On several occasions I've had thousands of dollars of repairs covered by Car shield, I have receipts to prove it. Car Shield has established itself as a valuable component of my families' finances. Great, great, great. No complaints at all.

Your representatives had a very nasty position about they self and they hung the phone up on me. You need to teach your representative how to be respectful to lay people. They talked to are grown people and not kids.

Landa was very good at going over the warranty with me. She's good PR for your company, much better than the first rep I talked to. He was pushy, overtalked, kept telling me "Here's what I'm going to do for you," didn't listen very well. If I hadn't gotten Landa on the phone I may have stopped payment.

I would describe my experience as a settling experience. By being approached with so many "offers" I was really skeptical, but the rep was able to answer all of my questions and help me make an intelligent decision. I would describe this as a overall great experience and I am grateful for the understanding and patience of the rep in helping me to make a big decision. It just made sense in the end.

It is ok. They just need to work on a class that teaches the employees to be a little bit more consideration for the customers when they call and not call you as soon as you open asking for a payment on the day you said you was going to pay and give that person time to wake up go to work or even get off but give them time to pay

We had very good service and it was easy to sign up. Was easy to get back in contact with same agent to complete paperwork. Hopefully will not have to use very often but coverage and price were very good.

I seen all the advertisements about Car Shield so I signed up. I never thought that anything would happen to my vehicle but all of a sudden my engine light came on. The diagnostics was number five cylinder was a misfire. Car Shield save me over $10,000. $10,000. That’s quite a saving. I’m thankful to Car Shield and all the great employees that work with Car Shield.

I purchased my policy in February 2021 and paid a little over $100/month for 14 months. When my air conditioner failed, I called CarShield to make sure the repairs would be covered and was assured they would be after the $100 deductible. Turns out that wasn't true. Only part of the AC was covered. You paid a little over $300. I paid $1,300. You're marketing says you cover it all. Your representative assured me the repairs would be covered. I'd give you less than one star if I could.
Sorry to hear there may have been confusion about your coverage. We can only cover the parts listed on your policy. We do give each and every customer a full 30 days at the start of the contract to review what all is eligible for coverage and to call us back with any questions. We did authorize and pay for all of the eligible items on your claim. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to give us a call.

When I purchased vehicle new it had 20“ inch tires and wheels with a leveling kit to front suspension from factory. Inquired if vehicle is fully covered, with assistance of Andrea purchased upgrade coverage recommended by CarShield. Thank you all.

I called last week to find out about my contract lady that answered would not even look up my account, told me that I would just have to wait till it came. Called back today and lady that answered started right off asking for my phone number and when that didn’t work asked if I had a contract number. When I gave it to her she pulled it right up! Found out that phone & email were both wrong, fixed them, got this right off.

The bank closed my old card, because of fraud; which happened to be the card I used for this account. Your representative was patient, charming, and very courteous. I informed her what occurred, and gave her my new card number to bring my account current. Job well done!

The process went much smoother than I had anticipated. I made up my mind a week earlier to contact CarShield but mulled it around until I decided to call last week. I cannot comment on customer service/value/coverage until I make my first claim. Hopefully, that won't be for a while.

I'm kinda going through life right now but on the down side, and all I can say is that when you speak to a customer service agent and they are empathetic about your situation everything changes. They are not just about the money. They actually sincerely care about their customers. I really respect them for their selflessness. I appreciate them to the utmost. Upon completion with order process, I was happy to have that warranty with CarShield. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my contract with them because I was able to get an extended warranty through MoPar. Other than that, I didn't have them long enough to have any issues with them.

My first experience with an extended warranty program is going very well. I would recommend CarShield to everyone I know especially with vehicles that have a limited warranty. Like most people my vehicle is of great importance to myself and my livelihood. Especially with greater technology and the need for knowledgeable technicians in the auto industry.

I mis-read my previous coverage, thinking that it was about to expire when I found out that I still have almost two years of coverage left. The customer rep recommended that I compare my new coverage with my old coverage first and if I still want to cancel my new agreement, to call them back.

When I had to change how to be billed two months ago I specifically advised to only use the debit card once. Well, the following month, Car Shield used the car again and through my budget off. I called in today to cancel the service and the Agent that I spoke to was able to move this month's payment up as well as advise that if anything should happen, my budget would be all the way out of wack if I cancelled!

