I tried to claim an AC problem a few weeks ago and one rep said the part was covered so I took the car to Audi and when Audi called for coverage they were told it wasn't covered. I called and the rep said it wasn't covered as well. I'm not confident this company will easily fix my car when needed.

My first extended warranty service was not Carshield, I had no problems with the company, but someone at the dealership mentioned it to me, I don't remember the person name or job. When I got my 2nd Kia I got carshield, I am 85 and gave my car to my grandson and will pay for my carshield service for him.

I locked my keys in my car in my driveway. Service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful & very professional. I highly recommend you service. They kept me well informed from the minute I called to the minute technician showed up at my home to get my keys out of my car. Technician was very professional & helpful. He knew what he was doing.

Car never repaired as the parts didn't work and are never new parts. Always aftermarket. Tried to leave company. Was given a reduced rate but that still doesn't matter. Just feel like I'm wasting money. This company is not what I expected.

Truck has been in shop 1 week and still don't have authorization to begin work. Warranty only covers for 4 days rental car and truck has been in shop for a week and haven't been approved for repair yet. I have had rental car for 6 days already.

CS allowed monthly price to be lowered upon my request. We are not driving the auto for the last 5 months due to Covid. Wanted to drop plan but this lower monthly price now still make it a good decision to keep the plan. CS was very understanding and acted promptly.

I am VERY PLEASED & HAPPY that Car Shield covered & paid JP Automotive $638.39 of repairs needed on my 2005 Jaguar SJ8 this week!!! My cost, including the Deductable, was only $239.09!!! This claim was paid after recently purchasing the Car Shield Contract on 7/7/2020!!!

I was going to cancel because Nissan would not accept Car Shield; stating that Car Shield takes to long to process and approve claims. But Steve (I think that is his name) took time out to explain the competitiveness with companies and convinced me to stay with Car Shield. He is the best.

I believe in CarShield to help with repairs on my vehicles when are problems. CarShield replaced a transmission in my 2007 H3 Hummer. I have 3 vehicles on a CarShield plan. Whenever is a breakdown CarShield is on your side. They will be there when you need I’m most. Try CarShield. You will be glad you did. Just for a minimum payment each month you can be protected by CarShield????

In July Car Shield had an error in system. Phillips Chevy did everything to try and get my car repaired in a timely manner but the adjuster would not authorize my car for repair. I called car shield every day for two weeks four and five times a day and still nothing. I was out of $900.00 because one customer service said I was covered then another said the same thing but the adjuster told me my car was not covered so now I have one big headache. But in the end I paid the money and my car is now fixed. I still will tell friends and family and coworkers about car shield. I have got 20 of my family and friends to sign up on carshield in the last two weeks so I am happy with the results from carshield now. Thanks so much. Todia **

CarShield seemed GREAT from outside, their salespeople were aggressive and truly sold me a dream. They sold me the DIAMOND PACKAGE and told me "EVERYTHING" is covered as if brand new. I asked them for a list of items NOT COVERED. He told me there is NO LIST because it is our best coverage. 8 months and over $700 later in monthly payments, I had an issue with my sunroof, brought to dealer, they called Carshield, --it took 2 days to get thru to them and then they DENIED it because it was not covered. I called to see why.... NO ONE cared, they said "it's not covered". And showed no empathy whatsoever. When I requested to cancel--they did so immediately---not even a attempt to try to save me as a customer. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I was Very Happy and Impressed by the CarShield Sales Representative, Sean **, who helped me today. Sean ** was very helpful, informative, friendly, pleasant and extremely patient with me on the phone today Wednesday, 8/19/2020. I am a retired and permanently disabled Paralegal (paralegal for 31 years) so with that being said I had lots and lots of questions for Sean but he was really good and was able to provide all the answers to my questions and he eased most of my worries about signing up with CarShield hence me moving forward and purchasing a Platinum Plan with Carshield because of Sean **'s Excellent Sales and Customer Service.
During this Current Global Pandemic it is extremely difficult to find, obtain and hold onto an Excellent Worker/Employee like Sean **. I strongly suggest that CarShield acknowledges and appreciates Excellent Workers/Employees like Sean ** and not take them for granted and like Current Democratic Presidential Candidate, Joe Biden, states: "We Must Take Care of and Compensate Well ALL Employees during these Tough Times..."

