John ** is a wonder person in dealing with business. He knows his job. He is exceptionally skilled. He did every to make me happy as a customer but he did not give me any discount in price. I will recommend my friends and relative to American Dream for auto warranty. Any way I wish him success.

Everyone was extremely informative and worked with me on what might be the my best opinions for coverage. I Enjoyed their knowledge and being beyond patience with me as well we searched for the best coverage. It took a bit of back and forth but we found a plan that fit me well. Alex ** is the representative who helped me make a decision on getting a good auto warranty policy through American Dream. I am happy I did looking back. He has great customer service and helped to answer all my questions and concerns. American dream has a very competitive rate between most auto warranty competitors. I was satisfied with small monthly amount, compared to all the coverage I they are giving, it is very value added. He offered a bulk payment upfront.

Brian was friendly, patient and informative. Was able to quickly answer any questions that were asked. Took time to patiently explain everything in complete detail. Explained the differences between American Dream and competitive companies. My only complaint would be the background noise when at tones made it difficult to comprehend what was being said. But Brian took time, to answer when I said I couldn’t understand what was being said.

This company offers more than any other of the warranty companies. The service was exceptional and they took care of cancelling my previous warranty Company. John thoroughly explained the contract and I will be waiting for the coverage to begin. I am happy that it covers the items that other warranty companies don’t include.

I was referred to Frank from my mother who recommended his great customer service! Spoke with Frank who was extremely helpful in explaining the policy and breakdown to me. Frank was able to answer all of my questions I had and was patient and kind in doing so. Would highly recommend Frank!

Helpful with getting plan started. The customer service personnel were very helpful and able to answer all of our lengthy detailed questions we had. We were definitely felt more at ease and comfortable with our decision to get a warranty plan. We had a good experience with Alex and the manager who worked out a good deal for us.

I received a call from American Dream Auto Protect. The man just started giving me the sales pitch, and I stopped him and said I was not interested. I thanked him for the call and hung up. He called me back immediately and demanded that I hear him out. I told him I was not interested in buying his product and didn't want to discuss it with him, and again hung up the phone. He called me 4 more times in a short period of time. Then I got angry with him and told him not to call me again, however he continued to call me. I then left the receiver off the hook and looked up the company number to report his actions toward me.

We were fortunate enough to speak with two very knowledgeable people, Anthony and John. They were very nice and made sure we understood everything. They explained the coverage in detail, making sure we got what we individually needed. We ended up purchasing policies for both of our cars. Will definitely recommend to friends and family members.

When I was called by Gena she explained everything very well. Then Anthony came in to finalize the agreement. Was with another company that didn’t take care of their agreement. The agent that I spoke to at American Dream was very helpful and was able to get me a good-faring discount being in the military and law enforcement. He was able to find additional coverage and give me additional years for the amount that he would quote me for. I wasn't expecting it to be as expensive as it was but understanding everything that's covered and the length of coverage, the price was pretty reasonable.

I got this coverage last year and have used them a couple of times and they have come through for me every time! They are quick to turnaround in a claim and they even reimburse you for any rental vehicle that you might need during the claim process. I recommended them to a couple of friends and anyone that is looking for a good extended warranty coverage!

Very fast, dependable. Insured my GT500 WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD. CAR COVERED FRONT TO BACK, TOP TO BOTTOM. Very fast and knowledgeable staff. One of the only companies to cover all electrical, engine, trans, rear, conv. Top. Supercharger, intercooler. Etc.

I liked American Dream's cost. I got a policy for a 2017 Jaguar. Their rep was helpful. The sign-up process was a little aggressive, but other than that, everything was good.

I had a really hard time getting anything from them after I gave them money. They took money out of my account but they didn't send me anything written to show I had American Dream. So I'm gonna cut off the second installment and I'm gonna turn them in to the attorney general for fraud. When I reached out to them, they just gave me a bunch of gobbledygook and nobody would answer any of my questions.

John gave me his direct line and it did go through directly to him. I have been waiting for my hard copy of my warranty for over a month while payment has been withdrawn from my account twice! A bit concerned at this point but, John ** assured me that he will send my hard copy of the warranty by Monday. We shall see?

