I like the business conduct: quick, easy, clear instructions, quick email response. I am neutral on the price: fair. I have a concern regarding the car condition and customer service: 1) Worn tires, partially damaged front tire, scratches on bumper. 2) That was the first time I use Turo. I did not know what to expect. I followed the instructions and got to an apartment building. I made a phone call and got no answer. That made me really nervous. I got the answer on the second call. Everything went accordingly after that but I really got my blood pressure up for a short moment.

Amazing experience, so easy and had no problems whatsoever. Both of the hosts that I rented from were some of the nicest people ever and made my trip so much better. Thank you Alen and Charlie! I will be back.

I expected Turo to be an option other than rental, somewhat like using a friend's car. I spent over $120 for an afternoon, had to send emails and photos to prove everything, and was warned I would be charged $50 an hour if I was late returning the car. Sorry, but it would have been easier renting a car.

My experience using Turo was amazing, quick, fast and I def will use it again. The customer service was amazing. If I needed anything the response was fast. No hassle at all. Book, take down some info, then pick up the car. I can’t wait to use again.

Turo is the easiest, simplest and most efficient method I have experienced to rent a car!! Given the opportunity to rent TURO is my 1st choice. I would recommend this to everyone!! I think it is a great way to earn extra income.

I had a great experience with my host Adam from Lomita CA. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. His fleet was first class. From Bentleys to Lamborghinis. I would rent from him again. This was my first time using this app. It's a better value than a rental car company.

The vehicle choices were great. The one I chose was in excellent condition. Pick up and drop off were more convenient because I could pick up and drop off at 9:00 p.m. The host had excellent communication. All this at a lower cost than I would have paid a traditional car rental company.

It was Great, Was a Great Communication between owner and I, And The Vehicle Was Impeccably maintained. Leaves for extra miles on trip so you won't have to squeeze in the extra miles. Truly a great Application.

Marc was the owner of the car whom I rented from. The car was a cute blue two door, all I needed. The car was clean, supplied with a phone holder, cords that I asked for the use of. I even left two bags in the trunk by mistake and he is caring for them till I return today to retrieve them. Very kind of him. I would refer all my friends who needed a car to Marc.

Djaay was a very friendly and helpful host. His car was clean and ran very well with no problems. Response time was almost immediate each time. I will definitely rent from Djaay again the next time I need a car here. Thank you Djaay.

Our rental experience was great. The vehicle was delivered to the airport, when we walked out with our bags the Jeep was just pulling up, so convenient! No issues. The Jeep was reliable, fun to drive and had the cool factor going for it. Way cooler and more convenient than your typical rental car. Will definitely do this again!

I've been trying to rent a car from Turo but the system somehow broke down or I don't know what's going on. It automatically shut down my account for no reason whether it's logged in with Facebook or from Gmail so I called their customer support. They told me that they saw 3 accounts under my name which is not allowed but how I am going to view cars while accounts can't be logged in and forcing me to make a new one? I haven't check Turo for 2-3 weeks and each time I logged back in the account weren't able to be used anymore. They asked me to email them my ID picture and credit card but after I done it nothing had changed. I hope things can be fixed or else it is absolutely garbage.

I enjoyed my jag experience. I loved the vehicle. I told other family and friends about the app because they were impressed. The owner was very nice and explained the process. The communication between the owner and myself was very helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions via email and face to face conversation.

The whole experience working with Turo to find the perfect rental vehicle for me was easy and took a whole weight off my shoulders. My first experience and probably will be my last. How the process works. Find a car online with the app. Agree on a date and price. Seems pretty simple. In my case I show up to collect the car and the owner is not there. I call and he does not answer. Eventually he shows up and shows me the car. As I carry out the inspection I see many things wrong with the car. I take photos and upload them using the app. The car was not clean and the trunk was half full of his belongings. Even though it is May and well into spring in Montreal, winter tires are still installed on the car. One complaint is my credit card is charged before I agree to accept the car. Second is it seems that anyone can rent out their car in any condition. What standard is used to ensure the car is safe to drive.

