I upgraded my policy and it was simple, and fast with great service. I changed vehicles to better suit my needs and feel better that I did. I can feel secure and content that my vehicle is protected in case anything occurs. That is what Carshield is there for, without the hassle or headache that most might fear when it comes to dealing with cars.

I am dropping my CarShield Coverage due to we (My Wife and I) will no longer will be owning the 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and we are getting a NEW car with Full Coverage. So there is no need for me to keep my Car Shield coverage on a car that I will no longer own. Thank you for the experience with Car Shield.

Was contacted shortly after contacting CarShield, given options for the compressor. Generic vs brand specific. Given different costs. I made my choice, $500 dollar difference. The generic, which I chose, was to be sent out immediately. It will be ready when I can get there Tuesday. I have already written.

I had a lot of questions. She went through contract with me. Answering everything. We even went over same day services for roadside assistance, that I wouldn't have to wait to be reimbursed. We went over if keys were lost reimbursement up to $500. The only thing I would change is the survey asking for more characters.

R the deductible it would cost me $400. We went ahead and had the repair done. The dealer said that it would take 3 days for the repair and car shield would cover the cost of a rental vehicle for only two days. We went ahead and told the dealer to get the parts and complete the repairs as needed. We have decided to purchase a new car as the cost of repairs has increased so much that Volvo has made it hard for us to keep the vehicle. We have purchased a new car and are very happy with it.

Car broke down. They towed me and are helping me get reimbursed. Everyone has been really helpful and nice! They said they are gonna reimburse for motel, car rental, gas and food, towing too! The reps also told me what was not covered. My clutch. That makes sense! So overall great experience with CarShield.

DiMitrius's service was great today on Sept. 9. However, your company reps months ago flatly denial my one and only claim, reimbursing me only after I escalated the matter. As a journalist for many years, I've seen this happen far too often to consumers. So while DiMitrius's service today was excellent, the service of your company overall can't be trusted.

When I thought I was going to cancel my policy cause I couldn’t afford the payment the person said they would work with me to help me save my policy so that I will still be covered. And she worked with me to lower my monthly bill so that I could still be eligible for coverage.

I took my car to a shop. You guys recommended they contacted you guys with the estimate to replaced a seal but you guys refused to pay. I don’t understand how I got an extended warranty with you guys and my car can’t not get fixed. I imagine that you know who not going to buy another or recommended your warranty?

My experience with Carshield will be my first to file a claim. I called and spoke with a nice lady that explained to me why I should do to file my claim. The ac system on the auto completely went out two days ago. This hot weather is very hard driving the auto. Hope to hear back with good news.

My experience with Customer service was very good. I was disappointed on the first answer I received from the customer service. Later I was released from the pain when I was directed to call claim department. I sent my Nissan Sentra 2017 to Antwerpen Security Nissan for service. CarShield refused to pay the bill. Therefore I'm writing for a claim.

I’ve had this warranty for over 3 years and never had a problem with my warranty with CarShield. Called for tow service and one was there in about 30-45 minutes. Communication with CarShield was great although they didn’t cover total cost. I’m well satisfied with CarShield warranty. I would recommend CarShield car warranty.

When I brought my car to my mechanic it was determined that the carburetor needed to be replaced. It was a covered service, but in order to get it done that same day, my mechanic had no time to contact CarShield and wait for parts from China -- which I did not want used anyway. So, I got no reimbursement for the cost of repairs -- Your process is onerous and parts you cover not as good as the ones in my car. Car Shield should not cause repair delays and force a mechanic to use cheap parts from China to repair my car.
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 18 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $5 million in claims every month. They took my claims and got my Jaguar F-type fix. They replaced my convertible flap motor and fix the oil leaks around $5000. My brother told me to go with you all and I'm happy I did. I had a warranty with Endurance on my Ram 1500. They always found a way not to cover anything. Thanks.

