We were to bring the car in and it would be evaluated later in the day. They never called so we called them. “Couldn’t get to it but first thing tomorrow”. Again didn’t call we called them. “Awfully sorry we didn’t get to it maybe tomorrow”. It was just in for an evaluation. They had our car sitting on their lot for two days and never picked up the phone. It’s a hardship. Cancer treatments, son with autism, recent unemployment. If they had competent customer service and efficient communication skills, we would not have let our car sit for two full days. We called again. When we picked it up they were smug and dismissive. Never going back and highly recommend you not leave your car, unless you don’t mind it sitting there with a business that doesn’t care about customer service or your personal needs. Really poorly run business.

If you want quality mechanics and customer service DON'T go to Aamco in Wagoner! Between the transmission replacement and suspension work on my 2016 Acura RDX, this has been one of the most frustrating repair experiences I’ve ever had. I paid over 3000 for the struts/cv axle. The vehicle shifted very hard from park into 1st gear the same day I picked it up. I walked back in immediately and told Randy their backup manager and he brushed it off as a computer issue that would resolve itself. It never did, big surprise. I brought it back 5 days later, brushed it off again as the computer. My wife has noticed hard shifting every day from 1st to 2nd after we got it back and during the 3rd test drive on a follow up "courtesy check" as the owner Robert kept mentioning. Robert's response? "That's normal". Instead of focusing on resolving the concern, Robert's response felt dismissive and defensive.

The front struts and a CV axle were replaced, but no alignment was performed afterward. When I called back in Randy said he should have told me to get an alignment when I picked it up which Robert denied Randy ever said. So then Robert starts accusing me of asking him to lie to carmax when all I asked was to relay his statement to them. I later had another shop confirm abnormal front tire wear consistent with alignment/suspension issues, forcing me to pay out of pocket for an alignment and front replacement tires that were only months old for a total of $750. I was told the alignment was ‘not needed’ by Robert and the shop refused to help with the damage afterward. The steel belts were showing on the inside of both 6 month old Michelin defender 2 front tires putting my family's safety at risk.

After researching reviews from other customers, I found multiple complaints involving repeat transmission problems, unresolved issues after major repairs, customers being charged large amounts without satisfactory results, and other people also feeling brushed off when they returned with concerns. My experience unfortunately matched that pattern.

Dear Dylan, I am formally documenting my serious concerns regarding my experience with this AAMCO location and the conduct of both management and staff over the past four months. My vehicle was brought to your location on February 18, 2026, for a transmission replacement. I was required to pay a $2,000 deposit upfront so the transmission could be ordered and service could begin. The total agreed repair cost was approximately $6,000. Since that date, my vehicle has remained out of service due to repeated dishonesty, delays, poor communication, and failure to complete repairs as promised.

      My concerns include the following:

Rick repeatedly provided false or misleading information regarding the status of my vehicle repairs.
Rick demonstrated poor communication and frequently failed to return calls or provide accurate updates.
Invoice amounts and service ticket numbers were changed and altered without agreement or explanation.
Paperwork appears to have been falsified and manipulated.
Repairs were not completed within the promised timeframe.
I have reason to believe used or salvaged parts were substituted instead of newly ordered parts.

Rick was reportedly sent home by ownership due to drinking on the job and failing to complete customer repairs, including mine.

Despite your awareness of these issues, corrective action has not resolved my situation. Because of these ongoing issues, the Brentwood Police Department became involved in this matter as of last Friday, and I am actively pursuing legal action through small claims court to recover my financial losses and damages caused by your location’s negligence and misconduct. I have endured four months without the use of my vehicle, financial hardship, repeated dishonesty, and unacceptable treatment as a paying customer.

This letter serves as formal notice that I expect immediate resolution, including full transparency regarding repairs performed, documentation of all parts ordered and installed, and financial reimbursement where appropriate. Failure to resolve this matter will result in continued legal action and formal complaints filed with consumer protection agencies and AAMCO corporate.

“BETTER THAN NEW “, that’s what I was told when I called Aamco and inquired about getting the transmission on my old 1997 Nissan two-door pickup truck replaced. And yes, I said 1997, but other than the transmission, it was running great. So at the beginning of March, I took it to Aamco on Davis Highway in Pensacola, FL, and on the 7th of March, they said it was done. Well, I picked it up and had it for 3 days before it refused to move either forward or back for several minutes. I immediately took it back to them after renting a replacement.

