Concord Auto Protect has been the best purchase I made this year. I had two repairs which was an AC system and water pump. Without the warranty plan, I would be paying a lot out of pocket and thankfully the warranty plan saved me. I would purchase another warranty plan for my next car from Concord in a heartbeat without a doubt.

I purchased the advanced plan from Concord about three weeks ago. Now with Concord, the price was right within my budget and also more competitively priced than other companies I called up as well. I like the plan because it covers enough vehicle repair-wise for me to be stress free plus the extras such as 24-hour roadside service and rental car was pretty nice bonuses. I like how the agent was not pushy and gave me more than enough time to think it over and make the purchase. Another company I phoned up was pushy and wanted an answer right away versus allowing me to think over such a long-term purchase. Overall no complaints about Concord and the staff here.

Very helpful customer service when it came to doing a claim for a repair that was needed on my Honda. I was able to get my dealership to contact them quickly and handle everything, Concord approved it the same day. I would recommend Concord Auto Protect to use as a warranty company. I already got my money's worth from the warranty plan and best part of it I did not have to pay anything out of pocket.

I'm a reasonable person. I don't think I've ever written a negative review, but it's time to warn others about Concord Auto Protect before they throw away their money. In 2020, I purchased a "Premium" auto protection plan through Concord Auto Protect. This was a $1,750 investment that I thought would help cover most repair expenses that may arise for our family minivan. This plan claimed to cover: Engine, Transmission, Drive Axel(s), Electrical, Cooling, Brakes, Dead Battery, Parts & Labor, AWD / 4x4, Steering (Manual or Power) and Heating.
In 3 years, I've submitted three claims to Concord Auto Protect, all of which have been denied. My most recent claim is the most egregious and the reason why I'm writing this review. On December 20, 2022, our minivan began to leak a significant amount of oil. The smell of burning oil was concerning enough that I brought it to the shop first thing in the morning on December 21, 2022. The shop diagnosed the issue as an oil cooler that needed to be replaced and contacted Concord Auto Protect to approve the claim so they could begin repair work.
In spite of multiple calls from the repair shop and a promised decision from Concord Auto Protect, this company did not respond with a decision until Friday afternoon, December 23rd. At that time, Concord denied the claim and left me in a situation where our family would have been without our vehicle for Christmas weekend. The shop said they've never worked with a company that was so slow to respond to a claim or give any clear answers.
Setting aside the terrible lack of consideration on the part of Concord Auto Protect, I was baffled to find that the oil cooler wasn't covered under my "Premium" Plan, which includes engine protection. From ValeoService.com "An oil cooler is a separate, smaller radiator to an engine's main radiator, which maintains an oil supply at a consistent, optimal temperature. Its purpose is to cool the oil passing through the coils, thus improving the engine and the transmission's lifetime." Somehow this vital engine component was not covered under my "Premium" Plan.
I've peacefully tried to resolve this situation with Concord Auto Protect. I've calmly explained the situation they put me in and the importance of the engine part that should be covered. 6 phone calls and follow-ups later -- all I received was a $150 "courtesy" credit. Concord Auto Protect makes BIG promises, but the reality (in my specific experience) has been quite disappointing. Find a better option if you're looking for extended auto coverage.

I have been a customer of Concord Auto Protect for some time now, I have experienced everything from signing up to the claim process and so on. Now when I had a claim their statement was true that they paid my mechanic shop over the phone via credit card same day. I have nothing negative to say because everything was always handled quickly and professionally. I would easily recommend them and there great pricing on warranty plans. They are more affordable than other warranty companies I contacted and offered just as much if not more coverage.

It has been 6 weeks and 3 calls to them. All have said a less amount every time. I call first. Was $1184 then $1148. Last call was $1124. Should be $1184 as that's what it was when I canceled and have received nothing.

