Harry was very helpful and not pushy. He got me the Extended Warranty Service Policy that fit my needs. He worked to get me the best deal. It has a higher auto rental coverage most companies only offered 35.00, tire coverage and could start my coverage when my factory warranty expires. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

I was happy with Harry **. He ended up getting me a good plan for the money. He was very friendly and explained everything so that I could understand all the plans. I got my phone call in a timely manner.

Purchase of auto protect policy for my son and his wife. Harry was Friendly and Helpful. I was setting this up as a gift and he was able to work everything out with no problems. He also offered me some additional products such as road hazard and lowered the required miles for policy activation to 800 miles from 1000 miles.

This company is outstanding! I used my policy several months after purchasing it and the cost of repairs almost covered the cost of the policy on my BMW. I just purchased another policy for my son's Jeep! Money well spent!

I wanted to make sure that I gave an account of today's experience and purchase of an extended warranty. I dealt with Donald ** who was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and appeared to be very knowledgeable of your products. It should be noted that Concord was the fourth company that I had called today. Because of Mr. **'s help as well as the pricing I was given, I elected to purchase the warranty today even though I had not completed the purchase of the vehicle yet. I would not typically do this but Mr. **'s assurances left me at ease. Assuming that Mr. ** is an example of how your company typically operates, I believe that any future experiences I have with Concord will be very positive.

My extended warranty with Mercedes-Benz actually expired 10/2018. As we all know, car repairs can sometimes be very costly. But my husband, Wilson, and I kept putting off the search for coverage. We didn't think we would find a company that would provide extensive auto protection at an affordable, reasonable cost until we found Concord Auto Protect. Wilson and I were very pleased with the rate for the amount of coverage provided; and we were especially impressed with the Agent, Donald ** who helped us with the purchase.

Purchased a vehicle that came with an extended warranty, called looking to see what steps I needed to take to transfer the warranty into my name. I talked to Donald who made the process extremely easy and painless. I honestly expected that I would have a difficult time but that was not the case.

My transmission needed complete replacement. And Concord honored the warranty and now my car is getting a new transmission thanks to the coverage I have with Concord Auto Protect.

I actually started with the intent to compare prices. My representive was Don and from the start he was great. He was able to explain the policy and its benefits so well that by the end of the conversation, I purchased a policy on the spot, something I rarely would do. They are not selling you a policy from a list, they are flexible and can offer you the terms that work best for your situation. I highly recommend these guys.

Great service over the phone on a quote. Jeff did a great job in providing an overview of the coverage. The speed of obtaining a quote was very good as well. Jeff also searched for incentives and found one associated with AAA.

Agent was exceptional and very helpful. He was genuine in his facts and got us a great deal. Got 2 different lower prices after questions I answered and qualified for mileage and time were increased and we are covered at one hundred percent for repairs. Am looking forward to receiving our welcome package.

Good experience except grace period wasn't explained that well. After all was said and done I was told that I had to drive a 1000 miles above and beyond the 30 day grace period before warranty would kick in. All in all, I would still recommend them. Harry gave me a great deal. Thanks.

Concord representatives were very professional, helpful and easy to work with in discussing vehicle service programs. I was comparing programs from three different companies and selected Concord over the others for cost and having the best value. They were not high pressure sales persons but made you feel like they were trying to help you. I would recommend Concord.

Just signed up today for a 5 year warranty. Our agent was Jeff ** and he explained everything very well and if the warranty works as efficiently as he did then we made a good deal. I gave 4 stars as the signup process was quick and easy and hope that the warranty works as well. Maybe we will never find out, that has been the case with our other vehicles, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

The team at Concord were very professional and the packages offered are very competitive. I canceled the policy only because it did not meet the coverage I wanted/needed. (Enhanced Electrical Coverage) My 2018 vehicle has many items installed that are not covered in the Concord Policy.

I brought a Hyundai Equus and I knew I needed to protect myself since the vehicle was six years old. I took it to Hyundai after I had it for almost a year and they determined that my transmission was bad. I contacted Concord to report the claim. They were very supportive and requested that I send in all my service receipts to prove that I took care of the car. I did what they asked and to my surprise they approved the installation of a manufactured transmission. The cost was just over $4,000 dollars. Mike and Frank were very cooperative and treated me very well. This is definitely a top notch first class company and I highly recommend them.

Had the pleasure to work with Harry last week. I sent a request to get a quote for an extended warranty and Harry followed up. After listening to two competitors “pitches”, I found the products Harry described as more detailed and in the long run less expensive. Harry was able to get me further discounts because of my prior military service and membership in AARP.

Competitive prices and promotions on warranty, but I didn't realize the "delayed start date" of my policy/account until after I already paid and received my email packed and noticed it on the start date. It is an entire 30 days from the date of purchase. It would have been nice to know that in the beginning.