Well, they had it the second time from March 9th until April 11th, a full month as they rebuilt it again and again, unable to resolve the problem, answering my telephone inquiries selectively, but on April 11th told me it was done and I picked it up AGAIN the following Monday and was told it was a pump issue. Upon driving, I found that although they fixed the issue of it not shifting into forward of reverse, I still have to wait several minutes for it warm up enough to properly accelerate. Although Aamco did send me to Hertz and got me a vehicle on their dime, their failure to fully resolve the problem when I paid 4700 dollars for the job left a bitter taste in my wallet.

I initially brought the vehicle in on April 2, 2026, due to an issue related to the transmission. It is important to note that this same location installed a remanufactured transmission in June 2025, which has failed in less than one year. At the time of drop-off, I was informed by Julian that the repair process would take approximately one week, pending submission and approval of a warranty claim.

On April 9, 2026, I contacted the shop for an update and was informed that the vehicle would be taken to Nissan on April 13, 2026, for a diagnostic evaluation, resulting in an additional delay of approximately one week. However, no clear explanation was provided as to what actions, if any, were taken with my vehicle between April 2 and April 9.

Throughout this period, I made multiple attempts to obtain updates, as communication from Julian was inconsistent and lacked transparency. On April 16, 2026, I was contacted and advised that if I wanted my vehicle returned within 2–3 days, I would need to personally arrange to have the vehicle transported to Nissan. I was further informed that the shop was unable to facilitate this due to staffing limitations, including the unavailability of their tow truck driver. As a result, I was forced to contact my personal insurance company to arrange roadside assistance at my own inconvenience.

Upon arrival at Nissan, I was informed that the vehicle had not been delivered on April 13 as previously stated, but rather on April 16. Additionally, I was advised that the vehicle was driven to Nissan by a staff member instead of being towed, despite the known transmission issue. This raises serious concerns regarding unauthorized use of my vehicle, as well as potential additional wear, mileage, and fuel consumption and the risk of any accident while driving my vehicle. Furthermore, Nissan indicated that the warranty claim approval process is typically completed quickly and that the vehicle should have remained on-site. However, the staff member who delivered the vehicle chose to drive away with it before the approval was completed, further delaying necessary repairs. At this time, my vehicle remains at Nissan undergoing service, resulting in continued inconvenience and extended downtime. Location: Philadelphia, PA

FORMAL DEMAND FOR REFUND AND CORPORATE REVIEW. AAMCO Transmission and Total Car Care. I am submitting this formal complaint and demand for resolution regarding the services performed by AAMCO Transmission and Total Car Care between December 2025 and April 2026. The facts outlined below demonstrate a pattern of misrepresentation, failure to perform contracted repairs, negligent workmanship, and improper billing practices that have caused me financial loss, loss of transportation, and significant inconvenience.

      1. Initial Service – December 2025. On December 26, 2025, I brought my 2009 GMC Yukon to your facility for diagnosis and repair of an evaporative emission system issue. I was later informed that the repair would cost $1,858.83, which I authorized. On December 31, 2025, I paid this amount in full (Invoice #**) and retrieved my vehicle. Immediately upon leaving the premises, the original issue remained unresolved. The check engine light reappeared, along with the “Tighten Gas Cap” warning message. This clearly indicates that the contracted repair was not completed as represented. Despite returning the following day and making multiple subsequent visits from January through early February 2026, AAMCO failed to diagnose or correct the issue. Each visit resulted in delays, excuses, and no resolution.

      2. Subsequent Service – February 2026. On February 4, 2026, I returned the vehicle to AAMCO. I was advised that the oil pressure switch required replacement. I authorized and paid $897.43 (Invoice #**). At the time of pickup, the original emission system issue remained unresolved. The same diagnostic code (P0445) and warning message persisted. This confirms that the primary issue for which I initially sought service was never corrected.

      3. Repeated Failures and Misrepresentation. Over the following weeks, I made multiple attempts to have the issue resolved. During this time:
      • I was given inconsistent and conflicting explanations.
      • Additional repairs were suggested without justification.
      • No effective repair of the original issue was performed.

At one point, I was advised that a component required replacement for an additional cost exceeding $400, despite AAMCO having previously serviced that same area.

