Donna had very good customer service, she was kind and patient, very knowledgeable regarding my bill and the promo...I would definitely recommend CarShield for good affordable car insurance. She also had very good customer service, and she was also very kind and very patient as I was driving, she allowed me to drive to a safe place to document what was needed regarding my bill.

Auto dealership said would be hard to get Car shield to pay a claim. All I had to do was call and they were really helpful. Claim paid and pick up my vehicle and it was so awesome driving it with no issues. Would definitely refer to others. As the commercial says call and see if it would work for you.

Auto draft missed, called in, confirmed checking link worked, learned more payment options, one year, six months, very useful information. Was not ready to act but will call back, agent filled in information supplemented from sales unit.

My car was running hot & wipers needed replacement because they weren't coming on so I took my car to Coggin Ford to get fixed. Got parts and repair estimate and had repairman file a repair claim using my Carshield warranty, but carshield wouldn't cover the repairs & parts price, so I feel my contract wasn't honored.
That is unfortunate and we’re sorry we couldn't help. We can only cover the parts listed on your policy. Hopefully, we can help with your next repair.

I needed to change payment arrangements and Britney took care of that for me. There was nothing else that I needed to do. Since signing up with CarShield I am no longer stressed about possible car troubles as I was before. That makes my driving experiences much better than before I had CarShield.

All issues were resolved. A supervisor was assigned to me and call me back within an hour and resolve the issue I have. I am now waiting for a confirmation on the resolution which I hope will come shortly. I’m expecting an email. To confirm what was discussed. The supervisor was pleasant and resolved my issue.

My Taurus engine quit on me. It is 2010 with 102,500 miles. Been trying to get answers for almost a month on when repairs will start but all I get is, "We need more info on car's service." They tell me they need it in PDF format. I’m 73 and don’t even know what PDF means. I have looked it up on how to do PDF but don’t understand it. They don’t want a fax. They want e-mail. I have records going back a few years but don’t know how to send it. All I want is my car fixed.

Very kind and helpful associate. Would highly suggest subscribing this plan to anyone. Best thing I have ever purchased. This plan gives me peace of mind and not worrying about breakdowns. Since I have a 15 year old pickup, anything can and will go wrong that I can't afford to pay for on my own.

Bought a new phone and was trying to download the Car Shield app to the phone, but didn't have my contract # available. Customer service was quick to respond and provided the contract # without any problems. Customer service also provided a copy of my contract via email since I was not able to locate the original copy.

Carshield did not honor what was stated when I was contacted by your salesperson. Told me when the offer was presented and explained to me initially before I ever decided to enter into a contract with carshield. The auto repair show you sent my car to said carshield is not as good as route66 warranty and suggested I get in contact with them, that they are better and more reliable with their warranty to their customers and repair facilities that Carshield recommend.

I had a flat tire in Miami Airport. Within minutes the representative got Mr. Help and I was home safely! Excellent service and professionalism. The young lady was very helpful. I was very pleased with the low out of pocket cost. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family.

I sold the vehicle to my son and I wanted to transfer the warranty to him. Everything went as well as expected. I am very satisfied with CarShield. All of your customer service representatives were very kind and patient as I inquired about upcoming maintenance, and whether it would be covered. They informed me that work to be done on my vehicle fell under general maintenance, so would not be covered. They further gave me examples of what kinds of repair work would be covered. Mr. Byron ** was outstanding. He was very personable, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Hoping that we don't need to use the coverage, but it is a relief to know that we are and will have protection for our vehicle. I am quite satisfied with the transaction so far. I have not had any repairs yet due to issue not presenting itself when I brought car to shop. Will need to bring car to shop again when I have time to drive car for about 30 min prior to going to shop, when issue with transmission starts occuring again while driving. The issue starts happening after driving for about 30 minutes, rpm gauge keeps going up and down every couple minutes. Sounds like it's revving at about 50-70 mph.

