In this Autozone The manager treats customers Horrible, her name is Yakelin, she does not say hello, she treats customers as stupid because she does not want returns in her store, it is normal that a customer who buys a lot makes a return, because I do not use the product, for It is not the same as the one who uses the car, but this manager treats both clients and their workers with discrimination and abuse, I have given this complaint to his superiors but apparently they are friends and they do not correct it.

If there could be zero stars, it would fit properly. This store is full of mouthy young kids and it seems they have a new manager so often that the town is aware of how bad they are. My husband purchased a fuel pump from this store, again, helped by young kids who don’t know what they are doing. For some reason they couldnt get the transaction to show in their system.

My husband called me from the store and asked me to check the card to see if the money had been taken out. It was. Purchase completed. This didnt matter to them. I was told to call about it the next day and find out what was going on. I did. No one knew anything. I spoke with the manager several days after and she said she didnt know anything but would work on it (Brittany) and call me back. She never did. I called later that evening and one of the mouthy young kids named Andrew told me the part was taken to the local police station. Apparently, even though I have proof that the item was paid for, they claimed that my husband stole it.

My husband is a delivery driver in retail, if any such charge should show on his record he would be fired immediately. I am on social security, if there is a crime on my record, it could affect my social security benefits. Again, we did NOT steal anything, it was paid for and the money deducted from my card. I called the local police station and talked to an officer. He told me that no one did any such thing from AutoZone that day and that they would not take or hold property as it is a civil matter. So, the “Andrew” kid lied just to threaten and scare me.

I then called the regional office at Autozone and spoke with the secretary for the man that is responsible for a number of stores. She assured me that this situation would be rectified today. I don’t know why I thought I would, I received no call back and no message. I warned them that if it wasn’t reconciled today, Wednesday, September 30, 2020 that I intended to go to district court and file a civil suit against that store for keeping the deposit and the part and not paying me for it being returned. I guess they dont care.

So, in order to make sure that this situation does not get to the point where my husband will have something on his record to lose his job, we have to sue them for $106 because they are idiots. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE BECAUSE YOU MAY END UP IN THE SAME SITUATION AND THEY COULD ABSOLUTELY CARE LESS!

After searching online for my Q70 floor mats I decided to get a weather tech brand from AutoZone. The image online showed front and back mats. I bought them and only received the front mats. I contacted customer service and provided order and item numbers to inform me that they will get back to me in 3 days. I called them again after 6 days and they informed me that it was a mistake at their end and the had the wrong image in the item number and they’ll send me a return label to send them back the ones I received and they’ll refund my money. I asked them to just send me the missing back mats and they didn’t want to honor the sale and be responsible for the mistake they did. I have 3 vehicles at my household and we’re done with AutoZone.

I had purchased spark plugs online and in-store, a total of 5 spark plugs. I had taken the spark plugs back to the store to return but had the wrong receipt. They asked me if I was returning the spark plugs. I explained yes I was and they assumed I was wrongfully charged. They would not give them back because I didn't have the receipt with the four spark plugs on them. I found the receipt and have it. I tried calling the store and the manager refused to give me the spark plugs back because he claims that I would be stealing them.

That is not true because I have the one spark plug but I lost $24 plus change because the store stole my other 3 spark plugs and refused to give me a refund for them. I should have a refund for 4 spark plugs since I only used one. Only cylinder 4 was misfiring so why would I keep the rest of the spark plugs? On top of that, they shorted me money because they did not have change. I paid with the card so they should have been able to refund the card without shorting me. They refused to give me my receipt and the return receipt, but I am assuming I was shorted $0.80.

I use to buy my parts here for the vehicles. I've had 2 bad experiences where their corporate offices said some regional guy would be calling and 3 weeks later he did. He asked me as to what my complaint was. I told him he should have read what was provided before making the call, what a joke for a regional. I gave them another chance. I needed an ECM. Found one online had my VIN and other info handy when I put the order in. Their website said it would be programmed and it would be just a plug and play ECM, my card also would not be charged until the item shipped.

