Wonderful experience, any questions I had a response was provided quickly at any time. The vehicle was clean and in great condition, I had no issue with the car besides the USB charging port not being accessible. I would definitely rent from the Host again on any future trips in the area.

Directions for vehicle pick up were spot on! Tara kept me informed at all times. Dropping off is also most convenient. The vehicle we rented was comfortable for 6 adults. Third row seating was a must for us. Spacious, very clean and drove wonderfully!

I was looking to rent a Tesla or similar EV for a family trip in the Nashville area. Hertz had some a few weeks out, but went quickly and had multiple issues with their app. Que Turo and their easy to use app and vast client list of higher end vehicles. I found a fully loaded Model Y Tesla for very close to what the other guys wanted for the base variant. Thanks to Turo's exceptional attention to detail, the car was picked up spotless, looked brand new and had zero issues. I will undoubtedly use Turo again wherever possible.

I was made aware of Turo by a friend a few days before I was planning to book a rental car for a trip. My plan was to use a standard rental agency. Now. I may never do that again, Turo was great. I rented a Tesla Model Y for 4.5 days. I was met at the airport arrivals area. The car was pristine ready to go. The overall experience was amazing. My host, Binura, was helpful, encouraging and a great communicator. It was great being able to drive a Tesla in SoCal, where gas is very expensive. This was my first experience with a Tesla, may not be my last. While there are nuances to driving a Model Y, the overall experience was great. I would highly recommend Turo and Binura to anyone looking to rent in San Diego, an 11 out of 10 experience.

I was so happy with using Turo for our trip to Montana. It was a relief to know we were getting a car that could handle the snow and it was much more convenient and affordable than any other rental I've done through a traditional service. The challenge for me was using my phone to set up the app. Every time I got a code to enter I’d lose the page I was on to add the code. I needed it for the weekend and everything about the rental was far and beyond my expectations. From picking up the vehicle, during and even in returning it I was in constant contact with my host who was very professional and nice.

The extra fees attached to the car rental which seems to be a slightly inflated mark up due to inflation cost from gas to possible insurance that adds cost to the final fee to rent a car. The service is good and is somewhat feasible to use for the average person but with the fees it could turn people to go elsewhere.

In the beginning, our host was very friendly, made pick up and drop off instructions very clear and the car itself was very nice. Then, after we retuned the car and she started getting rude and sarcastic due to the floor mats getting dirt on them. Keep in mind, we told her we would be taking the car to Utah and there was snow the week we were there. Our host told us the outside of the car was dirty before we even picked it up and we didn’t make a big deal about it. Yet made us feel terrible for not keeping the floor mats clean.

All altogether it was a great trip everything was great overall, everything truly went well, very understanding, communication was awesome even when I had to extend he put me before his own plans and let me keep for a extra day, very thankful, and highly recommend.

I stuck with my high-level membership with another rental company despite my vehicle selection often not being available or in lackluster condition despite seeing ads for Turo because I thought it had to be too good to be true. Finally, my son gave me the word-of-mouth recommendation that prompted me to act. How I wish I acted sooner and saved so much prior frustration.

The experience was absolutely seamless. No waiting on lines at Rental Car Agency, no disappointment when the representative tells you they are out of the car you booked, no transferring via bus to get your car at the airport. Turo is the ONLY way I will be renting a car moving forward.

Overall it was a great experience! Due to weather at one point I wasn’t sure we could get back and I was able to extend the trip with no problem. We did make it back in time so I was able to change it again and get my money back. Easy to always contact the host and pick up/drop off car. Did have a couple issues with the light bulb being out in the car so we had to replace which was only thing that didn’t make it perfect.

My first initial experience with Turo was great! But the fees are ridiculous, 30 mins late and Turo charged 80 fee which was more than I paid per day for the car and it was also 20+ late fee. I love all the host on Turo and I absolutely they are all amazing and customer service with them are great. It’s the fees Turo charge that are kind of outrageous in my opinions, I’ve used this service for 3 times in 30 days, it’s convenient as long as you have the funds.

We have had a very positive experience with our vehicle rental. Our host met us at airport and pointed out features of our vehicle and met us again at 5:00 am when we returned vehicle at airport. We needed snowshoes and he had them in vehicle!!

