My son got this for me, I wear it all the time, and feel safer. I know if I fall or have a problem, I only need push the button and someone will come to help me. It has given me peace of mind, and also my family. They live in another state and it helps them to know I will be able to get help quickly.

I was referred by a relative (received one month free) and purchased the bracelet for my Mom who lives out of town. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, courteous, and fully knowledgeable of the product and services. Upon receipt, I faxed forms and another family member set up & tested receiver with ease. This product is perfect for our situation (many falls but always conscious) and is priced very reasonable. Mom put the bracelet on and has never taken it off - no complaints. If another fall occurs, she probably will not be in range of the receiver. However, when she presses button, she will be called followed by a long list of family & neighbors until someone is reached. Great solution at low price!

I recently suffered a heart attack, and I had difficulty getting to the phone. That's what prompted me to get a medical alert system. I checked out quite a few and Bay Medical Alarm was rated very high in customer satisfaction. I called and was helped by a very pleasant young woman who explained the medical alert system in great detail. I was very impressed. I ordered it, installed it, and I hope I never have to use it. If by chance I do, I really do have peace of mind knowing that they will make all the appropriate phone calls. I am very happy with the service and I would highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical!

I did my first monthly "check" this morning and was very pleased with the response. The young lady who answered spoke loud and clear, so that if I had fallen away from my instrument I would have heard her easily. I also checked the response with my "necklace" and had the same good response. By the way, I have already recommended you to a friend.

I recently purchased a Bay Alarm Medical Alert for my Father, Thomas. After searching the internet and comparing reviews, I determined that Bay Alarm Medical had an excellent rating and competitive price. I submitted my order over the internet with no problems at all. The site was easy to use and the instructions were simple. Unfortunately, I used a payment card that I had not yet registered. Very shortly, I was contacted by Peggy in customer service, who straightened everything out.
My Father's device was shipped promptly. I waited a day before opening the box because I dreaded having to pour over badly written instructions. This was not the case. Instructions were simple. All I did to install the alarm was plug the base station into a phone jack and place the personal call button around my Father's neck. Testing the base station is as simple as pressing the HELP button and telling the representative who answers that you are performing a test. The representative I spoke with was courteous, knew who was calling, verified our account information, and reminded us to walk to each corner of the apartment to make sure that the personal call button could contact the base station from anywhere in the residence.
It is comforting to know that Bay Alarm Medical has all our necessary contact information. We filled out The Vial of Life form they sent and we keep it on the refrigerator. Now, we have one place where insurance, medical and prescription information is kept. I hope we never have to use the alarm. But I feel confident that Bay Alarm Medical will respond speedily in the event that we do.

We are very satisfied and now have peace of mind that our 90-year-old aunt can get help if she needs it. We live 3 hours away and worry because she lives alone and still loves to garden. We discovered she had fallen a few times so we found your service online. We decided on your service after reviewing the ratings! We found all of the staff helpful and patient when she accidentally pressed the alarm a couple of times.

I did a lot of shopping before choosing Bay Alarm. The overall value of their service I found to be outstanding. There is no set-up fee. It is as easy as plugging in your answering machine. Any questions were answered in full with courtesy and knowledge of their product. I work in the yard a lot and chose the one time fee for the upgrade to 1000 feet over 350 feet for a one time minimal charge. I like the process of testing weekly as this gives me the security of knowing all is working well.

Easy to set up system if you don't make any changes. But I decided to change from an alert button around my neck to one on my wrist and the wristband did not come with instructions on how to activate the new device, which then required calling customer service multiple times (at least 6) before we were able to fix all the problems that arose along the way. Everyone you get on the phone is polite and patient, thank goodness, because it took over an hour to get the new device and base up and running properly.

I traded neck alarm for ankle bracket and problems with false alarms has stopped. I have not worn product very long since buying it so can only say for a short time it is very responsive. Thank heaven I have felt secure since having it.

After reviewing many different medical alarm systems online, we decided to go with Bay Alarm as they seemed to offer the most for the money. It was shipped quickly, was super easy to set up and works great. My mother is very happy with it and can even wear it in the shower. When you test the system monthly, as they recommend, the person who answers the phone is very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with this system!