Rattling sound (passenger side), while driving my vehicle; took vehicle to Cadillac dealer; was informed some parts needed for repair is not covered. Repairs would cost $1400 + $100 deductible. Don't understand why, since I have the platinum coverage. I also plan to get 2nd opinion diagnosis of the problem, since dealer rep's opinion of Car Shield was Not Good and did not speak well of coverages. The diagnosis is questionable.

For the last 2-3 weeks my vehicle was on hold for response from CarShield/American Auto Shield. Talking with Mr ** gave me a positive out on my vehicle being serviced, it needed confirmation from CS/AAS to proceed with the work being done. THANK YOU Mr **! BE SAFE!

I called about a claims where I broke down at night 2 hrs away from home and had to pay $102 hotel for the night and next day vehicle needed a new alternator. A covered part and paid another $470 out of pocket for the part plus labor and that was 5 days ago and haven't heard from CarShield since about the claim or reimbursement of the cost. So far the experience doesn't look good.

I do not see that the repair facility has contacted the administrator to start a claim. If they submitted the info online, we would reach out within 24-48hrs. Typically, the way the process works is that they would call us before they do work on the repair. Either way, have them contact us and we'll see if the part they repaired is listed for coverage. If so, we'll send out a check.

I was very pleased with the customer service representative who understood my problem and resolved it with great efficiency. I have had other extended warranty policies in the past, and can say that Carshield is far superior. The coverage is good, the price is fair and the customer service is excellent.

Honda called 3x to report my car was being repaired. They tried to report on my behalf. I had to pay $108.76 because Car Shield wouldn’t respond. Honda 229-431-3373... I need to know what to do to be refunded. Please call me and let me what to do now and with future claims.

The Car Shield associate was extremely patient and very helpful with assisting me with my overall contract information. The young lady helped me with my contract levels on both vehicles, my 2013 Ford F-150 and my 2011 Mercedes GL-450. She also explained the different contract levels available on my vehicles. Carshield would not cover the problem for the transmission, when I bought the warranty the sales person described the coverage as covering the engine and transmission but not any part outside these two. when I took the car to the shop and there was issue inside the transmission, Carshield said there are few parts inside the transmission that are not covered which it did not cover the issue that I had.

I understand now & it's all good. I'll take care of the pre existing issues done down even though I was off by 3 days. I'm gonna have it towed to Firestone. Like the nice receptionist that I spoke with that calmed me down & professionally explained the problem & I accepted my responsibility with the help from CarShield for affordable prices to get it repaired at the 1st of September...

Light on dashboard will come on and said that the oil pressure is low. You should take car in to dealer and have this check out. So I took the car in to the dealer to have this check out because in the message said turn car off. So that what I did.

Answered the phone very quickly, didn't try to sell me anything. She was very pleasant and spoke very clearly, would like all service companies to act and speak like this. It has been 1 week no action on my car.... I’m in the DARK...no contact...very difficulty to know what’s happening. I use the car to do my job, but so far I’m very unhappy. I'm using an Enterprise rental car which you got to pay..

I have called American Auto Shield and email American Auto Shield to have my car repaired. They have not responded since 10th of July 20/20. Thanks for the review. I have your account up and it looks like there are 2 issues. The first, was when you called in on 7/10 that your account was not active as we were waiting to process the payment you had just made. That was the first delay. The biggest delay is that your repair facility has not filed the claim online yet. Once they submit the info online, it only takes 24-48 hours for an adjuster to get back to them regarding next steps. Please give us a call if you have questions about this process.

The car repair sent several emails no response, I called several times to the claim department over an hour to wait, and suddenly disconnected, I was over 1 hour with Corey until he was able to resolve, it was after 5PM, and I will know today 14AUG2020 if is resolve.

There have been issues with the American Auto Shield (claims company) contacting the repair facility and you and the repair facility having issues reaching the claims company and we apologize about that. They have had an influx of calls due to the pandemic which has slowed down our claims processing but they are working hard at getting everyone processed in a timely manner.

Already provided in the previous statement. Kevin saved the day. The first two agents should be fired for being rude to a customer. They hung up on me twice. In the end my experience was great but had been tainted by rude employees.

She was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. having employees like her speaks volumes to the the type of character the company employs and I truly hope the company recognizes her value, talents, personality, knowledge base and provide growth and advancement opportunities. On another note, being able to talk to a real person would be a rewarding experience, especially when trying to submit a claim as oppose to being subjected to an automated system that directs the customer to submit the claim via email (really?). I understand being technologically advanced and perhaps proficient, however, when a customer is trying to submit a claim they absolutely do not want to hear automated directives to an email! Claims require LIVE PERSONAL ACTION, not emails in an employee queue. Also, It would be nice to have an accurate or current list of providers that accept this warranty rather than the customer having to call around to find dealerships, mechanic shops that do. Convenience is everything to current (paying) and future customers!