I had to pay upward $8000 toward the repair of my vehicle to one of the worst shops in my city which is in the Carshield web site as one of their local associates. The engine in my vehicle needed to be replaced but the claim adjuster authorized minor expensive repairs that were not fully covered, nor did they correct the problem. $8000+ dollars and 6 months later it became pointless to continue with my contract, or Xavierauto who’s ASE is anything but auto service excellence.
The claim adjuster was not made available to speak with me regarding my claim. Rental vehicles are only given according to shop labor hours which makes no sense. The shop had to send my cylinder head for machining $1900 carshield DID NOT COVER and so much more. My engine was misfiring, and lacking compression and the first approved repair was the timing which had no desirable outcome. The adjuster seems to be trained to save money instead of solve the problems efficiently and effectively. The only place this warranty would be any good is at the dealership IF carshield will pay for original equipment to be installed as it should be. They will also refuse to pay if cause of failure cannot be determined. DO NOT DO IT, YOU WILL BE LEFT FEELING FOOLISH AS I WAS!

This time dealing with rep was much better than last month last month. You guys took money out my account twice. I went in and paid like I always do and the next day Car Shield took on their own and went into my checking account and took money out. I didn’t authorize this dealing. I am not on amaxtive withdrawal. Then had to wait days to get money back. Sad part is that I have two accounts with you guys. Both accounts was done like this.

Was going to Suspend my Coverage/Policy as I have a 6 Month Warranty from the Car Dealership. Henry said was NOT possible but "Readjusted" my rate! Was very Friendly and Helpful! I was told last month that my due date (the 29th) could not be changed, at that time it would cause me a double payment. I want it to come out on the 1st. And the payment takes 3 days to come out bank. That’s how my first payment came out. So I left it like it was as suggested by customer service. So this last payment came out right on the 29th causing two overdrafts.

Had a good price initially to add the coverage. Only had 1 claim, but when they tried to do another at one point, it was beyond difficult to get it covered. Should be easier to actually cover what we pay for and not get so much push back. A bit difficult to create a claim based on my mechanic's experience with contacting you.

I called to better understand my current month-to-month contract. I was called by someone who represented themselves as Car Shield to advise me that my current contract had expired and that I had to purchase a new one for $177 a month. I declined so I thought my automatic monthly payment would stop. The agent said it would not and would continue as long as I made monthly payments which are set up as auto payments. I am currently paying $129.99 monthly. Thank you for explaining.

Excellent rep, very understanding. Unable to drive now, I'm retired military and due to a military air crash while on active duty my right leg is no longer supporting my ability to use gas/brake pedals. I'm now wearing braces. Use a walker/canes. The VA says no more driving, I have a driver (wife of 62 years). I'm also 83 years old.

Called for questions regarding what was included in my protection plan. Wanted to make sure that services provided on car for next appointment would be covered under CarShield plan and the process of submitting the claim. At a previous appointment there was some confusion on what services was included in my plan with carshield, how long the submitting claim process would take and did a recommended "air compressor" fit under the umbrella of air conditioning which is covered under my plan and Christian expressed that it did and emailed me a detailed copy of the services that were covered and what the deductible would be for those services. I was grateful to have this information to communicate with the dealership before my next appointment.

I call in and later on I find mechanic to come check my car out and he fix it Monday and mechanic charge me 150 and I go to parts place to pay for parts. Cost me 289.00 and now my car running good and I haven't finished reading my paperwork yet about repairs.

Christine Processed our auto payments quickly and easily on 4 policies for us. Very thorough for security purposes, we appreciate that. Each and every time I've enter Tractor Supply I have had an excellent experience. My latest is visit was the store in Porter, Texas. The associate was great and I wish I could remember her name. Air conditioner had stopped working. Could not get radiator hose for about a week. Had to get a rental car to keep going to work. They said they will pay for part rental if I send in bill to them. I am a caregiver. It was very hard being without a car for work. I'm very grateful CarShield was and is there for me when I need them. I am a mom grandmother and great grandmother. My family depend on me as daughter is disabled cannot drive. My spouse passed away so I also lost my mechanic. To have extra help is wonderful and a relief to us and especially me.

I thought I had to get my account number to get service, it turns out I did not need it. Which was great, superfast service and the CSR was very receptive to my needs and got it done quickly. I had a tow truck within a half hour. I would recommend CarShield to anyone.