I have lived alone for the past ten years and have very few friends that contact me on a regular basis. When I told my grown children that I had subscribed to Bay Medical Alert, they all expressed a sigh of relief that I was being watched over. Going with Bay Alarm Medical was the best decision I could have made for my 91-year-old mother. It's like a built-in protection service. Knowing my mother can use this function of pressing a button when needed and a response team available 24/7 gives me so much comfort. I didn't realize that a call would be made to me just because the power was weak on the phone line. Needless to say, a replacement phone was taken care of the same day. When I asked would the button still work ~ I was assured back up was available to the line should it go down. What a relief! Thank you for being there! It's like having a guardian angel!

When I received equipment, it was easy to set up just as I was told. When I do a test the person/persons on the other end are always polite and professional. Although I am surprised at the slight delay in response. But so far, overall I am pleased and feel secure.

I hit the button by accident and didn't know it. Suddenly I hear this voice calling "Emergency, Emergency!" I realized it was my machine. A very nice voice aside if I need help and said no. I pressed on the button by mistake. I found out how fast they answered and was very pleased, especially since I didn't need an emergency call.

My mother suffered a mini-stroke where she lives in California and I live in Oregon. Bay Alarm Medical was recommended to me and having them take care of everything from their office was a blessing! The equipment came the next day while I was visiting her to make sure the lock box worked. Setting up the account was convenient and easy! I received the Bay Alarm Medical package very quick and installed it, made a test call and left my parents house at 3:30pm. I received a call from my father informing me that my mother had a heart attack and they used the panic button to contact BAM at 7pm the same day! The ambulance came and took mother to hospital where she had emergency surgery to open a clogged artery. She survived, thanks to the BAM system and response time. Thank you, BAM.

Bracelet a little cumbersome and the band scratches; but otherwise, it's working and fortunately has not been needed. Took a few days longer than I preferred to arrive. Testing was easy and staff when answering the "fake" call to test was friendly and professional.

I have bought this alarm for my host mother. She complains that it beeps every 45 mins. Sometimes it would scare her when she is watching TV as the console is sat next to her recliner in the living room. I have called Bay Alarm to confirm the beeping sound is necessary for it to function, but the representative wasn't sure.

We feel so much more secure with the medical alert system. My husband accidentally set off the alarm a couple of times but we were able to turn off the alarm before getting a call except for one time. He has the wrist option and when it rotates on his arm, the button gets pressed. It's taking some getting used to.

The Customer Service representatives are polite and very personable. Even when I made the first call to check the units functioning (on behalf of my parents), the representative was very friendly, polite, personable and concerned. It really put my parents at ease to hear her voice on the speaker. My parents are very set in their ways and were not very excited about beginning this service. The communication with your representatives has made the experience a very pleasant one and my parents are now very happy to have the alarm system in the case of an emergency. My wife ordered this for me because she is going on a trip and I fall occasionally and can't get up. My wife has to set it up because I don't have any feelings in my fingers. The setup was not difficult for her and we texted it several times so we were sure that she did it correctly. I wear the Bay Medical Alarm necklace every day. The system was easy to setup and it works perfectly. I bought the longer range system because I am often more than 400 feet from the home unit. Once when lifting some heavy feed sacks, I unknowingly pushed an animal call into the Bay Medical call button, and shortly there was a medical response person in my drive! Good service if there would have been a real problem.

I am very pleased so far with my new device. It is very clear and the response time is excellent. Luckily, I haven't had to use it other than a test run, but I know it will be great. Signed up and submitted payment via credit card for 1 year's service in October. Equipment came without any instructions. Called technical support. They mailed out instructions. I emailed you and asked when my monthly charge would start, no reply. I am not able to connect the service and am waiting on my family to hook it up for me IF I decide to keep it. Will decide this weekend. So far, your service is lousy.

I LOVE my alert necklace. First of all, it is very light weight and the silk cord is hardly noticeable. I wear it all the time even when not at home. One day, while changing, the cord came off my neck along with my sweatshirt and fell on the floor. Immediately a response person was calling my name from the box on the counter, asking if I needed help. What a relief to know I am being well taken care of.

We purchased this service after my mom broke her hip. She lives alone and we just wanted her to have some peace of mind. And you expect these kind of services to work as described. However, you don't really know for sure until you actually use it. A week ago, my mother had a problem with her blood sugar and almost passed out. She pressed the Bay Alarm button and received a quick and friendly response and the EMT were there shortly. Everything worked as planned. They had to use the lock box and were able to get to her medical info. It made me feel much better since I am an hour and a half away and I know she felt much better too. I would recommend this service to anyone needing some peace of mind for themselves or loved ones.

