John was excellent at giving me the best information about the different types of plan you have and the ones that would best suit me. I sign up for the plantium policy, which should cover my car and give me best service. I will recommend my family in the future.

Over the past several days I’ve been reading reviews on extended automobile warranty protection programs. I settled on Endurance and American Dream Auto Protect. Within hours of logging in to each, Rick ** called. Told him I was busy and not now. He asked if it would be better later that day or the next day. Yeah later would be fine. Following day Rick ** called and went over the AD programs and benefits. When asked about Endurance, he praised them as the plan to go with should AD not meet my needs. He did an excellent job of connecting with me and explained why the Platinum policy was superior to the gold. He sold me and now my credit card is carrying a load which I’ll pay off next month. At 80 years old a 3 year policy should last my driving years and if not, it might need to be renewed.

Mr. ** was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me make my decision about the company. Wasn’t pushing. I feel that I completely committed with this company. Thanks. Mr. ** to me is what it’s about 'cause was patience and understanding that I don’t know my way around.

Sam made it easy to enroll. He did a great job in answering all my question. I had a lot comparing this with the Ford CSP plan. I got a great deal by purchasing the 5 year platinum coverage for my 2018 Ford Expedition. If you want to get this warranty ask Sam.

I filled out some online forms and did some shopping for extended coverage on my flawless Jeep that just ran out of factory warranty and after quite a bit of research, decided to go with Anthony ** at American Dream. There was some pressure initially but presented in a very professional manner and backed up with concise and comprehensive explanations to my onslaught of questions. I am in sales so I appreciate the approach and understand both sides. Anthony also understood and we were able to achieve common ground quickly. That ability is fairly rare so it was appreciated. That said, they had the best value offer too. No brainer for me.

Got a platinum with American Dream Auto Protect warranty. Great service. I spoke with Rick and John and they explained the complete coverage for my 2015 GMC Arcadia in detail. Good service. I Compared policies with other policies and this one meets my needs for the next five years since I am keeping this car. My car very high tech and very expensive to maintain. Thus far I have not had any issues with it, but it will be a matter of time before maintenance will be required due to wear and tear of original manufacturing parts to diminish.

This was Quick service,. Adam called me it seems before I even hit submit button and gave me many options to choose from. Really happy with bumper to bumper options. So far, American Dream has been great. The electronic dashboard went out. I did a claim and it went as smoothly as could be. I was very satisfied.

Signing up with American Dream Auto Protect was easy and quick. If anything would go wrong with my vehicle, they wouldn't hesitate to get me going and try to get my vehicle worked on. They said they've been doing it for a long time and it shows. They knew how to talk to me and how to get everything going and get me off the phone.

The process was good. American Dream Auto Protect said they would review it, which provided some comfort, and it took them a day to do that. But my experience wasn't pleasant because one of the services that I attempted to get fixed, American Dream initially told the repair company that they couldn't do it because it was preexisting damage. I was told that it wasn't covered in the policy. And when I showed where some of the services were put into the policy, they didn't wanna hear me and argue. But everything after that was pleasant when I tried to get my plan canceled.

American Dream was very good to work with. Signing up with them took a couple of different phone calls of 15 minutes each. The gentleman I worked with was excellent, very thorough and knowledgeable. If somebody has a used vehicle, I would recommend American Dream to them. They offered several different plans depending on your needs and we were well covered. We have a Land Rover and the coverage is great. The cost is a little bit difficult. But they informed me it's a little higher than other vehicles just because of the type of vehicle it is. Apparently, they're very expensive to repair.

I talked to a guy name Derrick at American Dream. Got me some good discounts. He made sure I was good. He put me on the best plan that they have. If you looking for a low price good auto protection. I look in to other protection companies and they did have the same plans. They have caps on how much they pay.

I hate American Dream. I got them because I was like, "This sounds like what I need." Two months after I got them, something happened. They barely covered anything. My truck was gonna cost $1,000 to fix and they paid $200. They said, "Yeah, well, no. You've only been with us for so long. You've only made one payment. So we can't really do anything to help you." I spent every last dollar and sold a lot just to be able to fix my truck. What I had to do was take my truck to a shop, the shop gave the company an estimate, and the company came back and said, "Yeah, we'll cover XYZ." Then the shop said, "Okay. You came in September, and now it's November. Our rates have changed. So now, we're charging XYZ and we're just gonna give that to the poor sap bringing the truck in because we know that the company is not gonna change their estimate."