I see the engine light in my car but I'm call the insurance they tell me to go to the shop to do a diagnostic, I go them. See the problem. The problem is my car have a cylinder don't go the compression. I need to buy another one but I call the insurance for that. They tell me to go to the shop to makea diagnostic.

Yes I tried to get my vehicle fixed. File a claim and you guys wanted $1,200 upfront so they can take my engine apart and pinpoint the problem which they did with the Diagnostics on the computer but I have to pay $1,200 upfront for them to tear my engine apart now. If I have CarShield that's what I have CarShield for so I wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg or reimbursement. Waiting for reimbursement. Very unhappy with your service. Been spending $130 a month on the powertrain gold plan and wasted my money for nothing. Thank you for your help. You guys didn't do nothing but I'm very dissatisfied and I'll let people I know to not use you guys and I'll write a review so thanks for taking care of me carshield. You guys really suck. I will not put in a good word for you.

When signing up for coverage the agent said I would pay my deductible of $100.00 and CarShield would pay the rest. That was false information, the bill was $2100.00 and I paid $914.00. Also it was very hard to find a repair shop that would accept carshield. I was told take it to a shop of my choice, again that was false information.

I am livid with this company. I pay a monthly fee every month for you guys to cover the cost of ALL repairs and guarantee rental. FALSE! My car has been in the repair shop since Monday and I still have no rental because I don’t qualify because of the labor but yet my vehicle is still in the shop. That is not my fault the repair shop had to wait on the parts for my vehicle. The concern that you guys should have is satisfaction to your customers. This customer was not satisfied and will not recommend anyone.

My car broke down and I was beside myself as I had my dog with me. I was stressing having to call and deal with it....called my son to come pick us up and proceeded to call. Well it was so easy, everyone so pleasant down to the tow truck driver that got to us in 15 minutes! He also called to let us know when he would be arriving. Experience was overall satisfactory. What’s bad is that CarShield won’t pay the going price for parts. They wanted to provide cheaper parts. No reputable service center will accept outside parts. They can’t certify the warranty and labor in case that part fails. This repair is costing me $600 instead of $100.

My experience dealing with Car Shield was a very good one. The hardest thing I had to do was find the VIN number. Once I had it, the rest was easy. SONYA (SP) was very helpful and informative. She had a lot of patience and never made me feel inadequate. On the whole, a nice experience.

My car broke down on Rte. 1 in Saugus, MA on Sunday 8/20. I call the number on my CarShield card and asked for a tow truck to get my car to my mechanic but when I got the text to call the tow company they said they couldn't get to me for 2 to 3 hours. Luckily a cop showed up and gave me the number of the tow company at the car dealership I was at and they towed me right away but wanted $150.00 cash to tow me. I driver stop at a teller machine on the way so I could get the money and emailed me the receipt. I called CarShield to cancel the tow they set up and she gave me the address to mail the receipt to to get reimbursed.

I wanted information on where to take my car. Little worried that that way she sounded was that if I take too long to put the car in for a diagnostic, it may not be covered. I need to apply for some time off work since I do not know if you are going to give me a rental car.

The dealership that is listed on your website, does not work with CarShield. Even though it was on Car Shield's website, Lafontaine Chrysler will refuse to work this company. I only go to this dealership because my car is a Chrysler 300 and I prefer the machinic to be Chrysler certified.
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 18 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $5 million in claims every month. Filled my car gas tank on full. Then my car would not start. Called my mechanic. Told me to get a Tow Truck they came 15 minutes earlier than I expected, due to me telling Carshield I have a "special needs son with epilepsy" who can't tolerate the excess heat upon waiting for the tow truck.

I called to ask a question about a rental car reimbursement and that I had to have my car towed to the service department and needed a grown-up car and wanted to know if I can get a rental car and ride, be reimbursed for it and he went round and round and round about. Give me an answer. He kept saying, "Well. You can go get a car, but I wouldn’t advise it because if you don’t your claims that proves that I can pay you" and if this was condescending, he would talk over me when I was trying to explain I need to know is is it possible that I can get a rental car and will I be reimbursed. That’s all. But he made it so difficult.