I called Bay Alarm Medical on Oct 20th and notified them of my mother's death on Oct 18th and to discontinue monitoring and for an address to return the equipment. I was told send insured & tracking, cost of $16.54, and to call back once unit was received to discuss refund. I had automatic draft of $74.85 post on Oct 15th, a 3 month billing period. I called them on 10/29 when delivery occurred and was told I would be charged a one month fee. OK, on top of that, they used the monthly plan of $28.95 rather than 1/3 of $74.85.

Bought Medical Alert Alarm System for ailing mother based on high consumer ratings. The help button did not work and it left my 84-year old mother lying on the floor for several hours. When contacted the company, Simon ran a test and found the "HELP" button did not work. I was charged for a month's worth of service that did not work when needed. When I questioned Simon, he alluded that my 84-year old mother must have done something to it and did not accredit the month of no service. At the end of my three-month contract, I am definitely going to go with a different company that has more compassion.

Purchased alert system for a full year to get the best price. First months worked very well. Then operation ceased, the main unit gave up. Called service and was politely told the unit would be replaced for price of $150.00 plus shipping. "Fine," I said, "refund the unused portion of my payment." Can't do that, against company policy.

We had major issues with this company.
After a power failure, the system developed some sort of defect which resulted in repeated emergency calls. When I was contacted during the day, I informed them that my father was in fact in the hospital and could not have sent the alarm. I asked for the alarm to be disregarded for the foreseeable future. They agreed... until 11pm at night. At that point they refused to disregard the repeated alarms and insisted that I travel an hour to my father's home to disconnect the machine.
As the contract stated, I discontinued the service by faxing a letter of cancellation before the renewal date. I then shipped the defective unit back within the ten day window, as allowed in the contract. I was billed despite following the rules. They claimed that cancellation was only achieved by receipt of the unit, not by the fax as was stated within the contract. I have contested the billing with my credit card company.

Bay Alarm Medical offers free equipment use for all our customers without requiring a monetary deposit and only request the system be returned in re-usable condition once service is no longer needed. Our equipment, including the emergency pendants, is protected under a warranty. We will replace defective systems due to normal wear and tear or manufacturer defect.
Our systems come equipped with 32-hour backup batteries in case of power outages. However, they can be damaged due to power surges when the power comes back on. In order to avoid any unwanted power surges to your system, we recommend unplugging your system during a storm and only plugging it back in after the power has been restored.
When customers sign up for service with us, they are enrolled in automatic recurring billing that occurs on the renewal date of service. We cannot cancel out accounts or stop billing until we have received the equipment back from the user. This is stated in your signed Services Agreement under Section 6: Cancellations.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the unit back from you until five days after your Annual renewal date. It is not customary for Bay Alarm Medical to issue any refunds outside of our initial 14-day trial period, as stated in the Services Agreement. However, we negotiated a partial refund for you as a courtesy due to the special circumstances of your case.

First of all, the people that answer the phones there are not helpful at all. They are rude and pretentious. They will say one thing and then one minute later they refused that they said it. Supervisors are either nowhere to be found or are the just people in the next cubicle that will tell you nothing of value. They automatically charged our account for an entire year and we canceled the service. Said we had to pay the $$ to ship it back to them and when they did get the equipment back, they did not give us back the full amount. Did not follow the directions we gave them about who they should contact when the alarm was activated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I highly recommend Bay Alarm. Their customer service reps have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I ordered a Bay Alarm Medical system and was assured that it would be delivered in 5 days. Even checked on overnight and 3-day cost. Would have paid for this if there was a question about delivery time. System should have been received on a Friday. Mother fell on Saturday and went to hospital. We have been running shifts at her home since. Still no Bay Alarm unit. Friday came and went, called to check, UPS changed the address and could not deliver (so they say). But said the system would be there for sure Monday (okay because we are still running shifts). No system on Monday. Called Tuesday. Now the story is the package is lost. Remember I am having to CALL THEM to find anything out otherwise I would not know any of this.
So the resolve from Bay Alarm was to send another system. Would take another 5 to 7 days now. I ask them to overnight it and pay for it. They refused, I ask them to have UPS overnight and let them pay for it. She said they would not. I then told them I would pay for the overnight if they would knock off 3 months billing (cost to overnight $93.00+). They refused. Ask to speak with manager, same story, refused. Ask to speak with her manager. She said they were not in. I ask why, they were gone. I ask where, she did not know. So assumption is I can't get past her. Surprise, surprise. So for me I have not even started with this company and already things are bad. Be careful!!!!!!!!! My elderly mother will be alone for 2 days until the next shift can get there. Thanks, Bay Alarm!

