    HORRIBLE!!!! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY!!!! Just as all the previous have said. My car has been at the shop over 30 days now. Haggling back & forth with the shop, no communication, won’t respond for days, want to send the cheapest, used parts often on back order, or not cover at all. The people who answer know nothing and “the adjuster will respond soon…” Days go by and nothing. Just a horrible nightmare of an experience with this company.

    After providing Concord with a letter from Dealshio answering all their question, 3 years' worth of maintenance records and 17 photos plus an inspection from Concord for an evaporator coil, Concord denied the claim. The claim was denied not because it was not covered, but rather Concord suggested that the coil that was remove was not the original part from the vehicle because it was removed from the housing unit. The ironic thing is that the dealership had to remove it to show the leak? Also, the photos that showed this were given to Concord after 2 weeks, yet they took 9 weeks to turn the claim down. Stay clear of this company. I had to give 1 star but they do not even deserve that...I had to pay for this repair out of my own pocket.

    Stay away from this fraud as far as you can. I would be nice to strangers on the phone too if I never had to speak to them again. Ralph wouldn’t even return my calls. There is a reason they are cheap. It is because they don’t actually have to pay out any of their income. DON’T BE FOOLED, because you will feel like one when the time comes that you need them.

    My suv been in the dealership for over 3 weeks and no luck getting fixed by them. The dealership been calling them every week, same story, they will call you back. The adjuster will email you later or tomorrow and Nothing happens... all stories every week... even the dealership is giving up on them. I had this warranty for one year and half, they take the money out of my bank account every month... when they sell you the warranty they tell you it's all covered. So far nothing fixed and my suv still at the dealership. They asked me Friday what I want to do next. Looks like they don't want to pay the bill... the attorney General in PA... is going after them for fraud. I hope they closed them down. Big fraud.

    AVOID AT ALL. COST!! I filed a claim on 7/19/24. Concord Auto (Alex **) has been dragging this out until 8/16/24. His response time is so slow. I have a Mercedes and the turbo needs to be replaced. He wants to ship my repair shop an aftermarket $300 made in China eBay turbo to put on a Mercedes. My licensed and accredited European repair shop doesn’t take 3rd party parts. Concord owes me $2875.00.

    If you are considering purchasing a service contract from this company, DO NOT DO IT. They are not legitimate. My vehicle has been in the shop for 53 days since the initial claim process began and like many others I call nearly every day and email every day and get nowhere. I have started sending all of the documents to prove I've been defrauded to the PA general attorney for their ongoing litigation against them. Save yourself the headache and steer clear!

    BE AWARE!!! COMMUNICATION WITH ADJUSTER AND MANAGEMENT IS MINIMAL. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. Supporting the customer is not top priority. They will shortchange you on coverage and make every attempt to not cover claim. Concord Auto Protect is not the company they claim to be. Alternator went out on a 2018 Dodge Journey. You would think no big deal, just an Alternator. However, the cheap part Concord is trying to source has been on backorder for 30 days. Repair shop has part available but adjuster will not approve cost as they are trying to do repairs as cheap as possible. So, for less than 300-400 dollars, they are ok with having a family without a car for over a month. This is definitely not how customer service is handled.

    Four months ago the check engine light indicated there was a faulty IAT sensor. I fulfilled all requirements of my Concord warranty and have been roadblocked at every one of my more than a dozen calls to them and submissions to them. Dealership gave up trying to work with them and had me pay then ask for reimbursement. After 2 months of 'communications' they approved me for little more than half of the repair cost. They still have not provided reimbursement, the 'supervisor' will not return calls and the hard to understand (heavily accented) 'customer service' reps have no interest in letting me know the status of the claim.

    Updated on 05/30/2025: It is now more than a year and.... NOTHING! These creeps are CROOKS!

    Original: I purchased a Premium policy for my vehicle when my warranty was due to expire. They were great to deal with while purchasing the policy. Unfortunately that ended once I actually needed to use the policy. They confounded my Dealership with numerous requests for more information about the issue. They never seemed to be able to decide if they would honor their policy without more and more input. Then, they suddenly became impossible to even contact. Fortunately for me BMW honored my repair through their own warranty which covered the item even though my warranty was expired.

