Very friendly customer service and they work with you to keep you satisfied as a customer and take care of any issues you might have and to keep you as a customer and they have good rates on the coverage that I have on my Jeep. I can drive my Jeep with confidence that if I have a breakdown CarShield will be there to fix it.

Car-Shield Warranty has a bad reputation about not covering warranty work and giving the business and customer service the run around. It's not accredited by the BBB. Furthermore I requested a refund of my early payment for the next month and they didn't refund me and a supervisor never called as promised.

My engine light came on and I called CarShield. They told me to take it to a local shop. The shop that I was going to take it to told me that CarShield was a scam. I immediately called CarShield With my concerns. They told me to take it to Fire stone and apologized we’re being told that they were scam. My car was fixed in a timely matter. Thank you car Car shield!

They was very nice and took care of me and gave me to protect my my 2017 Kia Soul and make sure my car is being taken care of and would suggest to my friend Sandra from Patchogue NY. I really appreciate what you did.

I called to ask a question after seeing a television commercial. The gentleman what attentive and on point. I appreciated his attention and caring attitude. Great Customer Service. Calling to change the policy was so easy. The person who answered the phone. She's very very polite. I would recommend this policy to all my friends. Made me feel like someone cares which is hard to come by nowadays. Sincerely tiny.

Very nice people, got on top of things with the policy, answered our question. The company sounds like there on up and up. Was skeptical about that since there are scam going around. We seen it on TV one night. Decided to call. We did. We're glad we call.

I had 7 parts that needed to be changed but nothing was covered under warranty. The only part covered was motor mounts that for some reason never got cleared to get changed. I had to get my car back after almost a month with nothing done because I couldn’t afford to get work done.

I wanted to change my payment to a different card. Thought it was gonna take time but was finished in less than 3 minutes. Switched cards and was surprised that they already had the card on file. Customer service rep was fantastic.

I had made calls 6 times today and no one helped me as they should. When I joined Carshield everyone was (FAKE) amazing and collected my money. I took my car into service and it was so embarrassing to me that NO ONE seem to help the service advisor. I had 2 cars with you and I’m not interested in moving forward with you guys.

Thank you CarShield for staying behind your contract. You replaced my failed engine with a RB engine plus labor plus rental car. Total bill was $6,700.00. My out of pocket was only my deductible of $100.00. Great deal!!! I will say that.

I called Car Shield to purchase an extended warranty for my 2017 Nissan Altima. The agent with whom I spoke was courteous, professional and polite. I hope I don't have to use this policy, but I feel confident that the company will back it/me.

Karnesha did an amazing and a great job helping me. She was very professional and she has a kind and calming voice. Thanks to her, Karnesha, for being a great and wonderful customer service agent!! On the other hand, the 2 previous operators, one boy and one girl, were very rude and horrible customer service agents. They both did not tell me their names, both of them hung up in my face while I was talking and trying asking a question to clarify what I needed. The girl who actually cancelled this service, was so rude with a nasty attitude that I will never return to use CarShield again and I will tell everyone I meet to never use your service!! Both of them need to be trained on what it means to work in customer service!!

My brakes were getting unreliable and the mechanic said I needed a new master cylinder. He also discovered a bad wheel bearing. Both repairs were approved and covered by Car Shield. Thanks Car Shield for renewing my faith in you!

Even when the issue in question was supposed to be cover, they denied to do so! The dealer (Bomnin Volvo) didn't charge CarShield for the repair of the air conditioning that had a leak that took them an enormous amount of hours of labor to determine the origin of the leak. But when trying to fix an electronic issue with the key switch that was supposed to be covered they denied it!!!

My experience was great. He was professional and exceptionally helpful in reestablishing my Car Shield account. I've had Car Shield in the past and I was not pleased with the monthly payments. He was able to give me a monthly payment that was less than the $140+ payments I was charged. Thank you so much for the affordable coverage you've given me for my 2017 Nissan Altima.

Just added a second vehicle for coverage. Whenever I call, I always get a professional response. I will continue to recommend Car Shield to family and friends. I used Carshield's services and they paid right away. The Dealership was pleased!

I am quite impressed with the plan that I have. Would recommend a friend. I come from a large family and for each one I come in contact with I will recommend Carshield. I just purchased a new used car and I believe Carshield is what I need in order to maintain the function of the vehicle.

