I sold my car to Carvana and it was the most pleasant experience of car buying/selling. I entered all my vehicle information online and got an offer from Carvana within minutes. Interacted with their support team on the whole process and it was surprisingly very pleasant. No haggling, no waster hours at the dealership, no stress selling. Simple process, you enter the details, accept the quote (if you like), upload required documents, schedule a pickup date and time and Voila! The Carvana agent was super friendly and was dot on time. I will definitely think of Carvana the next time I want to buy/sell a car. Best, MAK

So this is a general rundown of my overall experience with Carvana and SilverRock. To save time I won’t even talk about the first car I got from them because I returned it within six days. (It had undisclosed damages). This review is geared towards the vehicle that I have now which I have had for a total of nine days. When I went to go pick up the Jaguar truck, I noticed three chips in the windshield. I told Carvana right then and there and they told me to call the warranty company SilverRock. SilverRock said they will not cover chips in windshields. I got this vehicle on a Wednesday, by Saturday night the engine light came on, the warranty company, SilverRock, obliged it to me, taking the vehicle to a Jaguar dealership to get inspected, they found a bevy of problems that the Warranty refuses to take care of so let’s do a quick rundown..
1 the O2 sensor went bad so it had to be replaced, and the air filters were terrible so those had to get replaced, the warranty company did cover those repairs, however, I had to rent a vehicle while they were working on my car and for the two days that was $376 out of pocket. While they were doing the inspection, they noticed that my brakes were dangerously bad, they took pictures of the brakes, sent that information into the warranty company, letting them know that it is dangerous for me to be on the road with those brakes, and the warranty company refused to pay for those repairs which come out to a total of $4800 that I have to pay out-of-pocket.
The car was advertise for $24,000, however after financing I’m paying over $56,000! Yes that’s right $56,000. Look at the pictures I attached. It’s sad that Carvana does not disclose damages during the sales process, and was even worse is after you made a sale with them they completely delete all of that information from your account so you cannot even go back and compare. However, I noticed that happening when I had the first vehicle so this time around I made sure to take a Screenshots. There was no disclosure of the chips in the windshield, body damage, or brakes being so far damaged. So for something that I thought was $24,000, I’m looking at about $60,000++. It’s very unfortunate.
What’s even more upsetting is that they chose to partner up with a warranty company that has absolutely no care. If the consumer is driving a faulty vehicle, they could ultimately kill them on the road. I traded in my SUV for this new SUV and they only offered me $309 for an SUV that has zero damage. Customer service with Carvana was great as far as the upbeat attitude of the employees, however, customer service with their warranty partner, SilverRock is a completely different story. They are rude, negligent, and overall don’t care to hold themselves or Carvana responsible for omitting details Prior to purchase.

I will not purchase another vehicle from Carvana and would not recommend Carvana to anyone. When we first approached the vehicle we noticed it was missing the side fender and there was a hole in the front of the car as a result. The field advocate didn't seem very concerned and filed a claim for the missing piece. Then after a short test drive we specifically asked our field advocate if we needed to note every issue with the vehicle. He told us no and that we should do all that from our Carvana dashboard when we got home.
When we got the vehicle home we inspected it and noticed hundreds of fine surface pits on the windshield consistent with sandstorm damage. (We thought it was just grime when we picked it up, but when we tried to clean them, they would not come off.) The hood of the vehicle also had pits and had obviously been repainted and then overbuffed. (Likely from the same sandstorm.) We immediately started a chat with Carvana who told us to file a claim but that the glass likely wouldn't be covered. We filed the claim and sure enough Carvana covered the hood but not the windshield. The people in the chat basically said glass isn't covered and to file it on insurance.
There were other issues with the vehicle as well that we didn't even bother claiming such as scratches on the windows and undisclosed small dings and scratches on the rest of the vehicle. The tinting on the front windows is also not legal for my state. Basically the outside of the vehicle was not as represented and was a major disappointment. If we had gone to a regular dealer we would have passed on the vehicle. We decided to keep the vehicle as it seems to run fine and we didn't want to go through the hassle of a return, but we feel as though Carvana pulled a "gotcha" on us. If you purchase from Carvana, inspect every inch of the vehicle at pickup including the windshield.
We apologize your vehicle arrived with more wear than anticipated. A 150-point inspection is conducted on every car to ensure that it meets our high standards and we do notate the 3-5 most prominent cosmetic blemishes. Thank you for sharing your experience and If you have additional questions, please use our 24/7 chat service.

I have use websites before to look at cars and even chose many vehicles based on what was available on the site but this is the first time I was able to complete the entire purchasing process online in less than an hour. The selection was great and what you see is what is available. No gimmicks or changes when you get to the dealership. The process at the dealership took less than 15 minutes. It was an awesome feeling getting the deal and the car you were told with no strings attached. I will use Carvana for all my future car purchases.

If you purchase a car from Carvana, make sure you refuse the car on arrival if anything is wrong with it. The Audi I ordered was black. I arrived and it was blue. Headlight was out (HID bulb), wipers needed replacing and the service alert was on the dash upon startup. I attempted to use the 45 day warranty (Silver Rock) to fix these items and was told they weren't covered. So I have to pay out of pocket just to get my NEW vehicle inspected. Terrible way to run a business.

I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing a vehicle through the internet. However, I found the process pretty simple and straightforward. I found the perfect car for my granddaughter for her 16th birthday. I was somewhat disappointed that delivery was not available as I had to drive 400 miles round trip to pick it up (also had to find someone to ride along) but the car is home!
I received a call from Carvana as soon as I purchased the car. During our discussion, I explained that the car was a 16th birthday gift. The young man asked what my granddaughters hobbies were and stated that he was going to put a care package together and have it in the car when I picked it up. Well, needless to say, I was disappointed that the "care package" was not in the car when I picked it up. Other than those two issues I would recommend Carvana as an in person alternative to purchasing a vehicle.

This is the 2nd time I purchased a car from Carvana. And it was awesome and great. It is always easy and fast and efficient. I hate to go to a dealership to purchase a car. I love Carvana is available for use. This way of buying a car is heaven sent. It is easy and if you have any questions someone is always there for assistance. Thank you so much my car is good. Both cars were efficient and last a long time. I refer everyone to Carvana you can set your own payment and if you want to pay down or not, this is the life. Thank you God for the person that invented a new way to buy a car.

We bought our daughter a car from Carvana and it was delivered on August 3, 2023. To make a long story short we noticed a lot of noise in with the brakes, so we took it in and the mechanic told us the brakes, rotors, calipers and tires were all in need of replacement. Silver Fox, the 3rd party responsible for repairs, approved the brakes, rotors and calipers to be replaced but they did not approve new tires because the tread was deep enough. BUT the problem was the tires were dry-rotted between the treads. Day 9, 2 days after the 7-day return policy, the back tire blew out and all 4 tires had to be replaced and Carvana would not do anything to help because of the 7-day return policy had passed. I know they have lost me as a customer due to their shady business. I hope others have better experiences than we did.

This was the easiest process I have ever experienced in selling one of my used vehicles. In fact, I sold both my cars to Carvana. They provided me with a fair offer. I chose to take my vehicles to one of their locations. They inspected and drove each car. They had instructed me as to what documents I needed to have with me. They had the paperwork already for me to sign. They deposited the funds directly into my bank account and I had the funds in my account within less than 2 business days. They advised that we needed to inform the DMV about the sale to release my liability for the cars and provided the website and odometer reading in order to take care of online. The customer service was excellent!

My search for a car brought me to Carvana and at first I was very pleased with the ease at which I was able to browse tons of cars without annoying pushy sales people. The car buying process on Carvana is extremely stress free and easy. However once you get your car I strongly advise that you proceed with caution. After driving the vehicle for approximately 50 miles I noticed some serious issues with the vehicle. While driving on the highway I noticed the vehicle would shake and pull strongly to the right. I immediately brought it to my mechanic, who I have known for years and trust. The diagnosis was very disappointing. The vehicle came New York State inspected. So I wrongly assumed everything would be OK. Apparently Carvana inspected the vehicle at one of their centers. And Apparently the vehicle was pushed through inspection.
My mechanic discovered the passenger side calibers on the front and rear locked up. Meaning the vehicle would only brake on the driver side. Extremely dangerous! The vehicle should not have passed inspection with the calibers like this. My mechanic also discovered all four rotors badly worn down and rusted. Again the vehicle should not have passed inspection with the rotors in that condition. Also he discovered leaking shock fluid. My mechanic also recommended tire balance, new brake pads and brake fluid flush. My mechanic advised in total I was looking at $2,500.worth of repairs.
I immediately contacted SilverRock, the insurance company Carvana works with, to initiate a claim. They informed me I could leave the vehicle at my mechanic's shop and pay a 200 dollar deductible or take to a shop in their network with no deductible. Why would I take it to a shop Carvana/SilverRock recommends when they clearly forced it through inspection the first time? I chose to pay the deductible and have it done by someone I know and trust. So right away I am out 200 dollars. Then SilverRock informs me that they will only cover the calibers, rotors, and brake flush. Saying they only cover "serious " issues and will not cover normal wear an tear. So, I will have to pay 1,200 dollars out of pocket to have the vehicle done right.
My mechanic recommends calibers on the driver side as well but SilverRock says it's not necessary and the leaking shock fluid is normal wear and tear. So in total I'm out 1,400 dollars. I'm extremely disappointed. Assuming the person(s) who did the inspection are not blind or are completely ignorant about inspecting vehicles the vehicle was pushed through inspection most likely in an attempt to keep costs low and maximize profit for Carvana. But at what expense? The expense of me and my safety and the safety of anyone riding in that vehicle with me. I sincerely feel by pushing the vehicle through inspection Carvana committed fraud. And therefore the policy of only fixing certain issues should be null and void.
Carvana/SilverRock should pay for everything after jeopardizing my safety in an unsafe vehicle that was not ready for street/highway travel. A vehicle that, if it was inspected correctly and honestly, would not have passed NYS vehicle inspection. If you do buy from Carvana I highly recommend you take it to a mechanic you know and trust to look it over, even if it comes inspected. I give Carvana 2 stars for the car buying process. It is extremely hassle free and easy. But I am disappointed with the apparent lack of care and detail for the vehicle itself before it is delivered to the customer. I am holding my breath and praying that after these repairs the vehicle will be fine and I'm not blindsided by another issue Carvana overlooked or worse ignored and just slapped a sticker over it and said "don't worry, everything is fine".

This is actually our second experience with Carvana, my husband bought a Jeep Renegade from them in 2020, and our experience then was perfect. When it came time to get a new car for me, I did not want to deal with dealerships after visiting a few and getting the runaround. They made the entire process very easy, there was a little bit of a snafu with my paperwork, but I called them and they fixed all of it while I was on the phone with them. Pick up day went as smooth as possible. The car vending machine was fun, and we were in and out in less than 25 minutes. I was a little worried about the registration process after reading several reviews, but they had the plates on my vehicle in the registration in the glove box before we even left that day. My car looks and drives like it's brand new and I could not be happier!

Carvana offered me $3144 over the dealer from whom I chose to buy my new car. This out weighed the sales tax savings I would’ve had with my trade-in by more than $2000. It was also about $1000 more than Carmax was offering me. The experience was great. It was a fast exchange once I reached the Carvana location with my car. People were very helpful and personable. It was even a very easy process online before my scheduled sell date. I highly recommend them.

The shopping experience overall was standard. Lots of paperwork uploading, photos, DL, Utility bills. The norm when buying a car. Dealing with customer service was a hassle, wait time is always 10 min or more. After deal is done, customer service numbers they give you don’t work anymore. Chat is all you got. Delivery was fine, I test drove, couple of things I noticed. Tires were worn down, brake not so great and alignment was totally off. During the 7 days of return policy, the Engine service light came on, THANK GOD. To get the 100 warranty, again online to find a Silver Rock certified repair shop. I took it to a lo Silver Rock (SR) certified repair shop.
Big O was great. I had them do diagnostics on the whole car (approve by SR). Tires needed replaced, worn out Brakes, Tied rod squished like a pancake. Carvana had fixed one side but didn’t do the other. Alignment totally off. Oil change. They check all hose, belts, etc. After all said and done. SR paid for most repairs, except for brake pads. We had to pay. All and all repairs were $1850 and ended up paying $200. Thank God for the 100 day warranty. Due your diligence before the 7 days or you’ll be sorry.