      4. Independent Dealership Findings. Due to AAMCO’s continued failure, I sought an independent inspection from a GMC dealership. The dealership found:
      • The original diagnostic code (P0445) remained active.
      • The evaporative system contained debris, indicating it had not been properly serviced.
      • Components AAMCO claimed to have replaced did not appear to have been replaced.
      • The oil pressure switch installed by AAMCO was improperly installed and leaking.

These findings directly contradict AAMCO’s representations and strongly indicate that services billed were not performed or were performed negligently.

      5. Evidence of Improper Billing and Negligence. Based on the above, AAMCO appears to have:
      • Charged for parts that were not installed.
      • Charged for repairs that were not performed.
      • Failed to correct the original issue despite multiple opportunities.
      • Provided misleading or false explanations to avoid accountability.

Such actions may constitute deceptive trade practices and fraudulent misrepresentation.

      6. Final Repair Attempt and Continued Failure. On March 29, 2026, I returned to AAMCO and demanded that the original repairs be completed properly. My vehicle was retained for approximately eight (8) days, during which I was left without transportation and received minimal communication. On April 7, 2026, I was informed the vehicle was repaired. However, within minutes of leaving the facility, the same issue reoccurred. I returned immediately and requested a refund. I was persuaded to allow one final repair attempt and returned the vehicle on April 9, 2026. The following day, I was informed the vehicle was ready; however, I was improperly charged an additional $308.97. I paid this amount under protest. Within approximately three (3) miles of driving, the same check engine light and warning message reappeared yet again.

      7. Loss of Trust and Termination of Service Relationship. On April 13, 2026, I contacted AAMCO and was advised to return the vehicle once more. At this point, due to the repeated failures, misrepresentations, and improper charges, I have lost all trust and will not return to your facility.

      8. Demand for Resolution. Based on the documented facts and independent findings, I hereby demand the following:
      • Full refund of all amounts paid to AAMCO:
      o $1,858.83 (Invoice #1021265)
      o $897.43 (Invoice #1021362)

      o $308.97 (Final charge)

      • Reimbursement of $373.50 for independent dealership diagnostic services.
      • Compensation of $35 per day for approximately 12 days without transportation.
      • A formal corporate investigation into this matter.

      • Written confirmation of corrective actions to prevent similar conduct.

      9. Notice of Escalation. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue further action, including but not limited to:
      • Filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies.
      • Reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

      • Initiating legal action to recover damages.

      10. Conclusion. This matter reflects a serious failure to perform contracted services and raises significant concerns regarding billing practices and service integrity. I expect a prompt response and full resolution.

The absolute worst shop I’ve ever encountered. Took my car into AAMCO South Omaha. Car was done in a timely matter at first. Three weeks later the transmission blew. They didn’t clear the transmission cooler and a piece of metal dislodged and starved the differential and it blew. They said they will not install the re-rebuilt transmission without a new radiator. I had a brand new, sealed in the box aftermarket radiator and they installed it. Kept getting really bad leaks out of the drain plug. Kept taking it back. They claim they would tighten it. Then it would leak again later on. The car overheated (265 degrees) and had it towed back. The owner claimed to tighten it himself. Got it home and started leaking again. Had it towed to an independent shop and they installed a brass fitting. They showed me that Aamco stripped the petcock (drain plug) and never told me. They could’ve helped like this independent shop but never did. I had no clue.

Well in turn the overheating blew the head gaskets. I have it at another shop and it’s going to cost me a lot more money that I don’t have after spending $4300 on a transmission that Aamco installed and pretty much ruined my car. Contacted corporate and had the owner call. The owner was very unprofessional and stated “I’m not paying for it” and pretty much didn’t care despite someone there stripped the drain plug. This is their fault. I have documentation, videos, the stripped drain plug, even texts from the independent tech stating that the head gaskets failed because the drain plug was stripped and I lost coolant. This is costing me even more money I do not have. The drain plug/radiator was brand new sealed in the box! SOMEONE there stripped it!

I knew it would cost money for two Ups and all things of that Nature. The only reason why I went to them thinking that Pete was the owner is because my usual Mechanic was out of the country.. What they did was criminal besides lying to me saying it was owned still by Pete they broke my dome light and they broke the back lock.

I didn’t realize it but they also broke my compass on the front mirror as well but right now I am still fighting, but I’m gonna win because I have them recorded admitting that they broke two things that wasn’t already broken and they’re trying to deny it when I have it already on recording. Just don’t go there especially with a Mercedes and I wouldn’t trust them with with with my tinker toy. They paid for my cabs. They had my car three days saying that they would fix the dome light and the locks. I take a cab back they say pick it up. It’s ready and it’s still broken then Jasmine says it well it’s an old car.

