The person who I spoke to was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling and answered all of my questions with respect and accuracy. He did not once pressure me into buying the coverage but offered the policy's importance and coverage for my automobile.

The representative told me that my claim could not be covered because it was too early in the contract. But just got off the phone with another rep who informed me that the service should have been covered since it was in effect on 11/13/2021. I took the car to the dealer on Jan. 14, 2021. This should have been covered.
We do apologize, however we show that the only reason this was denied was because you advised the claims department that this issue was first noticed by you on 10/30/21 which was still within your grace period of 20 days and 500 miles. If this is not correct, then you would need to contact claims to correct your statement. Otherwise, this concern would be pre-existing and not eligible for coverage.

We contacted CarShield and received authorization within one week of contact. We are presently awaiting contact from the repair service. This process was made easier by the representatives at CarShield. I am looking forward to the completion of repairs and my vehicle being returned to me. CarShield was clear and helpful with filing a claim.

Was explained to me where I understood e-mail I had received as far as the new 2022 rates. I very satisfied with customer service way of clarification. And the rate. Still plan to keep my account with Carshield. As to hopefully get my other friends and family on board.

Compassionate customer service done upfront from a sales position by JP whom I would recommend to family and friends. I will have more to say about satisfaction if in the future I have need or use the service protection for which I am paying. It always seems odd to be asked to rate a company on over-all satisfaction prior to utilizing the service. From a sales perspective JP is someone that I felt as if I could trust whom took my situation into account and helped us both get what we needed through our transaction.

Great customer service. Very informative. Killing of data at their fingertips and they presented to their customers. They handle situations immediately and the customer as myself is greatly satisfied and appreciate them especially since the Coronavirus. I requested a rebate on 1-26-2022 because I traded the car in. I received a reply on 1-27-2022 stating that I would receive a $942.30 rebate in 48 to 72 hours to my Disc card. It is now 2-2-2022 (120 hours) and no rebate has been sent to my Discover card.
That is because the refund has been sent by check, not a credit back to your card. The refund check was mailed out on 1/27/22 and can take up to 20 days to receive by mail. If you do not receive the check within 20 days of 1/27/22, please give us a call so that we can verify the address it was sent to and see what else we can do.

Car in the shop for transmission trouble? I don't know what's wrong for sure but the repair shop said Transmission trouble. Hoping that CarShield will help. This is my first experience with serious trouble. I am not sure about the transmission but hoping that it can be repaired. The car jerks and sounds like it is having trouble shifting in gear. I think.

The second day of our storm here in Long Island and NY. I called in the AM to see I could get someone here to help start my car and if need be have it towed to Toyota North Middle Country Rd in Middle County, LI. The response I received was very unexpected! Why? No one in your organization could give me a direct answer other than my account was not active?? I bought this contract in 8/19/19 and hadn’t had a problem. In fact! Roadside assistance also said the Same, but said he didn’t know. I then called claims authorization (Tammy) and she said, "Your acct is active"! By the time she got back to me, I spoke to a supervisor who confirmed my status was on hold but said he couldn’t tell me why?
I then spoke to Texaco North in middle island - And said call Jerry at Elite Towing. He knows them. By now it’s Sunday morning. They had like a 3hr window to come and get me!! I’m so enraged after bring my car for and approved a couple times plus a recent purchase of 4 new tires and inspection? The back story is that the week before the storm my whole check book was compromised so they gave me new checks and new charge card! I explained maybe one of my automatic payments $129.99 was held up, whoever was in charge was told I could give a check and another form of payment. They refused!! What an insult.
So when the other tow driver came we pushed the car out and it kicked right over. Apparently my daylights were on overnight! I was so mad after speaking to at least 10 different people in your organization, and believe it or not some soy from Barbados And a woman from Illinois called? This went on for hours from one person to another and finally while I was waiting for the other tow company I called Roadside Assistance again (Casandra) and she said still on hold! I thought I was with a reliable company who would go out of there way to help!! Looks like I was wrong! I should of given one star but the people I did speak with was courteous! I have the reconsider to even deal with CarShield ever again!! In the meantime I should at least get reimbursed the $97.33 I laid out to Elite towing. They are located In Ronkonkoma 632 737 8439 tkt#**.
We are so sorry to hear about your experience. We show that your account is indeed active. The issue may have been because your original account with us cancelled for nonpayment in October of 2020, but you set back up in Nov and there haven't been any issues since. Maybe you just had the old contract number instead of the new one. Please give our customer service department a call so they can assist you in getting some reimbursement for that tow and making sure you have the correct contract number moving forward. The benefit limit on that is usually up to $75 per occurrence.