    At that point my real problem with Concord started. I decided to trade in my BMW and purchased a new car. With no need for an extended warranty I contacted Concord to cancel my useless policy. They told me I would be receiving a refund of about $1100. That was three months ago! I have been told the check was being mailed to me, but when I hadn't received it I called back and this time I was told it was in for review. I requested to speak to a manager and was connected to his phone but had to leave a voicemail. This same thing happened two more times and I have yet to receive a call back. It is now three months and....nothing!!!!

    I spent $2600 on a 10 year warranty and the company is not returning calls or emails. A quick search shows many of their customers having the same issue. This is not a trivial amount and would qualify as a felony if it was a robbery. I want a refund.

    Absolutely the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. My claim was denied and I could not afford to fix my vehicle. I had to get rid of the car so I canceled my extended warranty for a prorated refund. I was told this would take up to 2 weeks to process the refund and that they would mail a check. After waiting over 3 weekd and still no check... I called to follow up and was told "the check was in the mail"... after 1 more week and still no check they said they reissue after confirming it had not been cashed.

    After 2 days and no return call I call again..."Oh.... we are switching software so.... we will just send it to your debit card you paid with".?? I explained that acct was closed. They took my new debit card information.... I was told it would post to my account in 48 hrs. After 2 more weeks of me calling (and no calls back) I was told they sent 4 separate payments... 2 to my new debit card, 2 to my closed acct? After 2 weeks I got 2 pmts to my new cars (half of my money) as for the other 2 payments to the closed account?? I was told to take it up with my old bank....I did...

    My bank received 1 payment that had to be sent to and processed by a certain department... so eventually I got that payment. I called them to tell them they had sent only 1 payment to my old account not 2 and gave them the contact info for my bank so they could verify this with them.... they did not so after 3 trips to my old bank... so much frustration...repeated follow up calls, emails, inconsistent information from Concord Auto Protect I am still owed $300. I has been over a year. Not ONCE did they make an outgoing call to me EVER

    DO NOT BUY FROM ("CON"cord) CONCORD Auto Protect!!!! MY van has been sitting at the dealership waiting for the ok to do the repairs. The first day we could not even get someone to answer the phone! Since then we have been given the runaround big time. I even had customer no=service hand up on me. Other time I was left on hold 20-30 min. They also told the dealership they would have to use parts that they would send not the factory parts! DO MAKE MY MISTAKE. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! As of today 07/19/24 I have been waiting 2 weeks! No end in sight!

    If zero stars were an option, it will be my first option. Concord Auto Protect has poor customer service. I have to wait a month to receive a passive response for each concern/claim. I am also told in such small conversation, that I am not eligible to utilize the extended warranty after I purchased it. The staff is absolutely non-informative but can kindly take the customer's hard earned money just to find out that your vehicle will not be serviced properly. I am also told that a refund minus a cancellation fee (for the amount not stipulated in the agreement) cannot be documented immediately and sent by email in the form of a receipt upon the customer's request. The go to answer is a passive response to neglect the customer and not do as said.

    This company does NOT value the Business and Professions Codes and absolutely have no grounds for ethics on behalf of their customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Customers should not be acknowledged with apathetic tones from the start of every phone call from every servicing representative besides the sales department.

    30 YEAR VETERAN POLICE OFFICER. I purchased a plan, had a breakdown and was told it was covered. Waiting for over 6 months after being promised payment. Felony theft of $1,832.00 that I paid them. The company flat out will not pay you.

    Can we just all come together and file a lawsuit against this company. I have all phone calls recorded and emails saved. Paid for the policy upfront, they don't want to cover the repairs, they don't want to pay for a rental car, they didn't send the part and after I have canceled the policy, they still didn't send my refund. The one star is just because I had no other option to submit my review. My actual and real rating for them is very poor and negative.

    Scam. Check BBB and Google. They will deny any claim and then they will try to give you a fraction of the cost when you keep complaining. My dealer said the work that was done on my car is covered by all extended warranty companies, they should not deny the claim. This type of reviews is all over the internet. You are warned.

