My rep Joseph ** gave me a direct line to his phone and email, so communication was very easy. I had a quote within 2 minutes of being on the phone. Joseph was very professional and patient. I didn't feel pressure to make a fast decision or purchase. I was offered a great rate that not only was cheaper than the other companies but offered an entire year of extra coverage! Overall great experience!

Derrick was amazing and very thorough. Took care to explain everything logically and broke down the expenditure in a manner that makes sense. He took his time and answered all questions and made sure everything was explained properly. I was deciding between Endurance and American Dream Auto and Derrick was able to highlight key advantages of going with American Dream. Yes, you pay all upfront but look at it as putting the money in a savings account. If you don’t end up using the service for entire term, you get full refund of the unused portion! It’s strictly time-based (if you cancel half way in, you get 50% back). My per month cost ended up being less and there is not cap on coverage and they only use OEM parts. Thanks, Derrick.

When I started with American Dream, they told me stuff that wasn’t true. And when I called them, they told me that my car was gonna be protected all the way around. Sometimes, with the tune-up with the car, they gotta take half of the thing down to get to the plugs, and do this and do that. And they told me they do that and would pay for that.

Something fell off somebody's truck on a highway and it knocked the guard shield for my wheel. I filed a claim and it was good overall.

My agent was Tom **, he as very helpful in setting up the policy. Just getting out of the hospital it took me 2 days to get it set up. He was great at explaining things. In checking with different companies and their ratings, and cost, I feel I am the correct choice.

I got a 2008 150 and a 2019 van covered through American Dream Auto Protect. I talked to two representatives, and the second one really explained a lot to me and I understood a lot better.

I liked that I could pay in installments, but I misunderstood. I thought they were annual installments instead of monthly, but I've gotta live with that. I activated the policy on December 18th, but there's a 30-day waiting period as well as 1,000 miles that I have to drive. I wasn't aware of the 1,000 miles, but when I had a question about something, I called to check on a couple of things and I found out then. I haven't made the 1,000 miles yet, but if the policy acts the way I was told, it's great. It will cover everything, and if I have a problem, they'll take care of it. I had a bad experience with the home warranty and it was a waste of money. I was reassured by Samuel, a rep, that that wouldn't happen with American Dream.

Setting up the coverage was very simple and fast. The sales rep was very informative and answered all of my questions. It wasn't a pressure-type situation. He had very good customer service skills. I spoke with someone earlier and they were a little pushy and had an aggressive sales tactic. It almost pushed me away from American Dream, but after looking at a few more car warranty companies, they seemed to offer more coverage on certain things than some of the other plans I was looking at. The price was similar too. It wasn't the best, but it was comparable enough to make me want to go with American Dream.

I called a few months ago to get a policy on my husband's car, and Sam was very helpful and pleasant. I told Sam I have another car that I want to purchase a policy for, but not for a few months. Every so often Sam would reach out to me to see if I was ready to purchase. I called Sam today to purchase the second policy. He was just as pleasant and helpful as before. Thank you, Sam!

I didn't know what to expect. I was very cautious. I don't like people getting over on me. When I first start talking to Tom he made me feel comfortable right away. He explain to me the different packages. Silver, gold, and platinum. I chose the platinum because he went into detail it's the best. I told him I have a 2013 Ford Taurus. I told him the miles on it and how many miles I go a year. He gave me a good price. He answered all my questions right before I was going to ask him. Very knowledgeable. I was more than satisfied with his service. I would recommend people to talk to Tom if they want a car warranty.

Tom was VERY helpful. He provided an incredible amount of information. I got the Platinum Plan for my 2017 Equinox and it is a GREAT Plan. I am really happy with Tom and the protection plan he got me which took into consideration that I put low miles on my SUV and I plan to keep it for many years. I researched several plans and AMERICAN DREAM is the best, hands down!!!

Speaking with Samuel was a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable about the policy. He answered the questions I ask him and his response was reassuring which made me comfortable with the investment I was making. He gave me his personal phone number so I could contact him directly with any questions I may have.

Purchased 6-year plan. I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I only have 120,000 miles and it still looks good. Hope to be driving it for a long time. That's where a warranty comes in. Tom ** walked in thru all the options for his company, America Dream Auto Protect. Thanks Tom!

