deal. I gave 4 stars as the signup process was quick and easy and hope that the warranty works as well. Maybe we will never find out, that has been the case with our other vehicles, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

The team at Concord were very professional and the packages offered are very competitive. I canceled the policy only because it did not meet the coverage I wanted/needed. (Enhanced Electrical Coverage) My 2018 vehicle has many items installed that are not covered in the Concord Policy.

I brought a Hyundai Equus and I knew I needed to protect myself since the vehicle was six years old. I took it to Hyundai after I had it for almost a year and they determined that my transmission was bad. I contacted Concord to report the claim. They were very supportive and requested that I send in all my service receipts to prove that I took care of the car. I did what they asked and to my surprise they approved the installation of a manufactured transmission. The cost was just over $4,000 dollars. Mike and Frank were very cooperative and treated me very well. This is definitely a top notch first class company and I highly recommend them.

Had the pleasure to work with Harry last week. I sent a request to get a quote for an extended warranty and Harry followed up. After listening to two competitors “pitches”, I found the products Harry described as more detailed and in the long run less expensive. Harry was able to get me further discounts because of my prior military service and membership in AARP.

Competitive prices and promotions on warranty, but I didn't realize the "delayed start date" of my policy/account until after I already paid and received my email packed and noticed it on the start date. It is an entire 30 days from the date of purchase. It would have been nice to know that in the beginning.

My representative was very helpful and explained things very clearly. I purchased the Premium policy and was given a Military Discount of which I was unaware and very grateful for. I feel very safe with the policy I chose and really enjoyed my experience with Concord's representative. Thank you so much.

When calling Concord Auto Protect I was greeted by Alex, who was not only courteous but also very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and provided me with the best coverage available. Upon sign up he also provided me with his direct line and promised to be my personal representative if I ever needed anything.

This company breaks contracts. I send two request to talk to someone about it, and my "agent" J. **, will not respond to me after 2 request. They dropped me well after the 30 days. Bad BAD business! I will put this company all over Social Media, and might even call channel 10, from 10 on your side. SO disappointed.

We compared multiple car extended warranties, although most offer similar coverage Concord was better in coverage and in price. I will recommend Concord to anyone buying a new or used car. I will get it on my next car purchase.

I bought Concord Auto Protection for my BMW from Patrick in 2017. Patrick is very nice but at that time I was doubtful about this company since it is my first time. In August of 2018 my BMW has engine problem. Michael took care of my claim. The Concord Auto Protection paid for all the parts and labor. Michael also arranged the rental for me. Even the service manager at the BMW Atlanta Global told me the Concord is a reliable company to work with.

I must say that Concord came through with flying colors for me on my first claim with their company. Frank told me that the repair I was claiming was not specifically under warranty but he would talk to management and see what he could do. Well he came back to me to let me know they negotiated with the repair company and came to an agreement which would basically cover most of the repair and that they would pay them directly over the phone making my life a lot easier. GREAT JOB CONCORD!!!