OK first. I like the vehicle I bought. It is just what I was looking for and the price was about what I would have paid a local dealer if they had what I was after. They did get me for an exorbitant shipping fee though $1700.00. The problem is they delivered the truck and when I got in I discovered the radio doesn’t work. I also noticed a half consumed bottle of water in the armrest cup holder indicating that someone was likely working on it before they shipped it. Now for me to get this fixed, I must make an appointment to take the truck to one of the authorized service facilities that will even look at a radio problem, let them claim they can’t fix it, then wait for them to contact the warranty company and then I wait for the warranty company to approve of me making another appointment at a dealer.
Avoiding this running around is why I used Carvana in the first place. I can of course understand if something breaks or fails after I start using the car but here we are making multiple repair appointments and waiting for a vehicle I just bought and haven’t even used yet. I would not recommend buying from Carvana based on my experience.

The purchasing process and inventory choice with Carvana is very appealing. They will gladly take your money. However, if you need assistance with a change or something is wrong with the vehicle, expect to be at their mercy! A representative will call you back quickly if you need help, but in my experience nothing got resolved without me calling back multiple times, and reexplaining the issue to a completely different Carvana representative only to be told that they will look into it and call you back. They will not call you back. They will also not allow you to speak with the same person you spoke with before. They will not allow you to speak with a manager. Their scripted speech just leaves you in circles, hoping that someone will actually do their job and help out. There is no accountability from their customer service representatives. I've been waiting on a refund for almost 2 weeks!
Additionally, don't trust the vehicle pictures. They have in small print that all cosmetics accessories may not be included, but they will still uses them in the photos to entice you. You will also have no idea what cosmetic accessories will not be included until the vehicle shows up. Admittingly, I was so excited when the vehicle showed up that I didn't even notice that the cosmetic accessories were missing until THE CARVANA TOWTRUCK DRIVER told me it was missing them and to reach out to Carvana to get them. I did call and they told me that they were not responsible for accessories that don't show up. They said they would reach out to the Carvana truck driver and get his statement about the missing part and investigate into their pictures of the vehicle. They also said they would call me back in a couple of days with a report. Guess what? They didn't call back. I called again, spoke with someone else, who told me it wasn't their fault.
Long story short, go to a dealership. Look at the vehicle, drive it, work with a human in person. It might be more intimidating than buying a car online, but at least at a dealership there is some employee accountability. At a dealership the vehicle you buy will have all the accessories you see. A manager will be available at a dealership and if there are any issues with the vehicle you have a physical location and human to help resolve it. At Carvana you are just a piece in their algorithm and as long as you have no issues with the purchase I assume it is very simple, but you will be highly disappointed if you need to rely on Carvana for help with an issue during the process or after the sale.

In addition, I was able to be in and out in about 15 minutes for the in person section. Preparing to sell my car through Carvana took about 30 minutes total and it was all online. I was a little nervous because I walked out the door with a large check and I wasn't sure it could really be that easy. It was!! Bad brakes. Bad alternator. Bad radio. Bad tires. Bad return policy. Bad warranty. Bad customer service. Bad brake switch. Engine light on. Remote batteries are dead. Bad vehicle performance. No power. Poor handling. I'm going to call this post, "Cursed". A couple of years ago, my brother bought a car from Carvana, and he had a great experience. So, I figured I'd give them a shot. I'm a big fan of Chrysler Town & Country Minivans, and I have always seen a nice selection of them on Carvana. I prefer the Town & Country because I drive (part time) for Rideshare (Lyft & Uber). It is a comfortable ride, and it holds a lot of stuff. Very practical. So, late March of this year, I finally decided to pull the trigger on one. A nice 2011 Touring L. 90300 miles on the Odo. Very nice. No visible flaws at all (on Carvana). I was not happy about the high interest rate on the loan though.
I took delivery on April 6... Well, you know that "7 day Return" Policy? The day after I took delivery, of my van, I tested Positive for that Nasty Covid-19 thing going around. The symptoms weren't bad, I couldn't go anywhere for a week. Nowhere. I never had a chance to try it out when I got it. Once I recovered, I was commuting with it back and forth to work... about 30-40 minutes each way... No big deal. The first thing I noticed was a significant Lack of Power. This van has absolutely No "Get-up and Go". It is very sluggish, and I did notice a mild wobble in the front end that would come and go. But then, I went to do some Ridesharing with it, and I really started noticing it. The front brakes would shake and moan, and it felt like the wheels were going to fall off of it! I thought it was the wheel bearings.
Now, of course, we are past the 7 day return, so I looked into the Warranty company, and what to do. Of course, I had to take it to a "Certified", or "Approved" garage within their network. By this time, I had created a whole list of points to check on the van. Carvana says they do a 150 point inspection, but if the things that were wrong with my van were inspected, they must have been inspected by a blind person. So around mid-April, the "Approved" garage, says the van has new shocks and struts, and that I need All New brake pads and rotors, and that should fix my problem. They also said that the tires showed signs of cupping. However, the Warranty company Denied the Rear Brakes and the Tire replacement. I was without the van for 4 days. Income lost. So the van ran better for a while.
Time came for my first oil change. By this time, we are past the 100 day/ 4100 mile warranty. My usual place was booked out for weeks, so I brought it to a 10-minute oil change place. All went fine. not issues, other than the wait to get in. That night, I did some Ridesharing, and after picking up a passenger, suddenly, on the highway, doing 60-65 Mph, the van just stalls out! I ended up coasting off to the shoulder of the highway in a rainstorm With a passenger in the van. It wouldn't start. It turned over, but was acting like it wasn't getting any fuel. Just. Would. Not. Start. I had to cancel the ride, the passenger had to call a family member to pick them up, and I had to call a tow truck to come get the van. This Time, I had it towed to my regular mechanic.
My mechanic had it for several day before he could look at it, but nothing was coming up on the computer for errors. He tried again the next day, but all they could come up with was a bad charging code from the Alternator. Again, we were already past the 100 Days and 4100 miles, so there goes a few hundred $$$ for a new Alternator. Money Spent Out of Pocket and Income Lost. About 2 weeks later, on my way in to work again, on the highway, this time in rush hour traffic, the van Stalls Out Again! Same symptoms. Stalled out, wouldn't start. Again, it acted as though it wasn't getting gas. However, this time, the tow technician was able to get the van started. tow, and my boss had to pick me up at the mall to get me to work. This time, my mechanic could not find anything wrong with the van. Spent 4 days without it. Income lost again!
Fast forward to late July... The van has been gradually losing power and get up and go. It starts off slowly, and Hates going up hills! Suddenly, the wobble is back in the front end. The moaning of the wheels returns. In early August, it got to the point where if I simply took my foot off the gas, the van would slow down and almost come to a stop with even touching the brakes. I called my regular shop to look at it but they were booked. called another local garage, they were booked as well. Called a third local garage, and They were at least able to take it in to look at it within the week. I couldn't drive it confidently, so there was more income lost from Ridesharing.
Once they were able to get it in and look it over, it was discovered that the calipers had ceased up and were cooking the brakes. The reason the calipers ceased, was because the brake fluid was contaminated, and cause the rubber in the calipers to corrode and fail. This time, the van was out of commission for over 2 weeks. We had to replace the Master Cylinder, the Brake Booster, the Calipers, as well as the pads and rotors that I had just put on in April! More $$$ out of pocket and lost income. The only little bit of good news was that the pads and rotors were covered under warranty by the first garage... But still, Income was lost because I couldn't drive.
So, this brings us to this past Thursday and Friday... I pick the van up from Garage #3. I had someplace to go that evening, and had no other way to get there. As I'm driving, (Not even a mile away from the garage), the "Traction Control" light comes on on the dashboard. This usually only comes on when you hit the Traction Control button, which, sometimes get accidentally pushed. But it would not shut off. The next morning, I brought it back to Garage #1. They had the van overnight and I got it back Saturday morning. No money out of pocket this time, because they honored their own warranty on the parts and labor. But now, the Low Tire Pressure light is on! No big deal, but still... Always something!
Then, while I'm driving around to see how the brakes feel, the engine light comes on, then the Traction Control Light! I found out later what happens when the Traction Control Light comes on. - When you stop the car and put it in Park, you can't shift it back into gear. Had to turn the engine off and back on again. Now that is what has to be done every time the traction control light comes on. And let me tell you, when you do Ridesharing, you have to put the van in Park in order to open the sliding doors. That's a lot of stopping and starting the engine! Oh! And the latest happened today... The batteries in my remotes are low, according to the message on my dashboard. One thing after another in rapid succession. I think this van is Cursed!

When it was time to sell my car, I didn't want to think about it. How many quotes did I need to get? How much running around to dealers and getting offers? Should I try to do it on my own? Carvana sent me a great quote in a process that took all of 5 minutes to inform them of the status of my car and my legal ownership. I decided to check with the dealership that'd been trying to buy my car for the last two years, and they quoted me $3K less than Carvana AND wanted me to come in for them to inspect. No thanks.
I completed the sale to Carvana with a few clicks and a quick drive down to drop it off (they could have picked it up). I could not believe how simple the whole process was. So many things we must do in the 'life admin' category take so much effort and time; I am highly impressed with how easy Caravana made this experience. If only more companies were trying to make life tasks easier like Carvana! I will be advocating to every person I know!

My suggestion to the Fort Worth office. Get a new detail team. They are costing you business.

Just follow the steps, provide detail information they request as this will make more accurate on the price of your vehicle. Compared to local dealers, Carvana is way much better as to avoid long waiting line, buy your car with fair price, not like other dealers.

Carvana gave me the best price for my vehicle compared to several local dealers. I was somewhat skeptical but I must say the process went very smooth without any issues. They even let me extend their offer for an additional 7 days. Their personnel were informative and professional. Their online “chat” was moderately helpful but you really need to talk with a representative for specific concerns. The only issue I ran into was printing a copy of the selling documents after electronic signature. That problem was resolved with a call to one of their reps. I would recommend selling your vehicle to Carvana to anyone. I have two relatives that also sold their vehicles to Carvana with great experiences.

Updated on 08/21/2023: I posted a review on 8/9/2023 that Carvana won't repair undisclosed damage to the front bumper. They respond very quickly to the review and make it sound as if they are willing to help but they are not. Although the bumper is glued on, it is considered "cosmetic". It's also been more than 10 days since I responded to them and I have heard no word back from them.
I called them today and they told me they will not cover it and Carfax says there are no incidents. I understand Carfax may say there are no incidents but that simply means none were reported to insurance. If there were no incidents, why is the bumper glued on? Why does it have heavy bondo? Why didn't the 150-point inspection mention it. I was lied to by Carvana and now they say it isn't their problem because it is cosmetic. Is a glued on bumper really considered cosmetic? Carvana is a perfect example of why used car dealers have a bad reputation. I do regret being short with the representative toward the end of the call.
Original Review: When I purchased my car, I was very happy. Within a week, the rear bumper came loose. I contacted Carvana and they said they would repair it. When I took the car to the body shop, I asked them to look over the car. The car has been hit multiple times. Once where the bumper is coming loose and the front bumper has heavy bondo, is glued on, and is already cracking. Apparently during their 150 point inspection, no one noticed that the car had been hit multiple times. Carvana will replace the rear bumper but refused to replace the front bumper. The left rear tire is also slanted causing the car to drift right. I have not decided what I will do about that yet. What I do know is that I thought I was getting a car that had been in no accidents but instead I received a car that needs numerous repairs. I feel like I was robbed. If you do opt to buy from Carvana, make sure you ask a body shop to look it over within the first 7 days so that you know the truth.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Carvana, first in 2019 and then again this year. The experience couldn't be more opposite. The first time was exceptional; hassle-free and a smooth process. The second experience has been a complete debacle. Here are the highlights:
- As part of my purchase, I paid for service coverage which Carvana sources out to SilverRock. When I tried to get my car fixed, I learned that my car was under manufacturer warranty and SilverRock coverage was not needed. Carvana advised me that I could cancel the service plan (costing $1,800) directly with SilverRock.
- SilverRock had me complete a cancellation form and provided the mileage amount to put on the form (which was rounded down to 11,700 miles). They advised it would take 4-6 weeks to receive a check.
- Nearly 2 1/2 months later no check and so I contacted SilverRock and they said the mileage did not match the Purchase Agreement. Keep in mind, it was their rep who provided me with the amount to put on the form. I was required to resubmit the form with 11,726 miles (just the additional 26 miles) but now was told they would only go 30 days prior to the date of cancellation. Wait! You gave me the wrong amount, I hear nothing from SilverRock other than the check will arrive in 4-6 weeks, and now told that they can only reimburse 30 days in arrears of the cancellation date! What a scam. (Sidebar: after following up with Carvana on the matter, SilverRock outright lied and said they send me two follow-up emails advising the mileage was off - a complete lie! There was no follow-up emails from SilvrRock). Carvana washed their hands of the matter.
- The registration process was a complete screw-up. The temporary plate arrived, but the permanent plate was nowhere to be found. After several calls to Carvana as the temporary license was expiring, they advised me that we had to wait until the plate expired before they could contact the department that deals with registration. Again, my car would become undrivable! The final customer service rep I spoke to gave me the truth and let me know the plate was issued but sent to the wrong address and that it would be best for me to go directly to the DMV. I called the DMV and thankfully we were able to recover the plate.
I couldn't think of a worse experience. All the reasons I returned to Carvana are now absolutely not true today. It was a huge hassle from start to finish and I feel as if I've been hustled through a faceless nameless 'who-cares' process. Their only objective is to put you on a giant assembly line and shuffle you forward. Heaven forbid anything goes wrong, and the whole thing breaks down. In good faith, I will never purchase from them again and cannot recommend them.