    Prior to Concord Auto Protect transferring ownership I had good service. Currently I have been calling for two months daily trying to reach a supervisor Michael ** to discuss a claim. They refuse to call back or even email back. Do not use Concord Auto as there is no way to speak with someone if you are having an issue. They are only covering/using/approving the cheapest parts available. Even when it’s a safety issue. You pay a higher premium for your more expensive car, but they won’t cover authentic parts for the car to be fixed. Very upsetting and bad business practice.

    I do not recommend dealing with this company at all, I would give them a zero but it's not on the scale, they are a bunch of liars , they'll never call you back nor answer emails but if you call to open a new contract you'll be greeted well and can get something done because they want to TAKE your money. I canceled a policy back in March 2024 because I traded the vehicle in. I was told that I would receive my refund within 30 days but didn't so I called and was told that I would receive it by Zelle within 5 days. That didn't happen. This is a ripoff shady business and they should lose their license to operate. I WOULD NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.

    A claim was filled and it took over a month before small portion of claim processed. Very limited communication. I was told to submit my rental car receipt and it’s been a month since it was submitted for reimbursement. On April 28 I wrote an email to cancel my policy, I also sent a letter that was returned undeliverable (the address used is same on my contract). I have sold my car, the new owners do not want the extended warranty. Thursday May 9, I left voice mail messages for Gene **, Michael **. I asked to have my call returned asap. No one called me back. I want my $250 rental car coverage payment sent to me and the refund of the policy ending effective April 28. You have a very unhappy customer, my next step is contacting Secretary of State and the Insurance Commissioner for the Commonwealth of PA .

    Before choosing Concord Auto Protect, I suggest you check with the BBB of PA. I am adding my comments to both Concord Auto Protect and the BBB. My experience in the past has been good with my Premium Plan, I had a claim in June of 21 that was settled by Concord at 75% of my actual cost. I was pleased with the service and turnaround. I renewed my Premium Service Plan in July of 2023, paying all in advance. In addition I encouraged my Daughter to sign up as well. Well, around the 1st of April of 24 I lost my AC Compressor and Condenser and took my car into an auto repair shop. I provided all the information for Concord Auto Protect. The repair shop contacted Concord and provided a detail list of parts and labor being charged to me. What should have been a quick turnaround has turned into a nightmare.

    My current claim has been handled poorly as evidenced by the many calls and one-sided email communications I have sent to provide and request information. The claim reimbursement had been approved on April 5 for about 33% of the actual cost I had to pay. As of May 6, 2024, I have not received a check nor any replies to my inquiries. BBB says Concord Auto Protect has been experiencing a backup of pending cancellations and refunds and are working through such delays. I hope they resolve their problems and respond to my claim quickly. Until then, I can't give any other recommendation than NO. There is a mention that Concord has changed their name and move to NY. You might want to research further before making a decision on Concord Auto Protect.

    Do not believe any of these sites telling you this is a legitimate company, it isn’t and shouldn’t even be legally open. They treat their customers horribly, ignore, and stonewall you until you give up. Submitted my “claim” to someone after a phone call he emailed me and requested the estimate. I sent the estimate and all of a sudden no one knows anything about it and can’t help. They then say the claim was never opened but are unwilling to open a claim. After a while they just transfer you immediately out or hang up without answering. Don’t waste your time or money this company is a scam.

    Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I have been a client of Concord Auto Protect for the past three years and thankfully, never had to use them until last month and my car had to stay in the auto workshop for 7 weeks. I was without car for 7 weeks because they couldn't approve $1300. They also did not pay for my rental. Buying the policy was very easy and renewing even easier as everything was done through text message all in 30 minutes. However, during the past 7 weeks, I would call them daily, send emails, send emails to their managers, however, I would get no response. You can never go past their first level phone support, as they are not allowed to pass the line to 2nd level. Auto adjustor would also not respond to emails, remember you are not allowed to talk to him, only the first line call support can. Stay away from Concord. They are not a good company to do business with.