3 days later I sent an email asking where my order was, no reply 3 more days and I get an email asking for my last name and VIN and all the information that should have been collected originally.. I sent a email saying what the ** are you doing, I even called the next morning as I got home late. They made a bunch of excuses non Covid related, said I would get an email about my cancellation as I ended up requesting. Still nothing. I used to go here but won't anymore. I'll get my warranty parts replaced but I won't be back for new ones. Any other parts place I'm going there first.

I had gotten two emails saying that they were delivered but they were not. I waited almost a week and I got one box that had the oil pan. I sent an email to AutoZone asking them what was going on with my order. All I got was basically were working on it. A few days later I got the filter, then a few days after that I got the 5w-30 oil, the oil was not in a box at all, they slapped shipping stickers on the bottle of oil and sent it out, that's it. It is 96 degrees and I need my air conditioning! The new canister of coolant was not working and I asked for help. NOPE!!! Was refused. Told me they could change out a battery, but would not assist plugging in the coolant or even observe me doing it. Just plain stupid if you ask me. Didn't mind selling me the stuff at a higher price though. I could be buying my auto supplies elsewhere, but have stuck with my neighborhood store. They used to be worth going to. Well, no more! Rather than charging us only the prorated amount the salesman rang up one receipt totaling 74.08 (prorated amt plus core chrg) although core chrg should not have been applicable at all since battery was with us. Then rang up a 2nd receipt totaling 206.50 (cost for new battery 169.99, core charge plus tax MINUS then the 74.08 from the 1st receipt for a balance owing of 132.42) WTF???? The original battery still had prorated warranty. Why would I not be ONLY responsible for the cost of the prorated amount under the warranty left on the battery that I was upsold on back in 2017? You are now stating I must then pay for the difference in cost of another battery for close to the same cost of the battery from 2017. Robert the mgr was of no help. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I left the key to my Mercedes in the ignition; that was my fault, I must admit. My husband and I brought the Duralast battery to be (re)charged to Auto Zone in Kentucky this past weekend. We were informed that they "could not (re) charge the battery and that there was no warranty; a new battery needed to be purchased", they stated and indicated that "the Duralast battery was not from Auto Zone." We chose not to purchase the battery from Auto Zone since I didn't have the record of my receipt to verify whether it was actually purchased from Auto Zone.

We went to a similar store a few days later and the salesman stated "that the battery is dead." Further stating that the Duralast battery is a Auto Zone part and he recommended that we get it replaced at a discount there to save money. We stated we attempted to do so, but, they stated it was not their product; a battery that is advertised on the front of their window... premium, etc. This is an expense that I should have been able to avoid or get discounted during our COVID 19 quarantine period, when you need your vehicle functioning, in the event of an emergency.

I purchased a Transmission from Autozone worth of $2500, they sent me via their supplier. I thought it is big company and having local stores I can get easy help but it was worst. It started with shipping mismanagement between AutoZone and their supplier. I didn't know they are sending via 3rd party when I ordered. But any way after installing the transmission by mechanic it didn't work. So my mechanic and I was in touch with Autozone and their supplier for tech support. Mechanic performed all diagnostic actions as recommended by their tech support, it was always like my car is the problem and tech support asked to change parts and I did which is money and still same problem.

At the end with the help of store manager she helped me at least to get transmission replacement. But transmission supplier is still not ready to accept that transmission is bad. I am told to keep spending money even for installing the replacement. But I have to give back the faulty transmission. They will test the transmission and if it is faulty then they will pay labor which is half of market rate but as on today they are not ready to pay for all extra diagnostic, parts. I am responsible for everything. Point is if Autozone is selling such parts then they should take responsibility or highlight clearly all the boundaries on item so buyer know upfront. This is totally frustrating, mental and financial stress caused by poor service. Autozone should take this strongly and make sure their supplier satisfy their customer. If I am not supported properly on this matter, I am making sure I am ready to fight this battle further.