My Check Engine Light came on. Took my car to a local certified automotive center in my city in which I live. Notified Car Sheild. The Repair Center did everything Car Shield required. Administrator gave the approval to be Fixed with OEM parts. I could not Be Happier.

Best decision I ever made. My experience with the CarShield TEAM can only be described as Positive. I've been with you guys for over a year now, I miss two payments after being consistently on time with every payment! We fall into a pandemic which causes the entire world to fall into financial problems and they cancel my coverage. I call them to see if I could make the double payment and bring myself up to date. They tell me no because my policy was already canceled and that now because of the new mileage I gained I would now only qualify for the platinum package instead of the diamond package I had the entire time. But the thing is I gained my new mileage while covered under the diamond package and never once made any claims!

I added the aluminum coverage to my older vehicle's coverage warranty package. This gives me extra coverage for my older vehicle. I was glad that there was something I could do to upgrade my Gold coverage package for my 2008 Ford Fusion!

I wish to cancel my contract/policy and request a refund of $110.60 that was deducted from my checking account on May 21, 2021. After reviewing the policy - it was not what I was led to believe at the time I purchased it.

I love alone. Family on vacation out of town. My car had a dead battery. I needed a tow, one which would allow me to ride with the driver. I wanted to go to my dealer. No problem. CarShield did as they advertise. I was taken to my dealership where the car could be serviced. Thank you!!!!

CarShield came through for me and did what it was supposed to do got me back on the road. I was skeptical at first they would attempt to get out of warranting my vehicle but to my surprise everything went through and they covered the repair. I'd definitely recommend carshield.

What a relief it is to have coverage on my vehicle after turning 100,000 miles. I really liked the fact that you can customize your coverage. Excellent customer service, I would definitely suggest getting coverage if your factory warranty expired.

I couldn't view or download my contract. There seems to be a problem with your web page. I called Customer Service and they said they will mail a copy out to me. I don't know if they're going to check out the website, though.

When I called to cancel my contract the service agent was very polite and handled my request quickly. I had one repair to my vehicle and was happy with the converge. Would like it if I could of increased to covered items.

Had a transmission issue and they agreed to replace it. When finding out why they did not cover another part it was fully explained though a mistake was made when told how long we had rental reimbursement. Called back after reading the contract and Joseph N. helped and straightened it out. They would honor their contract and it was not a hassle. I cant wait to get the car back on the road!!!

Needed to move my due date up. Told the rep my problem and she had no problem or hesitation helping. Told her I recently lost my job and started a new job on the 14th so she asked how far out. Didn’t need to move the payment and made it happen. Great customer service!

The commercial gives the impression that there is more coverage than you can actually receive. The commercial is misleading! I would like to believe that the money we spend for this contract is money that is truly well spent. We appreciate most of the items covered but not all.

Repair of transmission. Pull out bad one and put in a rebuild one. Tested and approved.. This is what happened, There's no way to put more than that into it. Took one day less than four weeks for the job to be finnished. One day for the shop to install the new transmission.

My debit card was stolen. I called your number and told the young lady and later when I got a letter stating my monthly payment was due, I explained I have not received my new card yet. As soon as I receive it I will call in and promptly pay it. Thank you and thank the girl and gentleman I spoke with.

I wanted to confirm my account status. Elizabeth was the 3rd person I spoke with. She contacted the billing vendor and finally sorted the issue. My late husband opened the account in his name instead of mine. Elizabeth ensured we reached closure before ending the call. She was wonderful!!!

I needed answers to several question regarding my auto-pay and the involvement of MEPCO, etc. Also, I requested that a copy of my contract with Car Shield be sent to me. I had some general questions I did not ask at the start of my policy that I wanted to get answers to. The representative I spoke with was very polite and helpful and answered all my questions so that I had a solid understanding of the policy I initially called because I got a sign up email. Again and wanted to see if it was an error.

I would definitely recommend CarShield to others who want security when driving/purchasing an older vehicle. It's a great idea for car owners to feel assurance and safety when owning a vehicle that is outside of the manufacturer's warranty. I had a great experience.