AAMCO BRISTOL, PA is the most dishonest and not professional automotive shop I’ve ever dealt with. My car visited this shop with engine check light on few months ago and I was told need replace two parts. Canister vent valve and Canister purge solenoid. Quoted parts priced $277.69 and $126.49. Total $404.18 plus tax, and need waiting one day after order online. I couldn’t wait and went to local AutoZone a mile away and ordered two parts for only $117.64 with tax. The manager added $50 as I bought parts by my own so I paid for labor fee $292.43 (note: diagnosis fee waivered if repair by them). It’s fine although I was not happy with it. After replaced the parts and informed to pick up car, I found the engine check light issue was still there. I was told it would be gone after drive for some time.

After days, I called AAMCO shop back as the engine check light never gone. Guess what? I was told I purchased a bad quality parts and need brand parts. Then I went to Honda dealer shop to get these two brand parts which cost me $266.59. However the engine check light still not disappeared. Said same things like first time –need drive more time. Till now the issue still not fixed with my total cost $559.02, and spent my serval days with back and forth. The front desk and manager was misleading, poor service quality, and poor communication. I know this is long, but I encourage you to read it. Loyalty to a FAULT! When I am a customer with a service business, I am loyal customer. I will sing praises, I will tell my friends, I will write reviews, etc. But when that service business leans towards a practice of money making over the quality and care of its customers and outright lying about services needed, my loyalty is over. AAMCO on Dixie Hwy off Farnsley Road WAS my go-to for all my family’s cars. They WERE great with the care and upkeep of our vehicles, and I would not go anywhere else. That was before our SECOND transmission problem.

A little over a year ago, my transmission went out and we took our van to our go-to place, AAMCO. We, of course, had to have a new transmission, because Dodge vans are known for transmission issues. We took out a loan and paid for a brand new transmission. A month or so later, we started noticing issues with driving it. I took it back and it was discovered that tech who put it in did not do it right and there was NO fluid in it. Of course we were told the person was no longer there, and they replaced it at no cost.

Fast forward to now. We called because we noticed there were some issues with changing gears and backing up. We were told that it had one day left under the warranty and to bring it in, we did. My car stayed there for a MONTH! I called, my husband called, and we were told that it was the transmission, and it had to be replaced. They were working on the warranty, the place they got it was in a lawsuit with the owner, the owner was out of town, and we had to wait, the owner got mad because it was out of warranty, etc. I finally got tired of the run-around and got my van.

I called Kaiser Tire on 3rd Street because a friend told me they were great. I asked if I could have a full diagnostic of my van and told them why. He got my car in the following week and an hour and half after I dropped it off, called me and told me there was NOTHING wrong with my transmission. The problem was my motor mounts. 2 were completely worn out and the other 2 were almost gone. MOTOR MOUNTS! Isn’t that something that should be either replaced or at least checked on when a brand new transmission is put in your car??? Especially if you pay upwards of $8,000.00 to get the work done???

My car is now FIXED, and it only cost $1,600.00 – NOT A NEW TRANSMISSION! Oh, and my power steering pump is not going out, it just needed fluid. They said the power steering pump needed to be replaced too. I am writing this to warn customers about the way business is done there, I was a loyal customer for years and this is what was done to me. Please look at reviews before you take your car somewhere. Money is the MOST important thing to most businesses these days, so look before you are in debt and still have problems.

I highly recommend the AAMCO Located at 8486 W. Fairview Avenue, Boise Idaho 83704. Owned and Operated by **. I originally went there for a persistent “fluid leakage”, which I first thought might be the transmission but I’m NOT fluent in vehicle maintenance. So, I took it to a Transmission expert. It turned out to be convenient, as it was just across the street from where I live. ** was patient with me and simply explained the process they would use to find the problem. A top down sweep of the engine compartment.