    As I write this it is 4/17. I began the claims process on 2/20. I have emailed multiple times, I have called multiple times through 3/19, when I made a final email plea for some response on the claim. When I call, I'm told an adjuster will call me back "today". No one has called. No one has emailed. I am out the money I paid for a protection plan that will not even respond to me. IF they denied the claim, saying the repair wasn't covered, although the part is listed on the contract, I would be upset but might understand if there was a reason. But, they are refusing to even discuss the necessary repair, which was safety related and had to be done eventually without them. So they are guaranteed to reject it now. Buyer beware! I was fooled by the positive reviews. I am so disappointed. I wasted $2,300 on false promises because of smooth talking con men. Don't make my mistake.

    I have Concord Auto Protect Premier Coverage. On Nov. 20, 2023 I had a covered repair. They paid for the part but did not reimburse me $160 for the labor, which both the parts and labor were covered under the policy. I’ve called and emailed and had Business Consumer Alliance company try to contact them and got no response. I’m stuck with a $1500 warranty that doesn’t pay for auto repairs. Here is the last of several emails: "Alex, Are you ever going to reimburse me for $160 or do I have to take legal action. If you don’t want to pay me then refund my prorated difference and I’ll take my business somewhere else! Pete **"

    Like countless other victims, I was bamboozled by sweet talking salesman Gene **. He will make unrealistic promises and concessions, which in hindsight were too good to be true. I was hoping otherwise, but my experience turned out to be exactly like what many other reviewers described happened to them. The very next day after having my credit card charged for over two-thousand dollars, I was shocked to find so many reviews (trust pilot, yelp, google, BBB) detailing horrible experiences with Concord. I contacted them right away to cancel and request a full refund. This was the next day, well within their "30-day" money back guarantee clearly stated on their website. That was one of the reasons why I reluctantly agreed to hand over my credit card info. Gene even said during his call with me, "just lock this great deal in now and if you change your mind or find a better deal, just cancel within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked."

    That day, they actually responded that my policy had been cancelled and to expect a refund within 7-10 days. This was stated by Gene **, and also verified by manager Steven **. It's been well over 2 weeks now and no attempt at a refund has been made. I have repeatedly tried to contact them and they either don't answer, put me on hold, transfer me several times, or hang up on me! They even tried to tell me that they have no record of my policy # or transaction with them! I have started a claim with my bank and filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, Pennsylvania Attorney General, and Philadelphia consumer protection. I have also filed a police report. There are reports going back years of these people defrauding victims. I cannot believe they are still allowed to continue to operate!

    They bribed me too take down my review and failed too fix my car as promised. My first repair was a six hour labor job, rack and pinoin. It wasn't finished for five weeks due to Concord. Second repair, alternator. Took two weeks without my car.. Third repair, the alternator they sent failed. It sitting in the dealership for the past eight plus weeks, and they still won't let the dealer fix it. The part hasn't arrived yet, 8 weeks so far. I'm still waiting for parts from Concord. They seem to always buy the cheapest parts available. By the way, I told them what the problem was. As I was an ASE Certified Master Auto Technician, they had me pay the dealer to diagnose it anyway. They didn't believe me. They don't care about their customer's needs. Every time I call, they put me back on hold and hang up on me. It's not worth buying insurance from this company.

    Updated on 05/03/2024: This place is a total scam!!!! I purchased the Premium policy, filed a claim 3 months ago paid out of pocket still waiting to get paid. I have called multiple times and they continue to lie to me. I have talked to different people and transferred to Mike's answering machine. I left multiple messages and no return call!

    Original: I purchased a Premium warranty with a $100 deductible. Took my car to the dealer to get fixed. The total bill was $388.51. When I filed the claim at first I was told they don’t pay for diagnostics and were only giving me $151. When I told them I wasn’t charged for diagnostics then they said one of the 2 parts were not covered. They just give a different story and have not paid anything!!! I was told Premium was the best coverage so every part should be covered.

    This is a total scam. I got my policy in 08/2023. My car broke down. According to the policy it's supposed to be covered. No agent reply the phone. They only have an answering service. No one calls back to me or my mechanic. After numerous calls answering service person admitted that company is " changing ownership" and "reply to emails when they can.". It's been 2 weeks. No calls, no emails. Policy state they cover rental and no repairs without authorization. So I have no car. It's a scam. Answering service admitted that they will never call back or pay. They just collect money from new clients and pocket them.

