Please cancel my 2014 Toyota Venza coverage. We sold the vehicle. I shouldn't have any vehicles with Carshield after this cancelation. Thank you so much for being there for us when we needed you. I called to update my automatic payment due to recently being compromised. The call taker was nice and pleasant. She accessed my account quickly and confirmed it. She asked for the new card information and informed me the payment went through. I was on the phone with her less than 3 minutes.

I purchased Car Shield 3 months ago and already have had two occasions to use the service. The first was a dead battery. The service arrived in less than 30 minutes and the service tech had thorough knowledge of battery issues and specifically Jeep battery issues. I've had AAA for 20 years and not once I they ever gotten to me or my family in less than 60 minutes.
The second incident was a failed transmission. I called Car Shield and they gave very simple instructions to get the car serviced. In less than 2 days they had a claim being processed and immediately started working with my mechanic. I discovered I had a 14 day rental car period for this particular issue which was a much needed benefit since the one and only source of a transmission is Jeep and they cannot get the part to us for 7 days. Everyone I've dealt with at Car Shield has been totally positive, totally helpful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about this service and I am very fortunate to have bought the protection when I needed it most!

When speaking to the agent he was professional and polite to me. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Later I called my brother in Wisconsin and he said that he has had Car Shield for years and couldn't have gotten a better company to protect his car. He has used his policy a couple of times and never had an issue.

So far, anytime I needed to speak with a representative at CarShield, they have been very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help their customers to the best of their ability. Everyone in customer service was so helpful. I really appreciated the time it took to resolve my claim. Also, there was a minimal time waiting to speak with customer service. I wish that more places take Car Shield warranty that work on my car type (Jaguar). I had to travel pretty far to drop my vehicle off at a shop. The shop didn't offer shuttle service, nor was there a nearby car rental place.

CarShield provided quick turn response to the Courtesy Hyundai dealership Tampa Florida approving my request for same-day repairs. This was my third request for major repairs for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson the past 3 years with Carshield. Carshield works very well handling request through Hyundai Service Department dealership service reps. Carshield without fail provides Outstanding professional customer service!

Wrongfully denied my claim and pretended Wong mileage even though you have 12 months of service. You guys are bunch of scammers. When I had the service I wasn’t sure about the mileage, you guys told to call back to give the right mileage which I did. I just have to pray for you scammers. God sees everything, remember you guys are temporary and money is not everything but your soul will burn in Hell.

Upper Engine Oil Leak as described with my Lexus Representative. I take Excellent Care to my car and it has only 52,000 miles on it. I do not drive a lot, maybe 7,400 miles or less a year. Enjoy having Car Shield for Protection with my vehicle and hope I have no problems with you guys covering my coverage, especially for my rental car expense.

I was not happy with the outcome of not covering the repair. I will still Use and Recommend CarShield to others. The repair was completed at my cost. I hope in the future there will be better communication with what is covered in The Contract. If someone would explain another part of the contract I would be grateful.

I have yet to file a claim, but I have spoken to customer service and they have been excellent. They answered my questions with knowledge and patience. I wish all companies had this level of service. If this is pre claim I cannot wait to see the level of service if and when I have to file.

Car Shield commercial is misleading. Pays for parts but the cheapest they can get away with. Some repair places have two and three warranties on repairs. The car owner has to pay the difference for better parts. I guess better than nothing. Also fluids related to related to repairs are not covered has well. I expected more based on the commercial but based on this I will not recommend CS. Customer service has been great though.

I had surgery and overlooked my payment to CarShield. I called and talked with a representative regarding a request to pay my account a few days later. It was no problem. They rescheduled the payment. The lady I spoke with was wonderful and so helpful. I recommend CarShield to anyone looking for protection for their older car. I have had excellent service.

I had to update my credit card (got hacked!) but had problem with MEPCO website to update. I am glad to receive a reminder call. I can update quickly with the customer service. I wish I can update on website. Or maybe easier to use for the senior citizen like me.