The worst encounter I've ever had with a company comes from the Claim # for you all. They're unprofessional and continue to deceive and mislead CarShield customers. The CarShield Team Leads are very disrespectful and continue to follow the claim department lead to deceive and mislead CarShield Customers. This the reason we've come to the end of our road. I would never recommend anyone to Carshield as a result of unprofessionalism I've received at the hands of the Claim Department and CarShield Customer Service Team Leads.

Just paid my bill and had no problem doing this as you let me know through my phone, haven't had the opportunity to actually use the account so I don't know how easy this would be. But so far so good.

We have not have not had a problem with our 2019 Jetta and I am hoping we don't. I have never had repair insurance, however, I work at a dealership and realize that having a new car repaired can break you up so it will benefit you to have coverage. I do feel that coverage cost too much but that's my opinion.

Thomas was very helpful and walked me through the emailing process. He also saved your company a lot of money as I was considering canceling my coverage due to the un-user friendly, complicated, un human computer prompts and format in an emergency! Thomas, in his cool, calm, collective voice gave me the right numbers to call in an emergency that is not on Central Standard Time. That Thomas needs a pat on the back.

Excellent service by phone. I called due to my car air condition failing, to see if it was covered and was told that it was covered. I have no complaints at this time. I will be taking my car in for the air condition repair as soon as I receive another copy of my contract. I seemed to have misplace the original.

When I saw on the ad on television, I was interested in what it had and has to offer. I made my call just to be curious and nosey. I got an experience that I wouldnt forget. It made me feel secure and it provided me comfort knowing that there is a company out there looking out for me, they have people to help and assist and provide not only literally a shield over your car, but they provide excellent services for any type of conditions or problems you have run into.

The process went smooth and rather quickly. F RT on the time I called, the wrecker was here within an hour. They are towing it to be evaluated and our plan covered towing and a rental car as well!! Couldn't be happier with the quick turnaround time.

I just wanted to clear some things up in my understanding of the policy. Answers were clear and satisfied my curiosity. I am a new customer so I have not had to use your services, and to be honest, I hope that I never do. But it always nice to have peace of mind, just in case.

When I called it was answered right away and after I told representative what I really needed he explained the different levels of coverage. I picked the Platinum level. The representative made it very easy and I understood everything that he spoke about.

She was very helpful. She explained that my CarShield was in effect and that it was in good standing. It was all paid up and that many letters had been sent out and that I would not receive another one!

Car Shield a Bad experience with their Customer Service. Car Shield never explained what my contract would covered. I had to find out the hard way when my claim was Denied after Paying into it Over One Year. Our Service on Our 2024 Mercedes Benz Cost us Over $1900.00 Out of Pocket.

Car Shield is the only Company I recommend for a car warranty. They have treated me with VIP treatment each time. Their Customer Support is AMAZING!!! JULIE IS WONDERFUL, just to name a few. I will never Leave Car Shield!!! I recommend Car Shield to Anyone!!! Reasonable Rates and Superior customer support. You CAN'T go wrong!!!!

I joined Car shield about 2 months ago. I got a notice over the week and thought it was a bill saving that I need to join car shield protection. I was confused and the young lady advised me that I was already a customer for the past 2 months, she advised that I don't have anything to worry about and assured me that I was in good standing. I felt better after the call.

It was a good experience. I just expected longer time to put my account number in for the automated service to work properly and send me to the correct department,. The person that helped me was great and she knew what she was doing and she answered all my questions in a short time. She didn't let me go until she knew that I had all my business taken care of,

So far I have yet to use CarShield which I’m sure anyone would say is a good thing! But I have to say since I bought this car from a used car lot I worry every day about it but having CarShield back me up and knowing they will take care of me helps out so much. I don’t know what I would do if my friend hadn’t recommended them to me. Not to mention my car was covered by the gold plan which means if anything break they got me covered! I believe in this company, and I truly understand the need for CarShield. My wife had a blow out, she called On star several time with no response, and no call back, so I remembered to call Carshield, they got a service company within an hour, about 30 minutes after it was all over. On star called and said they were having technical difficulties and can they help. I replied no. CarShield responded.

Great service through Customer service and the towing service provided through R & R Towing service. I was able to go to my plan that I had for the day.. I'm so glad that I have the Car Shield protection on my Vehicle.