Currently waiting for them to deliver the car I purchased from them. I was informed by text the day before each rescheduled delivery that it would take a week longer. I had to reschedule my week accordingly each time. They had no issue processing my payment (including a 600.00 delivery charge to bring the vehicle from Kentucky to Indiana) in a timely fashion, within a few days of my purchase. Yet, I am still without a vehicle.
In addition, I was told that I needed to redo the entire purchase due to a discrepancy in the odometer mileage of my trade in only to be told a few HOURS later after dealing with several different representatives that there is a 1000 mile variance and that I did not need to do anything at all. This was incredibly stressful. So, I am not driving the car I'm trading in to avoid hassle and I have no idea when the car I paid for will be coming because I do not trust their scheduled delivery times. I can't wait to see what other issues crop up during the rest of this nightmare. Wish I would have gone to a dealership instead!

I registered both my vehicles myself the day after I received them and Carvana refunded the fee. No problems at all. I don't think their cars are overpriced. Just don't buy a brand that's known to have issues. Do your research. I only buy low mileage Toyotas. They last far longer than most brands. Just sold an 04 Tacoma with 200k miles and it still ran and looked great. I never finance or insure through them though. That's where most people get screwed. Even if you got bad credit most banks or credit unions can beat their rates.

Fast easy efficient car buying experience. Great products for sale, and excellent prices. I searched their inventory for a few weeks until I found an incredible deal. The purchasing process was linear and streamlined, I completed the application on my phone. My preapproval rates were identical to my final offer, and the contract I signed. Even without a trade in, there were still plenty of options for me to choose from.
I picked the car up with my kids at the car vending machine. It was so fun putting the coin in and seeing the car come down with flashing lights, the platform the car came down on did a little 360 spin to show it off when it landed lol. Very cute, nice touch. Even though I love my car, the 7 day return/exchange policy is also a great feature, and the extended warranty is a nice treat. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants a straightforward car buying experience.

Original Review: I was promised to be paid back for a new battery. All I had to do was show proof of need and the receipt. They did not pay me after everything was sent via email and snail mail with proof of delivery, which they did get. They then ignored all my correspondence. Here I am a year to date, and they do not return emails. Out of curiosity, I checked the trade in value of my vehicle and received a quote. Three days later they emailed again with a new quote $1000 less. I have already put in $500 worth of repairs that were not disclosed at purchase. I even had to pay to replace the key fobs. Original Review: Aug. 4, 2023
Updated 08/29/2023: Purchased a vehicle from Carvana. Nothing but issues from the beginning 'til now. Went through 4 cars. Landed on 1. Had issues with getting repairs done. Finally after a lot of back and forth now the registration issue Carvana asked for power of attorney which was notarized and given a few doc one of which I had to wait 2 hours to have completed at the police department. Submitted all documents. Back and forth with carvana only to be told I have to register the car myself, pay for it out of my pocket and they will reimburse the money. I'm now having to come up with to their finance department now all because of their inability to communicate with customer correctly. I'm having to take time out of work and figure out how to pay to register this vehicle. Never again will I use carvana.
Original Review: Began my purchase from Carvana by selecting a car and driving to a satellite office to pick up the car. Upon my arrival and test drive realized the car was filthy and driving it was rough. The car was shaking and pulling to one side I promptly took the car back to the lot and asked the associate did they drive this car where and told no they didn't. I rejected the car. Was told pick another car and they would deliver it to my home. Day of delivery was charged twice. One the car was deliver on the first day car started to shake and have engine knocking. Was told they would repair it which I agree. Then noticed the carpet on floor under the seat had a section cut out and removed and I noticed the front bumper looked like it had been replaced. That was it. I returned the car too many red flags.
I was then told to find another car to which my interest rate had now increased due to various pulls by Carvana. Chose another car. Had it delivered and looked nothing like the photo of the car. Dents. Scratches. Dings. A lot of aftermarket parts. I then check the pic on the site and noticed a lot of air brushing of the photos. Sent that car back but needed a car so I had to continue to do business with them but had little faith or trust in the cars they sell. Long story short I hope this isn't the new way to buy cars.

Someone recommended this to me, and I didn't try them for a few weeks after trying the old school FSBO approach, since our car shows well. Figured we'd never get enough from a mass car buyer despite the maker's styling package be very rare. I eventually logged in and got a price. For one, it was very easy (far easier than other sites I've tried). For two, they offered 20% more than I would have accepted from a private buyer.
Then I went to make the transaction, and it was far easier and simpler than I expected. There were minor scratches from urban parking, so I expected hard-sell discounting on the spot. Got none of that. They paid what they said. I think I was in-and-out of there in 40 minutes, which is unheard of for any car-related transaction. This is for the downtown San Diego, CA location, so YMMV. If we have to sell a car again (or maybe even buy one), we'll go here first.

Upon initial inspection the car had several undeclared scratches and chips, was disgustingly dirty and seemed to be covered in bird poop in every single nook and cranny. Engine compartment was jam packed with leaves and sticks causing the engine to overheat any time the car was running. Brakes vibrate horribly since the first time I drove the car (Rotors and pads are shot) costing $2000. All issues reported to Carvana within the first few days of possession, long before 7 day window expired.
During the 7-day return window, Carvana offered to cover these things, but in the end I received inadequate funds ($100) for a detail that cost twice as much and absolutely nothing else. If you notice any issue within the 7-day return window, simply return it, because their Customer Service assurances should NOT be trusted. Also, the Silver Rock warranty coverage Carvana offers is typical of used car warranties, they will tell you "whatever costs you incur in the 100 day warranty window are yours and yours alone". Carvana's '150-point inspection' is a joke and I plan on filing a report with the BBB as well. Please take all of this into consideration if you are thinking about a Carvana purchase. Carvana’s site says that they annotate all cosmetic damage to the best of their ability. They do not. They list 2-3 and call it good. There were over 20 dings and scratches not listed. I submitted the dings and scratches on the Carvana site and was told SilverRock would then be in touch with me within 24-48 hours. I never received a response from them. I bought this car for an employee and wanted to keep it as long as the imperfections would be fixed. She needed the leave for a trip before SilverRock got back to me.
Since my claim met all of the available standards presented to me on the site and in my contract I decided to keep the car past the 7 days as I had still not heard from SilverRock. The day after the 7 days was up SilverRock denied my claim. They stated the scratches were within Carvana’s standard. I have had to spend hours figuring out what the standards are because the standards I had read before purchasing the car are clearly not what they are using to deny my claim. I was finally given a more detailed description of Carvana’s standards. The imperfections not annotated on the listing are clearly outside of the standards yet as of today SilverRock is still denying my claim.
If you buy a car and it’s not exactly what you expected, do not rely on the “warranty” or what their website says. They use a different standard than what their site states. So now I’m past the 7 days with a car I will have to pay to get detailed and have touch up done because SilverRock and Carvana did not abide by what they stated and I’m just fed up. Buyer beware!

Bought a BMW from Carvana last week. Website asked for 3 bank statements, then 6 banks statements plus 2 tax returns. Uploaded all and it went through and they gave me an offer including terms and down payment and interest and monthly payment. So we scheduled the pickup date (today). Then they asked for down payment by ACH, bank wire or cashier's check. Paid instantly by wire according to their detailed instructions.
On scheduled pickup date they told me car was bought by someone else. If that's not bad enough, the down payment "can't be refunded at the current time." 3 days of wasted time and here I am without a car plus thousands of dollars down payment lost into the Carvana ether. Asked to speak to a supervisor and they said "You can't. You'll have to schedule that" which takes another 48 hours. I'm sure I'll get my down payment refund but it's not happening anytime soon. When I asked how they sold my car to someone else, they said my transaction "timed out" because they needed an additional tax return. But they never communicated that to me. I found out the hard way: car gone and money gone.

Very disorganized company. They do not look after their customers. I recently had an awful experience with them. I called them multiple times to follow up with the registration process, but I discovered they did nothing on the last day. Now I have a car that I cannot use until 3 business days. They could have ordered another temporary license but decided not to do. Stay away from this dealer.
I need the car to work, and cannot use it. Their customer service is terrible. Kim was extremely rude, telling me that I could not use the car and had to wait because they were sloppy and did not do their job. Instead of offering other solutions, she tells me I must wait, and she cannot do anything. Also, she mentioned that I should not call them because they can do nothing. I regret doing business with Carvana. They are terrible.

I was turned off by the experience I had at my local Toyota dealer (dirty car, hard sell, lack of inventory). Carvana, in contrast, was very quick and had a broad array of options. Buying online and completing the transaction was easy and fast. I received clear and ongoing communications by email. At the pickup location, the Carvana representative was friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the condition of the vehicle I received and would recommend Carvana to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Easiest selling experience ever! I got a very good offer for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and was able to schedule a sale with almost no hassle. The representative was early to pick it up with a check in hand and even helped me get my remaining items out of the car. I accidentally left my late mother-in-law's sunglasses inside the car and the call center rep went above and beyond to locate the car on the transport vehicle, contact the driver, and get the sunglasses sent back to me. I would definitely sell to Carvana again!

Don't believe for a second they inspect the cars they sell. 150 point inspection? I've heard they sometimes just wax the cars and send them out. I've had the car for a week and already had to replace fuses, sensors, and the list keeps coming. I don't even know all of the things wrong with it yet. It's different pressure than the pressure you get at a sales office, but it's still a lot of pressure and a lot of you running around doing work yourself on paperwork. Not to mention, don't get the value of your car for a trade in until you are ready to buy.
I had a car on hold that I wanted to purchase that they did nothing with for a month, and every time I renewed their offer I lost value on my trade. I lost almost a thousand dollars in value before the trade in because they couldn't do their jobs at the facility the car was located at. And I don't mean the people that are supposed to be cleaning or fixing or anything, like everything else I solely blame the CEO and all management.

The car buying process was not flawed. Easy to view and compare vehicles, and I understand the Cars are overpriced and probably because I am paying for convenience. I have the choice to shop anywhere, so that issue does not bother me. The issues started after the drop of the car. Immediately the front rotors were bad, there was a lot of vibration in the steering wheel. I called them up, and they told me to bring it to a preferred mechanic, and they covered the expense. The following day the car began bucking and eventually became stuck in 3rd gear. I again brought it to the preferred mechanic, who informed me the transmission was bad and needs to be replaced. They commented that it was ridiculous that they sold a car like that, especially because it was throwing codes.
I contacted Carvana, and they told me they would fix it. However, no one buys a car to replace the transmission. I started the return process. Essentially they tell you that It's my responsibility to find a new car, reapply for financing (Which is ridiculous because my interest rate went up because of the second hit), and finish the sale, and then they would move the down payment.
I have never been in a process where the dealer sold me a lemon but made it my problem. It hurt my credit, I am now paying more for the car. On top of that, while speaking to their advocates, I was disconnected multiple times and I would receive answers that were completely not related to me. Example: I was speaking about the issues with my car and received an answer to bring my car to safelight auto glass. They have nothing to do with transmissions. Overall the experience was awful. I felt I was being punished for the junk car they sold me. At no time did anyone make an effort to make it right by me.

Which wasn’t bad but I wish the communication was better about it. I absolutely loved customer service. He was helpful and calming and relieved me of the stress I was going through waiting for my vehicle. I also didn’t like that I had to immediately get the breaks done over once I got the car. When I provided the minor damage description of the vehicle that I was trading in, I was incredibly thorough with my descriptions as I didn't want there to be any confusion with the condition of my trade-in. I was frustrated to discover that there was a fair amount of cosmetic damage to the interior of the cargo dept. in the car I was trading mine in for. I had hoped they would have disclosed any existing damage in the vehicle description or at least provided photos of the damaged areas. Most of the cars listed on Carvana had any minor damage noted (like rock chips, noticeable repairs, etc.) so when the vehicle I was interested in did not have any damage noted, I thought I was getting a pristine vehicle. Carvana needs to be consistent and upfront in noting any and all damage to their vehicles, so the consumer knows what to expect upfront. Apart from that, Carvana was great to work with and I appreciated the fast and straightforward process.