They had issues with their phones a couple weeks ago and are working hard to get everything caught back up. They've also seen an influx of claims due to the pandemic so I think having the options to submit claims online helped cut down call wait times. Lastly, repair facilities can choose one day to work with vehicle service providers and the next day choose not to. The list would be nearly impossible to be accurate as repair shops come and go as they please. The best solution is to call around to your local ASE-Certified shops as ask. I couldnt believe how low the cost was for the platinum plan. They accommodated my needs with my existing tow coverage, adjusting their price to what I needed. I already recommend purchasing any coverage when buying a used vehicle just to have peace of mind knowing that if I have any future problems CarSheild has my back.

If you say you would cover components and then you go to the repair shop and to your surprise you have to pay for all the repairs. Then when the repair shop calls the phones don’t work to get the repairs fixed. So what year does the vehicle need to be for everything to be covered because obviously old vehicles can be covered unless you replace everything before you get any type of warranties to actually be covered.

In terms of the claim, the repair facility said the engine was full of sludge and build up. As stated in your contract, that leads to a denial of claims. I've had a great experience with CarShield so far. I have a European car and repairs on anything electrical can get very expensive. You can't put a price on peace of mind. Great company. Claims just hard to reach. I have two car in a contract. Car shield was highly recommended by friends. I have no issues when speaking to phone representatives. I start with the company over a month ago. The monthly price for two cars I think is a very great price compared to other extended warranty services.

My vehicle has been in the shop since July 22nd with transmission problems. My warranty covers that problem but trying to get a straight answer from them has been an adventure. Come to find out nothing was ever filed. Both my repair shop and I have tried to call them and not once have I gotten an answer on what was taking a while, after talking to someone on Wednesday Aug. 5th I was finally told no one ever started a claim.
My problem is not that the phone system was down but the lack of knowledge that was given to either me or my repair shop. And when I spoke to someone yesterday he told me that I would be able to get a rental for the inconvenience of this whole situation. I called today Aug. 6th to speak to a supervisor and that was not at all respectful. She kept going on and on about well that's not in your contract but not once heard me when I tried to explain that my vehicle is in the air torn apart waiting for an answer for over 2 weeks. I have a toddler and if something happened to him what was I going to do. No vehicle. No rental. Disaster waiting to happen. Will not recommend this warranty.

I would like someone to contact me on the specifics of contracts **. I took my Hyundai in to be worked on this week and it took three days for somebody to get back in touch with My mechanic and was very rude to them and said it was their job to explain my contract and hung up on him. There seems to be a mileage discrepancy and also the pier it before the contracts would become effective. Updated on 08/28/2020: Carshield is not a good company! After waiting over a month to even get a claim going, our claim was denied. They claimed it was from poor maintenance but they never even talked to the service department where our vehicle was maintained, may I mention the only place our vehicle has been from day 1 of purchase and where it was purchased from. We have spoken with several supervisors today that treated us like we were nothing! The Service center requested for the adjuster to call them but all everyone tells me is to take it to arbitration....WOW.

Had CarShield for one year. Tried to use them once. Was told item wasn't covered. Continued with them for over a year. I then purchased a new car with everything covered. I called and cancelled my car shield. Several weeks later my 99 dollar payment was taken out of my account. I called and after being on hold for some time and transferred several times. I was told it was an error and my money would be refunded in 20 days. We all know it doesn't take 20 days to credit an account back. Hoping I won't get charged again next month. Very disappointed they played this game on returning my funds. They have had theirs every month for 14 months!!

I was told that the engine & transmission was the only items serviceable. When the mechanic called about the resealing needed for the engine the claim was denied. The agent was knowledgeable and accurate. Very pleasant and informative of the various account options available. She reviewed all the coverage details of the Diamond package. Which was the plan I had previously selected as it covers most all mechanical failures but especially because it includes high end electronic failures and roadside assistance and rental car coverage. Can't beat that! Not to mention the $100.00 dollar deductible and any service provider you choose so long an ASE certified. I would recommend Car Shield to others even after having used other extended warranty providers with other vehicles. This is probably a part of a great process that I have enjoyed the least.

