My experience at Westgate was really good. They had even more than what I knew was there. I booked through their corporate site on Airbnb and I wasn't aware that it was a resort. I thought it was just a hotel. I was taking my fiancee on a trip for the weekend, and Westgate had the best price. They had the hot tub and all stuff that I was looking for. It was open, unlike many other places that don't have their outdoor stuff open year-round. At Westgate, even though it was the off-season, I still had access to that stuff. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there to all the accommodations. They had the fire pits, the walking trails and all the different stuff. It was phenomenal.

We got to Westgate Resorts late and there was no problem, which was great. We made the arrangement on the spot and the rep was very friendly. I dropped a card, and they held it for me and made sure that I got it back. Both the check-in and checkout processes were very smooth. My husband, my adopted daughter, and I had a wonderful time at Westgate. I never played miniature golf before. So that was my first time playing it there.

iCruise sold me a package of two cruises and a resort stay for $3,000. The only resorts they offered to me were Westgate properties in Orlando, Myrtle Beach, or Las Vegas. We went to the one located in Myrtle Beach and the check in process was perfect. I walked right in and they said they knew who I was. They sent me to a concierge where the attendant gave us a parking tag for the rearview mirror, and we were on our way.

I went through Airbnb and I saw Westgate's setup and everything that was there, and it wasn't clear at that point if it was active until some more research. I liked what I saw and I liked the reviews that I was getting back. I went a little further into social media and saw replies where other clients stayed there and I thought it was exactly what we needed for a week away. Normally, if you hit an Airbnb, it's like five bedrooms, three baths, and all that good stuff. We didn't need that. It was just the two of us. We needed a one-bedroom apartment and the Westgate was perfect.

A couple years ago, right before my daughter's birthday, I was looking up things to do for her birthday. We always plan a month in advance to make sure it's budget-friendly and also to get the maximum fund. We wanted to go to Orlando, and we decided to go to the Fun Spot. When were looking for a hotel around it, I remembered the resort that I went to after graduation from high school and it was super fun. While I was googling it, I found that same water park. After doing a little bit of research about Westgate and reading the amenities that they had, I thought it was amazing so I booked it. That trip two years ago was amazing.

Westgate Resorts always treated us really nice. The facility is beautiful. And I got on Priceline, and I got an amazing deal. I knew that they would take good care of us. So, that's why we went there. There was two gentlemen there, and they were absolutely amazing. It was busy. There was six people in line, and they were very friendly. They didn't skip a beat. They treated me well when I checked in. And checking out was easy. I just called and said, “Hey, we're checking out.” They have a text system, and I texted and said, “We're checking out.” And they communicated with me back and forth all weekend, making sure that everything was okay. I just dropped the keys at the gate, and I was done.

Great place to enjoy quality time as a Family. Many activities. Beautiful Resort. Worth every penny.

I saw Westgate at Priceline and I stayed there before. It’s always nice over there and it's one of the best spots to stay at. I went online to book with them and it was pretty easy. Checking in was fast and their reps did a great job. Everything was clean and perfect, and I had no problem with the room. It was peaceful and everything was good. But I didn't get my deposit back and I don't understand that.

The reservation process with Westgate Resorts was very fast and easy. I was actually the one to check in, so we didn't have any issues. Everything was done on time. The resort staff was very pleasant. I constantly received text messages, checking on us throughout the day. We did have to extend the stay, so they were able to go in and get that taken care of. In fact, Sybil actually lost her wallet there in the go-kart, and it was returned about two days later. So, that was really good. Everything has been amazing.

We wanted something that we could take our teenage granddaughters to that would have things for them to do. Westgate is close enough to the heart of things in Branson that it made the trip easier. They also had the types of rooms that we wanted. We arrived early, and our rooms weren't ready yet. But they checked us all in anyway so that we could just go about our business and come back and get the keys later. It was a wonderful experience. The food options were very limited. We had to go pretty much off the property to get a meal. But it was so centrally located that most people would have gone off the property and just to try out other things in Branson.

I liked Westgate's price and availability. It was a last-minute reservation, and that was pretty much the only one that came up with a reasonable price, and it was available for that night. The resort's location is very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was probably one of the smoothest processes that I've been through. The only thing that caught me off-guard was when they asked me for a $50 hold for the deposit. They could give people a heads-up about that. That was unexpected, but it wasn't an issue because I had the money to be able to do it. The money was returned quickly. It was returned in two days. They had it pending, and then I got it back. Overall, it was a good experience. Everything was perfect. I was very pleased.

The reservation, check-in, and check-out process was very, very easy. Westgate didn’t really have a lot of food options. They had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday that you could choose to give something. We used the pool and the beach. My daughter, my two granddaughters, and I were in one room. The overall stay was great. The price was a little high, but being on the beach, I could expect that in the summertime.