    I'm writing this review to hopefully save somebody the stress that I have endured due to this unprofessional company. I will keep writing reviews until I get what was promised to me when purchasing my auto protection plan. At the beginning of January 2023 I bought 2 auto protection plans simultaneously thinking I was getting peace of mind. One was for a 2013 Dodge Challenger and one was for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. At the end of February I felt the Chevrolet Malibu was not shifting correctly so I brought the car in to the service department of Celebration Chevrolet dealership. The service department then informed me there is transmission issues. Following that we emailed the service department our protection plan from Concord Auto Protect.

    Concord Auto Protection requested a specific list of documents to move forward with the repair. We along with the service advisor at the chevrolet dealership provided each and every requested document. We have called every other day, Concord Auto Protect refuses to return my phone calls, repeatedly disconnect my phone calls or tell me they will have a manager call back that never does. It appears they are trying to get out of taking responsibility for their Auto Protection Plan. They are not upholding their responsibilities of what they sold me and I paid for both protection plans in full.

    1st incident (1.04.2023). Had to get my starter replace and was told to get after market part for the starter and I wanted OEM. I ended paying about 900$ and Concord paid 700. I paid for the car rental and towing. Concord stated that they would cover that in the contract. I picked up my car and a day later the dealership called me and said that concord was holding payment because I left a 1 star review on Google for them. I had to take it down so they release the payment to the dealership (which is illegal). 2nd incident. My water pump went out 1-9-2024. I had to get it replace. The dealership called 4-5 times and email the company. No response from them. I ended up paying for the repair.

    They wanted to purchase the broken parts then ship them to the repair shop. After 2 weeks of trying to get my vehicle repaired. I paid out of my pocket. In November of 2023 I cancelled my contract. I was told they would refund the balance. Since then I have received anything and can't get thing done. I contacted them by phone and email, so far NOTHING.

    This company is a scam! Do not do business with these guys! After 1 month I realized this company is not what they appear. After cancelling my "warranty" 40 days in I requested a refund ($2050.00). I was told I would have it in 30 days. It has now been 8 weeks. Mike ** and Gene ** will not answer the phone or return calls. I have issued complaints to the BBB and PA Attorney General office. Hoping more people avoid this company to put them out of business and owners in prison.

    WORST COMPANY EVER! STAY AWAY! RUN! They drag their feet to process a claim to the point that you do not have a car, my garage called them and they too were given the runaround. Their claims adjustor Alex ** ( a joke of a human) took days to respond to emails, apparently has no phone to call back and cannot answer questions. Additionally, they tried to blame me and say I was not maintaining my car (they thought they were emailing my garage and talking behind my back, that's how smart they are, but they were emailing me directly) but I was happy to send them all my records to prove them wrong. When they finally agreed to send an inspector to see my car, they continued to delay the inspection, by weeks! There is one inspector in the entire region. The inspector continued to have issues and could not show.

    Finally, on a Friday, I was fed up and canceled my service with them and put my repairs on a CC. Sunday, (mind you they have told me they do not work weekends the entire time I had been trying to communicate with them myself, and my garage received an email stating that the inspector would be coming that Monday (how convenient after I already canceled). Luckily, I had email proof to back up when I canceled my policy with them and requested a full refund -per my contract with them.

    To date (1/2/24) I have yet to receive my refund, I have called, I have emailed, I have done everything possible but cannot get my money back. This is a joke of a company and they just steal money from consumers and do not honor their contracts. The positive reviews on here are bots and employees, do not trust them!! I am unsure how they are even still in business at this point. I have all my email communication and phone records. I am happy to share to prove the number of phone calls and emails I have sent to them should they try and dispute this claim. Keep your money and sanity, stay way!!!!