I was looking for a car warranty company and contacted over four different companies within a time span of a few days. When reaching out to Concord was I helped almost instantly with to no wait time. The customer service agent was patient with me to explain various plans they offer and to figure out what would fit me and my needs the best. The plan I picked was priced right and the coverage is more than what others offered me. I am happy with the choice I made and I believe they fit the best for my needs/budget.

I have been a customer of Concord Auto Protect for over 3 years already and have dealt with the claim process and everything in-between. I have only had one claim on my BMW about a year ago which ended up being covered by them fully. The process was easy and painless unlike another company in the past that I used. When it comes to getting in touch with the customer service they are always available whenever I need them. Whenever I needed a call back they always called back when promised. I have not had any issues with my warranty plan or with any of the staff I have been in communication with in the past. Overall happy experience and easily the best pricing for a warranty plan I could find.

I feel great about my purchase for a car warranty policy through Concord Auto Protect for numerous reasons. One reason is how awesome the customer service was with explaining in detail what I am getting from them and how everything works. My brother also has a plan through Concord Auto Protect and I know they covered his repairs when he needed them. I think everything will go smooth with using them for any repairs that might be needed in the future. Also one last thing that convinced me to use them was the price was very fair. I did research into other companies but the value Concord provides was better.

Do not waste your time or money purchasing an extended warranty through Concord. Denied repairs of valve cover assembly, seals and gaskets, timing belt, water pump. I am now demanding a full refund. Should have searched other reviews before the purchase, as hundreds have gone through the same. Hopefully it doesn’t take months to get a refund like others that have requested.
The adjuster initially only mentioned the water pump and timing belt by stating it would make sense to replace them, then denied. The vehicle's main issue that it went in for and the primary claim was the cam shaft seal. This was not mentioned by the adjuster until I forced an answer, which was again denied. Prior to that my car was in for the valve cover assembly, denied after it took two months waiting for Concord to reply. Every time I receive email replies it’s always evasive. I still have yet to receive a reply from anyone I’ve sent an email to about a refund. From other reviews it looks like some are waiting in upwards of a year before they actually receive their refunds, if at all.

Sorry you are upset but the timing belt is not covered in any of our plans. There is also a request to replace the water pump as a precaution, but precautionary recommendations are not needed repairs and impose no safety issues.

I have had other friends that have used Concord Auto Protect and both of my friends love the warranty provided. I ended up purchasing a plan as well after hearing all of the good things they said about the warranty plan. The customer service was excellent with not being pushy and with answering all questions I had about the plan. I feel great about my purchase and excited to see how it works out when I have a repair that is needed.

I love the plan I bought from Concord Auto Protect recently. I went with the premium plan to give the most coverage possible for my car. I did unfortunately need one repair which was related to the Turbo and after bringing it to a local shop the estimate was expensive. After putting the shop and Concord in touch with each other the repair was covered. I cannot say anything negative about Concord when I needed a repair, they were there for me. I feel like they are a solid car warranty company and care about their customers unlike other companies. So far everything has been great and time will tell how it all works out long-term wise.

I don't remember if Jeff contacted me, or I him. What I do remember is his politeness and his concern in explaining everything so I would understand everything. One thing that came to mind, was I felt he wanted me to understand everything because your insurance company is a lot different than what I'd ran into in dealing with all the other companies I had to deal with.

Our family has two vehicles covered by Concord's amazing warranty plans. We have had numerous repairs that were needed on the Porsche and majority of them have been covered. I feel the plans are worth the money in the long run it has saved us thousands of dollars already in repairs. The customer service is always available when I needed them no matter what day or time it is. I cannot find any complaints about the warranty service provided. I would recommend Concord for anyone looking for a warranty company that is honest and helpful.

Been with Concord Auto Protect for over 4 years with two different plans. I can tell you from my experience it's awesome and everything is super easy to-do. From the process of claims to contacting customer service about billing questions or general questions. I think Concord is the best car warranty company to use and most honest by far. From what I see and have experienced they always treat me good. I will be staying with Concord for many more years to come.