I got a Bay Alarm Medical bracelet for my 82-year-old mother who lives alone and I am really glad I did because she fell recently and without it she would have had no way to get help and no one would have come by for days. The delivery was accurate and the customer service provided was above board. Both professional and helpful and the wait time was very short. The system was easy to install and completing the paperwork requirement was less than 10 minutes. So far I have only just installed (with help) and tested my medical alert system. (Installation was rather awkward as I don't have an electrical outlet nearby, so we used an extension cord. And had to figure out how to plug it in in relation to the DSL filter.) Ordering was easy, delivery was more than quick. Hopefully I won't need to actually use it, but it's nice to have available.

My Mom has bouts of dementia and other Alzheimer related issues. At the beginning of this year we had to remove all phones that she had access to (due to being unable to understand how to use the phone and trying to call friends at all hours of the night (dead or alive)) and the push button around her neck was her lifeline. No matter where she is in the house, now she remembers, if she falls or needs help of any kind, press the locket around her neck or the unit on the side of her chair. We put notes around the house also as a reminder if she has a problem. My Dad usually stays with her full time except when he's doing his yard work and then I'll pop in once or twice a day just to check on them since they're in their late 70's. Due to the heat wave, I inadvertently had too many appliances, including the BAY ALARM system, on one circuit. I knew immediately the fuse blew. I heard an alarm coming from my BAY system, but surprisingly it remained on. After replacing a new fuse, & remembering not to use the AC, TV, Computer & the microwave all at the same time, I was gratefully confident on BAY's reliability.

I bought this system for my parents, and they really love it. The only complaint they had was the speaker was pretty loud (and I'm thinking this is a good thing) and a bit distorted, which I do agree with. The voices were somewhat hard to understand because of the distortion, but we did manage to get through the first system check without a problem. They have already been showing off their "buttons" to the other folks in their building.

I've been a Bay Alarm customer with the personal emergency alert button for several months now. I've had 9 hospital stays in less than 8 months, almost all under emergency circumstances, which is why my family convinced me to purchase the service. Buyer, beware! I purchased an annual contract for my mother and ordered an additional bracelet / necklace for a total of $328.35. I had 2 weeks of service and the unit died without any warning or signal. It was noticed that the light was no longer laminated. They told me that there would be $150 equipment repair fee. When I did not agree to pay the additional funds, they requested the equipment be returned. I am anticipating the same results as Evelyn of Smithfield, RI once they receive the equipment. The resolution will be thanks for your money. You can find a much better service for the cost of $656.70 per month ($328.35 for 2 weeks of service). I will keep everyone posted.
Bay Alarm Medical does not charge a set-up fee, an equipment rental fee, nor do we require an equipment deposit. We offer FREE equipment use for all of our customers. We only ask that the equipment be returned to us in re-usable condition once monitoring service is no longer needed.
Ken contacted us to advise that the unit currently in his possession was in working condition when he received it. Several weeks later, due to undetermined reasons, the unit stopped functioning. We attempted to troubleshoot with him and discovered the unit may have been completely damaged due to a power surge in the home. He could not confirm this, though he did advise us that there is inclement weather in his area frequently, which can cause power surges. We advised him that there is an equipment fee if the unit is damaged, however, we would need the unit returned to our facility for a thorough inspection before we could determine whether the fee is applicable. We offered some options for Ken:
1. We could send him out a replacement unit, should he decide to continue service.2. We could reduce his annual service agreement to the monthly service agreement to allow a refund, should he decide to cancel. This would be done as a courtesy to him because, though there is no fee to cancel, prepaid monitoring service is non-refundable after the initial trial period.
Ken was not ready to make a decision on how to proceed so we kindly asked him to return the equipment for an evaluation. Upon proper inspection of the equipment, we will be able to let Ken know immediately whether it is repairable and in re-usable condition or if it is damaged and inoperable, at which an equipment fee will incur. Either way, we are very willing to work with Kim to come to a resolution.

