The Life Alert staff person stayed on the line and didn’t hang up until she talked with the EMT’s. I had fallen and thankfully there were no broken bones on the CT scan.

I fell in the bathroom and was unable to get myself up. Life Alert was fast to respond. They kept me calm till EMS came. I am glad I have Life Alert!

I was very sick - I blacked out. My sugar was very low because I am a diabetic. My daughter pushed the Life Alert button. The EMTs came very quickly.