Pleasant and quick responses. The salesman answered all my questions and agreed for a delayed payment. The salesman also agreed to add my husband to the policy. I honestly can’t believe how quick the entire call took. I don't know what else to say other than I am pleased and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Hello, I had a great experience today. I worked directly with Sam. He was able to provide me a great price on our two vehicles; #1 being a Range Rover and the other one a Suburban for extended service. This brought me peace of mind for the future as I continue to drive these cars.

Updated on 12/27/2023: I first called American Dream Auto Protect back in July of 2023 to get a quote for my son-in-law. Well, that was the mistake! I called 5 different auto extended warranty companies on the same day, 4 of them gave me quote I requested and then left me alone. But American Dream Auto Protect simply would not take no for an answer even after I told them that I was not the one buying the extended warranty and that it wasn't my decision to make. They used high pressure tactics, called, texted and emailed me several times a day even though I told them repeatedly not to do so. After I wrote a bad review for them, they called me and asked me to take it down. I told them I would take it down if they completely stopped contacting me and they said they would.

Mark from American Dream Auto Protect was the best person to deal with. He got my claim covered in minutes. The shop is working on my car and they make payment over the phone so the shop doesn't hold my car like other warranty companies do it. So excited for the next 4 years with this company. The full payment was a bit much but it really paid off for all these repairs. Thank you American Dream and thank you Mark ** for taking care of me the right way and fast and furious.

The first rep that I talked to was doing a lot more of a hard sell than we would have appreciated and wasn't really listening to us. But the second person that got involved did a much better job. We got a better deal for what we needed.

Initially, they were pushy and they couldn't give me direct answers. I wanted specifics on the coverage and I had to give a little push back to get them to send me the actual contract. I signed up for their gold package and it covers pretty much everything -- from electronics in the car, to key fobs, to motor engine transmission, except general maintenance. I would tell others to call them, but just don't sign right away. It took me 45 minutes or so to finally get to a reasonable price but it's absolutely worth it.

It's a four-year plan that I have. American Dream Auto Protect bills every month on my credit card. And after two years, the next two years, they wouldn't charge me anything. It’s 200 something bucks a month. And what they did was where I paid for everything all upfront, they gave me an additional six or eight months. So, it's four years and eight months of coverage. It sounded like a good deal. My mechanic towed my 2013 Ford Edge to his place, and he diagnosed it. It was a fuel pump. He called American Dream and they set it up, and he repaired it. It took a little while but he got paid. They cut the price down a bit, but the car got fixed.

American Dream Auto Protect is a great company. Mark ** was a great help. He help me get my claim covered and was very easy to deal with. This company is highly rated and one of the best in the game. The monthly program they have to offer is very cheap and has a lot of coverage. All the bells and whistle are covered. Also roadside assistance is very fast and courteous.

My Salesman was very helpful in explaining the many questions I had and helped to resolve them. He explained how the warranty works and helped me to save by getting a longer term policy. He provided a great deal of worries that I had putting my mind at ease. He was very professional and kind. Thank you!

Jacob ** got me a deal that I couldn’t refuse. He also gave me information about competitors that I was unaware of. He was patient with me and got a couple of extra perks for me. Hopefully I won’t have any issues when it comes time to use my policy.

The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and there was no high pressure sales. He offered a reduced monthly price from what was initially discussed, and there were some additional months added to it. I thought that was acceptable and bought the extended warranty. It was a good experience. However, American Dream Auto doesn't offer additional incentives, like free oil changes, while some car protect companies do, and that might be something they wanna consider in the future.

Johnathan. A was very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information and answered all my questions and concerns about protecting my 2013 Kia Soul. I had searched Consumer Affairs and discovered American Dream Auto Protect which I was unaware existed and was surprised about how easy to understand what was presented which made my decision concrete when I had been teetering over other companies and their offers. I am pleased with the customer service that I experienced from John and his company and would refer it to any friend. I’m looking forward to doing business with American Dream Protect as it pledges to provide excellent customer satisfaction.