My hard copy of my ID was recently lost so I have a temporary ID. The person who I was renting from didn’t feel comfortable but Turo helped quickly resolve the problem. Verify my identification and get me on the road.

Very happy with my Turo experience. Everything was so easy and convenient. Once I had my trip confirmed the guy Jack that I rented from him was very informative about where to meet up and we had a good messaging concept of to handle any situations if we faced any during our rental experience.

The app was easy to use. Finding the vehicle I wanted was easy almond with selecting the dates. The customer service was excellent and efficient. They responded quickly and very informative. The price for the vehicle I used seemed fair. The owner I dealt with was also great and the vehicle was in excellent condition as the preview pictures showed. Would definitely use again.

From the easy app to locate vehicles with filters to customize, to the great customer service the owners provide, to the miles included free and Liberty Mutual coverage, also the easy pick up & drop off, my Turo experience was GREAT!

We tried this for the first time and the host said his vehicle was one mile from the airport which was inconvenient enough but we were willing to do it to save some money. When we arrived it was more like three miles from the airport so after having to get an Uber there and back we didn't save any money. On top of that we return the car in a very reasonable condition, made sure to shake out the mats didn't go through mud puddles Etc and yet we got assess a $50 cleaning fee because apparently you're supposed to detail the entire car and wash it before returning it. So much better to rent a car from a legit agency. In the end it turns out being a lot cheaper and less hassle. Also the car violently shook at 55 mph. Rentals always are good quality from legit agencies.

This was our first experience using Turo, and it was a great experience. The process was easy and convenient. It also saved us money compared to using rental car companies. The owner of the car we used, Hassan, was very helpful and kept in communication with us throughout the trip, making sure everything was okay. We will definitely be using Turo again.

We rented the car so we could do some traveling out of state. The car was awesome, very smooth and clean. The owner, Renata was so sweet. Communication was great and she was very flexible, allowing me to keep the car for 2 more nights than we had originally planned. I would highly recommend renting from her. It was our first time using Turo, so I wish I had known before-hand that I could post pictures of the trip. I also did not know about the "check-out" experience so I didn't check out until I got home. Luckily Renata had taken pictures before the trip so that definitely helped.

My first experience renting with Turo has been wonderful. It was easy to choose a car, work with the owner and the pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier. The owner met us at the airport, we discussed rules, took photos of the car during the inspection and drove away. At the end of our trip we washed the car, filled it up and arranged to leave it in the parking lot at the airport. We took inspection photos, notified the owner where to pick up the car and by the time we boarded the plane he thanked us for taking good care of the car. Nice and easy.

This was my first ride with Turo and I am unimpressed. The ride was dirty inside and out. It also had dog hair all over causing my teammate an allergic reaction. We were refunded the delivery but when you cause an allergic reaction that is not enough. The owner was unresponsive from the beginning and only started responding once we got the car. Overall this car let me down. Had I not already paid for it I would have definitely gotten a car from the rental place.

The price really was what attracted me to renting with the bus, but what got me was the speed and practicality. The ease of knowing the final value that we will pay is the one that is informed in the app makes all difference.

The process was straightforward and not difficult. Happy with the selection, especially the proximity of my options. Vehicle was dirty and on E and required mechanical attention. Standards or minimum operating conditions for use would be much appreciated and minimize liability for all parties. The condition was unpleasant. Should not have been an issue if a minimum standard was adhered to. I was taken aback that photos were required at end of trip when not requested prior to the trip... It’s still a he said she said.

I’ve now had two excellent experiences with Turo. The hosts’ communications were incredibly prompt and helpful. When we had flight changes, they were flexible with us to reconfigure our plan. I would highly suggest to anyone to give Turo a try on your next trip!