I had a positive experience interacting with Will concerning an extended warranty on my 2018 Malibu hybrid. The warranty covers everything plus rental car and lodging if needed. I received a reasonable price. I've had a PVC valve fail earlier this year which cost over $2000.00 to repair, so I decided it was time for an extended warranty.

My rep Anthony M was great and knowledgeable. He let me know what was covered. I did my payments in 4 installments. I needed this added protection for my Mercedes s63. I feel that anything that is covered will be paid for with no problems. Give these guys a try.

Great experience. My warranty for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was about to expire and I needed to extend my warranty. I did my research on the Consumer Affairs website and American Dream Auto Protect was recommended by Consumer Affairs. I spoke to Sam ** in customer service and he went above and beyond to get me a plan within my budget. I highly recommend American Dream Auto Protect.

My experience has been okay so far. They offered me a longer coverage with a better deal and it covers bumper-to-bumper for six years. I also have roadside assistance, tire coverage that will replace one tire per year for the full term of six years, and a key fob if I lose it at least twice. I've only had to file one claim and it wasn't a covered claim but the agent treated me right over it. But there was a little mix-up with one of the agents. I called in one evening on my claim and the woman told me that I just needed to fill it out online and turn it in. But the next day, when I went to do that and tried to get ahold of them to tell them that it was being shipped up there, the agent told me that I was not supposed to do that. I was supposed to do something else and they talked me through it and stood behind it. It's fairly decent coverage and I'd recommend it to other people.

Conversation was clean and direct. Made me feel good about the car protection program. well abreast of the warranty and how it works. Great customer service and excellent rates. Clear understanding on how to implement the process for the use of the auto repair. Mr. ** answered all of the question that I ask. This I found to be very impressive.

This is not a review of the company since I have not had a reason to make use of it yet. This is about their staff, in particular Tom **. I shopped several companies for what I knew I wanted and only Mr. ** listened to me and got me a quote that I was comfortable with. Like a good salesman he offered me several upgrade options that worked for me. It was a surprisingly enjoyable transaction! I would have given 6 stars but I was unfortunately limited to 5!

Tom was very professional and polite when providing information about the warranty service. He made sure that the information was clear and understood. It seemed like for what I wanted and how they worked, American Dream Auto was gonna benefit me better than other companies. I've got an older truck and for the miles and the amount and the coverage, from almost bumper-to-bumper, it was better than what the other ones were asking. I'm getting almost 60,000 miles on my 90,000-mile truck for 2,500 bucks. Everybody else wanted 36,000 miles for three months.

The reps were very detailed, thorough and professional. They weren't pushy and just provided the information, and were able to answer all my questions. So far, American Dream’s coverage has been great. I try not to use it but it’s there in case I need it. I’ve done claims and I haven’t had any problems. There's always a deductible in every warranty. It’s something you deal with. I haven't run across anyone that is 100% but I'm satisfied right now.

With American Dream Auto, I didn't have to wait. With the others I looked at, they wanted me to put 1,000 miles on the vehicle before it would get service and I got to have it for so long. American Dream's price was also affordable and their online tools were easy to use. They took care a lot of stuff. I signed up with them for my 2013 MKX Lincoln and the warranty covers electronic windows, transmission, drive shaft, axle, radio, and some of the words I can't pronounce. But they don't cover oil changes. They told me I had to wait at least 30 days to get a service but the contract didn't tell me how much was it a year and they said it was set up like that because I have to pay month to month. So I could pay 120 a month and if for some reason, I don't want to pay or keep them, then I could just stop paying and leave it alone.

American Dream has a super aggressive sales department, which is the only phone number that you can account or get ahold of. Before signing up with them, I told them that I wanted to see the policy first because I've never experienced any kind of aftermarket insurance warranty. So, I requested that. But they said, "No, you need to pay the $790." Then the accounting got all messed up. They were supposed to do it every 30 days for four months and then they did it like 15 days apart. So, I called them out on it and then they missed the payment. Then I had my first claim and they were really good about that while I was making the payments. They gave me an $800 payment on the claim. It was awesome. It was easy to contact and I got the sales department.