Saw in 1 day old contract declarations page I could take 40 days/250 miles to make contract active if needed in lieu of 25 day/500 miles that sales person said I needed to do. She said yes. (I am an 81 yr old widower and also a vet, that drives very little, as my 2016 Buick having almost 37K today shows.) So I don't have to get out there on the road driving aimlessly for 500 miles this month. Thank you.

I bought CarShield insurance and they were nice to deal with but I had to cancel the policy because our dealership wouldn't deal with them and neither would anyone else in our area. They refunded my money without any issues.

The letter is a rating for Nick Only and the comments can be found on the survey that I did on him. Other than that my 85% experience with Car Shield concerning a $124 check was an awful experience and the way customer service and some specialist handled that matter was disheartening to me as a first time customer.

Everything went well. Thank you so my much fixing my radiator & thermostat. Customer service was very helpful on getting my car fix in timely manner, also keeping me aware of the process and checking back in to make sure things was in place in order and letting me know about the car rental, how that works if needed. Customer service representative is well aware of the policy and coverage offered based on the package you purchase. I have not had to use the protection coverage as of yet. Should I need to use the coverage the deductible is $100.00 which is a lot better than thousands of dollars later from the repair shop.

The claimant my repair shop was paid reasonably quick. However, I was surprised when I got there I had a balance of 1600+ dollars to pick my vehicle up after contacting CarShield and getting a detailed itemized list. All of the extra expenses was due to the labor. It is impossible to find a repair shop which CarShield bases its labor rate on. Very sad.

The only thing I'm upset about is the problems I have been having with my car is not covered by my plan I was told...I thought by listening to the advertisement from TV about Carshield and the person who sold me the plan I had the right thing going...The only good results was Roadside Assistance. I see no reason to continue pay for this plan. Fraud advertising

Call my credit card company up and cancelled my old credit card. They issued a new credit card. Had some changes on my credit card statement that I did not made, so I call my credit card company up and cancelled my card. They said that they would issue a new credit card. So when I received my new credit card I start calling up companies that I had auto pay with and gave them my new credit card number.

Every time I call to see if I am covered by CarShield on something it really doesn’t cover much so I am left with paying a lot of my car stuff and feel like instead of feeling secured I don’t feel that. Being disabled and not having too much income it hard so I am left suffering and stuck. So my experiences always are more of a nightmare. Sorry but honest.

Some extra guidance when initially filing a claim by phone would be helpful (there are too many different phone numbers to call - just to file a claim). On the other hand, I was very happy with the quickness of filing a claim - it took about 2-3 days. However, I was disappointed that neither CarShield nor my mechanic contacted me (neither email or phone call) to confirm that the claim had been approved. I just happened to call CarShield first and was given good information like how much had been approved and that I would need to sign an invoice when picking up the car. (Altho I wish I had been reminded of the deductible).

It takes over 4 hours to get my car fixed so I really appreciate having something to ride in. I had been out of air in my car since early summer. The temperatures have been over 100 degrees for several weeks now. This was my first time using Car Shield. I have to pay a deductible but I will have my aircondition fixed. I know people that got sick for riding for weeks without air. Thanks car shield.

I had not received a written form of my contract. So I had one emailed and also snail-mailed to me. Still have not received the copy by USPS, but I made a copy of the emailed one. The contracts are for my 2016 Buick Lacrosse which has the Platinum plan, while the Dodge Dakota has the Diamond. Both are very good policies for each car and truck.

I called one of your operators to check if I was updated with my coverage and I was. I never had a chance to use it, however, it is good to have back up plan if ever needed. I have complete insurance on my car and never have had an accident but I want as much insurance coverage as possible if and when I do.

The young lady was very helpful finding a repair garage that is near me. I believe the starter in my car is the problem. Being a Friday evening, there was no one available so she will follow up on Monday morning having my car picked up and taken to the repair place.

Took until day 2 for claim to be approved. Other than that a very positive experience. Treated well by the garage I went to, apparently took until day 2 for claim to be filed because of time zone. Customer service should be aware of this issue. Also I planned on getting a rental car which the garage I chose didn't have on site.