An employee named ** took that assignment and discovered my Oil Filter had come loose and that my Oil Pressure Switch was damaged, which explained why I never got a low oil level warning. Jason recommended replacing the switch, oil change and new filter for the fix. An employee named ** did that task. Had my truck back first thing the next day, and I made a point of personally thanking each of them for not only their knowledge and workmanship but for their patience with me. They are Total Car Care Experts as they advertise and just good people. Give 'em a try!! You won’t be disappointed!! Sincerely, Jerry **

What a horrible company. Save yourself a great deal of money and anxiety and go to a real transmission specialist. The people that work at the Crest Hill, IL location are incompetent and lie right to your face. I had a trans rebuild then had to bring my car back 5 times. It is still not right and they don't care. They simply refuse to stand behind their inferior work. Also note, I shouldn't be forced to give a 1 star review.

New ownership but same knucklehead behavior. Aamco had my car for over 7 months. They destroyed my car. Per the new owner Russ the 500 credit that they gave me was used to fixed stuff that they destroyed. This makes zero sense. It took 1 months for corporate to follow up with me. I would not take my bike to an Aamco for repairs because they are discombobulated, they don't stand behind their work. From the customer service line to shop, they come across as shade tree addicts and bigots.

Review of AAMCO (Edited Version). My experience with AAMCO started off well, but quickly went downhill. After the initial inspection of my vehicle, they identified a possible issue but said they needed to do further investigation to confirm. We gave them permission, and they assured us it would only take 30 minutes to an hour. That was on a Friday. When we called later to pick up the car, we were told it had been completely taken apart without further notice leaving me without a vehicle for the entire weekend.

From that point on, the process was filled with delays, miscommunications, and frustration. There was a long back-and-forth between AAMCO and my warranty company about whether to use a new or used transmission. I kept being told “it'll be ready today” or “tomorrow,” but I ended up needing a rental car for three weeks. An expensive and stressful situation.

When I finally picked up my car on September 8th, 2025, after paying $2,700 out-of-pocket, I was unexpectedly told I still owed an additional $334.49. This was never clearly communicated in advance. To make matters worse, my warranty company paid their portion ($2,764.44) using a credit card, and AAMCO then charged me 3% interest ($80.52) even though it wasn’t my card. They also claimed I had a $253.97 copay, despite my deductible only being $100.

While I was on the phone with the warranty company trying to get clarity, an AAMCO employee pressured me to resolve the payment in under 4 minutes because it was close to closing time. I mentioned that I work in healthcare and would never treat a patient that way, to which he replied, “This isn’t healthcare. We deal with cars.”

I left extremely disappointed and upset not just with the warranty company, but with AAMCO as well. I felt like there was no compassion, no clear communication, and no understanding of what it's like to be a customer in a difficult situation. This experience was unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming, and costly. I expected more professionalism and basic courtesy. Thank you, Teresa **.

They had no idea why. Took it to a foreign car repair and they said the part was the incorrect part. I had them replace it and added for the part back and I returned it Aamco 3 months ago and getting no satisfaction. Stay away.

Subject: Complaint Against AAMCO Location at 1266 Ralph Ave, Brooklyn, NY. To Whom It May Concern, On August 22, 2025, at approximately 8:35 a.m., I arrived at the AAMCO located at 1266 Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, NY for a scheduled 9:00 a.m. appointment to have my transmission fluid checked. I checked in with the receptionist, **, who confirmed my appointment. I explained that I needed to leave within two hours to pick up my son from school, and she acknowledged this.

I asked her for an approximate cost if a transmission fluid change was needed. She replied that she had no idea. I was then referred to the office manager (a **, ** male), but when I asked him for an estimate, he gave evasive responses such as, “It might be very expensive, we have to do the complete diagnostic on your vehicle, we don’t know what it might need until we do it.” I simply wanted a general price range but was not given any clear information.

After waiting 2.5 hours, I noticed my car had not been worked on and was still sitting untouched. I explained to the receptionist that I needed to leave and asked to pay for whatever had been done so far. She told me I could not leave until they were finished. At this point, the service manager approached me and told me: “Take your car and don’t come back here. Y’all ** be bugging.” I told him I was willing to pay for any services performed, but he refused, saying: “Your money’s not good here, just don’t come back here. We don’t need your kind of money.” I left the location feeling humiliated, discriminated against, and deeply disappointed. Not only was my appointment disregarded, but I was also subjected to racially offensive and discriminatory treatment by the staff.

      I am requesting:

      1. A formal investigation into this incident.
      2. A written apology from AAMCO and the staff involved.

      3. Assurance that disciplinary action and sensitivity training will be taken to prevent such treatment of other customers.

I trusted AAMCO with my business and instead was treated with blatant disrespect. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

      Sincerely, H.