The CarShield rep was very helpful and easy to understand. The contract listed the deductible as $200, but it was supposed to be $100. The rep was able to put me on a brief hold and then came back to tell me that it would be corrected and a revised contract would be emailed to me in the next day or so. I received the corrected contract on the following Monday. She resolved my issues to my satisfaction.

Not only were they understanding of my situation they refunded me what I paid almost a month ago and were friendly about it. I only canceled because of circumstances that were beyond my capabilities to control financially and I genuinely felt understood and felt like I was talking to a person that cared. It almost felt unreal.

Carshield provided me with list of stations in my area. The list was extensive and took some time to investigate. I was able to find an automotive repair shop that was able to take care of my auto. I was disappointed that most dealers' service departments in my area do not participate.

Car Shield has saved me money on my car repairs. First time for an electrical issue that I could not have had repaired without Car Shield. The second for an AC issue. I am so grateful for their help. I called and receive my quote for CarShield via telephone. I purchased Car Shield over the telephone and paid with my credit card and was told that once the online account was set up, that I would be able to go online at a later date and change my method of payment to a bank account. I had to call Customer Service to change my method of payment since it doesn't allow you to do it online. The Customer Service Representative was very polite and helped me with my request.

Definitely glad I seen the commercial about CarShield. They save me 3001.00 in repairs and paid for my tow. However the only complaint I had was Enterprise in Leitchfield KY. Horrible service. I was unable to get a rental after 5 days of being lied to by Enterprise. Carshield done their part but hopefully they will get this taken care of with Enterprise. I lost out because of bad service and the lies by the ladies in the office. I lost days of work because of their lies and had put family members out taking me to their location and bo vehicle.
Also in my contract the only money I was supposed to be out was 50.00 deposit that day of pickup. Enterprise was going to charge me 196.00 when the car was available. But they talked badly about Carshield and blamed them when I knew for a fact what my contract states and what Carshield told me before I went to Enterprise. Other than this, I will give them 5 stars for service on the breakdown. They didn't disappoint. Highly recommend if you don't have a warranty. I have peace of mind knowing I'm covered if something else happens to my SUV. Thank you Carshield.

My daughter accidently locked my only car key in the car. I called CarShield and the experience I had with them was AMAZING. FAST RESPONSE FROM START TO FINISH. I did not have to do anything. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. The locksmith company they are contracted with quick getting to me and stayed in contact with me.

I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado and I decided to purchase an extended warranty through CarShield since I plan to keep my truck for many years to come. The transmission starting to have issues with a worsening slippage between gears. I have had the warranty for over a year and never filed a claim, so I was a little skeptical at first for such an expensive repair. It turns out that Car Shield really does stand by their warranty. They paid the transmission repair shop to fully rebuild the transmission and all I paid out of pocket was my deductible and a very negligeble amount of labor that was above and beyond the amount covered under the warranty. I came out of pocket about $250 total for a repair that would have cost me thousands of dollars. They also made the claim process very simple. Just a couple of phone calls, and they primarily dealt directly with the repair shop. Thank you Car Shield for exceeding my expectations!

The CarShield does what they say there going to do with out hesitation, and they're fast on getting things done. One great place to get breakdown insurance. Well I don't have much more to say, except they pay for any repair that I ever had the Vera Cadillac/Buick dealer repair.

The repair shop needed a replacement part for my car and I was on hold and being it was their time to leave they hung up the phone call and was done for the night. My car was in the shop for 3 to 4 days and I tell you is they only get 2 hour To deal with you all and break down the car and put it together so I was out of a car for 4 days and it sucked and shame on me. Your deal will only pay for 2 hours for that job and I know it's wrong because I didn't have my car.
We do apologize you feel this way. We at CarShield have little to no control over the claims, shop process, or the administrators' decision. We are, however, always willing to explain the coverage details or help you with any of your Customer Service needs.

