My service provider forgot to call in before he did the work. So your people told him they would not cover any of the work. This did not make me happy. He still could him send you the work order to see what he did and then pay something based on that.
Unfortunately, if they do not call in the work before the repairs are completed, there is no way to verify if what they said was wrong with the vehicle was accurate. We have to be able to see diagnostic information, possibly pictures or video, an inspection depending on the extent of the damage/repair. Next time, just make sure the shop does not perform any work before they call it in and we would be more than happy to assist you.

I’m grateful and thankful for CarShield. Car maintenance has been a hassle. I wouldn’t know what to do with my car otherwise. The prices can vary drastically. CarShield is a saving grace. They talk you through everything, work with you, and make it easy and convenient for you.

The staff was very informative. She did go over the I needed to do the cancel. Was to send a letter of request and give me the email where I need to send to to get my refund on my contract. I had to call again and get the information on the invoice asking me to pay and she did mention not to worried about it.

I went to my repair shop to get my car fixed and was told that they no longer takes CarShield, after 5yrs boy was I bummed so I called CS to find out what I should do so they sent me more places to go. They are pretty far from my home but I guess if I want my car repaired I'll have to take it closest to my house. I'll be doing what they recommend if I want it done. ✅ Thanks CarShield.

My credit card was cancelled due to fraud, and the bank issued a new card. Agent was very helpful in offering a 1/2 price plan for paying semi annually, saving me money on the coverage. She was very knowledgeable, and helpful, and friendly.

I have had nothing but great service from Car Shield for repairs of my vehicle a 2003 Dodge Intrepid. You have saved me quite a few thousands of dollars. The only problem I have is that every time I have a claim they tell me that my contract doesnt cover it and there is no way I can purchase a better one. I am willing to pay whatever it costs in order to get the proper coverage.
Coverage is determined by the age and mileage of your vehicle. We also try to place you in the highest level of coverage possible the first time you call in. Give us a call and we can check and see if there is anything higher available for your vehicle.

I thought I needed a jump but it was not the case. It turns out my battery needed to be replaced. I called CarShield and there was a tow service here within 30 minutes to assist. I was fortunate to be home when this happened.

Trying them out, have used another brand for years but their customer service so far is top notch. Both sales people were extremely helpful and not pushy, time will tell if and when I have a issue with my auto.

CarShield is very misleading, I have never heard of you cannot have a rental car if your car isn't being work on more than 4hrs, and only a 4-day rental. I haven't had a car in a week time because the car is in the shop waiting on the axle to come in, and when I called carshield, they told me I wasn't entitled to one because of the hour the shop said they would be working on the car. Also, carshield is not paying the whole price to have my axle fix, I have to pay the balance. Now they tell me they don't pay for airbag light being on, but it is an electric problem. I would never again recommend car shield to anyone else. Thank you.

I was unable to find a repair shop for my electric care that would take your insurance for repair. Your agent called area shops and saved me time. She even left me a detailed message. She even said you are too busy to do that, let me handle that for you. Your customer service has been outstanding.

I had to wait more than 2 weeks because don’t approve the part on time. The adjuster didn’t do a good job. My car was in the mechanic too long because you don’t approve the service quickly. Right now I don’t have the representative name but is suppose that you have it.

We do show there were some delays in ordering that part because the shop you had the vehicle at originally was not answering their phone or calling back when we tried to get with them to order parts. Then you had the vehicle moved to a different shop and we had to wait for them to call in since we did not yet have their contact information. When I initially called to join CarShield (I Called!), I didn't know before but I know now that the customer service representative did not give me all of the different plan details I needed to make a good informed decision as to which plan to select. It was more like he chose for me. In fact the representative I spoke with was kind of pushy and intimidating. He was short with me and aggressive in my opinion but I still acquired the service because I knew I needed to get the protection.
It was not until I remembered that I even had Car Shield, because I forgot, that I realized Car Shield had specific plans. Plans to cover emissions. This was disappointing because I didn't know about that plan. So, I would just have to say, when your representatives speak to a potential customer who initiated the call themselves, give the customer the choice to choose their own plan. I wish I had the full plan but CarShield did pay for my transmission repair and I am grateful for that. I just couldn't afford to pay for the additional repairs with my emissions. Ugh!