Jacob ** did a great job of walking through all the benefits of the policy and was able to sway me from my original thought of purchasing via Endurance due to him pointing out that the American Dream policy is uncapped versus Endurance. While I hope to never need that plan feature it is nice to know it's there if needed.

Both TJ and Jacob were nice, professional and good to work with. I believe I got a fair deal and the cost was acceptable. I called another company, also highly rated, and their identical plan with less years and less mileage allowance was roughly $1500.00 more. We'll see how it goes if I need to use it. Give them a look, they are competitive and easy to work with.

Adam was extremely helpful. He explained all the features of the plan, was easy to follow and understand, and had a sense of humor as well. He answered all our questions. He did an excellent job representing your company. We would recommend American Dream to our friends and family. We got our BMW X6 covered with the most comprehensive package.

He represented American Dream with genuineness which is rare these days to provide me with knowledgeable assistance. My call was to begin researching companies and their plan. It was very quick, John was very helpful and I very much appreciated his time. I have been turned down for some reason with other companies, but there were no issues and they were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to friends. I have a 2014 Chevy Equinox.. I plan on adding at least one more car in the next month.

Will ** reached out via email and text in advance. He was professional and courteous and knowledgeable throughout the call. He could explain what was covered in each of the plans, which made it easy for us to find the appropriate plan and he even tried to work on the pricing. Would definitely recommend him in the future.

I completed a form online. Before I could refresh my page I got a phone call. I only wanted information I was not looking to commit. Joseph was well spoken, knew the benefits, relayed them in a way that made sense. I asked question he answered professionally. Joseph made the process a No Brainer and did everything in his power to make the decision financially doable.

Call in response to my request for additional information on a auto warranty policy. Inspite of a couple of bumps in the road with my credit cards this conversation could not have gone any better from my perspective. Jacob provided, quickly and easy for me to understand, information that I needed, in my search for a policy. I never felt that I was pressured to buy or make a decision and at times felt I was talking to a long term friend. If I had a company, I would hire him in a minute.

Today we contracted with American Dream Auto Protection for our 2008 Ford F450. The customer service provided by Mr ** was outstanding. His knowledge and expertise resulted in our successful partnership with American Dream Auto Protection. Mr ** is a fantastic example of an excellent employee representing an excellence company. It was a pleasure talking with him today.

What can I say... the whole experience was phenomenal! Mr. ** was an understanding rep. that was able to explain and help me clarify all and every concern and question thrown at him. He did give me a great coverage rate along with the bells and whistles with the set mind that I don't have to go to a certain mechanic shop but to the rightful dealership for the best results! That alone sold me. I've had other quote trying to convince me to get into a small mom and pops shop than the experts of the make of my vehicle. He even allowed me to think about the decision I was about to make and understood that the amount needed to be revised before making a decision. I know I will make more business with this guy, set me at ease with my new warranty. Thank you Will!

The way American Dream priced the warranty made me decide on them and signing up was great. People should check and do it.

My experience with my sales agent was very knowledgeable about my coverage I was being offered. He talked me through process. Let me know my options for my 2011 Chevy traverse. Was very satisfied with John. Thanks. 5 Stars American Dream. My favorite insurance company. I'll be with them a long time.

The guy who signed me up was very nice, polite, and walked me through what I was going through. The customer service was good. The cost was expensive but I'm insuring a Range Rover and I probably fill in that category. If something goes wrong with my Range Rover, my price is gonna be high. So, I have to deal with American Dream until I can find something better.

The office personnel at American Dream Auto Protect was a little bit hard pressure. I had some questions that they were reluctant to answer. I'm still dismayed with the payment system that was set up. I got supposedly one free month. I signed up in November, and they said I would have no December payment. But they took a December payment on the 3rd of the month and I had set it up for the 15th. I had to call back and they credited that back.

I called to speak with a representative, and he did a good job. I talked to him about a different policy from a different company, and he shared with me the pros and cons to it as far as the reviews online and how it compared to theirs. That helped me make a decision to stay with American Dream Auto. I have bumper-to-bumper coverage and the price was very competitive. I haven't had to use them yet, but my experience has been good so far.

