A couple years ago, right before my daughter's birthday, I was looking up things to do for her birthday. We always plan a month in advance to make sure it's budget-friendly and also to get the maximum fund. We wanted to go to Orlando, and we decided to go to the Fun Spot. When were looking for a hotel around it, I remembered the resort that I went to after graduation from high school and it was super fun. While I was googling it, I found that same water park. After doing a little bit of research about Westgate and reading the amenities that they had, I thought it was amazing so I booked it. That trip two years ago was amazing.

I stayed at Westgate Resorts for seven weeks, on and off. It's great for a family or anyone staying there on a vacation. It has a lot of amenities. It was fantastic. It has an indoor pool table, outdoor ping-pong. They have a children’s room. They seemed to have activities outside where they invited people to. You have your living room and the TV. You have your dining room. Very beautiful bathroom. You have your TV in the bedroom. It was fantastic. Even though I brought some stuff in, the kitchen has everything you could use. It has all the small appliances, the microwave, oven, dishwasher, and the stove. It was a great place to stay. I would stay there again if I needed a place.

We went to Orlando for a few days. I use Priceline a lot. And I liked what Westgate offered there. We absolutely loved it. It was a great place. We’ll be going back, for sure. We were on a road trip, and we’d driven for 10 hours, and we were tired. We pulled up the front. As I walked in and saw the atmosphere around there, I was impressed at how active everything was, how bright it was and clean. There was only one person ahead of me. Before they even got finished, somebody else grabbed me and said, “Can I help you?” It was a pretty smooth process. I wasn't in there five minutes before I was in my room.

The day we got there at Westgate, I thought that our room was going to be in the Tower. I didn't know there were other buildings but everybody has to check in at the Tower. There were two lines. There's one for owners and one for guests. There were a couple of people in each line, but there was only one counter representative at the time, and he was on the phone so people were waiting.

I definitely would stay at Westgate again next time I go to Florida. The price was appealing. I was looking at Hotels.com, and I needed something that was going to be big enough. The first two days we were there, it was just my boyfriend and me. So we did a one-bedroom villa. Then, for the rest of the days, we went to the other Westgate one. We did the palace and the spa resort. So we did both of them.

Westgate is so famous, and they have so many things. I like the amenities, the size of the rooms, and the price. Checking in was pretty smooth, nice, and easy. We went to the desk and they checked us in and gave us our key. We went to the room, and it was very nice and relaxing. I love the gym too. It's always a great addition that they have. The food options were good as well. Additionally, the car is always safe there.

The amenities are nice. And I get the expenses are going up, but you can't help that. It's quiet and the selection is good. The only complaint is that I've noticed the last few times that, within the showers, the fixtures and fittings are starting to show wear to a point where, like, a shower would leak onto the floor while you're getting a shower in the one-bedroom suite. I usually don't get the same room all the time, so I don't get to see it, but I'm sure they're on it. You need them for towels or anything, they're right there.

Everything went well with Westgate Resorts and I would highly recommend them. The food options were okay at the resort we went to though they could’ve had more food availability. But everything else was fine and we had a good time. The place was extremely clean, which was the main concern. Everybody was always cleaning and that's always a plus. But they never gave us this card at the beginning which we could scan and it would let us know what would be going on daily. I only found out after I saw that there was something going on at the pool, and I went up and asked. There was a bingo going on at the time but it was not what I wanted to do. In fact, there was nothing on the card that I would have wanted to do.

My experience with Westgate was smooth. The concierge was very polite and extremely helpful. They gave us a map and a direct orientation around the premises, letting us know how we can navigate throughout the resort. Besides that, they also assisted us by letting us know about some of the local venues and eateries that we could go to, which we might be able to enjoy. We also enjoyed the amenities. We were in the swimming pool. We participated in the karaoke night. And we did the paddle boat.

We went to Silver Dollar City and stayed at Westgate. It's a great place to go and stay for a family vacation. The employees were very nice, friendly and welcoming, and the location was very clean. All the facilities were nice and there was a lot to do. They have volleyball and basketball. We ate salad at the restaurant and it was good. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to people.