We rented Kaitlyn's convertible while we were in Clearwater. The process was seamless and Kaitlyn was very personable, taking time to explain the operation of the car's functions. The pickup and drop off was very easy. The car rode and drove nice.

Great & convenient service. Joseph was very accommodating and it was so simple. I was surprised at the simplicity of the app and how it all just came together so well without any hiccups. I would suggest using this app over any commercial rental agency.

I had my first experience with Turo at Miami, Florida. My host was Fulton. Service, communication, cleanliness, punctuality, everything was on point. Car and service was exactly as advertised. The app is super user friendly and I didn't have any difficulty or issues at all.

Very little guidance from Turo about rental pick up/drop off. The person we rented from was very kind, but his car was terrible. Windshield wipers, bright lights, and key fob didn't work. And when you unlocked the car, the alarm sounded every. single. time. Trunk randomly popped open. Turo needs to screen cars for safety and function before allowing them to be rented.

Can't rent a vehicle and don't know why haven't did anything wrong. I have a special needs child. I have to take places and need to rent a reliable vehicle so hopefully I can rent a car soon because I have events coming up.

Turo service is hands down better than the car rental agencies. Three times this year alone I have reserved a car with the same company and when I got there to get it they didn't have the car for me. Ruined my plans and caused me to miss a medical appointment. I will never use the corporate car rental companies again.

I really enjoyed my first time using Turo. Very easy process and the car I rented was new with less than 55K miles. I also decided with Turo due to the deposit rather than commercial companies requiring $250. My husband and I rode down to Tillamook Cheese Factory before going to Seaside for our anniversary. Car was on full when picked up and after our trip when we got back to PDX we were not even at a half tank yet-literally! Honda was very good on gas!

Fast, Easy and very convenient. I will continue to use this app. Client whom I rented the vehicle was very respond then and very quick on answering all my emails. Prices are more affordable than renting a vehicle from others.

My daughter recommended Turo in lieu of a car rental when we went to Orlando. We are so glad. The car was picked up just as stated and the dropping off the same. We had no issues with the car. We were running a little behind upon drop off and they gave us some flexibility without a penalty. The only issues to mention was 1) we did not know until after we traveled on a toll road that there was a 4.50 "trip fee". Once that was communicated, we changed our GPS to avoid tolls. There was some discrepancy on the toll fees, however, they were resolved without difficulty. 2) There is a requirement to have the car washed by presenting a receipt upon drop off. We had to contact Turo to find out where to get the car washed without going way out of our way. Besides that, we had a great experience and won't hesitate to use Turo again.

Turo was extremely easy to use and is great to be able to rent vehicles that you can’t usually find. We rented a Tesla Model X for our wedding photos and had a great time. Definitely going to use Turo again when renting the next Tesla when time comes!

I took a trip to Acadia National Park and there was really good communication with where I needed to pick up the car, what I needed to do to return it, and the car itself was awesome. A great value too!

The vehicle was amazing, the convenience was great and the host gave a great one on one tutorial on the operating of the vehicle as well as a test drive to acclimate the driver to a new experience! This is my 2nd time using Turo. First was in Seattle. Recently was in LA. Both delivered 5-star Service & convenience! The car arrived on time at location agreed upon. Cars were immaculately cleaned. And car owners were totally responsive before pickup, during my stay, and day of drop off. I love the convenience & personal service of renting a Turo car vs from a car rental!!

First off the customer service was AWESOME! I was greeted with such a pleasant spirit and he was VERY DETAILED on how things work in the car. The car was such a smooth drive and very nice and clean and I will definitely rent from Pete's again on any given day!

The process was seamless. The car was amazing. It was my first experience driving a Tesla and Turo made it easy. I look forward to buying a car to put up. If there was a financing option to incentivize new car owners I would take that opportunity.

Edwin was prompt in delivering the vehicle at the airport, and his vehicle was very clean. My daughter and I had a great time traveling in a convertible for the weekend in wine country. Edwin communicated well, making the drop-off at the airport easy.