We called to find out if Hendrick Automotive used Car Shield as we had contacted our normal mechanic and he said they did not because Car Shield did not pay them. When they said they did we called CarShield to set up the appointment. We haven't had the work completed yet so I can't tell you anymore until the works is done. I do think you should support small businesses not just the big Auto Malls.

Buyers beware!!! This company will lie to you and take your money all while rejecting claims for any reason.. I was just rejected for a well known issue with the 3.5 Ford Ecoboost. Cam phasers were going out causing a serious noise upon startup. This should have been covered as well as the water pump, and injector. This is a clean well taken care of truck with 90K miles on it. I found out during the claim process that the consumer or customer has no access to the acting adjuster or management as they hide behind the front-line folks which cannot help with anything that the adjuster hasn't put in their proper file. If you don't believe me ask your dealer if they have had any dealings with Carshield or if they will even accept them due to their lack of communication and approval of anything.
I had to practically beg my local dealer to use them and it blew up in my face. Rental car on your policy, no worries cause you won't have an opportunity to use. Please do not make the same mistake I did by using this POS company. Better off saving your money for bad times instead of paying 150 per month for incompetence and neglect.
We do apologize you feel this way. We at CarShield have little to no control over the claims, shop process or the administrators' decision. We'd like to look over your account. What is your policy number?

My vehicle needed so extensive repair. I called Car Shield, they recommended a mechanic shop, took the vehicle over to the shop and Car Shield stepped in and took care of the repair. I was very pleased with the work. Now I have a mechanic I can trust and recommend to others.

Prior to my current vehicle, I had a 2018 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and had 2 $3000 repair bills. My out of pocket was $100, Car Shield covered the rest. My Highlander was replaced in December 2022 and as soon as the factory warranty ran out (at 25K miles), I got Car Shield for the new car.

I was completely satisfied with today's experience. I was pleased with everything explained to me, which was in very explicit detail. The representative asked about all services presented and was able to verify each service that was presented to me. He explained to me what was presented and all documentation that was received from the auto dealer. He wanted to ensure that all questions were answered, And that I was satisfied. He told me that I could contact Car Shield in the event that I had any questions.

I called in response to an email stating that my monthly payment would be reduced by $10.00 per month if I agreed to reinstate my coverage and bring the account current. I agreed to do so. I also requested a copy of my contract which he said would be in the mail.

My representative was very friendly and easy to talk to. She made a little bit of small talk, but kept the conversation on track with getting me a policy in place. She did not make me feel like I was just another sale (get them in and get them out kind of thing). She made sure I knew exactly what to expect next. I could see a smile in her voice. Upon taking my car Firestone Complete Auto Care, the experience was great. From start to end, no hassle. No bickering. Just got it done. Must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Claim went thru, was approved in record time. Firestone began repairs, got my car back the same day. CarShield is to be commended for offering such a wonderful product. This was my first experience with any type extended warranty product and I must say I'm completely satisfied.

Had My Mechanix call Car Shield and got the process going. Took a little more times than expected and didn't have any extra money for a rental, so I had to get rides from other people. All that being said. Everything turned out ok. I appreciate everyone's effort and help

On recent outing my purse with phone and credit cards in my wallet were stolen and bank account was emptied! Nothing available to pay anyone monthly payments. She understood and would relay info to stop Autopay until I notified them and she took my new phone number as well since old one was stolen, too.

I had to have maintenance done on my car and these folks were right on top of it. I have not had one problem. I would suggest this company to anyone and everyone and I have. Nothing but ease and a weight off the shoulders! The value for the price you pay monthly is fabulous and let me tell you well worth all the setup in the beginning. So happy. Called before I took my van in 'cause a month ago I went and had my left bearing fixed but the service place didn't want to do the legwork to get CarShield to pay for it saying it would take forever and they more than likely would pay. Was in real bad shaped so had to get it done. But then the right side needed to be fixed a month later and I was like, "Try it," gave me the same spiel as the last time but I told him, "I'm paying for CarShield so why would I not use it." Regardless of him not wanting to do the paperwork or the time it would take to respond. Y'all were right on it though. He looked like a fool and y'all looked outstanding! I was so happy with y'all and the service I received from y'all. Definitely a 10/10. Thank you.