It's the second time that I've stayed in Westgate. I went down there two years ago for Bike Week. I'm retired military and they gave me a beautiful price on the room. I stayed there for 14 days. I got there a day earlier than my reservation. They said no problem, they accommodated me, put me in the same room they were going to put me in, just charge me for one more day. So, it was great.

We were going down to Florida for a cheer comp, and the hotel that we were originally supposed to stay in ended up being booked. Their mom works for Northeast Utilities, and they've got a corporate account where Westgate is one of the listings on there. Checking in was easy. We came in at 2:00 in the morning. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The grounds was pretty clean, too. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to check out the mini golf or the arcade because we were too busy doing cheerleading. The location of the resort was convenient as well. Everything was real close to what we were doing. I was within 5, 10-minute drive so that was nice. My only complaint is the roads down there are a little different than where I'm used to.

My daughter-in-law had been at Westgate Resorts before, and we were coming on a family trip, so we went there. When we were booking online, we made the reservation with our debit card, but when we got there, they didn’t accept that. They didn’t explain it, so it became confusing. I ended up having to transfer money and then put it on my Discover card. A couple of us had signed up for the seminar and we got up the next morning to go. But the young lady didn't register all of us, so we got turned around, which was frustrating. Someone was told they’d get back with us, and here it is, almost two months later, and nobody has gotten back with us. When I talked to other people about the resort, they said nothing but good. I liked Westgate but sometimes, things like that make you feel like it's unorganized. I'm gonna go back because I'm planning a birthday party next month, but that right there would discourage you from going.

My husband went online and was looking at a Westgate resort. We were going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral but we didn't want to stay on it, so he picked that. Their check-in and check-out process was wonderful. We didn't have to stand in line, but maybe a minute or so. And as soon as we walked in, the people greeted us, “How can we help you?” When I wasn't sure where to go for the room, I stopped one of the gentlemen who was on a golf cart. He stopped, got off of his golf cart, and not only told me where to go, but showed us where to go. We were only there overnight but it was the greatest place I've ever went to. The resort was beautiful and I wish we had more time to be there to do the pools and all the other stuff that they offer. They offer so much and everything was so clean. I used to work at some of the resorts in South Carolina, so I know when a place like that is not clean.

I had a great time at Westgate. I usually deal with Hilton Hotels, but my son stayed at Westgate, and he really liked it. So, since we had the grandkids, we decided it would be good to try Westgate. We did the swan boat, the wine glass, and the bike riding. And it's also great because you can cook or buy food. And to me, you really didn't have to go off-site if you didn't have to. Some of the food options were good. We tried Sid's, and it was good. 

The check-in was okay. But it took a little while for them to get the room ready, even though I put in the notes I was checking in early. I'm a Hotels.com gold member, and I get little perks. But they weren't paying attention to that, so the room wasn't ready. I like the rooms that I stay in the building. They're nice. I stayed in the suite with the Jacuzzi in it. The resort was clean. They said they were gonna upgrade me to a two-bedroom, but they never did. So, I didn't push the issue. The amenities were good. They were nice, and clean. Westgate is a nice facility, and it's worth staying there.

This was our second time staying at Westgate Resorts and we loved it. The resort's awesome. It's close by to the house and we love that we could bring an RV, park it there and enjoy the line dancing and the rodeo. We also like that there are restaurants on the property. However, it was tough booking the night. I kept getting transferred back and forth. I called the front desk, and I got transferred a billion times. I got frustrated and asked for a supervisor. That was when things actually happened but I don't think it should ever get to that. We're also trying to book this weekend, but it's hard to get ahold of someone. They say I should be able to book online but when I try to book online, nothing happens. It doesn't give me the correct stuff.

I like Westgate and I always go to them. I was trying to book and it said it was cheaper to book online, but when I went on it, they were not showing me the right one that I wanted to do. Other than that, the customer service and the hotel are great. The new renovation was definitely A-1.

Westgate Resorts was one of the best hotels that were around for my available option, and they did a great job. I decided to stay at the Wild Bear Inn because it was on the cheaper side for that area, and the room was great. The only thing is that the TV was not connected to any TV service and I didn't know about that part. Other than that, the stay was great. The front desk people were really nice. They made sure I was good with everything, like the wash cloths and the towels, everything like that. I went to the food area, which was the restaurant right next to the inn, and the food and service there were both really good. However, the beautiful views of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were the greatest thing.