Concord Auto Protect was the best priced car warranty company that I could find. Now I checked three other companies that are popular as well and the coverage to price ratio was not great. With Concord's plan they were able to offer more in the plan for a competitive price unlike other companies. I bought the plan not too long after I purchased my 2017 Acura ILX from a local dealership around here. I do believe I made the best choice to go with Concord, they offered the most value to me.

Very happy with the customer service provided by Concord Auto Protect. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns when buying the plan. I feel confident in the plan and think over time I will get value from it. I would recommend Concord for a car warranty plan because the value it provides. The price for the plan was fair and competitive when comparing to other plans that offer warranty plans. I feel a lot more comfortable driving my car knowing I have a warranty plan versus before everything repair was out of pocket. The plan I purchased was the Premium plan which was within my budget and I love the fact you get 24 Hour Roadside services and towing as well and many more perks.

I would recommend Concord Auto Protect for a variety of reasons, the main reason being the honest and helpful customer service. I seen all the positive reviews for Concord, so I decided to give them a try and purchase a warranty plan. Some odd months later I had a claim for a repair, and it was fully completed within 72 hours of the first phone call to them. This includes repair time so I can’t complain altogether, it saved me money and time for sure. The mechanic informed me Concord was quick and got it taken care of the same day my car was towed to the shop. I would recommend Concord Auto Protect and their warranty plans to everyone. I think the price of the plans are very affordable and you get more for your money than other companies offer.

Very happy with how the claim turned out for my repairs. I had two repairs that were needed, one repair was a electrical issue and the other repair was injector related. Everything was covered under the warranty which is awesome for me and it ended up costing me nothing. Been a customer with Concord Auto Protect for some time now and never ran into any problems. I have gotten repairs covered through them in the past without a single problem. I have also called them multiple times when I have questions about my plan over the years. The customer service has always been excellent and there whenever I needed them to be. I helped my grandmother with getting a repair done with the help of Concord's warranty plan she purchased. She purchased the plan over a year ago and never needed to file a claim until last week. I called up Concord with her and explained the situation and the customer service agent helped us with filing a claim and taking care of everything else. The claim did end up getting approved and her jeep was fully repaired within 48 hours of first contacting Concord. I personally loved how easy everything was for her so I ended up purchasing a plan for my truck as well. I think Concord Auto Protect is a great company and they really did go above and beyond for us.

Customer service was excellent with assisting me with my claim I put in. The repair that was needed was a large one the transmission and it was completely covered with my plan. It was a shot in the dark with the claim because of the size of repair and cost was not cheap by any means. But to my surprise, they had zero issues covering it and still telling me if there are any more repairs needed just let them know. Awesome company and they stand behind their plans unlike another company I used in the past.

Only car warranty company I trust is Concord Auto Protect from my years of being with them. They have never let me down, one repair was declined but most have been approved. I had a very problematic car before and they really did help out a lot with the repairs and I ended up selling the car. Even with my newer car, I purchased another plan through Concord Auto Protect because I think it's worth every dollar.

Michael ** lies about his extended auto warranty, declines claims, then offers to refund your money, never the amount you paid, then never refunds the money!@ You call and are told "check's in the mail", never happens. They buy the reviews that are favorable and delete all the real reviews which are mostly unfavorable! Check the Ripoff report, BBB, and Google reviews. Most Concord website reviews are favorable because they take down the ones that are not! They take advantage of senior citizens!! Avoid these scum!!

I have a plan through Concord Auto Protect and my friends does as well. I purchased my plan after hearing how Concord was easy to deal with when getting a repair and my friend said there was no hassle at all. I know when I called Concord I was helped quickly by them and it was a no pressure sale. The agent I was speaking with gave me plenty of time to talk the plan over with my wife and think about it. He even went into great detail on how everything works and how the warranty can benefit me also. The price point is affordable for me and works out perfectly for my budget.