    Purchased warranties for two cars. Cost was $2700 and $2900. First claim was not covered even though it was not in the exclusions. Customer service was non existent. When I did speak with various agents they were not helpful and sounded like idiots. Countless emails were not replied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.     I bought an extended warranty for 1575.00 on my 2014 Chrysler 300S. I have/had not filed a claim and was good until July of 2024. I had 2 "engine" type repairs that totaled 1600.00 and after taking almost a week to respond after calls from repair shop and myself I got them to send email declining coverage saying it was not covered. Repeatedly asking for Supervisor, Manager someone in charge I got nobody to get on the phone or respond. DO NOT BUY/USE THIS COMPANY FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE!!!! Also good luck understanding the people answering the phone and dealing with as it is obvious they have farmed out responses to a foreign country.

    This is better called scam warranty! I and highly reputable auto shop have been trying to get them to pay for failed parts that are clearly listed on the policy and they not only refuse to cover any of them (making stupid excuses) but they refuse to have the adjuster pick up the phone to call the shop... The adjuster says "sorry I don't have a landline to make outbound calls". The supposedly supervisor also refuse to make any calls or get on the phone. I have bought and paid for "premium" coverage for over $2590 and they've haven't paid any cover repairs at all. Now I'm going to have to sue them and report them to BBB and Consumer Affairs. Don't do business with the thieves!

    I have had two claims covered by Concord Auto Protect over the past year. I can't complain because the car was repaired and the repairs were paid for... Overall nothing wrong with the warranty plan and the value is there for me. One claim was approved faster than the other but again it was approved so doesn't matter to me.     As others note, no issues with purchasing. Problem is with claims. Use salvaged parts that are not comparable to replaced. Then give your shop 75% of cost to you. Over 3 weeks to get it settled. Poor communication on delays. Repair shop had another warranty provider give OK on repairs in 6 hours with a remanufactured transmission.

    Super easy to get my repair done and to be able to use the warranty plan I got from Concord months ago. The repair needed had to do with my transmission which was a sensor only.     Thankfully I purchased the warranty plan prior to needing repairs on my car. I needed two repairs done on my car this year already which were not small repairs by any means.     Concord Auto Protect does not abide to their policy for covering the full auto insurance claim. They will tell you that they will only cover some parts and give you a very minimal reimbursement no matter how high you paid for the repair cost. No one from their team is diligent enough to call their client in the event that you have problems and would not agree on the terms that were not stated in their agreement.

    I stand by Concord Auto Protect and their amazing customer service. Now when I had a repair they were there for me and assisted me with everything. The agent I spoke with was helpful and did everything he could with my situation. On a good note the repair I had done on my Jeep was in fact covered by the warranty plan and even the tow also. This warranty plan really saved me this time around and saved me money on both the tow and repair that was needed. I am happy to say the warranty plan was well worth the investment at the time.     The quality of the warranty plan from Concord has been great for a few reasons. The main reason Is when I needed to use the plan for a repair a few months back it was covered. Now it was easy to file a claim and go through the process which was surprising to me. The next reason is the customer service agent simply did his job and made sure I was taken care of repair wise and even going out of his way to follow up with me after the repair. It's hard to find a trustworthy company but for me Concord has been it.

    This company has more excuses and will delay being for repairs! My vehicle was in the shop for almost a week because Concord was going through phone upgrades and not getting the right paperwork! I have had 2 other extended warranty programs before Concord and they were way better and almost no hassle! You call during a weekday and they will drag their feet to cal you and make a payment! Also Concord will try to pay you off to remove bad reviews! Just stay wary from this company!

    With my situation I cannot complain about anything. I have been a customer of Concord for over a year now and this is my second warranty plan through them. With my first warranty plan through them for my old car I had no repairs "thankfully" and only had a lockout situation which was taken care of. Now with second warranty plan on my newer vehicle I had a minor issue with my cars cooling system I noticed on a very hot day recently here. So I reached out to both Concord and the mechanic and it did take a few days for my mechanic to diagnose it. But the labor and parts were covered by the plan. Concord made everything easy as possible for me, which is awesome of them.