When my engine light came and my car was riding rough, I had difficulty finding a shop that would work with Carshield. But a Carshield agent helped me find a dealer that would accept the insurance. Very helpful. Carshield, then, approved the work, plus an additional issue the technician discovered, and paid the claim as soon as the work was complete. I was back on the road 24 hours after the shop diagnosed the issue. That’s immediately in my mind. Excellent value.

We had an issue with our engine light being on so we called Car Shield to find out the nearest place, We could take it to get fixed. After driving out to the repair shop, they did not have room for us that day so we were to go back the next day on the way home Tom Stopped at an auto parts to see about maybe getting a diagnosis and the lady told my husband Tom that in order to diagnose the light had to still be on it at that time. The light had gone off and she said sometimes what happens is that if you don’t put the gas cap on right, that light will come On and we think that is what happened it’s not on it hasn’t been on since that time so we are very happy with Car Shield and the way they handled the whole situation. All of the people I have talked to, were very nice and eager to help. What I have problems with is the coverage. Why would someone cover all the timing components, and not cover the most essential parts. THE camshaft actuators. Which keeps the car running correctly. It makes no sense to me a former mechanic or to my mechanic.

Without this policy I would have had to pay $500. With this policy I was only responsible for a $100 deductible. Also on a claim two years ago. The total cost was going to be $1300 before the repair shop found out I had CarShield. Then the total cost dropped to $840, of which I only had to pay about $300.

Denied my claim, what’s the point of paying for a service that picks and chooses what they want to fix. A bolt that’s connected to the turbo, but not internally connected is why my claim was denied. It’s not the actual turbo that’s causing the issue, but the bolt that connects it to the waste gate is causing the turbo to malfunction. I had to pay $700 to get it fixed myself and money well spent to realize I was getting ripped off for months!!!

After paying for over 2 years on a monthly auto debit, CarShield stood behind their warranty and paid for the replacement of my transmission in my 2016 GMC Acadia. As a matter of fact they had to pay for it twice because the first replacement transmission was found to be faulty, and the repair facility had to order another one. Carshield paid for every bit of this minus my deductible only. I'm very impressed with their customer service on the phone and obviously very impressed with their ability to stand behind the repairs required.

When I first spoke to someone in customer service, he said that my timing Belt wasn't covered and I had to correct him that it was right there in black and white that it was covered, and then he apologized for his mistake; however, that was a little disconcerting that he did not know what plan of coverage I had paid for?!

Check engine light was on and car had no power so had to tow it to the dealership and CarShield covered the cost which helped me a bunch and got the car back. Drove it two days and check engine light was back on so took it back to dealership and they said it needed a catalytic converter which I can’t afford and CarShield will not cover it so can’t get it done. Everything was covered in my plan and saved me over $1,500. My water pump failed and was leaking really bad. And with these new cars almost nothing can be done by the owners anymore so CarShield took the hit instead of me. So now it not only got repaired but there’s even a warranty on the parts.

I had a check engine light come on in the dash to my 2017 Colorado. A mechanic friend of mine checked it with his meter to make sure. I took the truck to Pep Boys to have it fixed. The result was that I had to pay approx. $279.00 while Car Shield only $27.99.

Good and understanding consumer service. I had to cancel my policy because I decided not to purchase my lease vehicle. I will use Carshield the next time I purchase a vehicle. So far, I have been very happy with the service provided to me by CarShield. I had a computer put in the vehicle for the deductible of $100 and I have an appointment for a Speed Sensor issue. Anyone that purchases CarSheild should get the Platinum package. I would recommend it for any high mileage vehicle you can't get a warranty for, at the car dealership, or if it's a private purchase.

I believe this is not worth it due to the fact of the warranty holder does not seem to want to work with anybody and is only Concerned about making money. They don't want to work with the customer or the repair facilities. I most likely will be canceling my policy
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 18 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $5 million in claims every month. I took my SUV I’m for an oil change, as they were making maintenance check on my heater/air conditioner system. Instead of blowing out hot air, it was blowing out cold and advise me to have this fixed before fall/winter season. I called and help me arrange appointment to have this… no problems getting done, so easy.