Lane’s Tire &Auto Care in Parker, AZ replaced two engine motor mounts. They gave a complete labor description of what they had done. Also, had transmission fluid flushed, which included flushing, a transmission, cooler, cooler, lines, valve, body, and torque converter. I am very pleased with their workmanship and knowledge. I would recommend them.

I had no problems with the auto mechanic's interactions with the CarShield claims department. I first called CarShield and they confirmed that the suspect part was covered. They proceeded with the scheduled repair and the automoblie is repaired functioning wonderfully. The claim process was done on a quick & timing manner.

Only concerns were with the Turnaround time for my claim to be processed. Some problems between the Automotive shop and Claims company. Mainly communication between the Adjuster and Automotive shop. Paperwork. Phone Communication and Estimate of the Vehicle been sent to the Adjuster and The Adjuster time to Reply back to the Automotive Shop.

My Bank account was locked down due to password confusion. This caused payment rejection. I received email informing me that I needed to make a payment because my account had been locked. The email stated that I needed to update my payment information. I called and updated my payment information as instructed. The process was quick and basically painless. They also checked to see if any other information needed updating. Currently both of my vehicles are covered by Car Shield.

Like I said before, I've paid 2 months before eligibility for coverage. Ask me again when/if I make a claim. I don't agree with paying for 2 months without coverage. Being able to speak to a PERSON is very important to me & I got through quickly.

I have issues with my car in the last 2 weeks, with my alternator R&R motors time guide, my AC system leak and then spark plugs, ignition coil. I cringe every time the bill comes. Oh no but having Car Shield on my side made things bearable to handle, being on my side making shore that the alternator was under warranty and making the Garage take care of the bill. I spent a good deal of time researching most of the car warranty companies. I narrowed my list down to CarShield and Endurance. Eventually, I bought the Diamond coverage which is CarShield's best coverage. The one which is the closest to Bumper-to-Bumper coverage that they offer. With most if not all extended car warranties customers have 30 days to review it. If you are not happy with the coverage, the things that are not covered in the warranty or customer service you can request your money back within the first 30 days. I had a list of questions about CarShield's Diamond coverage. After I asked my questions, I came away saying half my questions were not answered. I do not like ambiguity. I felt like the warranty was not going to be as good as I thought it would be.
When I called to cancel my warranty the man, I spoke to tried to bully me into staying with CarShield. He attempted to talk as I was talking. I literally told him 6 different times I wanted to cancel my warranty. At this point I told him he could do what I asked him to do cancel the warranty and return my $150 payment or I would call my credit card company and have them dispute the charge. He put me on hold for a short time and then said he would cancel the warranty. At the very end of our conversation the rep informed me that it would be 10 to 14 business days for my credit card to reflect the charge had been removed. I told the rep that I was not agreeing to waiting for 10 -14 business days to reflect the charge had been removed. Rep told me that was the normal amount of time. I told him that was not true.
I told him again I was not agreeing to his time frame. I asked for a confirmation # stating I had canceled my warranty but was told he did not have one to give me. However, I did get an e-mail later regarding the cancelation of the warranty. The e-mail made reference to the charges on my credit card would be corrected on my credit card in 4-5 business days. I am not sure if the rep I spoke to was having a bad day or what but trying to intimidate/bully me is a sure-fire way to see a side of me he doesn't want to see. So much for the customer always being right.

I called to check on coverages on my vehicle for clarity of what and what is not covered prior to taking vehicle in for service. This was very help in the planning of the budget for the services needed. I know now what is covered and I will have to budget the grand to get my air condition evaporator coil replaced and the fuel system codes taken care of because these are not covered so I am having to budget at least 2k for repairs not covered by my plan and I am not able to upgrade coverage.

Agents were professional and answered my questions. I had my car towed from breakdown location to my home and that was $125 so I don't think this was cover but everything else seems correct. I would recommend CarShield to friends and family.

I received a email stating that my account would be cancelled if I didn’t make a payment by 6/19, made the payment of 157.99 on the 17th, I was also told by me making that payment it would push the June payment out 30 days, so I’m thinking I’m covered so I call a few days later to make sure I was covered only to find out my account was cancelled due to nonpayment of late fees. Then on top of that I was told I owe for chargebacks which I never heard of, so I just signed up with Endurance, Carshield has very poor customer service and I will not recommend Carshield again because make no mistake about it I am asked all the time by friends and people I encounter about what extended warranty I have because a lot of associates and people I encounter buy high line cars and they need coverage.