CarShield Extended Warranty for 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. They were very good at answering my questions and helping me get the right product. It did take about 3 different calls to get to the price I could afford to pay. Very happy with the coverage. Glad I had it, it saved my money on a new transmission. After 4 months in the shop and many phone calls, instead of replacing one part at a time they finally told the shop to just put in a new transmission and they did. Ran 6 weeks then had a part fail again. They fixed it & it ran perfectly after that. Not CarShield's fault. Was the Shop I think.

I have a Ford 2007 Mustang Gt convertible. It overheated on me three times and each time I would have it towed to the dealership. The first time I was told they replaced the reservoir. The second time it happened they said they checked it thoroughly and could not get it to overheat. The third time we videoed it with a phone and sent both the video and the car via tow truck. They had the car for about a month and had to rework the car’s harness which is obsolete. They also changed a very expensive fan and misc. other parts. The total cost for CarShield was $400.00 for the first repair and $800.00 for the final repair. The service advisor that worked with my car knew I had Car Shield and said she was going to look into it for her truck. The service advisors all work in the same area and I heard several of them say they were going to check Car Shield out. Anyway, I was sure glad that I have Car Shield in my corner!

I was suppose to receive an email of a copy of my contract, **, but so far, I've not been able to retrieve it from this email from Car Shield. I'm still waiting for a copy of my contract via email and a copy is being mailed to me, it is going to take a couple of weeks to get to me and I'm not comfortable with it taking that long.

Drive CV axle repaired on 10/17/2022. Was told it was not covered by repair shop. We were ready to cancel contract because nothing had been covered since we had the policy. We felt is was not something we needed to continue to pay if no value came from having contract. Dale explained it was covered and sometimes dealers do not want to deal with additional companies to pay cost, we were not being told the truth about coverage. He asked we submit the invoice from 10/17/2022. We appreciate the assistance.

Well to be honest while under coverage I had no need for repairs or service from Car Shield. I sold the car and dropped the coverage. I asked for a quote to cover the 2015 Mini Cooper and was not prepared to pay $40+ dollars per month more to go from one turbo car to another.

I am disputing the fact that I bought the contract from CarShield but it's American Car Shield that I have to deal with and they are refusing to cover all the cost for this repair and that I must pay $1,200.00 plus tax. To make matters worse, Toyota will not guarantee the parts that AAC wants to send them to put in my car, and for good reason! So if the AC fails 6 months from now and I'm facing more charges, what happens then? Fix this because my husband's life depends on it.
We're sorry to hear there may be confusion about your coverage. We do let you know when you sign up for the coverage that it is through American Auto Shield of Colorado. We are the marketer of the policies, but they administer the claims. Toyota doesn't need to be able to guarantee the part, AAS does that for the life of your contract. All Toyota needs to do is guarantee the work they do. If Toyota wasn't trying to overcharge for the part, we would not have to ship one in. When my vehicle needed repairs it was covered 100%. I did not have to pay out of pocket. Great coverage to have. I would recommend Carshield to my friends and relatives. I had to replace a mirror on my car for $634+ and was hopeful that it would be covered, but it was not! The lady who answered my call was kind, but not very helpful or empathetic in her reply and I asked her several times!
We're sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, mirrors are cosmetic items on your vehicle and are not eligible for coverage under any of our contracts. We cover internal, mechanical breakdowns to the vehicle, and since you have our highest level of coverage, 95% of your vehicle is covered. Only cosmetic items, maintenance, and normal wear and tear items are not covered under your policy. Hopefully, we can help you out on the next one!

Plain and simple, a big rip off. Never explained specifics yet quick enough to take payment. BBB will be notified. Everything I asked about coverage was not covered and I was never notified on my phone number but my wife was notified instead of me being notified. Not very professional on y’all’s part.

I recently took my Lexus into the dealer for service and the service rep told me that there was a problem with my CV axle and it would cost about $800 to fix. I informed him of my coverage and he called and filed the claim. I was amazed at how quickly everything was taken care of! I was in and out in a few hours!

Got denied as I was told it was a pre-existing condition, was not too happy after dealer told me it had been approved then felt like I got the carpet ripped out from under me. I had no idea that the computer had stored codes which cause the denial.

I have a Ford 2015 Explorer. I was unable to find a Ford dealership near me that works with Carshield. I therefore canceled my subscription. Spoke with Dani who was quite knowledgeable and friendly. I chose to remain canceled while awaiting my period of coverage to expire. Thanks for your help and kind consideration.