That being said if I were a little wealthier next go 'round I'd probably go elsewhere. I didn't get a test drive and the dealership would have probably explained some of the features which was needed as this is a fully equipped vehicle with all the bells and whistles. The delivery guy explained zero, just dropped off and rushed off.
More importantly the car was Filthy!!!! The previous owner apparently went off roading so there was red dirt dust in all door jams and on the black plastic when you step in. Rear view mirror had white spots, all windows were dirty, there was literally dirt on top of the plastic wheel wells in the back and the tires had not one drip of Armor All. I spent a few hours two days straight in the July heat to get it up to par. This is unacceptable considering I paid $1300 for shipping and another $100 for delivery. Carvana do better!

I was curious about how much my used car was worth when I went to Carvana initially. Frankly, I was deeply suspicious when I learned what Carvana offered so I immediately became skeptical. Uploading the documents took an extra week 'cause I was waiting to receive the out-of-state title (I'd just paid the car off), but when I called Carvana, someone advised that the offer could be extended a week which worked perfectly. It took longer than 48 hours to contact me to schedule the pick-up, but when I called (spoke with Inaki who went above and beyond) he expedited it and I got a pick-up the next day. Great communication from pick-up person, arrived on time, and seamless transition. Carvana picked up my car on a Saturday and by Monday morning the $ was reflected in my bank account. I would recommend them highly and think (after dealing with an in-person dealership to buy my next car) that I should've just used Carvana to buy as well.

When I called customer service 2 hours later to figure out where the driver was, the rep said the driver was there and left already and didn’t ring the bell because they were likely not familiar with doorbells and didn’t know how to use one. Umm, okay. It seemed like a fast, easy way to sell one of my vehicles, but apparently not. I purchased a 2019 Audi Q5 with just under 26,000 miles. The buying experience took longer than I thought it would coupled with the fact that there was a delay of a week on the original delivery date. Once the vehicle arrived and I took delivery of it, I took it to my local Audi dealership to have the service department review it as a used car. They found that during the alleged reconditioning process the battery would not hold a load, the valve pump was leaking oil and the driver-side mirror was inoperable.
It took nearly a week to get one of the parts into the dealership to fix the vehicle and Silver Rocket did cover the expense in full. However, according to the service tech, Silverrock adjuster was not happy that my car was delivered in the condition that I received it in. Plus I noticed when I took delivery of the Audi, it clearly had never been detailed. The inside of the vehicle is dirty. It looks kind of just dingy, and they covered up some sort of a smell with a horrid fragrance.
Now I get to spend $300 to get the interior of the vehicle fully detailed out so it’s actually drivable. The other upcoming issue is going to be the registration nightmare the Carvana is famous for messing up. They say it can take them 90 days to get the vehicle license but in Washington state, they only have 45 days and they have to ask the department of licensing in Olympia Washington for any extension beyond that. I’m pretty sure I’ll have to file a complaint with the attorney general in Washington state if the licensing and registration of the Audi doesn’t go in a timely fashion.

I have sold to Carvana without any issue, and might even recommend it. Purchasing from Carvana, however is another story. Despite the supposed 150-point inspection covering engine, the check engine light, change oil, replace brake fluid indicators were all active at delivery. Despite inspection claiming exterior/interior cleaning, there was grass, sand, and dog hair in the vehicle. Despite a guarantee of a half tank of gas, vehicle had one gallon. There were also undeclared scratches to interior and exterior of the hatchback.
During the 7-day return window, Carvana offered to cover these things, but in the end I only received gas and inadequate funds for a detail. If you notice any issue within the 7-day return window, simply return, because their Customer Service assurances cannot be trusted. Nor their '150-point inspection'. I purchased a Nissan 370z from Carvana in February 2023. The experience was good and I loved the vehicle. However in May 2023 (within the 90 day warranty) the convertible top stopped working properly. I went through SilverRock to find a repair facility (which was impossible as most of the repair facilities are tire/oil change shops) so I took it to the local Nissan dealership. To repair the top, it would have cost $34,000!!!! More than what I paid for the car. That was amazing in itself. So after a few weeks, Carvana paid me out for the vehicle. Even though I was disappointed that I had to return the car, I did appreciate Carvana making it right.
So now it is July 2023. I just purchased another Nissan 370z from Carvana. It was not the easiest to purchase. I would have liked to have done my financing through Carvana, however the rates were over 4% higher than my lender. I took a deep breath and crossed my fingers that everything would work out within the time constraints with Carvana. I waited patiently yesterday for my car to be delivered at 2pm. I did not receive a courtesy text until 3:08pm telling me sorry, the delivery was delayed until 4:40pm.
The car was delivered and it was not black as described on the website nor the pictures on the website. The delivery man shrugged his shoulders and agreed that the car in fact was not black but burgundy. His suggestion was to keep the car since it is in a 7 day return window and maybe I will like the color. I ordered a black car and was delivered a burgundy car. The sticker in the window even says "Nissan 370z Red". It also said I should be receiving two keys. The delivery man only gave me one. So I called Carvana today to see how they could make this right. I was apologized to and offered $150 for their mistake. $150!!!! It is not like it was missing promised floor mats. I am exhausted. I have had no car for months. I cannot at this point return the vehicle and start all over again. It is too exhausting of a process. Lesson learned from my experience, do not buy a vehicle online. I unfortunately just loved this make and model of car and could not find one local.

I was still leery but accepted the offer and the emails and texts I received explained everything perfectly. There were no surprises. DJ showed up on the promised day and time. The entire process was probably less than 15 minutes. And I was given a check in the exact amount they quoted. I did call customer service a few times with questions and everyone I spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Carvana. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give Carvana zero stars. The condition of the vehicle we purchased was severely misrepresented, in the words of our Toyota certified mechanic. Yet Carvana's warranty company SilverRock will cover only 27% of the repair bill, leaving us with over $1800 in repairs and maintenance before we have driven the vehicle anywhere except to the mechanic for inspection. If we return the vehicle to Carvana we forfeit the delivery fee of $1790, so either way we lose.
I have made multiple calls to Carvana's customer service only to be read a script about how they want to "take care" of me and "advocate" for me. But when I ask exactly HOW they plan to advocate for me, there is no answer. The supervisor with whom I had my most recent conversation (Edith) offered to ask SilverRock (their warranty company) why they wouldn't pay more towards repairs (SilverRock has already answered this question) but refused to ask SilverRock to reconsider. Clearly she does not know the meaning of the word advocate. Also clear is the fact that SilverRock is a warranty/insurance company and their business model revolves around keeping payouts at a minimum.
DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA. They care nothing about their customers, and working with them will only lead to disappointment, frustration, and unplanned for repair bills. I am now going to my state's attorney general's office to make a complaint. The more people who know about Carvana's unethical business practices, the fewer people Carvana will be able to take advantage of in the future.

Buying a car from Carvana seemed scarily easy until delivery. Huge inventory. Three different tries to complete delivery. Poor customer service, except for Brian (he actually seemed to care). Tracking delivery did NOT work. I got a message our vehicle was in the driveway on the third attempt. It wasn’t, but was delivered that evening. After delivery, we saw damage on the windshield. I contacted our insurance and they sent Safelite the next day. It could not be repaired and the glass must be replaced to pass inspection at Motor Vehicle. Carvana does NOT cover glass per Elijah. I was told I could find another vehicle.
I asked if they would reimburse us the $850 for the windshield and was told NO per Elijah. I asked why the glass damage was not disclosed on line like any other damage and was told they don’t report damage to glass because they just replace it. It seemed ridiculous and like a huge waste of resources to send the vehicle back and try to find another one. Unfortunately, we have to pay to replace the windshield because we do NOT feel Carvana will deliver another vehicle with NO windshield damage. Be careful. Per Elijah, this is per Carvana guidelines.

Great purchase experience, bad delivery and damaged vehicle to a degree, not disclosed. Pictures on Carvana's website of the vehicle I purchased, were blatantly not accurate on damage to the vehicle. We even zoomed in on all of the pictures to look closer for more damage than listed to be safe. The vehicle was still on the delivery truck in my driveway, as I was on the phone with disgust with Carvana talking to the lady that she apologized about (they record) the very obvious additional damage to the vehicle still sitting on the flatbed that wasn't disclosed and/or happened in transit somewhere. Then add to that, the brakes were completely bad, all 4 wheels were damaged/bent with bald tires on front and mismatched incorrect damaged newer tires with damaged beads on the rear, which is a no no for AWD systems.
Also, the front bumper cover was damaged with an apparently quick attempt for body shop repairs with no clear coat and sanding marks. Both front fenders, bumper and hood had been removed from a non disclosed accident as well, with factory witness marks disturbed (per my certified Fiat/Dodge mechanic) with shoddy attempts at repairs as well. There is a spot behind the drivers side passenger door as well that has the same bad paint/sanding/running paint fix not disclosed. The dead giveaway is, the paint just now curing and settling after 2 months plus and I know this from doing custom vehicles, as well as working for OEM manufacturers for many decades in paint, chassis and body. Some of it crackling and peeling under the hood/engine compartment.
Then, the hood only showed a minor single rock chip prior to delivery on the whole vehicle out of everything and I saved all the Carvana websites sales pictures of the vehicle as proof prior to delivery just in case we were duped after reading all the class action lawsuits for "disclosure" law issues many times now, among other things from them and their family owned Drivetime. When the car was still on the delivery truck, we noticed that the drivers side hood had a bend in the side of it that had been repainted and huge deep ding/smash in the left front with massive paint chips in it across the front of the hood, as well as big rock chips and peeling in those areas, then big rock chips on the front windshield. The car had also been driven by someone(based on the odometer reading) for about 6.7 miles to somewhere for "no reason" that wasn't supposed happen since it was flatbed delivered from their Cleveland area straight to us.
The representative said we had 7 days to decide to keep it, but the damages they would cover and contact the warranty company Silverrock, that they are some type of partial owner(?) in from what I read to take care of it. This is the only reason we kept it with the same Carvana rep still on the phone, assuring us it would be repaired thinking that they were reformed from their former shady practices in the class action lawsuits. Then, looked under the car, apparently their servicers for oil changes decided to take a cutting wheel and cut out a huge spot (left out a few bolts they decided to remove out and missing) in the front aerodynamic under panel to change the filter and oil instead of removing the under tray bolts with non spec Alfa Romeo products that will cause engine damage for a fact per Mopar/FIat service manuals.
Then it all clicked that the vehicle obviously had been wrecked after having to take it almost 2 hours away to an Alfa Romeo Dealership service department, at our own cost to have the entire computer system reset and reprogrammed, because they told us there that it must have been wrecked pretty bad apparently. Alfa Romeo service told us that a can bus sensor that controls major aspects of the vehicle in the front, must have been replaced in said accident not disclosed by any previous dealership or Carvana on the Carfax that Carvana provided. None of the infotainment stuff was working, although it was updated, this is when the dealership discovered the accident replacement of the can bus sensor. I have tried in vain for three months to have them fix it through the warranty company and the warranty company said they are not contracted to fix those damages, that contact Carvana back again and tell them what they said.
I've been getting the runaround and I just want to enjoy the Alfa Romeo that I was finally able to buy that I wanted for years. This is bittersweet at best now and I'm afraid that since they are in with Bridgecrest financing, Silverrock, that they will be facetious and take my vehicle illegally or cause much trouble for us after all the money I have put in it thus far out of my own pocket, just for complaining. They ruined one of the highlights of my life to finally buy a newer Alfa Romeo as a car aficionado. Just want the car fixed and I will refinance it at some point when it's fixed and away from anyone associated with Carvana and their family owned subsidiaries. Our attorneys and the State of Ohio Attorney Generals office is keeping a close eye on our situation fwiw to see if it gets resolved soon.

A very nice guy came with the Carvana truck, checked the car, I signed the transfer documents, got the check and went to Wells Fargo and I cashed the check. Easy. Honest transaction. The guy who came offered his work documents and driver license for me to take a picture. This company, at least for buying cars deserves better reviews.