This company is miss leading customers. Most Auto repair or dealers won’t use them. I can’t believe actors like Ice T could be in commercials for such a terrible company. When you have to cancel them the reps are pure sharks and will say and try anything so you hang up or not cancel. Bottom line they make it sound like you are covered but you're not. I can’t believe this company is still in business. Shame on such a fake company.

I noticed my truck was starting to over heat. I took it into the local Ford dealership and was informed that I had a failed water pump, I contacted Car Shield and filed a claim, I gave the local dealership the claim number, from there Car Shield and the dealership handled everything. My truck was repaired and I was on my merry way. Only thing I had to pay was a small deductible.

I was talked into getting CarShield by a friend and I am so thankful. My transmission went out and I filed a claim. The representative I spoke to was cordial and advised me of process. I received notification within 48 hours that my claim would be funded. The invoice amount was over $4,000.00 and all I had to pay was $100.00.

My truck's transmission started getting extremely hot and then it started to go out. FINALLY AFTER A HOT TEXAS DAY IT WENT OUT!!! Thanks to Autoshield for taking care of my truck. While on a road trip, I had the displeasure of a breakdown on 95 in heavy traffic. Not a pleasant experience! However, when I called CarShield, their reps were quick to respond to my dilemma. I was able to find a mechanic and get the car repaired without much inconvenience. But, the coolest thing about the situation is that when I needed to take the car back for a follow up because it needed further service, CarShield facilitated by advancing my call to the mechanic, which made it a much more pleasant experience. It is quite disconcerting to continue to receive notifications that my account is late/overdue. CarShield is paid monthly automatically by my bank. This error occurred because CarShield changed their accounts system and unfortunately all accounts did not transfer. So, the reason my account was not paid was because of the error on the part of CarShield's new system.
On June 21, 2023, I called to inquire as to why my account was overdue. The situation was explained by Associate Sharron and the payment for June was paid over the phone and I received an email from CarShield at 1:37 p.m. verifying receipt of the $99.00 payment, titled CarShield Transaction Receipt for 1998 Toyota Camry. I was quite alarmed that I had been contacted yet again on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in regard to the same situation created by CarShield. When I spoke to Associate Vee about 20 minutes ago, she restated the error created by CarShield but now the automation system has not caught up with payments made.
I have been told by both Associates, Sharron & Vee that my account is fine and the next payment will come out automatically on July 18, 2023. I truly expect that this automation situation will be solved by then and that I will not receive any more notifications of payments due. Also, it would be appreciated when a payment has not been made it would not be stated as if the customer not CarShield is in error.

I was calling to see if they could apply one of two codes received via email to see if could save more off premium payment amount per month but neither one saved additional but is closer to $100 per month but last agent spoke to got it done to 119.95 down from a $139.99. I thanked her for that and then finished out that business to account then she let me go and we disconnected the call.

My interaction with the customer service and with American warranty both was fabulous. They both took care of my problems I had. No arguments from them. They covered the things they were supposed to and they said no to something wasn't in my contract. I understood that. When trying to update payment info for my 93-year old parents, several cards didn't go through — all were valid. Our rep noticed that one did, but couldn't tell which one. They help me get my a/c unit on my 2015 1500 ram which went out on Saturday and all shop had close, I call CarShield on Monday and got a list of repair shop that I could take my to. I call the dealership for ram dealer and took my truck to them. They call carshield. They got it approved and they had to send a evaporator it the truck and all I had to pay was the different.

Inquired about getting my air conditioner and sunroof fixed. The air conditioner does not blow out through the front vents. The air comes out through the vents at the top of the dashboard. I opened my panoramic sunroof and when I went to close it, the glass closed but the inside top would not close all the way. It got stuck halfway through.

