After shopping around NC dealers on the web, I got a price from Chris that was very competitive. A couple of emails and a phone call later and he had the exact model and color I was looking for and was able to lower the price to beat the Modern Nissan buying program. My wife and I picked up the car the next day. It was the best new car buying experience I've ever had.

I recently carried my 84-year-old mother to the dealership to purchase a new car. After talking to sales, a price was given with the trade-in of her car. The sales staff was friendly and manager was nice and even said he would like to have my mother's car. It has only 41,000 miles and is like new. The weather was bad the next couple of days and my mom did not want to get out. My sister returned with my mother to purchase the car and the price had jumped 7,000 dollars. She was told that was the best they could do and that was it. I feel the dealership was taking advantage of my mother and sister and I told her, "If they will lie to you before the sale, what kind of service will you get afterward?" I will not refer friends to this dealership and probably will now go to another dealer after this unless something is done. My mother was going to pay cash and loved the car and still hates that she missed it.