Couldn't find a Car Shield app for my android phone on playstore. Playstore said my android phone version is too new to support and download the car shield app. They only have it for iphones and old android phones. But I would still recommend car shield to anyone. Definitely 5 star rating. Thanks.

Carshield has provided an excellent service. My vehicle stalled and I called it in. They accepted a nearby tow company, and paid for the tow. The next day, they paid to move a vehicle to a shop that I was comfortable with. They shop called Carshield about what was wrong, and Carshield approved it and paid the bill right away. No problems and no delays. Carshield is really official and should be placed on a top 5 list.

My account is not closed. Plan is valid until 04/24/2025 and 100,000 miles for “new car coverage”. My dealership contacted the claim # and was told my account was closed. My account is paid off for my plan, which is still active. I had to contact customer service, then be referred to a CS specialist, who verified my account is active and is good standing until the date and mileage specified. Failed to do work that I pay for!!! Failed to pay for electronics that need 2 sensors and they fail to pay to have them replaced!! CarShield is a scam, they say they will repair, fix or replace something on the Chevy Impala and then they DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WORD. I will not recommend Car Shield to anybody. I don't care what Ice T says on TV. It's a big farce.

When I joined them I was never told that I would have to pay anything over $125.00 for repairs. I am very upset. I do not know what else there is to say about this. Please help me resolve this problem I am having with this company. The company is wrong with what they are doing to the public.

I was told if the repair hours are 40 hours or less, I won't be able to receive a rental. That what the shop was told. With your approval the order was suppose to take less than the 40 hours. My car took 3 days because of part shortage, I went without a rental. I was very disappointed about that policy.

Updated on 10/09/2023: Customers be aware of this CarShield Company, they give me a contract that supposed to cover engine, transmission, A/C, powertrain,,, So disappointed so bad services, almost 3 months to wait for the adjuster to make up his mind to said DENIED, he never came to look at the car at the repair certified shop. The adjuster keep requesting so many different pictures and reports from the mechanic. As soon we comply with his request he was keeping asking different stuff like remove the water pump. The mechanic say NO need to remove water pump, but after that I request to give me another Adjuster. He denied my claim because he got upset, the records department responded to me that they were SORRY. They apologize for the adjuster not been responsible.
They said that they did a report against him but they responded me... once is denied they cannot go back to review the claim. The bad adjuster said that the cams were not covered because they are not part of the engine, the CarShield responded, "Sorry for the inconvenience," they offer me to keep my Gold package free for the next months... Crazy. The Certified shop said That I got the Worst Extended Warranty. According to the repair facility owner said that CarShield 90% of claim that he got they gets Denied, CarShield consumers STAY AWAY from this bad company. I certify that I am saying the truth, you can contact me for any questions.
Original Review: This insurance is so bad, that after 3 months of claim been file no adjuster came to look at the certified repair facility, my car was abandoned in the street, after me calling several times someone answer and said that my claim was denied because the damage was inside the motor, so they didn't pay because the motor head cams are not cover, "In my contract said" that I have the platinum package!! Motor, transmission, suspension, mechanic and all electric as well A/C was cover and protected on my contract. When it's time to respond a claim they ignore you by no answer emails and phone calls, and give a cheap reason for NOT paying your claim. Be careful. This company CarShield is a scam "fraud". I strongly discourage considering CarShield for your warranty coverage needs, unless you enjoy enduring accusations of insurance fraud as a tactic to purchase their coverage. Initially, I was pleased to receive multiple discounts due to my vehicle's low mileage, single ownership, and good condition, coupled with being a first-time caller for my 2000 Mercedes SL500. However, things took a turn for the worse when I expressed my disappointment about the coverage not including the power convertible roof for cars manufactured after 2013.
To my astonishment, upon declining the coverage, I was immediately subjected to baseless accusations by a Car Shield specialist. They insinuated that I was engaging in a scheme to exploit warranty claims for pre-existing issue with my car’s convertible roof. What followed was a barrage of interruptions and harassment from the specialist, who seemed intent on convincing me of the value of their coverage for other car components, despite my clear decision.
It's important to emphasize that my intent in sharing this review is not driven by a desire for personal gain. Rather, I hope that Car Shield takes the necessary steps to address their internal issues and improve their customer service. Regrettably, my experience with Car Shield has led to the irreversible loss of a customer, and I cannot find anything positive to say about my brief interaction. If you're still considering Car Shield's coverage, my advice would be to negotiate their prices as aggressively as possible. It appears that their pricing is quite flexible, and they seem more than willing to offer discounts to potential customers, even those who are unjustly suspected of insurance fraud.