I was notified in January 2023 that CarShield has a six month coverage plan that would save me some money. I signed up for the plan. A representative of Car Shield called to notify me that it was time to renew - which I did. The Associate I dealt with was very courteous, pleasant and friendly.

I would supply 5 stars for coverage but in terms of the rental option, the customer is left out of the equation, and it can become very tedious for the customer who only knows that the car is not back. The rental option states hours that the vehicle was worked on but the customer does not know when the job was called in by the repair facility, and the customer does not know how long the repair facility estimates for the job.

My ONLY issue is how long it takes for the repair shop to get helped when working on claims. They have to call in and be on eternal hold or transferred back and forth which is valuable time when we are all just trying to get repairs done. A repair facility should not have to spend 1-3 hours on the phone to get approvals or a adjuster to come out. Each time I have used my plan; I hear complaints of long phone time. If it is not convenient for them to use, why offer it? I understand since time is money. They are doing hours for repairs and now also have hours in phone calls. Just my experience that should be improved. Thanks.

Carshield is fake..NEVER I mean NEVER sign up. All dealerships and most shop do not work with them because they don't reimburse them timely. Wanted to use the dealership to fix my car but all the dealerships said they said they don't deal them because the car can sit at the garage for a month for non payment. They are also very cheap and they want to use super cheap less quality parts. I had the Diamond membership which should cover my transmission but when I had an issue after paying religiously monthly, they refused to repair saying there are only certain parts of the transmission covered. They lie to you about the parts covered until a fault develops. Avoid them like a plague. It's a scam.

The mechanic shop that I went to is a disaster. My car is just sitting outside in the sun. The business is closed. I just feel lost, no way to get around. The phone number doesn't work. It's out of order I was told. I would not receive my car until Monday afternoon. Only thing it is the water pump or the radiator or a hose and no one's there to even work on the car. They haven't called the car into you all so I'm here at home with no car.

Bogus, they are not approved by the BBC. Better Business Bureau Consumer affairs. I was trying to make payment and was routed to Omega1 company. They wanted to activate new account in order to get my refund. They said Carshield was out of business. I didn't want to activate with them.

I received a notice in the mail and made a phone call. I told a manager my mileage and was told to drive 250 miles in 40 days. I did and called back and told them I drove more than 250 in less than 40 days. I am very satisfied with your insurance..

I called to see where I should have my car towed to get worked on. Very Helpful, they also gave me a name of a towing company. I called them and they was here about 15 minutes. The driver was very pleasant. I called the repair shop and the person was very pleasant and told me to have the car towed to them.

DON'T BUY THIS COVERAGE! I would give them a zero if I could. I grilled their salespeople about coverage for my convertible top and was promised it would be covered if it broke. Well, it broke and now they are pointing to a place totally buried in the contract that seems to list every single part of the car (and I dug through the contract with a fine toothcomb before purchase) to say the break isn't covered. Now, not only am I out the $120/month for the last six or so months, but am faced with an $1800 repair bill. The car isn't driveable because the top is stuck down. I asked for a refund and they won't do that either. Oh - and this is after being given the run-around and being hung up on by the plan administrator (American Auto Shield). I have the "diamond" coverage, but I think what that really means is I pay more for nothing in return.

I'm not understanding how it works with CarShield and the shop. Shop won't take used or shipped parts so how is the consumer satisfied by spending more money to get the parts which CarShield will only pay little to nothing leaving the consumer out pocket cost going up plus their deductible. It doesn't make much sense to me. As the consumer I want my car fixed as I pay my monthly fee every month and has been a valued customer for years. I'm just now showing to use the coverage anyways. I need some type of resolution or I will be going to the Better Business Bureau. I look forward to resolution. Thank you!

I have had my car under warranty for over a year. Never used it! Transmission went bad. They only offered a used. Said if I wanted remanufactured I'd have to find it myself. Then to add insult to injury they sent me to get a rental to replace my Cadillac and only offered a 40 dollar voucher! Not enough for a basic economy vehicle. I have a Cadillac under warranty and they couldn't even offer a similar luxury vehicle. Wait not enough for basic economy! Sad I have to come out of pocket for my rental. Sad state of affairs. I'll be sure to spread the word.