Communication was great. However I was highly dissatisfied with the AC leaking onto the floor. There was water that dropped each time I would use the AC and each time I would make a left or right turn it was almost as if I could hear water spilling down. So my favorite blanket got wet soaked and wet as well as other things. That was my favorite blanket my grandma left for me. The car was left with a foul odor from the wet floor. I could literally stick my foot in it and make a puddle.

Great experience. Hayley was a wonderful host. We had a wait of over 3 hours for a traditional rental car. We were able to pick up and go easily for our planned day trip on the island. Absolutely a vacation saver!

After the first host was unresponsive, Holly from Turo canceled the reservation and proceeded to help me locate another car. And by the initial cancellation happening the day before I needed the rental, my stress level was high. However, Holly put me at ease, helped me find a comparable vehicle, secured the rental for me AND followed up with me after the rental was confirmed!!! This is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

Turo has charged me multiple times. I’ve yet to receive any email nor refund for my trips. 3 trips canceled to to other parts none mine. Yes I understand it may take time for refunds but there’s no way I should get charged 3 days later for the same trip I took on a Saturday and returned on a Sunday.

Turo is the best that could ever happened in the area of renting and getting the car of your choice without worries. I really loved the vehicle. The vehicle owner was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Also it means a lot to me that Turo have live customer support.

The car was as advertised and pictured. I did have a few minor problems with warning lights and the key fob, but the owner responded quickly to fix them. Pick up and return of the vehicle was simple and on time.

Easy to pick up and return car. Need good wifi or cellular connection to ensure pics of car get uploaded to app to show condition of car before and after trip. Charges are clear. Responsiveness of car owner will vary but last two rentals have proven great. Charges may not necessarily be cheaper than a car rental at a typical agency.

Renting with Turo has been by far the easiest and most stress free experience ever. A friend recommended their app and service to me while I waited for my Jeep to be shipped. The selection was huge and the fact that most of the providers would meet you to drop off their car was a major plus. Turn in was just as easy. Awesome experience all around.

Owner delivered the car at the airport and asked for a ride. We had a very pleasant conversation and he was very corteous. He send me instructions for returning the car at Tampa airport which I followed with no problems. I will rent it again without hesitation.

Turo is charging me 850 CAD for damages I did not cause. Also, the `investigation` they did does not have a name of inspection company and the receipt to prove maintenance made by owner is 6 months old. Where can we complain against Turo without having to pay more for lawyers?

This was my first time using Turo while visiting my daughter in Tampa. Ian was very quick at responding to my questions and did everything he said he would do. He Dropped it off at the airport with very easy pickup and drop back off. I would definitely recommend him or this site for anyone traveling and needing a dependable car.

Turo is organized, reliable, and affordable. There’s no gimmick, it’s exactly what it says and no fine print. I would suggest to inquire about vehicle with rated host. I originally ordered a vehicle with a host with no reviews and the host ended up canceling the trip but Turo put me in an updated vehicle and covered expenses. Very easy and smooth.

The app was easy to use and there were many cars to choose from. Jerry was very quick to answer the messages. His car was awesome and I had a great time. I will use Turo next time when I rent for business and pleasure. I hope to see as many options in other cities as well.

I signed up thinking the car would be at the airport, but we had to wait for at least 30 minutes for the shuttle to get us to the lot. Then we had to pay $9.50 to get the car out of the lot. The car was fine itself, but all of the picture taking before and after, along with the parking and shuttle, it wasn’t convenient in the least.

I was very happy with the entire experience. Picking up the vehicle was easier than valet service, as the car was waiting for me coming right out of the terminal. Vehicle was exactly what I needed for my family; the right size, and a smooth easy drive. Bakhit was very prompt in his responses and made the whole process as easy as possible. The return was as easy as the pickup. I will certainly do this again.

Very cool app. I rented a Mercedes car from Josh and his response was on point. Convenience of this app. You really skip the line. It's a on your time. I have referred family and friends. Try it, you will like it.