While driving all the important warning lights started to light up, when I got out of my car the door locks started flicking open and close, the heater is now blowing cold air. I just received a diagnostic from the dealership along with a new transmission and everything was okay then, I'm concerned that the car will stop on me. So, I called ahead of time to CarShield to get my process going just in case I need a tow and servicing..

Traded vehicles. Wanted same warranty coverage even if was gonna cost me a little extra. Guy just really didn’t act like he cared to help me. Called another company, got the coverage I wanted and then some, for just a hair more money, but for more coverage, what’s a few more dollars? Also have a home protection plan I am gonna look at replacing through y’all since you don’t want to work with customers. Was thoroughly happy with warranty on previous vehicle. Hated to switch, but when I know what I want and am willing to pay for it, I’m gonna go with a company that will provide me with service I want.

CarShield provided platinum coverage for my 2010 Lexus for $90/month. Their claims approvals were quick, but be aware of contract language (see below). My first claim was covered with no issues. The second claim occurred when I was traveling out of town. The repair shop had the part in stock, but CarShield wanted to ship their part which would have required me to stay out of town for an additional 3-4 days. I was therefore required to pay a significant difference of about 30% of repair cost to cover the difference in part prices. The contract does state they have that option of shipping a part, but I would think being over 200 miles from home would allow them use the dealership option for the part. That being said, it’s still a good option if you have an older car and ALL factory recommended maintenance has been performed from day 1 the car was put in service.

I have had CarShield for years with no claim. I had a head lamp that burned out recently. I called to see if it was covered and was told it was. I always have my service done at my dealership. I took it in and after the work was done they told me they do not deal with CarShield. The bill was $400, with a $100 deductible. I called CarShield and was told no coverage because I was not preauthorized and I should have gone to someone that worked with CarShield. I am 84 years old and cannot drive all over town trying to find an authorized dealer. DENY, DENY, DENY! And for a $300 bill.
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 18 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $5 million in claims every month. You did not cover the real costs of my parts. You only covered the cost of parts with no markup. No one sells parts at cost. Otherwise your coverage was good. You should tell potential customers that you only pay costs on parts. If this was a big job my costs could be very high.

My brakes just went out suddenly, luckily when pulling into parking space and not on the interstate. Had it towed and Car Shield handled claim expeditiously and without hassle. Even when shop made me pay instead of waiting for Car Shield to pay them Car Shield was supportive and paid quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Only wanted to know if a shattered car window was covered. I was told it was cosmetic coverage and that is not covered. I should have asked even if it was not my fault, someone was trying to steal my vehicle and shattered my window, but I have a club on my car so it was only ran-sacked.