My representative was very helpful and explained things very clearly. I purchased the Premium policy and was given a Military Discount of which I was unaware and very grateful for. When calling Concord Auto Protect I was greeted by Alex, who was not only courteous but also very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and provided me with the best coverage available. Upon sign up he also provided me with his direct line and promised to be my personal representative if I ever needed anything.

This company breaks contracts. I send two request to talk to someone about it, and my "agent" J. **, will not respond to me after 2 request. They dropped me well after the 30 days. Bad BAD business! I will put this company all over Social Media, and might even call channel 10, from 10 on your side. SO disappointed.

We compared multiple car extended warranties, although most offer similar coverage Concord was better in coverage and in price. I will recommend Concord to anyone buying a new or used car. I will get it on my next car purchase.

I bought Concord Auto Protection for my BMW from Patrick in 2017. Patrick is very nice but at that time I was doubtful about this company since it is my first time. In August of 2018 my BMW has engine problem. Michael took care of my claim. The Concord Auto Protection paid for all the parts and labor. Michael also arranged the rental for me. Even the service manager at the BMW Atlanta Global told me the Concord is a reliable company to work with.

I must say that Concord came through with flying colors for me on my first claim with their company. Frank told me that the repair I was claiming was not specifically under warranty but he would talk to management and see what he could do. Well he came back to me to let me know they negotiated with the repair company and came to an agreement which would basically cover most of the repair and that they would pay them directly over the phone making my life a lot easier. GREAT JOB CONCORD!!!

I purchased an extended warranty from the dealer for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $3,800 and was offered a longer warranty (100K instead of 60K and 60 months instead of 48) for $1400 less than the dealer. It really pays to go directly to the warranty supplier and avoid the dealer markups.

He even asked if I was enrolled in various membership programs that would qualify me discounts on the plan, which most associates will not do until asked. Thumbs up for the proactiveness. Michael ** alerted me that a service bulletin had been in place regarding a repair my vehicle was in the shop for. I appreciated Michael making me aware of the update. However, the thing that truly frustrated me was that I was the one who had to call the dealership repeatedly, General Motors as well as Concord. I would have appreciated Concord being the one to help bridge the interpretation gaps and coordinate the coverage since if GM didn't pay for the repairs, it would have resulted in Concord providing coverage.

Henry was great. I had been given the bums rush to buy a policy when I bought my car. I soon learned I needed to check other companies. I called Concord and Henry took such good care of me. We talked about options but I told him I still had to cancel the other policy and wasn't sure how long that would take. He gave me his direct line and I called him back and completed the change to Concord. I would, and have already, recommend Henry and Concord to others.

After doing research on extended warranties I choose Concord Auto Protect (CAP) due to coverage, reviews and cost. I bought my first policy for my 2014 Lincoln. I had an issue that had to be fixed and I took it to D&D Ford. They made the repairs and complimented me and Concord for the way Concord took care of the payment and the ease of working with CAP. I was referred to Concord by a friend who recently experienced a mechanical breakdown in her car. She told me that Concord is one of the few companies out there that actually covers customer's claims. I was faced with a $600 repair bill for a leaking rear seal on my 2012 Buick LaCrosse. However I was told that the leaking seal was not covered by my aftermarket insurance. I always purchase an extended coverage contract when buying a new car, but this was the first time I bought one online. I was helped by Jeff who was a total gentlemen and very helpful. He made sure I got the policy that made sense for me. Since I purchased my policy a few months ago, I had to make one claim, and the process was smooth and easy. Very happy customer.

Since the plan is newly purchased, we've had no cause to use it yet. And so I can't speak to the claims handling service. Hopefully we never have any mechanical issue requiring coverage! That is always the hope! But you buy coverage for the "just in case" of it... If we do have a problem, it will be very good to have the complete coverage. As to the Customer Service of getting the coverage, today I dealt with Don, and another day I dealt with Patrick. Both times I was treated courteously. I called several companies that were VERY HIGH PRESSURE on buying today. These guys allowed me to make my own decision in my own time. Both were MOST helpful in getting me covered, and answering my questions.

I was searching for a warranty company for my daughter's new car for college. I wanted to make sure she's covered so far away. That when I found Concord. They're a huge scam company. I asked the rep if I can have more time to research, he replied only for today very rudely. I find that very pushy. I found out that they have been selling warranties illegally and not licensed in any state. I will stay far away from such a scam company. Concord Auto Protect is a scam!

I am updating a review that I posted about Concord Auto Protect, a Vehicle Extended Warranty company on September 10th 2017. Due to the response that I received from the company after speaking to one of their agents, Mr. Michael **. I decided it is only fair and appropriate to update the previously negative review and make it positive. Concord thru the swift and positive actions of Mr. ** has rectified a misunderstanding between myself and the company. Concord has stepped up to the plate and hit a home run as far as I'm concerned as it applies to them standing by their warranty of my vehicle. In fact I would highly recommend Concord Auto Protect for anybody looking for extended warranty coverage for their vehicle!