On Friday, March 29, 2019, my car was rear-ended while sitting at a stoplight by a woman driving a Turo vehicle. Fortunately, no one was injured. She confided that she “totaled her own car two weeks ago” which was the reason for renting a Turo vehicle. Makes me wonder how (or if?) drivers renting out private vehicles are screened. We exchanged insurance information and it appeared that her Turo vehicle was covered by a commercial Liberty Mutual policy. My car sustained approximately $2,000 worth of damage to rear bumper and side panel, but was drivable. I estimate the Turo car had similar damages.

Our first time using Turo was a great experience. We rented a car for 4 days while we were in FL and both the car and the owner were fantastic. The Turo app was helpful but we turned the car in about 20 mins early so it was confusing as to what the next step was to close us out in Turo - this could be improved. Overall, we plan to use Turo again in the future.

The app is fast and the host was quick at reposing if they would let me barrow their car. The car was exactly what was displayed on the app. They were friendly and honest. Happy with my first time using Turo and will be using it again!!!

Picked up van at the airport, made the trip full of memories, by getting to see the sights we wouldn't have been able to go as many places without transportation. Clean reliable, economical. I will definitely be checking to see if Turo, is available for all my future travel.

I needed the car for a family road trip. The pickup and drop off was extremely easy. The car was nice and very well kept. The owner was nice and responded with answers to any questions I may have had. I had no issues at all with the trip and I would most definitely use Turo again in the future.

Loved the experienced, had 2 birthday dinners, 1 dance recital & a date towards the end of the evening. Showed up in style and getting the car was extremely easy. Definitely looking to do it again but a little more sporty. :)

The guy I rented from called before the final reservation was confirmed. He said if he was to drop off the vehicle which I paid 30$ extra for he wouldn’t have a ride back to his home. He then proceeded to say he could go ahead and bring the vehicle to me 12 hours early if He could come pick us up and ride back with him to the car. I thought he was doing me a favor since he couldn’t perform the task. No he tricked me into paying for another day. In which I took the car back to my place and went to bed. So instead of saving me money for his lousy excuse I paid more to sleep with the car in my possession.

Owner showed up on time, and the vehicle was clean and had no issues. Upon returning the owner was also on time and book instantly option was very convenient. The app is easy to use and setup is a breeze overall.

Altima car - So simple and easy to get a car. The car we had was like brand new. And easy to communicate with the owner. Very well maintained and clean. Good AC and good condition. We drove for miles from Pahoa back to town 2 days in a roll as well as to Kalapana and has was still at half tank. That was so awesome on the pocket.

We rented a Tesla model S via Turo and it couldn’t have been a smoother experience. I will be using Turo for my car renting needs in the future. Turo has a great value compared to the regular car rental companies.

I am an older individual so that may play a role in my comments. I am average in being facile with the smartphones. My biggest issue was that the various requirements to finally finished the registration process I think is onerous. It took me about hour. All the pictures that one has to input into the file. The requirement of having put in a new password for I am not sure of the reason. The fact my messages to the car owner THRU THE APP did not reach him at critical stages was frustrating. Had the car owner not had my phone number and could text me, we may have had a very difficult time meeting each other and receiving the car. Apart from the TURO “app” it was great - unfortunately you have go thru the app!

Every now and again, a car guy goes into business renting exotic vehicles. That's what you have here. Q is highly professional but more importantly also personable. He was prompt in our initial meeting. After giving me a quick tutorial (I was renting a 2019 Aston Martin Vantage), he threw me the keys and said "have fun." Can't wait until the next executive I have to schmooze comes into town. It'll give me a reason to rent this beast again. Cheers Q!