Spoke with Jonathan. He was helpful in explaining the insurance policy and options and willing to be flexible based on my situation. Felt a bit pushy as most sales people are. Ultimately felt like I was heard and taken care of. Would recommend this company based on service received. Looking forward to seeing how the plan works when I need auto repairs on my 2007 Yukon.

I have to say my experience with John ** was good. He was very helpful and informative. He explained all the details of the warranty. Price was great. I like the fact that he recommended the dealer to insure OEM parts and that there was no cap on cost so no used or remanufactured parts were used. He was very convincing and one hell of a salesman. Overall happy with everything and glad he talked me into the plan I bought.

I received a warranty from Tom on my 2018 Audi S5. Was very pleased with his service and the product I purchased. I will recommend American Dream to all my friends! He was able to answer all my questions and gave me a great deal. Glad I have it, just hope I never need to use it!

I purchased a CPO vehicle and declined the extended warranty due to the excessive dealer cost. I knew that I would be able to purchase a vehicle warranty privately at a lower cost. Tom was a great help in securing a policy on my 2019 Ranger Rover Sport. My wife had some concerns and Tom was quick to answer all her questions. Tom worked with his manager and was able to get us the lowest price available. He was also able to help us secure coverage as soon as possible since our dealer warranty was running out.

My experience with the sales department was very good, they reviewed all the different options available to me, hopefully I will not need to file any claims in the near future, but from what I read from customer reviews and my own research I am confident I chose my best option for my needs.

Jacob did a nice job explaining the policy that I will be getting for the car I am purchasing today. Hopefully if and when I need to use the policy it will be this smooth and easy process. There were a number of incentives and discounts that he applied that made it easier to say yes to. I will call another company but this seems like the one I will stay with unless the price is much different for the same amount of coverage.

I got the Platinum coverage for my 2017 Honda Accord. Tom was friendly and polite and worked with me to offer an affordable plan. Having an auto warranty provides me with peace of mind should my car breakdown. I may add a second vehicle in the future if everything goes well.

Wonderful personality, calming voice and reassuring. A great asset to any company. Called back after I asked to give me a moment and I didn't feel pressure into buys a policy. Calmly went over features and coverage. I have a 2018 Land Rover Velar that I love. I'm hoping to keep it around for a long time.

Just talked to Jacob, he was very polite and informative on the policy I was looking for. He got some discounts and some extras. I am very pleased with my policy. The present auto warranty on my truck is about to expire. I needed to find a warranty before it expired.

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable as I signed up my 2 vehicles for extended warranties. Since I have not used the coverage I cannot speak on that yet but hopefully all goes well. It is great to deal with a real person and not an automated system. Sam was fast and efficient.

At first, we went back and forth a little bit because the original salesperson said one thing and then some things kind of changed. When I received the contract, it was not what we had talked about. I was looking for a five-year, 125,000 miles bumper-to-bumper warranty. But when I got the warranty itself, it was only 36,000 miles. So I was gonna cancel it. It put me to the point where I wasn't gonna do it, and then they put somebody else on the phone. I talked with that person for a few minutes. It was a whole transaction. Then he got it to the point where I was happy. We came to the agreement. I got a five-year 100,000 mile warranty for whatever money amount a month, for however long I wanted it for.

My experience with American Dream was good. They could tell that I was online looking and someone called. The rep's attitude and level of knowledge were okay but they were talking fast.

Everything was real smooth when I signed up with American Dream. They were very knowledgeable and they answered all the right questions. I always had a series of questions I asked and it worked out real well.

After talking to the salesman, I was pretty impressed that they would take care of me. He explained it pretty well. The only thing that I don't like is the fact I haven't yet received my paperwork. They said they sent it out weeks ago. I called them back and they said it should be here by the end of this week, but I still haven't seen it.

Signing up with American Dream was a smooth process. We did everything online and on the phone. It was good and made me feel comfortable with everything. The pricing could have been better though.

I got the full coverage with American Dream Auto Protect. The rep was very helpful. However, the signup process took a while and they do not have an app, which is unfortunate.

Tom was super helpful and extremely laid back! I'm pretty happy with the overall policy, as well. He was able to get me to approximately 6 years 120K mile bumper to bumper warranty that has alleviated any automotive concerns I am expected to encounter over the next 6 years of my life. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will use him anytime I need such coverage going forward!!!