I booked on Mother's Day weekend, so the room I wanted was initially booked up. But whenever we got there, we ended up getting an upgraded room, but I didn't see online. So, I was really happy because the rep was working with us and she was very helpful. The resort location was great. It wasn't really crowded. It was touristy, but it didn't feel crazy.

We've been going to Westgate for years. I heard about it from friends and it was the cheapest package in the area that we were looking for at the time. The overall service has been outstanding and I like the water park. But we didn't go to it during our last stay. With that swimming pool right next to it, it was busy. But we enjoyed the poolside services and we went to the little bowling alley in there where we played out a couple of times. My wife went to the spa, too. If anybody is considering Westgate, I would tell them to go ahead and try it for themselves. They'll enjoy it. As a matter of fact, I had a family member that just went last week. We were telling them about what we experienced, so they went and they said they had a good time.

I've been to Westgate several times. The check-in and check-out were seamless and smooth. I've done their marketplace a couple of times, and we've never had any issues. One thing that we do miss is that they used to have bikes where you could ride around the property. I looked around, and they said they don't have that anymore, and I was sad about that. They also used to have a bar and grill. It wasn't on the property, but it was about a 10th of a mile that was still connected to the resort, and we can catch a bus to the bar and grill. They have a shuttle on that resort, and we can get on that shuttle, and it would take me to the bar and grill. But they don't have that anymore. When I first started going to Westgate in 2017, they had been talking about getting the water park. And they haven't gotten the water park yet, but this last time I went, they had a sign saying that it was coming at the end of August. So, hopefully, that comes to fruition.

Checking in and out of the resort was fast and easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The resort has a game room and a workout center. They also have a spa. They have a full restaurant, which was amazing and delicious. They have events every day for kids and adults. They have a water park, but it was closed because of the timing that we went. They have multiple pools there, but one of them was under construction at the time. Trash trucks were going all the time just to pick up everything. It's a very clean and friendly place to go.

We found Westgate Resorts online, and I like where it was located, which was the only reason why we chose it. I booked it and the customer service and the price were great. I would recommend it. The only thing was that when they asked us about doing the breakfast the next morning, we asked four times if it was a presentation, and they told us it was just breakfast and they would take tours around the facilities. I told them we were not interested in a presentation or a timeshare, and they assured us it was not. But it turned out to be a presentation, which bothered me. Still, Westgate was impressive. It was a gated community and area, and they have nice, clean facilities. I would recommend not having carpet in a pet-friendly room, though. We had a pet room, and there were a couple of stains in the carpet. The rug in the living area also smelled so bad that we rolled it up and put it outside.

There were a lot of people at Westgate's Villas Resort when I went to check-in, but it was cool. Their customer service was amazing and I like that location more because it's not that busy versus Orlando. I love the environment and I took my boys to the water park. I’ve recommended them to others.

I haven't been to Westgare in eight years, and much to my surprise, it had a very, very comfortable, clean environment. The restrooms downstairs were good. I was pleasantly surprised.

Westgate had good ratings online. It looked nice and clean, and I booked through a military site and everybody on there had great reviews about it. The check-in and check-out processes were great. It was very easy and streamlined. Everybody was very professional and very welcoming. My wife and I have gotten something from the restaurant one night. We also went to the coffee shop. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is the turndown service. You had to call and request it every time that you needed it. Other than that, everything else was amazing. Most things were within walking distance. So, we saved a lot on Uber and Lyft. We did use their shuttle service to Universal a couple of times. Overall, it was a very clean, very well-placed hotel. The staff was amazing.

Staying at Westgate was fun. We went in the pool and we went to the game room once. It was nice. The pool was heated and that was a nice experience.

We had seen a lot of good reviews about Westgate Resorts, and since we've been to Branson many times, we had seen the resort from a distance and it looked nice. We wanted to experience it for ourselves. My wife booked it, and the check-in and checkout processes were very easy, simple and quick. Everybody, all the way down to the maintenance people outside, was super nice and very accommodating. We liked that there were a lot of food options available at Westgate Resorts. But we already had reservations at other places, so we didn’t use any of them. If we come back, we will use some of the places there.