As a first time Turo renter, I was very pleased with the process. My host was a nice, friendly person. We were both flexible about pickup and drop-off (I dropped off early to accommodate both of our needs). The car was clean, well maintained and fun to drive. I would recommend Turo to anyone looking to rent for business or pleasure. It's also a great way to try a variety of vehicles that you may not otherwise choose to buy, yet still want the experience of driving. Turo would also be good for non car owners who only occasionally need to rent a car. Lastly, I contacted my personal car insurance company and discovered that I was fully covered, minus the deductible, so I did not need to select the optional coverage offered by Turo (check with your own insurance company on that). That gave me peace of mind and also saved the extra expense. All in all a good experience.

On a recent trip to Charlotte, NC, I found car rental prices from the major agencies to be really expensive. Then I came upon TURO, an app for renting cars directly from owners. There are photos and details for the actual cars you can rent, along with prices and all the other details. You do have to take a shuttle to a nearby off-airport location to pick up your rental, but everything else is very easy. All you have to do is upload a few photos onto the app, and then the owner immediately sends you a code to open the car. Then, off you go! I saved a lot of money and the car was exactly as advertised.

I had several options but this was easier, more fun, and way more exciting than your standard “rental” experience. I will definitely use this while traveling for work/pleasure and it’s always an option at home for date night!! I rented an f type and had a blast!

Tried to rent a vehicle the first day and my money was taken out of my account but the vehicle wasn’t available to even rent. Although I got my money back the same day, the vehicle shouldn't have been listed. Also, Turo charges you a whole day even if you want to extend the vehicle for an extra hour.

My wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary in San Francisco and Napa. We had seen a Maserati Grand Tourismo convertible at a dealership a few months ago. I was charge for late fees I was unaware of, after appealing via emails the representative stop responding. I plan on filing a dispute with my bank over the senseless charge. I picked up my car 1 pm Friday and returned 1 pm Sunday. The host was aware of the changes.

Just like everyone looking to rent a vehicle that you cannot find at typical rental dealership. I found one on Turo, paid for the vehicle and before I could even write down the confirmation number, it was canceled by the host (owner of vehicle) because he moved it to another state. Within a click of a button Turo took almost $200 from my account and a reservation canceled faster than I could make it. So I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back and still have to come out of pocket to find a replacement vehicle. My point is that they should verify the vehicle's host before taking any money.

We came back to the US for three weeks to do some chores and see our family. Renting a car once we arrive is usually the biggest expense for a trip like this. Our experience was wonderful, the owner friendly and helpful, and we saved several hundred dollars over the cost of a traditional rental company!

This was an easy way to book a car for 24 hours of our 5 day trip. Car was ready, super clean and nice. Just as we had hoped. Host was very responsive and when our flight was delayed, let us keep the car another hour. My only complaint is with the booking process, as we considered a car and discussed, it literally disappeared even though it might not be booked by anyone else. Hard to describe but that part of the process was tedious, comparing cars.

I would give it 5 stars except when I tried to rent my first two cars both hosts never responded leaving me to scramble to find a third different car in time. But I’m excited for Turo to grow and hopefully expand into more states/cities.

He advertised a first time $25 discount but when the link did not work he never got back to me. Secondly the car had a large crack in the windshield. Fix it or don’t rent the car!

I had to wait over 2 hours to obtain my rental car at the LAX Turo lot. It was a complete zoo there, there was no place to sit, it was completely disorganized. I can’t imagine why I would ever rent from Turo again at LAX. I asked for $100 credit on this rental on Thursday but still haven’t heard back. Not satisfied! Otherwise, the car was fine.

Liked the car. Didn't understand why I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I flew in with my husband and 3 kids one being an infant, I wish I had known that I was supposed to take a shuttle to get the car rather than having curbside service as it was complicated to do with our children, bags and car seats.

This was my first time trying this service. The 1st two hosts had to cancel before my trip began. I had a large family gathering during the Easter weekend and afterwards. Needless to say, I was frustrated because this was last minute & I needed a larger vehicle for transportation. Once I identified the problem to John, a Turo rep; he went out of his way to ensure he had exhausted all his options to find a host that was available & conveniently located to get us on the road. Overall, a great alternative to the conventional rental car agencies.