We had hoped to avoid all the hassle of dealing with dealerships and just having a quick easy online experience. There were three instances where we had to deal with their Customer Service department and since it is completely through chat, it may actually be worse than dealing with people at a dealership. As indicated in their BBB reviews, DO NOT TRUST THE MULTI POINT INSPECTION!!!! While our issue was small and cost us ~$150, other people have had much more expensive issues. That inspection is just marked good to sell the vehicle. Do a VERY thorough examination upon receipt of you vehicle.
We were told for that issue we would get a call from their management and never did (didn't really expect to based on the chat). I would say there is no difference between them and an onsite dealership. Some people will have a nice easy experience but as soon as anything is off it will quickly turn into a nightmare. The woman who dropped our car off was very nice but DO NOT trust them to have any authority to speak for the company.

The frustration I experienced with my trade in/purchase really hinged on Carvana's lack of knowledge and lack of timely follow up. I decided on a vehicle and wanted to use my trade in because Carvana offered me more than anyone else had. I filled out all the info and spent several hours on the phone with multiple Carvana reps explaining to them that I live in MI and all of our vehicle titles are held electronically so I couldn't provide the title to my existing vehicle and they'd get it when they sent the payoff. I must've talked to 4-5 different people about this before someone who understood the process finally signed off on it.
I waited 3 days for my purchase agreement to provide to my bank so I could get my loan check and when I hadn't received it by Friday, I called Carvana to ask what the hold up was and they told me they needed my vehicle title. I spent another several hours talking to multiple people until someone finally agreed to do a 3 way call with my lien holder and verbally confirmed "Yes, we own the electronic title". They finally issue the purchase agreement EOD Friday. I thought I was all set at this point and would get the vehicle the following week, Carvana just needed a copy of my loan check.
I went to my bank first thing the following morning, get my loan check, send it to Carvana and just wait at this point. I get a message from Carvana that night telling me that because *I* failed to upload my information before the deadline (I didn't, Carvana failed to verify it in a timely manner) they were canceling my purchase and I'd have to re-do it/reschedule it. So I go through this whole process again, reschedule my pickup 2 weeks out, my deadline gets shifted to Wednesday. I end up having to call Carvana Wednesday morning because they *still* haven't verified my loan check and I force them to get someone from the bank on the phone and verify it while I'm waiting.
To Carvana's credit, they *did* offer me several thousand more than any dealer did for my vehicle and they *did* honor the price even with the flaws it had. The actual pickup process of the new vehicle was extremely easy and the attendant working there was very knowledgeable. It was everything leading up to this that was a nightmare.

At the time of this review, I am still waiting for a refund of the Trade-In value of my car. A slight mixup and mistake on their end caused me to overpay. Still more confusion as I was told the change was made two weeks prior to my pickup. NOPE. I am sure the folks at Carvana will issue my refund check as they promised. They did offer me a very fair Trade-In value for my car. I did have to drive 4 hours to pick up/drop off the car and pick up the new car. I was hoping to get it delivered. The new car was delivered in perfect condition, the staff was quite helpful and made the deal run very smoothly. I could not expect more. I will continue to consider Carvana as a great resource for any car sales, purchases or trade-ins.

After researching potential sale prices for my vehicle, Carvana came back with a strong offer that matched or exceeded all others. Completing the online sale process was extremely simple, convenient, and quick - no issues. When the agent arrived, I had followed all of Carvana's guidelines to prep the car and gather documents, and the whole interaction took less than 10 minutes. The only issue we encountered was an unexpected delay between the sale and actual pick-up of the car.
We finalized the transaction around 1pm and I was told they would send a tow truck to pick up the car "by the end of the day." After our car spent all day on our driveway, around 10:15pm that night, a loud tow truck made its way down our cul-de-sac in the dark and spent the next hour connecting our car for a tow, awakening a neighbor who thought our car was being stolen or repossessed. Scheduling this pick-up during business/daylight hours would have been a strong plus and would have pushed this rating to 5 stars. Other than that one odd issue (which I'm guessing is more due to the towing company than Carvana), we loved the experience and would definitely do this again with another car sale.

As a customer, I've been thoroughly disappointed by my experience with Carvana. I purchased a 2015 car from the company in July 2022, only for it to turn into a nightmare. The car broke down twice within the first 10 days of ownership. It was gobbling up antifreeze and would stop abruptly in traffic. Over the course of 8 months, it's racked up nearly $10K in repair costs. It's spent almost a third of the past year in repair shops, making it more of a liability than a convenience.
When I reached out to Carvana for a resolution, the solution offered was far from fair. They proposed to purchase the vehicle back but for just half the car's market value, showing a blatant disregard for the financial distress and inconvenience I've been dealing with. I'd still be on the hook for over $10K in the loan, in addition to the $10K spent on repairs (harmonic balancer, booster, head gasket, etc) and I'd have to get another vehicle. I requested to speak to someone else.
It took roughly 3 weeks for an "executive" to reach out to me. She text initially but wouldn't respond to my replies then when she called, was confrontational telling me that I was "twisting up stories" when I summarized what she shared with me which was essentially, that I should've paid for the extended warranty plans when I purchased it. Perhaps but what kind of 100-point inspection are they doing that would permit a car leaking antifreeze on arrival?
Significant amount of stress. This entire experience has been far from the quality and service I expected from Carvana. It's disheartening to see that their commitment to customers appears to end the moment the sale is made. If you're considering buying from Carvana, I'd suggest you take my experience into account. Extended warranties shouldn't be a requirement to have a reliable vehicle. And we wonder why we're all stressed out.

Although the employee was late by 40 mins, he knocked out the examine and paperwork quickly and whatever I wasn't needed for he worked through without me. He was at my residence for 20 minutes and then told me next day a truck would pick up the vehicle. There was literally nothing else for me to do. This was my first experience using Carvana to trade in my car for a newer one. As a widow, I was very nervous going to a dealership for my purchase, so when I found out about Carvana and how I could take care of everything online and they would deliver my vehicle and take my old one, I was hooked. That's exactly how I wanted the process to go. I spent weeks shopping for the perfect car with the price range I wanted. Everything went pretty smooth, with the exception of a couple glitches. They advertise that my car would be delivered "the next day", however, that never appears to be the case according to the reviews. Wish they would just be honest and upfront with that, but anyway... They said the soonest I could have it delivered was 7 days out. No problem.
On the night before delivery I happen to check my Carvana account to make sure everything is on schedule and see a note that delivery has been delayed and it would be another 10 days before my delivery. I called and spoke with a representative who was very empathetic and kind. She explained that the hauler that was being used to deliver vehicles was broken down in Las Vegas and it was going to take them time to repair it. She assured me that my car was not harmed or damaged, but there were 10 cars on the hauler. I had no idea my car was coming from out of state. She calmed my worries. Which I appreciated.
I had already purchased insurance to start on the original ship date, but it was more hassle to change the date, so I paid for 10 days of insurance before even getting the car. I was really disappointed that I had to wait another 10 days, mainly because my old car didn't have any a/c and I had to drive to work everyday in 105-110 degree temps. Not fun... And it had 205k miles on it so was constantly concerned about it dying!
My new car got delivered 10 days later and the drivers were very kind and competent, patient with all my questions. I noticed immediately that there was not an Owners Manual in the car. I asked about it because I knew I would need it since I hadn't had a new car since 2004, and would need help figuring all the gadgets out. They said I could watch everything on YouTube. I want an Owners Manual! After buying a $20,000 vehicle, it should at least have an Owners Manual with it. That's really all I am asking for. Other than that, I really like my car, so far. My mechanic was on vacation during the 7 day period, so didn't get to check it over for me. That's because of the delivery delay! But no scary lights have come on, and thank you Jesus, everything appears good.

I contacted their warranty department about the defects and was told it would be $100 to get the visor fixed. It only costs $65. The car was in some sort of front end collision; misaligned panels, a home repair on the wiring harness and paint/clear coat runs and overspray everywhere. The car was 100% intentionally misrepresented and when I ask Carvana, the paperwork or repair requests can't be found. Stay away from this company. Run away and go somewhere else. I purchased my car on a Saturday. The initial process was smooth, and I moved through it with ease all the way to scheduling my delivery for the next Saturday. I was able to get proof of insurance uploaded by Monday afternoon. Carvana gave me a deadline of Thursday night to upload proof of financing. I was able to upload that on Wednesday afternoon. This is where things went wrong.
Carvana called me 30 mins after the deadline on Thursday night to tell me that THEY did not verify the proof of financing in time to meet the delivery appointment. The message claimed that the Carvana system did not put my documents in front of an agent until after the bank closed that day. I had now lost my delivery appointment for Saturday, and it would have to move to the next Wednesday.
I immediately called them back to chat with an agent who was unhelpful. I stated that I had done everything Carvana asked of me well within the timeline they provided. Since Carvana failed to hold up their end of the timeline, I asked for a refund of either the shipping fee, the delivery fee, or both. The agent claimed that was impossible, so I asked to speak with a manager. No manager was available since this was well after 9pm CDT, but I would receive a call from a manager within 48 hours. I also asked for a different delivery time, but the agent said none were available.
The next morning, I spoke with another agent who was much more helpful. The agent verified my financing with the bank while I was on the phone. Then, the agent attempted to find a new delivery appointment sooner than the following Wednesday and also offered to put me on a "cancellation list" for a sooner delivery. This agent confirmed that my manager call was listed in my account, and I should receive that soon.
Fast forward to the following Wednesday and my rescheduled delivery appointment... Obviously, the second agent was unable to find me a sooner delivery, so the vehicle arrived as scheduled. The delivery process was smooth. I was able to take a test drive, and I had plenty of time to look over the vehicle. I signed the final paperwork, handed over the check, and that was it.
Circling back to the issues with Carvana failing to verify my financing within their timeline, it's been a week since I took delivery of the car, and I still have not been called by a manager. I suspect it will never happen, and I'm resigned to the fact that their failure to uphold their timeline is something the consumer can do nothing about. Nor do they think it's a problem when they delay a vehicle delivery because they failed to meet a deadline. A solution to my experience would be for me to receive a call from a Carvana manager who can refund my delivery fee since the original delivery was not upheld through no fault of my own.
A solution for future situations like this would be to provide more realistic timelines for delivery based on average consumer performance for providing proof of insurance and financing. If you give a deadline to the consumer, but that deadline also includes some internal Carvana tasks that the consumer has no control over, then you should reevaluate your timelines. Give yourself more time so that the consumer is not inconvenienced.

Called to ask why there was a discrepancy in what I originally paid and what was on my contract. Could have been an easy answer but the gentleman from Carvana's customer service kept talking over top of me and couldn't answer why I was charged originally and again 8 days later. When I asked to talk to a manager he refused. Said that managers were available but he wouldn't transfer me.

Between retirement and changed driving habits, we had a car we no longer needed and wanted to sell with no hassle or negotiation on trade in. We tried other in person and online purchasers but Carvana had a straightforward process to get car appraised and did not lowball the price. Once we got their offer, we were a bit cautious as it was hard to believe it was that simple to sell. When we agreed to the price, we were able to upload the necessary documents (title, odometer, identification) and schedule the sale. Closing the deal also was flawless. We went to the designated location and the Carvana rep reviewed the documents and checked the car over. We completed the sales process and were done with check in hand in about 20 minutes. Overall very pleasant experience.

I traded my car into Carvana on 5/12/23 for a car I purchased through them. Happy enough with the process, however, carvana still as of writing this review (6/19/23) has not paid the lien holder (TD Auto) for my trade in. Carvana has lied to me on more than one occasion stating that the payoff had been sent. The last time they told me this was on 6/13/23 when they said they sent the payoff electronically to TD Auto. Now TD Auto is threatening my credit due to non-payment on a car I haven't owned for over a month. I really don't know what to do here. I may have to report the trade in stolen to the authorities as I can't have my credit impacted like this, for a car I haven't even owned for over a month.

This was the easiest, most convenient way and will never use a dealership again. I have recommended to everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was skeptical, but in the end it really was the easiest way to go. Online document signing means no high pressure sales tactics, we only had to sign tax, title, license for the state of Illinois once we arrived. We were on our way home 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. It was fun, exciting to watch the car come down (no delivery in our small town area so we did the pick up at the vending machine), the staff was friendly, and the car was detailed beautifully. 7 day test drive gives you plenty of time to see if you like your new car and can return if you decide. It was by far the easiest car buying experience and will definitely use next time we're in the market for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a rather hard to find vehicle through Carvana. Upon delivery (I picked it up at a Carvana delivery location), I immediately noticed significant damage that was not disclosed on the Carvana site. After reviewing with the Carvana rep, he agreed that it appeared to be damage from transit, and assured me that Carvana had a process to get my vehicle restored to 'pre transit' shape. It appeared that something had swiped the vehicle while on the transport vehicle, and scratched the headlight, mirror, window, trim and luggage rack.
Initial conversations with their insurance (SilverRock) and Carvana reps left me disgusted that they deemed the NEW damage as normal wear and tear. I finally was able to get a Carvana Advocate manager to understand the issue and resolve it somewhat. They are having about 50% of the damage repaired, and I'm going to do the other 50%. If I didn't really want the vehicle, and it wasn't so hard to find, I'd send it back without hesitation. I doubt I'll ever use them again. Many people have asked me about my experience and I've been very honest and told them where they dropped the ball. I would have been their biggest cheerleader had they only lived up to their promises and done the right thing.

