I wanted to go up to Branson and take my seven-year-old child up there. I was using my credit card points to pay for the hotel, and I saw Westgate was an affordable price, or not as many points on my credit card. It was a nice place and I was not looking for the cheapest place either. I checked it out and it had some good amenities. The check-in was simple and easy. The people were very nice, though it took a little bit for them to get me a room. But not very long. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone was friendly. It was pleasant inside and smelled great. During checkout, I was able to just text them and let them know that I was checking out. I left my key cards in the room.

We were at Westgate for the 27th. Checked out on the 28th. And it was a nice resort. The room was nice. Accommodations seemed nice. Plenty of activity in the resort, with the shopping and the restaurant offers. We were quite satisfied. They also offered a special, and some of my other family went; my brother took advantage of the special, and they were quite satisfied with the discounts they got.

I was looking for the best hotel stay in Myrtle Beach on short notice. Through Westgate's website and some third-party booking sites, I saw the quality of the rental units and the reviews. The unit was very nicely decorated and it was not just a hotel room. It was a complete, fully furnished apartment. The jacuzzi inside the bedroom was especially nice, and that was not something I had experienced before. I booked through Expedia because it was my first time booking there, although I realize I probably should have booked through Westgate's website.

I was the winner in a photography contest that Westgate Resorts did and that gave me a $250 certificate. When we booked the room, we just looked for dates that would be good for the certificate so that we wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. So, we picked the dates, which was my birthday, and we spent two nights there. The only issue was that the certificate covered the room plus the resort fee when we booked online, but when we got there, the rep asked us for more money. I told the rep what we booked and the fees. The room wasn't expensive at that time and that's why we chose them. And even with the resort fees, we still had two nights that the certificate would cover. So, she checked and came back and said we don't owe them anything.

My experience at Westgate was really good. They had even more than what I knew was there. I booked through their corporate site on Airbnb and I wasn't aware that it was a resort. I thought it was just a hotel. I was taking my fiancee on a trip for the weekend, and Westgate had the best price. They had the hot tub and all stuff that I was looking for. It was open, unlike many other places that don't have their outdoor stuff open year-round. At Westgate, even though it was the off-season, I still had access to that stuff. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there to all the accommodations. They had the fire pits, the walking trails and all the different stuff. It was phenomenal.

Everything was smooth during check-in. I didn’t know they took the money off my card. I went back and said, "Hey, man. I need to pay for this.” He said, "Oh, we already got the money.” My kids did a lot of swimming. It was awesome. It had a water park there. It had everything I needed there. I liked that Westgate had an express that took us to Highland Adventures. They had a scooter. I was able to rent a scooter because my wife was waiting to have knee surgery and she couldn't walk. So, we all argued over who was gonna ride her scooter. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. There were no parking spaces. You had to fight for a parking space. Other than that, we enjoyed it. By the time the five days were over, we were ready to go home.

Westgate was in a fairly good location and I liked that. It was very close to local attractions. The reservation, the check-in and the check-out process were perfect and quick. The room was nice and clean, and I will recommend. It was a good experience and I’ll come back.

Westgate was close by to where I needed to go and it was convenient. Checking in and out were amazing. Everything was super easy. Customer service was the best. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was really nice. The location was perfect because everything was so close by. Times Square was close by. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that's going to New York because it's been one of my favorite hotels.

We enjoyed Westgate Lakes and and it was a good place to stay. Their check-in and check-out process was pretty easy and their restaurant was all right though we only ate there once. The resort's location was pretty convenient to the local attractions and their staff was good. The rooms were clean and if you had a problem, they were there to fix it.

Everything was good with the check-in and check-out process with Westgate Resorts. It was beautiful and the location of the resort was perfect. The only thing I don't like about it is when they try to get you to go through another review to try to get you to upgrade.

Westgate Resorts had a bunch of pools, which was why I decided to go there. The check-in experience was excellent and easy. The room was clean, and the food options on-site were great. The location was close to the parks, which is beneficial, and I would advise others to stay at Westgate.

Some of my friends have a timeshare at Westgate and we recently went to one of their resorts. It was my first time there and the check-in line was kind of long, but after that, it went smoothly. I was able to get a better room than I had signed up for. It was a full suite with a jacuzzi and it had a kitchen. Also, I wanted a balcony and they were able to accommodate that. Aside from that, the resort's location was very convenient to the local attractions and restaurants.

My experience was very, very good. I loved it. It was easy to do the reservation. We checked in pretty good. It was no problem. Then they sent me a text like a day before to tell me what I should do when I was checking out. So I just followed the instructions and checked out.