My truck started making engine noise and I took it in. It’s still in the shop since the 22nd. Nobody has called me or talked to the shop. So I'm without vehicle for eight days now. I call the 1-800 number and it's the same guy answering the phone in every line you call, and the other lines don't even work. The mechanic shop is going to start charging a storage fee for having my truck in there.

It was a pleasure to work with a professional salesperson who is knowledgeable and can consult us with this purchase. Therefore we came back and purchase a second warranty to our new vehicle. We had sent the car for service at the local mechanic shop and the service and working between the dealer and American Dream was fantastic. I talked to them on the phone and I felt comfortable. I like the coverage and the cost. The first person I talked to quoted me a price. Then they said, “Oh, we can't do that.” The second person did. Then I got a third person. It was a bunch of garbage. From one person to the next, they gave me one price and then there was another price. So, what the hell? I wasn't overly impressed. The person that quotes the price should have the ability to bind the coverage.

I did some research and price. American Dream sounded more legit than some of the other companies. American Dream won out. One of the other companies even called me and gave me their best shot. But they couldn't touch American Dream. The sign-up process was fine. It was pretty easy.

Received a call back on my car warranty to reactivate it and he was very understanding and willing to help by. Anthony ** was the person who helped me. He was very courteous and helped by understanding circumstances. I’m very pleased to refer him to my family and friends to help them with any warranty needs for their cars.

We have an AMG and nobody would cover the sport model of Mercedes Benz. But American Dream specializes in that. I talked to a representative when we did the coverage. He was very informative and helpful. My wife and I recently lost our garage to a fire, and both of our vehicles were inside of it. So our finances still are very tight. But American Dream was very understanding. The representative did what he could and helped us out. But the communication amongst their team would be better. I called to move a payment but they still keep trying to take the payment out when it was supposed to come out. I’ve talked to the representatives and the financial department in regard to that.

I had the bumper-to-bumper coverage because I got a newer model car, the 2019. I wanted to make sure that if the transmission went out or if I had any problems with a lot of the electrical stuff or a motor it would be covered. I also got roadside assistance. If I ran out of gas, they would bring gas. It's a pretty good package. Getting started with the plan was easy. I was able to make short work of taking pictures of both the speedometers on my older model and my newer model cars and sending them in. The rep that I dealt with was really good. She ran me through what my coverages were. What caught me and got me where I signed up immediately was the fact that she told me that if I had problems with my engine, American Dream would replace my engine. It wasn't gonna be they're gonna pay a little bit of it or a portion part of it. If it broke down, I put it in the shop, and they will pay for it.

I'm giving AD Auto Protect 4 1/2 stars only because I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the rental I had to get. The auto shop unable to get the needed parts as hoped due to a long weekend. Everything else was great. The process between the repair shop and AD were so easy and thorough. AD and the repair both kept me informed of the status (via cell and email), and all my questions were answered. I was able to get a rental with no issues, and once the car was ready, AD wasted no time on paying the bill. Using AD saved me more than $1000 out-of-pocket expenses. I'm so glad I decided to buy this warranty, it was well worth it, and AD customer service did an exceptional job. I would recommend AD. They are quick, professional and very people person friendly.

I called American Dream and a nice guy answered and his answer was reasonable. I got a plan that covers the driveline. In addition to the driveline, I got towing free and car rental, and mechanical parts on the driveline.

The rep I spoke with was very pleasant. He compared different packages and I went with the best one that would not cost me a lot of money if the car broke down. Also, I got the roadside service.

The rep was good. He helped me through the sign-up process, and I got the one that covers everything on the car. If I run into trouble with my Honda Fit 2009, it's more beneficial to have it covered than pay out of pocket. I've had to pay out of pocket multiple times before.

American Dream Auto has the best priced plan out there for me. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Azera for my daughter who will turn 16 in a while. It's got 68,000 miles, and I got the most protective plan I could get. There's a $100 deductible, and labor's covered, which some companies don't cover. It also seems like they have some flexibility in their advertised price. They'll make some deals. Shop around. Make sure you get four or five quotes.

American Dream’s customer service was good. It went back and forth between them and CarShield. But I did YouTube videos and found out how much of a rip-off Car Shield was. So, I purchased American Dream. The cost is a little bit more than I wanted, but that's okay.