I had a good experience at Westgate. The room was very good. It was clean. It was what I had expected. It had things in the room that I needed, like utensils, and the microwave. The room also had a safe and refrigerator. The balcony was nice. A screened-in balcony was doubly nice. It's a pretty nice place. I would go again. I enjoyed it.

The customer service was fantastic. I was also very pleased with the restaurant service. The grandkids loved the amenities. Everything was excellent. It was a great experience.

The check-in and check-out process at Westgate Resorts was wonderful. We didn't do any activities at the resort but we used the pool. The food was okay, and overall, my experience was great.

We were going to be camping at Silver Dollar City Campground, but there was a thunderstorm that day, and another one that was going to happen that night. We needed a place that could get us in quickly and Westgate Resorts came up. We checked out their reviews, and they indicated to us it was going to be a very positive experience, and it was close by. Checking in and out was seamless. We were only there for two nights, so we didn't have a whole lot of time to soak it all in. Our days were full off the property, so we didn't get to participate in much but we checked out the Adventure Zone, and it was super cool. My oldest daughter is big into crafting, so we wanna check that out when we come back.

I enjoyed my experience at Westgate. It's like a home away from home for us. It's comfortable and cozy. It's perfect for vacation. I love the fact that they have a washer and dryer and a kitchen. You have everything you need there - an iron and an ironing board, utensils and pots and pans. It's strategically located as well. We always go swimming when we go there. We used to go to the chess thing, but we didn't this time. I wasn't feeling so good, so we didn't do as much as we normally do. But we walk the premises, and we always enjoy that. The more we stay, the more we find out that everything is right there. Even if you wanna shop, it's right there. Everything is right there even grocery stores. The restaurants are right around the corner too. The food options are nice. We kept trying to head towards the candy store though we're not supposed to. My husband purchased a breakfast sandwich and if they can have some salads there, that would be good.

I was looking around to try and do a staycation, and Westgate was amazing. It was the only one that I could find at a good price that had a big Jacuzzi tub. The front desk ladies were really nice, and handled my paperwork and all my stay really well, and gave me a good price for working around the area. The area was amazing. We walked around. The pool was really nice. It wasn't super cold. We didn't really get to play any of the stuff because we only stayed a night, and I just was in the tub most of the time. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing, and I'm going back for that. It was a really nice place to be, and we're gonna go do another staycation over there soon.

The booking process at Westgate was easy. All the questions that I needed were answered through the website as well. We were going out to visit my son, so I didn't really have any high expectations, other than that I needed a room so that we could see him. But the room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful too. It was exactly what we needed for the purpose that we were there.

My children already had a reservation at Westgate, and we wanted to stay in the same facility that they were staying in. Booking with Westgate was as easy as it could be. It was all online. The price was very fair and checking in was easy as well. We walked in the door, and they greeted us with smiles. We were a little bit early, and they told us our room was not yet ready but they turned around and told us they got one right there and put us in a room right away. It was good as it could be.

Westgate had a water park and the price was good compared to other resorts. We stayed there also because it was closest to SeaWorld. The process to check in and out was fast and easy. It was great. Anybody interested in staying at Westgate should. It was nice.

We've been vacation club members for a long time, and we've stayed at multiple Westgate Resorts. Booking with them is fairly easy. I just go online and do the booking there. This last time when we checked in, we just went up to the desk and everything was ready. I had looked at the accommodations on the website, and the room was exactly what I expected. However, we were staying at one of the smaller resorts, so the options were limited. They just had a steak house and a burger barn.

I was invited at a Westgate and so I went there. The resort's location was extremely convenient. I was only there for a few days, but it was a very enjoyable stay. Everybody was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Westgate to my friends.

My mother had a couple of units at Westgate. When we stayed, it was good. The check-in and check-out were very easy and pleasant. It was just a little noisy because of the kids. But other than that, it wasn't too bad.

I heard so many great things about Westgate from my aunt, and she’s been with them for years. The booking process was easy. I would give it a 10. Didn’t take me long. I had a wonderful person who helped me through their customer service. Regarding the room accommodation, everything was clean. It was spacious. My children and I adored the house space, ‘cause we had a two-bedroom. It was really nice. We also took a chance to go through the activities that were there. We enjoyed the pool with the basketball court. We played basketball. It rained a little while we were there, so we didn't get to check out everything. But the kids went to the arcade that was down below too.

My experience during the check-in process was flawless and the room was the best. It was up to the standards. It was nice, neat and clean. I was told about the food options, though I didn’t use it. But I looked at the amenities and they were good. I referred a couple of my friends to Westgate Resorts when I was back. I liked the property. They have a nice lake facing the apartments, which is a plus. So, I talked about it to my friends and showed them the picture.