John was great as an advisor in recommending the American Warranty plan. Several options were given to me and I appreciate the time John spent with me in given me the best deal possible. Unfortunately, I can only get the monthly plan at this time. My car is a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with 63,000.

Updated on 01/31/2024: I ran into some financial difficulties and had to cancel my policy with American Dream Auto Protect. I talked with Sam, and he took care of the cancellation and expedited my refund. He said it would be within two days. That was on January 11th, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have talked to Sam numerous times and he said he checked with the accounting department and they said that they sent my refund to my credit card. My credit card is through my credit union. I contacted them, and they said there was no refund issued to my credit card. They also got ahold of the credit card company and the credit card company said the same thing. Now, I gotta call Sam again today and I'm not happy. There's $560 floating around out there somewhere that should have been credited to my credit card. I wanna know where the hell it's at and I can't get anywhere with Sam.

Polite, knowledgeable, thorough, Sébastien was very professional and easy to talk to. Hope all goes well with my new Mercedes Benz C250S COUPE. I went with the "PLATINUM PLAN". Talk to John as well and he went over plan as discussed. I was pleased with the service. My brother and I are both vets and appreciate any and all discounts.

I have a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado covered with American Dream. I filed a claim for an alternator. The process was quick and easy, but it took them a while to pay the mechanic. I'm really satisfied with American Dream. I know that if anything else happens, they'll cover my cost. The coverage is pretty good. The only thing is the customer service is not good. They get the job done, but some of them were rude. They don't wanna be there. I even called one out and said, "Hey, dude. What's your problem, man? Why you’re being all rude?"

I took my car for brakes and it was the easiest claim to ever submit. I picked where I wanted to take my car and took it over there. I gave them the information and they were the ones that submitted my claim to American Dream. Then they called me up and told me it was approved. It was really fast. They worked on my car and it was done in about four hours. It was wonderful.

Johnathan was great very helpful and knowledgeable. I shopped around and found his to be the better option. Glad my mini cooper is covered. Now parts can be expensive. Overall I'm satisfied with the price and coverage I received. I would recommend family and friends. Looking forward to seeing how my coverage works out for me.

Our experience was okay, except when we had a claim. The only thing that was not good about it was that they didn't tell us that we couldn't go to anybody. We have to go to certain people. We have a Mercedes and we wanted to take it to Mercedes, but we had to end up paying some of the cost. They should make that known. The dealer did a bunch of calls back and forth before American Dream even did anything. You had to get it approved. But we were grateful to get paid what they did pay. The end guy that we dealt with at American Dream helped us. He got everything straight with it. We felt good that he was gonna get it done. But it wasn't an easy process and it got done with us having to pay a lot.

I went to a shop and they diagnosed the issue. I told them that I have a warranty through American Dream Auto and they said they will reach out to them. It was to validate and give the estimate. It took six days for the communication process to work through. Eventually, the shop got ahold of American Dream Auto and they were able to prove the claim and the shop was able to give me my car back. This is the first time I'm using the warranty and the initial reaction was not that good. But eventually, once they were able to communicate, it went smoothly.

Sam was really great with getting me set up with my new policy. I was apprehensive at first because I was on a very tight budget, but after discussion, he was able to get it down to a more manageable price. He was very knowledgeable and patient with every question I had. So far it was a great experience and I recommend requesting him if you are interested in the service.

I was looking for coverage for my 2013 Audi Q5 and American Dream was able to provide great coverage at a very competitive price. I compared them to 2 other companies and American Dream was more competitive price-wise and coverage was better. Tom, the agent on the phone was very patient and helpful. Great experience overall.

I already had a policy on another vehicle with ADAP that was paid in full and still has another 2 + years coverage remaining, so I was reluctant to change because I wanted to have both cars with a single firm. He was patient, but persistent and wore me down.

They were very good, we made a great deal, I hope I don't have any problems in the future but what I can say for now is that they served me very well. I've had to use my warranty once and so far, American Dream has been good. I needed a service for a piece for my transmission and the claims process went pretty quick. The shop contacted American Dream and it was approved that same day. They covered everything, too. Having American Dream's warranty gives me peace of mind and I recommend them.