Westgate was nice and well-organized. Check-in was very light and wasn't all over the place. It took about less than five minutes and they had very good staff. I was there for two nights and everything was pretty much on the resort, so you didn't have to really go out. They had a hot tub, a pool section, an individual pool for the kids, a lazy river, a little arcade, and eateries. There was a bar that was hooked to the arcade, right near the pools, and and their food was good. The resort was family-oriented and I felt safe about it.

I had a very good experience at Westgate. They have a very nice water park. I like it for my kids. There's really good food at the restaurant and it's a pretty good location too. It's very easy to get in and out of the place. However, there are so many cars and the parking area is an issue. But I understand because it's a big complex.

Westgate Resorts was affordable, seemed to have good amenities and was close to Universal, where I'm a pass holder, which was why I decided on them. The reservation, check-in, and check-out process was very easy. The gentleman who helped me was very nice. During my stay, I got a wrap at the water park, and it was good. My sister played pool and hung out by the bar for a while and I went to the water park. The resort's location was super convenient in relation to local attractions. Overall, I had a good experience.

I needed to be between the freeway and my mother's residence. The location of the Westgate Resort was between my mother and the 15 Freeway if I needed to go home. It was easy to make the reservation on the website. I got there at 3 o'clock, and it was full. But there were two people directing traffic. My daughter and I loved the room. It was really cute the way it was. We got two beds. I liked that there was a counter that I was able to look out to the strip, and since I had to work in the hotel, that was really nice. The ice machine wasn't too bad. The lotion was pretty nice. I also liked the sliding doors of the closet, and the bathroom has a door to close. It's private versus the other places.

I love the Westgate resort I stayed at in New York recently. I've been there quite a few times. I loved the area, the people, and the hotel. It was a nice place to be in and their staff cared. They always asked, “What did you do today?” “Did you go here and there?” “Are you all right?” I went by myself and they were always kind. They also remembered where I'd been and what I was doing. The last time I went there, I booked a suite with a balcony. I requested it ahead of time, and it was done. The check-in was quick, too. Everything's walkable from the resort and I would happily go back. It was expensive, but it was kind of worth it. I told my brother to go stay there and I said it was convenient. He stayed there and he liked it.

We looked at five places in the area and we chose one that had the better accommodations for our group. Check-in and checkout at Westgate Resorts was great. Checking in, the room that I booked was not available so I got a free upgrade. I was pleased with that. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My daughter still talks about the water park to this day. It was great.

I was looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach, and we came across Westgate Resort online. I'm a Choice member and I got some discounts there. The people there were very nice and got us right through when we got there. We didn't have to wait long. It was a very pleasant experience. We also used the pool, the hot tub, and the Lazy River, and all of those worked fine.

The Westgate resort looked really nice on the pictures. I was there to see my son who's in the army. The resort had a separate bedroom where you could close the door, and it was more of a suite than just a cheap hotel room for a good price. So, thought I'd try it and was very pleased. The check-in and check-out processes were great. It was a quick last-minute trip, and we went and did some things around the town.

Westgate Resorts always treated us really nice. The facility is beautiful. And I got on Priceline, and I got an amazing deal. I knew that they would take good care of us. So, that's why we went there. There was two gentlemen there, and they were absolutely amazing. It was busy. There was six people in line, and they were very friendly. They didn't skip a beat. They treated me well when I checked in. And checking out was easy. I just called and said, “Hey, we're checking out.” They have a text system, and I texted and said, “We're checking out.” And they communicated with me back and forth all weekend, making sure that everything was okay. I just dropped the keys at the gate, and I was done.

Their customer service was amazing. We first got the wrong unit we booked. I started to panic a little, and this lovely gentleman helped me right over to the lady to help after you check in, and she got us right into what we were supposed to get. That worked out beautifully. All the amenities were great as well. We were satisfied. I would recommend Westgate.

Great place to enjoy quality time as a Family. Many activities. Beautiful Resort. Worth every penny.

I saw Westgate at Priceline and I stayed there before. It’s always nice over there and it's one of the best spots to stay at. I went online to book with them and it was pretty easy. Checking in was fast and their reps did a great job. Everything was clean and perfect, and I had no problem with the room. It was peaceful and everything was good. But I didn't get my deposit back and I don't understand that.