The young woman was very nice and well informed. Didn't have to wait a long time to get the coverage that was best for my car. l was told about the survey and l agreed to take it, also asked if l would get information in the mail. She said yes. Also said my deductible would be 100 dollars. So I'm just waiting for my paper work to come in the mail.

I took my car to the dealership to have my passenger window motor fixed. The dealership tried calling for 3 days and got put on hold, I couldn’t wait any longer so I paid for the repair. I have been trying to call for 4 days to get reimbursed for the repair and I get put on hold.

Contract is misleading and the customer service reps only care about making a sale and not helping with problems. It takes too long to reach a rep. I'm going to cancel my contract tomorrow morning. Not Happy With The Company At All.

The representative was very helpful. I'm experiencing warning light on the dash of my hybrid car. I cannot bring the car to a shop till Monday when they open. I was inquiring about a rental car if this takes all day (I leave an hour+ away ) Or more than 1 day to diagnosed and fix. The rep. Was very helpful explaining the process to me. I'll find out Monday what's going on???

When starting the account for my father Anthony, my father was very unhappy at the fact that there was not going to be a bill getting sent to the house every month. My father is a 75 yr old man who is very set in his way of paying his bills. He does not want the bill taken from his bank account automatically. He even said that is he cannot send out a check every month that he does not want to have a plan with Carshield and I had to convince him that he should keep it.

When I set up my services I overquoted the mileage for my vehicle by 8 thousand miles! They were able to help me correct it quickly and easily without any hassle at all! The hold time was expected to be longer than it actually was. I was quite pleased at how quickly the whole process was!

When the dealership called to start the claim they were told the repair was not covered. When I purchased the plan I was told I was covered from bumper to bumper with the exception of normal wear and tear items like the plastic components. When speaking with the representative I was told to refer to page five of the contract which refers to after market sunroofs of which I do not have. When speaking with the representative he was rude. I was told I would be assisted in finding the parts at a lower cost. That has not happened either. I believed what I was sold and should have believed what I was told apparently. And I want the contract canceled immediately like I told the representative when the claim was denied and I am still being charged.

Help with misunderstanding billing status. I had been told by Mepco rep. that I could change my billing from auto to statement, which I never rec'd prior to call telling Me that I was late making a payment, which resulted in late payment fee of $20.00 being added to my monthly payment. Fortunately I spoke with Charis and Brittany who both were very helpful by letting Me make up that payment while on the phone but couldn't eliminate the late payment fee. They both are a credit to your customer service dept., and made a bad situation into a pleasant experience with a few laughs too.

This experience was a followup call because I was disturbed to find out that I had to pay out of pocket for roadside assistance due to me not receiving my registration and plates due to COVID. Due to the pandemic, I have not received my registration and plates. It has been almost 8 months since I bought my car. Yet, I have not received anything. So, I was told that I could not receive coverage services because I did not have my license plates. But, Shelonda checked the facts and found out that information was not true. She even offered to refund any money that I had spent on roadside assistance. Although, I was a little perturbed with the previous service call. Shelonda made up for it with her superb service.

Will try to make story short; researched through my coverage policy to find out if issue with truck I was experiencing was covered before I even took the first step toward having dealership take possession & replace malfunctioning parts. Took me a total of 4 phone calls over about 2-3 days just to find out if part(s) "SHOULD BE" covered. No definitive answers were obtained. I decided to move forward with 98% assurity rate that they were. The issue was not so much with Carshield as it was with A.A.S. For those of you who don't know what a.a.s. stands for, its American Auto Shield. This is who you get transferred to when you have an issue. I guess I missed that part when reading over my plan coverage. Anyways, this was where the nightmare really began!
To be fair though, they did have a storm go through & they said it knocked out their phone lines & internet, so it was abysmal to try & get through for about 3-4 days. I had the dealership & myself trying to call to no avail. Finally after dealership relayed to me that they had been on hold for 2.5 hours, they finally picked up. To finish up, malfunctioning parts were covered & fixed but I had to eat the car rental for a week. I'm 1000 miles away from home in Fla seeking cancer treatments for 2 months. 3 of us here & 1 vehicle. Dealership kept truck whole week. I have radiation treatments every day. Had to have vehicle to get back & forth. A.A.S. wouldn't cover rental cost! So, this was not a great experience at all. Called carshield back & spoke with Stephen. He was great & the only reason I didn't cancel carshield!