Carvana purchased my truck, gave me about 5k more than anyone else. A few issues they wanted the registration to be good for 75 days so I had to re-register the vehicle even though it still had some time left, cost me 450. Then they didn't take the license plate with the new sticker. Seemed kind of odd. Driver showed up 3 hours late. Not a real big deal, wasn't his fault. Other than that, it all went very smooth. Caution ⚠️ light would come on and the whole dash light up like a Christmas tree when getting on the on-ramp for the freeway. 2nd car came 10 days later. Couldn’t start it when I went to drive it. Dead battery. Plus had painter's tape holding something up under the driver's side door. When I called to tell them that it wouldn’t start they wanted me to take it to a repair shop. I thought these cars were supposed to be a Carvana certified!! Apparently they don’t go through these cars like they say they do. Very much disgusted with the way they handled things.

The inspector was a little late due to traffic, but we can't control that. So that's OK, he got to our place and for $75 to pick-up, that's worth my time. He did a 360 walk around the vehicle, started the car and checked the odometer. After that, had me sign the paperwork and I gave him my title and got my printed check. It was that fast. I really wanted to like Carvana, but every step of the way has been multiple difficulties, wasted time, and money. I decided to try Carvana and between my husband and myself, we have spent over 30 hours dealing with the various snafus and miscommunication (and that is a very generous estimate). Two weeks after the purchase, I am now dealing with Carvana trying to get the truck registered in a different state from mine. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation and go to your local dealership. At least you know what you are getting, and you will complete the purchase same day.
The Good: Carvana does have a large variety of vehicles to choose from. The actual exchange of vehicles went surprisingly easy. The delivery person (Danny) was great to work with, and the process was fast. When you can get a hold of a customer service rep (not the call center) they are friendly and helpful. (Shout out to you Eric on 6/13/23).
The Bad: First, we traded in a vehicle and paid cash on the remainder. We got an email that the car hold was expired and reposted for sale, when they immediately transferred money from our bank account the next business day! I had to make some calls and emails to get that fixed. The truck was delivered with bad breaks that should have never passed an inspection. I called a representative who assured me that this would fall under their 100 day/400mile warranty. Since I needed a vehicle (Carvana now had possession of mine), I decided to take it in for repairs to a (SilverRock warranty company) preferred auto repair shop (PepBoys). PepBoys inspected the truck and stated it needed front and rear brake work.
SilverRock said it was to be covered under the Toyota warranty, but it wasn’t, because it was considered a wearable part. SilverRock then stated that they needed a letter from Toyota stating such, even though it is already written in the Toyota warranty. Toyota wouldn’t get on the phone with SilverRock unless the truck was at their dealership and the truck was partially dismantled at PepBoys. On a Friday, my husband and I spent the entire day making multiple calls to: Carvana, SilverRock, Toyota, and Pep Boys. The entire day! We ended up just paying almost $1,000 out of pocket to get the damn truck that I needed to haul a trailer that weekend. I took the truck to the Toyota dealership the next week and had them get on the phone with SilverRock regarding the warranty issue.
After submitting even more paperwork for reimbursement, I am now waiting for a check in the mail….pending final review of the claim. This morning, I woke to an email stating that I need to notarize a document (I already did this two weeks ago) in order to get the truck registered in PA…..I live in NM. So, once again I’m on the phone and the computer trying to get things fixed. So far I’ve been at this for two hours. I am exhausted with this entire process!!!

This process has been an overwhelming experience. When I sold my car it went absolutely smooth. No problem whatsoever. The buying side was not so smooth. No one to talk to for clarity other than Sabatian, which he has been programmed to make smart comments. I have been told twice after completing everything that was required of me that my time has ran out and now you have to pay for shipping and now I cannot get the vehicle on the requested day. I asked a question before pick up date about the hanging headliner. No responded back to me. There is nothing easy to find or go back to on this app/website. Come to find out that the headliner is hanging, the oil pump is bad, the mileage is off by 30,000, no fluid would come out the wiper sprayer, not to mention the interior of the car was filthy and it’s something going on with the suspension.
Although they’re willing to fix the wrong but who has time to purchase a car and leave it in the shop to get 1 thing fix when there more to look at. As for the suspension they said he drove the car and didn’t find anything. They tell you that you have 7 days to return the vehicle but they fail to tell you at that same time it's 7 days or 400 miles. It took me half those miles to get home from picking up the vehicle and was only notified of the 400 miles after I agreed to take the vehicle. If Carvana do 150 point inspection to each vehicle. Why are so many things wrong after delivery. Why are the consumers responsible for get the car evaluated after purchased? And to be told that the sell price will increase because it's 30,000 fewer miles on the car than they thought.
I can’t even imagine how in the world Carvana didn’t find that out. I noticed that from day one. Thinking you all will notice it before release the car. Most certainly wasn’t the case. I had to finally say something to the guy once he asked me to sign the DMV paperwork. The pictures they took to advertise for sale showed the 41,000 but the paperwork shows 71,000. I knew if there was a discrepancy at the DMV with miles. Titling and registration would be very difficult at the correct mileage. So I asked the representative about that not only did it take another hour or so to get the vehicle. It ruined the whole Carvana’s vending machine experience because he brought the car down twice to verify what was on the vehicle. Then he told me that it will increase the cost of the vehicle by a few thousands of dollars.
He said their vehicles with that amount of miles starts at 25,000 to 26,000, I shook my head and explain that the contract I signed didn’t have that price on it. He was like neither did the miles. He then said I can leave the vehicle there and Carvana would have it checked out or I can take it for my 7 days 400 miles and Caravan will contact me. Needless to say Carvana never contacted me. They called later that evening but my phone rung once and the name Carvana popped up and it disconnected. He promised someone will reach out by Wednesday. Not a one. I went in. Found out information about the warranty company and what to do from there. So technically I didn’t have 7 days or a complete 400 miles to figure out if something else would prevent me from wanting the vehicle.
There is no way carvana serviced this vehicle before selling the vehicle. They leave it the responsibility up to the buyer and that's why they allow the 7days without informing the consumers of the 400 miles until they agree to leave with the vehicle. The Representative from one of the local shop stated they have a carvana car on the rack right now with the entire suspension system is bad and he just past his 7 days. It's awful that kind of responsibility and burden are plans on the consumers. Hopefully if this is the future way of buying a vehicle, it is certainly when I no longer exist on earth or I’m no longer in the car buying mode. It's too much red tape and the responsibility is on the consumer to have the vehicle checked out before the 7 days end. Leaving the consumer with only a few days to drive the vehicle because it's left at the shop. Too much trickery!

My wife and I were excited not only for a new car but the overall Carvana experience. The site suggested an earlier delivery date. Could not schedule the date until after the purchase. Of course, the suggested date was not available. Scheduled a pickup date and processed all required paperwork including payment as required. Everything was processed a weeks before the scheduled pickup date. I checked the site every day and received an email from Carvana that everything was complete. No call or any notice from the company. I checked the site hours before the pickup. It wanted me to submit another down payment. Checked my account, funds had been released to Carvana days before.
I tried the chat, the representative demanded the down payment that Carvana had already been paid. I could not send any proof through the chat. Asked to speak to a representative by phone. The chat representative refused and demanded that I authorize another down payment thru the site or I would lose my car. She promised that it would not process twice. I'm no fool! I drove to Carvana, checked with the representative on-site. He said no delivery had been scheduled. I showed him screenshots from my phone of the completed deal email and site confirmation. He could not help. I asked for a number to call. He could not help. Very frustrated and disappointed, I called the wife to tell her the news.
I looked at my phone history and saw a call from Carvana that I received the days earlier when I sent in the payment check around the second day of my Carvana experience. I called, got a representative and she said that my payment was received but did not process on their end. So they canceled the sale without telling me anything. If I had not checked the site prior to pickup. My family and I would have showed up for a car we paid for already and been disappointed. The representative pushed the deal through and I had to set up another pickup date days later.
The pickup: It's been about 3 weeks since we bought a car we have not laid hands on. We're still pumped about the Carvana vending machine experience. We show up a couple hours before just to make sure the car is there this time. We arrive back as scheduled and watch other cars get detailed and loaded in the machine. My family arrives and we video the experience. The car descends from the upper deck, it's dusty and dirty both inside and out. The attendant apologizes and puts the blame on dust in the machine. Outside maybe, inside impossible with the windows and doors closed with the amount of dust inside. It had not been cleaned at all. There was a lack of communication and difficulty in contacting anyone to help. We love the car but definitely do not recommend the Carvana online experience.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado RST 6 1/2 FT bed with DFM from their site. There were a few usual delays during purchasing. Nothing major. Fast forward to delivery day. I receive a text from the driver with a 15-minute time frame for their arrival. The pickup spot is 20 minutes from my home so I drive there and wait. I wait a full hour beyond the pickup window before texting the number. I get no response so continue to wait. I watch the driver pull into the parking lot 1 hour and 10 minutes after the arrival time they gave me. At which point they texted me they had arrived. I go to talk to the driver and get a laughing apology with a joke about how they needed to stop for an energy drink. Annoying but easily ignored, things happen...
An awkward experience from here until I test-drove. I get back and look over the truck. Everything looks okay minus some obvious scratches I notice that I did not think were marked on the website. I had purchased a vehicle from Carvana previously (2019) and they were excellent about fixing things like this so I didn't really think much of it. I sign the paperwork and drive the truck home.
The first indication of an issue was when I get home. I had a few parts waiting for the truck including a bed cover which oddly did not fit. I do some research and decode the VIN number to realize the truck is actually a 5 3/4 FT bed. Not the 6 1/2 FT bed I was told the truck had. I open a complaint about the bed size through their chat support and wait to hear back. No one contacts me for 24 hours so I reach back out. I am told they have agreed the truck was incorrectly labeled and have agreed to compensate me. The offer I was given was a $100 check. This honestly felt like a slap to the face.
I decline the $100 dollar check and counter with an offer of my own. I ask to simply have the shipping fees waived to return the vehicle. Clearly, it's not my fault they marked specs incorrectly and would like to return the truck. I don't believe I should have to lose any money in this situation. The only thing I could have done that I didn't do would have been to decode the VIN on something like KBB before I purchased and cross-referenced every feature from their website.
They refuse my counter offer stating the shipping costs are all nonrefundable. At this point, I have a choice to either be out around $1200 ($190 to get it to my state, around $500 to get it to me, and around $500 to get it back for the return) or take the $100 and just forget about it. I found both options unacceptable and ask to have a manager call me. The support chat tells me the entire time I have no real option and the manager is going to tell me the same thing. Even so, I insist and they assure me a manager will call in 24 hours. This call never occurred and my 7-day return window expired. I accepted this is my truck now and contacted them for the $100. The chat support actually told me "my gift" will take about 1 month to be sent to me.
I'm extremely disappointed but now I need to deal with the obvious scratches/gouges in the paint that were not marked (they had fine scratches marked on 1 side, nothing on the other side, nothing on the tailgate). I submit claims for all the scratches (1 deeper gouge on each rear panel, scratches on both sides at random spots, and a small dent in the tailgate with a scratch in it). These complaints with picture proof are all denied. Even though the scratches weren't marked on the site and no pictures were provided. The claim states that even though they were not marked anywhere they have been deemed normal wear and tear.
To add to the incorrect features being labeled, I also noticed after this occurred and was checking features that the truck was listed with DFM. This truck according to the window sticker from Carfax does not have DFM. Another feature they mismarked. Unfortunately, the original window sticker had DFM clearly marked but did not have the bed size listed.

I was told a tow truck would show up within about an hour to pick up the vehicle. More than 24 hours later, online chat sessions and multiple phone calls to Carvana, nobody seemed to know what was going on, how to contact a towing company to pick it up.