But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. Call to inquire why I was getting a lowered payment email when I got a great discount to pay in full. It was system generated letter because payment was not fully posted to zero out the account. The young lady offered to send me a paid in full letter of which I obliged. Great company and they paid my car repair because my manufacturer warranty had just ran out! Thanks.

I believe CarShield to be a company who plays the shell game. On television and on the phone they make it sound like everything is covered and you don't have to worry about any expensive repair bills. On television there were no disclaimers when I purchased. I carried it for a year and finally dropped them for valid reasons. They send the contract after you set up payment and most of the contract is a play on words. Here are my experiences and I wonder if I can be part of the class action suit. It's not enough money to file a separate lawsuit but they must be stopped.
1) I had an oil leak start with cold weather. It was determined by Meineke to be a cracked oil filter housing which is plastic and known to crack on Jeeps especially in cold weather. I had to fight and make countless calls to get it covered as did Meineke. CarShield said they would have to send the part themselves and wouldn't let Meineke purchase from their own vendor. Meineke said we can't warranty a part that we don't purchase. After many weeks they finally paid for the repair.
2) At the same time I had a window regulator on the passenger side acting up. When CarShield sent out an inspector they said it was working fine and they wouldn't pay for it. Meineke told them as well as myself that it was not working properly although it was intermittent. CarShield wanted me to go until it failed and the window stayed rolled down and wouldn't close even if it was in a rainstorm or let's say at a mall where I would have to leave the car parked with a window rolled down. I finally got them to agree to let me videotape when it wasn't working properly so they could see how it hesitated and wouldn't roll up. Once I did that they said that wasn't good enough but after countless calls from Meineke and myself stating it was easy to see it was not working correctly they finally paid for the repair.
3) I had an ABS warning come on. A mechanic determined that it was a driving wheel clock spring. CarShield stated it wasn't specifically listed as a part that could be covered and they wouldn't cover it. It was over $700 for the repair and my airbags weren't working when that shorted out.
4) On my automatic transmission the "slap stick" mode quit working most of the time and would stick in one gear. The mechanic determined that I needed a shifter assembly which had a module with switches in it that engaged when shifting. CarShield stated they don't pay for a shifter assembly, only a internal transmission failure and they would also only cover modules and solenoids. Because it was a module with switches instead of solenoids they said it wasn't specifically covered.
They again make you think that you don't have to worry ever again about breakdowns and costly repairs. Now they state that they cover 6000 parts instead of all breakdowns as they used to lead you to believe. They use legal jargon to get out of paying for almost all repairs in my estimations. I had never used an extended warranty company. It makes it worse that CarShield is just a marketing arm saying whatever they need to and they have a third part administrator handle the claims and I would venture to say that 90% or more claims are turned down because of them specifically not listing parts and therefore it isn't covered. I am better off now saving the monthly payment and using it to pay for repairs rather than hassle with every single claim that is filed. It is a very shady operation and it is no wonder that a class action suit has been filed because of their practices.
Sorry to hear there may have been confusion about your coverage. We can only cover the parts listed on your policy. There also has to be a verified failure seen by the claims administrator in order for them to confirm and pay for any repairs. We guarantee our parts for the life of your contract, so the shop doesn't have to warranty the part, only the work they perform. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to give us a call.

My car repair experience using CarShield car repair insurance with a five star review outstanding service, Totally hassle free with great customer service. They let the car repair service (Virginia Auto Service) to handle the claim Through CarShield. Out of $3000 car repair bill I only paid 800 that includes the deductible! Thank you Car Shield. I’ll recommend you to anybody who wants repair insurance on the vehicle. I am not disappointed in any way, shape or form. Well worth the $139 a month I pay to Car Shield for Car Repair Insurance!

I had an electrical issue with my driver's window and I paid over $3,000 for my contract. It was the only thing I ever claimed in the five years I had it. I got charged $800. They said it wasn't under my coverage which I had all electrical on my contract.