I have been a customer of Concord Auto Protect for well over a year now and I have never had any problems with the warranty. I have had repairs in the past and they have been covered by them. Not much to say because the process was very easy and quick, they handled most of the discussion with my mechanic and minimal effort was needed from me. The agents I have dealt with have been honest and patient with me always which is nice. I have not had a bad experience to this day with Concord's warranty plan. I think the plan is fairly priced for what my car is covered for and not.

I have reached out to multiple car warranty companies and Concord has been the best option for my needs and budget. The customer service agent I have talked with has been great from the start to the purchase of the plan. He answered any questions I had and took his time explaining the entire warranty plan in great detail so I have a full understanding of everything to do with it. I have read through all the terms and I personally think the plan is great for what’s covered and for the affordable price it is. Another company that is popular on TV tried offering me a horrible deal on a plan that was overpriced, I am glad I did my research to end up finding Concord Auto Protect. I purchased a warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect not too long ago for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and it was easy todo so. The agent at Concord helped me through the entire signing up process and was helpful when answering my questions that came up. I feel confident in the plan and feel like it was worth the money for a few reasons. The main reason I feel its worth the money is knowing if almost anything goes wrong I’m covered, its good peace of mind. I would without a doubt recommend and stand by Concord as being the best warranty company for my needs. I did speak with other companies before my purchase but some were simply too pushy or not offering enough coverage for the big price tag attached. So I will be staying with Concord for long term wise without a single doubt.

My experience with getting my car repaired last week was pretty good from calling them to seeing if it's covered and so on. I was happy to find out the repair was covered without any problems. They were in contact with my mechanic and took care of everything for me. I know my friend uses another warranty company and will be switching to Concord after seeing how easy everything has been for me. I will be purchasing another plan from them for my son's car in the future when my budget allows me to.

We bought an extended warranty on 4/1/2018 for $2,500. The warranty is for 5 years or 100,00 miles. Our Jeep had 58,000 miles on it at the time of purchase. We utilized one tow charge early into our warranty life but did not need to utilize it again until October 2022. The transfer case in our Jeep was malfunctioning so we went through the proper protocols and took it to a dealership to be diagnosed. The dealership diagnosed that the transfer case needed to be replaced and provided Concord with an estimate and all the pictures required including an odometer reading. They denied the claim initially for mileage which is incorrect because we only had 129,000 miles on the vehicle, documented. This was not a clerical error, this was just their first attempt to get out of paying. They denied the price that the dealership provided to replace the transfer case from the dealership's resources to obtain parts.
We had to call daily, many times several times daily to advocate for what our warranty contract states we are entitled to. We talked to many different agents there and we always got contradicting statements. We had to talk to a manager by the name of Michael ** to get approved for them to purchase a transfer case and provide it to the dealership and they initially only approved a recycled transfer case which in my opinion is not replacing the part to original condition before breakdown and not what the contract states. Lucky for us that fell through and they obtained a refurbished one and sent it.
The dealership is charging a $300 processing and handling fee because this part is not from their normal vendors. Concord is refusing to pay this fee. I believe they should cover this fee because the only way we were going to get our Jeep repaired was if we accepted their lowball of $1,200 for the transfer case. They refused the estimate of the dealership and they chose this route to obtain the transfer case, they should pay the processing fee. Michael ** told my husband for weeks that he was working on getting that fee covered for him and then states it was denied from the board. To the best of my knowledge the buck stops at Michael ** and there is no board.
When I asked for a way to contact them to appeal the decision he provided me with a generic email that I can find on the website, I assure you no board of directors, just Michael who lies to get you off the phone. To really prove that this company is not what they say, when my shop called to get payment over the phone, Concord Auto Protects credit card was declined several times. Michael ** stated that he needed a few hours to rectify the situation, we are talking about under $1,000 and the company's credit card was declined. It finally went through later in the day but that just sealed the deal for me that Concord Auto Protect is going under and the scam artists are being exposed. Please do not get a policy from this company. You have been warned.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a warranty plan. I also love how affordable the plan was for the warranty I needed for my car. I have felt better knowing I have the plan.

