The gentleman from Carchex was very helpful and informative with his work. He called and worked with me in every way because I didn't know anything about it. He was patient with me and an excellent salesperson. I use to have coverage on my vehicle, but for some apparent reason, they stopped, so I had to find another company because a protection plan is valuable for me. I have Carchex now but so far I haven't had a chance to use it yet.

I had a policy with Carchex since March and I just renewed. It was a good interaction with the protection specialist. Overall, I'm satisfied with them.

The extended coverage costs so much but the representative from CARCHEX who I talked to was nice and he made sure everything is right. He explained everything to me, assisted me thoroughly and answered all my questions.

The technician said, “Ma’am, I’m going to look at it again. It’s your rack and pinion side”. It came out of my pocket again. Then something else went wrong after they fixed it, and it had to come out of my pocket four times. I was highly pissed off that my warranty didn’t cover it. I bought a vehicle from a used car dealership and the gentleman sold me a warranty. He sold me a warranty off the lot. He took the first two payments. But when I went to go put the claim in for the estimate of $2700, the warranty company claimed they never heard of us. So nobody ever processed the warranty. He said that I can call him anytime -- that if I needed it fixed out on the desert, he’ll bring it out to me, lol.