-Nothing was resolved in favor of the consumer.
-CarShield did not offer service repairs owed to consumer on our vehicle.
-And CarShield kept all the money, on three policies for three months. (nearly $1000)
CarShield did not do that either and kept our money and did not pay for service on our vehicle cost us another $993. In order to get use of our vehicle and get it back.
This is further unsettling and very wrong.
Updated on 10/06/2022: Do not deal with CarShield. Continuance of prior review and update: As, of today, we have pursued complaints with FTC, BBB, and testified on carshield website and etc. In light of doing all that, "Carshield has blocked us from making honest testimony on their site and/or Facebook (in their ads). So, that consumers do not see anything negative and all that is truthful about carshield's fraud. "All that may prevent sales, prevent ongoing consumer abuses".! Because carshield does/will relentless ignore consumer claims, insistently continue with its false advertise, will wrongfully add harassment to consumer daily life!
Carshield has called here four times by noon, "To offer more abuse (does consistently on phone calls) and does completely ignores written responses--to the customer? Ask yourselves, why? "Carshield will not/did not/does not honor anything carshield states and carshield is actually further misleading and entrapping the consumer. As it holds our vehicle hostage (4wks to date without use) by failing to pay on claim. While, after being served written notice due to carshield's full neglect to services, carshield does.... Continues to take consumer money for their fraudulent premiums!"
Furthermore, carshield will refuse to refund premiums (all carshield has wrongfully taken "Due to carshield's neglect ---to providing services owed and repairs") wrongfully taken from your accounts, no matter what you provide to them in writing. Avoid phone conversations that will not provide positive outcome but more wrongful harassment and total ignorance.
Original: We pursued CarShield based on its (now know false ads and false positive review on the website) celebrity endorsements and and website reviews and because we are/were in desperate need of repairs to our vehicles and could not afford to pay --full out of pocket. All, that CarShield says it does offer, in all its ads, and what it says to assured customers.. At providing quoting price for premiums. So, based on all affirmation and disclosures provided we decided to purchase 3 policies and pay on three premiums on monthly bases to assure that our vehicles would be fixed, when needed.
A month in a half later we did unfortunately need repair to one of our vehicles and filed a claim with Carshield. Carshield immediate caused complication, made demands for review, contradiction to all its advertised and says through celebrities' endorsements. After, meeting all their undisclosed demands, written documentation they demands from us, having the mechanic send them written invoice of repairs and prices to make repairs and having been made to paying an added $37.00 to the originally quoted premiums on that vehicle...?
Carshield denied our claim and refused to pay for full repairs to our vehicle as advertised and did not allow us "To only be responsible for co-pay of $100?" after a month of trying to get carshield to honor its ads, the vehicle remains being held hostage, at the mechanic's garage. Because, now after paying Carshield $982.00 on premiums (that it took regardless of denial), we can not afford to pay in full, to get car back, Carshield has and refused to return..Three months' worth of premiums "They have taken"? This is not legal procedure, is total fraud, Carshield ads by celebrities are totally misleading, Carshield is falsely advertising, and the consumer is being totally exploited by Carshield. Carshield is take from those less fortunate and in desperate need of their vehicles.
We're sorry to hear this, however, this was not the case. We have reviewed your claim and it looks like the reason the claims process took so long was that the mileage you reported for the vehicle at the time of sale of the contract was incorrect, so claims asked for service records so that they could determine what the starting mileage was supposed to be first. Once those were sent in and the mileage was updated correctly, the claim was authorized and approved for the components that were eligible for coverage under the contract. I never had an issue with CarShield at all. I'd DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone whose warranty has expired. They take care of everything. Battery will not stay charged or electrical related issues, the battery has been deep charged twice. Blower for air conditioning and heater. There is leaves that has collected and the dashboard needs to be removed to clear them out. The blower isn’t blowing with force to properly keep the vehicle cool or warm enough.

It all worked out but with reviews and approvals it delayed getting my repair started and completed causing issues for me and no vehicle to drive and not qualifying for a rental. My wife is a nurse and subject to being called in 24/7. And I had doctors appointments I had to cancel.

Read the notes in my file. Your rep told me that I owed $117 more than the $100 deductible because my repair shop charged for more hours than allowed. I had to pay $220 plus the $100 deductible. Your customer service rep would only say that she was sorry. She did not try to solve the issue.

Bulter's did a great job with repairing my a/c, but they had to take a hit from the price. I had to pay $257.00 instead of $100. What was the problem? I kept taking my car back and forth because of your requirements. I had no idea this would be so complicated. But it is fixed!

When signing up, I wasn't clear on the role Mepco played with the contract. I have not received any correspondences like received on account notices from them. I wasn't even sure my contract went through until I called. it would be nice to receive a monthly statement.to verify my monthly payments or sixth month payment as I now pay. While I am grateful that CarShield is paying for most of the replacement cost, I fail to understand why they won't cover the cost of two gaskets that have to be replaced as well. The gaskets have to be removed to reach the pump and once removed, have to be replaced. Left me with over $400 to pay out of my pocket.