I called to cancel my account because I had realized that I had the another warranty that I paid for when I got a loan against my car through my credit union. The warranty is through Assurance and is good until 2025. Danielle, the CarShield representative made me understand why it would be beneficial for me to keep my plan with them. And then she lowered my deductible and my monthly bill...I was astonished!!! I couldn't afford not to keep it!!! Danielle turned out to be the very best representative of ANY BUSINESS that I've ever dealt with. I've been a general manager 5 times in my life and I wouldn't have ever given up an employee like her. And I will always keep CarShield as a result of her, her honesty and integrity. I'm happy having the extended warranty coverage because I feel protected. In the event I have mechanical failure I know Carshield is there to help me out. Carshield has a rental in the event the truck is in service for more than 1 day.

Totally great. The service I received was great. They helped me locate the right shop to take my car to to get it fixed. They email me some more shops to call so when I do put car in the shop I know where to take it.

Car Shield is good to have especially when warranty is gone. I enjoy having car shield on my car. They will work with you if your payment is high. I I haven't had any problem with my car yet but when I do I know carsheild they will have my car cover.

My 1st call was with a Female Rep. I don't believe she knows what she is doing in terms of car repairs. You need personnel that know about cars. Apparently she didn't! The Rep Steven **,1-800-531-1925 ext **, informed I was covered for adapters plus a refund of my deposit amt I paid to Ettleson Hydundai Dealership that made my day. This company is very unaccommodating and unwilling to with their customers. I give them a minus 2 if I could. They say how helpful they are but in reality they're just trying to scam, not performing the work.
We are sorry to hear this, however we show that the claim was called in on 1/25 and you had the repairs done on 1/26 before the claim was approved. It does state at the bottom of every page of the contract that no claims will be paid without prior authorization. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

It wasn’t good, repairman didn’t use it. Said Carshield didn’t cover my break down. Had to pay out of pocket. Waste of money and time paying for something like this and it’s not working like advertised. I hope other people don’t have the same problem. The customer service never called me or ask if my car was in the shop then I would have known if the shop was lying about using Carshield.

Rated 3 stars since I never submitted a claim but my service provider refused to use Carshield due to poor claims customer service. Stated they weren’t responding to claims submitted etc. This led to the center refusal of Carshield. Since this service center has provided great service to me over the years, I value their recommendations on warranty providers.
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 16 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $3 million in claims every month. The vehicle was not responding well to bumps in the road. Check engine light was on. Upon taking it to my mechanic, I learned that I needed a lower front arm control bar, left and right. Also sway bar linkage, left and right, plus, I needed outer tie rod end rods, as well as a front end wheel alignment. Car Shield paid the majority of the costs, including parts and labor. Out of almost $1683 worth of work, I only had to pay $401.00! Thanks car shield!

I've had Car Shield for about a year now, and the peace of mind is priceless. Luckily, I haven't need my car fixed, yet, but I have spoken with customer service ice who proved to be so polite and efficient. I expect I'll receive same service if and when I need car repaired. The ignition was not covered at all. I had to pay over $1200 out of pocket! Christian Automotive even called to get help and was told no. Some of this should have been covered. I called also to express my concern and was only given a $10 off monthly on my coverage for both of my vehicles. It's not enough. These are tough times and needing help with the cost of repairs I thought was going to be help with your insurance but its not! I'm not happy with the service so far and I've only been with you a couple of months.

Great personnel, easy to understand and demonstrate the value of the product offered and how to use it to keep your vehicle in top condition. My driveshaft broke and the mechanic called Carshield and they rejected the claim, told the mechanic it wasn't covered because the bearings made the driveshaft broke, but when I called, the representative told me the drive shaft was not part of the drive axle. I wanted an adjuster to come out and check the case out, they never called me back to come out.... My husband is a certified mechanic and was trying to talk to the lady. She admitted that she just reads from cards and doesn't know the parts of a car, only that the computer told her my part wasn't covered.
We are sorry to hear that there may have been some confusion about your coverage. The claim was denied because the drive shaft is not a part listed for coverage under your contract. You do have coverage for the drive axle, but the drive shaft is not a part of the drive axle. If you have any other questions, please give us a call.