The service I got from the claims department was professional and courteous. I had no pictures with the service at all. Job well done. The parts for my car was found quick and was sent to the vehicle repair shop in a timely manner.

Everything had to do with mileage. I wasn't sure of the miles. I gave them what was my last oil change miles. I didn't know how to get the correct miles. Was told I could've drove but so many miles. Then was told I wouldn't get reimbursed for the rental.

Contract number #** was not paid for services performed. Contract specifically states alternator, defective tires and car rental are covered. I paid service center $1314.37 and will now enter into arbitration and cancel my contract. The agent the service spoke to was completely unaware of costs for this type of car repair. Supervisor never called back to try to resolve situation.

Young lady was very helpful and took care of putting my mileage into the computer. She explain that I had until the 12th to complete the time frame of acceptance. She gave me the necessary phone number to call when help may be needed.

Nice experience. Courtesy phone call. They was very respectful. When I ask a question she gave me a direct answer. When she put me on hold she didn't have me on hold for a long time. She came right back. She made sure I was satisfied before we hung up.

I just like the whole over all experience with CarShield. Every time I call the customer service reps are always so nice and kind. I definitely tell everyone about car shield when I have completed my call and they are the best in the best of the best of the best of the world.

Jamie was kind. Made me feel like she care about what's happening in my life. Didn't have to strain myself. Jamie explained that if want keep it. Call back and the ending date to catch is July 10th next month.

The representative is professional and had the approach of quality service as opposed to selling a service. His demeanor was personable and approachable and made me super comfortable car rental during covered repairs and free towing during expected situations. Equally noteworthy was that fact that the policy is nationwide with a strong reputation for user-centered service.

I bought this thinking that I would probably never use it but a few months later had to have motor mounts replaced! Great experience, the service department called them and handled everything! All that I had to do was pay my deductible!

Your company is a fraud! You promise coverage but when it comes down to filing a claim, nothing is covered. I canceled my policy and should have gotten a refund. Now stop sending me emails. Got it? This is stupid.

I feel like the service that was provided was excellent. Signing up for CarShield not only gave me peace of mind, but also helped me feel safe and secure. The representative made sure to help me pick a plan that would cover the items that would have caused a financial burden on me. She was wonderful!

I had all the confidence that if I needed to use my policy I was certain CarShield was there to protect my vehicle. At the time I was covered I didn't need to use it but that's not saying at some point you can never be too sure. Things do happen, that's why I recommend CarShield to everyone whose warranty has run out on their vehicle. I for one felt at peace knowing if something happened to my vehicle CarShield would be there to help.

The entire process is not fast, but worth the wait. The company must conduct their due diligence prior to the repairs proceeding, and that takes time, However, so does obtaining parts in an interrupted supply chain. Therefore, patience awards those that want the work done under warranty!

Had good conversation with customer service and felt comfortable about purchasing your services. Have not used your services yet, so can not really comment on the value of what you offer. If my vehicle has a problem in the future, I will be able to make a judgement on your actions and performance towards fixing my vehicle.

So far so good. Some things I wish were covered isn't. I know when I call the company I know what to expect. The employees are friendly and nice and handle the problem in a professional manner. When I get to the dealership I just hand them my coverage. They pull up on computer how much is covered.

I was actually thinking of canceling my service but the representative was awesome with his service by being understanding of my situation and by solving my issue so I decided to stay on with their company for that reason. Thanks Carshield for having such excellent representatives.

I don't typically recommend products to others. I figure it is their responsibility to figure out what they need. In addition, I have not had a claim (maybe never will) so I have not really tested the coverage. Therefore, I am not sure how I can describe my experience. Mostly, I can say everyone seemed professional and explained the product well and were cordial.

We can not recall the number; but, do recall the feeling we had when we learned that our car was cared for and covered. We recommend CarShield to my sister and my family and friends. We will review the plan with my family member that just bought a new car. Keep up the good work!

Car taken to shop for diagnosis. Awaiting to hear from the shop and CarShield. Hoping to get a rental in order to make to work tomorrow. Due to holiday the shop is behind in making a diagnosis. I hope that CarShield will make an exception for a rental.

I called because of watching the commercial about Car Shield. My representative who sold me the plan was extremely courteous and helpful. Looking forward to my experience with Car Shield. Hopefully all the negative reviews online are just grouchy people and not the norm with Car Shield.