When I received a letter from CarShield saying that my contract had expired, I assumed it was an error. I have paid off my contract and my car is still under warranty until 2026! In hearing my dilemma, the representative quickly review my case, retrieved all my information on my account and reconfirmed that my contract was still indeed in force. He was extremely professional, polite and efficient and was able to allay my worst fears that the contract may have expired.
Since I paid off my contract 2 years ago, I have not had a problem with my car and therefore never put in a claim. The customer service experience has always been superb. I wonder if management might consider a rebate on my contract since I have not put in a claim for repairs and especially since my 2016 Honda CRV has ONLY 24,000 miles on it and practically NEW! Maybe I can hope they will seriously consider...

Car Shield is a BIG RIP OFF! After several months of paying them, as soon as I needed their assistance, all of a sudden, my contract didn't cover what was needed to be done on my car. Car wouldn't go into gear and was parked, head in, in my carport, which was very awkward and restrictive!! Rescue Rangers exacted removal of my car with ease!!! They arrived within the hour of my phone call and delivered my car to be repaired!!! Slow response time by field adjuster, once on site, no mechanical knowledge and just read diagnostic report and filed a response based on that information, which was incorrect. Requested items be repaired BEFORE the main repair was complete and then required proof of failure from the repair facility they sent me to. Very disappointed in their effort to take care of my repair need and their process of trying to get out of paying for covered repairs. Ended up paying for the repair out of pocket and will file a claim to get reimbursed. I need my vehicle for work and waiting on CarShield would have taken 3 weeks for a 3 day repair.
We do apologize you feel this way. We at CarShield have little to no control over the claims, shop process, or the administrators' decision. We are, however, always willing to explain the coverage details or help you with any of your Customer Service needs.

Check engine light on I put my code reader on it and it gave me three options. He did the gas cap or two solenoids need to be replaced. So I replaced all three parts and it was good for a couple of days and then the engine light came on again, and I put my analyzer on it again and it said there was a slight leak somewhere, but it didn’t tell me where, so I’m going to have to have my mechanic smoke tested to find out where the leak is, unfortunately this is not covered under my policy

My ac is randomly working and not working. I put it in the shop and it won’t blow hot for them but I get in it and sweat my ** off. Have to wait for it to completely break down before they’ll repair it. I had a bad wheel bearing. It’s considered part of the drive train and it’s not covered and they don’t know how to stop my car from losing power when I turn the steering wheel which makes no sense. All in all I paid 47.50 and it would have been more if I had let the auto shop keep trying to test the ac. Thank you for covering nothing I needed fixed on my car for a year.

I was having issues with my rear view camera guidelines so I spoke ahead of the dealer appointment with Car Shield representatives who helped me understand the claims process. As it was, I took the Jeep to the dealer and, since the issue seemed intermittent and was not active at present, the mechanic advised I wait until it happened again as I might be charged for diagnostic if nothing was found wrong with any components. He said the system had a recent "over the air" update and perhaps there was a glitch that resolved itself. We shall see.

Although I had a list of auto shops, Christopher not only located an auto shop that can take care of me. When my transmission stopped working on my 2019 Ford Escape I immediately had it towed to a Ford dealership they told me that the transmission needed to be replaced so I notified CarShield. They contacted the service department at the Ford dealership. The service department informed CarShield that the total cost for all parts and labor would be $5,000.00. CarShield paid the full price. They saved me thousands of dollars. I am a happy customer.

R the deductible it would cost me $400. We went ahead and had the repair done. The dealer said that it would take 3 days for the repair and car shield would cover the cost of a rental vehicle for only two days. We went ahead and told the dealer to get the parts and complete the repairs as needed. We have decided to purchase a new car as the cost of repairs has increased so much that Volvo has made it hard for us to keep the vehicle. We have purchased a new car and are very happy with it.