We went to the Auto Zone store in Lititz, PA and asked Micheal ** about the brightness of headlight. He came out and checked the lights and said, "You can get a brighter and wider beam bulb from $25 to $75," but recommended a $55 bulb. Then on a very cold and windy day, he came out to replace the bulb that required him to remove the battery. He asked me if I have the code to start the radio back. Then he replaced the bulb with latex gloves, added special gel and replaced the bulbs and placed the battery back. All this with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. When I asked what kind of coffee he drinks, he declined to mention! Why would I go to any other auto parts place? Not to the dealer for sure!

He is an excellent employee with great auto mechanic knowledge and very polite and helpful. He also recommended additives which would slow down the burning of oil and stated they were on sale!

I went to a different Auto Zone to purchase the recommended products. This was located off of S. Tamiami Trail, Ft Myers. The salesperson, Amanda was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And she was busy doing something, but I thought it was pretty cool that she stopped to look back and address me. She asked what I needed, if she can help me. And I let her know that we had a part that was in the car that need to be returned. I wasn’t gonna bring it in because it was heavy, it was dirty. And Shyan followed me to the car and offered to take a look at it and she brought it in. I don’t know. She just had initiative to jump on the opportunity to serve her customer, and I thought that was pretty cool. And so, I think she should get a shoutout. And it’s Shyan at Autozone, 1411, 1907 4th Street, Lubbock, Texas. Their phone number is 8067639017. She made my day, so I hope that she gets recognized for her awesome customer service. Oh, and I wanted to mention, there was other men there that were working and they were not looking to get the part out of the car whenever I told her that it was a heavy part. They were just kind of like zombies around. And she jumped on it, and I thought that was pretty cool.

For a company that takes such pride in their product and prices, it seems like they have little to no pride when it comes to shipping. I choose AutoZone over all other auto parts stores. I am a fan of Duralast parts. AutoZone always do their best to fix the problem of course and get new parts in as soon as possible. Why not fix the problem so this doesn't happen.. lots of money wasted in damaged high quality parts, not to mention the time and money wasted on replacing them. Duralast/AutoZone should not allow their product to be mistreated like they do!

I bought duralast gold CV axles that showed up damaged beyond use. Duralast shocks although still functional boxes they showed up in were destroyed and the shocks themselves were scratched badly. Although my local AutoZone employees are friendly and take care of the problem right away, it still reflects badly on them and their product!! For a guy that does a lot of his own mechanical work and maintenance I'm definitely reconsidering where I purchase my next online purchase.. Local pickup only from now on!!

Disassembly of the sliders and boots showed a totally different sleeve one being a soft rubber washer on the slider shaft, the other being a hard composite grommet on the shaft. Relubrication was useless. Called AutoZone and was able to get to the company (sub-contactor) department that told me they rebox different manufacturers.. So the store then can not tell what manufacturer it is! They did order me a matching set of sliders and boots and I re-did the job with such parts.

Fast forward 18,000 miles to present, one side is at 80 %. The other side is wearing very uneven and one of the pads is at its limit, 20%. I am now out the $125 for the pads I bought elsewhere and have to replace the defective caliper and pads. Dangerous! A big waste of $$ and time. On 11/03/2019 I parked on behind AutoZone at 824 Rockville Pike, at the large parking lot for the multiple stores there. As a personal preference, I like to use a steering wheel lock (which I ironically purchased from that same AutoZone) as I own a Honda Civic and they are often stolen. As I was at one of the stores there, I noticed my vehicle getting towed, I managed to flag down the tow truck driver (Because I had never left ) who was able to give me the vehicle back on the spot after paying $140. I asked him why my car was towed and he said that the AutoZone manager was on his smoke break and called to tow this car because it looks like someone left it there (which I think that he assumed it is because of the steering wheel lock). I said "I was next door, the parking lot signs says 'customer parking' doesn't say that the spots are for AutoZone".