I'm done with American Dream. They were a terrible company. I bought a Land Rover 2005, which was an expensive car and I said I wanted the best coverage that they have because it's an older car and there may be things going along with it. I paid 30,000 for my warranty. And after about a month or two, I needed a driveshaft, which they covered. They paid for it after a while and then, I needed another thing but I got a complete runaround from three different people. Finally, I was told American Deam was not covering it and I asked why. I paid in full and I told them it was an older car and they took the money.

I was very pleased with American Dream. The starter went out on my car and it was a $540 job. I had a deductible of 150 and they paid the rest with no questions asked. I'm happy with them.

I called American Dream and the rep explained everything good. There was a lot of coverage and miles on what they offered for my vehicle. The claims process was very smooth and easy. Sometimes, I have to pay a little bit out of pocket. But they work with me on certain things. When I had to do the hybrid battery, they were only able to cover a certain amount because they don't cover hybrid batteries. But they did it for me because I have four hybrids and three of them are under their protection. They're very fair because most warranty companies don't cover hybrid batteries. So, even though that's not under a plan, they still work with me to help cover it when I need to. Their deductible is only $100, which I great. The reps are easy to get ahold of like. You're not sitting there waiting on hold for hours. It's not like a big hassle.

I filled out an online form and Will **, from American Dream Insurance, walked me through the coverage and cost. He was also able to provide incentives and discounts. I selected the Platinum Plan to ensure my vehicle was covered. There are other plans available as well. I would recommend them if you need an extended auto warranty.

John did great making sure answer my questions. He understood my range an my need to get extended warranty on my 2019 Jeep. I will love to recommend my colleagues family members to American Dream. I signed up with American Dream Auto for coverage on my 2012 Mercedes Benz E350, sedan. The guy I talked to, Anthony, was very nice. We worked it all out on the phone and it was no high pressure. I got their platinum coverage, which is their best one. I filed a claim about a month ago and the process was seamless. I took the car to the dealer to find out what was wrong with it and they told me what was wrong with it. I told them I had the warranty then they called the warranty company late in the afternoon. American Dream responded the next morning and have the authorization to do the repairs. The dealer then did the repairs and so far, I haven't heard back from them.

American Dream will not pay once they seem to get to a limit. I had a few, most likely related issues. I had an injector fail, which they covered then a few weeks later, leaking coolant lines. When I picked up the car, I had another malfunction from the same side of injectors. American Dream manager claimed it was suspicious and became very rude. They had an inspector go out on a Friday and almost a week later they send me a text only version of his report claiming there is not indicated failure or the injectors.

The representatives were very professional and made sure that I understood exactly what the packages were and what they were offering. When I had questions, they were more than happy to ask. So, they were very customer-oriented and friendly. Compared to other vendors, American Dream had a fair price. I was getting quotes from about three different companies and it seemed like American Dream had the most coverage. I have a supercharger in my truck and American Dream is the only one that said it’s covered and it came back from their underwriters. They were nitpicky about what they wanted to touch on my truck because it's got a couple of custom parts. But when you look at what I got compared to what the Ford is putting out, they're identical. It seemed like they were up to cover quite a bit and made sure that they got all the information into my hands and that I had a card explaining the process.

I was very satisfied with Mr. Derrick ** professional approach. He was very good at answering my questions about my coverage Derrick explained what I would get fory coverage. I would recommend him to family and friends he was very specific about my concerns about my coverage. Derrick was very attentive my questions.

Easy process to go thru. He gave me a serious plan and it cover me. So it is going to work out good. On my car it is going to work out good. 4200 Chrysler car is covered. I differently plan on adding more cars in the future.

When they called me, they sounded like they were good. So I went with them. They explained the policy and said that they said they cover the motor, transmission and a lot more things.

It was great when I purchased the policy. I liked what they offered. The American Dream sales rep was awesome. I had a warranty company call me and badger me about American Dream being fake. I ended up calling him right away. He was able to rest assure me well. I haven't used the warranty. But everything so far seems good.

The guy that I talked to was very nice and accommodating since I didn't know if I was gonna be able to afford it. He was able to get me to do it in monthly installments instead of paying it all at once originally. He was really super nice and straightforward with everything and didn’t seem as pushy as some other people when they're trying to sell you a product. I like that they would cover most of my bigger expenses. My car is up in miles. So, the engine, transmission, and air conditioning, will more likely start going out here soon or need to be replaced.