The most distressing experience of my life occurred at AAMCO Birmingham, Alabama, in the downtown area on 2610 Sixth Ave S Birmingham, AL 35233 United States. These individuals (** the Store manager) have unlawfully taken thousands of dollars from me and have refused to rectify the situation. I have never experienced a robbery without a firearm until I met these people, and they had the audacity to call the police on me due to my frustration and because I wanted answers.

Additionally, they proposed that I simply hire a tow truck to retrieve my vehicle after paying them. They were already aware that the car was not functioning properly, as they refused to allow me to test drive it. They informed me that I must pay the full amount before the vehicle left the lot. The vehicle experienced a mechanical failure approximately one street away, despite having previously undergone repairs for the same issue. The repair shop asserted that I damaged my clutch when I exited the lot, However I have witnesses who can speak for me that I did not cause the clutch damage and that the vehicle simply came to a halt.

Since allowing the company to perform any service on my vehicle, I have been unable to operate it properly. Over two years have passed since my car has been operating in a satisfactory manner due to this company’s negligence, despite the substantial amount of money I have invested. It is perplexing how this establishment remains legally operating, as there is no evidence to suggest that hundreds of individuals are facing similar issues. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

If I had been on highway when this happened, my car would veer sharply to the left. I would either hit oncoming vehicle or ditch and most likely be dead. They kept putting old bolts back on. They put old axle back on. Took to my mechanic and he replaced old axle with new, replaced control arm which was broke. Had us take car to muffler shop to replace exhaust sleeve which they also damaged. They refuse to pay all our out of pocket expenses. DO NOT take anything to them. Called corporate Aamco. We took my husband's Jeep in for issues and they did nothing but give us the runaround, conceal information, completely neglect us and the vehicle. The 1st time we were told the Jeep was ready, we broke down within a few miles from the shop. Only to find out they repaired things that weren’t actually the problem. Then they took the car back and promised we would be taken care of and the problem would be fixed. We pick up the vehicle the second time to bring it home and find problems with the ignition coils and spark plugs. We had just paid them an additional 300 for labor right before this. My husband could have been killed due to their negligence.

Every time we received the Jeep back it was working worse than before. You cannot trust this shop!! I warn you! This is a negligent business who does not fix the actual problems and sends cars out of their shop knowing they haven’t fixed the problem. The only time they seemed concerned is when my husband threatened to call corporate, and even then did not fix the problem and made it worse. Thousands of dollars down the drain and countless weeks of not having a vehicle. And, to still not have a vehicle after everything. Blaming shortcomings on short staffing, is not an acceptable excuse.

I was in my 08 Nitro and actually broke down next door to Aamco and eventually went next door to them to ask for help. The mechanic come out to see what he could figure out. He found the problem, a broken shifter cable. I asked him about a price to replace the cable, he said shouldn't be more than $150⁰⁰ to $200⁰⁰ dollars and it was a simple job. So I went to the office, schedule them to fix it.

The next day their quote went up to about $600⁰⁰ then I said, "Go ahead and do the work." Then the very next day I received another call with a new quote of $1950⁰⁰ cause they said they had to take the entire dash of my car apart with the console, it was going to be a 7 to 8 hour job. So I asked if I could just pick up my car, they said it wasn't drivable (Again I drove the car in).

I just had the car towed home to my place, had a personal mechanic take a look and did the job. He did the entire Job and did the AC unit and a few other things all in 2 1/2 hours. He put everything back together that they tore apart again. I drove my car there, nothing was wrong before this happened. Now that my car is back together, I now have a check engine light on and come to find out my side airbags bags have been deployed and cut off. They didn't unhook the battery before they tore my car apart and deployed the airbags and didn't say anything to me. I just found about the airbags cause I had a Scanner put on it to clear codes out and now this. I'm so pissed off.

Then I was informed that it was installed with the wrong throw out bearing and bushings. Then it was another week before they started to search for the correct part. After today, I was informed they found the part, but it would be a week before they would get it into general shipping. I asked for them to contact the shipper for an overnight shipping, and I would pay the cost. Never heard back from them on that issue. The app can be downloaded on Apple and Android devices.

      • Transmission services: AAMCO’s founder originally focused primarily on the new demand (in the 1950s) for servicing automatic transmissions. The company continues to provide a wide variety of transmission services, including the most comprehensive transmission services in the industry the Power Purge® and Power Purge® Plus Transmission Flush.