The rep was very informative and patient. He answered all my questions. The cost is reasonable.

I’ve dealt with American Dream Auto Protect once, and it was not a good experience. I called in to get a quote on an extended warranty for my 2020 Audi S5, and right out of the gate, I said to the sales guy, “Listen. I've been shopping around. I know a lot about cars and just I'm trying to find a good quality extended warranty company. All I ask is just be upfront with me 100%. I don't like surprises. So just be straightforward.” In his first spiel, he was going on and he said to me, “We cover your braking system.” I stopped him and asked, “You cover the breaking system?” He said, “Yes.” That's rare. Because normally, it's considered a wearable item so they don't cover that.

If you're considering this company, please look elsewhere. I paid about $3000 for extended warranty for my BMW x3 2019 to have coverage. They denied a claim and the person in charge of my claim was a complete jerk through the entire process. Unprofessional, sarcastic, and really obnoxious. He offered me $750 towards a $2600 repair that ended up paying out of pocket, which I declined. They have kept a portion of money from the policy when I cancelled. When I called back to ask for a breakdown, Raymond, told me that I would get that money back if I took down the review that I have written With the Better business bureau. I told him that I would not do that and that I am filing a claim in a court.

The application process with American Dream Auto Protect was good. A financing thing that goes more than three months or something would have been nice. I wanted to make sure everything was covered till up to 100,000, but it doesn't cover oil changes.

I gave American Dream a call and Adam, the one I talked, to helped me to realize that they had a better product than who I was currently going with. He told me the difference between their rate and CarShield's, and I ended up changing to American Dream. He did a great job. The experience has been good so far but we’ll see how well it goes if I have to make a claim.

I was looking for a warranty for my mom's car. The guy from American Dream called me but I didn't answer. So he sent a text message and I asked if he could call me at a certain time. He did call at that time and when I talked to him, he seemed really knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed on the phone and obligated to make a decision in the moment.

It was a pleasure dealing with Anthony. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He made the process simple and was very helpful. He made sure that I received the right product. He went over all the plans so that I could understand which was best for me.

Changed policy from another company. The salesperson Frank was very helpful in obtaining my new policy. The sales manager came on to increase in purpose and I was given a very good deal plus the thirty-day trial. The day we hired them, we canceled them. They sent the contract and they had all this small print. When my husband and I read it, it wasn't going to cover anything really. Also, they did not want to provide emission protection, which is necessary in the state of Pennsylvania, and they wanted to give us a hard time. They weren't going to refund our money. We ended up going back to my bank and they did a chargeback to them. But the rep we had was very nice. She tried to explain as much as she could, although she wouldn't go into detail about it. She said I had to wait to see the contract first.

American Dream Auto Protect called me. Their rep was courteous but pushy. He wanted to get coverage on my wife's vehicle and I kept trying to explain she was going to be trading it in two months. He said, “We don't normally do two months coverage but we could for you.” The pushiness offended me, but other people probably wouldn't have minded it. I told him to just stick with my '21Ford-150 and be happy with that. The plans went from bare bones, transmission, clutch, up through nearly complete coverage. There are several different tiers. I opted for the most complete one.

Frank was very helpful on the information terms, price and etc. Answering all questions we could think of and then some.. Beating dealership quote for Nissan 2020 and adding Kia 2014. Will share w/friends. We have never had a extended warranty but w/ everything so costly thought it would be the best choice for us ages 70 and 75. Thanks for your help.

The rep told me American Dream covers car rental but I read further and it does cover car rentals for certain things and it covers breakdowns. But it says it only covers one flat tire repair a year. That was not what I was told. The rep also told me that it covers towing no matter where I'm at. But the paperwork says $100 towing. So far, not all of the coverage is 100% accurate from what he told me.

They were real clear explanation of the company and what they do. They did a detailed explanation of the process. The rep answered my question each time very efficiently.

They got different plans. But the one I chose was bumper-to-bumper and because I'm an essential worker, they gave me additional mileage for my vehicle. It was really easy to sign up. I'm gonna have it paid off in four months.