Car Shield Customer Service agents are polite and very knowledgeable, that's the only good thing about Car Shield. I owned a Jeep Cherokee, and had car CarShield for 4 months when my Jeep broke down with a service transmission and check engine light at my local Chrysler dealership. When I bought my policy I was informed that I can take my Jeep to any official FCA Dealership to have my vehicle repaired. It turned out after speaking with every Chrysler Dealership in north Metro Detroit, they all informed me that they no longer accept CarShield.
I called Customer Service they located another shop 5 miles away, but after talking to the shop manager myself, he informed me that he does not do transmission work. I called Customer Service again. They found a transmission shop that was 18 miles away that located in below I-696 and on Gratiot Ave. I am familiar with that area my family used live in that area over 30 years ago, and it's a very impoverished and unsafe part of Metro Detroit even 30 years later. I had to wait over 4 hours to get a tow truck move my car to the transmission shop. I later on learned from a friend that lived in the area and local reviews, that the transmission shop was notorious for jerry rigging vehicles and charging customer's for unneeded repairs. They took over a week to look at my vehicle, they said that nothing was wrong with the transmission but they found a EVAP code for a O2 sensor.
They informed me that they were solely a Transmission shop which was not the truth, this same shop worked on my friend's car that had needed engine and suspension work. I paid the 75 dollar inspection fee which is not covered by CarShield and the shop informed that my Jeep was drivable. At this point I gave up having my car fixed through CarShield, and I contacted a local mechanic that I trusted to inspect and fix my Jeep.
I contacted CarShield Roadside Assistance for another tow truck to move my Jeep since I did not want to risk another break down and don't trust the advise of the Transmission shop. Called 11:15 am, I was promised by the Tow Truck Company's dispatch a 1 hour wait, but I was left stranded for almost 8 hours in an unsafe area. I called the tow truck company 8 times with no answer. After 6 hours I called Roadside Assistance to dispatch a different truck. They ended rebooking with same Tow company that left me stranded all this time. At this point contact my family to help me move my Jeep another shop. About 2 hours later my brother, mother, and I limped my Jeep to next shop over 14 miles away. I got my Jeep fixed by my Mechanic which I paid out of pocket.
From my experience, I can tell you that Car Shield Roadside assistance is unreliable and you are better off using AAA Roadside assistance. Car Shield's Technician network is very limited, especially if you own a Stellantis/Chrysler product in Metro Detroit. There no more Chrysler dealerships with ASE Mechanics in Metro Detroit that will accept CarShield. The very few shops that they have available for covered transmission work in Metro Detroit are either over 3 weeks behind on services or known for poor workmanship. CarShield is not worth the cost, you are honestly better off finding another warranty Company or paying for the repair yourself at a trusted mechanic.
We're so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, our claims administrator's Roadside Assistance department is only responsible for locating companies in your area that are able to provide towing services, provide them with your information and send them your way, but if there was an issue with the tow company getting to you, it is their specific tow company that did not provide you with good service, and we are very sorry to hear about that. As far as dealerships not wanting to work with us, unfortunately, it's not usually the reasons you think. Some shops refuse to take any outside coverage because they want to be in charge of their own prices. There is a nationally recognized labor guide that tells repair facilities what to charge for what services and things like that. But it's up to each individual shop whether or not they want to follow it. With coverage like ours, we keep shops from overcharging our customers and shops don't always like that. We’re happy to stand on our record of servicing over 2 million customers and our 17 years in business. Not to mention our claims department pays out over $5 million in claims every month. My service with CarShield is good. Have two car with car shield and I drop one off. In future will add another car. Everyone I talk with talk highly about car shield. I have not heard anything negative about car shield. Thanks so much for your service car shield.

Many companies have called me to offer this service, and I never accepted them, but when I had the opportunity to speak with one of the representatives at CarShield, and observe their professionalism and the way they explained the program to me, I loved it. I have not used this service yet, but I hope that if this happens, they will be just as professional. Excellent service.

Check engine light came on and my Vamos unit is going up. Now I have to get a “tear down” to the problematic components. It’s scary they say if they deny it then I will have to pay $1200 for it but I haven’t breached my contract in any way so I don’t see any possible way that could happen so I’m scheduling it today!