If the company is half as good as our customer service rep, Derrick, we will be happy for years. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and was honest and sincere in everything he did. If he didn’t have an answer, he didn’t lie to me. I would highly recommend him and the company. Derrick probably deserves a raise or a bonus.

Everything was good and fast when I purchased my warranty. I'm happy they accepted the truck. American Dream Auto was the only one that would take my truck as everybody said it was lifted and they wouldn't cover it.

I told them I wanted the best there was, but I couldn't afford it. So, they cut it down to the lowest one, but they didn't tell me that they were not giving me all the benefits. It was also expensive after I looked it over. It was a little bit towards the high-pressure type of sale, too.

Their customer service was good. I've had questions and I've called the rep three times and he answered every time. He was very helpful. I'm happy with the coverage as well. They also sent a mechanic out to check my car over. That was very thorough. We went for a ride to make sure it didn't rattle, for my protection. And that was very professional.

Sam was very informative and knowledgeable of his business and even brighten me up on obtaining an extended warranty. Sam eventually persuaded me to get coverage especially when he said he would send me the reviews of you all customers so I can see what they have said. He sealed the deal for me. I like how confident he was of his place of employment. I knew then that this was a company I wanted to do business with and I would recommend this company to anyone and would go hard behind them.

When I reached out to sign up with American Dream Auto, I just needed to have my VIN and the year and make of the car and spoke with an individual and took a picture of the odometer and sent it in. It was very smooth and very easy. I wish the coverage would have been a little bit more, but then, I went with American Dream Auto because of how the consumers rated it and how easy it was to use at the dealership. Also, American Dream was about $1000 less than a comparable company that's the number one rated.

I bought this used van from a dealer. Having American Dream as my warranty makes me safe out there. Their service has been good. One of the O2 sensors’ wiring broke. I took it to the dealer and they repaired it. I had to pay $50 for the plug and a $100 deductible. They covered the rest.

My Maserati Levante is covered by American Dream Auto. It's too expensive but it is full coverage for all mechanical parts other than wear and tear stuff.

I talked to two different salesmen and they did their job. They pushed me in the direction and so I decided to go with them. The offer seemed to be what was best for the money.

The American Dream salesman was persistent, but he was a good salesman. The different plan options weren't all laid out in the beginning as far as the extended. I ended up going with the 42-month plan. I’m looking to average my cost as low as possible per month. The fact that I can continue that or it can transfer to someone else is a selling feature. I hope I was right in taking the American Dream versus 1800Warranty because the 1800Warranty was accepted at a Chevy dealer. I had the 1800Warranty and was reasonably happy with them.

John was extremely helpful with getting my new vehicle coverage policy as well as canceling a policy I signed up for earlier in the day. He took his time explaining the policy and what it covers, and he was able to get me an unbeatable price and years of coverage.

**Update: after speaking with "Henry **" a vice president of sales, he profusely apologized for the unprofessional manner in which I was treated. He informed me that disciplinary action would be taken by the company on this employee and he was more than 90% sure this individual would be terminated. I agreed to remove the review only if they fired this person. I was surprised that a person with his title and function had no direct involvement in disciplinary action. He gave an explanation of thier process and alluded that it was most likely a sure thing.

After reading all of the negative reviews and knowing that I have no way of knowing if they actually fired this person, I decided to leave the initial review with this update and change the rating to a neutral one. It appears that there is a script that is being used to play on the emotions of persons who care about others' ability to make money based on the actions of some bad apples. It's a manipulation tactic that has probably saved them from many more bad reviews.

The communication with Derrick was informative and delivered in a manner that even I could understand. All the questions that I could think of at the time were answered in an understandably format. Derrick presented the pros and cons of the policy and acceptance my 4000$ without blinking an eye. I would recommend this company based on what I have been told but the proof will be dependent on my first claim.

I filled out the online form only to get information i.e. prices coverage, etc.. The gentleman that called me back was excessively chatty. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. When I told him that I was doing comparisons he gave me the prices and rattled off the coverage. I asked him to send it to me so that I could go over the information, he ignored my request and repeating the coverage, repeating the price and saying that he could give me this great deal and what would it take for me to sign up? I tried to tell him nicely that I only wanted the information at this time and if the rates were comparable, I would definitely return his call. He continued speaking over me louder and louder.

