The Adrian, the salesman was very attentive in the beginning of the sales transaction. He even sent me a video of the vehicle that was in the shade and no close-ups. I asked him if there's any damage to the vehicle and he said no. They shipped me the vehicle 4 and 1/2 hours away after purchasing an F-350 for 100K and showed up with a scratch on the front bumper. I asked them if they were going to pay to have the damage repaired. They told me to get a quote which I did and he said he'd work with his manager to see if they had somebody in the area they can send to repair it. I sent him a quote for removing the bumper painting, it reinstalling and recalibrating which is the correct way to do it for $2,500 and got nowhere.
So I decided to get a quote from a touch-up guy which is the incorrect way to do it for $750 ever since then. He asked if I could bring the vehicle back to have the repairs done which there is no way. I'm going to drive 4 and 1/2 hours. One way to have a paint repair done and drive back 4 and 1/2 hours. They should have never shipped me a vehicle with body damage when I asked him if the vehicle was perfect condition. Ever since then I've been ghosted by the salesman and I've tried to call 5 days in a row to to speak to a manager and left multiple messages and no one has called back steer clear of this dealership. They do not stand behind their vehicles and customer service is the worst.