Hello, I am the wife of a Army veteran. My husband normally takes care of these things for me but God willing he has passed and now I have to do it which is not easy. I am 60 years old and made that very clear when I was setting up my account for CarShield. They said they couldn’t hear me and I let them know I couldn’t hear them. A lot of people are working at home due to Covid which I understand but when background noise stops someone from doing their job then it’s a issue.
I have spoken to Chonbula on Multiple occasions and she has been rude. I asked them to listen to the tape because I said how many miles I had and now that I had my daughter look at my paperwork she is saying it’s wrong. I called and asked to speak to a manager and they said someone will call me back. Well 24 hours later and still no call back. They said due to working at home that they can’t transfer me to a manager. They also had someone outside their company call me and say they they heard they recording and will not honor my claim. I just want what is right and fair.
I have paid my money to this company and expect for them now I do what is right. My daughter who told me about the company wants to cancel her policies because of how they are treating me. No one wants to speak with me that is a manager and they all act like they can’t hear. I am 60 and sometimes I have to speak up or please just ask me to repeat. Right now during these times this is the last thing I need to be dealing with at my age. I depend on my car to get me back and forth to the Dr. and to get my medicine and now I am without all because of a broken promise.

I was not told that I would be required to get "PERMISSION" & approval of mechanic shop before I could get my covered vehicle repaired. I also was never told in at least 3 pre-calls to Customer Svc that I would need that when I described the repair required to be done, nor that I would need a years maintenance records or a "inspector" would be required at his convenience come to shop to inspect that shop the initial work on the vehicle & the completed job. The shop doing the work initially tried to work with Car Shield but with all the requests & requirements they then changed their minds.. I do not have time to wait for all inspectors to come & go to look at vehicle.
In addition I did not have all the maintenance records with me as I am away from home where the records are.. Also the initial conversations with the shop as the Svc Mgr explained the what the initial elevatuations on what the issue was, the person on the phone indicated that different things mentioned would not be covered or have to be checked 1st. The Owner/SVC Mgr indicated that he would not have time to wait on inspections or any other requirements & then told me he would not work on the vehicle if required to use "Car Shield". I had to get vehicle fix to I told him to start work on the vehicle & I would coordinate with Car Shield.
I never got the same person calling me & that was more than 3 times to discuss the issues regarding fixing & Car Shield paying their share. Now I am left paying the entire amount. I want the money's paid into the program from the start in August to present returned so I can use it to pay for the repairs. Your review of my claim would be appreciated & either pay as ADVERTISED or refund my money.
We do apologize, however we show the only reason your claim was denied was because you had the work done before authorization was given from claims for the shop to complete the work. On the bottom of every page of your contract it states in BOLD letters, "No claims will be paid without prior authorization." Additionally, the steps, requirements and procedures for the claims process are all explained in your contract as well, which we made sure to send to you the day you signed up for the coverage, so you would know what needed to be done at the time of a mechanical breakdown. We do apologize for any misunderstanding. Please take a look at your contract and give us a call with any additional questions that you may have.

DO NOT USE CARSHIELD. When you need a repair, they will often require that the repair shop use a USED part. That part can be from a junkyard, and can be untested. Our CVT transmission died. Carshield only covers a USED transmission. The shop put it in, it was no good. They sent another and put it in, it was also no good. Carshield demanded we pay for the programming of the transmission because it's NOT COVERED? We owe for two dealer programming services and the transmissions were DOA. This took 4 months for all that to happen and Carshield covers 3 days of rental vehicle reimbursement. LOL! Dozens of calls to Carshield... always the same excuse... that's a parts vendor issue, but you can't speak to them. Your Account rep no longer works here. We'll look into it... Covid is why your junkyard transmission didn't work, LOL. We need pictures from the repair shop and endless hoops to jump through (the repair shop they recommended).
Finally we find out for $2000 we can get, not a new transmission, but a rebuilt one. Shouldn't that be the minimum Carshield would use in a repair? So here we are at month 6 and the car is finally ready. We're taking them to arbitration and fighting for a refund of the past 6 months of premiums, 5 months of loss of use, or rental car reimbursement, and the $2k for the repair.