I reserved Westgate on my Choice Hotels app. I had problems getting in the gate because there was no gate code. I had to call and they told me to enter a number, but it didn't work. It was a big ordeal and wasted 15 minutes. But once I got in the gate and was able to go check in, everything was fine. After that, I had a code once I was checked in. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The resort staff was amazing, except for at the gate, which I don't think was resort staff. I ended up having to work late on the day I checked out and they gave me a late checkout and were just wonderful. They were super friendly about everything. Overall, it was affordable, and the room was really nice. It had a full kitchen as well. The resort is in a good spot. It was not within walking distance of stuff, but it was in a very rural area. So it's very beautiful and it was a wonderful resort. I would definitely stay there again.

Westgate was wonderful. The price was reasonable and the whole place is an experience. I have recommended it to so many people. I had an absolutely wonderful time. When I made the reservation, I didn't know what was the nicest place down in Gatlinburg. I checked around other places while I was there and Westgate is the nicest place to stay in Gatlinburg. I wanted to be in a nice place, and I was so thrilled and impressed. I told my son and daughter-in-law, "You're not going to believe this place." I told my sister in Illinois, "If you want a real Smoky's experience, you have got to stay at Westgate when you come down."

The people who accompanied us, the waitresses, were excellent. I appreciated everything they did for us. They were great. The best service I've ever had at any place I’ve ever gone.

We had a nice experience at Westgate. It was for my birthday. They have a nice and clean environment. The lines at check-in and check-out were long, but it was pretty fast.

I found Westgate Resorts on the Airbnb app, and I loved it. It was beautiful. It had way more amenities than I expected. I was looking for a place to stay for a few days. It was one of the cheaper options, but it ended up being one of the better options. I'm glad that I picked it. The check-in and checkout processes were very simple, and they had everything available that I needed. I thought there weren't enough towels at first, and then we found a huge amount underneath in cabinets. They definitely provided us with everything and more that we needed. Everything was good. We had no trouble with any of the other occupants on the premises, and all the staff were friendly. We had a good time.

The reservation and the check-in process at Westgate were great. We were there for the All-Star Cheer Worlds. The people at the office were super helpful. It was pretty busy. I waited in line for two or three minutes, and somebody opened up another check-in line. The room was really awesome. It was super clean, and it's probably one of the cleanest ones I've stayed in Orlando. It also had a little mini sink and fridge, and a TV. It had a bathtub in the middle of the room, which was interesting. It had all the towels and everything I needed. The food at the sports bar was also good. We went to the market too. There was a little marketplace too, and you could get extra food, but we didn't do that. I will be going back next year.

Family members throughout the years have always had a wonderful time at Westgate and we always stay for periods of time at Westgate. The kids love it. The booking process was sweet. One, two, three process. Easy. They would ask for ID, and they would look and see what they needed to see. Everything would run smoothly from there. I never had a difficult time. Their reps were very friendly, easygoing and they made me feel comfortable. Their rates were also affordable. Nice space too. You have an option to choose whether you want a small space, a medium space, or a large space. It's comfortable all the way around, very homey. They have burgers there. They also got the Starbucks, the bowling alley, and a movie theater, too.

We loved our experience at Westgate. It was our first time there, and our booking experience over the phone was easy. The lines were pretty long during check-in, but we got through it. It wasn't too bad. We loved the room. We also really loved their massage room, and we tried out the miniature tacos as well.

Me and my sister took a vacation and stayed in a Westgate Resort. It looked nice on the net, and when we got there, it was wonderful. The staff was very nice. The food options there were wonderful and tasted good. They have very good customer service. I like the location. It was nice and clean. Hopefully, we’ll make another trip, and we'll be booking again with Westgate.

We liked the location of the resort. The check-in and check-out were easy as well. The reps were all good, but one lady specifically was very nice and helpful. The resort was nice and clean, and close to all the attractions and good people. They have a pretty good breakfast as well.

The check-in and checkout was rough. When I got there, Westgate didn't have the room ready. But they were real good about upgrading me and taking care of everything. It was a very good experience and it's a nice place to stay. It was nicer because I got an upgrade from what I had, but I had to wait three hours before I could get into my room. I was just sitting around. But for what I paid, it was better with the upgrade. The location was very clean as well. We went to the video arcade there and to Chuck E. Cheese too.