Cant be happier. When we needed Carshield, they delivered. There were a few occasions when I needed to get a hold of Carshield. Their representatives were very customer friendly and concerned about me and my problems. I do not know how they compare to their competitors, but Carshield is a tough act to follow. Thanks. Jerry

Dealerships, like Mercedes needs to be aware of Car Shield. The dealership conveyed he didn't know anything about car shield. I still made an appt. With that being said, I to contact Car shield, that made me feel like car shield wasn't real and I been paying money for a quite a while and I don't make that kind of money just to give away. I just don't want to be scam. My husband whom just getting back from deployment was feeling like we were being scam due to the fact, I have purchase Car shield insurance on his car as well and the dealership saying that they never heard of Cars shield.

I don't have a order number. But I was very satisfied with the person that helped me on the phone. She was very nice and helpful. But I didn't receive my contract number to add my new vehicle on there. I have the app and all I see is my old vehicle on there not my new one and I can't add it without my contract number.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with product and services, I was able to get a rate in my price range. Explained the different packages very well to me, he sent my info directly to email for immediate review,

Before I do anything else please call me. The agent who was assigned to me wouldn't return phone calls or emails from the shop my car was in. Two weeks my car sat there, and me in a wheelchair. I had no car. I have several appointments I'm having to reschedule now.

I have to say that you guys have the best surprising prices to help cover high mileage cars which is a big deal because certified mechanics don't like to really. You don't cover touch older model car. Is in for you guys to help me keep taking care of my vehicles for me and my family. It is a great feeling to know I have backup and know that if my car breaks down that I don't have to worry having you guys on my team.

When I responded to a notice mailed to me from Car Shield, I learned there was no reason for CS to send me that notice. CS request was: 'to have my vehicle service contract activated'. I'd done so already! Do not hassle your customers.

The agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Car Shield to a friend or relative. Car Shield gives mE gives me an extra piece of mind knowing my vehicle will be taken care of when the time comes.

Car Shield Representative sent me a list of Repair Pal mechanics in my area close by that have a 4 to 5 star rating. I really like the information of not having to travel from from home to find a fair auto repair shop. That makes feel good that there still auto shops that want to render a good job service and have a good customer rating. I will be checking and calling from the list of the best auto shop I will select to have my vehicle serviced for repairs. Thank You Car Shield sending me for narrowing down my research of locating a fair and dependable auto repair shops.

The intent of the call was to see why I continuously receive letters as though I had an active contract. I was told that my contract for my Lexus RX 350 is in good standing, as a result I would like to request to be removed from the mailing list. When I initiated my contract for my 2008 Lexus RX 350 I inquired about a contract for my 1995 Toyota Camry and I was told because the vehicle has 195,000 miles it did not qualify. I would like an email (**) to determine if the information that I was given is correct and if the letters that I am continuously receiving referring to the 1995 Toyota Camry.

I was stuck in my handicap space at the building I live in. No one would help me, but when I called Carshield, the dispatcher told me it would a estimated time of 15 minutes for their worker to come, and it did. I was so relieved I was stuck in my space for several days before a friend reminded me that I could call your company. Thank you.

I did not receive the listing of mechanics in my area Orange NJ 07050. Thank you. My AC system and power steering is not working. I spoke with the gentleman and he said he was sent it to my email address. I did not receive it. Maybe after you read this you will send it to me.

I would recommend that everyone take it out. Especially if you are alone. I have had CarShield probably 10 to 15 years. Never once had a problem no matter if it was my Dealership or elsewhere. I would recommend to everyone. Repairs and prices on everything have increased. God Bless.

I was in a deep financial crunch of where I couldn't make my monthly payment and Car Shield helped me out in my situation of extending my payment to a future date to give me some breathing room! I was up against a wall in owing my friend who purchase the car for me and now was demanding to pay him a certain amount or he would take the car away from me! I am getting an insurance settlement next month that would give me the money to pay him back and resume my monthly payments to Car Shield.

My car MB ML350 needed a fuel pump and Carshield saved the day. It only took one call the get the processed started. I paid the difference in the cost between the part from Autozone and an MB part. I love you carshield

The window on driver side fell down into the door and I called Car Shield and this is a covered item on our policy and I submitted my work order along with receipt for work done and will wait for reimbursement check. Note: We went ahead and had work done immediately since this is a holiday weekend and we are expecting rain.