I also have a 2013 Audi all road with you guys so two cars and had horrible experience both times. First time the Audi had a major oil leak to where the repair shop at Audi said if I don’t get it fixed "your engines gonna blow up". Well you guys would cover it so Audi said, "Let it blow up then they’ll cover it," which is just dumb. Second experience you fought me on replacing a motor mount that was broken. He thought the car repair place and myself on the repair to where you wind up covering a little bit of it, third experience was engine lights on on my Chrysler.
Took the best coverage on both cars lease I thought I did which amount I set it up with Joe Kay never told me that they didn’t cover everything on the Chrysler so you screwed me again. I write an article for a paper in Southlake Tahoe and believe me they’re going to hear about everything about my horrible experience I’ve had with you guys. Your tv commercial does not tell the truth! I really had a lot of confidence you guys in the very beginning thinking that finally I found someone who could actually take care of the problems with my vehicles that I couldn’t afford. I was so wrong! I cancel both my accounts with you guys after paying you for over two years. The amount money I paid you would’ve fixed both my cars on my own so thank you very much for the horrible experience!!!!

We do go over what is covered with you on the initial phone call and also send you the policy with a 30 day review period to see everything that's included in your coverages. We gave you the absolute best possible plan on both vehicles based on their age and mileage. Since I have never had CarShield before I feel hesitant about how it will work when I actually have an issue with my car. It's the unknown that's scary to me. I had to cancel my contract because my car was totaled in a accident. The gentleman who handled my call (Kenny) was awesome. A required engine tear down cost that a $3,000. A scope of an engine cost $300 - 500. When asked to do this an engine scope it was denied. Engine scope will provide all the information than a engine tear down at 5th of the cost. Would not used this company it sea that it a way to not cover fixing the engine. The tear down would cost as much or more than a new engine.

Updated on 01/24/2022: Called again today and spoke with a representative. Who stated that it was not me that they needed to speak to but the shop fixing my vehicle. I called the shop and they said they were waiting on the adjuster to call back with the ok to start on my car. This has been going on for 12 days now. See my frustration?
Original Review: I did all I was asked to do to have my car repaired. And to this day my vehicle hasn't been repaired. It is now in its 9th day without an adjuster making a decision. I don't know what more I am to do, and I keep getting the runaround.

My wife & I paid CarShield a little over $100/month (over $1,200.00 for a year)... just to be denied 3 separate times for 3 different issues on the Approval of Services we needed. I would call it a Scam, but why bother. We DO NOT recommend this company.

Service. I need a legal degree to read that contract holy moly. Of course the first time we had an issue $700 down the drain bc if your contractions it not be covered under all of those sections. If I knew then what I know now I would not go with CarShield.

My Car has held up for 9 years and running. My warranty ran up and just to be safe I went with Car Shield, After about 3 months my car started to act weird. I took it in and was told it was my transmission. Car shield wanted to take the trans apart and rebuild it and the shop didn't want to do this, so I had to take it to home and when I called around no shop was looking to do what car shield was trying to do. After calling about 10 shops one shop said they dealt with carshield but it's always a bit of a headache. After paying for another diagnostic this shop had said the same thing as my original shop and was not looking to take the transmission apart but wanting to replace it.
After all this frustration and Car shield not really helping me I was calling to cancel my service because all they were simply doing was giving me numbers something I could do on my own. This time the lady wanted to make some calls for me and got in contact with A place that does do transmission repairs. When I finally make the call its was the same run around. I needed to pay (out of pocket) for yet another diagnostic then they would determine what the issue at hand was. At this point I was simply over this entire process. So not only did I pay for three months of service but I also paid for two diagnostics and nothing got fixed on my car. So now I've canceled my service and will look to get my car fixed on my own or simply get a new one. Car shield has been the biggest headache to deal with and I don't plan on ever returning with any car that I have. The people over the phone are friendly but the overall service is terrible.

