Lowe's Home Improvement Centers

You have to give Lowe's credit for one thing -- they generate a lot fewer complaints about customer service than Home Depot. But one thing we can't give them credit for is their credit department, which happens to be the somewhat notorious Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia.

Monogram not only annoys the living, it persecutes the dead, trying to bill them them for "credit protection."