Our experience with Bay Alarm to date has been very positive. Thankfully, we have only had to press the alarm button once when my husband fell and I couldn't help him up. I pressed the button, they addressed us by name and assured us that help was on the way. The paramedics arrived promptly and took my husband to the hospital. It is reassuring to know that while I'm away from him, the alarm is conveniently placed around his neck. I also like the secure key lock box on the front door.

Had to use it twice and I had excellent results. The first time it took five minutes to get response, then three minutes to get ambulance rolling. The second time it was cut in half. Thank you.

The system seems great when it is needed. My mother needed assistance and EMS was at her apartment within 20 minutes to help her. 2 weeks ago she pressed her button by accident. Someone from Bay Alarm was on the box asking if she needed assistance. My Mother said there was so much background noise and people yelling at Bay Alarm that the operator could not hear her. She repeatedly shouted into the box that it was a false alarm and got no response from the operator. EMS was called, relatives were notified and all for nothing.

Baylor has done an awesome job of keeping us posted anytime my mother-in-law's alarm goes off. I will/would and do recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

My father, Warren ** of Sun City, AZ, is a customer. He has only had the service since March, but thus far, he says he is very pleased. I particularly like the outside key container so techs won't have to break in if there's an emergency. I also noted their excellent customer ratings when we were shopping for a new service. He is good about checking in and likes the equipment.

After many hours of research on the internet, we chose Bay Alarm Medical over all the rest. They had the features we needed for my 83-year-old mother and an affordable payment plan. After a few installation hiccups (totally on our side), we performed a test and the rep we talked to was professional and courteous. She also verified the contact information we had provided. She graciously complied when I asked her if I could move around the house to make sure she could be heard by my mother if she was in need. If you are looking for a system for your loved one, I would highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical.

We recently set up your service in our home. I was really hesitant to initiate the service because I thought it might just add to the chaos we were experiencing in our household. I have to say the setup was extremely easy and thankfully we have not had to use your service in a true emergency but have always gotten a quick professional response when testing and the one time our dog jumped up on Michael's chest when he was sleeping and accidentally pushed the button.

While I was sleeping, I must have pushed the button by accident and right away, your operator was asking if I was okay and if I needed help. Thank goodness everything was okay and I had hit it on accident, but it is a great comfort to know that if I did have an emergency, you are there to help with anything I needed.

While I was in the hospital recovering from surgery that would severely limit my mobility and balance, the Discharge Planner, upon learning I lived alone, recommended the major national brand of medical alert system. Since I had internet access, I did research right from my hospital bed. A search revealed all the major national and local companies in the field, and I took a close look at company websites as well as independent review sites. Bay Alarm immediately stood out as the preferred choice, since my need will be temporary. Comments by others indicated that the major national chain would subject one to incessant marketing once they had an email address or phone number. They also required a contract, which Bay Alarm does not. Finally, Bay Alarm's monthly rate matched the other company and the range of their unit was superior. I signed up on the day of my discharge, and the unit arrived at my doorstep in two days. Installation was simple and I am now fully protected for as long as I need with a minimum of fuss. I would recommend Bay Alarm to anyone.

I had another alarm service and it took quite sometime for a responder to come on the phone and one time never called to see if my dad was okay. He had to pull the plug because the alarm wouldn't stop going off. They never contacted the first contact to check on him. I immediately stopped service. When I set your alarm up for my dad, he set it off by accident first week and the responder immediately contacted him. So far, very pleased.

All my contacts with Bay Alarm have been very good. I, fortunately, have not had a reason to use the button. But I feel confident that if I did, it would work as it should. The setup was very easy and the support was good.

We have been with Bay Alarm for a few months and have not had to use the system for a real alarm. We did accidentally trip the alarm and the system worked as expected. Thinking through the process of a real event leads me to make sure the front door access keys do actually work and are not sticky for first responders.

We paid a one year prescription for my mother. She was in the hospital at the time. She passed away on June 18th. She never got to use your service. I called and was told no refund. I was told to send back equipment now and maybe something can be done. There are other people in my family who might need your service in the future. We will not use you unless you help us with the refund. Anything you can do will be appreciated.