The reservation process with Westgate Resorts was very fast and easy. I was actually the one to check in, so we didn't have any issues. Everything was done on time. The resort staff was very pleasant. I constantly received text messages, checking on us throughout the day. We did have to extend the stay, so they were able to go in and get that taken care of. In fact, Sybil actually lost her wallet there in the go-kart, and it was returned about two days later. So, that was really good. Everything has been amazing.

We wanted something that we could take our teenage granddaughters to that would have things for them to do. Westgate is close enough to the heart of things in Branson that it made the trip easier. They also had the types of rooms that we wanted. We arrived early, and our rooms weren't ready yet. But they checked us all in anyway so that we could just go about our business and come back and get the keys later. It was a wonderful experience. The food options were very limited. We had to go pretty much off the property to get a meal. But it was so centrally located that most people would have gone off the property and just to try out other things in Branson.

I liked Westgate's price and availability. It was a last-minute reservation, and that was pretty much the only one that came up with a reasonable price, and it was available for that night. The resort's location is very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was probably one of the smoothest processes that I've been through. The only thing that caught me off-guard was when they asked me for a $50 hold for the deposit. They could give people a heads-up about that. That was unexpected, but it wasn't an issue because I had the money to be able to do it. The money was returned quickly. It was returned in two days. They had it pending, and then I got it back. Overall, it was a good experience. Everything was perfect. I was very pleased.

The reservation, check-in, and check-out process was very, very easy. Westgate didn’t really have a lot of food options. They had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday that you could choose to give something. We used the pool and the beach. My daughter, my two granddaughters, and I were in one room. The overall stay was great. The price was a little high, but being on the beach, I could expect that in the summertime.

I had a good experience at Westgate. The room was very good. It was clean. It was what I had expected. It had things in the room that I needed, like utensils, and the microwave. The room also had a safe and refrigerator. The balcony was nice. A screened-in balcony was doubly nice. It's a pretty nice place. I would go again. I enjoyed it.

The customer service was fantastic. I was also very pleased with the restaurant service. The grandkids loved the amenities. Everything was excellent. It was a great experience.

The check-in and check-out process at Westgate Resorts was wonderful. We didn't do any activities at the resort but we used the pool. The food was okay, and overall, my experience was great.

We were going to be camping at Silver Dollar City Campground, but there was a thunderstorm that day, and another one that was going to happen that night. We needed a place that could get us in quickly and Westgate Resorts came up. We checked out their reviews, and they indicated to us it was going to be a very positive experience, and it was close by. Checking in and out was seamless. We were only there for two nights, so we didn't have a whole lot of time to soak it all in. Our days were full off the property, so we didn't get to participate in much but we checked out the Adventure Zone, and it was super cool. My oldest daughter is big into crafting, so we wanna check that out when we come back.

I enjoyed my experience at Westgate. It's like a home away from home for us. It's comfortable and cozy. It's perfect for vacation. I love the fact that they have a washer and dryer and a kitchen. You have everything you need there - an iron and an ironing board, utensils and pots and pans. It's strategically located as well. We always go swimming when we go there. We used to go to the chess thing, but we didn't this time. I wasn't feeling so good, so we didn't do as much as we normally do. But we walk the premises, and we always enjoy that. The more we stay, the more we find out that everything is right there. Even if you wanna shop, it's right there. Everything is right there even grocery stores. The restaurants are right around the corner too. The food options are nice. We kept trying to head towards the candy store though we're not supposed to. My husband purchased a breakfast sandwich and if they can have some salads there, that would be good.

I was looking around to try and do a staycation, and Westgate was amazing. It was the only one that I could find at a good price that had a big Jacuzzi tub. The front desk ladies were really nice, and handled my paperwork and all my stay really well, and gave me a good price for working around the area. The area was amazing. We walked around. The pool was really nice. It wasn't super cold. We didn't really get to play any of the stuff because we only stayed a night, and I just was in the tub most of the time. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing, and I'm going back for that. It was a really nice place to be, and we're gonna go do another staycation over there soon.

The booking process at Westgate was easy. All the questions that I needed were answered through the website as well. We were going out to visit my son, so I didn't really have any high expectations, other than that I needed a room so that we could see him. But the room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful too. It was exactly what we needed for the purpose that we were there.

My children already had a reservation at Westgate, and we wanted to stay in the same facility that they were staying in. Booking with Westgate was as easy as it could be. It was all online. The price was very fair and checking in was easy as well. We walked in the door, and they greeted us with smiles. We were a little bit early, and they told us our room was not yet ready but they turned around and told us they got one right there and put us in a room right away. It was good as it could be.