There are about 8 spots right in front of AutoZone and about more than 20 others which I parked at along with other people who all did not go to AutoZone. Somehow, my vehicle was the only one to get towed. The tow truck driver was honest and empathetic with me in explaining the situation that he was just doing his job after receiving a call. What I can understand is based on what facts the manager of AutoZone looks at cars and decides which ones to tow? How old they are and if they have steering wheel locks? My car was parked as far from AutoZone as possible next to 4 vehicles that I saw their occupants not going to AutoZone, how is it that only mine got towed?

If the entire 30+ parking spaced there are all for AutoZone, shouldn't there be a sign saying "AutoZone parking only"?? I feel very unhappy after this experience given that I have been a frequent customer at that AutoZone ever since they opened and I have been parking my vehicle in that spot whenever I visit the shops there for the past 3 years without ever getting towed.

Today I went to the AutoZone store in Lehigh Acres, FL. where I encountered two of the rudest people that I have ever encountered. I carried a battery to their store to take advantage of their offer to charge a battery for free. The first associate had an attitude problem when I first approached him and ask for his assistance. The second one was a manager, and his attitude was equally as bad. They both told me that my battery had zero voltage. (Surprise, Surprise) that is why I took it to them to get it charged. They kept the battery for three hours and when I picked it up it was obvious that they had done nothing as far as charging it.

I took the battery and re-installed it in the vehicle; jump started it and then trickle charged it. The battery is now fully charged and functioning normally. Perhaps I should have told both clerks that I have over 50 years experience in virtually every phase of auto repairs, and I did not appreciate having my intelligence insulted. Perhaps good employees are hard to find because AutoZone usually hires a much higher caliber of individual than the two that I encountered. I have done business with AutoZone for many years, but this is one customer who will no longer enter any AutoZone Store.

The store manager at North Arlington location Kevin and his District manager did an outstanding job for customer service. I always purchased auto and truck parts for my cars and truck. These parts were always good quality. They kept my vehicles running great for many years. The one time I had a minor issue with a defective part. The management team listened to my issue and resolved the problem for me. Thanks to AutoZone and their great parts and service I am very happy with their products and service. The store assistant manager rudely ask me, do I have a reward card? I said yeah, he said, call the number on it.

I luckily got the real manager to replace it by swapping it as a damaged tool, but I still had to tell them what was wrong with it and provide them my driver's license. The staff has no experience or the proper training when it comes to honoring the warranty on its tools. The computer doesn't even have a selection for its tools to help its customers. I have never had any problems like this when swapping damaged Craftsman tools at sears, you just hand them the tool, get your new one with no questions asked then be happily on your way.

Extremely bad experience. Bought a battery Duralast Gold for my Ford Escape 2008 that claimed to have 5 years warranty. Besides the battery size not being too small, and stating that CCA is of 590 (the same as the original) the ACC, when you measure it it lower than 500. Not healthy for my car. Then brought it to my local Autozone and told that the battery was dying and that I had to be calling my AAA Road assistance at once or twice a week for a charge, so they test the battery and told me the battery was still good and they could not process the "Free" replacement. I told them that my battery would eventually die, I asked them how much longer until my warranty expires?... They just told "you're still good, you can replace the battery whenever you want".

I told them want to replace it now, and they said they can't. Told him to stop telling that then because it's a total lie. They when I asked when was my warranty expiring, they told I should still be good for the rest of the year because Duralast Gold Batteries come with a 5 year warranty. 2 days later, my battery died and had call AAA again. And when I called Autozone and told them that my battery was finally dead. They said that the warranty had just expired and that I just missed the free replacement. WTF???? I told them I was there 2 days ago, and I asked for the person that helped me, and they couldn't find him to verify. All they could do was offer the "Pro-Rate" equivalent to $47 off.

I told them that's not a offer, I have right because I pay for it, and told him "you can offer me a discount." He said he can't but if some other store offered me a discount, that I was welcome to go to that store. That's a rude and very disappointing comment. Battery's Warranty Expired Sep 16, 2019, I visited the store and called many stores as well on Sep 14, 2019 and was told they couldn't replace the battery because it tested good. Battery died Sep 18, 2019. And not one could honored my purchase. I even told them I don't want a free replacement. I just give an extra discount. But they said battery they were already giving the Pro Rate (STILL NOT A DISCOUNT). So Autozone is TOTAL BS. After being a fellow Customer so many year.