I honestly thought that it was a full coverage on everything because the sales guy told me that it was a full bumper-to-bumper coverage. But when I got a repair for the headlights because there was a wire that was messed up, they said I wasn't covered. So, I was disappointed in that. I called American Dream and asked why it wasn't covered. They said it was not part of the electrical that's covered. I wouldn't recommend it. I paid upfront for the policy and it was a lot of money.

American Dream was very nice. It was effortless and seamless for them to take care of the Porsche for us. I was perfectly satisfied with the claims process. American Dream is very good. But after I signed up with two policies, I must have gotten 25 calls through American Dream asking if I'd be interested in buying a policy from them.

American Dream Auto Protect is a nightmare. They would do everything in their power not to pay a claim. I have two policies with them. We ended up selling the car that they wouldn't fix because we couldn't put any more money into it. I still have one policy left with them. And even the most recent claim I made with them, they said I have a certain amount of deductible. They only paid a certain amount of the claim no matter what my deductible was. So, I still ended up paying $1,000 even though my deductible wasn't anywhere near that. On the last claim, the VW dealership dealt with American Dream. On the black one, the other policy I had, I was back and forth with Barry many times. Just kept stalling. We had a company car out of service for two months. We eventually just sold it and got another car.

The salesman was very helpful and the process was easy. I also felt they were very trustworthy. He helped me work through the options, pricing and was very honest about the terms and timing of the plan! He also gave me some great advice on adding more vehicles in the future.

There was an oil leak on my pickup truck and American Dream took care of a part of it. I’m satisfied with the claim process with them but they try to give you a runaround. It was very hard for the dealership to get payment. They were able to get the payment but they had to make three different phone calls to get it. But it was a good deal with American Dream because you can take your vehicle anywhere you wanna take it to.

Explained everything very well. Made sure I understood what I was buying and what the coverage was. What I had to do in case of breakdown and where I could take my car to be fixed. Made my payments month to month so I could afford the program. BMW is so expensive to repair that this warranty saved my life.

I was having water somehow dripping in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called American Dream Auto Protect immediately and they said, "Take it to the service place to have them take a look at it." The service took a little longer than I expected, but it's close to my home, so I didn't need to get a rental car. The service center also picked me up and dropped me off, so that was not a problem either. The service center said that they'd have to do more extensive work to find out where the leak was coming from. I reached back out to American Dream and they said to take it back until they fix it and it's covered. I have to take the car back again, and I noticed it started dripping again recently since we had rain.

When I used the warranty, American Dream covered majority of the cost of the repair, about 70% of it, but the rest came from my pocket. They were also supposed to give me back a refund for the rental but I never received it. Their reps are quite dumb, too. They would call me, but just to get a payment. Then, they hold the payment for the work that was supposed to be done hostage until you make a payment on your warranty.

Individual was very helpful and courteous. He answered all of questions and provided excellent detailed answers. Great personality as well. Keep up the good patience and willingness to help me understand what I’m getting. Got 2015 Equinox covered for the period I wanted. I will refer my friends. Thank you so very much.

I’ve been looking for an extended warranty for my vehicle for a while. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m pleased with what he offered in the package I purchased. Over the past several days I’ve been reading reviews on extended automobile warranty protection programs. I settled on Endurance and American Dream Auto Protect. Within hours of logging in to each, Rick ** called. Told him I was busy and not now. He asked if it would be better later that day or the next day. Yeah later would be fine. Following day Rick ** called and went over the AD programs and benefits. When asked about Endurance, he praised them as the plan to go with should AD not meet my needs. He did an excellent job of connecting with me and explained why the Platinum policy was superior to the gold. He sold me and now my credit card is carrying a load which I’ll pay off next month. At 80 years old a 3 year policy should last my driving years and if not, it might need to be renewed.

Signing up with American Dream Auto Protect was easy and quick. If anything would go wrong with my vehicle, they wouldn't hesitate to get me going and try to get my vehicle worked on. They said they've been doing it for a long time and it shows. They knew how to talk to me and how to get everything going and get me off the phone.

