Our car was getting a little bit older and expensive to repair. CARCHEX seems to have a good plan and they're well-known so we bought a warranty from them and upgraded the policy. I would recommend it.

I live in the country and drive close to 60,000 miles per year so my car can easily have mechanical failure. Hence, I needed coverage for it since the car is one of the most important things I need to have to do my job. I checked online and the reviews I read about CARCHEX were mostly very satisfied so I thought it was the best choice for me.

When I gave the CARCHEX representative's number a call, he was amazingly helpful and made it very easy for me to get a plan from them. We had a very good communication, he explained everything. He also did give me the opportunity to have other parties who may be looking into an extended warranty give them a call and they'll have a bonus for me. That was great because I have a lot of people who I can refer to.

Their protection specialist was good and very thorough. He explained the plan, answered my questions and I thought the protection plan that they offered me was good, so I decided to go with them. I've got the 24,000 miles-warranty, and hopefully nothing happens between then and after the 24,000 miles. I'd recommend CARCHEX.

It is wonderful to have a protection plan for your vehicle. I purchased a coverage policy from CARCHEX since I know for a fact that they are very reasonable and customer satisfaction is good. I’ve had an extended coverage policy on my other car since it was new. After its manufacturing warranty, I've gotten about 4 different extended coverage policies on it. I had a bad experience with CARCHEX because of the fact that we got the VIN number wrong. All the information that they sent me was for a 2010 Buick and I got a 2005. But we got it taken care of though I haven’t received the new information yet. Not helpful since my truck is on recall to be purchased back by Dodge Corp. and on warranty up to 100000 mi. if I continue to use Mopar products. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my deposit returned.

However, once I read the paper over I realized I’m being charged way more than what I should be. The prices are a lot higher than everybody else, and they said they’re going to give you $15,000 in coverage but you’re paying $4,000, so it’s not worth it for me. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.