Firstly, the pick-up and drop-off process was good. Owner contacted me beforehand and we came to agreement on the process. But the car condition and the listing was not up to the expected standard. The listing mentioned Bluetooth and media, but there wasn't onboard of car. Also there were these minor other issues. The biggest problem was that the breaks were worn out and would make noise and were troublesome to hit it right. Also during the trip the check engine light came on, and I had to drive back from a state park with it. Need to improve on verification process.

We took a last minute trip to Maui with the family and wanted to do some sight seeing and drive around the island. All of the traditional rent a car companies didn't have any Jeep's available so I heard about Turo. We were able to find a reasonable priced Jeep which was in great condition. The guy who rented it to us (Dominick) was really cool to do deal with. It made our experience in Maui so much more enjoyable because we could go at our pace yet have the ability to explore the entire island. I would definitely do this again.

The vehicle was great the lax Turo Lot service was not that great. Service was kind of slow and they seemed a bit confused about what key opens what vehicle. Mini return vehicles were still waiting to be checked in and several people were waiting to get checked out. I waited for about 40 minutes.

This was my first time renting from Turo and it was very easy! The host responded quickly, the instructions were clear and easy. The car nice and ready to go. Location was convenient and the transaction overall went very smoothly.

It's a good thing but I could responds thru the app to log in and out when I pick up the car and dropped it off. I wrote to Turo several time about the issue I was having and got no response back. Was very frustrated.

I recently rented a car with Turo and was hit by a tire barreling down the highway. I’ll probably never rent with Turo again based on my current experience with them so far. The brunt of my issues revolve around their communication with me post accident. No one reached out to me from Turo, I had to keep reaching out to them, no assistance with getting a different car so I didn’t have one during the rest of my trip, there is no phone number for me to reach my claims manager, and with zero communication before I got a bill that’s much higher than the deductible on the insurance plan I purchased. So, all in all, do not recommend.

The car interior was very dirty. Cookie crumbs, debris, coffee stains. And still charging me a hefty $90 per day. Obviously this car had not been cleaned up for weeks and months. Most awful was how I had to get the car. I paid extra to have it delivered and returned at my hotel. However, upon delivery, I was asked to drive back with the host to his shop. This ended up wasting my hour just for me to drive back to my hotel. I understand that if it was a standard rental, I would need to do something like this, but I am paying extra $40 for it, and I feel like I am just saving the host's transportation cost. What an awful experience. Lastly, I of course complained to TURO about it and asked for the refund for my extra pick up cost, but they have refused.

I have to say that my first time using Turo was excellent. The terminal pickup and drop off that was offered by Evren made my trip especially worthwhile as I was traveling with my disabled son. The car was new, clean and in top working order. Thank you Evren for making our overall Turo experience a plus. Will definitely be looking up Evren the next time we are in CO.

The car was parked on the fourth floor of a parking garage. The instructions left only an address. After going through each floor we finally found the car. The car had less than 30 miles until empty of gas. It was after midnight in a city I had never been to before after a six hour flight. I was told by the owner of the car and the representative from Turo that the key would override the Turo Go app. We were stranded at the gas station with no help for nearly 30 minutes because the car would not start and the Turo app would not open because there was no cellular service. Really miserable experience using this for the first time.

After a late cancelation the agent at Turo was very helpful in locating a new car and making sure everything worked out. It is a very convenient option to using a car rental agency. The ability to have curbside pick up and drop off is very convenient.

I had a great experience overall. It was so easy. I would love a little less expensive options. I'd like to be more spontaneous in getting a car. I had to order the car for the next day because I could not get one for the evening the afternoon I tried. Other than that it was such a fantastic experience!

Everything is as described. Fred was quick to respond. Would recommend. Pickup and return was very easy. When Fred sent addresses of gas stations, I didn't understand why. But when I returned the car, I realized why he did. There are no gas stations near the pickup and return facility. So, be prepared to fuel before returning.