I thought the allowance for a new compressor was too low. I would have preferred a factory warrantied part from Chevrolet and instead had to settle for a cheaper non-warrantied compressor. Otherwise, I was generally satisfied with the claims process.

They won't cover anything that's even in the customer's contract especially me my A/C went out and the components needed to be replaced are under my contract. It's down right horrifying.

I dropped my car off at the dealership when my AC stopped working. The dealership and CarShield handled everything. The only thing I had to do was pay my deductible. I was very pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. CarShield helped me get my AC components replaced and installed at a price I could actually afford, whereas without my CarShield policy I would not have been able to afford this repair bill.

Our car broke down in VA on vacation. The experience we had with everyone at Car Shield was awesome. We had to have the car towed to a shop and then have the work done. The cost out of pocket was very minimal and the work was done. We were able to get back home. If we did not have car shield who knows how much out of pocket we would have had to pay. I took my vehicle to Belle Tire to be diagnosed. Had some uncovered work done breaks and rotors which is normal maintenance. The bearings were covered and paid for without any issues. So first where to begin. First of all Carshield doesn't explain to customers that there's only certain things they cover, ex. My car had to be towed to a car shop and I needed a radiator which was okay and covered but I needed other things done which wasn't covered and came to an extra almost 2,000 so the total came to almost 3000 which car shield only covered 800. I had to finance the almost 2,000 of it so I'm furious and call to cancel it and get a woman who started to argue with me about the next time my car breaks down and not to cancel it. I then started yelling back at her and she hung up on me, well I called back and reported the woman and finally cancelled carshield. Finally after 4 phone calls and I still haven't spoken to a supervisor after requesting one. They're crappy people. Don't deal with these people!!! DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH CARSHIELD!

Cam and lifter replacement was needed to repair engine. Oil was not covered for repair, not sure why? Most gaskets were covered but not all that were needed, again, not sure why? I called about changing the due date on 07.27.2023 from the 12th of the month to the 14th due to the way we are paid on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. I spoke to an agent, and she assured me that the due date had been updated to the 14th of the month. She also said that Mepco site was also updated. We went over the card on file for auto draft. I made sure she understood that if the payment date was not changed the funds would not be available on the 12th of the month. She informed me that my next payment will be due on 08.14.2023. I have checked the sites multiple times since the 28th and the DUE HAS NOT been changed as I was told it was on the 27th. This is very upsetting and I have called and messaged numerous times and now I am being told it takes up to a week to show changes. This is very unprofessional to be lied to.

Carshield gets blamed unfairly sometimes due to Lack of time on the Repair Facility’s part to follow the required steps to proceed forward. On the other hand, Carshield needs to understand that time equals Money so they need to Diminish the Upfront Requirements and Follow up with the Customer to make sure they are satisfied with the Process. Carshield approved the replacement of my transmission. Customer Service was great. My only complaints would be the length of time to have the transmission delivered (14 days). I was offered a rental car so this was not a major issue. I did end up paying more than my deductible, but not unreasonable considering the scope of the job.

I got off from work and I had to go shopping for hat to go with my suit for a anniversary party so I parked and went in to the store. It was only a few minutes and came back out and my car wouldn't start. I tried everything but no response from the car at all so I called CarShield and I let them know that I needed a tow truck because my car wouldn't start. We broke down 2,500 miles from home in Reno NV. It took longer to get the repairs approved, than we thought. Had to pay to fly our granddaughter home to MI. Reimbursement made it hard for us to pay for everything first. Food, hotel and car rental. But Carshield paid for the repairs on our truck, so we could drive home. Thank God. We slept in the car rental because we were running out of money paying over $350 to fly our granddaughter back to MI. Phone staff were nice and helpful. But a recommendation with hotel and car rental maybe pay for and the food reimbursement. I recommend the Platinum coverage with Carshield.

The people minus one out of 4 that I have talked to are amazing good hearted people. The website stinks. The HR stinks worse as far as letting someone know what they need to be doing. The ONLY thing that doesn't need improvement is the American call centers. But I'm sure that last one good thing will probably be outsourced to another country eventually.