Everyone has been quite nice and helpful on the phone. The bracelet button could be better designed - it can be hard for my old, arthritic hands to put it on and sometimes, I bump the button accidentally. It would also be nice not to have to test the system so often because I can only do that when my son is here.

The system works just as advertised and the pricing is fair compared to other companies. My mom fell the other day and couldn't remember she had the pendant on so the system was of no use. In our case, I believe the pendant with the accelerometer (which Bay Alarm does not offer) would be a better device for my mom.

Mother had one incident. We received an immediate call. Her button had been activated and she was not responding. They had paramedics dispatched and they followed up to inform us it was a malfunction of the button and all was great!

Recently, we experienced a rainstorm. My phone connection is on the outside of my mobile home and when it rains a lot, we sometimes lose the line. Bay Alarm called through the emergency attachment to make sure everything was okay. It felt wonderful to know that you are out there making sure I am safe.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Bay Alarm Medical. The installation of the alarm was very easy. While fortunately I have not had need to actually use the alarm, I feel confident that if the occasion was to arise, the system would work exactly as it should. As I live alone and have some health concerns, it makes me and my family feel very comfortable knowing I have this device in case something was to happen. Also, the operator was very understanding the one time I accidentally pushed the button on my pendant!

My father is having problems with his legs which seems to grow worse as the days pass. I needed some kind of medical home alarm system for him and I found Bay Alarm. I think they are very professional, courteous and reasonable in price and they provide a peace of mind now for me to be able to leave him alone in order to go grocery shopping, pick up his meds, etc. I would recommend Bay Alarm to anyone seeking a home medical alarm system.

The staff is very considerate and full of patience. I have accidentally pushed my button twice and thought oh no, I'm in trouble now! The operator was very understanding and calmed me down. Thank God I haven't needed it for an emergency, but response is immediate and I praise your staff.

This is the only system I have used like this. The system itself seems okay, although luckily, we have not had to use it. The customer service is good but there does seem to be a lot of false signals that it is not working and then they were calling my mother, even though I was listed as the contact. This was very confusing for her. They eventually stopped calling her and called me when it came to technical difficulties. This system does provide some peace of mind even though it cannot perform miracles.

Range too short - Will not reach from fish pond. It is around 900' from the computer. I have to fish from the dock. I have a cell phone that I carry all the time, but it gets its signal from AT&T and that's a maybe.

We received and set up my mother's medical alert system on a Friday. I was a little apprehensive after the testing because my mother has very limited hearing capability and had difficulty hearing the operator. However, the following Wednesday, only five days later, I received a call from Bay Alarm Medical saying my mother had fallen in her driveway. I was very pleased that she was able to hear and communicate with the operator. We were able to get help to her within just a few minutes. Help for her, peace of mind for me.

My monitor started to make funny noises and a red light was flashing. I didn't know what was happening so I pressed my alarm button. A very nice, young lad talked to me and said that perhaps I had lost power. She was right, but I didn't know it yet. She suggested I call a number and check with them. I did so and satisfied myself that I still had communication with the company. When the power came on, all was well.

Since receiving my Bay Alarm Medical, I feel so much safer at home. My son gave the alert to me as a gift and it is undoubtedly the best gift ever. I am 87 years old and feel so secure with the alarm. I have recommended this device to several friends. I have stopped looking for a facility to move to.

The system has not functioned satisfactorily since we purchased it and we do not plan to renew when the annual subscription expires. The speaker is either poorly designed or poorly manufactured, and it distorts the Bay Alarm attendant's voice so badly that it cannot be understood at all. We are unable to communicate properly with the attendant, which is the purpose of the system. Because the attendant cannot reach us, the attendant invariable has to call us to confirm an emergency or a test. This can lead to false alarms. Our parent is so uncomfortable with the system that she is unwilling to even test the system on a regular basis as I have asked her to do.
After repeated complaints to technical support and customer service, we have given up. We will ride out the subscription and replace it at the annual anniversary. We would not recommend the system at all.

Easy install for mom. Just the right level of protection. She feels much more secure, and not much risk of false alarms. No pushy salespeople trying to sell us more than we want.

My daughter is the person for whom we have the monitor service. We wanted her to be able to get help if she fell while I was away at work or out on chores. The service has given me some peace of mind. I found we had frequent problems reported after the equipment was installed. We simply pressed the button and worked through the issues until they were resolved.