    I had one repair that was needed which was related to the transmission which gave out randomly. Now I have the premium plan which covered the tow for the car to the mechanic shop I have been going to for years. Once there the mechanic went through and it was in fact the transmission when I heard the news I put Concord and the place in touch which each other. The plan really did save me with a huge bill and Concord had zero issues covering the repairs that were needed to get me back on the road.     Just bought my warranty plan from Concord auto protect yesterday morning. When I spoke with them they gave me the best pricing and the fairest coverage versus another company I spoke with. I think for the price it's worth it and I have already experienced paying for repairs on previous vehicles so this was the right choice to make. Some major repairs like a transmission alone are very expensive so the warranty plan seems a lot more affordable when I compared it to other repairs that would cost substantial amounts of money.

    Terrible customer service when you actually need to make a claim, and they do not honor their warranty. I will be referring Concord to the better business bureau. I have been waiting a month for them to fix my car and the parts still haven’t arrived.. I paid $5,000 for the premium package. Save your money or try Fidelity instead. My Mercedes dealership recommended Fidelity as better to work with.

    Super happy that my repair was covered by the warranty plan through Concord Auto Protect. The staff went really above and beyond for me to handle my claim within 24 hours. The selling point was all the extra perks on top of the repairs being covered such as 24/7 roadside service and how the plan is transferable to a new car if I purchase one.     I got the Advanced plan from Concord about 5 months ago for my Honda. I don't personally believe anything major will be broken on my car hence why I purchased a Honda. But as a back up plan I did buy the warranty just for complete protection. I have only needed the plan once so far for me being locked out of my car which it did in fact cover. Overall it was pretty painless and the agent was helpful with handling everything for me. I have not needed any repairs yet so I can not talk about that yet.     Would recommend the car warranty program to friends and family. I have been happy with everything that the warranty plan offers. I have used the towing feature of the warranty plan to get my car to my local mechanic, there was no cost for me. I needed to get my transmission re-built or replaced at my mechanic shop after the tow hence that's why it broke down. But Concord assisted with everything more than enough, the value of the warranty program was great for me.     Purchased a premier level auto service warranty from Concord Auto. Have been trying to get my car fixed for three weeks. I have made 7 calls to Concord and have gotten the same story from all different associates. The first call was concerning the dollar amount the contract would cover parts and shop labor. Called second time to verify a new email was sent to the mechanic shop for increased time and verify new dollars for mechanical services. 3 call to verify that second call was acted upon. 4 call to verify parts were ordered. 5 call to Concord to complain about follow through and getting things done. 6 and 7 called made to verify parts were ordered. Parts have still not been order.

    Associate again told me he would call the shop and get parts ordered. Waiting on clarification that parts have been expedited to mechanic repair shop. Totally frustrating. Not one associate can explain why this claim has not been followed upon when they tell me it will all be taken care of. They don’t have a zero in the scale. That’s what this company deserves.

I have had a few claims and for the most part, I was assisted nicely from the staff and my costs were very little to none.     I had purchased the premium plan from Concord Auto Protect months ago and with my luck I needed a repair on my car which involved my fuel system. As a shot in the dark I had my mechanic shop contact Concord and see if the plan would cover anything in the repair or not.     I have been a customer for 1 year and when it was time to use the warranty from Concord, it never happened in less than 2 weeks. You heard me right, the work to be done took more than two weeks. customer service never responds. The adjuster Alex was non helpful either making it difficult to reach him daily. Josh ** was the supposed manager who just went MIA after I tried many times to reach anyone. I was stuck with no car and no rental. Nothing happened until I hired a lawyer. Don't trust anyone from this company!!!!

    If I could give no stars I would. This service was absolutely horrible! My transmission went out when we were out of town at my son's basketball game. We dropped it off at Chevy on a late Saturday, they gave us a rental and we started following up on Monday with Concord. Chevy reached out for several days, finally they got ahold of someone that stated they needed pictures of the issues and the codes on the car. Everything was sent over and 3 days went by with no follow-up. I called every day for 30 days, spoke with several Managers just to tell me it was still under review.

    Finally on day 35, a rep told me the case had been denied and they would only give me $250 dollars. I inquired to why when this is an item that is listed to be covered on my warranty and he proceeded to say the transmission is to be flushed within the 1st 45000 miles, I explained I did not own the car at that time frame that I purchased the car with 58,000 on it.