American Dream's customer service wasn't bad. They weren't as pushy as some of the other ones, and they allowed me to think about it. The coverage and the cost seem to be good. I was looking for the most bumper-to-bumper coverage and the cost-effect on it. They kept giving me deals. They were really working with me to try to make it happen. The purchase process was good. I had a couple questions after I did that, and they got right back with me. Even one of the owners of the company called me and said, "Hey, what do I need to answer for you?"

Service was good Adam responds promptly with questions and calls me back when I ask him to. I was skeptical about service but was guaranteed that warranty was what I was told it was. Adam did a good job selling the product and was very knowledgeable.

I have a 2015 Ford Escape which is out of warranty and I told the guy I talked to what was wrong with it. He said I have to pay for that first and then, it will be covered by American Dream. He was very nice and explained the coverage very well. I asked a lot of questions and he answered. I haven't received my package yet though. I sent him an email and he said he would make them send me one out quickly.

My experience with them was fine. But if they take money out of my account, they better send me an email every month so I know what's going on. Also, it was odd that the sales rep was asking me to pay the whole amount so he'd get his commission. I said, "No. You're lucky I'm buying or I'm gonna hang up." But I like that it's a one-time payment and you're gonna get so many miles. It's a good program. It was 3,600 bucks and I got an extra 55,000 miles on top. I'm happy with it. It was worth it because it covers everything.

My truck broke down, and under my policy my cooling system was covered, but they would not respond back to my mechanic, and they were rude, when I called! The man told me to cancel if I wanted to. Then proceeded to take another payment from my checking account, 5 days early, totaling over $900 from me so far. Now I have to pay the mechanic $600 additional money! They are frauds. Do not sign up with them or let them take any money from your account!!!!

The rep from American Dream was good and he convinced me until I got another phone call with someone else that was cheaper. There was a $12 to $15 difference, then I get two extra years free and extra things like free oil changes with this other company. Also, I didn't have to pay anything if I busted a tire, while with American Dream, I would pay a certain amount if that happened.

When I set up for inquiry, the guy that I worked with, Sam, was very accommodating and easy to reach. That was one reason that impacted my choice in going with American Dream Auto Protect. Another deciding factor why I went with them was being able to make four equal payments. Sam gave me the different coverage options that I was looking at, and the experience was very smooth sailing.

It was pretty easy to sign up with American Dream. I called them and then they gave me a quote. We negotiated and then I agreed on price and that was it. The coverage was satisfactory. You have to wait 30 days before it goes into effect.

When I signed up, American Dream told me that they cover brake systems and things. When I went to have my brakes serviced, the attendant there put one of American Dream's reps on speakerphone and he said, "Well, your client, Milo **, is here and he wants to have his brakes looked at." He said immediately, " We don't cover brakes and rotors." All I needed were pads. So when I heard that, I said, "Okay, I'm done."

The salesperson was not very helpful. From the start of our conversation he was making rude and snide comments. Not very professional. After I told him I was done and he had no product I was interested in, he called me back immediately twice. I had to block the guy's number to stop his harassment. Not happy with this company.

Jacob answered all my questions as far as what American Dream Auto Protect covers, and where I could take it. And they have no limit on what they pay for hourly rates. A lot of them cut off at $75 or $85 an hour, but American Dream doesn't do that. Also, 100 bucks is a lot easier than 1,500.

Bumper to bumper coverage!!! Only a 30 day waiting period!!!! Alex was so nice and easy to work with. My suggestion is to deal with him. He will help you in every way he can and is so polite and nice and pleasant. No high powered sales pitch from him. Alex just makes it easy to do business. This company has good rates too.

Getting set up with American Dream was easy. People should give it a shot. I like that I have a contract in the mail that was emailed to me but I would also like a confirmation letter even if it’s just one page. Horrible. I'm not a customer. Was looking to buy. Salesman pushy, would not listen and told me I was a every Tuesday of the week claim. My husband is a ASE cert mechanic. I was looking for a policy that would cover ** that went wrong outside the box big money if it happened not every week stuff. I ended up telling him to shut the ** up and hanging up. I'm not some dumb woman. I wanted to replace the warrantee that is running out that was all.