I have been trying to find and search for their corporate contact emails but to no avail at this time. I just want to get ahead and vent and share and complain of course. On March 6, 2019 my mechanic and I decided to order a motor and chose AutoZone for a 3year warranty and...maybe quality. So we did. They said takes 7-10 business working days. But on 12th day it did not arrive! So my mechanic called the store. Andrew ** answered and he said it has been taken care of and takes another 5-7 days. But not again! So my mechanic found out their store manager Cynthia did not place an order. So my mechanic tried again. And I think nothing happened. I called Jerry ** their Regional Store Manager, he did not pick up the phone and did not even returned the call (to my mechanic's number). I left him a good minutes of detailed message. No action done! What a great customer service AUTOZONE!

Then I went call Jonathan ** at his personal cellphone he said. Mr ** was quite believably promising and apologetic. I told him what an inconvenience not to have a car, I go to work every day and that being said, I obviously needed my car fixed ASAP! And again like what I've said he promised me to do or make something to meet my needs and satisfaction just to gain my business again. I had to rent a car alternating taking UBER and using METRO and walked 4.7 miles just to reach the metro stop. I had Doc appointments that I cancelled. I was skeptical because he kept reiterating that he will try to do something and promised and apologizing over again. So that was okay.

The next day I texted him, no reply until after few hours, he said the motor arrived, April 4th. Remember we ordered March 6. I texted him of what was their plan about my "inconvenience" and how are they going to extend their customer service? He did not reply. He called instead telling me that motor has arrived. And I asked him how come he did not answer my question above? He said, "What do you mean?" In an irate tone. I said I have a detailed text what do you mean "what do you mean"? And he yelled at me, "What do you really want huh? And you know what? I will not talk to you because I don't have any business with you, I have a business with your mechanic because they have the account!" And I said, "I am a customer, I buy some of parts at your business, tell me how aren't you having a business with me?" (Customer Service Rule: Customer is always right, and in this case I have the right obviously.)

He provoked me right there and yelled back at him and said, "You know what what? Please return that motor then and give me back my money ASAP!" He said "Okay!" And I said, "See you in the court". He said "Okay!". Indeed he returned the motor same day and did not waste his time. I wonder how he became a TSM? AutoZone President/CEO can you answer me? How in the world did you train your people? Are you guys so greedy to just sell your products and don't care about your customer's needs are being met? Not even a star will deserve your company. And if this is not being answered and my concern is not being addressed, I may be able to bring this case to a legal way. I will do anything to make this happen.

On top of these happening, this mechanic is slowly losing customers because the store manager is being rude and will not find their part's warranty. She is not approachable. Does not even greet nor smile. Instead of taking care of customer, she is busy flirting with her male staff. I have witnessed being there trying to look for our warranty and she wasn't even looking through. And we waited there for a good 30 min-45 minutes. She said she cannot find that parts. She does not deserve that position. Autozone you have the poorest quality service particularly in this location 1592. I may be alone and you are a rich company, but I also know how to seek legal advice, which I already did. Waiting for the right time and right action. Anyone from Autozone reading this? Come back to me and feel free to reach out. I am easy to please without belittling me (yelling at me) and ignoring my honest needs and concern. MALM, Houston TX

Carlos ** of the Hazeldell AutoZone in Vancouver, WA is very snarly and rude to women. When I went to pick up warranty pads for my nephew on 04.05.19 at 5:26 pm. he gave me a hard time about finding the pads that were suppose to be in by 2 pm. So rude!!! I'll take my business to O'Reilly next time.