    I called Chevy and this is not something the manufacturers recommends so I asked to where they are getting their information from (And they asked when you sign up what's the mileage) never was I told or is there anything in writing stating this. The Concord rep proceeded to get rude and told me there was nothing he can do for me. As of today I have paid for a full transmission replacement and the car rental they claimed to cover at a total of $8975.00. I still have not received a follow-up call or the $250 they claimed to cover. This place is a joke, do not get their service. They will find every way not to cover your car.

    My car which is a BMW M5 needed front thrust rod bushings replaced which I would not consider a major repair. Regardless I contacted my mechanic to confirm the issue and inspect the problem and then reached out to Concord's staff about it. The repair was paid for by Concord by the next day. I cannot complain about my experience because the warranty covered the repair/parts. I will update this review if I have any other repairs or a change in experience with Concord. Well worth the price for the warranty plan as well.

    I purchased the premium plan a while back and finally got to use it last week for two repairs on my car. Everything was covered for me which was awesome.     On 09-09-2022 we took out 2010 GMC Acadia in for routine tire rotation and were advised by the mechanic that the front brakes needed to be replaced including calipers. The repairs were made for a total cost of $361.99. On 09-12-22 we submitted a claim to Concord Auto Protect and after repeated phone calls and emails finally received approval on 11-03-22. Since then we have made several phone calls and emails following up on payment and as of 02-28-23 we have yet to receive payment.

    I purchased a warranty in 2019 for my 2015 Audi. The suspension and engine needed work this year in January. Concord claim adjustors had me produce receipts on all service, which I gave them and almost 2 months later, my car is still in the shop waiting on Concord to approve the repairs needed. I'm calling them daily to be told they will call me "tomorrow". As of today I am seeking legal relief, due to a breach of contract.

    I shopped online and spoke with a lot of different companies and agents. Concord Auto Protect was the best car warranty policy for my VW Beetle. I’m a retired veteran and I’m in a budget.     We purchased the largest warranty plan Concord offers to help give us the most coverage possible for our large purchase of a vehicle. The coverage has been excellent and we have had zero problems with it when we have used it. There has been two separate times where a repair was needed and it was paid for by Concord. The other time we used our coverage was for a dead battery situation which also ended up in our favor.     I own a 2016 BMW M5 and had a large repair that was needed which was estimated to cost well over 4k. I contacted Concord Auto Protect right away with the estimate and had the opportunity to file the claim at the same time as speaking with them. Within 3 days I had answer and was able to proceed with the repair. I do understand the time that was needed because they did have to contact my local BMW dealer where the car I was and discuss the repair with them.     Read your contract. Nothing electrical. My SiriusXM went out. Fixed? Nope. Oil sensor fails. Fixed? No. Some exclusion about no wire harnesses or harness will be covered. Fuel sensor covered? Yes. Oii sensor? No. So, for 2K, I didn't exactly get a lot of needed coverage.. 1/3 on claims. (A $450 broken door actuator was repaced.) 2 stars out of 5.

    The warranty plan covered my transmission being fixed and functioning as it should again. I was worried about the claim but Concord pulled through and was able to approve the claim and even got the mechanic shop paid the same day. I had my car back a lot quicker than I expected and it all because of Concord and their amazing staff.     I purchased a used vehicle with under 30,000 miles and in pristine condition for my wife for Christmas. I didn’t anticipate any repairs would be needed for years to come, but because the car was beyond the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty I wanted to make the gift even better for her by purchasing the top-of-the-line warranty from Concord. This was my first time buying one, and decided giving it a try even though the industry has a bad reputation. Unfortunately, when we took the car to the dealer to get a spare key made, the service tech came outside to greet us while the car was still running noticed an odor coming from the exhaust and suggested we get it checked.

    We were past the 1000-mile/30-day exclusion period, but Concord denied the claim even though the service tech said it was a common failure on this car that was usually covered by aftermarket warranties. The reason for denial given by Concord was this: “…these issues are no doubt pre-existing and have been in the deterioration process prior to date.“ That very same statement could be made for any future repair needed for a used vehicle, and become Concord’s justification to legally deny a claim. I’m very disappointed with my first ever aftermarket warranty experience.