OMG where do I start?! I purchased the warranty coverage for a car I had recently bought after seeing the commercials over and over. Three months later the CVT transmission went out costing $9500!!! My mechanic made the call, a CS rep came and inspected the car, I got the okay to proceed with the repair in just a couple days. Boy did it feel great hearing that I only had to pay $100!! CarShield is definitely ALL that it says it is!

They paid all for my air conditioner. All I had to pay was $100.00 deductible.. I had didn't have CarShield I would have had to pay a lot more... I am grateful for this company, I feel safe as a woman, that I want be taken advantage of.

I use Carshield because I couldn't afford the service they provide any other way. They provide excellent and fast service, very important when your car is in the shop. That and the fact that I can get a free loaner while my car is in for repairs.

You chose not to warranty and I paid out of pocket a lot of money. I am thinking of canceling. I did not have a good experience with your company. I think you spend the money we pay you to commercials and not fix people's issues with their cars.

Advertising said battery in warranty, however I was told it’s not covered, but you can get a jump or tow if battery dies. Advertising is misleading. Explanation is correct, but deceptive claim. The advertising should explain the coverage, but it makes you feel the battery can be replaced in the coverage.

I called earlier today just to update my account and was put through to a very rude and upset payment representative. Who threatened to cancel my account because my account was deferred and she wanted payment today for April and May payment I told her that I already had something set up that all I wanted to do was update my account. She told me that I was lied to that my account was not deferred and that she was going to cancel my account due to lack of payment and she can do anything she wants because she is above all in the company. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was worried about my account which is in good standing. She put me back through to customer service who was extremely kind and was able to update my account for her and told me that my account is still in good standing. I am worried about my account and will be watching it next month and for a while to make sure that she does not mess with it.

My car has been sitting at the dealership for 10 days waiting on an adjuster to okay the service. The dealership and myself have contacted you many times to try to get answers but to no avail. I called Carshield looking to see what they can offer, and spoke to a so-called specialist by the name of "Shawn" or "Sean", and he started off nice with his sales pitch, but I did tell him at the start and said to him a few times that I'm looking around and doing my due-diligence first before jumping into anything, and he kept pressuring me to signup with the company and it felt like he was doing it to get a commission. So I told him that I get the sales push, and he rudely hung up on me. The lack of professionalism from the so-called "Specialist" lets me further know that this company doesn't train their employees correctly, and if I can give this company a zero rating I would.
We are so sorry to hear this. We have sent this call to our Quality Assurance team to make sure out Customer Service Standards were being upheld. We do see that he noted he had a bad connection and hung up to call you back. We do apologize for any misunderstanding. We can however explain that there is no sales pressure, we just know how important it is to sign up for coverage while the vehicle is running ok, because of something happens to the vehicle before you get coverage, then you will have to pay for that repair, as extended coverage companies can not cover any pre-existing conditions. So we do apologize if there was any confusion there. Thank you for the feedback.

I was just requiring as to my monthly payment, which Brittney did inform me of the date in which it was due, and always indicating that my change of due date was not showing correct. Therefore she did take of that change while on the phone speaking with her, that was to be changed at the day of my request over the phone sometime ago.

I contacted Car Shield with the intent to discontinue extended insurance with you. Spoke with the rep who seemed nice and offered to reduce the insurance to $79.99 per month. I also obtained a contract to do a compatible study. What I found is my initial payment was to have been $104.00 then $79.99 per month after registering with you In October 2019 but I have paid the $104.00 per month for the last 30 months. If my math is correct that's $720.30 in overpayments. If such is the case please return to the method of payment. Please contact me by telephone or email your decision.
We have reviewed your account and this is not correct. You signed up at the rate of $104, and agreed to pay the $104 every month until you contacted us on 4/21/22 to advise you were considering switching companies to get a lower rate. We then offered you the rate of $79.99 since you had been a loyal customer with us, well into coverage and we didn't want to see you have a lapse in coverage. So, all future payments, starting on 5/19/22 will be at the rate of $79.99 moving forward. There would be no refund due for payments made before you contacted us on 4/21/22 and we offered the lower rate. If you have any questions, please give us a call anytime.