I was upset in the delay by the investigator in not showing up as scheduled, and the delay in paying the garage consequently delaying the return of my car. I could add that I was not kept in the loop as to what was happening.

Car has been at the dealership for two weeks and no repairs are being done. Everyone on the phone is very polite, but nothing is getting repaired. It is not the experience I was hoping for. The TV ads talk about peace of mind when you need your car repaired. That is what I was looking for, but after two weeks the car is still at the dealership waiting for repairs to be done on the A/C.
It looks like claims is waiting on movement from your shop to be able to proceed. Please give us a call so that we can get you connected to claims for more details.

I had to cancel my warranty service on my vehicle because I no longer possess said vehicle. When I purchase another vehicle, Car Shield will be my go to extended warranty service company because it has been there for me. I Needed a jump Start. They got here kind of fast, But what I didn't like is I Had to pay upfront for the Jump, and it took me all most 2 weeks to get my money back, What if I was on the road & far from home and don't have the money, then what would I do?

I called to cancel. When talking to rep. She was persistent in me keeping CarShield. I was in process of buying a new car.. I have no use when buying a new car. I said my payment is automatic and wanted the payment returned. She said CarShield does not give refunds. I ask to speak to supervisor. The supervisor said they will look into it. It's been 3 months since I closed my account.
We do apologize. Our refund policy is only refundable during the first 30 days on month to month accounts. We would have needed 24-48 hours notice to stop a payment. There would be no refund due on this account. If you have any further questions, please give us a call.

While driving on freeway transmission started slipping, coasted to a stop. Required tow service. Had towed a dealership waiting for response from dealer. Called Car Shield. They said this should be covered under warranty. Backup camera also failed. Car in camera appears inverted or upside down.

The plan that was sold to me is not what I was told it would be. I have had nothing but trouble and I'm a fairly new customer. I'm not happy with you or your services. Dealership forgot to call CarShield. So they didn't even reimburse me. All they say is refer to section f of the contract. I've called them twice to get a email of the contract. They can't even do that right! Don't waste your money! Like I said I got ** over by them and didn't even get a courteous reach around! They have a really bad reputation no one wants to work with them. They also have pending lawsuits against them.
We are sorry to hear that there may have been some confusion about your coverage. As you stated, your dealership forgot to call us. So this would be on your shop. On the bottom of every single page of your contract, it states in bold letters, "No claims will be paid without prior authorization." This means that the shop has to call us beforehand for anything to be eligible for coverage. Hopefully your shop follows the correct procedures and we can help you out on the next one. Need a quote for 2020 Ford F150 pickup. The mileage is at 5,223. It is an eco- boost, LX truck. The color is a grayish brown. Bought it brand new in December of 2020. It has not been repaired or have no problems with it.

My car is at Aamco and needs a motor. They can’t get in touch with claims dept. Always on hold. I been with you all over a year. Always pay on time, so what’s the problem. I feel really frustrated about my car. I thought I could depend on CarShield.

I am waiting for conformation about my transmission problem. The people at Montgomeryville Nissan checked it out and said it needs replacement. Hopefully this will be addressed so I can get back on the road quickly. I need transportation for work.
We do apologize, however we show notes on your claim that the shop did not do any diagnostic, just pulled codes and you drove the vehicle away from the shop. This could be dangerous and considered continued operation of a vehicle with known mechanical breakdown. We highly suggest you stop driving the vehicle immediately, contact roadside assistance to get the vehicle towed back to the shop, have them run a diagnostic test on the vehicle and have them call claims as soon as possible so they can get this claim moving for you. Needed roadside service. Was in a very dangerous spot when car broke down. Was not able to reach roadside service. On hold for incredible length of time. I had to talk with three different individuals to receive accurate information re: coverage on my 2016 Honda CRV. Better training is advised. I was told I only had coverage of 75,000 miles which was quite inaccurate with my diamond policy.

I hesitated so long about getting Carshield. I went with my first instinct and got Carshield. I have the Platinum coverage. Everything covered, including road side assistance, towing, rental car. My vehicle is a 2006 with over 77,000 miles no warranty. I would be totally insane not to have purchased Carshield.