I drove from Texas to South Carolina. On the way the water pump went bad on my truck. This happened on a Sunday afternoon. All the mechanics were closed. I went into AutoZone to get a water pump and started asking around if anyone could install it. They said no and there. I was Stuck like Chuck. I sat on the edge of the AutoZone parking lot feeling helpless. Drumroll please... Yep an AutoZone employee put on his Superman cape and saved the day. He was off work and said, "What's the problem." I explained and he said, "Let me take a look at it." He had it installed and I was back on the road. His name is Caleb if you go in this store make sure he is a real person. Many times I wonder if he could have been an angel put there to help me dressed up like an AutoZone employee. Caleb if you're reading this Huge Thank You!

I showed him what my problem was and he got under my car took the part off and helped me take care of it!!! I am so glad that AutoZone has employees like Isidoro **, thanks to him I didn’t have to go spend hrs at a dealership. AutoZone will always be the first place I go when my vehicles need anything!!!

On March 27, 2019 I purchased items at the AutoZone in Fairburn, GA for a total of 74.53. When my card was swiped, it came back as DECLINED. So after the SECOND swipe, it was APPROVED. IMMEDIATELY, and I mean IMMEDIATELY while still at the counter, I puked up my bank account, and there for all to see were DOUBLE CHARGES from AUTOZONE even though their machine said DECLINE on first swipe. I showed this to the cashier, the double charge and called my bank also. As I spoke to my bank, I was relaying the conversation to the cashier. My bank did not have a DECLINE showing in their system anywhere. The cashier gave me some cockamamie story about the charges reversing after 24 hours and to call the number at the bottom of my receipt if it doesn't. Well it didn't so I call the number. Well what do you know... The number is an automated survey number.

So, I called the Fairburn AutoZone and now a "manager" is telling me that their system takes up to three days, up fro. 24 hours. According to "manager" if nothing happens in three days, I should bring my "bank Statement" and they will refund the 74.53. That is the dumbest statement from any manager since, they SAW the double charges the moment it went through. That it the wonders of modern technology. I can pull up my account in a minute. So now I have out in a claim against this merchant with my bank as an "untrustworthy" merchant. AutoZone in Fairburn will not be getting any more of my business and I will not be recommending this merchant to anyone. You have been warned. Be aware.

After not being able to start my car & having to be jumped, I went to AutoZone in Rehoboth, DE to have the free testing done. I was told (and took a picture of the results) that the battery was good (80%) but the alternator had failed and was in need of being replaced (quote from the area was $890). I asked if I could drive it home to go to my mechanic but they cautioned that the car could just stop so they wouldn’t advise it. I decided to take the chance and go home to our trusted mechanic, who after detailed tests, confirmed I needed a new battery and the alternator was fine!

Well first of all you cannot kick people out of line that are standing there waiting to pay. While the guy is getting your part and this child with a goatee in this store comes up tells me I got to move out of the way. Cuz he's got to help his customer. Cuz he's too stupid to help the other customer. The lady had to go fix his problem on his register. He clears the register of all my stuff. Yeah ** that.! That's **. That kid needs to lose his job. I've spent over 20 to $30,000 at AutoZone restoring vehicles. I will never spend another penny in this store or any AutoZone anywhere.

I purchased a Surefire engine from AutoZone. When the engine arrived the head was defective and leaking coolant once installed. I contacted the warranty department and they told me to have a certified shop remove the head and send it to them for analysis. Surefire confirmed the head was defective and never should have been sent the first time. Surefire sent a new head but only paid for $347 of the $800 bill it cost to have the defective head replaced, leaving a balance of $453 for me to pay.

AutoZone takes no responsibility for selling a defective engine costing me the consumer an additional $453 to get the engine I ordered. This engine had zero miles on it when it was found to be defective. As a consumer, I should not have to pay an additional charge to get the engine I purchased. Surefire and AutoZone are 100% responsible for the quality of the product, but they refuse to take full responsibility. Be aware when making purchases of this magnitude from AutoZone as they do not stand behind their product.

I purchased Duralast battery for my Nissan Rogue 2011 at a local AutoZone store, and lasted for 2 years and 6 months, conveniently 6 months over the warranty period. Albeit living in a moderately frigid climate (Boston), the battery usage has been low to normal. Getting a trustworthy mechanic to recommend the battery or have it replaced for you may be a better option.