I was a bit leery about this process since I haven't owned a vehicle for some time and I'm just used to the "kicking the tires" looking at the car and test driving it 1st, but I decided to go with this new auto experience.. Simply put I'm never going to go back to the old dealership days ever, EVER again! This was very comfortable and with a guaranteed 7 days to return, as explained from the beginning, the day you receive it is the 1st day! Was very pleased with the delivery and the car itself, Carvana won me over!! y'all got a customer for life!!

Simple, straightforward with no surprises. This was our second trade and purchase from Carvana. They gave us a fair price for our trade in. They gave us a fair price for our purchase. May 2023, I traded my vehicle in and topped up to get another used car. I read their 150-point inspection, and it showed everything passed except a couple of exterior dings /scratches. On the 2nd day of having the car, I heard some clicking noise on the bottom under the driver's seat when driving on the freeway, I took it to Meineke the repair center designated by Carvana's 90 days warranty service. It was serviced under Silver Rock. The Meineke people said there was no issue with the clicking noise but the brakes are bad and need to be replaced. The Meineke guy showed me there are grooves in the wheels and said it shouldn't be like this. I was quoted $800 plus for 2 front brakes.
Since I have 90 days I asked if I have to pay to get the brakes fixed. The Meineke guy told me Silver Rock denied 99% of the claim. I asked him to call in anyways and true enough, Silver Rock denied the claim saying it's a maintenance issue and not a failure issue. I contacted Carvana and told them I felt cheated because they should have given me a heads up on the 150 pt inspection that once I get the vehicle I have to fork out another $800+ to fix the front brakes. Carvana told me they can't do anything about it since Silver Rock denied the claim.
I was told by the Meineke guy that he would NEVER buy a car from Carvana given his experience that 99% of the claims are denied. So folks, be prepared to dish out $$$$ to fix whatever issues on the vehicle that you get from Carvana. What a bad deal. They lied about the 150-point inspection, 90-day warranty is a joke. Silver Rock is a joke! Carvana is a joke. But the person who buys a vehicle from them is the real dumb loser.

Just completed my third purchase from Carvana! Like all car purchases there are give and takes. We had a list of minimums we needed and after searching we found a vehicle of the right size (7 passengers), low miles (8500) and decent pricing. I look forward to their team improving even more in time. Two things I wish were better with this experience: More reasonable finance terms especially with multiple time buyers and better shipping rates. Maybe this could be a part of a loyalty program? With that being said, we search online and locally and Carvana served our family best!

I purchased a vehicle thru Carvana, which was promised to be delivered in 8 days for a $900 shipping fee. On day 8, I received an email stating the delivery would take an additional 2 weeks. During that waiting period, there was no email correspondence from Carvana, leaving me to wonder if the vehicle was actually going to arrive on the second date which was promised. For $900, I could've shipped the vehicle myself or driven to its location and picked it up in person. I paid for convenience and got zero value from them. When I asked if I could pick the vehicle up in the next state where it was sitting, supposedly undergoing inspection, I was told that was not possible.
When the delivery day arrived, the vehicle, which was supposedly undergoing a 150-point inspection, arrived in poor condition. The interior was filthy. I'm talking about food matted into the carpeting, greasy fingerprints on the interior, a very dirty engine block, and much more. In addition, there were 2 service engine lights on the dashboard. One service light for there being no wiper fluid, and the second for a faulty starter battery. All of these issues were easy to fix but should have been caught if there had actually been a 150-point inspection. Clearly, that inspection never happened.
The day after delivery, Carvana began emailing, texting, and even calling me twice a day, asking me to submit a power of attorney letter to "complete the registration" and saying that "there was an error with my registration." I would need to have the power of attorney letter notarized and signed. Here's the thing: the vehicle shipped to me with permanent plates, valid tags through 1 year, and a state registration in my name. Registration had been completed, but for some reason, Carvana had faulty records, which I had to do extra work to correct in order to stop the incessant communications coming from them. I had to take hours off work to drive to a notary and pay to have the letter notarized. This was totally unnecessary - the state had already granted my permanent registration.
When I complained about all of these problems, Carvana promised to issue a $100 check for detailing service. I live in Chicago, where detailing costs well over $300. I have not yet received a check. I may not have had a better experience going to a dealership, but at least they might have been more accountable if things had gone wrong in the process. Carvana makes false promises, skips inspections, delivers late, screws up paperwork that you have to fix, and does almost nothing to solve the problems.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable as Carvana is always looking to improve the customer experience. We know how excited our customers are to purchase a new vehicle, but when that vehicle is delayed it certainly hinders that experience. This is never our intent as we know how our customers rely on their vehicles to arrive on time for their means of transportation and lifestyle. We are very sorry to have inconvenienced you.

Overall, very happy; super easy process, person picking up car was polite and didn't haggle, super fast payment. A couple of caveats:
* First pickup attempt failed; a person called, I missed the call for fifteen minutes, and they had to leave and reschedule. I wasn't expecting to have a short confirmation window for what I thought would be an in-person appointment, and being at home during the work week is hard for me, so I would have appreciated more heads up about my need to watch my phone. The rescheduled time was almost a week later and was complicated for me to get someone at home for.
* In general: hard to get either an update on the pickup time or talk to a real person on short notice from the website. That could be improved. An estimated time of arrival or a tracking page would be nice.
* Person who picked up the car locked the keys in a lockbox and left the car for a tow truck to pick up, which arrived two days later (a day after we were told it would); in the meantime the car (sitting on a restricted street as requested) got a ticket. We didn't have to pay it, so no harm no foul, but seems like the sort of thing that could have been avoided?
Outside of that, though: the pay was practically what I was expecting from a private buyer, we didn't get any grief about paint scratches or anything, and the registration process was super easy. So much less scammy feeling than dealership or direct-to-buyer sales I've done in the past. The pickup experience should be improved, but outside of that caveat, I'd happily encourage friends to use Carvana to sell their cars.

I had almost no problems purchasing my car, until the very end. I paid cash for the car instead of financing it. Carvana asked for some final documents, I uploaded them as directed. The money was deducted from account the next day. I decided to check 2-3 days later to see if I could change the day of delivery. I couldn’t find any trace of my purchase. I called them and they told me the purchase was canceled because those last documents were uploaded to a miscellaneous folder. I would not have any control of that. Fortunately that car was still available, so she processed the order again, but that pushed the delivery of my car out another week. She said there was nothing that could be done to rectify the system error.
I thought was weak customer service, because they never refunded my money with this error. I went almost two weeks without the car after I paid for it. The guy who brought me my new car and picked up my old car was super nice! He did everything right. I like how I received alerts along the way to remind me of everything that would occur with each step. I just didn’t appreciate waiting almost two weeks after purchase paid to get the car without any recompense to make up for the one issue that caused delay. Otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars.

After a great experience selling our lease to Carvana, we checked with them on our other leased vehicle and were quite surprised by the great offer we received. At $4k over the lease payoff, we couldn't pass the offer up. We ended up finding a used vehicle with low miles and a fair price. After securing funds for the used vehicle from a local credit union, we proceeded to accept the offer on our lease and do a "trade" for the used vehicle. Unfortunately, after we completed the order we received a call that stated they couldn't accept a lease as a trade-in. This meant we'd have to do two separate transactions and be charged by our state additional sales tax. During the entire offer and order process, we were constantly shown in green boxes advertisements of saving additional money by trading vs just selling our lease. The offer results page and email included this advertisement as well.
Apparently there is one line of text on the request offer form page that omits the word trade-in under the loan/lease description popup. The higher-up customer service representative used this as their way out of not honoring all the advertisements we had received that in no way stated a lease could NOT be used for a trade-in. Since during the application process to get the offer of buying out our lease, I provided details that it was a lease, who owned the lease, the payoff amount and monthly payments, their system should've omitted the advertisements about the trade-in savings. They wouldn't offer any sort of compensation even though it was pretty clear false advertisement and a huge lack of clearly stating that leases are not acceptable trade-ins. They are apparently "working" on their system to not allow orders to go through like ours did if a lease is trying to be used as a trade-in.
Luckily we liked the used car we found, so we proceeded with the process and did two separate transactions. We were lucky enough to get things scheduled at the exact same date/time. We only had to go to their location once to complete the process. We were able to test drive the used vehicle before completing paperwork, just to make sure we were happy with it. Everything was smooth sailing from there, I think it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish (including the test drive)!
Overall we are happy with our 3 interactions with the Carvana buying and selling experience. We have recommended them to family and co-workers.

This is going to be TLDR, so... After a lot of research I decided on a 2023 truck which appeared to be in showroom condition with very low miles, trading in my 2021 Cherokee also with very low miles, also in showroom condition. Delivery was on time, up to that point the transaction was fine. First problem was the truck was delivered with only one keyfob, yet was photographed and listed as having 2. The delivery agent said they would find, or order me a new keyfob. So far I have received an email from what appears to be an aftermarket key company, saying my order will be filled by JULY, which is a month and a half away. Lovely. I completed the sale and took possession, only to find, literally minutes after the Carvana truck left, that there was a gash in the driver's rear tire and the tread could be pulled away exposing the belts.
Carvana support told me I have to make a claim through their third party warranty company "Silver Rock", pay the $100 deductible, which they supposedly would reimburse me for. So I followed the required procedure, took the car in to a "preferred" shop and got the estimate. The next day the warranty company denied the claim for being a "wear item" - now infuriated, and after about a dozen calls to Carvana and Silver Rock reps who were willing to listen, but with no authority to act, I finally got a supervisor at Silver Rock who told me the tire shop never said it was a safety issue and since the tire still held air, it wouldn't be approved. I then spoke to the tire shop who said they absolutely did say so.
After getting that same warranty supervisor back (after being first told she wasn't in the office that day, but somehow appeared after I pushed), and told her about my conversation with the shop, she said they approved the claim as a "one time courtesy" - wonderful. But wait: The tire shop called me saying they approved the replacement, but only for a cheap "Ironman" tire, not the original Firestone Destination LE2 tire that was on the truck. As anyone knows, you DO NOT mismatch tires on the same axle.
So at that point I was so fed up with the entire process, I seriously considered returning the truck and walking away from Carvana forever. However, I did take the truck to a trusted technician I know, who gave it a thorough inspection and said it was in as good condition as it looks, and recommended I keep it. So I did. And went to a local Firestone shop and paid for a new tire myself. However it was the first and will be the last time I deal with Carvana, purely for the complete lack of after sales support.

I recently sold my car to Carvana. Their process to get an offer is relatively simple, however once you submit the information to get your offer, there is no way to edit the details, other than the odometer reading. In my case, I originally just wanted to get an idea of how much Carvana would offer. However, I didn't initially enter all the features of my vehicle, so once I was ready to proceed I attempted to update the features to get an accurate, updated offer. Couldn't be done. I even contacted customer service.
They told me I had to wait until the offer expired (7 days) and start a new one. Fortunately, I had another email I could use, so I just started a new profile and created the new offer using all the relevant information about the vehicle to get the revised (higher) offer. The rest of the process was fairly straight forward, although it took me a couple of attempts before the documents they requested uploaded properly and were shown as received by their system.
When dropping off the vehicle at their location, there was only one small sign indicating where to go, and I wasn't sure I was at the right place. No sign on the building, no signs in the parking lot, no one there to speak to... I finally called the representative that had contacted me earlier and he came out to greet me. The rest of the process went smoothly. Answered a few questions, signed a few forms. The funds were sent to my account via ACH as promised by the next morning.

I ask the vehicle to be register in FL my primary home and ship the vehicle to NC where I am TAD with the Army as a planner in Ft Bragg. I had to go to FL to pickup the vehicle because I was told that could not happen. Although the two other vehicles I brought from Carvana it was accomplished. In the package you received from the driver that delivers the car it states in FL you can transfer a plate that is expire as long as it is less than 12 months. I still do not know where we are at and whether my plate will transfer. I was told they cannot transfer to an expired plate period. I get an e-mail telling me my registration will be mailed to Davenport IA a place I lived 3 years ago. I must of filled out 10 different documents giving the address in FL and the address in NC. I am helpless right now with the outcome.
When I received the vehicle both key FOBs had problems. One worked sometime, the other not at all. I change the batteries to get them to work properly. I had a battery service alert light. I went to the nearest Auto Zone pull the battery had it tested and had to replace it. I could not wait on either challenge due to the fact I needed to get back to NC 761 miles away. I will wait for this sale to play out. Pick up the pieces and move on. Carvana was a great company. I believe they got too big and have lost the customer service edge. Their executive branch needs to conduct an investigation and correct their challenges. The only reason in my mind they are still doing business is their product and price.