We purchased a warranty from Gene ** when he told me it was a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Now 1 year later our truck needed a new casket of 4800.00 as it's deep in the engine, but while there we asked them to check the injectors all are bad but 2 so concord comes back and states it's not covered when it's on our paperwork that it's covered. I am now having to pay over 10 grand to get my truck back and this 3 grand warranty is a total joke. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD... DO NOT BUY. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

So far Concord Auto has paid nothing of a $6000 bill to replace my cylinder heads and valves. They are trying to say they do not replace gaskets but I’m not asking them to pay for the gaskets. They are telling me it my fault for overheating my truck which I never did. I have always done everything that was needed for my truck. It was my 1st new truck. I treated it like a baby. My truck temp never ran hotter than between 205 to 219 from the day I got it so when it went up to 224 I took it to get serviced. I got it back and it started going up again. So it sat in my driveway for 2 weeks until the dealer could take it in. So I never overheated it.
I am still fighting with concord auto to pay for this problem. I have only had concord auto for 25,000 miles. My truck has 102k on it and my policy does not run out until 150k. These people try to find any excuse not to pay. I have talked to my local news. They will be doing a story if this problem is not fixed. Thankfully I have friends that work for the news so this will be everywhere if this is not fixed. Please email me if you are having the same problems with these people at **.

I renewed my warranty plan this week and it went pretty smooth. I decided to renew because the price is good and the repair I had in the past was approved. I can not think of anything negative to say because the warranty plan has done what it said it would. I have not ran into any problems yet with filing a claim or calling them with any questions that may come up throughout the warranty period. The value Concord provides is well worth the money.

I think it was worth purchasing the plan when I did and long term wise I have been happy. I have tried another company in the past that is also a large company and it was a horrible experience. I purchased the premium plan from Concord Auto Protect for my 2019 Mercedes Benz E450 right after purchasing the vehicle. I have had Concord's plan on a past vehicle and it was worth the money because of the repairs that were taken care of before. With the current plan I feel more comfortable knowing I have something as protection when it comes to repairs on an expensive vehicle. Also, as a bonus I like how they offer 24-hour roadside and a rental car as well. I think the plan covers a nice variety of items on my car and the price of the plan is affordable for what I am getting. The agent that assisted me with getting the plan was helpful with explaining everything in detail for me and answering all questions that I had at the moment.

I purchased the premium plan for my 2018 BMW M3 when I bought the car a few weeks ago. I found out about Concord and the warranty services they offer because the employee at the dealership recommends them and highly recommended a warranty plan for the M3. It’s a great peace of mind knowing I have a warranty on the car now because of how pricey the car was to purchase from the start. Using Concord's warranty has been an easy experience so far. When I had a repair that had to do with the engine I was concerned it would not be covered. But to my surprise Concord had no issue with covering the entire repair at my local dealership. I was not asked by the company to leave a review, I wanted to because of how honest they were with me. I had two repairs that were needed on my Kia recently. So I went to the repair shop and got an estimate and reached out to Concord the same day which was easy to do. Then Concord needed some time for the claim which is understandable when I did in reality contact them late in the evening. The next day I was informed one of the repairs will be fully covered "the bigger and more expensive repair" and the small one would not be covered. Now after hearing them explain clearly why it was not covered I understood their reasons. I am happy with picking Concord Auto Protect.