Car shield is a rip off. I bought a vehicle, used, and I told them that. Two months after the purchase I had a problem with the front end. After taking it to the shop they recommended and getting the estimate, they refused payment. They said that it was a preexisting problem. What? I just bought the vehicle. Then he offered me a additional discount with my current coverage. I paid in advance & I saved about 20% more with my coverage for 6 months. Engine Failure Service Now doesn't always mean engine failure. It could be just part of the engine. It could be a belt, the coolant pump, the coolant filter, or anything connected to the engine. We were lucky it was just the coolant pump. We were also lucky we took it to a very good dealership.

I wanted to know if my policy from CarShield would cover the issue of my key being stuck in the ignition, and it's not. I further discuss this matter with the representative and she explained that it's considered a mechanical issue. Therefore, it wouldn't be covered towards any repairs needed. Was very pleased with your advisor calling me to inform how much they were going to help in repairing my transmission from Rayco in Scottsdale. I was informed that for the owner of Rayco to replace my transmission with a NEW one from Toyota I didn't get a NEW one. I got a rebuilt one and I had to pay $2700 on top for you paying. Will never go back there again.

My starter in my 2012 Volvo went out. I called CarShield to ask if it was covered. They said yes but once the dealer called and ask about the coverage, they only cover a portion of it and labor… Which I did not understand since I said, my starter was under warranty.

Never take insurance from a company that is definitely a money trap. With my car, whose maintenance is done regularly, while I was moving on the road, the engine malfunctioned. I waited exactly 1 month and the CarShield said that I could not have my car repaired. I will apply to the court and settle accounts in front of the law. My car broke down under insurance. I will send the maintenance bills and most importantly the videos of the failure that I experienced while driving on the road and which is not caused by the driver, which is completely under the responsibility of the carshield.. Never take out insurance with this company.

I kept being sent emails and phone calls trying to get me to insure my vehicle. Finally I called them and was convinced that I could not afford to repair my engine with such high miles without having CarShield have my back. 11 months later, my engine loses power and I take it to Ford. Ford says my head gasket is leaking coolant into cylinder #3 and I need a major repair. CarShield refuses to cover any part of it because they say the failure is a non moving part! Such a ripoff for me! If I just parked the car it wouldn’t fail, but sines I drove the car, it wore out and failed, but the moving pistons didn’t fail, just the gasket, so No Coverage! CarShield is a ripoff! They look for a way to not cover the engine after telling me I had to have them for peace of mind on my engine life. Very deceiving!

I took my car to MR. TIRE AUTO CENTER and they put a window regulator in. I was told to leave my car and they would call when it was ready and they did. I was told I owe for deduction and Shop Supply Fee and I paid that and Car Shield Paid the rest. I had no problem at all.

Not only do they find loop holes to avoid covering you but the representatives take it personally when you call to cancel the service, the rep. argued back and forth with me although I just wanted to cancel, he said "You should have read the agreement" although I called and asked them several times what would be covered, my part was covered but because of how it broke even though I did nothing wrong they found a way out, as I was cancelling the rep asked to place me on hold, I said that's fine but I sat on hold for at least 10 minutes. I went home. The call dropped in the garage so I called back. Got the same exact rep. He asked "Did you hang up the call?" I said, "No. I entered a garage. He asked to place me on a 3-4 minute hold AGAIN so I asked if it would actually be a 3-4 minute hold because I held much longer the 1st time, he paused for so long I thought the call dropped again.
I had to say "Hello." He then blitzed through cancellation terms and then hung up on me like he actually ended the call. Said goodbye and hung up on me. If you were able to blitz through like that and then hang up on me why did you place me on hold to begin with? Then ask to place me on hold again? He took my wanting to cancel very personal, I did not want to argue or talk. I wanted to cancel. That's it. I'm disgusted with the whole experience from start to finish.