I purchased CarShield after a pricey repair ($1600.00+). When it was time for more repairs, I called CarShield and asked what to do prior to bringing my car in. I was instructed to bring the car in to the repair shop and give the person checking me in numbers to reach CarShield and start a claim. I was told by the CarShield representative that would be all I needed to do. This was in the beginning of August (8/8/22). After leaving my car in the repair shop for a few days, I received a call from the shop with estimates on when parts would arrive, and work would be done (late September). I was also told they couldn't get in touch with anyone at CarShield to start a claim and find out what was needed which prompted me to call CarShield for help.
I was told by CarShield the repair shop needed to send documentation. This is something that should have been communicated between CarShield. I relayed the information to the repair shop who informed me CarShield was not very responsive. Five weeks later, the repair shop called me to say my car was ready however they've not had any communication with CarShield. Again, I called CarShield to see what was holding up the process and was told the repair shop should reach out to the adjustor with a final invoice and after 2 hours, payment would be send. As this was the end of the day, the repair shop and I agreed to speak in the morning. Again, I relayed the information, and the invoice was sent.
The next day I checked in with the repair shop to see if payment had been received so I could pick up my car and found no payment had been received. Both the repair shop and I called CarShield. I spoke to representatives who said they'd check on it. After getting off the phone with CarShield, I received a phone call from the dealership stating, "I'm so sorry to tell you this but CarShield is saying they aren't paying the claim because the work was not approved. When I asked them why they didn't tell us what they needed, the person on the phone replied, 'It's in her contract'". NO ONE at CarShield mentioned this to the repair shop nor did they tell me when I called (as I shouldn't have had to).
I immediately called CarShield and received someone who spoke to an adjustor and confirmed the claim was denied because work was done prior to approval. I asked how this could be possible as both the repair shop and I were in communication with CarShield through the entire experience. The reply I received was, "Sorry, it's in your contract". That day I ended my contract with such a SCANDALOUS company. Needless to say, in order to get my car, I had to pay $1900.00
We do apologize to hear about your situation, however, this is not completely accurate. We show that there were only three communications between you and the claims department before the repairs were performed without authorization. One was the shop calling in to start the claim, where they were asked for a diagnostic and estimate to be sent in. Documents were sent in and uploaded to the file. You called in asking for an update and were advised that the documents were under review. Once they were reviewed, claims spoke one more time with the shop letting them know that the documents they sent in were service records, not a diagnostic and estimate that was originally requested. So, it was requested again. The next time we heard from anyone was halfway through September and the repairs had already been performed on the vehicle. We do apologize, however, it appears that this denial was based on a lack of communication from the shop and them not sending in the proper documentation that was requested the very first time they called in. Identity theft. Thank you for waiting on the investigation & new bank card to make the monthly payment. It is terrible to go through this, but many evil people in this world. Times are tough & some will commit crimes to survive.

Great service. We were only in the warranty for a short time so we never know really. Got to use it because we bought a new car and it came with a 7 year warranty with another company. We would recommend this company to anyone because we believe that it is a good one.

Stacy was my contact for Car Shield. She provided the best cost-effective program for me since I am elderly and do not drive much. I would definitely recommend Car Shield for anyone needing a car maintenance program especially if their car is older and out of warranty.

I love Carshield, they took care of all my needs and I thought I was paying a bit too much monthly but when I needed them it all came together. Within 3 to 4 Business days my claim was done and I was ready to take things to next step with the mechanic shop! Ty CarShield.

Several needed repairs were denied by your adjuster that was confirmed would be covered by your "Slick Sales Team". To say the least, I am very disappointed and upset beyond belief. What has happened to the real "CUSTOMER SERVICE" industry. You tell people what they want to hear, sell them on your service, then screw them when it comes time for a repair. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!

The purchase was easy and well explained. The only thing I don't understand is that I got a lower price from the first agent that I spoke to 2 weeks before I made this contract with your company. Other than that, so far so good. I hope that my car gets a good service if it ever requires.

Paid their price for 6 + months on 2012 truck...Repairs were 2 thousand and Car Shield paid only 200, truck has low mileage, well cared for. I did not think it was fair, I had given them 6 or 8 hundred bucks in monthly payments, and all they would pay was 200. I do not believe they will get any more of my money.

I got this to cover a used truck I was going to buy. Lo and behold when I got to the dealer there was no truck. After wasting 4 hours driving I arrived back home and called CarShield and they cheerfully cancelled my policy. I will be calling them again!