The customer service rep explained that I did not have to have all my receipts for service on my auto in order for Car Shield to pay a claim. I explained I only have a few oil change receipts for the past 3 years. With that reassurance, I decided not to cancel my policy.

CarShield seems to be a great company. Their customer service reps are always friendly and helpful. On the other hand, CarShield has chosen AmericanAutoShield to "administer" their contracts. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how AWFUL AmericanAutoShield is. The reps are rude. The customer service is non-existent. Their treatment both of me (as a contract holder) and the repair facilities has been abysmal. MY LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY WILL NOT EVEN WORK ON MY CAR BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO DEAL WITH AMERICANAUTOSHIELD ANYMORE. That says it all. You should DUMP AmericanAutoShield as your contract administrator.

Very helpful and friendly. Very informative in all questions asked. Went through the plans and my options quickly and professionally the person helped me choose the plan with the most coverage and cheapest price for my vehicle. Would highly recommend to all friends and family.

I had to cancel my coverage and she gave me all options available. The reason I have to cancel is because I am unemployed and cannot borrow any more money or get any more help from Veterans Helping Vets or any other resources.

I have not used it yet, but I'm glad my wife and I decided to purchase Car Shield. We recently purchased a new vehicle, and wanted the best coverage available. We did some shopping around for warranty prices, and car shield was able to beat all the prices, due to military discounts, elderly discounts, and first time buyers discount. No other companies could come close to what I got with car shield. I feel much better knowing my vehicle will be taken care of, should opportunity arises.

The original contract lacked a full description of my options. I was disappointed that the customer representative was not as attentive to my explanation of how infrequently our cars are driven. An alternate plan at the initial contract would have been fully appropriate and responsive to my concerns.

I was past due on my payment. And that I wanted to keep my coverage on new car I just bought. I have heard great things about Car Shield and I wanted to give this company a try. I have talked to a lot of people who have dealt with carshield and that they were happy with the services and so I decided to give it a shot myself.

The lady that helped me make my payment was as professional as one could want. She knew what she was doing and responded just as I needed her to. Like I've said several times, I just wish I could make my payments online. Auto debit hurts me frequently.

Checking on your account, everything is perfect, I have confident that I am protected. If we travel and your trip is interrupted due to breakdown. Staying in a hotel for 2-3 day I will be reimbursed $50 a day.. Thank you CarShield.

Everyone was extremely helpful and explained the process. Understood everything you have to offer. However, wife decided not to get this coverage at this time. Will consider coverage when she agrees hopefully before it is really necessary and the cost increases.

Carshield is a scam. My car has been in the dealership for 2 months. After going back and forth for a transfer case it got denied. First they made me spend $1,260.00 for a part they didn't cover. The problem was still not resolved. Also spend another $637.00. Still not fix. The dealership told them it was the transfer case. They still didn't listen. They replace the axles and still now they sent an inspector to check the transfer case after that. Waited 5 days to hear back.

Our claim was denied because of the seals that were worn out in the motor that caused the motor to have carbon. We have no control over that and in our contract the seals should have been covered according to the contract... So therefore I'm very disappointed in CarShield that they denied our claim for that reason. I would not recommend this to nobody to join your program.

Representative explain the reason for the call, this is a very good plan for my vehicle, also my certified auto engineer, who kept my vehicles running for over 40 years, feels that this plan is excellent plan for me.

Unsatisfied with your coverage. I have tried twice for service, but was told it did not cover by my CarShield. I don't want your service for now, if I change my mind later on, I will call but for now please cancel my membership until further notice. I had paid for 3 years of membership. Customer service overall was awesome!! Very help agent.. Roadside is left to be desired. Had to pick up Triple AA as the result of the offer. Hopefully this does not happen if I need something fixed.. I am a huge word of mouth and I did everything to hold my breath the night I broke down on the most busiest highways in CT plus paying a 500$ towing fee. Thank god my dad drove 2 hours to assist.

2015 GMC 3500 service dept was very helpful. Repair work was done at a mechanic shop. I never told the shop to call in advance as to I never received a packet as to instructions. The service help told me how to proceed with the claim. Very helpful.