This warranty is advertised as you can take it to any shop/dealership and they will take it. Not a single shop or dealership had any interest in working with them. Useless warranty. I want a full refund.
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 16 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $3 million in claims every month. I felt pushed into making a decision. The items covered were related too fast. I was not able to pull them up to see if I really needed the coverage. I suggest, for the future that information of coverage be provided on the internet as to what is covered and how to meet the needed amount before you cover. I still am confused.

My policy was lapsed and they were very good at getting me back on my policy without any setbacks. Carshield is quicker and faster than my Progressive insurance. When I was broke down in Austin I could not even get my policy number from the progressive employees so I called carshield. they didn't need any information from me. They already had it.

Its Customer Service job run interference between customers and adjuster. They are put in a bad position; they provided little to no service to contract holders. The coverage is a farce. The contract is written for legal to declare exceptions while adjusters dispense judgements based on false assertions.

They let me make a double payment to keep both accounts on track. I'm a very satisfied customer and am extremely pleased that they are there when I need them. When you get a new engine and rack and pinion installed for the plan price, you can't get a better plan from any other warranty company. Even the dealer can't come close to CarShield.

I purchased an extended warranty from CarShield a year ago and recently had issues with my car which required costly maintenance. Car Shield says you can take the car to any certified repair shop and they will take care of things. So I had the car taken to the dealer I bought it from for the work and they stated that they would not work with Car Shield due to bad dealings with them in the past. SO I looked for other repair shops that would do the work and the nearest one was 50 miles away from my home.
I live in the Hampton Roads area and there are certified repair shops on every street. But the closest I could find with a Car Shield Reps help that would work with them was 50 miles away. This is a very big misrepresentation of their coverage of repairs. Also it was stated that how they pay is over the phone by company credit card and that they must approve of repairs before the shop is authorized to do them. I paid $129.00 dollars a month for a full year with zero help when I needed it so I discontinued my coverage. So my advice is if you buy a car get the extended warranty. It may cost you more but you won't get screwed in the end. I chalk this up to a bad investment to ensure for repairs with a company based on fraud. Now I'm out 1290 dollars with zero to show for it. Never again Car Shield!!

Everything was great. It was very easy to enroll in Car Shield. They make you feel safe from breakdowns and auto repairs. When calling car Shield someone answers the phone instead of a machine robot voice. I recommend car Shield.

I have had nothing but complete satisfaction until I was adding a motorcycle. I talked to about 5 people over a week and got 5 different quotes for same vehicle with same exact mileage. Tried to sign up with Josh at 79 a month and his phone died in middle and never got him back. Quotes were from 69, 79, 89, and 126 a month, then a lady called today with 116 a month. I asked how can I get so many different quotes for same vehicle with same mileage and she flipped out. I hung up on her.

Had Midas replaced it, Carshield stood by their word, they paid $900.00 total. My truck is a 2010 dodge Ram 4x4 Hemi, They had to remove the dash to get to the condenser that is up under the dash. Generally they took my inside dash and replaced my AC condenser coil.

The customer service people are fantastic. The problem with companies these days is it's so hard to talk to a real person. Calling customer service gives u a nervous breakdown trying to get to talk to a real person.
We are so sorry to hear that. It shouldn't be hard at all to speak to a live agent. There's a short automated system just to make sure you get to the correct department and don't have to be transferred so many times. We do hope this is not an issue going forward.

I need to take my car to a shop to have them check out a loud roaring grinding noise while I was driving. When I picked up my car they had put a brand new transmission in it ran new front wheel bearings but the loud grinding noise still persist with no explanation. As far as my service with CarShield was great the mechanic was really nice but I still have a problem with my car and I’m not willing to continue this goose chase and I hate my car now!! ASAP I will trade and get a new car with a factory warranty where I can take it to a mechanic that’s specializes in the vehicle I own and is familiar with it and the time left without a vehicle won’t be a month or better. Trust Carshield to get their part done! But watch who you take your vehicle to!!

I was happy to find an auto shop nearby who also works with CarShield. They were able to get the part and get it fixed. Took a little longer than I would’ve expected, but I was kept in the loop about the delay and I’m happy with the service overall.

They repaired the heating Actuators on my Chevy Impala. It was they were running off and on 24 hrs a day draining my car battery. I'm glad I had CarShield because I had a opportunity to get this repair done.