Vehicle keep showing low oil level. I just had the oil change and it will show over fill and later it shows low. So I call CarShield and you all told me to take the vehicle to the garage so they can do a diagnostic test and they will contact you on the finding.

I had a simple question about my plan but I had a feeling the answer wasn't going to be one I wanted to hear. I was connected to a very cheerful and professional customer service representative. I wish I had her name. She was patient with me as I'm sure she is with all other customers. That feeling I had about my question turned out to be wrong, she gave me the answer I needed to hear. And she explained in detail about how my plan worked. She was knowledgeable along with a kind attitude. The only reason for my 4 star rating is the fact I've never had to use the plan since (file claim) I purchased it about 2-3 years ago.

When I purchased this plan I did not have my car available to verify the mileage, instead gave an approximate amount. I don't remember the salesperson mentioning a waiting period. Here it is almost 3 months later and I still have over 100 miles to put on the car to be through the waiting period. This car is garage kept at a location other than my residence and was difficult for me to verify at the time. I don't remember the salesperson, nor CAR SHIELD telling me the importance of the actual mileage at the time of the sale and with the car being garaged at a location not near to my home I did not verify the mileage soon enough and now I still have over 100 miles to drive to come within the contract requirements. This phone call I made, while beyond the allowed time, was to revise or supply a more accurate mileage. This change was not allowed, much to my disappointment.
We did review the sales phone call and there was actually extensive conversation about the waiting period. You let the rep know that you didn't think you would be able to get the mileage on it, and they explained that on the month to month policy, there is a secondary waiting period of 40 days and 250 miles and for your term policy, there is a secondary waiting period of 90 days and 200 miles. They also stressed the importance of exact mileage and even called you back later that day to get the exact mileage from you. You stated that the 'Vette had a rounded mileage of 16,500 miles. The rep asked what you rounded it from and you said 7 miles lower, so the mileage was entered in as 16,493 as you reported. If you have any other questions, feel free to give us a call.

I wasn't sure if I was set up for automatic billing payments. I called and the rep looked up my acct and told me I was. It only took a few minutes. No long hold time waiting for a person to answer, the rep was extremely helpful went over and above.

When I started my account with Carshield agent was very thorough and informative about what the expenses would be to repair my car. I like the fact that I could go to any repair shop of my choosing and Carshield would pay them direct and offer you a rent a car. I especially like my deductible. Carshiled was honest, and straightforward and I had my contact within minutes, The comfort I felt after that conversation knowing that if my car needed any repair that I was covered was almost indescribable and I have no worries about anything happing to my car. CarShield is a great company and it’s advertising on all Major Networks and they stand behind their website and there to help when needed. The entire took 3 weeks for approval and repair. UNACCEPTABLE! I can't get any more specific. Review your own records and you determine how well you responded. My experience was NOTHING like what you want people to believe when they consider your product.

On the 8th of this month, Aberdeen Chrysler Center sent in the required information to get my transmission repaired/replaced. On the 15th, they sent in MORE requested information. As of today we have not heard anything as to when we will get the OK to repair my van. ALSO I can not rent a car until my case is OK'ED. Also $40 a day you can't rent a scooter.

My truck has been covered by CarShield for over 2 years without a claim. NOW THAT THERE IS A CLAIM they want to drag their feet going through their "PROCESSES" before they will "AUTHORIZE" the repairs and since neither the repair shop nor carshield are open on the weekend it takes even longer. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO LET OTHERS KNOW THAT IF YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST A MONTH without your vehicle people should go to other avenues for extended warrantee repair work on their vehicles. As a matter of just skip the commercials because it's not worth the frustration.

The fan that distributes the air/heat is going bad.. I spoke to several Nissan dealership and they do not accept CarShield. They all said they have trouble getting paid and that CarShield is difficult. This is a concern for me because I pay for CarShield every month. It makes no sense for me to pay for something and I cannot even find anyone who will accept this warranty.
Sorry you’re having trouble finding a local repair shop that accepts our coverage. Some shops refuse to take our coverage, however it is not for the reasons you may think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers over our 17 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $3 million in claims every month. My mechanic had difficulty getting through to get approval. He also didn't know that he had to fax the final invoice over before he could release my car to me. Confusion all around!! Now I have to fax my bill over because that told my mechanic that I had a deductible, which I do not.