Personally I have not ran into any issues using my warranty plan and the customer service has always been great. Paid for most premium coverage. Company used tactics to stall/ avoid payment. 2 different inspections done before claim response. Got caught lying about not getting report by their own hired third party inspection agency. Took ~1 month for a claim response. Constantly dodged phone calls, stated not getting documents or approving them. Could not find a reason to deny claim, finally after ~1 month I got a response which was only for approved "salvage" engine.
Company stated does not pay taxes per their contract. After my chosen shop stated they would not find or install a junkyard motor, concord ignored this for days and failed to find/arrange anything regarding a new motor. Could not give me a location for vehicle to be fixed, concord did not find the parts or motor required for my vehicle for my claim, did not provide any details on time estimates/coverage/part numbers/ or consequences of putting in a junkyard motor.
My original shop was a dealer which was able to source all parts new at a fair price but concord did not approve repair by them with OEM or aftermarket because concord was cheap and they "reserved the right" to use "salvage/junkyard" motor which is apparently what they refer to as "recycled parts". Also, salvage motors actually are approximately the same cost/more than the dealer was able to provide, which concord fails to understand. They have failed to provide any further details or move forward with my approved claim despite my contract stating they must arrange for repair if they do not approve it at my chosen location.

Signed up with Concord 1/21 because of the good reviews. Filed a claim 9/22, still waiting for my reimbursement check. First check never arrived, they sent a second check to me. When I called Concord the rep was annoyed. As I was speaking with him, he hung up on me. The day of my service their claims agent never got back to my auto repair shop. From 8:00 am until 4;00 pm I waited for a reply (along with the shop owner). That is why I laid out the money. Still, no help!!

I purchased an extended warranty from Concord Auto. The 1st claim was approved and paid. The 2nd claim was denied based on no coverage. I requested the policy be cancelled and refunded. I have been trying to get my money refunded for 18 months now. They do not answer the phone unless it is the sales department. They do not return phone calls. But they do put you off and pretend like there is some big board of directors that makes decisions. They took my money, sold me a bill of goods and ripped me off.

Just wanted to share my experience with Concord Auto Protection, I certainly had a bad experience with Concord Auto protection, couple of days ago I had some issue with hand brake warning single on the dashboard of my Car, technician diagnosed and found faulty parts (Calipers and Actuators) needed to replace to fix the issue. I provided the VSP# to the dealer where I went to get my car repaired. He sent a report to Concord auto protection to get their approval first so that technicians can start working. However, Concord Auto protection took around 5-6 hours to get the approval and finally they approved only a small part of the amount even after having Premium coverage and the rest of the amount I paid out of pocket.
I sent email [info@concordautoprotect.com, **]to concord auto protection with the screenshot that clearly indicates that parts which got repaired and that is mentioned in the coverage page as well, and I believed whole amount was supposed to cover by concord auto protection but no response at all even after following many times. The situation ended up working out because I used the towing feature to get it towed to my local GM dealer. The item that caused the no start situation was on recall and was covered by GM for free. I had the car towed to my mechanic and it turned out to be something small which only let the vehicle crank but not start. I purchased the premium plan because it had the most coverage, including rental car reimbursement. I live in a rural area with no public transportation or taxi service. If my car goes in for repair I have no way to get home. My car’s ABS light kept coming on so I took it to mechanic. Unfortunately, the ABS light doesn’t mean the brakes (who knew). Instead the issue is the clutch that is needed to get the car to go into each gear (essential for driving). According to Concord, the clutch is not a covered repair. Well, I wouldn’t know that since the ABS light was showing and I’m not a mechanic. Then to throw salt in the wound I learned that the car rental is not covered either.
So not only am I expected to pay for the repair I am also out of pocket for a car I had to rent just to get home. I later read online that Concord supposedly reimburses for car rental up to four days per incident. Not sure why my incident isn’t covered. I got Concord specifically because of the car rental coverage. To date, I’ve purchased coverage that won’t cover the repair and rented a car that I won’t be reimbursed for. I would have made out cheaper if I hadn’t purchased the plan altogether. I am very dissatisfied and don’t feel that I got what I paid for. I believed the good reviews and believed that sales agent. I really can’t recommend buying this protection coverage based on my first experience trying to get payment for what I thought would be covered.

I was without a car because of the repair but Concord was able to provide a rental which was awesome and helped me out so much. Could not be happier with the purchase of my car warranty from Concord Auto Protect. They have treated me great since the purchase and have helped me through the claim process once. I plan on being a long-term customer here and purchasing their plan on another car when the time comes. I have no complaints from the claim process to the customer service.