Carshield warranty ok if my vehicle was newer. I purchase a gold warranty. I had a cv axle leaking. I thought it was cover under my contract I purchase. Sales person told me all parts were cover. So I brought my vehicle at dealer. Told them what was going on with axle. They call Carshield and told them it wasn't cover. Well they have a contract call stand alone gasket leaks. Not cover. That what made me cancel my warranty.

I wish that CarShield informed me early about the phone problems, because my car was in the shop an extra week while waiting for CarShield to approve the service. Besides that issues I am glad that I have purchased CarShield after the transmission failure on my 2007 Mercedes GL450 which cost me over 3000 to repair. This service saved me over 1500 on my wife’s 2011 Acura RDX. Thank you CarShield.

Had bad day with trying to get thru. Held phone 3hrs. Was rudely treated. Couldn't get help. Got car in shop and no one will work with the repair shop. Not a happy customer. Have sent 15 new customers to them. Wish I hadn't if they're going to be treated like I was. Bad communication. Poor phone service. Claims too hard to get thru. Extremely long wait time to talk to someone who is not very helpful. Disappointed.

My experience has been mostly positive, I have always used the Chevrolet dealership to repair the Corvette as it was a 60th Anniversary edition (2013). As such it had every option available, which necessitated having Car Shield to protect me. Which you have done very comforting knowing that your maximum out of pocket was your deductible amount.

I understand the first week my car, at Firestone AutoCare. Due to the COVID-19 virus everything was flushed even personnel working from home. During this week Firestone Called many times according to John the garage manager. It was hard to get an return call. Week two return calls again difficult according to him. Wednesday of the second week I paid the bill. Have yet to find out if if the coolant Valve and hoses Are covered, coolant flush. I am hoping my other dealings are better than my first. I ask for a copy of my Gold plan be sent to me.

I called to verify that you had received my mechanics claim form at 12 noon after he sent it in by 9:45 AM. After waiting on hold for 2 hours I was brushed aside by the rep and told that no claim had been received. Then she said that so had to speak to the mechanic and I tried to connect her but she hung up. I called back and your auto attendant says that if I give them my phone number my spot will be held in its place. I then tried calling back and could never get thru to anyone, so I called from a different number and I was on hold for 4 and a half hours. And while I was on hold I sent two emails and called customer service again and was told by Frank to pay for my car and submit a claim for reimbursement. I think you are a scam and you are ripping people off. You seem not to be concerned at all with helping people but only taking their money. And that's a shame!

Customer service on both my calls was outstanding. My first call when I signed up the agent was very professional and explained very clearly what I would be getting with my warranty. he explained the benefit if I added a second car and walked me through what typical costs would be on repairs. To be honest I seriously underestimated what repairs would cost which is why I moved forward on the second vehicle.

I haven't had to use it yet. But my credit card has been compromised twice since I've been with them. When I call in to replace my card, customer service is very courteous toward me. When I decided to buy CarShield I thought it would be good have for my 9 year old car. I was wrong, constantly waiting on hold to be told the system is down or lines are overloaded. 2 weeks later still waiting for an adjuster. Waste of my time and money.

Truck has been in the shop for 3 weeks now. Been trying to get in touch with someone with Car Shield but, when I hit the star key to keep place in line I get no call back. I was told the last time that car shield would call the dealer to approve repairs. Ok great. NEVER HAPPEN.... Called the dealer and he never got the call. Been trying to call Car Shield but it's like they have my number blocked. A day later I got to talk to someone with car shield all I got was, "I'm sorry our system been down." "Ok I need a update on my truck." "Well srr. I can have an adjuster call you ok." "I would like to speak with a supervisor please." "Well sir they are back up with calls." "Oh I will wait." Line picks up then they hang up on me. Do the right thing Car Shield.

I have had CarShield since 2018 and finally had to use the service. I called and ensured it was covered. Got to dealer. They said carshield was a bad warranty company and I can file for reimbursement. Called carshield to verify reimbursement. They said yes. When car was complete. I tried filing claim online. System was down. So I called and received an email address to send receipt and was advised I'd hear something in 24 hrs. Didn't hear anything. Called again and after speaking with 4 different people on this one day I was told I would not get reimbursed at all. So I was extremely pissed. I canceled the service and will never ever recommend Carshield/AutoShield to anyone.

I have call four different representatives about my refund. I have left my telephone number to be called back at least 5 times. I still have not received a refund for Most recent truck repair. Today I was on the phone over 2 and a 1/2 hours and nobody picked up. I also left a call back number.