I have been trying to transfer my account for that vehicle to my son whom is now the owner of the vehicle. Initially, I was told that the process could be done and any additional forms weren't required. After completing the forms getting them to the correct area was unclear and repetitive. I finally was able to get my dream car a 740I BMW. Something told me to get a warranty so I started searching companies. I came across Carshield and I was familiar with them from commercial it was affordable and the extension of the warranty was just what I needed..A little over a year later my car started having a loud noise coming from the engine. I took it to the repair shop immediately.. I called Carshield probably every day just to get an update and everyone was knowledgeable about my concern..
The original BMW dealer that I took my repair to could not complete the work so car shield towed my car to another facility (this was also covered).. This new repair shop with able to diagnose the problem with my engine we needed a whole new engine.. Called Carshield, my car was covered!! Carshield saved me over $15000. Yes $15000!!! I would definitely recommend Carshield to anyone. They literally kept me out of the hole!!! Thank you Carshield

They told me the deductible was a $100 the dollars and they will cover everything over everything as long as I pay the deductible. I end up paying $371.16 for my air conditioner to get fixed in my car record

When I signed up I ask do this cover my air conditioning? She said yes. I get to the shop. They said, "We don't cover that." I call customer service. They said just upgrade your policy. They said CarShield doesn't do that. They lied to since day one. They are a nightmare. I am so disappointed.
We do apologize that you feel this way, however we did have that sales call reviewed, and you were never advised that air conditioning would be covered under the contract. You were advised that you were getting the Silver level of protection covering engine, transmission, drive axle, transfer case and water pump. Because of the age and mileage of your vehicle, it never qualified for air conditioning to be covered. We do apologize for any misunderstanding. Wouldn’t start, dead battery, turn out an electrical problem was drawing down the battery. A misunderstanding between the dealership and Carshield was resolved by Carshield and all was fixed and my 2009 Challenger with only 27,000 miles will be back on the road when it’s done.

Christian Brothers Automotive in Friendswood won't deal with Cars Shield. So, I called Car Shield to ask if I could get reimbursed if it was something they covered, and they said to have them send them the quote and they would reimburse me. I'm hoping it is something that is covered.
Please do not have any work done on the vehicle before an ASE certified shop that is willing to work with us calls in the estimate and diagnostic. This coverage is not a reimbursement program and if repairs are done without prior authorization, then there will be no coverage even if the item is listed in the contract to be covered. We apologize that this shop has chosen not to work with us, but if you need help finding one that will, give us a call and we would be more than happy to assist you in finding one.

I bought a CarShield warranty on my 2012 Toyota Avalon in 2017. I have used the policy before. Today, I learn that the passenger front door won’t open from the outside. I called Car Shield to verify the work would be covered. They told me after evaluation and repair was done it would be paid for. I took my I went to our Toyota dealership and told the the problem. They told me they don’t honor Car Shield accounts. When I ask why they told me Car Shield don’t pay for the work done and they wanted to use aftermarket parts. I went to Dodge, Ford, and Chevrolet dealerships. They all told me the same. Won’t cover. Same reasons. I paid $3093 for coverage and can’t use it. Not good! The people intake too are very polite and professional. I just can’t get my car fixed. I’m still working on this issue. Caution, make sure you can get the work done before you buy their policy.

The letter I received said I needed to renew my coverage on a car I have never owned. The agent I spoke to was very nice. She looked up my coverage and told me that my coverage was in force on my 2007 Chrysler Sebring. She said to just ignore the letter. She thanked me for calling and using Car Shield.

Questions about contract. Wanted to make sure I understood a few things about it. Everything was taken care of. The sale representative was very helpful. She took her time to go to the pages that we had question on and went over the contract with me and assured me that we would not have to pay for anything out of pocket so I hope this is true.

I had you guys for 13 months and when my vehicle went out you told me I was not covered. You have no idea how much that pissed me off that I wasted all that money for so many months… I will not recommend it to anybody. How the hell does a head gasket going bad it might be called somehow my fault? And you tell me that’s not covered? And why the hell did I have this coverage on my engine and transmission?
We are sorry to hear there may have been some confusion about your claim. We did review, and it wasn't denied because it was your fault, it was denied because it's a part not listed for coverage under your contract. Unfortunately, seals and gaskets are not eligible for coverage on a standalone basis, only in conjunction with the repair or replacement of other covered parts. Since this was a standalone gasket breakdown, it would not be eligible for coverage. It does explain this in Section B: Coverage Description, in your contract. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to give us a call.