I will recommend him to my friends and family if they are interested in extended warranty for their cars. With today's high cost of vehicle repairs, extended warranty is a smart move.

American Dream was the first to respond to me and what they told me didn't sound bad. A couple of days later, I was concerned. They initially had me on a three-year contract, where I paid annually, and I wasn't comfortable with that, especially after reading the Better Business report. When I was trying to cancel back out in the 30 days, they made me a better deal to where it was gonna be on a monthly payment and if it ends up that they're charlatans, then I'll only be out that month. So they made me a better deal that made it less nervous for me. They told me that they were gonna send me a list of places in my area that work with them, but they never did. I've asked three different times for that list and never got it.

American Dream's rep called me and said he wanted to show me their extended warranty. I told him that I already bought one and when I told him which company I used, he said some things that I was not aware of. So, I told him that I would call and talk to that company and the BMW dealer. And if they didn't accept that company, then I would ask if they accepted American Dream. If they did, then I'd order from him. So, I did. He was pretty pushy, which I'm not a big fan of. But he was persistent and he did well. The cost was too high, but I understand the warranty can pay for itself in one issue. At the same time, you're limited on how much you can do per issue, so that's my only concern. But we'll find that out when that happens.

American Dream's rep was very helpful. The rest of the companies got brokers and I've been lied to so much. But I felt comfortable with that guy. I signed up for my 2020 GMC Canyon and he broke down the process for me. He kindly filled me in a lot of the spots I didn't understand about the warranty while every other company tried to sell me one.

The guy who sold me my warranty was wonderful. He really knew what he was doing and he seemed more like a person and wasn't pushy at all. The coverage was really good, too.

I put an inquiry in online and then received a call back from them. The first person I spoke with was quite professional and friendly. I looked at a few other options and a supervisor called me a little bit later. We had a conversation and worked out what seemed to be an acceptable rate at the time so I signed up with them. But my wife and I discussed a little bit further and decided not to have any extended warranty for service protection plan. I cancelled on the 2nd of October. I called and they tried to dissuade me. It took a little bit of persuasion, but they sent the documentation and I submitted it. I am still waiting for the charge to be reversed, though.

The sales guy I first talked to, Alex, was good and he was a really nice guy. He talked me into it but I was not doing my research then. I had to call them back but I talked to his partner because he was not there. One thing that I don't like is the little contract thing that they sent me. I can't read it. It's so small. Also, the mileage is only up to 200,000 miles but it's fine. Other than those, I've already told a couple of people about it.

I've been with American Dream for over a month. I spoke to a man named Kyle and I'm still waiting for some paperwork. He sent me an email asking how I liked the experience but never said anything about sending any paperwork. He’s been perfectly pleasant. But I'm not getting everything that I asked for. I got a policy number, and that's all I got.

I wanted the five-year, 100,000 miles, once it does the 120,000-mile Volkswagen inspection. They offered me a discount and they sent me a booklet on what is covered. Everything's great with them. However, they need to include the taxes with whatever rate.

Derrick, our customer service rep, was very helpful. He was honest and informative and overall just a friendly person to talk to. Tried really hard to make sure we were happy with the coverage offered to us, and he even tried to get the initial price reduced somewhat to better fit our budget. So far, we are happy with the choice of warranty company we chose.

The sign up process was nice. The guy that I talked to seemed friendly enough and wasn't too pushy. The price fit into what I was looking for. It was decent. The terms looked pretty standard for a warranty. He talked a little bit about the co-pay, but it was a little bit higher than I thought it was when I got it. American Dream has a website, but it isn't informative. It kind of makes you wonder what you have once you bought it. I have the paperwork but there wasn't a lot of reassuring because it was just a lot of their literature, and they could have said whatever they wanted to on their website. The guy I talked to did say if I have any questions, I could call him back. It made me somewhat comfortable, but somewhat leery too.