The process was good. American Dream Auto Protect said they would review it, which provided some comfort, and it took them a day to do that. But my experience wasn't pleasant because one of the services that I attempted to get fixed, American Dream initially told the repair company that they couldn't do it because it was preexisting damage. I was told that it wasn't covered in the policy. And when I showed where some of the services were put into the policy, they didn't wanna hear me and argue. But everything after that was pleasant when I tried to get my plan canceled.

American Dream was very good to work with. Signing up with them took a couple of different phone calls of 15 minutes each. The gentleman I worked with was excellent, very thorough and knowledgeable. If somebody has a used vehicle, I would recommend American Dream to them. They offered several different plans depending on your needs and we were well covered. We have a Land Rover and the coverage is great. The cost is a little bit difficult. But they informed me it's a little higher than other vehicles just because of the type of vehicle it is. Apparently, they're very expensive to repair.

I talked to a guy name Derrick at American Dream. Got me some good discounts. He made sure I was good. He put me on the best plan that they have. If you looking for a low price good auto protection. I look in to other protection companies and they did have the same plans. They have caps on how much they pay.

I hate American Dream. I got them because I was like, "This sounds like what I need." Two months after I got them, something happened. They barely covered anything. My truck was gonna cost $1,000 to fix and they paid $200. They said, "Yeah, well, no. You've only been with us for so long. You've only made one payment. So we can't really do anything to help you." I spent every last dollar and sold a lot just to be able to fix my truck. What I had to do was take my truck to a shop, the shop gave the company an estimate, and the company came back and said, "Yeah, we'll cover XYZ." Then the shop said, "Okay. You came in September, and now it's November. Our rates have changed. So now, we're charging XYZ and we're just gonna give that to the poor sap bringing the truck in because we know that the company is not gonna change their estimate."

I had a positive experience interacting with Will concerning an extended warranty on my 2018 Malibu hybrid. The warranty covers everything plus rental car and lodging if needed. I received a reasonable price. I've had a PVC valve fail earlier this year which cost over $2000.00 to repair, so I decided it was time for an extended warranty.

My rep Anthony M was great and knowledgeable. He let me know what was covered. I did my payments in 4 installments. I needed this added protection for my Mercedes s63. I feel that anything that is covered will be paid for with no problems. Give these guys a try.

Great experience. My warranty for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was about to expire and I needed to extend my warranty. I did my research on the Consumer Affairs website and American Dream Auto Protect was recommended by Consumer Affairs. I spoke to Sam ** in customer service and he went above and beyond to get me a plan within my budget. I highly recommend American Dream Auto Protect.

My experience has been okay so far. They offered me a longer coverage with a better deal and it covers bumper-to-bumper for six years. I also have roadside assistance, tire coverage that will replace one tire per year for the full term of six years, and a key fob if I lose it at least twice. I've only had to file one claim and it wasn't a covered claim but the agent treated me right over it. But there was a little mix-up with one of the agents. I called in one evening on my claim and the woman told me that I just needed to fill it out online and turn it in. But the next day, when I went to do that and tried to get ahold of them to tell them that it was being shipped up there, the agent told me that I was not supposed to do that. I was supposed to do something else and they talked me through it and stood behind it. It's fairly decent coverage and I'd recommend it to other people.

Conversation was clean and direct. Made me feel good about the car protection program. well abreast of the warranty and how it works. Great customer service and excellent rates. Clear understanding on how to implement the process for the use of the auto repair. Mr. ** answered all of the question that I ask. This I found to be very impressive.

This is not a review of the company since I have not had a reason to make use of it yet. This is about their staff, in particular Tom **. I shopped several companies for what I knew I wanted and only Mr. ** listened to me and got me a quote that I was comfortable with. Like a good salesman he offered me several upgrade options that worked for me. It was a surprisingly enjoyable transaction! I would have given 6 stars but I was unfortunately limited to 5!

It seemed like for what I wanted and how they worked, American Dream Auto was gonna benefit me better than other companies. I've got an older truck and for the miles and the amount and the coverage, from almost bumper-to-bumper, it was better than what the other ones were asking. I'm getting almost 60,000 miles on my 90,000-mile truck for 2,500 bucks. Everybody else wanted 36,000 miles for three months.