I called a few other companies and Concord was definitely the most professional. Their rate was incredible too. I talked to Orin and I told him what kind of car I had and what I was looking for. He didn’t try to sell me something I did not need and he actually recommended the x-coverage for me which was at a lesser coverage so I didn’t have to waste my money. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable working with him. Concord took care of my every need and my experience had been amazing.

I googled for auto warranties and Concord came up. And then I did a ton of research, was calling a million places and I looked into all of them. Concord was the best to deal with. They kept on getting back to me and weren’t pushy at all. I filled out my car’s make and model online, Jeep 2014. They called me back, but I told them I wasn’t ready to buy it, I said I’ll call them when I’m ready and they left me alone. I called them back when I was ready and then they gave me the different options. They also went through the contract with me thoroughly and they didn't do pre-existing claims. I looked over the contract and made sure that I wasn’t missing anything. They explained it very well. And then I called them back when I was ready to sign up and did it.

I looked and spoke to a bunch of auto protection companies but I chose Concord Auto Protect because I felt the most comfortable with them. They explained to me what would be covered and the cost. I liked the coverage and the options that they offered. I signed up with them recently at a water pump sale and they replaced the one in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I already saved money with Concord and it's definitely cost-effective. It's cool and the experience was great.

I'm still in my warranty phase or first 30 days and so far, I'm doing good with Concord Auto Protect. This is my first time to have service from Concord Auto Protect and the first time also for the extended warranty. Concord provides the same kind of coverage like the other ten companies I researched but their price is the best. Their customer care was very helpful. I had an issue in paying the lump sum amount so their representative helped me out to finalize my amount and break into the monthly installment. So far, the cost compared to their quality of service was very satisfactory.

My brother uses Concord Auto Protect and they were the first people I called and I just walked in from there. I called them in the car, didn't have all the information but the rep helped me out. All the warranty people wanted me to sign immediately even if I'm the one calling them. But with Concord, we waited till the next day, then I paid almost $2,000. They did a great job and were very helpful on what I was trying to look for on the warranty. Give or take the car we put under warranty only has 20,000 miles. So I'm doing it smartly, getting ahead of the game and trying to get a warranty before the miles are too high and then the price goes up higher. They are a good warranty company for now since they did really good to get my money.

I also got quotes from three other companies and Concord’s price was competitive and they were very customer-focused. Their sales rep, Michael, was very helpful, and we round up getting some additional months so they were also very flexible in their terms. Instead of paying all at once, we worked out a payment plan. Michael also explained things properly and when I asked for additional information, he sent it to me. And he presented me with options that helped me make my decision. His interpersonal and sales skills were also very good.

I went with Concord upon the recommendation of my business partner who works for them and this is the first time I’m using them. It was an informal dealing because the rep was my friend. He just laid the packages out for me and I chose a specific kind. So far, I have been happy with my experience.

We got in touch with Concord Auto Protect and it seemed to be a good deal. It was my first time obtaining a service from them and they've been pretty good and responsive. It was easy to set all up and the times that I talked with them, they were very helpful. The cost of their service was reasonable too. We had the policy for a little over a month and we had a major part go out on the car which was the transfer case on the engine and things have been going wrong for a while. Initially, Concord said that we only had it for a month and that it was pre-existing. We went back and forth on that. It was roughly a $2,500 repair and we ended up agreeing that Concord would pay $1,000 on that and I kind of agreed with them. They're in the business of ensuring cars and since that’s what they do, we expected things to be covered although I understood that it was a pre-existing condition so I didn't feel bad about the deal.

Patrick was concise with his answers and knowledgeable. He answered questions about the hybrid battery well and what the warranty does not cover. He was able to setup a fair price. I look forward to working with the organization for the next 5 years and potentially with a future extended warranty.

Concord Auto Protect people were the first I talked to and they gave me a price which I accepted on the phone. And then somebody else called me and gave me quite a bit of the lower price. I called Concord and said, "Hey, I'm cancelling. I just got a bid that's way better, which is a $1000 less, no deductible. I'm cancelling, it's all yours." And they matched it. Their reps were great on the phone, but I haven't received my documents. They said it'll be in the mail 7 to 10 days, but it was a month ago and it goes into effect as of October. But other than that, it's been a satisfactory experience.

Signed up today for the Premium Plan. Everything was explained to me by Don. Everyone seemed so nice to explain how the plan works. Excited and have peace of mind knowing I have coverage... Will be looking forward to my information packet in the mail.

It's convenient to have Concord and they're reliable. If I had to take care of all the work myself, it would have been more expensive. It was also a thousand times easier to call them than calling Verizon. I would recommend Concord.