Ordered a transfer case chain through this AutoZone and paid for expedited shipping because I needed the vehicle repaired quickly. The transfer case itself is fine, the chain inside of the transfer case is stretched. Was assured that they were able to get the right part (at a relatively exorbitant price for said part,) but paid regardless because I had no other choice. Got a call that my part came in so I went into the store to pick it up, two of the employees struggled to find the ordered part for 10+ minutes with the name and phone number provided. When they found the part that I had ordered it was an entirely different part than what I had ordered.

The guy who handed me the part had no idea that a transfer case chain even existed. I pulled up the part online (with relative ease,) and showed him the difference. He spent another 10-20 minutes typing random things into his system without saying a word about what he was doing. Managed to get a full refund, but for the time being I’m out almost $90 while waiting for my refund to process and needing to go elsewhere for my part.

If you don’t know something that’s fine, but the arrogance of saying that you know exactly what I’m talking about, have found the correct part, charge me for it, and it turns out to be a part that goes into an entirely different part of the car is not only astounding, but also incredibly aggravating. I refuse to bring my business here and strongly advise that no one else does either. If you want to work at a car parts store at the very least have some basic knowledge of different car parts, and if you aren’t familiar with a specific part, acknowledge that and ask for help.

I purchased a set of rotors for the front of my 91 olds. When I returned home that afternoon and remove the wheels, I discovered that the rotors did not need to be changed so, I never opened the box or boxes. The following morning first thing I returned the rotors "unopened" mind you to the store of which I purchased them. The very next morning. The man picked up the unopened boxes and carried them 10 feet to a shelf behind the counter, he had to bend over because they were kept on the bottom shelf. He then walked over to his computer screen and recorded the transaction.

I just noticed on my bank statement I was charged $25 for a restocking fee. I had this merchandise in my possession for less than 24 hours, I returned clean and unopened boxes. I find this fee to be ridiculous. For me, I consider it to be robbery. This is simply a way to take advantage of people. I have recently had a situation with AutoZone and now I have another one. Looks like Advance is my go-to now???

They do not stand behind their parts. I invested $3000 between parts and mechanics to repair the motor in my Ford F250 at just shy of 3000 miles the engine below. Had the truck towed into a Ford dealer who determined the engine jumped timing and it needed a new engine. I then had to truck towed to another repair shop who stated the same facts. I had them do the engine and when they took the engine out of my truck and disassembled it to find out exactly what happened. They determined that the truck did jumped timing causing the engine the blow and that it was a timing problem that caused this issue.

Contacted the regional manager for AutoZone in North Carolina by the name of Marco **. He was very good to work with. They asked me to return all the parts and they would refund my money. I've returned all the parts and they did refund my money for the parts. They have denied my claim saying I did not give them certain parts back but I did and I have a receipt to show. I did. They are denying the claim for all damages adding up to about $8800. I tried calling customer service and I get nowhere with them and the gentleman Marco has been instructed to no longer talk to me.

I have tried to get an attorney to help me with this to no avail. Attorneys do not want to get involved with this. They are a national brand all over the country and Mexico and Canada that I am aware of. So I am now making complaints with Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and hopefully one of the news stations. I have all kinds of documentation. From Ford and the repair shop who did the work on the truck along with lots of photographs of taking the engine apart and in and out of the truck. I spoke with the manufacturer of the sum of the parts who said it was an oil problem which is the parts that AutoZone claims. They never got that name of that company was. S a Gear in Bedford Park Illinois. I have been trying to resolve this problem cents the end of September. AutoZone is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.

I took awhile linking my rewards account to my AutoZone account, and it happened to be after the first of the year, and all my rewards were gone. So they want you to spend hundreds of dollars every year to get a free 20 $ reward. I would rather just get the 5 dollar or less reward and spend 50 bucks like most places do, like Amazon. It's a ripoff.