I bought the platinum package. It covers pretty much bumper to bumper. The only drawback I had about it is American Dream doesn't have monthly payment plans. You pretty much pay for everything in advance. But as long as they are able to cover my vehicle, I'll be very happy with them. I brought my truck into Toyota dealership. I had some extensive work done to the engine the past couple of months before I got the warranty, and I went up for a sticker. They noticed that a power steering line was leaking. It's not leaking bad, but it needs to be replaced. So, instead of leaving my truck there, I drove the truck home. I called American Dream and they told me that Toyota had to call them to start the claim. So, Toyota called them yesterday, but I haven't heard anything from American Dream yet. I wanted to go in to their website and see if my claim was there, but I can't find it. Their website only shows to contact them for certain pricing plans.

It did a good job. It told me everything I needed to know in order to get my job done. I really appreciate it. It was very professional, it did and answered all my questions. You gave me other questions, choices, and things like that. I think that he was still very professional in lighting.

Anthony explained coverages and help me compare different plans. I am 81 years old and appreciate all the help in making a decision. I appreciate the time he took to ask about what coverage I would be interested in and make recommendations about my particular situation. He was very thorough.

Sam was very helpful in walking me through the different payment options and what was included in the policy. He wasn't pushy and was very patient as I thought through the process and options. I'm excited to see if American Dream lives up to everything I was set up to expect in an extended warranty plan.

Bought extended car warranty for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Spoke with John from American Dream Auto Protect. Got me a great deal and price and mileage, took me under his wing and even helped me navigate my phone! Would recommend to anyone and family!!! Even hooked me up with payment plan!

I asked them about different details and they were very obligated to send it back to me and help me. I received the paperwork and a number to call if there is a breakdown once the policy kicks in. But they say they’d give you a discount on this and that, yet they want some money so they can lock you in.

American Dream Auto Protect done pretty good with me.

I have my Audi covered with American Dream and during the signup, they explained that I need 30 days and 500 miles for the coverage to begin. It’s supposed to cover everything but it doesn't cover oil changes and maintenance.

We have two vehicles on American Dream Auto and so far, so good.

The rep called me out of the blue and told me how much better American Dream is and sold me on it. He told me that he called the company I had before and canceled it. But I just got a letter from them saying that my account was being closed due to months of non-payment of the product. And I had paid them between $2,000 and $3,000. I just got the letter this past week so I'm trying to reach them. Also, the rep said what I was getting would be the platinum plan. But I just got the paperwork and it's not the platinum plan. It's the silver plan. So, I was gonna call American Dream and say I don't wanna be lied to like that and I want my money back. The rep was very pushy but I figured if everything he said was true, then I couldn't go wrong.

Alex was very professional and answered all my questions completely. Very satisfied with the service and pricing for my 2017 Titan. Looking to also purchase the policy on my Corvette. Will go through Alex again for sure. Was treated like a rock star and will spread the word!!

I had a good experience with the reps. Their knowledge was pretty good. I'm satisfied with the package I got.

I have an expensive car and I wanted coverage for it. I signed up with American Dream and the communication was fine. I had a 30-day waiting period with them before my coverage started.

Alex was very helpful and experienced. I would recommend Alex to anyone. I have had some really bad experiences with other warranty companies. It has been really hard. I really want this to work out really nicely. So once again I thank Alex and hope that this will be a long lasting agreement.

Was please with Jonathan and recommend his company to anyone looking for a warranty for their vehicle. And he was very helpful and it got the coverage that I wanted on my Cadillac CTS and hopefully will be continue to use them and looking to cover my motorcycle and other vehicles.

I spoke to John ** at American Dream Auto Protect the sales agent. Doing a great job explaining to me all the coverage plan they have to offer. Also gave me a great deal due to the fact I am the senior citizen and my son in the Navy. They were able to workout a great monthly plan since I'm a senior citizen on fix income.

Kyle, from American Dream called me but since I had already signed up with another company, my interest was not significant. His persistence (without being overtly salesy) and candor complemented by his patience with all my questions and rebuttals made me reconsider (which when it comes to service decisions is rare for me). He was flexible and more importantly very well informed. I have signed up with him and the American Dream team on the basis of his service commitments and hopefully the next 5 years will be as pleasant an experience as this initial interaction.

I called ADAP along with 2 other companies. Adam called back and was very rude. After I asked him not to call again. 4 people at ADAP have called and won't stop. I have a warranty but they keep calling.