Later I was released from the pain when I was directed to call claim department. I sent my Nissan Sentra 2017 to Antwerpen Security Nissan for service. CarShield refused to pay the bill. When I brought my car to my mechanic it was determined that the carburetor needed to be replaced. It was a covered service, but in order to get it done that same day, my mechanic had no time to contact CarShield and wait for parts from China -- which I did not want used anyway. So, I got no reimbursement for the cost of repairs -- Your process is onerous and parts you cover not as good as the ones in my car. Car Shield should not cause repair delays and force a mechanic to use cheap parts from China to repair my car.
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 18 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $5 million in claims every month. They took my claims and got my Jaguar F-type fix. They replaced my convertible flap motor and fix the oil leaks around $5000. My brother told me to go with you all and I'm happy I did. I had a warranty with Endurance on my Ram 1500. They always found a way not to cover anything. Thanks.

I had to pay upward $8000 toward the repair of my vehicle to one of the worst shops in my city which is in the Carshield web site as one of their local associates. The engine in my vehicle needed to be replaced but the claim adjuster authorized minor expensive repairs that were not fully covered, nor did they correct the problem. $8000+ dollars and 6 months later it became pointless to continue with my contract, or Xavierauto who’s ASE is anything but auto service excellence.
The claim adjuster was not made available to speak with me regarding my claim. Rental vehicles are only given according to shop labor hours which makes no sense. The shop had to send my cylinder head for machining $1900 carshield DID NOT COVER and so much more. My engine was misfiring, and lacking compression and the first approved repair was the timing which had no desirable outcome. The adjuster seems to be trained to save money instead of solve the problems efficiently and effectively. The only place this warranty would be any good is at the dealership IF carshield will pay for original equipment to be installed as it should be. They will also refuse to pay if cause of failure cannot be determined. DO NOT DO IT, YOU WILL BE LEFT FEELING FOOLISH AS I WAS!

This time dealing with rep was much better than last month last month. You guys took money out my account twice. I went in and paid like I always do and the next day Car Shield took on their own and went into my checking account and took money out. I didn’t authorize this dealing. I am not on amaxtive withdrawal. Then had to wait days to get money back. Sad part is that I have two accounts with you guys. Both accounts was done like this.

Was going to Suspend my Coverage/Policy as I have a 6 Month Warranty from the Car Dealership. Henry said was NOT possible but "Readjusted" my rate! Was very Friendly and Helpful! I was told last month that my due date (the 29th) could not be changed, at that time it would cause me a double payment. I want it to come out on the 1st. And the payment takes 3 days to come out bank. That’s how my first payment came out. So I left it like it was as suggested by customer service. So this last payment came out right on the 29th causing two overdrafts.

Had a good price initially to add the coverage. Only had 1 claim, but when they tried to do another at one point, it was beyond difficult to get it covered. Should be easier to actually cover what we pay for and not get so much push back. A bit difficult to create a claim based on my mechanic's experience with contacting you.

I called to better understand my current month-to-month contract. I was called by someone who represented themselves as Car Shield to advise me that my current contract had expired and that I had to purchase a new one for $177 a month. I declined so I thought my automatic monthly payment would stop. The agent said it would not and would continue as long as I made monthly payments which are set up as auto payments. I am currently paying $129.99 monthly. Thank you for explaining.

Excellent rep, very understanding. Unable to drive now, I'm retired military and due to a military air crash while on active duty my right leg is no longer supporting my ability to use gas/brake pedals. I'm now wearing braces. Use a walker/canes. The VA says no more driving, I have a driver (wife of 62 years). I'm also 83 years old.

Called for questions regarding what was included in my protection plan. Wanted to make sure that services provided on car for next appointment would be covered under CarShield plan and the process of submitting the claim. At a previous appointment there was some confusion on what services was included in my plan with carshield, how long the submitting claim process would take and did a recommended "air compressor" fit under the umbrella of air conditioning which is covered under my plan and Christian expressed that it did and emailed me a detailed copy of the services that were covered and what the deductible would be for those services. I was grateful to have this information to communicate with the dealership before my next appointment.