Called in to get recently purchased 2018 Subaru Impreza premium hatchback covered. Clear and easy to work with. Helped us find a good deal and find us peace of mind with the 30-day guarantee on the policy.

American Dream would do the most and they were the most reasonable in price. The rep kept working back and forth and gave us a little longer extended coverage. I've taken the Range Rover for one repair and they tried not to pay. They said the issue was existing when it was something that had been fixed three months later. After I got it towed in, they did a diagnostic on it and then they said, "This is what was wrong with it." It was like 2,700 bucks, and they gave me $650 as a courtesy.

American Dream Auto had a fair amount of options at a fair price. The price was in the same approximate area as what I had except it was better coverage. It was good enough for me to switch. The rep was very nice and the phone call that I had was good.

The rep I worked with was very informational. He went over all the best options that I could possibly get into, because it was an issue with me doing the down payment. He came up with a payment plan that I was able to get into so that I could have my car covered.

My experience with American Dream is good. The coverage is good. The cost is a little bit high, but I still got it because I needed it. I liked the sales guy. He sold me that stuff.

So far, I would recommend American Dream. I was trying to get my daughter to try to get a plan for us together so I wouldn't have to worry about her ever being stranded while she has my grandkids with her.

I was looking for the best coverage at the best price, and I also was careful about the reviews that I was looking at. It seemed like folks were happy with American Dream, so I talked to them, we negotiated, and they gave me a better deal than what they advertised, so I went for it. The payment was tricky because they wanted a credit card and I try not to use credit cards. I had to break it up between two debit cards. So, that was a bit of a pain, but it worked out.

When I signed up with them, it was quick. Emailed once and then cleared out. They were pleasant, quick and professional. They presented all the information that I asked for in terms of coverage.

A very polite gentleman in New York walked me through everything, and we agreed. I took the higher policy that was offered. American Dream Auto Protect wanted it in three installment payments initially for the three-year contract, but I couldn't do that. They were able to get me a monthly payment instead. They were easy to deal with. The process went very smoothly. I had my binder within two weeks. The gentleman provided me with his contact information in case I had any issues that arose.

I was talking with one of the representatives at American Dream and everything seemed to go smoothly. He offered me a great price because that supposedly covered 100% for everything. He split up my payments into three payments for the total of about almost three grand and we were scheduled every month that we would take out those three payments until I reach my full payment. But in between of those things, one of his colleagues ended up charging my account which ended up turning my checking account into zero.

Everything was great with American Dream Auto, which was why I signed up with them.

For a while, they already had my business. But they kept calling and trying to get me to get a contract that I already had one. So their CRM clearly wasn't working right. I had one claim where I had some electrical unit that had to be replaced, but they didn't cover that. Also, if something happens, you have to pay for the diagnostic testing. But they should be paying for the diagnostic testing to find out if something's wrong if you have to take the car in.

Signing up with American Dream was good. Give it a try.

After the rep and I discussed over the phone, I asked him if he could email me some information. He said, "Sure, after we set up the policy," which was weird, but I went with it. And then, he processed the first payment. After I hung up, he emailed the contract. The rep was upfront with everything but I like to see things before I sign it and proceed. People should make sure to ask a lot of questions and if you get a reminder if you're doing an installment payment, make sure you double-check that you already made the payment instead of making duplicate payments. I've received multiple emails stating that they didn't receive my payment, but when I checked my bank, it was already gone. It happened twice already. Still, American Dream Auto Protect has great customer service.

The gentleman I spoke with was fine. He explained pretty much everything. I opted for the four-month payoff. The policy was similar to what I used to have. It was less miles offered for the price. It was close in the range of what I had then planned. I'm satisfied so far.

There's a hard sales push at the end to try and get me to sign up now instead of later. And American Dream Auto Protect leverages their cancel at any time for a full refund, which hopefully I don't have to figure out if they would live up to that. But the guy was knowledgeable. I was happy with it.

They told me what they would do and what I would expect. There was a 30-day waiting, no mileage, and it was covered for three years. They also told me that I have the deductible and I can take it to the place if the car breaks down.

Signing up was quick and easy and the plans they offered were great.