Decided to try CarShield and didn’t really know what to expect because I had gotten a few not so good reviews. Then I had a problem with my transmission and called them. I was very happy with the service; they approved my claim and got the transmission ordered. The only downside was the time I was without my car, but that was due mostly to shipping delays. They rented me a vehicle and paid the bill the same day the shop finished the repairs. No hassle, great service. Very satisfied!

It took 3 months to complete my claim. I had to buy another car in the process. It was a frustrating process communicating. I had to make numerous phone calls. I was given different information. CarShield has saved me a couple of thousand dollars on repairs on my Ford explorer sport trac Drive Shaft and support bearing, and front axle seals all needed replaced and they authorized it all with little effort on my part. Hard time getting my vehicle serviced. Asked for accurate mileage. Sent in verification and thought everything was ok. Got call that oil change paperwork didn't have my name or vin number. Went to get different paperwork and oil change shop told me their system doesn't put that information in when servicing vehicles...only license plate number and vehicle make model and mileage.

My transmission stopped working last year and couldn't drive my car. I went to the Dealership for an estimate. The mechanic said, it would cost over $5,000 for a new transmission. I called CarShield and was transferred to the claims department. The claims agent spoke to my mechanic to find out if I needed a new transmission and parts. The mechanic faxed his invoice to the claims department for review. The claim was approved. The new transmission and parts were covered under warranty. I only had to pay my $100 deductible. I was overjoyed! Claims sent a check within 48 hours to the mechanic and repairs were done within a week. Carshield was great in handling my claim for repairs. Thank you Carshield!

My truck's service engine light came on. The code was P003a and once it was diagnosed it was a bad turbo. Needs replacement. The cost is $4807.23 but the labor figures were off on insurance side. They don’t pay for Synthetic Oil, filter, disposal fees, environmental fees, and all of the parts they have their own prices on. In the end it looks like I am going to be receiving a bill for about $1200.00 or more. This is what I am told is normal.

They are very concerned and strive to make sure you get top rated service. The people on the phone are concerned and make sure you chose your own mechanic. Every time I call Carshield I know that I'm gonna get top service and I'm gonna be treated politely and they act as if you're family. I just love car shield. They save you money and your deductible is very reasonable. I may not tell you they are the very best anyone and everyone should try car shield

I contacted Carshield's Roadside service at 1:30pm for a tow. My car was inoperable and in a poor location. The facility I chose to tow it to was 3.8 miles away. I was placed on hold for 37 minutes until a tow truck was dispatched. I was told that it would be 60 to 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive, which puts an arrival time to me at 3pm. The service provided me an app to view my dispatched tow truck's location. About 12 minutes before the supposed arrival of my tow driver, I noticed that he was still 2 hours away.
I contacted Carshield's Roadside service to inform them of this and was told I could call back for another provider, mind you, I'm on the phone with them already. Then the young lady informs me of a survey rating. Long story short, I hung up with them, contacted Roadside thru my insurance company and was picked up in less than an hour. Carshield's Roadside service is horrible and good luck to anyone who has a legitimate need for Roadside assistance using Carshield.

Very professional from start of quote to the final purchase. When reviewing my contract, I found a mistake on the mileage. I contacted customer service, and the mistake was corrected very quick. I needed some repairs to my truck. I took it to the garage and they found problems with the wheel bearing and rear end. They wanted my mechanic to take a numerous amount of pictures. My mechanic is not going to jump through hoops for these repairs. I will cancel my policy asap.

CarShield honored its insurance coverage (gold plan) for auto repairs on my car. They worked with the Mercedes Benz of Princeton service team to authorize parts and labor costs as per my contract. I would highly recommend CarShield for Mercedes Benz car owners who want peace of mind on having their cars covered in case of unexpected repairs that are needed.

Rep was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing else to be done as I purchased a new car and was able to finance an extended warranty through them. Was also helping me to discern that mechanic who installed new compressor failed to get pre-approval for job which is why my claim was denied.