I had Car Shield for approx 2 years and never used them, therefore I don't have anything negative to say about the company. My cars is fairly in good condition. I go to work and church in my car and keep it in the garage. I have my car for 8 years and only have less than 60,000 miles. But I have a good car Lexus 350 SUV. I take good car of my car. Maintain service as needed. Therefore I cancelled Car Shield because I believe I am wasting my money monthly.
We are sorry that you feel that way. We can assure you, coverage is not a waste of money. You never know when your vehicle is going to stop working, and repairs often come out of nowhere, and you don't want to be stuck with that kind of bill at random. Very thorough and quick. Got me fixed up and ready to use the in the future if I ever needed coverage for my car! Olivia helped me out with putting my mileage count in when my car was in the shop even though I had forgotten to update after driving the car for a few weeks after getting my fixed car back.

I know my vehicle has a lot of millage and is a classic which is why I like the coverage. As I take care of it I am disappointed, so little is covered. I know it's got some years on it but it's the small things the breakdown the most.

Car Shield is prompt. I called the representative and she immediately started a claim with my vehicle, Fast service and professionalism. The repair shop called Car Shield and told them what needed to be fixed and the representative gave authorization to repair my vehicle the same day. Car shield is highly needed to repair vehicles, without the costly expense.

CarShield failed me when I needed them most. I signed up with CarShield about two years ago. Now I have my first and only claim and CarShield would not pay for the repairs ($3500) for rear bearings, muffler and exhaust pipe. This is a big expense for me and this is the reason for CarShield warranty. But I guess they got my money. I got nothing when I needed them most. I cancelled the policy and got a better warranty provider for the same cost.

The adjuster requested pictures and video. The shop sent it and they were told they never received them so they were sent again. In the meantime my car still isn’t fixed. The shop sent them and refuses to send them again and said the adjuster needs to come in person. I reached out to the adjuster and they still haven’t returned my call!!! Very disappointed in your service.

Not used. The only time it wasn’t covered my 1500.00 dollar LED Right tail light and a broken exhaust manifold. I wasn’t cover on factory warranty for LED tail light but warranty took care of manifold. I have 58800 miles on truck. So hoping from here on I will be safe.

This company rips off its customers. I owned a 2011 BMW in November. The engine failed. An authorized representative of Car Shield authorized the repair facility to tear down the engine to show the point of engine failure. The ultimate decision of Car Shield was to deny the claim, leaving me to pay the repair facility, car rental, and to finally sale what was left of my vehicle in December. I contacted the representative that denied my claim to express my discontent, threatened a lawsuit and demanded to cancel my policy. Months later, I noticed Car Shield has continued to take money from my bank account, and have indicated that I'm not entitled to a refund because I didn't talk with another one of their departments to request a cancellation, even though they have record of my conversation on December 29th.

TV viewers should be made aware of the value of having CarShield's independent vehicle inspectors, I've found out that the dealership would have charged me more than double the repair cost. Which is enough to pay for the warranty coverage.

My vehicle was serviced about a month earlier. All of the sudden the vehicle started heating and I stopped it. Contacted CarShield and was told to take it for repairs. Did so. The motor went bad and CarShield sent an inspector who stated that I had not changed the oil and the case was declined leaving me with 800.00 claim to the body shop because they had to open the motor. He was wrong. I had proof that the full service was done. I don't gain or lose if you choose this company but if I knew what I know now, STAY AWAY.
We do apologize to hear about your experience. We did review the claim and there was a lot of build up present, indicating that there had been a lack of maintenance on the vehicle. It may not have been the most recent service, but it was not properly maintained at some point. With high gas prices I decided to sell my vehicle and cancel my policy, at first the customer service rep. tried to get me to keep my policy until I bought a new car so they could sell me a warranty on the new car, when I told the rep. I wouldn't be replacing my car he then asked me "Are you Ok?" I was confused at the comment and asked him what he meant. He then repeated his condescending question. When I asked him if he was ok? He said he was and quickly cancelled my policy. Either way, I didn't need the rude unnecessary question that wasn’t in any way required to cancel my policy.
We are sorry to hear this. He was likely trying to be empathetic towards your situation and trying to make sure that everything was ok due to you not replacing your vehicle. For example, if you're not replacing your vehicle, what would you use for transportation? We at CarShield care about each and every one of our customers. With us, you are more than just a number. I was contacted by a Car Shield Representative at my request. The initial contact was polite & professional. I was transferred to Kim who proceeded to collect my personal information and information on the vehicle I was seeking maintenance coverage on. Kim was professional, courteous, and thorough, as she explained CarShield's program and coverage. Throughout the call Kim allowed me to ask questions, explaining in detail how the Car Shield Program would support my most immediate needs. Through our conversation Kim convinced me to add a second vehicle to my Car Shield contract. I was comfortable with comfortable with what I had heard from Kim about Car Shield's Program, and the value of the program.