However, I only had 24 hours to get the information. This is impossible. They then proceeded to charge me the non-refundable deposit. I feel I got screwed and will never buy anything from this company again. They also do not provide support during the same time that I was supposed to get this needed documentation. Therefore, there is no one to assist. They simply do not care about customers.

I was buying a Truck from Carvana online. The website asked for my checking account information. Then I called support and cancelled the order the same day, and two days later, my bank account showed a charge of $6,000.00 from Carvana Business, so I called again and talked to Taylor and I'm still waiting for my refund. When I called to cancel, I was told "not to worry about Carvana charging my bank account" but they did anyways... Are these questionable business ethics? Carvana: Please don't do this to your customers.

I found an issue I was not happy with, and contacted them day 2 after receiving the vehicle. They asked me to take it to a service provider to inspect. Provider took 2 weeks, then refused- now Carvana says it is out of the 7 day period and refuses to honor the warranty. They used a delaying tactic to prevent the return they guarantee.
Thank you for your feedback. All of our vehicles come with a 100 day/4,189 mile warranty for additional peace of mind, but we are very sorry for the frustration we have caused you. On Tuesday, April 4th I initiated a trade-in with Carvana, using Navy Federal CU as my 3rd party financing as they had also just financed the purchase of my trade-in. Wednesday, the 5th - Carvana underwriting called me to go over the details of my trade and let me know what the value of the check would need to be that I would go and get from my CU. I went that day and retrieved the check from my bank which happens to be 2 counties over. Wednesday night, I called Carvana to ensure I knew EXACTLY what would happen when my vehicle was delivered on Saturday, April 9th. Austin from Carvana and Laura from Navy Federal Credit Union were in a 3-way call with me to ensure all info was correct and I knew exactly what the transaction would look like.
Laura explained to Austin that since NFCU would be absolving the loan on my trade, Carvana should enter the trade in if it had NO lien on the vehicle. Austin re-entered my trade and it was in my favor by increasing the trade value from 9375 to 10,170. I was told the NEW check value and Thursday went BACK to my CU to pick up another check. Thursday night, underwriting calls me AGAIN to let me know that the vehicle WOULD have to be entered with the lien and that ANOTHER check would have to be acquired.
At this point, I have already left work early THREE TIMES. You are gonna think I'm lying when I tell you that Friday, while I am at work, I speak with Megan from Carvana underwriting who tells me the check I uploaded is short and I will need to pick up ...yep...another check. I call my CU and get an agent who is trying to figure out the exact numbers with Megan before I go two counties over for the FOURTH time because apparently underwriting is SERIOUSLY confused about how to calculate. I go Friday, directly after work, pick up a FOURTH check. Friday night as my "window" is closing, underwriting calls to ask me if my husband can also sign the check and us re-upload the image. I get this done only to have my delivery pushed TWO WEEKS to April 21st.
On Friday, April 20th, Ashley from the Fairburn GA delivery location calls to tell me they are short delivery drivers and wanted to know if I wanted to come pick up my car. I said yes, just so I could be done with this whole nightmare - but, it would only get better from here!! 3 weeks after having uploaded ALL of my documents, Carvana recognizes that underwriting MISSED the fact that my husband -who is my co-signer- has an out of state license because we had just moved to GA 3 weeks prior. Ashley states they can't release the car to me until he either gets his GA license OR I can redo the entire loan. I am about to lose my flipping mind at this point. My husband immediately orders a birth certificate from LA, but it will take 10-16 business days to arrive.
We push the delivery to April 28th in hopes that he might attain his GA license by then...no dice. My husband has his mom drive from South MS to LA to get his birth certificate from vital records and overnights it at the rate of $68. On Thursday, April 27th, I upload my husband's temporary license. Friday, my driver calls to tell me he will deliver between 5 and 530 pm. It seems that FINALLY I will get this car delivered - but no, that's not the case. At 4:47 on Friday, April 28th the driver calls back to say he is about to go over his DOT time and will NOT be able to make the delivery as scheduled...that he will have to push it until Saturday. I am so glad that I am DONE with this company and this nightmare of a buying experience. A truly HORRIBLE, waste of my time. I missed time at work, had to drive 2 counties over FOUR times, and carried insurance on a car I didn't have possession of for 3 weeks!
Thank you for your honest feedback. It saddens us to hear that you encountered some roadblocks during the purchase process, creating a less-than-exceptional experience. At Carvana, we recognize that everyone’s situation is different and apologize if our verification process lacked timeliness and clear communication. We aim to use your feedback to continue improving our underwriting/verification process. We are thankful you took the time to share your personal experience and are happy to see you moved forward with purchasing a Carvana vehicle.

Was very satisfied with how easy it was to sell my 2016 Silverado at a fair price. Everything was done online with email and text messages, did the notarization online as well, they set a time and date when they would pick it up, brought a check and more papers to sign loaded it on a truck and took it away. Do not buy from. I bought a 2018 Jeep. With only 70k miles. 7 days after buying it the car was misfiring. After taking it to the mechanic they require (who took 2.5 months) rebuilt the valve train. Two weeks later it misfired again because the head gasket blew out. Since the mechanic, who said this was an undiagnosed issue from before, used my entire warranty window the first time Carvana will not pay the $10k in repairs. They are crooks.

I got an online quote from Carvana but I overestimated the mileage. When I sent in the picture of the odometer which showed the car actually had fewer miles than I had stated on the original estimate, they raised their offer. Drove to their office drop off the car and they gave me a check for the amount they said they would. Didn't take more than ten to fifteen minutes to do the deal. Carvana also offered me over $1000 more than Carmax did to purchase my used vehicle.

A most rewarding and pleasant experience: After an insulting offer for my trade-in by a dealership, I solicited bids from 4 car buying companies. Carvana's offer for my 2014 BMW x5 was twice my dealership's and $2,000 more than other bids. Upon accepting their bid, Carvana supplied a detailed, but simplified, list of instructions to prepare for the transaction. Upon submitting all the required information online, I was supplied with a date and time my car would be picked up at my residence and a list of all the paperwork that would be completed. A friendly and professional Carvana representative arrived at our home on time. After a brief look at our car he explained in detail each document we executed, after which he provided the agreed upon check. All questions we had were fully answered. He provided his cell # in the event we had more. Our vehicle was loaded on a truck and taken away.

We received an offer for 2012 Cadillac SRX of $3950. Yet they are selling the exact same model for $18,990. The mileage on our trade in is 120K, the one they are selling is 90K. It's understandable that our offer would be lower than what they're selling it for but lower by 15K is inconsistent. I have documentation to prove this if you need it. When I reached out to them they were unwilling to speak to me by phone at all. They kept saying that it's all done by the system and nothing can be done. It's great that things can be done purely online now. But they do need some sort of support system in human form that has the ability to make human decisions. Extremely disappointed and we will never use this company.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We are always looking for ways to improve. We are sorry to hear your trade in experience did not reflect the stress-free process we hope for. Our vehicle appraisals are based on the following: Kelly Blue Book current fair market value, vehicle features, current mileage, and the VIN inspection. Each of those factors help to determine a fair value for your vehicle. We are sorry it sounds like this offer did not meet your needs. Should you like to consider moving forward, please note all Carvana trade values are good for 7 days.

First off my down payment was $200, they took $300 from my account and now I have to wait up to a month to get that back. When I picked up my car, the gentleman I worked with was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! But the detail and inspection/maintenance department need a lot of work!!! Something had been spilt in the vehicle, all of the buttons on the door panel were sticky, you can see splatters on the sun visor and all down the driver's door. I fixed the sticky buttons myself and cleaned up the splatters BUT the report says you detailed this vehicle and clearly you did not!!!
My front tire has a chunk out of it, so I guess I will be purchasing 2 new tires as well. You put 2 new ones on the back, why did you skip replacing the one that had a huge chunk out of it?? I knew I was buying a used vehicle, I did not expect perfection!! I did however expect that the vehicle would be wiped down. The splatters simply took 1 swipe of a damp cloth to clean up. I love my new car, I really do. BUT if you’re going to tell me it was detailed and inspected then I expect it to be detailed and inspected.
It is unacceptable to hear that your vehicle did not arrive in the standards Carvana has set. Purchasing a vehicle should be an amazing experience, and we are sorry to have let you down. I have nothing but great words to say about the entire car selling experience with Caravana. They have been extremely professional and true to their quoted value and meeting it within the lock-in period i.e. before the quote expired for me. I sold my first car during the height of Covid - a second older car that I was happy to get rid of because of not using it at all. It was a hassle free experience for me. The second time I sold my ICE in order to buy an EV. I would have bought from Carvana directly but they didn't have what I wanted in stock. The process was extremely smooth and worry-free. Carvana is fantastic. If you hate dealing with salesmen and dealerships; most car purchases take up an entire day. Carvana saves you from having to waste an entire day. It is super easy, and super convenient. HOWEVER, the listed scratches and cosmetic defects were not even close to what I saw when my car was delivered. The pictures they show you don't do them justice. My car also needs a new blender door actuator, and the Bluetooth does not function (again, these issues were not mentioned in the listing). I bought the 3rd party warranty through SilverRock, which I now regret. There aren't any decent car shops or dealerships that accept SilverRock warranties.
I even called a repair shop that took the warranty, but they refuse to address the actuator or Bluetooth problems because they are "Ford specific" (it's a 2017 Ford Fiesta). So basically I have to fix these problems myself, or take the car to a Ford dealership and pay out of pocket for the repairs. I'm pretty disappointed. Carvana is fine to use if you're not terribly picky about cosmetic defects, or you can handle minor repairs yourself. I would skip on the extended warranties for sure. And I would definitely recommend not buying anything with more than 10k miles, who knows what condition the other vehicles are in.

This is the second car I am purchasing through Carvana. I had an excellent experience the first time a year ago when I purchased a car for myself. So when it came time to purchase a car for my son I naturally chose to buy through Carvana. On 4/5/23 they brought the first car I purchased for my son. This car worked for a couple of days and then broke down days after receiving it. I called and spoke with a supervisor who was very apologetic and offered to exchange my vehicle with another vehicle which I did. What I still don’t understand is how the car went through a 150-point inspection and then broke down days later. I tried to be understanding and remain calm even though I had missed a day of work just to receive this car. The second vehicle was scheduled to be delivered on 4/19/23. So I took a second personal day off of work.
Two days before the car was scheduled to be delivered I got a message saying it was delayed due to a logistic problem. This was extremely upsetting as I already scheduled a day off of work, and was paying for a rental car that was suppose to be returned. In addition the first broken vehicle was still in my driveway and I was told they couldn’t pick it up until the second car was dropped off. I also was required to keep car insurance on the broken car. I am also being charged $990 for shipping for a car that can’t be shipped on time! At this time I called and spoke with multiple supervisors about my frustrations and I was offered NO compensation.
I was only told that in the fine print delivery times are not guaranteed and the only thing they can do is help me reschedule the delivery. So my delivery was then rescheduled for 4/24/23, this time I made sure it was scheduled for after work as I can’t keep taking days off and already wasted 2 days off with this whole process. I extended my car rental. I’m continuing to pay car insurance on a broken vehicle and it’s taking space up in my driveway. 4/24/23 comes. I made 4 phone calls to Carvana to ensure this delivery went smoothly. The car never came!!! Customer service is basically saying there’s nothing they can do but email the delivery location. There’s No phone number.
They continue to refuse to compensate me. At this point, I should be refunded my car insurance cost, be paid storage fees for the broken car left here, be refunded for shipping for a car that isn’t being shipped in a timely matter, and reimbursed for rental car fees. Carvana has done nothing to make me feel like they appreciate my business. They keep making mistakes but me as the consumer is the only one paying for their mistakes!!! I am extremely stressed out, very dissatisfied, and emotionally exhausted from this experience. Ultimately Carvana has failed multiple times with this purchase and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would no longer be recommending Carvana!!!!

I've been in the market for a car for about 3 months. Carvana's app did make it easier to look for vehicles while out and about, I found one I liked. Ordered it and after a few minutes I genuinely all set besides insurance. I had a delivery date. They kept me updated on all events and even sent me some helpful information. However when the vehicle did arrive there was some small minor damaged areas there were not reported on the site. Like a dent on the front fender. The seal of the doors falling off and worst of all a small crack on the windshield. All of this besides the crack were negligible. But to fix this crack I'd be looking to spend a extra 205$ on my purchase.
I tried to file a claim within the 7 day return period but because I was busy on the first day and didnt report then my claim was denied. I highly recommend anyone who orders a vehicle do a very close inspection before you sign anything. Other than this, I had a decent experience. I'm still waiting for my registration to arrive but they are regular keeping me updated via email and text as to the status of that.