I'm still waiting on my policy in the mail and it's been two months now. The last person I spoke with said sometime this week. He said that last week and still nothing yet. The salesman was good, but it'd be a lot better if I get my policy. I'd feel a lot more comfortable.

There are not a lot of companies that would insure an expensive car like a Bentley. I was running out of time. I put in Google, “Who would ensure an extended warranty on a Bentley," and American Dream Auto Protect came up first. They have nice presentations so I called and got the warranty. The bill comes a month later on my American Express card and it was the same date and the same amount of money, $3,600. I thought there must have been a mistake and they double charged by accident.

I gave all the requirements and the criteria I wanted to the salesman and we came up with something, and then I tried to negotiate that price and they were able to honor that. They were able to give you more miles on the extended warranty. The reps were pretty knowledgeable. They pretty much knew to give you an honest estimate probably 95% of the stuff.

American Dream Auto had the coverage I wanted for my 2014 Corvette Stingray. We inquired online and they called me directly then we talked. Their rep was a really nice guy. The plan was a little bit higher than what we wanted. But when push comes to shove, we had to take it. We just needed the car to be covered because it's expensive if it’s not. American Dream Auto was great and informative. They came down a little bit to help us out and even though it wasn't as far as what we wanted, they still did a good job and the rep was very knowledgeable.

Great service and Alex was very helpful. I definitely would recommend this to my family and friends. And has a great payments option for anyone needs. I will talk to my coworkers about this service because it's good.

The rep was great and straightforward. He was able to get the price down on the contract for me, so that was helpful. The coverage seemed to have everything that I was looking for. I actually signed up for another one and it ended up costing me slightly or about the same for less coverage. So, American Dream Auto was able to get me almost the same price for more coverage.

I got my 2012 Nissan Quest covered under American Dream. Initially, I was skeptical, like "Are they gonna steal my money?" Because it was a lot of money that you have to pay at once. Once I said no, they offered more smaller payments. The rep also said, "I'll be with you the whole way through. If you have any questions, call me at this number." I haven't had to call him back on that number, but it was really sweet. I liked it. Also, the great thing about them was that as soon as I told them I would do one, they emailed me right away. So while I was on the phone with him, he was emailing me.

American Dream Auto Protect’s documentation wasn't up to par and it would have been nice to get a pamphlet or something with all your stuff on it. I had to go to their website to find stuff but the agent I spoke to was pleasant.

John explained everything in detail and worked with me on payment we can get this policy. John also was very kind and worked with us on payments. I definitely would recommend American Dream to family and friends.

John has been accommodating and professional and has been available on numerous calls. He has always responded quickly and more than once has gone over and above. I recommend American Dream because of John.

Updated on11/13/2023: Hi, I purchase extended warranty with American Dream Auto Protect on Jan 2 of 2023 for Tesla Model 3. I had to upgrade to new Model Y, So I requested for warranty cancellation and refund. It has been 45 days since I sent in the cancellation form and have not seen the refund. I have been calling every week at least once and I have been given various excuses like Accounting is looking into it, send a check out on 16th October, overnighted a check on 6th of Nov and most recently that they sent a refund check on 11/10 and that I should receive it today ie 11/13. So please don't fall for them. Not sure how the warranty service would be if you run into repairs. Since then I have told 3 of my friend not to buy from these guys and I would not anymore trust them paying thousands of dollars.

Signing up with American Dream was fine. It was an easy process. They have a fair price, and the person I worked with was competent, which is important.

American Dream tried to get some money out of my account after I paid them three payments. When they tried to get a full payment out of there, I called them on it. Some guy who picked up said that American Dream had their phone transferred over there and that he didn't know what was going on. I could never get in touch with them anymore after they got my money. So, I told Capital One that they were a scam. They sent American Dream letters but they never responded. So, the credit card company put my money back. I didn't have a good experience with new company from New York either. They were saying that they were American Dream but they just changed their name. So, I had to call my credit card again. They waited 30 days then they put my money back. Right now, I’m just waiting and I may have to go back with Nissan.

My 2015 Nissan Altima is covered by American Dream Auto. I'm very satisfied with the plans that they offered but for the yearly plans, I wish they broke it down into individual months, instead of having to pay the full three years or five years.