My warranty claim was processed with any time to waste. I have a 2017 BMW 5 series which was having air conditioning issues and timing is not great as it's summer. So, I brought the car into my local BMW dealership here in the Tampa area and had them figure the issue out. When they informed me about the issue and the costs, I notified them how I have Concord for car warranty. Both parties reached out to each other and handled everything for me. Within a 48-hour period, I was back in my car fixed with AC again.

My experience purchasing a car warranty plan from Concord has been an easy one a few reasons why. The main reason is the staff always makes it apparent that customer service is important to them and being there when calling also. My Husband and I have been happy with the plan and will continue to update the review as time goes on. If and when repairs happen, we will see how it goes as well. The last reason we like the plan is the price was the best around versus some other companies we checked out prior to this.

Been a long-term customer with Concord with over two separate plans purchased from them over the years. I have nothing but good things to say, I had minimal repairs but when they did come up it was covered without a hiccup. I am thankful I found a warranty company that actually cares and wants to always make sure the customer is happy. I noticed people complain about certain repairs not being covered from them and other various companies but people need to read and fully understand what they are covered for rather just assume things. That's just my advice and will recommend Concord to family.

It has been a pleasure using the warranty program plan from Concord Auto Protect. We purchased the premium plan because of the price of our newer car so it only made sense to go with the best plan we could get. So what made Concord different from our old warranty provider was being 24/7 and little to no wait time on the phone. We would wait easily 25-40 minutes with our other provider, but Concord was pretty much instant always.

I purchased a warranty plan from Concord Auto Protect about 7-8 months ago and it has paid for its self so far. It was the premium plan which Im happy I went with in the long run. My car's fuel system was having issues to the point the car was no longer able to run properly. I had it towed to the local mechanic shop I have been going to for years and they figured out the issue and gave me an estimate for labor & parts. I had them contact Concord and explain all of this to them as well and Concord approved me right on the spot and gave them a card over the phone without a single issue. The repair was fully paid for and I am back on the road because of Concord. The warranty saved me and I could not be happier with it.

I purchased the warranty about 5 months ago around the time I bought my jeep from the dealer. I asked the dealer their opinion about what warranty company I should contact and Concord was highly recommended, So I gave them a call the same day. I was assisted promptly and was given multiple options to pick from which is nice. I went with the "Premium" plan and I feel a lot better knowing I'm covered by a warranty on my jeep now. I have not needed to have anything fixed yet.

I have contacted the customer service 12 or 13 times trying to get reimbursement of work I did in my car. I have been given all the "customer service" answers with all the customer service techniques, talked with the supervisor, marked as "urgent", the department is close, the colleague is not available etc etc. Never in my life I have been deceived in that way. There is no answer that could justify the way you treat your clients but that you deceive them to purchase a service that you do not deliver. You are allowing and encouraging a client to contact you 12 times till I guess is tired and give up. Please let me know what the cancellation policy is.

I can't believe you give Concord a favorable rating. Marc ** and Michael ** are scammers. They refused to cover $6,500 in repair costs. I had two car warranties through Concord Auto Protect. When I canceled my warranties due to their shady business practices, it took three months to get my refund. I had to fight with them for weeks to get my refund. The FCC and Pennsylvania Attorney Gen. needs to investigate these scammers.

I have been in the market for an extended policy for a while and finally settled on Concord. I was able to get their highest level of coverage with an extra year for free because my vehicle, despite being 8 years old, only had 55k miles on it. The price was only a few dollars more than their closest competitor but for a shorter period of time. I had questions about 2 specific major parts that typically begin to break on my model vehicle at this stage and their agent was able to confirm coverage of the exact part before I signed the policy. I'm confident that I'll be protected should one of those major components break.

Concord car warranty is a great product. Keep in mind that it takes 30 days and 1,000 miles until it starts but after the warranty plan becomes active you are covered. Staff was very nice towards me and helped me out.