Called Car Shield to give new credit card number. I mentioned that I have not driven my car since 3/15/2020 and would he give me a discount like my car insurance did and he said yes. I thought that was very helpful. However I have not had any problem with the car but I do believe they will stand by the contract.

I had to call in to cancel the warranty coverage due to total loss accident on the Volkswagen Passat vehicle. The representative was very helpful I did have to call several times though in order to get someone on the phone so would be something to possibly improve on.

Upon learning the A/C Condenser was leaking, my 1st thought was this covered. When I went to search for my contract and could find it I was getting anxious. Then upon searching the internet, Car Shield stood out. Upon calling Car Shield Customer Service I was relieved to learn I contacted the right service. From this point on I was relieved to tell the service station and they were willing to contact Car Shield Claims Department to begin the process. My hat's off to the Car Shield Staff.

Well, the purchase went easy enough. Still too early to tell if they live up to the Hype. I would have liked to get a bumper to bumper warranty but due to my vehicle's age, they couldn't do it. We shall see what the future holds.

I have a broken emergency brake line/cable. Jessica was able to give me all the information I needed. In addition, she provided me with the repair shops close to me. I called them...Modesto Auto Master... And they were cheerful and happy to help me. Will let you know how it turns out.

Customer service is a little hard to reach but I talked to a super nice and friendly person today. Very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend Car Shield to everyone. If getting the problem taken care of works well everyone should get carshield.

I had to cancel because I couldn't meet the minimum requirements. Also, couldn't meet the suggested maintenance standards. Otherwise the customer service and other departments were more than adequate. I would recommend the program to others if they there weren't minimum requirements.

We live in Hawaii and one of our relatives had a problem yesterday with his car. When he called me for help, I told him I have the CarShield plan and he forgot that he also signed up a few months ago so he called for assistance. His name is David **. It turns out the Toyota Dealer, Servco Pacific in Waipahu where he was instructed to have it towed to was no longer a participating repair shop with CarShield cause they had issues with repair claims mainly with the cost in shipping parts to Hawaii. He tried calling CarShield again but the office was closed, Hawaii is 4 hours behind in time. Today, he had to have his car towed again to a repair shop that is on the list. I just called and checked on my own plan & will proceed to find out the options available for myself to avoid this same result occurring with me then I will need to decide whether to continue with CarShield or not.

I have asked for a printout telling me what’s covered on my plan and got nothing, then I had well over $600.00 worth of work done on the engine so I don’t need any more SURPRISES when something happened like this again, I’m sure once my truck reaches its 150 thousand miles I’m booted off anyway. Did not have to cancel. You reduced my premium. COVID 19 is making it hard to pay all of my bills but by reducing my premium that helped a lot. I was able to keep my same coverage at a better rate. Now my Lincoln is still covered. Thank you.

With only working part time, I needed to cancelled my plan with them. They offered to lower the payments. I said no to it. They did not make me feel bad. But told me to please give them a callback when ready to be with them.

We sell the car we had the contract on and so needed to cancel the policy. I can’t say enough about how friendly and cooperative and also understanding your agent was in helping us with this change. My wife and I recently relocated to California from Missouri. After three weeks in California, the check engine light came on. After consulting with the Car Shield call center, I was advised to take our vehicle to a dealer and have the dealer call the Car Shield call center. Long story short, we didn't need the service as the check engine light was merely a malfunction on the dashboard. The customer service delivered was OUTSTANDING and I have already spread the word. Service is as advertised. I highly recommend the service. I gave my repair shop my insurance information, they called Car Shield. I went home. Then the shop called me to pick up my car. That was it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I just can’t think of a negative.

I have been calling claims for over a week and so has the shop. No one is calling back. I need my car repaired. The adjuster will not call back to the shop. I think the service with Car Shield is terrible and I'm very dissatisfied.

Repair cooling fan. I was disappointed that the whole cost wasn't covered. The TV ads led me to believe it would be. The rest of the experience was all right. All the people I had contact with were very polite, helpful and professional. The phone system leaves a bit to be desired. At points is cumbersome, confusion and unreliable.

Before renting a car on 06/24/20, I called Carshield customer service and inquired about the reimbursement rate for the rental. I was informed that it was limited to $45 per day for four days. On 07/17/20 I was informed that my total reimbursement would be $26.99 for the $190.99 rental expense. Not happy.