The car was great. The host was great. The cell service at MCO was terrible. Took me an hour to get the car and an hour to drop it off. A nightmare. Also I felt that the insurance offered did not complement my excellent coverage from Erie. It seemed worthless. I would have spent $10 a day on a plan that would have covered all deductibles and boosted some liability coverage

I booked my first trip and had a negative experience - the “host” asked me for more money outside of the platform. I contacted customer service and they helped cancel that booking. I then booked with LeGrand, for a Hellcat in the Denver area. I had an amazing booking/trip! There were some slight issues but nothing that didn’t get ironed out. I was impressed with the host and impressed with the customer service of Turo after my initial negative booking/experience

The car smelled very strongly of **, and it took 3 days before I could no longer smell it. I didn’t have full access to the vehicle that I paid for (the trunk wasn’t accessible due to the switch inside the car not working and the key fob also not working). I couldn’t even lock the doors. Additionally I had to pay for parking which wasn’t previously discussed and the gas tank was not full upon pick up.

This was my first time using Turo. Picture and all details of car were correct. Very detailed directions given about getting key, easy to follow directions. I didn't know the area but asked about a nearby place to get car washed and cleaned. Very quick response. Very quick response about extending my time by 2 hours. So thankful! I would rent this car again.

Greg and his jeep Gladiator were awesome! We arrived an hour earlier and the jeep Gladiator was already in the parking lot close to our terminal ready to use with no extra charge. Greg simply gave accurate directions in picking up and dropping off the truck. No hidden fees were charged to my credit card. Well recommended! I will definitely rent from Greg again in the future.

I rented a 2019 Kia from Romon. I picked the car up at the airport and returned it to the airport as I flew back. It was far easier than taking a shuttle to the rental car companies. On several prior trips, reserved rental cars were not available, so it was refreshing to know that my Turo car was waiting for me at the airport terminal. 5 stars, Awesome experience.

I have used Turo on a few occasions previously as a light user (one or two day local rental, no traveling). While booking a trip out of state recently, I looked to see what Turo had to offer and was pleasantly surprised to find some very reasonably priced options so I booked. Everything was smooth until issues came to light. As others have mentioned previously, THIS IS YOUR MAIN RISK TO BE AWARE OF AND SHOULD BE CAUSE FOR HESITATION IN USING THEIR SERVICES. I rented a vehicle using Turo. Had no problem with the host, but when I changed my password I could never get back into my trip to make changes. Spent two hours on phone and online chats and still never could get back into my trip. Customer service sent me from phone call to online chat and then back again to phone call. Never was able to make change I needed.

The only issue I had was that the host had someone else meet me to drop the car off and when returning the car no one met me. Instead she had me put the keys in the center console. I felt really uncomfortable doing that considering the drop off was at a convenience store and anybody could've walked up and taken the car. Due to that issue I will not be renting from her again.

This was my first time using Turo and it was an absolute dream of an experience! My host was terrific and the car was amazing to have as a California roadster. I have always wanted to drive around Cali with the top down, and this provided the ability to do it in style!

We rented a Hyundai Santa Fe from Sunset Rent a Car. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The Santa Fe was about a year old with almost 17,000 miles. The car was in tip top shape. It was clean an easy to drive. It was just a super experience. This was our first time using Turo. We certainly will use Turo again.

My car rental from Avis got messed up so my daughter suggested Turo. It was AMAZING. From registering to finding a car and then picking it up it was so EASY and convenient. It was also cheaper and more flexible. I would definitely do it again in the future!

The fees are just ridiculous. I paid the same amount in fees for “using the app”, as for the car. That’s ridiculous. It cost me almost an extra $150 for just using the app. The host however was great though.

This was my first time using Turo to rent a vehicle. The process was quick and easy. You have to be ready for something different, but in the end it was well worth it. I will only use Turo from now on.

It was so easy to rent a vehicle on Turo! From the app design to the friendliness and responsiveness of the owner, I felt prioritized and understood. There was also a pretty good selection of vehicles to choose from in many of my searches. If I could improve one thing, I would add a "flexible dates/times" feature so that Turo would show additional options that are just outside the search parameters. This would have saved me a lot of time because I had to go and change the pickup/drop-off time and/or date a lot in order to settle on a vehicle.

Everything went great as described. The cleanliness & the availability. I was very pleased with my experience with Turo & with Dino. I would use turo & Dino again & I would recommend it to my family & friends if ever in need.

I was met at the curb with the vehicle and it was clean and just perfect for my needs for this trip. I had to extend twice due to cancelled flights and the owner was very accommodating, which was very much appreciated.