I found Westgate on Priceline and I had family stay there before. It's really nice. It's one of their favorite places. Booking was very easy and simple. I put my days in, and they gave me a really nice one-bedroom villa that was just renovated with the fifth-floor lake view. It was beautiful. If you were going to Disney, you wouldn't even have to leave the resort. You could just say right there. They have pools, water park, bowling alley, restaurants, marketplace, trails, and paddle boats. The staff was great as well.

I pulled up Westgate Resorts on Travelocity and the picture looked cool. Booking the room through Travelocity was easy. Everything with Westgate was top of the line.

I was at Westgate Resorts three years ago and the booking and check-in process were very easy. The good views and temperature in the rooms were great. We had a great time and I would recommend Westgate.

I was on a Citibank travel website and Westgate had good ratings for the cost. I booked through Citi Travel, and it was easy. The person who helped during check-in was Kenyan, and he was wonderful. The room exceeded expectations. It was really nice. I had a two-bedroom suite though I didn't reserve a two-bedroom suite. They upgraded me. It had a view of the lake, so I appreciated that. It had a coffee maker as well. I liked it.

We went through Expedia to book at Westgate Resorts. I could tell what the rooms looked like but it was hard to tell how far the beach was away and if the pool was included. Some things said, "This includes pool passes," but the price was not different, and then the other ones didn't say anything. So that was a little vague and I don't know if it's because it was through Expedia. The room that we got was actually bigger than I thought. The whole area was bigger in real life than I thought it was online. So, everything was great. My only complaint was that Westgate didn't have lotion.

We used to have a timeshare there years ago and have stayed at Westgate Resorts numerous times. The booking process was real great. The room accommodations were really good. It had everything we needed for what we were doing. It's a very nice place. You feel very safe and everybody was extremely friendly.

Westgate is close for us, and we enjoy the amenities. We have kids, so it fits every bill that we need for the family. It was our first time staying out there rather than just visiting for the day, and it was nice. There's a lot of amenities for the kids, so we're going to plan another trip there before too long. We did the rodeo, the saloon, and the water park. When the kids are a little bit older, we could do some horseback riding. We didn't eat there that time, but we've eaten there prior a couple of times. We've eaten at the steakhouse and at the rodeo and stuff, and food's always been good.

Westgate is one of the cleanest and best hotels I have been to in years. The receptionist had a speech impairment, but he was phenomenal. I got there a little earlier than I anticipated and asked if they had the room. He let me check in, and it was a very smooth transaction. I had already paid online and he took my card for my deposit. He explained the amenities to me and told me how I need to access the elevator going up. He was very detailed, thorough, and professional.

We got to Westgate closer to 5 o'clock because of traffic, and it was really crowded. It took a while for us to get to the front, but that was understandable since it was still considered check-in time. My mom had purchased our accommodation through Priceline, and there was an issue where Priceline charged her the price of a one-bedroom villa for a three-bedroom villa. When we contacted Westgate to confirm if it was accurate, they told us we paid for a one bedroom. We told them it was not what the reservation information told us. It told us we had a three-bedroom reservation. We were going back and forth for three to four days. My husband ended up getting a four-bedroom villa with Westgate to accommodate our big party.

Our experience with Westgate was smooth. We enjoyed the pool area and the water park. The ice cream shop was amazing. The sports bar had decent food and nice service. However, people should rent a car, because you can't walk anywhere from there. But other than that, it’s a perfect location. They also provide shuttles to the amusement park, which is great. We used that.

I've been staying at Westgate for the last eight years. We go there once or twice a year for pool tournaments. On my most recent stay, I had my reservation through the concierge and I didn't know that I could go in the Diamond check-in, which is for special guests who can just walk in there. So I missed out on that opportunity. But the check-in process was okay. I should have booked where I could get in really early because we got there at 7:00am. So we had to wait until afternoon to be able to book in early. I went with my friend and we got four nights a piece free suites. I got 1,900 in free play and my friend, Tammy, got 1,500. We had a lot in February, but we gave a lot back. I didn't spend too much of my own money and I still went home with my couple of grand.

I rented two rooms at Westgate and the air conditioner went out in one of them. They had to come back and fix on it twice. Other than that, everything else was great. I was down there on a business and I took my daughter with me. But we didn't use any of the amenities like the spa or the gym because it was too hot outside.

I got an Air Hotel package through Sun Country. I booked online, and then spoke with a direct agent. It was effortless. The front desk at Westgate was very hospitable and the concierge service was impeccable. It was a two-bedroom, full kitchen, living room, and two-bathroom experience. It couldn't have been better. Overall, the hospitality was great and the amenities were amazing.

We were at Westgate Resorts for the bike weekend, and it was a perfect location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We may consider staying there again next time we go. I liked their pricing and the room was great as well. It had everything we needed.