I needed service today because I withhold repairments from last October 2022 for my driver's side window. Because my window doesn't roll up. I will be towing the car today around twoish because it doesn't start up and the battery and engine lights are on. We were with Carshield/American Auto Shield for some time now. When we cancelled policies due to vehicle being sold, beware because they'll charge it later once they think you're not paying attention. Our vehicle keeps getting denied, the 1st denial reason meaning not a covered part was proven incorrect, they came up with another one. We paid for a teardown and now they're saying they need new photos of the same components that proved the same thing because they know in order to do that you have to get the vehicle reassembled in order to do that test. Good thing is the shop already have the photos beforehand so now their excuse is it's warped, ignoring the fact that it warped because it was damaged.

When I signed up for CarShield I had my monthly payment automatically deducted from my banking institution. I had to change the credit card that was being used for my monthly payment. The woman I talked with was helpful taking the exchanged information. I told her my monthly payment was automatically deducted. I have a two thousand and twelve Nissan Xterra And it needed some I had a leaky oil Pan that needed to be replaced. I had to replace my sway bar. Shocks and struts are not covered under the warranty but the oil Pan should have been. And when the repair shop went to contact CarShield said because there's too many repairs being made at 1 time they're not gonna cover Anything? And on a separate occasion. Just recently I had to have my brakes replaced and I was supposed to cover a braking system but they would not cover It. Big waste of time. Big waste of money. Absolutely not worth it.

Fantastic customer service. Brittany was knowledgeable, professional, and resourceful. Initially, the requirements needed to be clarified to get the service approved. However, due to the professionalism and steadfast resolve of the customer service agent (Brittany), everything worked seamlessly. Loved having Carshield. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs and as a traveling healthcare worker with two jobs, it's a lifesaver. Have told all my friends that they need to get this product. This is no scam and is well worth the money. Stay away from dealership warranties which don't have good lifetime bumper to bumper warranties for all cars at at any mileage.

My car has developed a couple of oil leaks. Regular oil changes and maintenance has been made. Transmission has developed some vibrations and shuddering when accelerating at low speeds. Ford dealership tells me oil leaks will get worse and, if not corrected, will cause engine damage. The same situation applies for the transmission problems.

Our Dodge neon I think it was the Dodge neon was fixed good by Amaco in Arlington, Texas. My husband had to pay $100.00 deductible. The Rickard driver to me home and a good Samaritan helped get my husband home in the house and on his hospital bed. I was praying for that.

The mechanic shop was missing, 1 number on my Vin number so I called Car Shield and I cleared it up in which the mechanic already had the vin off the car, 6/23/23 will be 2 weeks for a transmission repair and no response from the shop, I don't fault Car shield. I've been working with car shield for Almost 3 years. Keep up the Great work.

I had to cancel my account for personal reasons. The experience I had talking with the reps were great. They knew what they were talking about and was very helpful answering questions. When I received the contract I read it and it confirmed all the things that the rep said to me. He was very straightforward about the policy. When I called to cancel a little after 24 hours (the next day) the rep was helpful and was really nice to work with. I would recommend CarShield to anyone. I might even call back after I work out my personal situation.

I understand car repairs can be costly. Paying way over $100 a month to the CarShield can be costly too. I’m taking a gamble here, terminating my trial offer, and setting that money aside instead. Should the repairs arise beyond what I’m setting aside, I’ll just have to get a bank loan. Hoping the Carshield rates in the future will become a bit more customer friendly, particularly for Florida residents like me, and I may consider reinstating my account

Straight shooters, no playing games and ordered to be shipped. I enjoy having this warranty and NEVER have had a problem with it. They always pay out for legit issues. I just wish screws were covered and components to non covered parts. One major area that needs attention is car rental. They should start from the day your vehicle is in shop in need for repair. People need a vehicle to go to work. No time to wait for vehicle to be assessed, etc. If the claim is legit they should reimburse clients from the day the car went in shop. Not billable hrs it was being repaired.

Because Car shield didn't like the price of part, I had to go without a vehicle for 2 days. Ford service was great. Dave ** got me a ride home and back to Ford. He worked well with warranty company to satisfy me. Carshield took care of the repairs minus my deductible. Glad I had carshield.