I had a great experience EXCEPT for that my car had to be jumped. The owner of the car said he has never had problems but I had problems the whole time I had the car. I didn’t do anything to cause the battery to die. I’m not sure if it was fixed but I had to return the car a day early because I didn’t trust that the car would turn over. When I called Turo, they sent me an amazing maintenance guy that came quick and was really helpful and kind. That was the best part even though I wish I didn’t have to call.

While the overall experience turned out to be just fine, the vehicle that we used was in need of some repair. As this vehicle was previously reviewed by some one else, there was duct tape on the front right fender. It looked shabby, but it made us look less like tourists and more like locals! ;) In addition to that, when we first arrived, Gary sent a text saying that the driver's side window was inoperable, but the part had been ordered. When we left after 2 weeks, the part was still not in. The window actually fell into the door casing during our use of the vehicle, and we had to try to pull it back up and secure it in place. This sounds trivial, but it was inconvenient to not have use of the window when paying parking fees or in ventilating the vehicle without using the AC.

The rental was so quick and easy, and made the renting experience smooth. Once I had my hands on the vehicle itself, now that’s another story. What a great vehicle to drive, great customer service by the owner. Five stars!!! Thanks.

I rented a beautiful MB convertible. It was delivered on time, it was just as listed, it was picked up on time. My deposit was refunded in two days. Overall it is was a perfect experience. I looked at traditional car rental places and the price I paid for a $1,000,000 plus car was 1/3 the price for the same car at Hertz. I could not have ask for a more convenient car rental than my TURO rental. The number of cars to chose from in Las Vegas is amazing from very basic to super exotic super cars.

Turo is the Airbnb/VRBO for cars. It’s easy to book and owners typically respond within a day. There are a variety of cars to choose from to fit the type of driver you may be. I recently flew in to San Diego and picked up a car close to the airport. The car host was responsive and accommodating as we had a few changes in schedule. If Turo is available to where I am traveling, it is my first choice for transportation.

Really enjoyed it. Turo should have flexibility on price adjustments when delivery is late just as if when returning car is late. If I'm late returning the car I'm charged. However if delivery is delayed I cannot get any credit. Seems a bit one sided there.

I’ve been using Turo since it was RelayRides. I love the share economy platforms. Always had great experiences with owners themselves as well as the automobiles. I really like the opportunity to drive different types, makes/models that Turo offers. I’ve always been able to find a auto rental that I found to be affordable and/or was appropriately priced. I do tend to avoid renting from people who use this platform for business income purposes, ie those with multiple listings b/c I would rather give my money to an individual using their own asset to supplement their income.

I'll recommend this rental car place to anybody. I had such a great experience with this car I rented. It was everything they said it would be. Turo was good with the timing and paid for me an Uber back to the airport when I turned the rental car back in. They even Reimbursed me for my Uber I used to get there when I arrived in L.A.

SO MUCH better, easier, and cheaper than going through a rental car company at the airport. I will never go through one of those car rental companies again as long as Turo exists! Pickup was a breeze and the app along with the reviews allows you to see exactly what type of car you're getting. I was able to rent a car in the size I needed even though I rented at the last minute. We weren’t sure if we needed it at first but once we determined it was needed, I was able to go online and reserve a car and have it ready in a few hours, plus there was a decent selection and variety in the type of car and price. I was able to pick up and drop off the car in a convenient location and instructions were clear. I was always able to contact the owner if and when needed.

The Turo experience was great, I’ve been renting cars for over 25 years. Stumbled upon Turo 2 years ago. I was thinking, "Why didn’t I think of that." It is a great app. I tell all my friends and family about it. Will never rent anywhere else again!!!

The BMW was delivered on time...clean....with courteous owners. I will do this again!!! My days of standing at an airport counter for a rental are over!!! This was my first Turo experience and I will definitely use Turo anytime I need a vehicle out of town.