Responded on time, very accurate, easy to follow app to pick up the car and to return the car, car very clean inside and outside, we'll recommend friends & families, no problem with car, like new car everything in the car intact. My experience with the car and owner were great! My problem was with the Turo app and customer service. We could not get the app to work to add a second driver. We called the company and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with the representative. She finally told us it was a problem with the app and someone from the company would be emailing us within the day. We checked our email every day and there was never an email or a call from the company. This was my first experience with Turo, and I have to say it was less than desirable. If there is an issue like this with the app then what happens if there are issues during the trip and you can’t get help?

We had a great experience using Turo for the first time. Very pleased with the host who was polite and quick to respond with any questions we had. The vehicle was exactly as the description and pictures showed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The host was super nice. Always kept in touch with me. Our flight was delayed and it was pretty late but he still waited until we landed. Car was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Seats were comfortable. Had a DVD player for the kids to enjoy.

BEWARE when using Turo, their insurance is a scam and in case you are involved in an accident even if is not your fault. You will have to pay thousands even if the damages are minimum. They will charge you premium for their insurance which will not cover anything when you actually read their policy, it’s a SCAM. Avoid this company. Not worth your money.

This was my first time using Turo, had recommendations from different people so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did!! I downloaded the app, fill out the information and starting looking at cars to rent, it’s so easy to use, my host Juan was outstanding, provided excellent service and communication with me, the car was awesome. Will definitely rent from him again!

My experience with Turo was horrible. The company price gouges and I was charged more than $600 for less than a week. The price that I paid was more than the advertise price. The owner said it was a glitch and he would try to have it adjusted. I won’t be using, but that didn't happen. Also, there are these hidden service charges that do not appear in the advertised price or posted price. It only shows up when you go to finalize the transaction. I would have been much better off renting the vehicle from a car rental agency. My son and his family visited from Germany and they also tried Turo much to their dissatisfaction. They wound up paying more than $1000 for one week.

I would absolutely recommend renting a vehicle from the Turo app. It was very easy, contactless pick up and drop off. My host was fantastic, very detailed and helpful. This was the easiest car rental transaction I have ever made. Highly recommend!!

I loved being able to pick a different type of car. We looked for one that would meet the needs of our 5 person family and it was great. Pick up and drop off were easy and our host was very responsive.

The car was meticulously clean and in perfect mechanical condition. Gas mileage was super & it made me consider buying new Corolla. Mark is a super nice guy & very responsive. I was covered by Mark & Toyota Care if anything happened on the trip, but it was smooth sailing to & from my destination.

Omg!!!! I was a little nervous about using Turo. When I got to my rental. It was easy accessible. My host was pleasant and communicated well. The drop off was easy. I made sure to have the vehicle cleaned and back in the same condition. It was a great experience thanks to my Host.

I've rented twice from Turo recently and and one of my vehicles smelled like air freshener mixed with dog poop. Other than that the vehicle was great , mechanically sound and everything was wonderful. On my other trip I was promised an all-wheel drive vehicle and it was not all wheel drive. I found myself in a snowstorm without all-wheel drive and the passenger side of the vehicle would not heat. There was no rear wiper blade and one of my tires kept getting low pressure. I felt like my family had been put in danger by even taking that vehicle to the snow. But I alast when I read the review it said it would be perfectly fine for the snow. Turo did the compensate me for The issue above. Just remember though three strikes you're out at the old ball game. I have an upcoming event for I will need another rental and I will give Turo one last shot. We will see what happens.

Enjoyed the car we had for our trip and the service and communication with Samuel were great. I will start using Turo going forward. The car was great and clean, with no smells. The pick-up was easy, just get in and drive.

A car you cannot get from the car rental agencies. Well maintained, good gas mileage and modern CarPlay electronics. Beautifully detailed before we received car. Low mileage and very clean. Rental cars these days always seem to have issues and dents. This car was spotless.

The experience was good from the car owner side but average from Turo. Turo customer service team who was dealing with me 13th Feb 2023 was worst. They do not understand the customer situation after the accident. They should try to help as much as they can rather than just saying "No". The customer service girl was not helpful at all who contacted with me on 13th Feb 2023. Me and car Owner was handling entire situation that time and I'm grateful to the car owner who actually support me in tough time.

We had a great experience with our rental in Jacksonville Florida. The car was easy to find entv from Turo at the airport parking lot and we had no wait. The car performed well and was fun to drive. Easy drop off at the airport parking lot. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and we would definitely rent from Turo again.