Every time something goes wrong, I call CarShield to see if it is covered and they tell me no. Now my power steering motor is out and I cannot drive the car and they told me it’s not covered!?! They fix power window motors but not power steering motors? What the heck. At $99.99 a month for the last 12 months I could have replaced it myself!

I drove the car to the Toyota dealership, gave them the car, my contract number and the contact phone number. The dealer called me to say he had gotten authorization from CarShield to repair the Toyota. He called me some hours later to let me know he would send someone to pick me up and I could take the Toyota home because it had been repaired.

When I originally called and spoke with seller id#** I was given a price of $99.99 as final price no sales tax, when I called back and spoke to another representative saying I would go with Car Shield my price was increased to $105.99 saying sales tax must be added, What gives??? Not happy with the difference in pricing. My husband is also a veteran.
We do apologize that the first rep did not quote you for the sales tax. Unfortunately, your state is one of only a few states nationwide that requires sales tax, so that first rep that gave you a general quote, likely didn't know your state required tax. My experiences with CarShield were good except for the hassle of being requested to use rebuilt equipment instead of new for repairs. Some of equipment offered for replacement were really not up to acceptable standards to my mechanic and was not what I expected when I took out policy.

I gave this experience 3 stars, because it was a mix of 5 stars for CarShield, but 0 stars for American Auto Shield. Clayton, with Carshield, was very respectful and eager to help, and he said he will be reaching out to American Auto Shield on Monday to try to help. I don’t understand why there is such a disconnect in coverage on repairs and treatment of customers between Carshield and American Auto Shield. I called Carshield before going to the repair shop this morning (Meineke Car Care Center), and Carshield assured me that the cost of the repair should be fully covered, despite my previous experience, where I had to pay roughly $1,000 out of pocket. The repair to be performed was a tie rod end repaired, covered under my contract, with no exclusions.
I went to the shop, they called American Auto Shield with the repair estimate, and American Auto Shield said they would only pay $70 out of the $280.12 repair, and I would still have to pay a $100 deductible. That means I would actually pay more for the repair if I used American Auto Shield’s service than if I just paid outright for the repair. That is unacceptable and illogical.
I called American Auto Shield, and ended up getting lied to and yelled at by their representative. I wish I had taken down her name, but I did not. She told me that the shop was not willing to use an aftermarket part for the repair (a direct lie, as that was exactly what the shop would use), and she ended up yelling at me when I was trying to get her to explain how they justify not covering the cost of the repair and why I would pay more going through them than if I just paid for it myself. There is a lot more to explain, which I already explained to Clayton, with Carshield. It’s too much to type. I would greatly appreciate CarShield’s help in resolving this matter, and hopefully this kind of issue can be avoided in the future.

I took my car in to Peoria Ford Friday for a check engine light on and they said it was a transmission control module and they would have to keep it to complete the recall for the 100000-mile warranty and would notify CarShield. I gave them all your information and am waiting for their call. Also I went to Enterprise rental as I needed a car...

Purchased the most expensive package offered and was told that it would basically be like a factory warranty from Ford. On 3 separate occasions I’ve tried to utilize this warranty only to be told that on each separate time the part in question is not covered. How is one camera covered but not the others? Makes no sense. Not happy with this warranty at all.

After talking with a representative around the last part of March we were able to come up with some ideas that would help me to be able to pay my monthly premium. The Representative was genuinely interested in helping me to come up with a plan and we succeeded. A very nice young man.
